Delighted.
This is Jim Fetzer of Madison, Wisconsin, joined today by Carl Herman of Mission Viejo, California, and Chris Weinert, Fort Myers, Florida.
We're here to bring you all the news you need to know, and there's some doozies today.
We begin with Russia's former president Medved saying we'd have to use nuclear weapons if the Ukrainian offensive were a success.
Well, it's not a success, it's a great failure, but I believe it was a blunder for him to make this observation.
Medved, Deputy Chair of Russia's Security Council, which is chaired by President Putin, said that Russia would be forced to fall back on its nuclear doctrine in such a scenario.
Imagine if the offensive backed by NATO were a success and they tore up part of our land.
Then we'd be forced to use nuclear weapons according to rules of a decree from the President of Russia.
There would simply be no other option.
So our enemies should pray for our warrior's success, making sure that a global nuclear fire is not ignited.
Medved, who's cast himself as one of Moscow's most hawkish voices, appeared to be referring to the part of the doctrine stating nukes can be used in response to aggression against Russia carried out by conventional weapons if it threatens the existence of the Russian state.
Putin said Saturday there were no serious battlefield changes to report, that Ukraine had lost large amounts of military equipment.
Kyiv claims its forces are making progress, but it's very clear that's not happening indeed.
There are new reports showing Ukrainian forces surrendering with white flags.
What I don't like about this, Carl and Chris, is that by suggesting that if Russia were to be in a losing situation, it might use nukes, suggests Ukraine could counter by declaring if it were to be losing, it could use nukes, except, of course, it has no nukes to the best of our knowledge.
Carl, your thoughts?
Yeah, it is crazy.
The only rational response is to withdraw consent from the psychopaths.
I'll put documentation here at BitChute.
The U.S.
does have a policy for first-strike nuclear weapon use, specifically if Israel is threatened.
And that is the language, as vague as that.
And I don't know the nuclear policies of other countries that have them, but I'm sure that it is similar to that.
Yes, Chris, yours.
Sorry.
Yeah, I think, you know, as I mentioned before, I almost think this is a kabuki theater, a depopulation tactic.
Something that, I don't know, seeing some of the stuff that is being filmed in Ukraine.
You know, you've got, I've seen a lady picking up like these, it looked like they were bricks, real heavy, like, you know, rubble from a destroyed building.
And it almost looked like they were styrofoam or something.
Like she was picking them up with one hand, you know, just claw gripping, you know, 60, 80 pounds of cement and carrying it and putting it into a wheelbarrow.
So, you know, I often wonder how much of this is real, how much of this is fake, how much of this is like a kabuki theater where they're just pulling money from both sides, funding from both sides.
And really like geopolitical strategies, too, as far as the NATO and the encirclement and the bricks and the IMF.
So they say 90% of all wars are psychological.
I wonder how much is real and how much is fake.
I know the carnage is probably real, but I wonder to what extent and to really what magnitude, you know, You know you talk about the surrendering of the troops and things like that.
I hope that that would be the case and I hope that eventually they can find some way for peace on this.
But I almost think this is like a nuclear blackmail tactic similar to what they were doing in the Cold War where like say the same central bankers are running Russia and the United States.
Just two separate ledgers and playing one against the other, racing for the prize in terms of technocratic innovations.
And maybe the same thing's happening now, whether it's with crypto or AI or things of that nature.
They're trying to create an adversarial predicament between us and Russia and China to really not only corner and control the trade, but more importantly, to hamster wheel and to accelerate the technological developments under the fog of war as well.
And of course, we know about the black market and the money laundering as well.
So, yeah, interesting stuff.
I guess we're going to have to kind of tune in every day and see how this plays out.
But I just wanted to put some of those points across in some of these observations, just so maybe others can think outside the box and maybe figure out what's going on here.
Good, good, good.
I do believe the war is totally on the up and up.
The Russians are beating the hell out of the Ukrainians.
We had a very bizarre development here.
Suspicious timing.
DOJ sends letter asking for a fast sentence against Hunter Biden.
Witness Devin Archer on eve of his congressional testimony scheduled for today.
On the eve of a high-profile House committee testimony by Hunter's business associate, mysteriously the DOJ from the Southern District of New York asked Judge Ronnie Abrams to schedule a date for Archer to report to prison in an unrelated case.
If the SUNYNY was attempting to threaten or intimidate Archer, this is the path they would take.
As noted by Politico, the court is expected to make a decision before Archer will meet behind Cabal's doors with the House Oversight Committee, meaning even if the court ultimately signs with a request, Archer wouldn't have to report before the meeting.
And his attorney said he will move forward with his planned appearance Monday.
Indeed, he did testify today, which Marjorie Taylor Greene has described as a highly productive meeting.
I don't know if this is a coincidence, Maria, or if this is another example of weaponization of the DOJ, but I can tell you this.
Langston with the Biden legal team has gone to try to intimidate our weaknesses, to coordinate with the DOJ, and to certainly coordinate with the Democrats on the House Oversight Committee, to encourage people not to cooperate with our investigation, to encourage banks not to turn over bank records, to encourage Treasury not to have access.
To those suspicious activity reports, it's very troubling.
I believe this is another violation of the law.
This is obstruction of justice said James Comer, the head of the committee.
Listen to this.
Sunday morning with what some are calling the biggest political scandal in recent memory, the Biden family's alleged business of influence peddling.
Oversight Committee member Nancy Mays telling me Joe Biden and family may have taken in upwards of $50 million from foreign nationals while he was a sitting vice president and beyond.
Tomorrow, a key player in the Biden business partnership is set to testify before Congress behind closed doors.
Former Hunter Biden business associate Devin Archer set to sit for an on-the-record interview with House Oversight Committee members behind closed doors Monday morning on just how involved Joe Biden was in Hunter's foreign deal-making.
The New York Post's Miranda Devine is reporting that Archer is expected to reveal Hunter put his then-Vice President father on the phone with business associates at least two dozen times.
This, of course, would appear to contradict President Biden's claim that he never spoke with Hunter Biden about any business deals.
Miranda Devine will join us coming up in this broadcast.
Stay with us for that.
Meanwhile, Hunter's plea deal with his father's DOJ unraveled on Wednesday after a federal judge balked at Hunter's lawyer's demands that his plea would exonerate him from any future criminality, even as prosecutors had to admit he is in fact under active investigation right now.
This after Hunter's lawyers misrepresented themselves to the court in trying to get whistleblower testimony removed from the evidence.
One day after the deal fell apart and Hunter pleaded not guilty, the DOJ went after President Trump again, with special counsel Jack Smith adding three new charges against the former president over his handling of classified documents.
Joining me right now in this Sunday Morning Futures exclusive is the chairman of the House Oversight Committee, Congressman James Comer.
Mr. Chairman, good to see you.
Thanks very much for being here this morning.
Good morning.
I want to ask you about your investigation, but first let me get to this breaking news.
I have in my hand a letter from the Department of Justice that was sent to the Southern District of New York on Saturday.
By the way, Devin Archer is testifying on Monday.
Do you ever see, do you usually see the DOJ send letters like this out on a Saturday?
Never.
Never.
This is the first time I've ever heard of the Department of Justice doing anything on a Saturday.
So what is this letter?
Can you walk us through it?
The government is apprising the court of the status of Devin Archer's appeal of his judgment of conviction and they request that the court set a surrender date for the defendant to report to a facility.
Please walk us through what this letter says.
Yeah, the letter from the Department of Justice is trying to nudge the judge to go ahead and sentence Devin Archer for something unrelated to what we're going to be talking to him about tomorrow.
It's odd that it was issued on a Saturday and it's odd that it's right before he's scheduled to come in to have an opportunity to speak in front of the House Oversight Committee and tell the American people the truth about what really went on with Burisma.
So, you know, I don't know if this is a coincidence, Maria, or if this is another example of the weaponization of the Department of Justice, but I can tell you this, the lengths to which the Biden legal team has gone to try to intimidate our witnesses, to coordinate with the Department of Justice, and to certainly coordinate with the Democrats on the House Oversight Committee to encourage people not to cooperate, With our investigation to encourage banks not to turn over bank records, to encourage Treasury not to let us have access to those suspicious activity reports.
It's very troubling and I believe that this is another violation of the law.
This is obstruction of justice.
But nevertheless, we're going to continue to move forward and try to present the American people with the facts and the truth about this president and his family.
Let me say, there's more going on here, but just to give a thumbnail sketch, just as Don Corleone of The Godfather had Tom Hayden as his conciliary, we have Don Biden at the White House of the Biden crime family with Garland as his conciliary.
I mean, the behavior of the Justice Department is just that, called rot.
In an unprecedented move, the DOJ issued a letter to a federal judge suggesting David Archer be ordered to surrender and begin his term of imprisonment.
This development comes amidst Archer's ongoing appeal and before a scheduled testimony.
The letter requested the court set a date and time for Archer to report to prison.
Archer's counsel responded.
Mr. Archer believes it premature to set a report date in light of his anticipated continuing appeal as a newly discovered sentencing error that the government has now conceded.
Counsel for Mr. Archer will put in a response to the government's request by Wednesday.
Despite this opposition, the DOJ continues to push for Archer's surrender date to be set.
The government disagrees with counsel's position the report date should not be set, and respectfully requests permission to respond to any arguments made by the defendant.
Sunday, Representative James Comer joined Maria Bartiromo in expressing concern over the timing and implications.
Last month and again earlier this week, it was announced that Devin Archer would be testifying in front of the House Oversight Committee.
Many have predicted he will testify about at least 24 instances where Joe Biden's engagement with Hunter is partners over the phone.
Carl, your thoughts?
So for the DOJ to request prison time for a defendant while the case is under appeal, I don't know if I've ever heard of that before.
It would be interesting for that question to be answered, how often the DOJ has done that on its face.
That move is obstruction of justice and it is unethical.
I don't think a lawyer is allowed to do that.
So I don't know the details of it, but on his face, that's crazy while a case is under appeal to request the sentencing.
And it strikes back to the actor playing Joe Biden when confronted by this about a month ago, he mumbled, well, then where's the money?
Just kidding.
We're fine now.
And for Maria Bartiromo to say that lawyers for Hunter Biden misrepresented themselves, ooh, that's kind of a lie of omission.
Let's be specific here.
So somebody from Hunter's lawyers team contacted His judge's court claiming to be from the House Ways and Means Committee, the Oversight Committee, requesting that an amicus brief be deleted for the reason that it had sensitive tax information.
And that was the amicus brief citing the two FBI whistleblowers and the documentation that $10 million were transferred from Burisma executives to the Biden family.
And in addition, that amicus brief said, obviously, you should not take any plea deal and that this case should go to court.
So, unlike in everything that I'm seeing, it seems as if every move that our opponents are making is just exposing them more.
I've never seen this degree of blatant corruption so openly displayed, even in Washington, D.C., which has to be the center of corruption of the universe.
Chris?
Yeah, this whole administration has been the example of a very hand-handed controlled demolition of this country.
The Justice Department is absolutely doing an obstruction of justice type move from what I can gather.
I haven't even heard the charges really that have been levied against this guy.
So, you know, they're really intimidating and imprisoning an eyewitness and putting him under duress, which to me I think is illegal as well.
You know, I gotta look at another example.
That Sam Bankman Freed guy, the guy that was putting in $40 billion in money launder to Ukraine and to the Dominion and to the Democratic election at the end of 2022.
This guy just basically giving a free pass, a hall pass, walk free, do whatever you want, right?
Not even really looked at a second time and completely disregarded.
And this guy is, I think, a linchpin as far as exposing much of this corruption and this institutional, I say, collusion.
Because really, if you think about what he's been doing or what he's been accused of doing, it's pretty significant.
And then you get the Hunter as well.
You know, the stuff that he's been publicly accused of is very significant.
And there's even more stuff that hasn't even been disclosed by the media or even anyone else that hasn't been acknowledged.
You're really looking at a very, very corrupt and unusual situation that we're seeing from the Biden administration since day one.
There has not been one legitimate, normal thing that they have done since they've gotten in there.
This is just kind of par for the course with that.
And I mean, you kind of look at also the controlled demolition of the economy, printing $8 trillion, the COVID mandates, the Vax mandates, the lockdowns, even the pressure they put on Trump to get behind more speed and then, you know, life taking it home with that.
This is all pretty fishy.
And I think that the political apparatus in general, the Republican and Democrats, are showing that it's a uniparty system, and they're working towards this World Economic Forum, and anybody that really opposes this seems to be targeted with the full weight of the law and the law enforcement agencies, at least from the federal government.
So yeah, this is bad, and I can't believe that it's going on for this long.
And this is why Trump, every time something comes up about Biden, they bring another indictment against Trump.
I mean, it's disgraceful.
Meanwhile, Jonathan Turley observes a single charge that haunts the Biden White House.
George Washington University Law Professor Lawrence and Shirley discussed recent developments in the Hunter plea deal, and boy did he raise some serious concerns for the White House.
It seems Judge Mary Ellen Noriega hit the nail on the head with her question about whether the agreement protected Hunter from future prosecution under other laws.
According to a report by Axios, the hearing became so intense there were not one but two recesses.
During one of those breaks, Judge Noriega dropped a bombshell by asking whether this deal could shield Hunter from potential prosecution under the Foreign Agent Registration Act.
Yikes!
That's the kind of thing the White House definitely doesn't want to hear.
Here we have Turley identifying the one charge the White House most fears against Hunter Biden.
Biden, Oversight Committee.
Today, the Department of Justice revealed Hunter is under investigation for being a foreign agent.
Andrea Dating tweets, Turley, Hunter Biden's judge, raised the question of why does most fears?
Was he a foreign agent and for what purpose?
But it gets even juicier.
The Justice Department prosecutor, Leo Wise, mentioned during the hearing there's an ongoing investigation related to Hunter.
When pressed for more information, he said he couldn't say.
Talk about leaving you hanging.
Turley added more spice to the mix, saying the whole situation was like a poorly planned wedding, with both the bride and groomer having second thoughts.
He pointed out DOJ wanted to close the case and gap the investigation.
They didn't want to admit that it was over.
Meanwhile, Hunter's legal team had been under the impression his plea agreement would shut it down and nothing else would be investigated.
Looks like someone didn't get the memo.
Turley also highlighted the elephant in the room.
The judge's question about Hunter being a foreign agent hit a nerve.
If he were indeed a foreign agent, for whom was he working?
The answer is pretty obvious.
A president.
This opens a whole new can of worms, including an investigation into his tax account, potential influence peddling.
It's safe to say this plea deal is teetering on the edge of collapse.
Everyone in Washington is in complete shock.
I mean, I could hardly believe it myself when I was chatting with members on the Hill.
So now the big question is, what happens next?
It's like we're all stuck at that awkward point in the wedding where the bride and groom are having second thoughts and we're left wondering, how did we get here?
And where do we go?
I can only imagine the chaos that must be ensuing behind closed doors right now.
One thing is for sure, this Hunter plea deal has become a hot mess nobody saw coming.
Buckle up, folks, because I have a feeling things are about to get even more interesting.
Indeed, they have.
Carl, your thoughts?
Jonathan Turley is one of the most respected law voices in the U.S.
for approximately 15 years.
I know that his blog has been considered one of the top and has won at least once the award for the top law blog.
That means that thousands of lawyers and thousands of law students Probably many of whom are normies are tuning into this.
So, yeah, the Biden team did request that the case be closed for all So, nothing could be prosecuted under this.
But at the same time, DOJ admits, oh yeah, he's under investigation for some secret thing.
And the judge pointed that out, and the media is pointing that out, and Jonathan Turley is pointing that out.
And the main question that you would ask in a pay-to-play deal, and this is for the children of these corrupt actors.
And we also have the children.
It's not just Hunter that was on the board of directors of the Ukrainian energy company.
It was also relatives of Nancy Pelosi and I think Mitt Romney too, if I'm not mistaken.
But there were a couple of others as well.
So the direct connection is that Hunter Biden is not An international energy expert worth a million dollars a year to sit on Burisma's board.
He is an agent.
He is.
That's how to launder the money into the Biden family for the political favors of Joe Biden.
And that is pay to play.
And it is similar to Hunter Biden also is not an internationally respected artist whose art is worth hundreds of thousands of dollars.
This is pay-to-play, and it is exposed as it has never been before.
Chris Turley suggests that the White House most fears Hunter being charged with failing to register as a foreign agent.
Your thoughts?
Well, I guess if he had to register as a foreign agent, you'd have to put in AIPAC, probably the CFR, ADL, all them guys in the NSC, all these dual Israeli citizens.
So yeah, I'd have to say that maybe he's gotten through some loopholes in terms of disclosing or identifying as such.
But nonetheless, most and pretty much all the direction of our country at the top are part of that whole apparatus.
So I guess, you know, he's in.
He's just in with the rest of them.
No, a point that I'd like to make, though, is I think that JP Morgan actually put a suspicious activities report on his law firm, Hunter Biden's law firm, recently.
Just as probably to cover their ass would be my bet, but this comes after they deleted 49 million emails and had ties to Epstein and the mortgage-backed securities stuff, the 08 crisis, derivatives markets, on and on.
So, as far as Hunter's concerned, I think that he's always been some sort of a representative of foreign investments.
So, you know, he's been a crucial linchpin, a once-removed guy for Joe Biden in terms of his business dealings and relocating American wealth and prosperity.
And outsourcing it to Chinese production.
So, this goes back to the 90s, you know, with NAFTA and the permanent normalization of trade with China, all these trade deals, the TPP as well that they try to push through.
These guys have a lot of money invested in China for producing goods and for creating a parallel infrastructure of government and corporations.
They have this authoritarian government that they're trying to adopt to the rest of the world and they're using China as the model for that.
So, yeah, I think that really, you know, people since the 90s have been going nuts about Biden, have been going nuts about the Clinton Foundation, and it really seems that law enforcement agencies and the top of the government are just there to protect...
So, yeah, I think this whole apparatus is there to protect these traitors while we sell our country and destroy it and destroy the middle class and dismiss us and take our property and our rights and our Constitution.
So, yeah, I think it's par for the group of these guys, the Uniparty.
Just remember, Hunter is the guy that his father described as the smartest man he'd ever known.
Meanwhile, it turns out Barack Obama had in the past been accused by two men of inappropriate behavior.
This is an article from November 3rd, 2021, but it has current relevance.
During his tenure as president of Harvard Law Review in the 1980s, at least two male student editors complained to colleagues and senior university officials about inappropriate behavior by Obama.
The men complained of sexually suggestive behavior that made them angry and uncomfortable.
They signed agreements with the university, giving them financial payouts to leave the journal, including language, barring them from talking about their departure.
In a series of comments over the past 10 days—this is back again in 2011—Obama and his admin repeatedly declined to respond directly about whether he has ever faced allegations of sexual harassment from the Journal.
Kansas Cityon has confirmed the identities of the two male journal editors who complain, but her privacy concern is not publishing their names.
Obama was president of the Harvard Law Review from late 1988 to mid-1989.
Kansas City Hunt learned of the allegations against him, and over the course of several weeks, had put together accounts of what happened by talking to a lengthy roster of former university officials, current past students, and others familiar with the working of the journal at the time Obama was there.
The sources, including the recollections of close associates and other documentation, described episodes that left the men upset and offended, including conversation allegedly filled with innuendo and personal questions of a sexually suggestive including conversation allegedly filled with innuendo and personal questions of a sexually suggestive nature, taking place at hotels during conferences, at other officially sanctioned journal events, and even at
Also, description of physical gestures that were not overtly sexual, but made the men who experienced them uncomfortable, which they regarded as improper in a professional relationship.
Indeed, a third former editor said he considered violating workplace complaints of what he considered aggressive and unwanted behavior by Barack Obama when he worked under the president in 1991 at the University of Chicago, including a private invitation to his apartment.
I believe this is relevant, because if Obama came on to the chef who is married with children and did not receive them appropriately, it may have led to an altercation, physical violence, and even his death.
Check this out.
In the section where the cops were supposed to write the reason for the call, it was left blank.
But every other call that night was properly filled out.
But the logs also state that the call came from an address two miles away from the Obama home.
But when this story first broke, we were told it came from the Obama's property.
We're also finding out the 911 call was made by a woman.
What's up, guys?
It's your boy, Benny.
It is our obligation to go to you with all of the new evidence and information that we get on a story that we have covered, and we have been covering this death at Obama's mansion.
Every single TikTok of this event seems incredibly, incredibly strange to us, and we will tell you straight up that skepticism can never be wrong.
We were skeptic about this entire story the moment it broke, and hot damn it, we've been proven right now.
Check this out.
The police are covering up For the Obamas, check it out.
Tafari Campbell is the name of the private chef for Barack Obama.
Paddleboarding death riddle.
Cops left call log reporting blank and said it came from two miles away as they refused to reveal who was with him in the water.
What the hell is this about?
Ladies and gentlemen, the police officers did not write down what was inside.
Okay, let's read the article.
Exclusive.
Tafari Campbell, this is the chef, paddleboarding death.
The cops left the report blank.
The call came from the Edgar Town Police Department at 746, but the logs show the reason is blank.
Tafari drowned while paddleboarding with another person.
Who was that person?
You can see here, in the article.
Everything here is the publicly available Police Department logs.
This is from the Edgartown Police.
This is a check of the property.
This is a minor motor vehicle movement.
Vehicle accident.
Medical emergency.
Blank.
At Obama's address.
Blank.
Huh?
And why can't we get the 9-1-1 number?
We can't get it.
They won't release it.
Why won't they release who called 9-1-1?
The story continues to change, which makes you think that these people are lying to us.
We're not saying there was foul play.
We're simply saying that if you don't tell us the truth, if you don't give us the information, then there has to be an assumption of foul play.
Remember Paul Pelosi with the hammer.
So, this man, Barack Obama's private chef, He died, even though he was a proficient swimmer.
We've covered that.
He was able to hold his own in water.
You can see the videos of him swimming back and forth in the swimming pool.
So, this man died in eight feet of water for some reason.
Couldn't grab onto his paddleboard for some reason.
Like, if you fell off, at least just hold onto your board.
It'll absolutely keep you afloat.
And there was a second person with him?
None of it makes any sense.
None of it makes any sense.
The Edgartown Police Chief, Bruce Nemi, told the Daily Mail that the call log is generated by the Dukes County Sheriff's Office.
He could only speculate as to the reason why it's left blank, saying there may be because the caller from Obama's property didn't dial 911, which automatically generates location data, and instead maybe made a direct call to a business line.
Okay, I mean, you'd have to assume that the President would have that.
That's not outside of the realm of possibility.
He also said the address was listed as Wilson's Landing because that was the public launch used as the command post.
At the time the call came in, authorities didn't know where the drowning occurred, so they used a staging site for incident's location.
It took them 12 hours to find the body.
They went door-to-door asking neighbors about it.
Why would you go door-to-door looking for a drowned person?
Another strange thing.
The property boasts a private beach from which the paddle boarders can easily launch.
At the time of the drowning, Brock and Michelle were out of the house.
Were they?
Because that story's changed.
They first said, these people are off the island.
They're nowhere near the island.
Don't worry about it.
Brock and Michelle weren't around.
It's just a private chef who travels with them everywhere he goes around.
Then that story changed.
They were off the island, along with their two girls, who left the island immediately afterwards.
Malia and Sasha Obama are pictured leaving Martha's Vineyard after death of Chef.
So, they sent their... they're starting to send... they sent their family away.
See ya.
Walking off.
See ya.
Get out of here.
I don't know.
I don't know why they sent them away.
Here's a photo of the location, but what you really need to see is a photo of Obama's private beach.
Because there is a private beach at Obama's house that is absolutely and unequivocally accessible by the Secret Service.
They have cameras there.
They have monitors there.
Let me just say, here you see the log why they have Wilson's Landing.
That was not actually the location from which the phone was made as they admitted there in the report.
So what the hell is going on?
Why aren't they telling us who made the call?
And why aren't they telling us who was on the paddle boat with him?
We know he was a good swimmer.
It was eight feet of water.
Here Is a big clue.
Obama spotted golfing with bandaged fingers and possible wound eye days after Chef's death.
He's got a black eye.
He's got cuts on his left hand.
Images have appeared of Obama golfing that have people raising their eyebrows.
He wears bandages on his left dominant hand, may not have a small wound under his left eye.
The images, which come from an article in Daily Mail, show the bandages have people speculating about the dark spot.
It appears to be a black eye.
The latter is questionable.
Certainly either wouldn't come out in public or wouldn't wear makeup if they were trying to hide something suspicious, but who knows?
That's really silly.
People do dumb things.
All this come days after his South Chief, Tafari Campbell, was found dead, according to the Gateway Pundit.
Dressed in a green polo shirt and white shorts, Brock was seen engaging in a round of golf at the exclusive Vineyard Golf Club.
The former president noticeably baring bandaged fingers, which causes speculation online.
Citizen journalist Travis O'Blitt wrote, Just days after his personal chef and friend dies in a very mysterious paddleboarding accident, Barack appears to have injured fingers and a black eye.
We still don't know who the other person was.
Obama loves paddleboarding.
I think we can all guess what happened at this point.
The Obamas aren't the Clintons who have racked up a huge list of people close to them who died mysteriously then again.
Perhaps the Obamas are just better at covering their tracks.
Let me give you a thumbnail sketch of what I think happened here.
That Brock came onto the chef.
It was in the kitchen.
The chef defended himself with a knife, cut Brock, who subdued him, probably strangled him.
They had to figure out how to cover it up.
They had Barack take him out on a paddleboat.
They had Michelle call in, claim to have seen him on the paddleboard before he fell into the water.
So that's their cover story.
But it's falling apart.
If it weren't for the Edgartown Police Department being willing to cover it up, This would be front-page woos all over the world for Obama having probably killed the chef, and they had to get the girls out of town because they no doubt were aware of the altercation taking place in the house.
That's my thumbnail sketch of what happened here.
Carl, your thoughts?
Jim's explanation is more closely attuned to the facts than the official story.
Going back for Harvard to pay off two of those guys, a five-figure That's $10,000 to $99,000.
These were co-editors for the Harvard Law Review.
Now, if you think, if somebody fought their way into Harvard Law School, they would be highly motivated for that learning experience, for the leadership, for the connections, and to put it on your resume.
So, for not one, but two guys to abandon that, to walk away, that must have been some extraordinary dealing.
For Harvard to pay them all?
Not Barack?
And to keep Barack on there after having to pay those two guys off?
Very fishy.
And I have to say, first of all, that the reframing of Barack and Big Mike, they are not real lawyers and politicians.
They are planted there.
They are competition crisis actor propagandists.
These are lie contest winners.
That's who they are.
Now, for the death of this guy, They claim that – the initial stories say that he fell overboard, which sounds like from a boat, but he's on a paddleboard.
So if you fall off your board, I guess you could call it that, but that's kind of a lie, of omission, to make it seem unclear.
And then the body sank when somebody is watching this person fall overboard.
Sorry, that's not physically possible.
Bodies float.
Even if he was unconscious, somebody could grab him and pull him to shore because it was only 30 yards, 100 feet.
And for this guy to have died on a paddleboard, that would indicate, assuming that would be some sort of a medical emergency, some sort of accident.
Or, as Jim is saying, that would be a cover-up.
And the key question is, you know, he was with somebody.
Who was he with?
A female called it in.
All right, well, who was the female?
Or maybe it was somebody who just sounded like a female.
And for Barry's face and fingers, now, Barack is left-handed.
So, if he got into a fight, if he wanted to punch somebody with his left, you can Heard up your fingers pretty bad in a fight and that bruise was under Barack's left eye.
That would mean maybe he got connected with the right.
So wow, I like the progress.
I am feeling more and more because Chris said it earlier in this Kabuki theater of who knows what's real.
All of this may be more fake than we imagine, but We're going to cover it because this is the best information and this is a startling advancement of events and for Barack to be, and Big Mike, to be left hanging out in the wind more than ever before.
This can't be left up to the Edgar Town Police Department because they're clearly already engaged in covering up.
Here's a key consideration.
An autopsy report could easily discern whether he died from strangulation or from drowning.
That would be easily discernible.
This has to put in the hands of some competent authority, not left out to the local police.
I'd also like to add to the point that most of these local police are funded immensely with surplus military weapons from the federal government and direct cash injections, and even, I'm sure, black market corruption type of funding, too.
So as someone that's seen in Detroit, the mayor, Kwame Kilpatrick, go through a similar thing where the Detroit police and the Democratic Party covered up murders and murders and crimes and crimes and crimes to the point where they finally tripped over their own dick and got caught.
This is kind of like very akin to like what Clinton and the Clinton Foundation was doing for a very long time.
And that's even why I think Joe Biden got on the ticket last time is because Clinton had too much dirt on her and too much loathing from the constituency.
They couldn't pull off election fraud with her.
Uh, and maybe they thought they could with Joe, but I think that's fallen apart quickly too.
Now, the Obama thing, I'm not sure if he's still renting those kids or if he's got like an eight-year lease or if that was it, but something's got to be going on with that.
And I would also speculate and to maybe see your speculation and to raise you one.
Imagine now, let's say, if there are whistleblowers that maybe are using social media or their communication devices to communicate to other people some stuff that they might have seen or maybe, you know, having an active conscience and going forward to disclose some of these things that could be very compromising to these people that are puppets having an active conscience and going forward to disclose some of these things that could be very compromising
I think at some point in time, maybe they'll get a call being Barack or Clinton or whoever and say, hey, you know, Tafari's talking to so-and-so and, you know, you got to take out your garbage here.
And maybe that's exactly what they do.
Kind of like Allah, Vince Foster, and Hillary Clinton, or many other, you know, votes who aren't on the list.
So, yeah, I think this is probably what's going on here.
You know, not to speculate too much, but there's a whopping amount of evidence that seems to be very suspicious, and I don't think it takes Sherlock Holmes to really figure out what's going on here.
And the fact that this local law enforcement just gave a blank copy of a cookie-cutter police report in the So the reach of corruption and how the federal government can use this jurisdictional control and even these strings to really destroy any sense of justice in terms of law enforcement or anything of the like.
Reminds me a lot of what happened even on 9-11 with the first responders, the local police really seeking justice.
And even with the Clinton service, too, if you think about that, you know, people that were really pissed about that.
Anybody that was in proximity to that thing mysteriously dies young and mysterious circumstances.
So, you know, once or twice is a coincidence.
This, to me, seems to be a pattern.
So, you know, given the amount of times this happens.
So, yeah, I think almost it's maybe part of the theater or part of the show to scare off anybody from having maybe an act of conscience or testifying against them.
You know, even putting that guy in jail, Archer, you know, It's the same damn thing.
You know, I could see if it was for protective custody, that would be one thing.
But this is intimidation, plain and simple.
And, you know, I think that's par for the course with who we're dealing with here.
So, yeah, I think this is going to really end up being bad for Obama, for Biden, for Clinton.
For all these guys because they're really showing their cards and they're showing the amount of duplicity that they have to reach their levels of power so uh I think you know it's bad that someone died but it's I think it's good that it's finally being brought out for what it is and I think when it's all said and done these guys are gonna have a real hard time in the court of public opinion explaining what's going on.
Yeah, I think this is leaving the Democrat Party in chaos.
Meanwhile, get this.
The Babylon Bee writes, Family torn between placing grandpa in hospice and having him run for the Senate.
Louisville.
A local family was faced with a difficult decision this week regarding whether to place their beloved grandpa in hospice care or having him announce a campaign for a U.S.
Senate seat.
The grandfather and potential candidate, Philip Gabbard, is 98 years old and suffers from advanced dementia.
We really could go either way on this, said Bryce Gabbard of The Decision.
He is in really rough shape, has very little quality of life these days, common sense, says he belongs in hospice.
But with the way things are in Washington these days, he could really become a major power player.
He can't really speak or think clearly anymore, but who are we not to give him the opportunity to run the country?
With elected officials like Joe Biden, Mitch McConnell, Dianne Feinstein, and Jon Peterman serving in high government positions, political parties are focused on recruiting the most aged, decrepit, and impaired candidates available to campaign.
The worse they are at being able to reason and communicate, the better, said Robbie McCain, who opts to run Democrat political campaigns in the state.
If McConnell ends up resigning, there will be a battle for his seat.
And who better to take that spot than an even older, more debilitated Codger?
At publishing time, the Gabbert family was still struggling with a decision torn between doing what is best for grandpa or doing what would be more likely to set up the family for several generations worth of wealth built upon illegal bribes, insider stock trading, and campaign kickbacks.
God, I love that!
Carl, your thoughts?
Yeah, that is funny.
Political leaders, people need to understand that these are puppetitions.
They're not leaders.
And how you rise up in political position is that you are willing to speak the official stories.
You are going to take the narratives and go on the Sunday political talk shows, and you're just going to be an effective liar.
You do that well enough, you play ball, then you can become chair of a committee.
And then once you're chair of a committee, then when you want to, you can either take advantage of the money, as I said.
For insider trading, if you take a look at the net wealth of these people, it grows exponentially with their political leadership with no real explanation as to how they get that money.
And that is the game that these people play.
It is a lying contest.
You do have to sell your soul, you do have to sell your vote, and you have to be able to effectively sell it to the people to rise up in power.
Chris, it's uncanny how the Babylon Bee as a satirical outlet nails it time and time again.
Your thoughts?
Yeah, I hear you.
Sometimes that's the way to get through, is satire or comedy even sometimes.
Because it is almost comical, the amount of corruption and collusion.
And as Carl mentioned, the ability for them to just print money at a fractional reserve rate and charge compound interest and end up with this kind of a debt still.
But also using this kind of money to reach people in power, to corrupt them in the manner they have.
So, yeah, they are selling out the constituency without question, too, and certainly selling out justice and fiduciary duties and things of that nature.
This one was, do we put Grandpa in hospice or run him for the Senate and make a lot of money?
I don't know much about that case.
I heard the story about that, but I didn't really follow it that much, so I can't tell you.
Well, it was pure satire, Chris.
Pure satire.
Brilliant.
Meanwhile, it's egregious.
School board members battle Governor Newsom's personal attacks and threats of fines and legal action.
This is outrageous.
Following pressure from Governor Newsom, including the threat of a $1.5 million fine and legal repercussions, a Southern California school district has reversed course to adopt state-approved curricula the school board initially rejected.
The three newly elected board members for the Timaluca Valley Unified School District, Joseph Komroski, Jen Wiersma, and Danny Gonzalez, have been repeatedly targeted personally by Newsom since they voted to delay the deployment of a curriculum for elementary students backed by the governor.
He's likened the trio to demigods who whitewash history, censor books, and perpetuate prejudice, bragged about a civil rights investigation launched by the state attorney general into why the board rejected the curriculum, and vowed to send the district a bill for $1.6 million, along with a $1.5 million fine for initially refusing the textbooks.
The governor's statements are outrageous.
It's been a surreal thing for me to live through this with the amount of threats and intimidation and bullying going on.
Whether it's monetarily through a fine or a lawsuit and the name-calling, it's egregious.
Charisma told the Daily Wire, there's no other way around it.
A school board in Temecula decided to reject a textbook because it mentioned Harvey Mill.
California's stepping in.
We're gonna purchase a book for these students.
The same 100,000 kids are already using.
If these extremist board members won't do it, tweets Gavin Newsom.
The board voted 3-2 to delay the deployment of the curriculum last Tuesday, largely due to parents complaining some of the content was too sexualized for elementary school students.
Specifically, some parents took issue with lessons about Harvey Milk, the first openly gay man elected to public office in California.
Notably, Milk had a series of sexual relationships with young boys when he was in his 30s and was even accused of rape.
Other LGBT content parents felt was age-inappropriate, including the mention of the Gay Liberation Front, which parents connect to NAMBLA, a pedophile advocacy group they also found content ideologically or politically biased.
One Temecula parent, also a U.S.
Marine veteran, voiced outrage at Newsom during the contentious nine-hour-long board meeting last week.
I was once willing to die in a foreign land for what I believed this country to be.
So now that the government has brought this social war to my front door, you couldn't begin to comprehend how hard I will dig in my heels for what I know to be right.
Another parent expressed dissatisfaction with Newsom.
Boys cannot be girls.
Girls cannot be boys.
Men cannot get pregnant.
You're justifying the sexual perversion of young children.
Governor Gavin Newsom, Pharaoh of California, wants to spend $1.6 million on textbooks and Temecula to facilitate the deviant sexual behavior of Harvey Milk.
Why?
Because children must learn gay pride.
That's not a responsibility to the woke, feral California.
Parental rights come from God, not man.
Due to mounting legal pressure, however, an emergency board meeting was called on short notice.
Four of the five board members who were able to attend voted unanimously to approve the curriculum for the coming school year.
Notably, the most controversial material, a chapter for fourth graders on Harvey Milk, Another LGBT-related content has been pushed to the end of the school year and likely will be completely removed and replaced.
Numerous school board members have said they needed to quickly greenlight the state books or the district would be open to legal action specifically.
They worry the district would be in violation of California's Williams Act, which mandates students have equal access to instructional materials and quality teachers.
Komorowski, the Temecula School Board President, talked about pressure from the state, discussing the recent curriculum approval.
Newsom, Attorney General Rob Bonta, State Superintendent of Public Instruction Tony Thurmond, are salivating for the board to make a mistake that he acted to avoid litigation.
The story is that we did a 180-degree flip, but that's not the case.
What we decided to do is take in the curriculum and basically rewrite a fourth-grade module, and we'll include LGBT people because we need to as per the FAIR Act.
But it'll move into a realm that is less controversial.
We're going to work the best we can, ask for modifications, work to provide the community with a standard that they're more comfortable with.
As for Newsom, Rizmo said the American people should take a second look at his actions.
If you're looking at someone who wants to run for president of the United States, people better step back and question this, because local authority is the way our founders set up this country.
Individual communities should be able to speak into things without the governor tossing up the bower of his office and applying this kind of pressure to moms and dads and people who step up to run for the school board.
Outrageous!
Newsom clearly is showing his real colors.
He is scum of the earth.
Carl?
Yeah, as a professional teacher retired with 38 years experience, on its face, so Temecula Valley Unified School District, they can buy any textbooks that they want.
They just have to be from an approved list.
So this, on its face, smacks of lawfare from the state, and ordinarily A governor going after an entire school district saying that they're wrong with what they're saying and what they're doing.
That's not the way to win votes, except with Dominion voting machines here.
And for the statement that California is going to buy the books for them.
Huh.
Never heard that before.
And that would be illegal on its face as well.
That is not the type of control system that we have in the state of California for the Department of Education.
Now for the school district to respond by shuffling the curriculum and revising it, oh yeah, you can do that.
And this is for fourth grade.
So they're introducing sexual content and sexual orientation, sexual preference, sexuality in the fourth grade.
So it is typical And the at least in the middle school and high school level that the curriculum is so packed.
Most teachers never get through it.
If I had to give just an off-the-cuff estimation, I would say that 90% of the teachers never get through the curriculum for the year, so it's always a matter of choice of what it is that you leave out, and often it is the case that you prioritize what you want to cover for the curriculum, and if you do get to some things at the end, then they're going to be modified and truncated.
For the Williams Act, The Williams Act just says that the students are all the students are going to get access to an approved textbook.
And that's it.
So it would seem that this is more California force and fraud.
And, you know, I think Temecula has it right.
Just withdraw consent and continue to tell the truth and just continue to point to the choices that people have for what they're going to do with public education.
Now for the school board members, even to be in position to give a fight, that is great news.
What my observation and understanding and experience is, in California at least, is that almost all of these school districts have been captured.
The elections to select the school board members, the people who end up getting in, I think that these are owned and captured agents from our opponents, and that requires a lot of work at the local level for people to step up and to claim to be conservative or whatever anti-LGTBS values in order to have a position on the school board to represent the parents.
Having been born and raised in Southern California, I gotta tell you, California has become the most mocked-up state in the Union.
Chris, your thoughts?
This is maybe a little bit tangential, but I think it's co-related.
I'm gonna say that they have really mobilized and harnessed certain demographics, and I think one of the demographics they're going after are the people that have suffered from externalities, maybe from the vaccine schedule or from the food supplies, things like that.
that have had hormone disruptions or have had autism or a combination of them as well to really target them with many of the passive-aggressive inversions of rhetoric that they provide.
They provide selective accounting and emotional gaslighting to really create a narrative where these perpetrators can identify it as perpetual victims and impose that mentality into the demographics that follow them.
And they mobilize many of these people by their traumatic experiences with many of these objectives.
So, yeah, they're very much using these tactics.
And if you really think about it, they're using law enforcement, the educational institutions, the medical institutions to really create like a bullying or intimidation with authority type of effect, even using the PC thing and things of that nature.
And better yet, human resources at many corporations are being infiltrated by many of these tactics that are being taught in educational institutions as well.
And even better yet, in the medical community, the mental health field is very much inverting much of this stuff and creating a bizarre world with that.
So, yeah, this type of predation is not accidental.
There's a lot of money behind it.
There's a lot of organized efforts behind this.
So, really, the only mistake you can make with looking at this is failing to identify it and certainly from underestimating it.
So, yeah, this is them really trying to turn our children into liberal janissaries that will really weaponize themselves against their own best interests in terms of production or education or even society.
Yeah, the social contract is being absolutely compromised and betrayed by these people.
And they're using, like I said, the schools as one of the most prominent battlegrounds for this, whether it's, you know, the Apollo alphabet, No Child Left Behind, Common Core Initiatives, or the bathroom LGBTQ thing, or turning every school into like a prison with metal detectors and armed police, race wars.
You know, these kids are not stupid.
They're watching this stuff, and they're really forming much of their own personalities From the basis of these absurdities.
So yeah, I think it's really important to hold the ground on this trench.
And this is a hill to fight and die on because this is really for the future of humanity.
And if it's allowed to be run into the cesspool of collusion and betrayed in the way that it has been by people in positions of authority.
Yeah, our kids are going to be in trouble and the human species itself is going to be in dire trouble.
And I think that they're trying to eliminate carbon and we're the carbon they're trying to eliminate.
So as far as the replacement theory, replacing carbon with silicon, this is right up their alley for this.
And even I mentioned in one of the other segments, A couple weeks ago talking about the Wolfowitz memo and how that these kids that are injured from vaccines will be, they'll be proficient enough to repair mechanical, to perform mechanical duties.
They'll be punctual.
They'll be on time.
They will not be socially adept enough to unionize for higher wages or anything of the sort.
They will certainly, in many cases, be In my estimation, sex slaves, I don't know how else to put it, like they are in third world countries around the world, they're going to be that way in first world countries.
And I think that this is very much involved with much of the educational collusion and certainly with the internet in the pornographic generations too.
So I think this is all certainly not a coincidence.
This is an orchestrated effort.
And these are some of the things that I think can be tied together towards and identified towards this takeover.
So yeah, this really needs to be resisted.
Very subtle and penetrating, Chris.
Excellent.
Just excellent.
Even awesome.
Meanwhile, liberals furious over Joe Rogan's latest pro-Trump comments.
On a recent edition of his popular Spotify podcast, The Joe Rogan Experience, a stand-up comedian in addition to Joe Rogan applauded Trump's anti-war views.
In contrast to the Unified Front of the War and Uniparty elite, Rogan thinks Trump's attitude on Russia and Ukraine is admirable and a breath of refreshing air.
They are all in agreement that this should go on.
Dems used to be known as the always and I were always, adding there is no one, whether they're Republican or Democrat, who is opposing the war.
This is the very first occasion Democrats are wholeheartedly embracing the narrative We must put an end to Putin.
We must assist Ukraine.
How many Democrats and peacemakers who previously had syringes in their Twitter bios now have a flag of Ukraine?
During a CNN town hall in May, Rogin said Trump had the perfect response when asked about the crisis between Russia and Ukraine.
He advocated a diplomatic resolution saying, if I'm elected president, I'll get—or result in a single day, 24 hours.
I want everyone to stop dying.
They are dying, Ukrainians and Russians.
I want their deaths to cease, and I'll finish it in a day.
I'll finish that.
I'll take care of it.
To do that, you have whatever you must have—presidential authority.
Duncan Trussell, comedian who was Rogan's guest, agreed Trump is making sense in terms of foreign policy.
I always believed that was kind of a general agreement, like between people who are sane, it's a bad idea for us to blow one another up.
Trussell continued, Any endeavor to halt a conflict without a World War III or bloodshed or anything is fantastic, even if it's unsuccessful.
Even if it turns out to make you appear like a weak, beatable piece of shit in the long run, you're still going to look wonderful if you're remembered as a peacemaker in the eyes of the world.
Even though Rogan has previously taken moderate or liberal positions on specific topics, he now seems to be leaning toward voting Republican In an effort to counter the woke lunacy of the left.
In a podcast interview last year with Aaron Rodgers, Rogan stated, No one living today has ever faced a true pandemic.
And now that everything is finished, I'm hoping people would, you know, realize some big mistakes were made and not make them again.
The best you can hope for is that.
What do you say to those folks then, Rodgers inquired?
Select Republicans!
Over a million switched from the Democrat to the Republican parties in 2021 alone.
If Wind is a Rogan, those are the most well-known podcasts in the world are encouraging for Trump's prospect of winning the presidency again in 2024.
Carl, your thoughts?
Well, that's great.
Joe Rogan is again making connections and scoring points.
The idea being against war.
That's good.
That's good, because war is illegal.
But to make the statement, the propaganda-supporting conclusion that the Democrats are somehow against war, that's completely refuted by the evidence.
You have Obama, you have the Democratic leadership I remember well, refused to participate in the impeachment of Bush and Cheney for that lie-started Orwellian illegal war of aggression, formerly known as On Terror.
Nancy Pelosi said that impeachment would be off the table.
So the American public have the opportunity to choose, and the choice is simply between the parrot, repetitious, Orwellian state propaganda, or to simply stand with your own morality and be able to look with your own eyes and judge with your own heart and mind.
And, you know, I'll put here in bitchute that war is definitively illegal.
And this is two treaties after two world wars.
There's no debate on this.
The only way that they're able to continue to get away with these wars is by ignoring war law.
Gross.
I think the Democratic Party, historically speaking, has been behind these colonialization wars that have been waged at least in the last century, going back to World War I, you know, with Wilson, World War II with FDR, LBJ in Vietnam, Clinton in Bosnia and Yugoslavia.
And then, of course, Bush with the War of Terror, and that whole thing might have been the exception.
But yeah, Obama and the drone strikes, and Biden with Ukraine and many others.
So yeah, this is...
Par for the course with these guys.
They seem to be hell-bent on providing this fuzzy feel-good rhetoric, but certainly delivering mass genocide in many places around the world, and certainly involved with many collusion and black market operations everywhere.
One thing I'd also like to point out, The Democratic Party has also refused Secret Service detail protection for RFK Jr.
With all this guy's been through and what he's up against, you know, he's another one that I think has been talking a lot of sense in terms of diplomacy and even domestic and foreign policy.
I think Trump has been an exemplary source of diplomacy in terms of how he handled his four years, and I think as far as our prosperity, I don't think there's really a president that's maybe since Reagan that has had that kind of a track record, too.
So you got to give credit where it's due.
I think right now you're seeing a lot of countries starting to come undone, you know, Ukraine being obviously one.
But there's in Africa, there's been, you know, almost a half dozen in the last two years that have had regime changes that have stood up against the World Economic Forum and even the Biden regime.
South America, you've seen in like Colombia and a couple other countries, Peru and a few others.
Very nice.
And I think you're going to see it in, like I said, Niger and Africa going on right now.
I think it's going to come to the United Arab Emirates next because of their involvement with BRICS and the gold standard.
But we'll see.
Time will tell.
And I think it's amazing to see how Trump has been relegated to the dustbin of absurdity when he's been probably the most rational president we've seen in a long time.
Very nice.
Yeah.
Carl.
So for RFK to being denied the Secret Service, that is a direct calm.
Because on the night of the California primaries in 1968, his father, the LAPD, withdrew their police support for the California primary.
And that's why he had a rent-a-cop at his side.
In addition, for MLK, the 24-7 police protection that MLK was afforded, they were ordered to pull back away from the Lorraine Motel an hour before the assassination.
And of course, they were cleared to go ahead and return after he had been shot.
And the black detectives of the Memphis Police Department that had previously provided MLK with 24-7 protection, they were ordered to not report to assist MLK for any protection.
It turns out to be the apparent assassin of RFK.
It's outrageous.
Outrageous.
Well, if the executive branch in the U.S.
is trying to manipulate and interfere with a legislative in Israel, the executive branch is trying to mess with a judiciary.
Very bad.
Israel's parliament approved a law limiting the Israeli Supreme Court's ability to challenge parliamentary decisions.
The law includes a provision—so it reaches into their legislative as well—prevents judges from striking on government decisions that are extremely unreasonable.
The law taking effect would mean the Supreme Court would not be able to review decisions, such as the termination of officials, on the grounds of being unreasonable.
The law, part of a plan backed by Prime Minister Bibi Netanyahu, was passed on a 64-0 vote after opponents walked out rather than voting against it, where the first procedural vote was 64-56.
Justice Minister, you're of leaven, architect of the plan, said Parliament had taken the first step in an important historic process of overhauling the judiciary.
Other parts include a bill that would let a majority of Parliament overturn Supreme Court decisions, and a law that would enable Parliament to select judges.
The movement for quality government, which opposes the law as the country's highest court act against the law, since it's, I would say, obviously, not just allegedly, unconstitutional.
The government of destruction has raised its malicious hand against the State of Israel, threatening to destroy everything we have built here in the last 75 years, said Elad Shraga, the movement's chairman.
Mr. Netanyahu and his allies say changes are needed to curb the power of unelected judges and restore the balance of the three branches of government.
Critics say they're unnecessary, fueled by personal and political grievances of Bibi, who's on trial for corruption charges, and his partners.
Demonstrators have protested against the planned changes, including blocking the road leading to Parliament.
Some companies, including gas stations, have closed in protest ahead of the vote.
Thousands of military reservists have declared their refusal to serve.
We are headed for disaster.
You're laughing.
Leader of the opposition said before the law was approved.
This is a complete breaking of the rules of the game.
The government and coalition can choose what direction the state goes in, but it cannot decide the character of the state.
Netanyahu's supporters, meanwhile, thronged Central Tel Aviv to show support for the planned changes to the judiciary, while Mr. Netanyahu decried the military trying to force the government's hand.
Israel is already lost.
This I find interesting.
Published in RSN by a Jew, it suggested that no matter how it plays out, something very bad has happened to Israel.
In March, Unprecedented outcry compelled Israel's government to pause its attempted overhaul of the country's judiciary, but the reprieve was only temporary.
At the time, the far-right ministers Itamara Ben-Gurv and Berlind Schmalz assured supporters the reforms would pass by late July.
This did not happen.
Instead, on Monday, in the final week of the Israeli Parliament summer session, the ruling coalition passed the least significant component of its proposed legislation, curtailing the Supreme Court's ability to use a reasonableness standard when reviewing government decisions.
Contrary to the far-right's pledge, the government did not enact its plan to subordinate the appointment of Supreme Court judges to politicians.
Nor did it grant the coalition the ability to override judicial decisions.
In other words, Israel's democracy, flawed as it is, remains intact for now.
Far from incapacitated, the country's high side is already rushing to convene an unprecedented session to rule on the legality of this week's effort to curb its powers.
Whether or not Israel roads its Democrat guardrails in the months ahead, people have already lost something similarly essential—basic social trust.
Israel's warring camps are ostensibly fighting over the reasonableness doctrine, a technical tool inherited from British common law, allowing the country's highest court to overrule certain government decisions, though not legislation.
But fundamentally, the debate is not about the law itself, which few Israelis could easily explain.
It's about whose judgment is trusted to safeguard the country's democracy, put crudely.
A reasonableness doctrine is a subjective standard that has allowed Israel's justices to substitute their own consideration for the legislature's when assessing the merits of certain government actions and civil service appointments.
Given that the members of Israel's Supreme Court are appointed by a panel composed mostly of other judges and lawyers, a credible case exists for restraining this capacity, which lacks democratic accountability.
But this week's reform did not take place in a vacuum.
It took place in the context of a power grab by the most hard-right government in Israel's history, one that received only 48.4% of the vote in the last election.
If Israel's judges no longer get to decide which administrative decisions are reasonable, that means the politicians in power do, even if they, too, lack a mandate.
And today those politicians include homophobes, convicted criminals, aspiring theocrats, and proud nationalist chauvinists.
Polls consistently show two-thirds of Israel's citizens oppose the ruling coalition's unilateral overhaul of the judiciary.
Put another way, most Israelis simply do not trust the intentions of their own government.
They do not believe that Bibi, let alone the extremist allies he depends upon to maintain his power, will be more reasonable than the unelected Supreme Court.
And they do not believe that the coalition will stop with a small salvo against the judiciary when it has already announced its intention to deconstruct the entire NFS.
Israeli opposition has lost faith in its countrymen tackling the best interests of the entire nation, which is why its leaders now openly accuse the government of seeking to destroy democracy.
This rancor extends well beyond the usual partisan politics, and it runs both ways.
Rather than attempting to calm the waters and reestablish civic trust, Netanyahu's far-right ministers have rubbed their recent victory in their opposition face and promised more of the same.
The salad bar is open, quote Ben Griff on Saturday night, framing the impending reasonableness reform as merely the appetizer for a far more forbidding buffet.
A cannier, more responsible politician with malplatitudes about how this is a difficult time for Israel, but we all parties who want the best for one another in the country.
Ben-Gurion does not believe that and rarely feels compelled to pretend that he does.
Instead, he and his allies have cast hundreds of thousands of anti-Overhaul Street protesters As privileged anarchists and foreign-funded enemies, rather than fellow citizens expressing genuine concern, something has gone terribly wrong in a country where this is how leaders speak about those things they are supposed to shepherd.
Such an utter collapse of shared solidarity is unprecedented in Israeli history, which is why what happens next is so uncertain.
In the days ahead, Israel's Supreme Court may overturn this first strike against its authority, something it has never done before to a quasi-constitutional basic law of this kind.
The justices may let the legislation stand, but interpret it into irrelevance.
Coming up with new legal ways to get the same results that the reasonableness doctrine previously provided.
Or the court may punt entirely, deciding it lacks the power to overrule such a parliamentary prerogative.
If the court does undo this decision, it may stall the overhaul, throwing the coalition into chaos and recrimination.
Or the reversal may galvanize the far-right's effort to pass its entire anti-judicial package by affirming its belief that small-scale changes will never be enough to change the court's jurisprudence.
There is a reason, after all, that the Wrights' original plan included many more components than what has been passed.
Removing reasonableness from the judiciary toolbox still leaves the rest of the tools, not to mention those who wield them, in the long run.
The current coalition may use further legislation to cement its power, quash the courts, and marginalize its opposition.
Or Netanyahu's government, which is already polling poorly, may be crushed by the consequences of its own body blows to Israel's economy, security, and internal cohesion, much as the ill-fated economic overhaul of British PM Liz Truss precipitated her exit.
The fall of the reasonablest doctrine is a pebble that begins the avalanche, and the thing about avalanches is they cannot be controlled.
Still, though the ultimate outcome of this week's events remains in limbo, one thing is certain.
Regardless of whether Israel loses its independent judiciary, it has already lost a core component of any functioning democracy, the sense of collective concern among its citizens, and it is something that cannot be fixed by any legislation or court order.
Carl, your thoughts?
Well, first, for Israel, you need to know that they run the biggest concentration camp
In the world, and I'll provide documentation for that here at BitChute, Gaza has been under military siege for decades, so the idea that the government would do something so Orwellian illegal, of course, and of course Israel's government and media are on the forefront of propaganda to demonize any opponent in the Middle East, especially Iran at the moment, so Israel's government decides to remove an apparent check
on government power to create policy.
And two thirds of the people are against the government's removal of that check on power.
Okay, so that looks again like horrible optics for Netanyahu, and I'm glad that Bibi is back in power, just as I'm glad that maybe Big Mike might be stepping up for president, just as I'm glad that Victoria Nuland is number two at the Department of State for the U.S., because those are the characters that you most want in power when the show goes down.
And I would appreciate that.
The Israeli people, it seems that all the world's people are getting various themes to be able to examine and have opportunity for leadership to speak up.
And I hope the Israeli people make themselves proud.
Chris, your thoughts?
My thoughts is the same people that have colonialized Palestine under this Israeli occupation are the same legacies that have colonialized the United States away from the Native Americans and put them in concentration camps, depopulated them, ran a propaganda campaign against them, dehumanized them, rendered them without constitutional ran a propaganda campaign against them, dehumanized them, rendered them without constitutional rights on their And, you know, as far as I'm concerned, Israel's Israeli citizens have a constitution, but the Palestinians sure as heck don't seem to have anything close to that.
So, yeah, I think that the original judges that have hid behind the London Theatre Company are the rabbis.
And I think that these guys are really sick of having to go through the bureaucracy of a court system when they can just take power and control the world like that.
So, yeah, I think Netanyahu is very much an architect of international terrorism and certainly the war of terror that had followed 9-11 and maybe even 9-11 too.
Who knows, right?
And I think that they use the concept of democracy as kind of a perception management to voice the blame or the inequities onto the consensus or the multitudes and to really create a clash between the caste systems on the lower levels when it's all just orchestrated kabuki theater at the top and it's really just stuff to run us into each other and to run each other into buzz saws.
Yeah, as far as this is concerned, I don't take too much credence in the legal processes of Israel, because I think they're pretty much the same as London or the United States in that regard.
These are just weaponized rhetorics that are being used in such a way, and the 1% is literally taking all the resources and foisting all the work onto the 99%.
So yeah, as far as this goes, those are some of my thoughts.
And really, I don't really have too much more beyond that on this subject.
Well, they were excellent.
Excellent.
We don't often get a look at what's going on inside Israel.
I thought this was a valuable exercise.
Meanwhile, Hollywood director Oliver Stone admits he regrets voting for Biden.
I made a mistake.
Hollywood director Oliver Stone's become known to have liberal views for decades.
Chucked everyone this week when he admitted he regrets voting for Biden in the 2020 election.
Russell Brand tweeted, I voted for him, I made a mistake.
The Oliver Stone Plays is concerned about U.S.
involvement in Ukraine and Russia war.
Don't miss our full conversation.
While being interviewed by Russell Brand on his Stay Free broadcast, Stone Slam Biden was stupidly dragging the U.S.
into a confrontation with Russia.
We don't stop this.
What Biden is doing, this guy is, I voted for him.
I made a mistake.
I was thinking he was an old man now that he would calm down, maybe more mellow and so forth.
I didn't see that at all, said Stone 76.
I see a man who maybe is not in charge of his own administration.
Who knows?
It seems he's dragging us stupidly into a confrontation with a power that is not going to give.
This is their border.
This is their world.
This is NATO going into Ukraine.
This is a whole other story.
Stone knows a thing or two about Russia and Ukraine.
As the executive producer of the 2016 movie Ukraine on Fire, exposing the role the U.S.
played in the 2014 coup in Ukraine, in the ousting of the former Ukrainian President Viktor Yankelevich, Scone even conducted a series of interviews with Russian President Putin from 2015 to 2017 for this project.
Check out a trailer!
But it's age-restricted.
Surprise, surprise.
Biden is an old Korg warrior.
He really hates the old Soviet Union, which he confounds again and again with the Russian Federation, which is not communist.
Not stopping there.
Stoneblasted the anti-Russian stance that Washington and its NATO allies have adopted.
Putin is not the monster pictured by the American propaganda machine.
Unless we change our direction or thinking, we're taking Russia to the edge.
This is crazy what's going on.
It's nuts.
It's suicidal.
We're going to hurt ourselves in a big way.
This is a potential World War III.
You have to look at the reason for this war, and whenever you do, the Americans like to simplify and say it's a question of a Russian invasion of Ukraine.
That's very simplistic and very black and white.
It's been years since I saw him for the last time.
The man I knew had nothing to do with a mad, irresponsible, and murderous man the media present today comparing him to Hitler and Stalin.
The Putin I knew was rational, calm, always acting in the interests of the Russian people, a true son of Russia patriot, which does not imply a nationalist.
Check out his full comments in the video.
My favorite president was John Kennedy, so if you look at the two Irishmen sideways, you find John Kennedy is a peace lover, he told the Guardian back in May, and you find that Joe Biden is a cold warrior in the worst sense of the word.
Stone, moreover, gave thoughts on Russian Putin.
I think Russia is doing a great job with nuclear energy, he said at the time.
China is also a leader in that field, although I never was able to penetrate into China, which was a shame for the movie I wish we had.
But Putin is a great leader for his country, and the people love him.
We are living in a time when the vast majority of the liberal elites of Hollywood fawn over everything Biden does.
Ignoring the damage he's doing to our country.
Whether you like Oliver Stone or not, it's refreshing to see a Hollywood icon actually have the guts to admit that voting for Biden was a mistake.
Carl, your thoughts?
Yeah, Oliver Stone is another person.
And I wonder, for him resurfacing on the news, he would be able to say a lot Especially given RFK2's campaign regarding the assassination of JFK, RFK, and MLK, and I hope he does go there.
And it is great that he spoke up about that topic, and maybe that also will open a door for other people to say something similar.
I think he's one of many that had been foolish enough to vote for Biden that are now currently withdrawing their support after the track record that this guy's put forward.
There's a guy on, I think he's called Snafu Radio, that calls him Gilligan and talking about Biden just because of how much he Fs up everything.
You know, everything he touches just fumbles and turns to shit.
So like I said before, and this is a quote from James Forrestal, this level of consistency is not the mark of stupidity, but malice or cold calculation.
I think that he's absolutely right, and I think that it applies to what's going on right now.
And Biden has had a very long track record before he even became vice president or president of really betraying the American people to put in this authoritarian government and to colonialize us under the UN objectives.
Him and Chuck Schumer both have been very, very prominent in the Senate for a very long time.
If you remember S-306 that Biden put in, it was basically the Patriot Act after Oklahoma City.
And he's another guy that put on the tough on crime, the for-profit prisons.
NAFTA, CAFTA, China Permanent Organization Trade with China, and then the for-profit prisons, the war on drugs, many of these other things.
So here's a guy that panders to the black in a minority communities while he incarcerates more of them than anybody else in human history and certainly is turning this entire country into a complete and total shitshow with the migrant thing and certainly with the inner cities being in disrepair and poverty to such an extent.
You know, another thing I'd like to put maybe is a little bit off topic, but I was grocery shopping yesterday and everything I looked at the shelf had a it says warning contains a bioengineered ingredient.
I cannot find one damn thing in the grocery store that didn't have that little warning sign on it.
So I think that every every store in every city in America is dealing with that type of thing.
And I think that Russia has been very prominent as far as non GMO crops and wheat particular.
So I think that these are factors as well that really, you know, they're trying to colonialize the world under this this agricultural system and this economic system as well.
And this this the social credit score and everything else along the lines really to depopulate us to really give us cancers to make an industry out of giving us perpetual.
I don't say like Phantom cures.
I don't think they're, you know, they go like straight to chemo.
They don't tell you anything about sugar.
They don't say anything about bioengineered ingredients.
I know it's a little off topic, but I think that these things are very much co-related.
And if you look at the lobby behind, you know, like Walmart's or, you know, incentivizing Monsanto to take over the food production in the agriculture production in America.
These guys have been at the front of that in terms of legislation and funding.
So yeah, I think it's very important to consider the track records, not only while they're president, but even before they became president.
And like I said, if you were to really compile all this stuff into a bullet point pre and post, both of them would be so condemning that I'm surprised this guy is even allowed to show his face in public.
Fascinating.
Meanwhile, We want to hear from you.

Demented Joe's biggest crime is conspiracy.
It's a theft of the 2020 U.S.
presidential election by the undemocratic Democrats.
Additionally, they engineered and managed a January 6th PSYOP they refer to as an insurrection.
It was an insurrection carried out by the undemocrats themselves, not the peaceful protesters who were there to protest the obviously fraudulent election.
The illegitimate pretendent immediately began to destroy the country and the Constitution in every way imaginable.
All of this was done with the assistance of deep state operatives, perhaps being presumed by many to be one of the more obvious.
It is doubtful the country will ever recover from the disaster known as the illegitimate Biden presidency.
I'm sorry to say he may be right.
Final thoughts, Carl.
Well, again, we enter into a new week where we have a promise of unprecedented disclosure along with every move our opponents make seems to put them in a more precarious, ridiculous, tragic, comic position.
And then we have this new story, this new wrinkle in the plot with Obama and the chef.
So we shall see.
All I can do is to stay encouraged.
Don't spend too much time in hell for our audience members.
Talk to me first.
Anything that you can do to cheer yourself up, to do something productive that's a worthy area of focus, along with being the responsible citizen you are for paying attention to the news that you need to know.
Chris, your final thoughts?
Yeah, great points, Carl.
To add to maybe what Carl was saying, I think it's important for people to really think about this.
We understand who's doing this to us, we understand what they're trying to do to us.
Now I think the next step is us really mobilizing an intellectual demographic that will be able to figure out a way to avoid falling into these pitfalls that they seem to be laying out for us.
You know, forging our own alternatives in terms of, you know, food supply or currency exchange or honest banking or even just, you know, education or even a social contract that we would like to see.
Return to the Constitution, things like that.
So I think it's really have to start with, you know, a bunch of like-minded people holding the line and holding the trench against this and certainly not Committing any sort of misstep in terms of a way that they can use this full strength of law and this apparatus against us.
I almost think that they really are trying to encourage people to do something terrible and even entrap people into these type of things so that when they do, they can hammer them with the full weight of the law and certainly make an example out of them so no one else would have the courage to do this.
And I have to say that it really doesn't even necessarily have to be an intellectual elite, as long as you have a memory, and as long as you really are doing the right thing and have the courage to stand up for the right thing.
I think that that is probably far more important than intellectuals and having intellectual capacities because I think that, you know, even people that are smart enough to see this and know what's going on don't really seem to have the courage to risk their livelihoods to do anything about it.
Wonderful, wonderful.
I'm so glad we had a great internet connection today, Chris.
You were spectacular, Carl, too.
I just loved it all.
Let me say, Americans are addicted to murder mysteries, crime stories, Perry Mason.
Yeah, I mean, it goes on and on.
Law & Order, longest-running series perhaps in television history.
When you look at the Obamas, what happened there on Martha's Vineyard was the original amateur hour.
I guarantee you what happened was very much as I am sketching here.
He came on to his chef, who's actually a straight guy, did not welcome his advances.
They got into a fight.
He sought to defend himself.
He actually cut Obama's hand and got him a black eye.
They had a problem.
This happened right in their own mansion.
What do they do?
They conspire together and decide to pretend he died in a drowning accident.
Paddleboarding.
Obama loves the paddleboard.
They thought he couldn't swim when he actually could swim.
They had Michelle call in and claim to have seen him alive on the paddleboard before he went in.
The Edgar Town Police won't even record that it came from Michelle Obama.
The girls were in the house at the time.
They probably know there was an altercation.
Get them out of town.
This is all so obvious.
This is going to create great chaos in the Democrat Party.
And the very idea that they're going to try to cover it up, and I guarantee you they will try to cover it up, The American people know too much about these kinds of things.
Obama went out golfing the next day because you're supposed to act normal.
They wrote a statement about his death that was anything but shock and surprise.
It sounded like a eulogy.
This is something they spent a lot of time on.
Too much time.
They've blown their cover.
This is going to be a catastrophe for Barack and Michelle, but it will be a glimmer of truth and justice for the American people.
I am shocked that it happened, but in many ways not surprised.
They can't succeed.
They can't get away with this.
Truth, I predict, will out.
Meanwhile, spend as much time as you can with your family, friends, and people you love and care about.
