Welcome, folks!
This is Truth Vs. News Incorporated.
I'm Donald Reiner, producer at JD.Consultants at Pro Time Mail, and this is April 2nd, Palm Sunday, and I remember a Palm Sunday 79 years ago.
It was a really nice morning when I was born on that Palm Sunday.
So, this is my 79th birthday today, and I'm here to celebrate with Holly Spiegeliger and Brian Davidson and Jim Fetcher.
Well, we got a show for you today.
I mean, the world is just going to heck in a handbasket, but we have Jim Pesce, the most dangerous man in America, who wrote some very, very effective books that are very vital to our survival as a society here.
And they're hitting the fan right now.
Well, we wish you a happy birthday, old man, except to me, you're just a kid.
Yeah, you're 82 now, right?
82.
Yeah, here we go.
Oh, okay.
Ukrainian army almost destroyed, says a Wagner chief.
Clinging to the Donbass is Koskiev Dearly.
That's, of course, also known as Bakhmut.
The head of the Wagner group has described Ukraine's losses in the battle for Bakhmut as virtually destroyed the Ukrainian army.
His own Wagner group took a serious beating, he admitted.
He called the battle the general engagement of the entire conflict.
I agree.
This has been the pivotal event of the war.
A victory by his troops will be a turning point and an historic event.
Yes.
The Russian Army alone will be left on the chessboard.
All other pieces will be removed.
Even if PMC Wagner were destroyed in the Bakhmut meat grinder, but takes the Ukrainian Army with it, it would mean we've accomplished our historic mission.
That's the right attitude for a soldier.
The fight for Bakhmut has emerged as among the most intensive and bloody engagement of the armed conflict.
Western official claims it poses no significant strategic value, but that's absolutely false.
Even Zelensky pledged to defend it as long as possible after proclaiming the city of Horatrice.
The Ukrainian leader explained, if Russia were to capture Bakhmut, his government would come under international and domestic pressure to seek peace with Moscow, which they want to avoid at all costs, it would appear.
All society will feel tired, he said.
They'll push me to have a compromise.
Meanwhile, the Greek press gives details of the dagger strike on a NATO command center in Kiev that was devastating to the war effort.
The Russian hypersonic missile Dagger hit a NATO command center located in Kiev.
Dozens of officers of NATO, NATO officers in Ukraine, were killed.
Details of the alleged attack are being provided by a Greek portal, ProNews.
A Russian missile flying at a speed of Mach 12 destroyed the shadow NATO headquarters in Ukraine.
The secret underground bunker, built at a depth of 120 meters.
Listen to that, how deeply underground that was.
How several NATO officers and advisors, more than 300 in total to date, 40 bodies have been recovered from the rubble, but most of those who died have yet to be found.
Does not have exact info on how many were dead.
Most are British and Poles, but there were also Americans that represented private companies.
At the same time, the publication emphasizes, the Russian missile strike will certainly affect a planned counteroffensive of the Kiev regime.
In addition, ProNewsBelow believes the losses incurred as a result of the missile attack will also have an impact on the defense of Bakhmut.
In the coming days, it will be seen to what extent it will affect the conduct of Ukraine in a Western operation and attempts to stop the final phase of the Russian offensive on Bakhmut.
Ryan, your thoughts?
Well, Douglas McGregor's been covering this, and I've been listening to him pretty frequently on this particular issue, and he basically says this thing is about over.
I don't know if that's necessarily true.
I understand that he is probably one of the most competent analysts in this particular game, and he's taking a close look and following it very closely, and he says that Basically, Russia has just delivered the death knell to Ukraine.
That's fine.
The question is, is the UN or the United States or any other Western allied nation going to continue to support this war and send in troops to continue to support Ukraine?
If Ukraine is truly wiped out, then we're looking at the beginning of the end of this This thing and that's fine.
I think that's great.
The question now is who's going to sit down for peace talks and try to figure out what belongs to who and what's going to be controlled and run by whom and I think that's the big question that has to be discussed is how are we going to fix this situation?
Now, of course, the US media is still telegraphing that.
We're just going to keep sending money in and sending people in and sending More support and more resources, but it looks to me, now what's interesting is Russia today is downplaying all these incidents as well.
They're really, if you go to their site, they're focusing on a lot of things that are happening in the U.S.
domestically.
Maybe that's just the U.S.
English version of Russia today, but I can't seem to see them focusing on this particular issue from their perspective, which is a little bit out of character for them.
So, I'm not really sure exactly what's going on, but I trust McGregor to be giving us one of the best overviews of what's happening in the area, and he says that Russia's just smoking them, and that the military is basically wiped out.
That's right, it's all over but for the shouting, but who can negotiate?
Russia can't believe anybody, certainly not Zelensky, not NATO, not the U.S., all at your thought.
Yes, I agree.
I think I've been complaining about this for a year here in the United States, so we've just been forced to this complete media blackout.
The propaganda is so extreme, it's hard to find any sort of information that's even remotely reliable.
I've liked the Duran, I'm not sure if they're still on YouTube anymore, and Alex Markorus, who's British, and it's hard to find some English speakers who can give some
Definite information as to what is going on for us over here who are being forced into this as well And I'm I am happy to see that there does seem to be some Nations such as I'd heard about the Austrian Parliament walking out on Zelensky the other day while he was coming he was in Austria, I believe to beg for money and I'm
Hopeful that the the Polish people will be standing up against what I'm trying to be dragged into this war as well.
They're trying to drag a lot of Eastern Europe into this war.
I'm hoping Europeans will be able to stand up.
Unfortunately, as long as we have this current administration here in the United States, the money is going to flow.
Over there are, you know, we're completely captured by our Senate and the Representatives Congress and our current presidential administration sending all that money over there.
And I hope that the Russians understand that the American people don't want anything to do with this either.
And we're mostly ignorant.
We're ignorant.
Sorry.
I mean, there's a few people like us, but I would assume it's only probably like 5% of Americans are even following this and have any sort of idea or even desire to know what's going on.
Sorry, Jim.
No, no, no.
Those are great points.
I thought you had completed.
I was just going to end up.
Polls seem eager to get involved in this.
They want to take a big chunk of Ukraine.
They want to see it divide between Russia In Poland, but they're running risks.
They could get their ass wiped here in short order, and I predict that is going to happen.
Stand by.
Meanwhile— We have this shooting in Nashville that was the most amateurish ever, all time.
Notice the empty parking lot.
There's supposed to be hundreds of students here, but it's evident this was a day when it was closed, a Saturday, a holiday.
Then we have the entry into the building, shooting out the windows.
Some alarm goes off, but you don't see a stream of students or faculty or secretaries or custodians.
This is a completely bullshit, amateur false flag, and it's being called out by more parties in a faster way, more thoroughly than any other I've ever seen.
Here you see the shooting out.
Here you see the shooter coming into the building, looking around.
But where is everybody?
People, once the alarm goes off, ought to be streaming out of the building.
But they aren't.
That's because there's nobody there.
Look how empty it is.
He goes one place, another.
This is all supposed to make us think how scary he looks.
But he doesn't look scary.
He doesn't even look like a woman.
This is supposed to be a transgender woman who's converted to be a man.
But as I'm going to explain, I have a chiropractor looking at this.
He says, that's a young teenage boy.
That's not a woman at all.
In other words, they got everything wrong about this.
It's just ridiculous.
Completely ridiculous.
And look at the sneakers he's wearing there.
Those are called Pumas.
They're black and white.
Because when the body is found, it's wearing a completely different style of sneaker called Vans, and they're multicolored.
I can't imagine how this thing could fall apart more thoroughly.
Meanwhile, Nashville's Christian School of Man is shooting a stage gladio style black op and psy op with several objectives.
The perfectly staged photos of this transparent op tell the whole story.
Look at the weapons laid out there, and they even have Azov battalion Ukrainian symbols on them.
How ridiculous is that?
Look at the photos of what we have going on here.
They're being plastered all over the internet.
We've been looking at some of them already.
Obviously, the entire scene was set up in advance so the well-trained crisis actor could play her part well, which was to dramatically show the world just how scary an assault rival looks like.
Notice it's not even an AR-15.
The AR-15 remains strapped on her shoulder, except, as I say, it looks like it's actually a teenage boy, and she walks all over the Christian covenant school looking for children.
Conclusions!
The Kazarian-directed Gladial Planner purposefully chose a Bible Belt for this.
They selected a Christian school, kindergarten through six, guaranteed maximum impact on religious moms and dads.
The message?
Not even religious schools are safe anymore from low nuts who can easily acquire a salt rifle or a semi-automatic or a handgun.
So all the Christian parents are supposed to turn against the Second Amendment because they're targeting our kids.
It's not playing out that way.
Especially like targeting Nashville.
We got the music industry.
I guarantee you, you're going to have all kinds of songs very professionally produced in advance that are going to be coming out this coming week.
Why did they choose a transgender to play the villain?
Because cultural Marxism wants to generate maximum chaos, confusion, and conflict before the big war.
This time-tested divide and rule strategy serves to inflame tensions between the Christian community and the nationwide LGBTQ plus movement.
Then, when the animosities are sufficient, they'll roll out the Bolsheviks.
To start the long-planned civil war, the Khazarian cabal hopes they'll decimate America, just like the same perps have been doing in Ukraine since the CIA pulled off its color revolution in Kiev in 2014.
Here's a chiropractor's analysis.
I'd like to make an observation as a chiropractor.
The story is this was a girl who was in some stage of transition to becoming a boy.
Here's a collage.
The person on the left strikes me as being a girl.
The person on the right, a boy.
And it's not just a bulky shoulders and thick arms.
I got to see a person in action when she broke in and she moved like a boy.
Males and females don't move the same.
Men are more lumbering, more king-kongish, whereas women are more delicate and timid in their movements.
As I watched the footage of the shooter bursting into the school, it screamed to me that it was a male, a biological male.
Here you see the body there, and look at the sneakers here!
Stunning stuff!
Not at all the same!
This is a monster glitch of the kind you just ordinarily don't see, but they've got very amateurish, very shallow, very sloppy.
This is blatant!
Believe it or not, Newsweek is telling us this is an illusion.
It's just a matter of the optics, and they're actually the same shoe.
Here's a nice piece.
Scat Biz.
Scat Biz.
Watch out for the...
Watch out for the snakes, yeah!
Watch out for the...
Hold up!
Wait a minute!
You serious?
Awesome.
We know that she was armed with at least two assault type rifles and a handgun.
- Watch how I move, watching how I move.
I've been keeping track now, watch out for the snakes. - We know that she was armed with at least two assault type rifles and a handgun.
We are efforting now to identify her.
She entered the school through a side entrance and traversed her way from the first floor to the second floor, firing multiple shots.
We now know that there are three students who were fatally wounded, as well as three adults inside the school.
We are working to identify those victims.
Yeah, Sean Dalbrose. Sean Dalbrose.
Shaundell Brooks, could you spell that for me?
Yeah, S-H-A-U-N-D-E-L-L-E Brooks, B-R-O-O-K-S.
And you said you have kids who were... Yeah, my son was killed in a mass shooting at the Waffle House.
What did you say?
You said you have kids who were...
Yeah, my son was killed in a man shooting at the Wacom house.
*Muchas*
Watch out for the snakes, yeah.
Watch out for the snakes.
Watch out for the snakes, yeah.
Watch out for the...
Copying what I do every time.
They wanna take what's mine.
They busy faking and telling me lies.
Now I watch out for the snakes.
You been so focused on me?
Damn, I think you forgot about you.
Feel like the gold I'm surrounded by sheep?
Feel like the gold I'm surrounded by sheep Damn, you been busy watching me move Paying no mind, staying online If you been wondering, I'm doing fine Made 150 in a year, I'm only 22, so don't pay me your time Back with the track and I been moving up I'm a bachelor, but you know I been getting love And I'm back, I'm a rap with my life getting tough I'm a master of craft and I never give it up I put in time, I earned a shine, I worked it out I made it mine and fell in line And I came a long way, not the wrong way Know that one day I'll be biggest con, yeah
Damn.
You been busy watching me move.
Paying no mind, saying no line.
If you been wondering, I'm doing fine.
Made 150 in a year.
I'm only 22, so don't pay me your time.
Back with a track and I've been moving up.
I'm a bachelor, but you know I've been getting love.
And I'm back.
I'm a rap with my life getting tough.
I'm a master of craft and I never give it up.
I put in time.
I earned a shine.
I worked it out.
I made it mine.
I fell in line.
And I came a long way.
Not the wrong way.
Know that one day I'll be biggest kind.
Yeah.
I seen all the signs, I seen all the signs They've been telling lies, they've been telling lies Watching how I move, watching how I move I've been keeping track now, watch out for the snakes Watch out for the snakes, yeah, watch out for the snakes
So on a typical day, there would be about 209 students Inside the school, and approximately 40 to 50 staff members About 42 staff members I'll take just a couple of questions before we go back. - So, Don, just to be clear, so there's seven dead, and then, and then, nature of injuries, how many injuries?
injured, do you know?
If you're being treated still or injuries, I know first responders were.
First responders were.
An officer had a wound from cut glass.
An officer had a wound from cut glass.
Mine fell in line and I came a long way, not the wrong way.
Know that one day I'll be big as kind.
Just stunning.
Brian, your thoughts?
Well, I'm really glad 153 News is out there and I do want to encourage the listenership to try to find a way to support them.
I think it's very important that they've got their servers up there.
I like most of their commentators, a lot of guys that focus on the numerology.
That's not exactly my style in terms of how to analyze these things, but that's fine.
Different strokes for different folks.
That particular guy's been doing this for a long, long time, playing that music in the background for a long, long time.
I'm real happy with his work.
He puts things together in a hurry.
He does a decent job of pointing out things that are strange, that appeal to your normal sense of, hey, that doesn't make any sense.
The fact that these two particular ladies are there, both of them had children supposedly killed in mass shootings.
And that they happen to be on scene behind the tape handling the press conferences is indeed strange, to say the least.
It is clear that they have been brought in for a purpose, and the purpose is to continue to support and promote the agenda.
What's really interesting is that all those earliest and most reliable interviews, it's very hard to capture them.
Because they're cycled off of the local news station stories as soon as possible.
So you can get clips of them if you're fast, and I like to use Video Download Helper, which is a plugin that would go on Chrome or Firefox, create a file, and start with that, and then just check.
I have a particular string.
If you take the time, you can put a string on the end of your Google searches that will sort All of the stories, so use the site marker.
So site WXMV.com and then do your search and then there's a small string that you can put tack on the back of your Google search in the URL that will sort it by date.
And that helps you go and find the earliest and most reliable evidence.
So that you can download it and get it as soon as possible.
But what I found was that there was a lot of evidence that had already been deleted within 48 hours.
Off of the local media sites and cycled out, replaced with other videos.
So damage control is in place.
They get their shock value out of these particular things and then they kind of decide what's going to out of these interviews.
Then they kind of decide what's going to continue to play and what's going to be replaced.
And then the national news gets the stuff that they think is, you know, top-notch good stuff.
So the local guys will pick up a lot of very strange interviews.
One of my favorite Pick up in terms of strange interview techniques.
I used this technique when Orlando happened back in 2016 and sure enough I found the guy that was the earliest responder to the shooting hoax.
It was about 2 30 a.m.
So the shooting supposedly started around 2 0 8 and he was working the parking lot in front of the in front of the hospital.
I mean, literally like 12 blocks away.
And the whole thing was roped off as a police thing.
And there was a cop in the background working through the parking lot with his gun dog and his, his, it was so clearly staged.
And so I managed to capture a lot of this earliest and most reliable video, especially from the hospital.
And what's interesting is there's no blood people are arriving, piled up in the back of trucks, they're jumping on out going on into the emergency room, they're not hurt.
So you've got some footage that originates from the scene that they're shooting.
And then you've got the truck arriving and people scrambling and all this, it doesn't make any sense at all.
And so what I want you to understand from a big picture perspective, and I'm going to go ahead and break this one down on the fifth.
We have a show to do in three days, and I'm going to try to do as good of a job as I did on some of my other ones with this particular one.
I'm going to work with Jim and get some other things straightened out.
So we're going to find flaws.
But I'll tell you that the one biggest flaw here from my perspective is that they released this body cam video from these police officers.
But none of them are wearing official police body cams for some reason.
You got some sort of aftermarket body cam with no time and date stamp that would never be accepted in court.
All police agencies that use body cams pretty much use the Axon body cams, which go ahead and burn into the video footage the cover frame that's got your Axon stuff.
And now these guys that put on these false flags, they know this and they've put the Axon markers on other shootings and other types of situations.
So why they didn't bother, but they gave us super high definition video with this sort of text on the bottom of it.
It's just it's.
It strains credibility from an investigator perspective, and it is clear to me that it is just pure theater.
And I wouldn't be surprised as I got deeper and deeper and deeper into this to find More anomalies everywhere I look.
I think at this point in time I've logged pretty close to 200 anomalies on Uvalde.
I haven't taken the time to go over them because frankly I've got plenty of them.
I've got more than I need to convince me or anybody else.
So at the end of the day you're not crazy.
You're listening to us.
It's true.
They're not.
This is just theater.
It's just a show and it doesn't bother me.
But notice how quickly it was cycled out of the news.
I mean, I don't know if it was the fact that somebody made a decision to use a transgender wearing a red hat to go in with a Kel-Tec Sub 2000 foldable gun on a nine millimeter, 30 round Glock clip.
And I'm not sure it was nine millimeter.
It could have been something else.
It could have been a calibered and 45 or something, anything else that could have gone into a Glock magazine.
This one's weak and sloppy, and they're going to cycle it out as soon as it's got its shock value, but I'm a lot more concerned about what's happening with other things behind the scenes than I am about this ridiculous, stupid show.
No, the beauty of this one, Brian, is it's so amateurish, anyone can see it's fraudulent.
My two Sandy Hook sources, who played Emily Parker and Vicky Soto respectively, have said some of the crisis actors in Nashville were trained in Connecticut, and that they've upped the ante.
They're paying out big bucks.
Vicky Soto got $210,000 to reprise her role at Uvalde as Eva Morales.
She's saying, Complaining in a way.
These guys are getting 310,000.
No wonder they're so eager to get in front of the camera.
Holly, your thoughts.
Yeah.
Just wanted to say, uh, happy birthday, Don.
I forgot to say that earlier.
Just found out right before we started to record, but, um, So hopefully you're enjoying your birthday show here anyway so I think with the alternative media I'd never heard of this site before but I think this is basically a death by a thousand cuts and I'm always happy when I see like other people trying to
You know quote unquote debunk some of this stuff because even just in in day-to-day life I feel like I'm the crazy person who looks around and sees the stuff on TV and it's like this is obviously fake come on people and so it's you know there is some camaraderie here and I'm hoping that
More and more people have the guts to stand up and say that this is fake and this is just them trying to divide people right now and come up with all these crazy stories as a way to control and psychologically manipulate abuse.
It's abusive to people.
It's abusive to the American public to do this.
And when we see the mainstream media, like you said, the cycling, it's like the quickening people are saying it.
It's literally Pretty much out of the news cycle at this point.
So I don't think it was that successful.
It didn't have like the same effect that they were looking for.
There's so many discrepancies.
I think I don't know if they're using like some sort of computer or AI to try to see how they can manipulate people and how successful things are.
And like Brian said, as well, you can find the local news is that doesn't have the same sort of oversight.
So there's a lot of Discrepancies with how the local news reports on things.
And when I was living in greater Detroit, you'd see people get shot all the time in local news, and that never made national news.
And that really started to wake me up in a lot of ways because it wasn't the correct sort of story or narrative that they wanted to push.
I see this here in Florida, too.
There's shootouts down here all the time, and that never makes national news.
So it has to fit a certain narrative So the fact that they're trying to use like a trans person or an LGBTQ type person, I think they're trying to garner support and sympathy and activate their base.
And on the other side, obviously trying to activate and radicalize Christians, doing that with the Trump arrest indictment and doing that with this recent shooting, trying to get someone to mess up and get someone to start to actually act in person.
And so I think really the only way that we can stop this is to continue to call it out.
Be peaceful.
Well, I don't even recommend protesting or being out in public at this point because there's so many infiltrators.
There's so many lies.
They can use AI.
They're looking for any way that they can manipulate people.
And it's unfortunate that I have to say that.
I just don't think it's safe at this point.
They can really create anything that they want online right now.
And so that's just what I wanted to say about that.
And then this statistical probability of someone having direct involvement in in multiple events is just that even if you are not even a mathematician or understand statistics at all from From a basic layperson understanding, that makes no sense that something like that would be happening multiple times to the same people over and over again.
And that seems like you said, it's the same people that have to keep on getting involved, because I would imagine it would be spiritually, emotionally draining on people eventually to be involved in so many lies.
Let me say, this is a catastrophe for the Biden admin.
They made LBGTQ the centerpiece of their administration.
Now, gays, lesbians, and all that, as a fringe group, evokes a certain sympathy, and they can even claim to some degree to be victim, but when they pick up semi-automatic weapons, when they're going out to kill Christian kids, the whole thing is inverted, and now they are a threat.
And Christians who understand that God helps those who help themselves are going to be willing to crush them like a bug.
And this is catastrophic for Biden because it means everything they're doing where they've been giving preference to the lesbians and the gays, a press secretary, qualified secretary, no stronger qualification than being a tranny to be high up in a Biden admin.
This is all turning into a massive pile of shit.
shit, I'll just tell you.
And while they're going to try to suppress it, the mainstream, this is huge.
They invoked the Trump indictment to try to overwhelm the Nashville.
It ain't working.
Nashville is a bigger story and is going to have greater legs than even the Trump indictment.
Don, on your birthday, you want to add a word?
Yeah, birthday.
I don't say that anybody else noticed, but I saw a couple of close-up pictures of this lady ugly and it looked like there were two different people.
I mean, one shot, when she looks younger, doesn't look like the other person.
I think they have a couple of problems there.
Yeah, did I just say, like they said, the shoulders of that person, and if you're holding the gun, that's obviously a male bone structure.
I agree with what you're saying there.
Yeah, I think my chiropractor got it great, but there's one proof after another.
I mean, Brian's gonna have a bigger list of anomalies here in Nashville than he has for Uvalde.
I mean, it's just staggering what's going on.
Meanwhile, Biden renews a call for a sweeping assault weapon ban.
Well, that ain't gonna fly either.
President Biden said Tuesday he exhausted all avenues under executive authority to stop mass shootings, and now it's up to Congress.
He called on legislators to step in as he's gone to the full extent he's capable of.
His comments came in the wake of Monday's horrific mass shooting, claiming six lives, remember, three and three and 33 and 33 teachers.
Biden termed the idea of owning an assault weapon as crazy and bizarre.
He lamented he's down to pleading with Congress to act reasonably after another school shooting.
Speaking to reporters as he departed for North Carolina, he called for the reinstatement of a federal ban on assault weapons he observed spearheaded in 1994.
The ban targeted semi-automatic assault weapons and large-capacity ammunition feeding devices he has on multiple occasions credited the action with lowering mass shootings.
But it ain't true.
The overwhelming majority of mass shootings are with handguns.
Only a minuscule are with rifles.
And the fact is, American people use guns to defend themselves from burps millions of times every year, saving an estimated 200,000 lives, which is very significant considering the average gun violent death a year is about 70,000, over half of which are suicides.
So we're talking about six times the number of lives are saved or is lost, and if you took away the guns, they would be added to the toll.
Here's gun owners.
There's nothing funny about potential hate crimes against Christians or a teacher being disarmed by Biden's gun control.
It's time to arm willing teachers and repeal the failed Gun Free Schools Own Act.
Critics argued it was Sabort-Wayne, actually.
In 2004, the band was allowed to expire at the end of its 10-year term.
The suspect, identified as 28-year-old Audrey Elizabeth Hale, is supposed to have entered the convent school armed with three weapons.
The biological female, identified as transgender, killed by responding officers, searched her home, found a manifesto, of course, had several hand-drawn maps of her target, the school's private Christian with more than 200 students, The quick glick to Second Amendment issues after the tragedy is nothing new for the Biden White House.
The dust has not settled motives were unclear, but calls came to limit constitutional rights of law-abiding citizens.
Jean Baird immediately targeted the GOP.
She asked, in hours after the tragedy, how many more children have to be murdered before Republicans in Congress will step up and act to pass the assault weapons ban?
A timely and appropriate response came from Senator Tom Cotton.
That was in poor taste to blame Republicans for a vicious assault by a transgender killer who targeted a Christian school.
Remember, they're going to keep creating mass shootings until you give up your guns.
Once you give up your guns, they're going to kill you.
You know that, right?
Here's a nice example from Ted Nugent.
Turning your web lens, the government will take care of you.
Brian, your thoughts?
Well, I guess if you're a thinking person, you can sit down and take the time to ask yourself, why would they spend so much money and so much time to take the guns out of the hands of peaceful Americans?
You know, and it's obviously they're concerned about something that's going to be going down in the near future.
Now, they've been on this as a marathon for a long, long time.
I mean, Sandy Hook happened over a decade ago.
It was 2012.
Columbine happened way back before that.
And so they've been on this kick trying to deceive America through these mass media outlets with all these controlled players for a long, long time.
Just take a look at what has happened in Australia.
Take a look at what has happened in New Zealand.
Take a look at what has happened in China.
Any place where you take away the guns, you find yourself, you find a society of people that are in a bad position in terms of their ability to fight back against their government.
It's illegal to protest in China.
So anybody who does go out and as part of a protest is literally risking being put away in jail.
Not to mention, it's a massive surveillance state where there's more cameras than there are people, I understand.
And they've got, they've probably perfected facial recognition.
I think that's part of the mask thing.
was to make sure that they could perfect facial recognition with or without masks.
And I think that they're probably way farther ahead of this than we even know.
If you pay attention to what's going on, the big story right now is the coming onslaught of centralized bank digital currencies.
Our ability to trade and transact and do business Outside of the watchful eye of our government and the banksters that control them is the greatest way to control us.
Now the second thing that you need to pay attention to is Look, they're looking at this gun control agenda from every single angle.
And if they can figure out an angle that says, OK, well, anybody who's been on this drug or anybody who's been diagnosed with this condition or anybody, they're all a risk to society.
If that happens, then that's what they're after.
Anything that they can possibly get.
I hope that I can trust the Supreme Court.
I hope that I can trust Congress.
I just don't believe that I can based on what I've seen.
So far, I think it's only a matter of time before the dominoes begin to fall over.
And right now, what I'm really worried about is on top of Nashville, you throw in Trump's indictment.
You know, what I'm deeply concerned about is that there are people out there that think that violence is the answer.
I can assure you it is not.
The right answer.
You do not have any clue if you think that going out and committing an act of violence is the way to defeat these people.
You defeat these people for right now with your free speech.
You just defeat these people by exposing them to the light.
You do not break the law.
You do not threaten other people with bodily injury or harm.
You do not take out a weapon unless you're being attacked.
So I'm concerned that the potential for another false flag, another January 6th style setup is becoming higher and higher and higher every day.
And they really want to vilify the MAGA movement, which I believe is probably running close to 100 million strong by now.
I mean, it's got to be getting big and bigger than they can control and something that they absolutely have to do everything they can to vilify.
And when you ask the question why after, say, 250 years, they're, say, so eager to take away our guns, the answer has to be because they're about to do something we would shoot them for.
Paulie?
Yeah, obviously, I think people people, Americans have one of their guns for personal protection, like in their home, like if someone's actually coming and attacking your home, trying to hurt your family, trying to take, you know, your food, or supplies or something in your house, which does not sound as crazy considering what we're seeing with inflation, and people be seriously becoming desperate.
And that's how war is always started through economic economic terrorism, in which Brian has tied this into with the CBDC and what they're trying to do with centralizing the banks, getting us all onto this social credit system, which if that goes forward, we're all screwed because they've got plenty of evidence on all of us just calling out all the lies that have gone on. we're all screwed because they've got plenty of evidence on
So the social credit system is going to be meant to punish people who call out the nonsense, even if we are saying it has to be nonviolent.
And obviously, like Brian said, they're just chomping at the bit waiting for people to even go out and start to protest because then they can have provocateurs mixed in there.
They can manipulate the media however they want to make it seem like people are violent.
And I do think this latest event you know which does not seem to be Real in my mind and hopefully no one was actually hurt at these sort of events that this latest one is that they're actually using once again I don't think I think they played their cards too hard as far as the LGBTQ people I I still think it's such a small minority of people who are
actively engaging in that lifestyle and life choice, whatever you want to call it.
So that the fact is, is that that's such a small group of people.
So I don't know if it's their attempt to try to arm the liberals and try to get leftist people to pick up arms and get them to start fighting people when all along they've been the ones who are mostly against guns in the Second Amendment.
And every single time this happens as well, I'll just say that more people buy more ammo.
That's just what happens here in the United States.
So obviously that this event like Brian and And Jim, you've been exposing for over 10 years, like he said, it's really not going to work for them.
And this has been Biden's like his bread and butter his entire career has been trying to fight the Second Amendment, get rid of the Second Amendment.
Same with Schumer.
If you look, we just had with the 30th anniversary of Waco and he is still out there showing his face.
And if you watch the Waco hearings and just how smug and snide Schumer was, you know, as was it, you know, almost a dozen children were killed or more during during that.
People had 17 children were burned to death at Waco.
It just got awful.
Yeah.
So to watch watch those hearings, I've watched some of that recently to see that Schumer's still out there and doing these same sort of things is just really just is really disheartening as an American. - Thank you, Ken.
Indeed, indeed, indeed.
You make a lot of telling points.
Meanwhile, Pelosi says Trump needs to prove his innocence after his indictment is announced.
Former Speaker Nancy Pelosi is drawing criticism for claiming Trump must prove his innocence.
A grand jury opted to indict him while details remain under seal.
The grand jury has acted upon the facts of the law.
How the hell would she know?
No one is above the law.
Everyone has the right to a trial to prove their innocence.
Hopefully the former president will peacefully respect the system which grants him that right.
Under U.S.
justice system, as O. Pelosi, we're this ignorant a person is innocent until proven guilty.
It's the obligation of the state to prove his guilt, not for him to prove his innocence.
Rudy Giuliani observed, wrong.
So obviously wrong.
Most middle schoolers know this.
At least they used to when civics and the Constitution was respected in schools.
You're innocent until proven guilty.
The former lawyer to Trump and former mayor of New York City said in response, This is exactly the opposite of how it works.
Nobody is required to prove innocence in our criminal justice system.
See the 5th, 6th, 8th, and 14th amendments, said Representative Kelly Armstrong in North Dakota.
The burden of proof is on the government to prove guilt, not on Trump to prove his innocence.
Your disregard for individual rights and your love for limitless government is frightening, said Representative Barry Loudermilk from Georgia.
Trump Jr.
reacted, saying Pelosi had a false sense of the law.
Readers on Twitter are able to post notes.
One was appended to Pelosi's.
Ms.
Pelosi mistakenly says Trump can prove his innocence in trial, the note says.
Law in the U.S.
assumes the innocence of a defendant in a prosecution must prove guilt for a conviction.
It linked to Cornell Law School webpage explaining the presumption of innocence.
Pelosi's office did not respond for comments.
Pelosi has not otherwise remarked about it.
Manhattan D.A.
Alvin Barag, a Democrat who took office in January 2020, has been probing Trump over a $130,000 payment made by Michael Cohen, another former Trump lawyer who had told actress Stormy Daniels ahead of the 2020.
Daniels has alleged Trump had an affair with her, which he has denied.
The payment was reportedly made to ensure Daniels kept quiet about it.
Let me say, I have seen a statement signed by Stormy Daniels denying they had an affair.
And the payment was made by Michael Cohen, not by Donald Trump.
I understand Trump did not reimburse Cohen, so it's Cohen who paid her the money, not Donald Trump.
Who said he's facing political persecution and election interference.
No doubt about it.
Meanwhile, Pelosi gets swift lesson in basic law after declaring Trump must prove his innocence.
The grand jury acted upon facts and the law, blah, blah, says Pelosi.
The problem with Pelosi's response is obvious.
The criminal justice system does not afford the accused the right to a trial to prove innocence.
Rather, Americans are assumed to be innocent.
Prosecutors are responsible for proving guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
If a jury unanimously agrees the government failed to meet that standard, even if everyone knows the accused is guilty, the justice dictates he's not guilty.
In fact, it's not quite right.
Unless a jury unanimously agrees he is guilty, It's got to be done beyond a reasonable doubt with all the jurors in agreement.
Cornell also explains.
The presumption of innocence is not guaranteed by the Constitution, but through statutes and court decisions, it's been recognized as among the most basic requirements of a fair trial.
Twitter added a correction.
Mrs. Pelosi mistakenly said Trump could prove his innocence.
Law in the U.S.
assumes the innocence, and a prosecution must prove guilt.
Pelosi tweet went viral, generated more than 10 million views.
A tidal wave of backlash.
Thousands revived Pelosi with basic legal lessons about the presumption of innocence.
This is exactly the opposite of how it works.
No one's required to prove innocence in our criminal justice system.
See, 5th, 6th, 8th, 14th, or any episode of Law and Order, Representative Kelly Armstrong observed, he himself being a lawyer.
The right to prove innocence?
This is America, not Stalinist Russia, said Senator Josh Hawley, also a lawyer.
Wrong.
So obviously wrong.
Most middle schoolers know this.
At least they used to.
When civics in the Constitution was respected in school, you were innocent until proven guilty, said Rudy Giuliani, also a lawyer.
This is exactly backwards, former representative Justin Amash, also a lawyer.
No one asked to prove innocence.
The statement proved guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
You'd hope a former speaker would know the basic law and be precise, especially in such an unprecedented and seemingly flimsy propagation.
Ugh, it's innocent until proven guilty, not opportunity to prove innocence, said Benjamin, another lawyer.
Pelosi is dead wrong here.
Does she really have no clue the burden's not on the defendant to prove their innocence?
Former Representative Lee Zedlin, another lawyer, responded.
Stalinist Pelosi, prove innocence?
It's innocent until proven guilty, moron, or at least it used to be, said TV host Mark Levin, again, another lawyer.
To be fair, according to Pelosi, he's not a lawyer.
How could she possibly know about the presumption of innocence?
How dumb is that, Brian?
You got a Speaker of the House who's a complete total moron about a basic law of the land?
They're all puppets.
They're all puppets.
And this is just a puppet show.
Look.
Trump needs to just keep doing what he does best and let the lawyers go in there and handle this.
This is a ridiculous witch hunt.
Everybody knows it.
The whole world knows it.
It's called out on the cover of RT.
It's called out on the cover of every publication in the world, with the exception of the lefty-run machine that's just tunnel vision about get Trump, get Trump, orange man bad, orange man bad.
But there are more commentators out there who know more about the law on this.
I'm not worried about this one bit.
All the legal loopholes that they gotta go through, I'm hoping Trump just uses it.
I can guarantee you one thing.
If they do get his mugshot, he will use it and merchandise it around the world.
It will be on every coffee cup, on every conservative's desk, at every office.
In America, we will be proud of the fact that Donald Trump had to go in and get his mugshot taken.
They're not going to get a conviction.
Well, unless they fix the jury or rig the jury, which I don't trust the legal system much anymore when it comes to this stuff.
But I'm telling you that this is, look, they're scared of him.
And for there are many people that are On the right side and say, well, he's just another NWO puppet.
He's just playing a different role.
This is all divide and conquer.
And then there's people that say, no, he's genuine.
He's legit.
Like I said, we need to organize a debate.
I've already found some people on that.
I'm recruiting for one side of the issue.
I need to find some people.
I'm recruiting for the other.
I'm going to drop the.
Major points arguing for Trump being NWO into one side, major points arguing against it into another.
I'm going to find guys, show them the layout, design the questions, and we're going to do a debate right here on, probably not on a Sunday, but on Jim's channel to settle the issue.
Is Trump a controlled puppet of the NWO or is Trump acting independently as a president ought to be?
I don't know.
I think that's such a great idea.
Such a great idea, Brian.
I think it's very clear-cut, but I love the idea.
Holly!
Well, I'm already seeing here in Florida at like overpasses and bridges.
Here, there are people who have their Trump signs out and their Trump flags and supporting him.
And there's a ton of people down at Mar-a-Lago right now.
So people, they've got their Trump, they got the flags on the boats and stuff.
People in Florida love Trump.
So DeSantis would do well to, you know, kind of change gears a little bit more and be more supportive of Trump right now because people in Florida, I know, and many other states are are very supportive of Trump.
And I'm supportive of him if he's talking about how he could stop World War Three in, you know, one day.
I mean, who in their right mind wouldn't be supportive of that?
Even, you know, even if you do think Orange Man is bad or you think he's got mean tweets or whatever sort of thing you want to bring up out of his past, regardless, I would say anyone, if you can stop World War Three, I mean, that's that's the greatest good that you could imagine.
I would think so.
That should be cut and dry.
So that, first of all, this indictment thing, this is all blowing up in the left's face right now.
Even people who were insane and just hating Trump were How many years on social media and with their friends don't understand the purpose of this indictment and how this makes any sense.
And then with the Nashville incident, they're already trying to get this out of the news cycle.
You can see because people are just getting confused as to what the point of that was and how that's going to get people to want to give up, give up their guns during this time in American history where we have rampant crime and theft and looting.
And if you just go to a Walmart or a grocery store right now, you can see petty crime and theft going on in all the major cities.
And then finally, with Pelosi, she was the one who said, what, probably 10 years ago, we've got to pass the bill to find out what's in it.
So she's completely inverted with everything that she says anyway.
And she clearly just seems to be demented at this point, like so many other people that are in Congress right now.
Nice.
Yes.
Meanwhile, Alan Dershowitz declares, A judge may quickly toss the Trump indictment.
Foolish.
Foolish decision.
Legal scholar Alan Dershowitz explains why he believes the indictment will be quickly tossed.
Manhattan Attorney D.A.
Alvin Bragg confirmed the grand jury had indicted him.
It remains under seal.
The exact charge will not be published until he's arraigned, expected to take place next week, actually on Tuesday.
Dershowitz added Bragg made a foolish, foolish decision, which would cause the case to be thrown out, I think, on statute of limitation ground.
A scholar of American criminal law, especially constitutional.
Sergio, it's predicted Trump's attorney will fire an immediate motion to dismiss based on statute of limitations.
Reacting to the unprecedented news, a Harvard Law School emeritus professor predicted that Judge Wiltos, I think the most important thing is they indicted him when he was out of New York.
That means they could have indicted him within the statute of limitation when he was out of New York.
The statute of limitation is way expired.
They claim they couldn't have indicted him because he was outside of New York, but now they've indicted him when he's not in New York.
Newsmax tweets Alan Dershowitz on Trump indictment.
They made a foolish, foolish decision which is causing hate to be thrown out, I think, on statute of limitation grounds.
Reig reportedly investigated him for falsifying business records over allegation money he claimed went to Michael Cohen for legal services that actually went to Daniels.
In New York, the crime of falsifying business records is generally a misdemeanor for which the statute of limitation is two years, but it can be a Class E felony if the crime occurred to conceal another crime, in which case the limitation is five.
It's not yet known what second crime prosecutors allege Trump committed to elevate the charge to a felony.
It's believed prosecutors will argue the hush money payment constituted a violation of campaign finance laws.
At the center of the statute of limitations is whether they were triggered in 2017 when the payments were allegedly made or in 2018 on the basis of bookkeeping implications.
As former federal prosecutor Andrew McCarthy explained, Assuming the statute of limitation was triggered in 2018, the five-year period would last sometime this year.
That, at least in part, explains a frenetic investigative activity gone on in the last few weeks.
If the state doesn't indict soon, the case would be time-barred, or it could be time-barred already.
The indictment came despite the Department of Justice's decline to prosecute and the Federal Election Commission also declining Marjorie Taylor Greene tweets, Democrats want civil war.
They want to push us into reacting so they can use their weaponized government to lock us all up.
They know Trump did not break the law.
They know more than anyone because they've been trying for years to find a way to put him in jail and they can't.
But now they have a complete fool deranged enough to try because he's backed by Soros.
And Soros wants war to destabilize America and gain poll control.
Meanwhile, Trump's indictment shows that power-crazed Democrats are incompatible with human society.
This is coming from Mike Adams.
I believe Trump's indictment by power-crazed Democrats is another necessary step for the trial by fire that will see America rise up against tyranny, censorship, election rigging, and the demonic infestation of the left that has produced child-grooming, transgenderism, transterrorism, and widespread psychological trauma.
The world needed to see the insanity of the Democrats as they not only rigged the election against Trump in America, but are even now trying to put him behind bars because the Democrats themselves are never prosecuted for serious crimes including bribery, human trafficking, and treason.
In my opinion, Trump has been too self-centered and tone-deaf to the systematic suppression of his own supporters.
For years on, he seemed to be unaware his own supporters were being censored, deplatformed, and demonetized by nearly all tech platforms, even today.
He still does not understand the Operation Warp Speed resulted in killing and maiming millions of innocent Americans.
Some of those victims followed Trump's vaccine advice to their own demise.
If I get it right, Don, we need to take a break for our very first hour, am I correct?
Yes, sure.
This time you're correct, and always you're correct, Jim.
You do so good.
This is Truth vs. News here on Palm, Sunday, April 2, 2023.
And you've got to come back for analysis of all this that Jim just covered, because I'm sure we've got some comments that should be hot, hot, hot.
And this is a great day to learn what's really going on in the world You won't get it anywhere else, so come back for our second hour, okay?
