This is Truth vs. News Incorporated.
I'm Donald Reiner, producer, JD.com consultant for ProtonMail.com, and this is May the 15th, a Monday after Mother's Day, and we all had a good weekend, I hope, and now we're getting down to some heavy news here with the best panel in the world to discuss things.
Of course, we have James Fetzer, who's the most dangerous man in America, and that's because he's written the most dangerous book in America about nobody dying at Sandy Hook.
And he's also written things about a certain president that we had, and his relatives are in the news now.
He's on top of everything.
Then we have Scott Bennett, the one and only military intelligence officer who's been on international TV, right and left, even with Alex Jones and everybody else.
He's the man of the hour.
Then we have a special guest today, Paul Taylor, who's Scott's best friend.
And you want to introduce yourself, Paul?
Yes, I'm just uh one of the guys on the team here working with you guys and and uh glad to be here and be on this show with you guys.

Yeah, it should be something all right and I will say today we got some pretty heavy news folks.
Things are getting tense out there and I think you better be geared up for this show here.
So heat a warning.
You probably can't handle the truth.
Can you with me get all this stuff going on?
Well, that's a good question, Don, because we got massive migrants packing the processing center in El Paso.
They're nearly all military-age males.
Look at the photograph there.
You don't see a woman or a child among them.
Illegals have stormed the borders and Title 42 expired.
The Trump-era policy that forced migrants to remain in Mexico.
Thousands are passing through the migrant processing center in El Paso.
A max room of 120, but they had 750 backed in.
Nearly all military-age males, not a woman or child in sight.
This is an invasion.
Moreover, We have illegals being given these DHS packets with smartphones.
I think that turns out to be very, very important.
Independent journalist Taylor Hanson released a clip showing some illegals opening up their packets with government-issued smartphones and directives that the New York state court dates set well in the future.
Here's Tyler tweeting, some migrants have shown me their court dates as far out as 2027.
Rebecca Branson, another independent journalist, posted images of illegals using smartphones in Rivera Interactives.
She noted some that she booked weren't simply from South America, but even Chinese nationals.
There's some giving phones a bus ticket to a state where they're provided an address of a sponsor or family already there in the country.
Here's a little bit of a video clip to give you a sense about it all.
We're actually in a situation far worse, far worse than this clip.
There are actually hordes just storming across the borderline.
Thousands together, storming across the border.
This is a relatively isolated, modest indication of what's happening.
Scott, what are your thoughts?
Well, I mean, words can't convey the outrage and the disgust and the fury and the betrayal that I, and no doubt millions, if not tens of millions of Americans, are feeling when our government And our military and our border patrol and our police and our state governments and governors are betraying the people of the United States and committing treason against the Constitution.
All of these people should be executed for treason because they are facilitating the invasion of the United States under the false pretenses of refugee resettlement.
These are not refugees.
They are not the Vietnamese fleeing from the communist murderers.
They are South Americans, Central Americans, and others that have jumped on rafts and have floated up to the United States in caravans, often paid for by NGOs, and Israel has been one of the facilitators of this, Mormon churches and others.
And they've been floated up to the United States for, quote, a better life, a job, social security, welfare, free education, free medical, and every other fruit that the American taxpayer has been paying for.
So this should be immediately stopped with razor wire, landmines, helicopters, German shepherd dogs, rifle teams, National Guard.
Every military weapon component that needs to be mobilized and deployed to stop an invasion.
We are witnessing the beginning of the fall of Rome, and anyone that calls it anything other than the fall of Rome is a deranged idiot that doesn't deserve to live in the United States, and I would say doesn't deserve to live, period.
Because they are committing suicide, political suicide, social suicide, economic suicide.
They're inviting these migrants that can't speak English, have no skills, have already been saying that they're starving and don't have money as they're squatting on the border.
And what this does to the Hispanic communities in the border is worse than what it does to the communities in Vermont or New Hampshire or anywhere else in the country.
Because it is the Hispanic communities that these military-aged young men come in, target the little girls, the little boys, snatch them for sex slavery, as Alex Jones said, slap fentanyl on their arms to incapacitate them, throw them in white vans and take them away for all sorts of demonic tortures.
This is what is going to be occurring and happening more and more in the United States.
And it is because of liberals, because of leftists, because of Democrats, because of rhinos, because of castrated, effeminate Republicans and Democrats that they are allowing this invasion.
The solution?
Every veteran, every military person, active and inactive, every martial component of the state governments need to be deployed and go down to the border region.
And stop this fall of Rome.
Otherwise, there is no country, there is no republic, and it is just a matter of time before the entire country breaks up into an archipelago of, you know, liberal Democrat islands which are rampaged and burning, smoldering ruins from the black savages that have burned down Wisconsin and such, and the remaining conservative states that are going to have to erect walls
Uh, to keep out these zombie hordes of idiots, to maintain some sort of balance of civilization, or as most recently reported...
Conservative Americans are going to be moving to new towns in Russia that are now being erected in St.
Petersburg because of the liberal leftist insanity and transgender values that Americans are increasingly seeking to escape from.
That's the most interesting thing, is now Americans are having to flee their own country because of the moral depravity that is afflicting our nation, and this invasion on the southern border is simply the fruit of it.

And if we had a rational immigration policy like Mexico, which requires that you can only immigrate if you have something to contribute to the good of the country, like being a dentist or a doctor or a pipe flitter or a carpenter, and that you must have the financial resources to support yourself and your family members so you don't become a burden on the state,
95 to 99 percent of these migrants wouldn't qualify and they would be denied if we had a rational policy, Paul.
Well, certainly, I look at this and the You know, we have a tendency to look at the symptoms, but don't really look at the core problems.
And the core problem really is this.
I understand the federal government owns the border.
That is their, that is the area of responsibility.
Once that person steps into, over that border, into Texas, into Arizona, into California, or anywhere, then they become the responsibility of the adjoining sheriff.
And if the sheriff isn't keeping them out, that's the first leak in the boat right there.
The sheriff is the responsibility for his county, and if people are coming across his county, then I wonder why we the people are not getting on our sheriffs, or what can be done with that.
Because we can't blame people for coming here that are looking for something better or been lied to or whatever.
But we can do something to protect ourselves, and that protection comes in our Constitution.
That Constitution is the position of the elected sheriff in every county.
He is the governor of his county.
He should have the borders completely sealed up in his county.
If he's not equipped to do that, he needs to be equipped to do it, and he needs to stand on his authority.
And we can start doing something, you know.
And then, the other thing is, at some point, you know, we need to start also going after these companies that are in China and making all this stuff, and Walmart, and force them to start building factories so that these people come here, let's put them to work.
Let's not just let them go all over the country.
Let's at least get them doing something.
Let's force our economy back into a made-in-America, you know, because all this stuff is intertwined into itself, and it's economics, it's manufacturing, it's security, you know, it's the American dream.
All this stuff needs to be considered in there.
So, you know, there's no straight answers for any of it.
It's a corundum, you know.
Well, you make a good point that once they cross a border, they're the responsibility of the state and the county officials.
That would include the governor of the National Guard.
Yeah.
Here's something that troubles me profoundly.
Non-law enforcement agencies like IRS and EPA have spent billions on guns and ammo over the last number of years, and I've wondered what it was for.
I now believe we see the answer.
76 rank-and-file agencies outside of traditional law enforcement or the DoD spent $3.7 billion on guns, ammo, and military-style equipment, according to the Washtenaw Group.
Open the books!
They include the National Institute of Health, NASA, Environmental Protection Agency, and the Small Business Administration all over and above IRS, which wants 87,000 new, where one of the requirements is be willing to apply lethal force to American citizens.
Something is profoundly wrong.

Vance, moreover, is a senator from Ohio, suggests we cannot, as a country, absorb 10 million people and still provide high-quality housing to the rest of our citizens.
Vance explained that although we have millions of new arrivals, the amount of housing has not increased nearly enough, making the market unstable and far more competitive.
The math just doesn't add up.
I'm going to focus on one of the under-discussed components of the housing crisis in our country today, observes Vance.
And that is its connection to mass illegal immigration.
Just to put a fine point on and explain where I'm coming from, why I'm raising this issue, while friends on the other side have convinced themselves lax immigration is somehow a compassionate thing to do, we cannot, as a country, absorb 10 million people and provide high-quality housing for the rest of our citizens.
The math doesn't work.
The numbers don't make sense.
The increase in housing prices and rents is clear for us all.
Joni Job tweets, At the rate of 10,000 a day, it only takes 10 days to reach my city's population of 102,000.
We already have homeless people galore.
America's in the midst of a housing shortage.
Affordable housing options are shrinking.
There's an ongoing spike in housing costs.
So how do we deal with that?
We can't absorb 10 million and still provide high quality housing.
Here's Vance addressing his Senate colleagues.
I want to focus on one of the under-discussed components of the housing crisis in our country today, and that is its connection to mass illegal immigration.
And just to sort of put a fine point and explain where I'm coming from on that and why I'm raising this issue is, I think that a lot of our friends on the other side of the aisle have convinced themselves that lax immigration is somehow a compassionate thing to do.
And yet if you take 5 to 10 million people and you introduce them into a country over two years, and you're talking about it, you increase the demand for housing because it's 5 to 10 million people need housing, while at the same time the supply of housing is relatively inelastic.
With that in mind, there are a couple pieces of research that we've sort of been looking at just as I focus on this particular issue.
You do see very predictable increases in housing costs and rents when you have mass immigration into a country, into a metro area, even into a county.
Combine that increase in rents and increase in housing costs with another unusual component of the effect on mass immigration and housing costs, and it's that in the neighborhood where you have the highest inflow of immigration, you also have declining home prices.
So if you take those two pieces of evidence together, what you basically get is rich people who have homes in low immigration areas benefit from our mass immigration policies, And everybody else finds the American dream of home ownership further and further away because we've effectively invited 5 to 10 million people into our country to break our laws.
Scott, how are we going to accommodate 10 million more people if we don't have the houses for them?
Your thoughts, my friend?
Well, again, this is an emotional, psychological, mental retardation and virtue, I mean, almost dementia or delusion among these people in political positions that are not just kicking the can down the road,
But are kicking the can and igniting the House of America on fire, thinking that they're going to escape accountability, that they're going to somehow, you know, be elevated into a position of almost like the Wizard of Oz, overlording
All of these Lilliputians, and that's how they really view these migrant, Hispanic, non-English speaking, third world, knuckle-dragging, unskilled people as a bunch of, you know, retarded Lilliputians that are coming into America And these Democrats, for the most part, like that because they get to lord over them.
They get to take the money from the conservatives, the Republicans, the traditional family values people, the workers, and steal it from them and give it to these, again, Lilliputians, if you will, these uneducated, low intelligence people.
And these political parasites, the Democrats, get this sadistic joy and bliss from that sort of robbery and bribery and manipulation and control.
It's very primordial in their And they're evil, they're sin, and they're fulfillment from doing this.
So that's the motivation.
They're wanting to rule over these people.
And again, they want to flood this into America to lower the class standards of America.
Remember, these Democrats are millionaires, usually after they come into Congress, because they're They're bribed and they're paid for by groups like Black Rock or the Soros groups or the Chamber of Commerce and others that benefit from this slave trade.
And there's no care for how this is going to affect longitudinally the United States in our culture.
Where are the jobs for young people between 12 and 17?
I had jobs when I was growing up at that age, but they don't exist for young indigenous Americans, because suddenly that busboy job is given to a 40-year-old Nicaraguan guy, and he's paid $5 an hour.
So we're crippling our own generation.
We're taking from them the maturation process of work and self-discovery and character development, and we're stealing that and contracting it out to slaves.
And it's very similar to what the Democrats and Clinton and the rest of them did with the American industrialization by transporting it out of America.
To these third world countries, and again, stripped America of a very real necessary process of maturation.
And maybe that explains our immaturity and our retardation on all sorts of other levels, is because we're no longer involved in building up the House of America.
We're living in a cardboard structure.
that are run by migrants who have no love for the Constitution, no love for American culture, and I would say the opposite, have a knife grinding, sadistic desire for revenge against the indigenous population of America sadistic desire for revenge against the indigenous population of America that is going to be, they think, achieved by a generational overthrow.
So the Democrats are doing this for short-term gain.
They expect to be gone or die or somehow be protected in their ivory towers.
But it's only going to lead to increased disparity, separations, and violence.
When you have a multicultural society, you do not have a cohesive country, a cohesive culture.
You have tribalism, and then you have conflict, and then you have...
you have bloodshed and crime and violence.
Yes.
And when everybody is inoculated with the COVID-19 vaccine, now you'll no longer have an adequate police force or military to cope with this.
So we're going again into the fall of Rome with flames and smoke and turmoil like we've never seen in the history of the United States.

We're talking about a recipe for anarchy and chaos.

Yeah, you're right, Jim and Scott, because I don't see how we're going to be able avoid the chaos and the anarchy.
I know that they're pushing towards that.
And secondly, every time I see one of these events like the border crossing or something like that, I'm saying, what's the distraction they're using that to distract us from something else they're doing somewhere else that they're planning?
Because they've got a lot of tentacles.
They've got a lot of things, a lot of operations going on at one time.
And each time that it seems like they, you know, something else comes up, you know, another false flag.
I mean, it's more than a three ring circus.
It's a ton of, you know, you know, it's a lot of moving parts and it's hard to see what they all are.
So, you know, I don't know what we're going to do.
I keep saying that I don't know how we're going to avoid civil war.
I just I mean, I don't I just don't see how we're going to do it.
Our country, and even in that regard, doesn't even have the warriors like 1776 to step up.
They, you know, they're going to be, you know, people out there, you know, wandering around, you know, half crazy, like Scott says, going psychotic and stuff like that, running around, not knowing what to do and getting in the way between the real warriors that are trying to put down the enemy that's coming after everybody.
You know, I don't know what we're going to do, but This is exciting time, that's for sure.
Crazy, absolutely crazy.

Meanwhile, a federal judge has made clear who's to blame for the border crisis and halts Biden's migrant parole program.
A federal judge late Thursday halted the Biden admin plan to parole immigrants who illegally cross the southern border.
For two years, the administration has released some migrants without giving them a court date.
Through the Alternatives to Detention program, migrants without a court date are tracked and required to check in using a phone app.
The program was designed to prevent migrants from disappearing into the shadows while they await their court dates.
But the administration prepared a new parole program this week to release migrants from custody without a court date or any way to track them.
Late Thursday, just hours before 42 ended, U.S.
District Court T. Cantweatherall ordered the Biden admin to stand down, issuing a two-week restraining order against the policy.
His ruling came after Florida Governor DeSantis' admin filed a lawsuit asking for a temporary restraining order.
In his ruling, Rutherford explained there's no material difference between the new parole program and the catch-and-release program that he struck down as unconstitutional two months ago.
He admonished the Biden admin for claiming that halting the parole program would cause chaos.
Any chaos, the judge said, would be a Biden's own doing.
Interestingly, they embedded a what-the-hell-is-happening-here video from the same day With two different Bidens.
Look at the eyes, look at the nose, look at the mouth.
These are two different actors playing Joe Biden.
And we know there's more to it.

Well, people are under the delusion that this current government under the Biden administration is in any way friendly to
Uh, the culture Americana or any of our institutions, any of our systems, any of our building blocks of the society, which we have been slowly, you know, mixing with the straw and clay of our blood and our folklore and our myth and our stories and traditions and, and family, uh, intergenerational genes, and then constructing over two, 300 years.
The Biden administration and this current liberal leftist, wokest, communist coup d'etat that occurred starting under Obama and continuing after the overthrow of Donald Trump.
This regime of leftist, communist, homosexual, rainbow flag wokest, if you want to call them that, are looking to do nothing but utterly destroy every semblance, every They're looking to tear down the statues.
They're looking to lobotomize people.
They're looking to outlaw speech and words and ideas that have any moral traditionalism.
And you see that through the violent insanity of, you know, capturing of language and then this whole obliteration of women and the transgender ideology that is rising up.
These are all weapon systems that are locked and firing at the foundations of America to topple our country, topple our civilization into a crumbling ruin.
That can then be, you know, kind of scraped up, thrown into the cement mixer, and regurgitated out into this Star Trek New World Order that the globalists have been trying to push.
And that alone demands and justifies a revolution in this country, by all means necessary, as the Declaration of Independence prescribes.
When a government becomes so tyrannical and destructive Of your rights, and I would include of your language, of your traditions, of your freedom, of your very ability to live and move and have your being, then it is incumbent on the people to overthrow such government and reconstitute one that seems appropriate for them.
People are waiting for that trigger moment, that Boston Tea Party moment, and some are hoping that Trump's return will lead to that.
And others are simply waiting for the left to go one bridge too far before they ignite something terrible.

Well, as before, it is totally absurd and crazy and it's hard to see the, you know, I don't even see what their plan is.
Do they really have a plan?
Is it a lot of stuff just happening because of things are so Disconnected or wild or anything goes?
I mean, how much of this stuff is really being planned on us?
Or is just being thrown in there by, you know, people on the left and right doing stuff?
You know, I mean, and then how can they have so many, you know, Biden's get up there and how do they?
I just don't understand when When the wake-up time comes, you know, you fall asleep watching the movie and the movie's over.
They come by and they wake you up.
They tell you it's time to leave the theater.
You fell asleep.
Sometimes people got to wake up and say, I better get out of here.
When are they going to do something about two Bidens?
How come they don't get caught?
It just seems like we just allow so much stuff to, you know, to happen every day.
It's a different story.
It's more murders.
It's more tragedies.
It's more money to be spent.
It's more despair.
It's more and more and more of everything.
And I don't see us pushing, getting a pushback on it, really.
So, I don't know.
That's kind of what I'm thinking.
Well, I think they had to have a disposable president.
They couldn't have a real president who had a conscience and a sense of responsibility.
So they took advantage of the death of Joe Biden in 2017 to replace him with one or more body doubles.
I've been all over this for years.

Notice his smile.
Notice his expression.
Notice his signature, completely different from the body double.
You can change your hair.
You can get a haircut, dye your hair, stand up, sit down, still be the same person, but you cannot change the shape and size of your skull.
We're talking about two completely different persons.

Look where the mask ends and his neck begins.
This is something we've had confirmed now by his recent trip to Ireland.

Let me mention how articulate he is, how expressive, how he uses his hands and arms when he talks, very much as I do myself.
So I felt a certain kinship with this guy, but not the mummified variation we find wandering around the White House.

There's a lot at stake in how we end this war.
It makes a big difference how we end this war.
And it makes a big difference to tell the American people the truth about what our options are in ending this war.
If tomorrow, the order goes out from the President, I'm President of the United States, I issue an order.
End the war today, begin to withdraw all American troops.
It will take a year to get the American troops out.

It will take a year to get them physically out.
Now if you leave all the equipment behind, You might be able to do it in seven months.

Invading army to tell them where to go to get the cache of weapons and coordinate their efforts against the United States to bring about chaos and destruction and perhaps evoking a civil war that will justify bringing in the UN to complete the decimation of America.

Well, anyone can test the mask physicality by getting some surgical gloves.
Not rubber gloves, but surgical gloves from the doctors.
You know, whenever you go in for a checkup or so, you'll always have those boxes of gloves on the wall.
Little blue gloves.
Put one of those on and you'll see the texture and how, when you run your finger over the glove, the similar wrinkle that you identified in that video clip of Joe Biden's neck area, just exactly how that happens, because it's so soft that it responds in that way.
So I think there's something definitely, you know, there.
But we're living in this twilight zone where, again, The only hope of this, Jim, and I've said it before, we are on a hell-break kamikaze, a nose-diving airplane crash towards oblivion with regards to a political overthrow in this country.
The Democrats and the leftists are never going to get better.
They're never going to get moderate.
They're never going to come to their senses.
They're never going to have any sort of mea culpa.
They are only going to double down and become more and more insane.

If people think that these Democrats and these leftists and these Biden supporters are going to become moderate, ask yourself, did the Sodomites at Sodom and Gomorrah suddenly become moderate?
And say, oh no, we'll let people be people and let the strangers live in peace that came to Lott's house.

They were so savage and violent and insane and bloodthirsty and their lust so consumed by all sorts of other internal spiritual destruction, so inflamed that they dared surround the house and cry out, bring them out so we may know them, so we may rape them to death and kill them.

So it's important for people to understand that, so that they can, you know, draw closure, so they can clamp off This bleeding heart, well, can't we get along?

No, they're coming after you and your children.
And they are going to take away your children using government and child protective services and the police.
They're already doing it.
So we have been far too tolerant and lenient and sleepy And we've allowed this fire of lust and madness and narcissism to rise up in this country, and now we're at a point where the only way to extinguish this, Jim, because the fire is so consuming all over America, is through the explosivity of social political revolution.
The way to extinguish a fire, in some cases, is to throw a stick of dynamite in there and blow it up.
And I'm not advocating for similar tactical operations, although that may be appropriate in some cases in the future, but there are going to be times where these attacks and these insidious usurpations and these intrusions into your children's classrooms and at your workplace, they have to be met with a superior rhetorical violence and extinguish because they're never going to get better.
People really need to understand this is we are at the lowest point in this country.
And these people that are backing this agenda of wokeism have lost all of their humanity and They do not resemble human beings anymore.
They resemble walking zombies that have been full of the COVID-19 vaccine, are now lobotomized, and are simply taking orders from their woke masters and I mean, to see them follow Joe Biden should tell everybody just how stupid this country has become, Jim.

Well, I mean that we've left stuff behind every place that we've, you know, since we've got on the ships and the, you know, sailing the wars because we still maintain about 900 military bases around the United States that we continue to, you know, to, you know, support and do that stuff.
And we're, you know, we're spending money there.
So, we're not really wise in how we spend our money or controlling what we have.
And so, it's easy.
you know, equipment being left in places like that.
And because the, the, we're in a society that looks for new stuff.
We want a new car.
We don't want to use car.
We want a new rifle, want new weapons, want the, the, the hypersonic stuff, you know, you know, that stuff.
So again, I, you know, at some point there's got to be an exposure and it's going to, or something's going to have to happen.
And I'm hoping, I'm still hoping and praying for the results of the COVID shots that people have taken, which is going to eliminate a lot of people.
We're expecting those, you know, soon.
I don't know if you fellows have heard, but apparently 400 million Chinese have died in China already from the, the COVID effects every which way, 400 million.
And that, that information was sent to me by the, Dr. Lee, who owns Epoch Publications, Epoch Times, and he's found out 400 million have died from, you know, shots, from abuse, from starving, from, you know, just the whole, you know, thing of, you know, the COVID deal there in China, and he expects another 100 million.
So, what, how many people are gonna, will that equate to America to dying?
You know, one-third of their population, that would be 100 million for us, at least, you know?
When's that going to stop?
And I recently published a Peacegiving Five Lines argument that there are at least a billion deaths as a consequence of the COVID vax already, so you make a very telling point, Paul.
Meanwhile, a former prosecutor against Trump has taken a fifth in a deposition before Congress.
Mark Pomerantz, a former Manhattan prosecutor who led an investigation into Trump's finances, invoked his Fifth Amendment right near his deposition before the House Judiciary Committee, which is conducting oversight of Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg's unprecedented indictment of a former U.S.
president.
Trump became the first ever president to be criminally charged in a case brought by Bragg.
He pled not guilty to the 34 felony counts, which are grossly exaggerated and falsifying business records.
Had it been anyone else, it's quite obvious this case would not have been brought.
As part of the House Oversight, Parliament was subpoenaed to provide testimony.
Reagan tried to block the subpoena, but a judge denied it.
In his opening statement, Parliament called the GOP Committee's investigation a political theater.
Ironic, because that's what has taken place in New York City with the financial indictment that 30 Fork has, political theater, and with the rape trial, which we're also going to review, even more grotesque as political theater.
He said he was appearing to testify as required because I respect the rule of law.
What I do not respect, he added, is the use of the committee's subpoena power to compel me to participate in an act of political theater.
This deposition is for show.
I do not believe for a moment I am here to assist a genuine effort to enact legislation or conduct legislative oversight.
Although the rule of law compels me to be here, it doesn't require I play a substantive role in your theatrical production.
Under the law, I can decline to answer your questions for several reasons.
Paul Brant said Bush ran an indictment against Trump after leading a probe into his so-called hush money payments to Stormy Daniels, which were actually done by Michael Cohen, his attorney, without Trump's knowledge, apparently, and where both he and Stormy agree, and she's issued an affidavit asserting they did not have a sexual relationship.
The former prosecutor left the Manhattan DA's office in February 2022 because he disagreed with Bragg's initial decision not to pursue a criminal case, which he subsequently reversed.
Three House GOP chairmen, including Judiciary Jim Jordan, mounted an investigation into Bragg's office in March at a time when Trump suggested he'd be soon arrested before the felony charges were announced.
In his opening statement, Pomerantz said he was instructed by Bragg's office to maintain their claims of privilege and confidentiality to protect the integrity of the pending prosecution and continuing investigation of Donald Trump.
I intend to honor the DA's request.
I will not answer questions to which the DA objects.
He also says he's taking a fifth, because though he'd spoken about his own investigation into Trump, formal charges are now pending.
With formal charges now pending, the rule of law is best served if the merits of the case against Trump are litigated before the court hearing the case.
This is neither the time nor the place for me to answer questions about the investigation or the pending indictment over the objection of the prosecutors.
The charges against Mr. Trump should be heard and decided by a judge and a jury before politicians second-guess their merits of the decision to bring them.
That's how our system works.
Those who claim that they respect the rule of law should wait for the courts to do their work.
He also explained Bragg's office before the publication of Palmer's own book warned him he could face criminal liability if he disclosed grand jury material or violated a provision of the New York City Charter dealing with the misuse of confidential information.
A lawyer from Bragg's office told him he reported his book exposed him to criminal liability, even though he, Pomerantz, is certain he broke no laws.
He said under the Fifth, he's not required to answer questions if the answers might be used against him in a criminal prosecution, and that the Fifth is a protection for all citizens, including those who have done nothing wrong.
He said he's permitted under the rule of law to refuse to answer questions that are not pertinent to a legitimate legislative action or that seek information protected by the First Amendment guarantee of freedom of speech.
There may be other privileges, such as attorney-client or work product, available for me.
For all these reasons, I will not be answering questions that relate to my work in the DA's office, my book, or public statements I've made in the past.
His deposition, nevertheless, ran for five hours.
Representative Derev Isil said, I've never had a more obstructive and less cooperative witness in my over 20 years in Congress.
Isil said, Bromridge has simply appeared, seemed to have taken the fifth on every single question answered, no substantive questions whatsoever, clearly appears unwilling to answer any questions, even about previous statement he himself has made.
We respect some of Fifth Amendment right, but it's very clear this witness came with a clear intention of obstructing us.
When his opening statement becomes public, I think we'll make it clear he has a disdain for this body and has no intention of answering any of our questions.
Jim Jordan, leaving the meeting room after the deposition, told reporters he was surprised at some of the answers.
Pomerantz's attorney, Ted Wellstone, reported Pomerantz's opening statement made it very clear as to what happened.
Representative Dan Goldman, a Democrat from New York, argued Pomerantz shouldn't have been forced to appear before the panel at all.
Today's deposition simply underscored that a House Republican investigation into Trump's criminal prosecution by a local DA has no nexus to Congress jurisdiction and is simply an effort to abuse the official authority of Congress to undermine the rule of law, interfere in the ongoing prosecution of a private citizen, and harass and badger a public official carrying out his official duties in a statement to media outlets.

It's absolutely sickening what is occurring in these courts, in these fake justice systems, and these fake prosecutors, and these fake judges, as Stephen Pidgeon has said, who is a constitutional attorney, and I've been with him in Washington.
The Justice Department and the justice system is dead in this country.
And the final words of that summary about a prosecution of a private citizen by a government official, you know, this is a badgering of a public official that is, you know, inappropriate, so he shouldn't be brought before the Congress.
That's exactly, precisely what they're doing to Donald Trump.
This is a political assassination.
They are trying to kill him by a million cuts.
They're trying to get under his skin.
They're using these lowly scumbag attorneys that are notoriously skilled and obsessed with provoking Trump and poking at him and undermining him.
That's what this is about, is mental, psychological, emotional destabilization of Trump.
Uh, and his own attorneys aren't doing him really a whole lot of good.
You know, there is this incredible propensity among Republicans to act like bankers and country club golf instructors when it comes to the knife-fighting political battles with Democrats.
You don't behave that way.
You behave like a knife fighter.
You behave like an Indian fighter.
You jump at them.
You tear their throat out with your teeth.
You gouge their eyes out.
That's how you fight Democrats in the political rhetorical battle, when they come at you.
And that's what should be happening with Trump's lawyers towards these fake prosecutors.
And that's what Daryl Issa and Jordan, the rest of these people should be doing.
Using the momentum of the public support for Donald Trump to their advantage and being outraged and being public and spitting mad and furious and treating this like the constitutional fire that it is that is burning down our third branch of government, the independence of the judiciary.
We've seen the judiciary completely turn into a bunch of child-raping pedophiles led by John Roberts when they refused to look at the very legal and real and appropriate cases and evidence that should have been brought to support the coup d'etat overthrow of Donald
Trump, the foreign mercenaries from Ukraine that were utilized, the role of the Chinese Communist Party and Union Bank of Switzerland financing the purchase of Dominion voting machines through Staple Street Capital, which Gosar has because of me, which General Flynn has because of me, which Sidney Powell which General Flynn has because of me, which Sidney Powell has because of me.
But no one seems to put up a fight.
And I don't have a lot of respect for Daryl Issa because that son of a bitch got my shell game report in 2012, 2013, along with other 75 congressmen and senators, including the decrepit old witch Dianne Feinstein, the Senate Intelligence Committee.

So part of me looks at these sort of These sort of committee hearings, like you're playing with rubber knives, that you're in a training event, you're making a lot of, you know, Pinocchio sort of aghast and questions and I can't believe they're not answering questions.
It's all theater.
And until, you know, you have some real manly warriors rising up and behaving like warriors and tearing the guts out and drawing some blood from these Democrats, This is nothing but a puppet show of kabuki theater.
So I think I'd like to see Trump rise up, and I think it is gaining a lot of political support for him and momentum, and it's decreasing from others.
DeSantis, I think, has blown himself in the foot for a variety of reasons.
One of the biggest ones is he's now doubled down on the importance of being in Ukraine.
Well, anybody that says we should be in Ukraine, anybody that says we should be launching a war against Russia is an utter fool and a traitor.
And if that's what DeSantis believes, then he's exactly those words.
So I think all of this is only going to add to the momentum of Donald Trump, but the question becomes, Is he going to really be able to manage this to his advantage and, more importantly, lead by avoiding the same mistakes that he made in his first term, specifically having these traitors and scumbags around him in the White House?
Time will tell.

Well, as I'm listening to this and all this stuff, and even Scott has brought up a couple of characters from Disneyland, I'm seeing a real close comparison between Washington D.C.
and Disneyland.
Because you go to Washington D.C., you're 5 years old, you have a certain amount of awe, you're looking at it, the statuary and all that stuff, and the monuments and everything.
But then you come back when you're 10 years old, You got the same clowns there.
You got the same players.
You got a little different project going on.
Maybe a little different war.
You know, maybe something they've come up with it, you know, a new, you know, a little singing, you know, mermaid or something like that.
But they're still doing the same business.
And every time you come there, it's more expensive.
So the prices have gone up in Washington, D.C.
because to run that machine, it costs more money.
So you get 15 years old, it costs you $100 to walk into someplace in Washington, D.C.
or to get a ticket at Disneyland.
And when you walk away, what are you walking away with?
Really nothing, right?
Fantasy.
It's all fantasy in both locations.
That just came to my mind, just sitting there listening, talking about this stuff.

Well, I think Scott made a great point about DeSantis.
If he's endorsing the war in Ukraine, if he's opposing Russia, that's highly discrediting of him.
Absolutely, and they're going to use him to go up against Trump.
They're going to do everything to keep Trump busy and try to make DeSantis look good.
But we've got to get the Florida people shouting at him saying that we're going to destroy your future here in Florida if you continue doing this.
It's pretty clear DeSantis can't touch Trump politically, and he hasn't got a prayer for the nomination.
I think that's already pretty secure in the hands of Trump.

And he gave an interview on RT on Worlds Apart.
And it was a very good interview.

But he said his bet is on Donald Trump gets the nomination, not DeSantis, and all of this is going to only help and support Donald Trump.
So Barnes, who's notoriously very skilled and accurate and knowledgeable in the political calculations and has made bets and a lot of money on this, is solidly behind Trump for the nomination and the inevitable victory.
