This is Jim Fetzer in Madison, Wisconsin, joined today by Owen Stevens in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and Brian Davidson in Houston, Texas.
We're here to bring you all the news you need to know.
We begin with a shooting in Nashville, which has very many peculiar aspects.
Here's a highly preliminary.
Female shooter kills three children, three staff members at Nashville Christian School.
Notice right off the bat we have three children and three staff members equals the number 33 satanic.
Already there's a sign there.
The address is also 33.
It's a Christian school.
The exact biology or declaration or gender identity of the shooter is in doubt.
This is supposed to be a trans person.
So here's where we get this initial story.
A 28-year-old woman allegedly shot and killed three children and three adults at a National Christian School before being engaged by police.
My heart goes out to the families of the victims, said the chief of police.
I also thank our first responder to medical professionals occurred about 10, 13 a.m.
at the Covenant School.
The 28-year-old woman was reportedly armed with two assault-type rifles.
See, it can't just be one.
They've got to make it real clear—we get the message—that this is all about assault-type rifles, which aren't even legally for sale in the United States, because a bona fide assault rifle is automatic, and you cannot buy an automatic weapon.
Initial reports characterize the shooter as a teenage girl, but she was, in fact, an older woman, and they're claiming a trans.
Multiple victims.
White House Whip Karen Jean Pierre offered remarks reporting the president had been briefed.
We're going to hear more from the president.
We know that too often our schools and communities are being devastated by gun violence, so of course we gotta take our guns.
No words to describe our deep loss, retired FBI agent told Fox Channel John Roberts.
Here's some follow-up.
At 5 p.m.
Eastern, the National released the names of the victims.
At 3 p.m., they had identified the shooting suspect as a white woman from the Nashville area.
There's been a whole lot about her.
So, guess what?
Since the Biden pistol ban was announced, gun owners have been calling on Congress to use the Congressional Review Act to disapprove their ban on millions of pistols and overturn it.
But because of this taking place in Nashville, they have put off the pro-gun bill.
Meanwhile, Joe Biden says, when he comes down to talk about this, that he wants chocolate chip ice cream.
This is pretty bizarre.
Biden addressed an assembled group in the White House following the murder of three adults and three children in a mass shooting at a Nashville Christian school.
I know, but his remarks.
My knownest name is Joe Biden, he said, as the audience laughed.
I'm Dr. Joe Biden's husband.
He came down because he heard there was chocolate chip ice cream, he said.
By the way, I have a whole refrigerator upstairs.
You think I'm kidding?
His unserious comments came after a shooter, reportedly female, very rare, entered the Covenant Elementary and murdered six before being killed.
Now listen to this.

And I ate Jenny's ice cream, chocolate chip.
I came down because I heard there was chocolate chip ice cream.
By the way, I have a whole refrigerator full upstairs.
You think I'm kidding?
I'm not.
Ben, how are you, pal?
one of the best guys in the United States Congress, Ben Cardin.
Folks, it's a delight to have you all here.
And who are those good-looking kids back there?
They're your kids, all four of them?
Well, stand up, guys.
John, we'll jump back in here.
Yeah.
Considering the moment.
There's a school shooting that just happened, left three children dead, three adults dead, shooters dead, and we were told he would be addressing this off the top.
Yeah, it's rather surprising.
I thought that a somber President Biden would have come to the podium here and addressed this school shooting.
And yes indeed, he's not somber at all.
Owen, your thoughts?
I think that as far as Joe Biden, the liberals, the news media and how they're treating this and how they will treat it is exactly what I would expect.
See, the thing is, is with these shootings, there's two narratives that they want to drive forward.
The narrative first of white supremacy, extremist terrorists, Donald Trump supporting white supremacists.
And then the other one is gun control, meaning controlling assault rifles and that kind of thing, that sort of thing.
That's why when a black person there's a there's a guy who shot up the subway a little bit ago in New York a few months back.
And that story got about two hours of coverage before it was completely abandoned and no one ever reported on it again.
And that's because the shooter was black and he used a pistol.
He didn't use an assault rifle.
So you can't go down the narrative of banning assault weapons.
And the shooter was black.
So you can't go down the narrative of white supremacy.
And this is precisely why all of the shootings in Chicago, 16 kids shot a week.
That's completely ignored and not talked about at all, but we focus, we hyper focus on these situations when there's a mass shooter using a assault rifle because it fits that specific narrative.
However, this doesn't really fit into the narrative because it's a transgender killer, which really goes against the narrative that they want to push.
They do not want to be pushing trans people as perpetrators or aggressors.
They want to be pushing trans people as the victims of everything.
And we see that right off the bat.
As soon as the shooter shot up the school, as soon as some of the first news reports came out by CNN, it was all about how CNN was attacking the news report.
that had misgendered the school shooter.
Brian?
The most important thing for CNN in the first hour was not the deaths of children, it wasn't the deaths of people, innocent people at the school, innocent Christians who did nothing wrong.
It was the gender identity of somebody who came into a school and shot it up with an assault rifle.
Isn't that bizarre?

Well, first of all, I had a busy day and a busy night.
And so I'm just now, I've got maybe a half an hour on this Nashville thing.
And so I'm going to take a little minute here just to help the audience with something, okay?
The key tool that I use when I first see what I suspect is a mass shooting is something called Video Download Helper inside Firefox.
It's a nice little addition and extension and a plug-in.
I go create a file and I begin the process of extracting all of the earliest and most reliable evidence.
Anybody who knows me knows that my analysis is almost always focused on what we can gather about the first few minutes of a shooting and the earliest and most reliable interviews.
Now, that stuff tends to disappear over time as the people that are in charge of controlling the media empire decide that they want to push this narrative or this interview or that narrative or this interview.
So a lot of times your local news stations will pick up really good stuff that will disappear very soon, especially on anything that's owned by Hearst or the AP or any of the main media stations.
So you want to go grab that video using Video Download Helper or just a right-click, Save Video As, Save Image As.
And when I create the folder, I'm looking for faces.
I want a nice clean Scott of a face, so I can cross-reference that with a facial recognition software and find where that face has been.
In this case, we have one very obvious one.
The very first one I pulled up was somebody by the name of Ashby.
She's one of the parents of the, I think it was about a five or six year old boy that was shot in Highlands Park.
And then she took him to the car and he was fine.
And then once he got in the car, he had a blood-scurdling scream and he died.
And so now she is this massive gun control advocate that's been all over.
Now this same lady, Ashby, Somehow showed up at the scene in Nashville, even though she's supposedly from Highland Park.
She's been on over 60 or 70 different websites.
Her face has been shown in 60 or 70 different videos and different interviews and different things like that.
So, I find that highly suspicious that here you have a lifelong gun control advocate that finds herself at the scene in Nashville within minutes.
At the very first press conference, which usually happens within an hour or two of the actual event, I find it highly suspicious that he or she is chirping away with the traditional gun control agenda.
Now, as for the shooting itself, I try not to be too quick about what's going on, but they've already released body cam footage, which I was able to pick up off of YouTube, Covenant School active shooter case.
MNPD body camera footage?
You tell me how or why a detective in an investigation would be releasing Early body cam footage from cops that are inside of the school within 24 hours of the actual event.
This reminds me of the Sandy Hook one where I have crime scene photos being released to the Associated Press within seven days of the actual event.
Now you've got to understand this is a professional crime scene photographer in theory and here you've got body cam video which would normally be at least reviewed by Maybe teams of people, including lawyers, before they released it.
But it's out there instantaneously, along with the narrative.
Now, as for the narrative here, I don't think they care who the shooter was, or how crazy he looks, because I think the goal is to try to, obviously, take away guns.
And I think there's a lot of pressure to do it within the next couple of years, before the big banking collapse takes place.
Or they lose control of the White House.
Not saying that anything's necessarily going to change in the White House, but I think that they are on a big push to move this through as fast as possible before something gets outside of their control.
Now, this one to me feels like a really big PSYOP.
I can't find anything so far that I can exactly point to in it, except that the shooter Uh, I've been told and I haven't run the analysis themselves, but they moved very similar to the shooter that was in the Buffalo shooting.
And if you remember what that guy did from my analysis of Buffalo, that guy was a highly trained handler of.
Weapons, and now you might get some SWAT guys that say he made a mistake here or made a mistake there, but this isn't your normal kid that just got his hands on an AR-15.
This is somebody that's trained a lot.
He moves fast, he moves decisively, and he fires that weapon like he's an old old hound at it.
So I understand that this particular situation is a little bit odd, but I find it also strange that here we have a transgender, which are normally seen as very weird sort of pussified people, that can handle a weapon like this which are normally seen as very weird sort of pussified people, that can handle a weapon like this and that chose and Are you kidding?
Wait, one question I have.
Was the transgender a man who was pretending to be a woman or a woman who's pretending to be a man?
Do we know that information yet?
All I've heard is just transgender.
You know what?
I don't even know and I don't even care because, in my opinion, until somebody proves to me that there's a dead body, I don't give a damn.
This is a psyop.
So, however they're gonna cut it, however they're gonna play it, I don't know all the facts yet.
Seriously, I just seriously did my first look at this in 35 minutes ago, so I have no idea how they're going to play it.
I think that this is a girl who thinks she... Look, don't even quote me on it because it's going to be considered wrong when it's all said and done.
To me, it's not... The trans issue is a smokescreen.
It's a smoke screen because the real narrative is, oh, it's another kid with a gun that goes into a school.
And how many times have we seen this?
We've seen what we see.
Jim, walk me through.
Sandy Hook.
Parkland.
We had the Santa Fe shooting down here in Texas.
Sutherland Springs was another church.
Orlando, Las Vegas, Buffalo.
You can go down the list and it feels like they're trying to jam these things out so fast that they're not even creatively putting together the scripts.
They're just throwing in whatever actor They can possibly plug into the roll and roll it out fast, roll it out hard, cycle it out of the news, replace it with something else, and go on to the next thing.
Because all they want is that emotional shock value of guns bad, get rid of guns.
And that, by the way, their game is not 50 year old men.
Their game is getting kids Yeah, that vote Democrat to get behind the agenda and to say guns, bad guns, bad guns, bad.
And of course, there's no reasonable argument out there why good people shouldn't have guns.
But I'm not even going to get into that right now, especially if the bad guys have guns.
So my overall take on it with just a half an hour is that all I've done is download video for Saving for Letter, which, by the way, I highly suggest that the listeners do it as well.
And then I've got my tip line, which is uvaldetipsatproton.me, which I am very careful with.
And I say that for a reason.
I'm very careful with it.
Only to log in under certain circumstances when things are right to make sure that that particular account is not compromised in any way.
I keep two-step authentication on it, tough passwords, nobody will ever get into that account.
And the reason that I say this is that, Jim, you know what's coming, what we're going to have to do.
We have to start harvesting whistleblowers from among the crisis actors.
It has to be done.
It's time.
Nobody set up an organization because nobody trusts an organization to do it as well as Project Veritas or WikiLeaks did it when they did it.
Now, at the end of the day, if you're going to come out and blow the whistle, your identity has to be known.
It's just a fact.
You got no credibility if you're a nobody, no actor, nowhere.
We can't protect you forever, but I really do think that our next step is setting up an umbrella organization that shields and protects people that have had regrets about being involved in these stunts.
And now they're getting a little older, and they're getting a little wiser, and they're realizing that they don't want to live with the lie.
So that's all I'm going to say about this one, because I don't know a lot about it at this point in time.
Well, it appears that it was a girl who identified as a man who, so a girl, a woman shooter, which is, this makes it an exceptionally rare case because the overwhelming majority of mass shootings are committed by men, by biological men.
So this is a very rare instance of a female carrying out this action.
Let me just say, every one of the mass shootings that Brian mentioned were fake, staged, phony.
And I'll tell you, I watched the dash cam footage of them tracking down and killing the purported perp.
There was no ricochet of any bullet anywhere.
They were firing a lot of rounds, not a single ricochet.
I saw no pockmark, so no striking of anything.
Is this from the video?
The firing sounded like blanks.
They did not sound like real rifle shots.
And when they shoot up, The woman, man, whatever the hell.
There's no blood!
Now she's lying on the ground with her legs spread, and they even have to blank out between her legs because perhaps you can see her panties or whatever.
But it did not look real.
And how you can have a person shot multiple times and there be no blood?
I mean, I await.
I'd like Brian to prove this.
I think she had protective armor on, so maybe it was the protective armor.
I'm not really sure, but from what I'm looking at the image, it looks like she's got Are you looking at a photograph of her lying on the ground dead?
Is there a photograph of her on the ground dead?
No.
I'm looking at the photo of her in the school that they captured on the school monitor next to the- Are you looking at the photo of her lying on the ground dead, which is what I'm talking about?
No.
Okay.
There's no blood.
This is like Boston, you know, where you have these person missing arms and legs and- And the doctor had been ahead of, you know, emergency trauma for San Francisco General Hospital for 25 years, says it's a physiological impossibility.
They have arms that are like blown up by explosives, there'd be no blood.
Well, you can't have this woman shot dead lying there and there's no blood.
There's no blood.
I saw no blood.
Go ahead, Brian.
Let me point something else out.
For those of you that are on Bitsheet, you can always go back and find my original analysis of Buffalo that I did with Giuseppe and Jim and, uh, was it Dave?
No, it was, well, it was one of the other guys.

There is a smoking gun in there.
Now, there are other things that are questions, but there is one absolutely undeniable smoking gun in that video.
And if you go back and you watch it carefully, because I did a frame-by-frame analysis using, again, the earliest and most reliable evidence of the shooting, there is a woman's head that ought to explode, being shot point-blank on the ground That head is eight pounds.
It's full of blood.
AR-15.
I even showed a video from a YouTube channel that shows what it looks like when a human cranium is hit by a .223 or .556 bullet.
The head ought to explode.
There is nothing but a puff of air that passes over her shirt in that frame and corresponding frames.
It's A physical impossibility.
The rest of it can be argued away as suspicious circumstance and not conclusive and not this.
It is simply impossible.
What they told us happened, happened.
Now the second thing that you'll find about that analysis Is that there are clearly, and I prove it at the end of the video, there are two versions of the video.
Two versions of the video.
There was one that I, that I received, that I analyzed, and another one that had gone out live that wasn't the one that I analyzed.
There are things about those videos, including the sunlight and including the shadows, that are very, very difficult to explain.
So.
My generalized conclusion, without being a professional video analyst, was that some of it was sewn in.
After Effects.
Crazy digital effects.
So, I'm not going to put it beyond anybody to have effects in these videos that make them appear real.
And this is including a woman going down on the ground and getting shot.
Look, they need to keep it bloodless so that they can run it I think that's all good.

The Daily Kos had an article saying that's because he had an AR-15.

Well, let's take away the AR-15.
Of course, it's a minuscule percentage of killings that occur in the United States with rifles.
Ninety-five percent are with pistols.
Very rare.
And of the 70,000 deaths a year, more than half of those are suicides.
So when you throw in the fact that Americans use guns defensively to ward off perps millions of times and save an estimated 200,000 lives, that's what you're not going to get from the mainstream.
You're not going to get that from the Democrats because they're all in to take our guns.
And I say to hell with that.
Meanwhile, I think this is Becoming more embarrassing because there's an awful lot of reports immediately about this looking like a phony event, which I really like.
Meanwhile, the International Criminal Court charged Putin with war crimes while the U.S.
and Israeli leaders enjoy impunity.
Yeah, what else would we expect?
A little more than a year after the intrusion into Ukraine, the Chief Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court announced that the pretrial chamber had issued an arrest warrant for Russian President Putin for war crimes in Ukraine.
It also issued a warrant for Maria Belova, Commissioner for Children's Rights.
The warrant is supposed to be because they took children out of Ukraine and brought them into Russia, but it would appear that was for their safekeeping.
It turns out there was a whole organ harvesting, child sex trafficking.
They were raising children just to be sex slaves and to be subjected to sacrifice.
It's all disgusting.
Well, the U.S.
celebrates the war against Putin.
It has pressured the ICC to refrain from prosecuting Israelis or Americans.
There's that double standard here, largely due to political coercion by the United States, which isn't even a party to the ICC.
Nor, by the way, is Russia or Ukraine.
They claim there were reasonable grounds to believe Putin and Lova Belova unlawfully deported and transferred hundreds of Ukrainian kids.
He opened an investigation back on February 28, 2022, finding a reasonable basis to believe war crimes and crimes against humanity had been committed in Ukraine.
Contrast this with their handling of war crimes in Palestine!
After a five-year preliminary investigation, former ICCG prosecutor Fatou Bensouda found there was a reasonable basis to believe Israeli leaders had committed war crimes and crimes against humanity in Palestine, including willful killing, willful causing serious injury, disproportionate use of force, and transfer of Israelis into Palestinian territory.
Notice, those are rather more serious in protecting children by getting them the hell out of Dodge.
But SOTA also found reasonable basis for possible war crimes by Palestinians, including intentional attacks against civilians using civilians as human shields tortured well for killing.
But those sound more like Israeli practices than Palestinian.
But no arrest warrants have been issued, no visible progress toward accountability of Israeli leaders, including PM Benjamin Netanyahu.
One of the war crimes is the unlawful transfer of Israeli Jews into settlements on Palestinian land.
Back in December of 2002, three leading Palestinian human rights organizations issued a joint statement to the Assembly of State Parties of the Rome Statute Which supports the ICC changing.
We have not seen any concrete steps, no action by the prosecutor to break the cycle of impunity.
Well, the ICC does not have a police force.
123 parties to the Rome States have an obligation to arrest Putin and Bellova if they travel to their countries, though it's very unlikely it's going to happen.
Former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev Weren't any attempt to Raputin could constitute a declaration of war against Moscow, invoking the threat of a nuclear apocalypse.
It's possible to imagine a hypersonic missile fired from the North Sea from a Russian ship at the Hague.
That's rather extraordinary.
The U.S.
government has also threatened the ICC.
In 2002, the W administration removed the signature of the U.S.
from the Rome Statute.
Congress passed the American Service Member Protection Act, called the Hague Invasion Act, stating if U.S.
or allied nationals were detained by the ICC, the U.S.
military could use armed force to extricate them.
It would also apply to Israel.
Bush admin effectively blackmailed 100 country parties to their own state by forcing them to sign a bad lateral immunity agreement promising not to turn over U.S.
personnel to the ICC or the U.S.
would withhold foreign aid.
Meanwhile, the U.S., which refuses to join the ICC, expresses serious concern about its attempts to exercise jurisdiction over Israeli personnel.
Meanwhile, in 2012, the General Assembly recognized Palestine as a non-member observer state where Palestine accedes to the Rome Statute and to become a member of the ICC.

although neither Russia nor Ukraine are parties, Ukraine has accepted its jurisdiction to prosecute crimes in its territory.
In other words, as an ad hoc move for political purposes.

I just think that the the nuclear ramifications are are very troubling.
It's it's a very troubling thing I mean in response to you, but this is two days ago Britain they decided to provide Ukraine with armor-piercing rounds and President Putin announced that they would be putting nukes in Europe for the first time so in Belarus the president Alexander and I think it's Lukashenko, a staunch supporter of the invasion.
He was asked for the weapons for his territory and Putin said that it will be the first time since the mid-1990s that Moscow will have based such arms outside the country, something it says the US has done for decades.
I just think an example of Russia trying to even the playing field here.
And, you know, peace is readily achievable.
The thing is, is that, you know, Ukraine is largely defeated.
We know that.
We know that China and Russia have engaged in peace talks.
At this point, there's no need to escalate this any further.
I don't wish to escalate this any further.
I believe that the Ukraine is not something that it's not.
It's honestly not an issue that I ever cared that much about other than the humanitarian side and the lives lost.
That's a tragedy wherever it happens.
As we reported yesterday, the U.S.
won't allow Ukraine to even consider peace talks with Russia, which is completely absurd.

I don't have any thoughts on this story.
I haven't been able to study it or cross-reference it or do any work on it.
Not a problem, my friend.
Meanwhile, Maria Bartiromo suggests that the arrest timing was no accident.
She's had the possible indictment as part of a plot to protect Biden and the Biden family from an investigation.
She explored the possibility of his indictment in the Stormy Daniels hush money issue in the Sunday Morning Futures with the head of the House Oversight Committee, James Comer.
He linked the turn of events to the findings of the House into the Biden family's financial transactions abroad.
Several doubters are convinced by data supplied by Comer, including CNN's Erin Burnett, who stated it does look suspicious that Biden family got lots of money from accounts related to Hunter's business ops.
Surprise, surprise!
According to a report from Peter Bank that acquired by the House Oversight Committee revealed that in 2017, Biden family received more than a million in remittance from accounts associated with Hunter's business ally Rob Walker in Chinese commercial endeavors.
Walker, working with Hunter, brother Jim, business associate Jim Gillard, and Tony Bobulinski, formed Sinohawk Holdings to collaborate with the Chinese energy company CEFC.
Records discovered via subpoena issued to Bank of America indicated three members of the family had received large payments from an account in Walker's name.
Haley Biden, widow of Biden's son Beau, is listed as a Robinson Walker LCC account member.
In October 2020, just before the last presidential election, Fox revealed Hunter was the subject of an inquiry.
A laptop said to belong to Hunter was subsequently shown to have been subpoenaed by the FBI as part of an ongoing money laundering investigation.
U.S.
Attorney's Office in Delaware is also looking into suspected federal offenses committed by Hunter, such as tax fraud, unlawful foreign lobbying, and more.
Hunter claims to have given his dad as much as half of his earnings.
Comer's office began going through the suspicious activity report filed by the Treasury on Biden's financial dealings, including many countries, Ukraine and others.
Meanwhile, Trump reports I think they've already dropped the fake case.
After former Michael Cohen attorney Robert Costello's testimony shut down the Manhattan DA's grand jury for at least a week, Trump is now saying he thinks the case is closed.
I think they've already dropped it, he told reporters.
It's a fake case.
Some fake cases, they have absolutely nothing.
Costello testified before the grand jury outlining the inconsistency in Cohen's past statements, relayed a hush money statement, and sent the grand jury home by brag, and it hasn't been hearing the case.
At a rally, which was broadcast live, Trump railed at prosecutorial misconduct as a new tool of the left to manipulate elections.
The new weapon being used by out-of-control, unhinged Democrats to cheat on elections is criminally investigating a candidate.
Bad publicity.
In all, you get bad publicity.
Craziest thing, I got bad publicity and my poll numbers have gone through the roof.
You've got to explain it to me, because nobody else has ever heard of it.
But you know what?
It gets so much publicity, the case actually is adjudicated in the press.
And people see it's bullshit, and they say it's unfair.
It will only get worse if he is not re-elected, Trump concluded.
If we don't win this next in 2024, I truly believe our country is doomed.
I think it is doomed.
Prosecutorial misconduct is their new tool, and they're willing to use it on levels never before seen in our country.
Meanwhile, the theory has been floated that Biden is behind the Trump arrest scheme, which of course would make a lot of sense.
Who, after all, is going to benefit politically?
Over the weekend, a Fox News host suggested Biden could be behind Manhattan D.A.
Alvin Brank's attempt to indict former President Trump as a way to prevent Trump from challenging him in 2024.
On Fox's Big Sunday Show, host Julie Banderas and co-host Tom Lahren were discussing a report that federal, state, and local law enforcement had been discussing possible security plans around the Manhattan criminal court were indicted and had to travel to New York for arraignment.
Warren said there was a lot to unpack and wondered if Trump would be indicted for a misdemeanor or a felony, prompting Bondurist to speculate about the motives behind the decision to pursue the case.
She asked if Bragg were using federal funds to investigate, adding if he were it could be viewed as tampering with the 2024 presidential election.

So the most important question is if he gets indicted, if he gets indicted, what are the chances of conviction, first of all?
So that's, that's a really important thing because that's, you know, a conviction on this.
It's, it's not necessarily false.
What he's on trial for essentially would be falsifying business records, which is what, which is what the grand jury might indict him over.
And that's a misdemeanor rather than a felony.
So it's not a felony unless it can be linked to another more grave crime.
So that's probably what's going to happen if they decide to take that step.

Because there have been cases like this before.

police acted as provocateurs at the Capitol on January 6th.

A federal prosecutor admitted in court papers three Metropolitan Police undercover officers acted as provocateurs after Northwest stabbed at the Capitol on January 6th.
The admission came in a March 24th filing before District Judge Rudolf Contreras that seeked to keep video footage shot by the officers under court seal.
They don't want the public to see it.
Prosecutors accused the defendant William Pope of Topeka of an illegitimate attempt to unmask the video as part of his alleged strategy to try the case in the news, as though that were not what the Democrats have done from the beginning.
The defendant, Was not entitled to undesignate these videos and share them with unlimited third parties, said Assistant U.S.
Attorney Kelly Moran.
His desire to try his case in the media rather than in a court of law is illegitimate, and the government has met its burden to show the necessity of the protective order.
Videos long hidden under court seal have become a major issue, especially when prosecutors are disclosing the involvement of multiple FBI informants.
Pope is seeking to lift the seal on the undercover video as part of his drive to obtain full access to video evidence held by the government.
He's reprising himself after, in the criminal case, being prosecuted against him at a hearing on March 3rd.
Judge Contreras seemed sympathetic to Pope's motion to unmask.

This video clearly evidences undercover law enforcement officers urging the crowd to advance at the stairs scaffolding toward the Capitol on January 6, Pope wrote in an earlier case filing.
The government may claim that incidents like this did not happen, but the facts show they did.
Prosecutor Moran acknowledged as much in a motion filed on March 24.
The specific footage—GoPro video recorded by an MBD police officer who was stationed at the Capitol in an evidence-gathering capacity—captures the officer shouting words to the effect of, "'Go!

Go!' Moran wrote.
At other times, the officer and the two others playing close with him appear to join the crowd in various chants, including, "'Drain the swamp!' "'USA!

USA!' and, "'Whose house?' "'Our house!' Ron also argued against unsealing large amounts of closed-circuit security video, which he said could put officers at risk.
These are very specific, highly worrisome risks associated with the specific videos the defendant seeks to share en masse.
Given the highly volatile nature of the discourse surrounding these cases, releasing the identities of officers depicted in these videos, officers that have ended now claims to have instigated the entire attack on the U.S.
Capitol would surely put the lives of those officers at risk.
Pope told the Epoch Times he never made such a claim.
He has not yet filed a response.
Another video disclosed in his research shows Officer 2 and Officer 3 walking behind the late Ashley Babbitt on the Northwest Steps.
About an hour later, Babbitt was shot at the entry of the Speaker's Lobby by Capitol Police Lieutenant Michael Byrd and died a half an hour later.

Yeah, I'll keep it brief on this one as well because I think that the most telling thing is the video.
So if you have any access to social media at all, you could get this pretty easily.
You can also just find it online.
There's a video floating around, I think the most incredible video that I saw, was of that guy who was wearing the, they call him the shaman or whatever, the shaman guy, and he was wearing bullhorns.
Yeah.
And he was walking in the middle of the house chambers with another guy who was sitting there who had just gotten shot in the face with a rubber bullet, so not an actual bullet, which is interesting.
He was shot in the face with a rubber bullet and he was bleeding from his face.
There were two officers escorting this shaman throughout the entire house chambers.
Escorting him like taking him on a tour.
That's essentially what they were doing.
They weren't stopping him.
They had guns on them.
They had handcuffs there.
They were not arresting him.
They did not stop him.
They did not detain him.
They simply took him on a tour.
They were wearing masks and then telling him about the chamber.
They were saying, this is what this chamber is.
You know, here is what it is.
It's just, you know, keep in mind, it's very sacred.
Don't, you know, like, don't tip over anything.
Don't go too crazy, but you can come in.
You can come in and see everything.
We're not really going to do anything about it.
So they even asked the guy who was shot in the face if he was okay and needed medical attention while he was inside the house chamber.
So this is a video I encourage everybody to watch, everybody find.
This, once you see these videos, once you see the evidence of the actual footage, then you can really understand the extent of the deception and how gross it was to, to, for the media to portray this as an insurrection. for the media to portray this as an insurrection.

There was a time early in Trump's career where I took the time to read some important stuff about QAnon.
And of course, I was listening very carefully to the people over at American Intelligence Media, Betsy and Thomas, and they were saying it's a psy-op.
And they made a strong argument for it being a psy-op, but I still had done my work in Pizzagate, so QAnon got my attention.
And I had begun to believe that there was indeed some sort of military apparatus that was working behind the scenes with Trump, or at least I began to hope to believe that.
And so you get a guy like Chansley, and he's dressed like a clown, wearing his bullhorns and being paraded through there.
He was literally being escorted through the structure without a shirt on, wearing his Native American garb, calling himself the QAnon Shaman.
And that felt to me like a PSYOP designed to embarrass and delegitimize anybody who had believed in the movement.
To this day, I think that early on there was something to it, but it was hijacked along the way and rendered infiltrated and rendered useless.
So if you were to go analyze some of the very earliest QAnon posts, you'd find something that appears to be very interesting and very legitimate using a very old style of military communication, but it was hijacked
Oh, within six or seven months of it getting any traction, and then all of a sudden the language changed, and it adjusted, and it borrowed very heavily from this conspiracy theory or that conspiracy theory, which didn't always add up.
And I'll admit, as I was first coming into the conspiracy theory community, I didn't know what to believe, and I think a lot of people right now, to go to your point, Owen, are that there's a lot of people waking up.
Now, part of my job here that I do with Jim and on this show is to Go through the conspiracy theory forums and pay attention and look for things that might have traction and look for ideas, look for concepts that may or may not work and try to get a feel for where people are at.
And I can tell you something for certain is that there are a large number of people that are waking up and joining these forums.
They're getting more and more traction.
I think that the government and the forces that be are putting more bots out there than I've ever seen before.
I see more commentary than I haven't seen before, and I see more disinformation than I haven't seen before.
So, The problem is this world is becoming very foggy and we as a community need to stay very focused and very clear on what it is we're out to do.
Very much something that Jim Fetzer is out to do is expose the false flags for exactly what they are.

NATO, after having achieved all three of the objectives set forth by ISME, after outliving the Soviet Union and its Eastern European vassal governments, has since expanded eastward to a 30-member force, adapting the keep-the-Russians-out element into one of menace-the-Russians.

My take on Putin's role is that he was under raw child order to let Zionists take Ukraine.
He didn't lift a finger to stop the Maiden Square coup.
He allowed Yanukovych to be ousted.
He didn't help the Donbass separatists much during their eight years of hell.
When he finally launched his special military operation as Ukraine had massed forces to ethnically cleanse the Donbass, he made it clear it was not an invasion of Ukraine as a whole, but a defensive operation to prevent ethnic cleansing of Russia.
The West manipulated his intervention as a trap to fight a proxy war to weaken Russia.
It didn't work.
The Ukrainians wasted almost all the help sending untrained forces against hardened convicts of the Wagner Group and seasoned Donbass militia forces.

It's housed in an old mansion that's on the historic register.

The Sandy Hook was actually being used as a special needs school facility.

I worked at a school that had a few severely handicapped children.
When they came to launch, there was one adult for two children, one in each hand.
These kids could all walk, but they had Down syndrome or something like that.
I imagine they practice that type of walking for fire drills because they don't want to lose anyone.
It's not a normal practice with average mentality students.
I know as a retired public school teacher that the alleged San Diego evacuation was not from a standard elementary school.
A number of kids walking out amounted to only about half of an average-sized classroom.
Even a small elementary school would have at least two classrooms per grade level, and that's another thing.
There isn't a mix of younger and older children gathered in groups of 25 or so with a single group.
At best, a Sandy Hook group is about half the amount of students in a normal classroom.
Here's another thing.
You have to make arrangements in advance to get a school bus to come to the school.
They aren't at a school just on standby.
Where's the bus for kids in the photograph?
As I think about it, it's actually odd.
There was even a photographer there.
They were doing a news feature on a school just as a mass school shooting was taking place?
The guy here in St.
Paul told me about a not-in-service school they were using near his home for police SWAT team practice.
He said on weekdays he could hear the blank rounds going off inside the empty school building.
He said the school was eventually converted into condos, it was a rather nice brick building constructed at a time when construction was of higher quality, and there was significant attractive stone ornamentation on the exterior of the building.
Sandy Hook was not a school building of that quality.

This is coming out this summer, in a few months here.

But what this does is centralize control of banks and further into the hands of the Federal Reserve, although it's already there with fractional reserve banking.

What they're going to be doing is instead of cryptocurrency, instead of blockchain like Bitcoin or other kind of crypto, They're going to be using a government-backed and federal reserve-backed coin.
That coin is going to be a programmable coin that people are going to buy.
And what this is going to allow the government to do, if you opt into this FedNow service and accept this FedNow service, it opts the government in, it opts you in, for the government to turn off your money when it wishes, when the government feels like they should turn your money off.
This gives them a programmable coin that they can turn off at their whim based on your actions, based on your obedience, based on what you say, based on what you don't say.
So this is the real problem right now.
This is, I believe, the precursor to injecting a chip in people's arms.
