And welcome, folks, to Truth vs. News, Incorporated.
I'm Donald Rodner, producer at jd.consultantsatlive.com, and this is the new year, January 8th, 2023, and things are really hot in the world, and we've got a great show lined up today.
We have, of course, Jim Fetzer, the most dangerous mind in America, who is just an outstanding researcher and conspiracy analyst.
And it's doing good.
And we also have joining him today, special Brian Davidson, a private investigator out of Texas there, who's done some fabulous work on other conspiracies like Buffalo Ubaldi and Sandy Hook and other things.
And we hope to have David Kinney joining us, but his technical problems have kept him off the line.
But anyway, I guess we got to get started.
I guess let's just move over to Ukraine, see what's going on over there.
You got it, Don, and we're delighted to have Brian with us today.
Here's an overview, a recent report about the situation in Ukraine, where it does not look good for Zelensky.
Up to a thousand Ukrainian soldiers are being killed or wounded each day in the Donbass region, 200 to 500 killed on the average and many more wounded.
Zelensky claimed that 60 to 100 troops were being killed back in June, but over the past two weeks, the number has climbed significantly.
Ukraine has recruited a million into the army.
It has the capacity to recruit two million more, but it's all going to be for naught.
Joint Chief Chairman Mark Milley was asked about the rate of Ukrainian casualties, said it was difficult to estimate, but that the estimates had been in the ballpark of our own.
Milley said Russia had taken huge losses and that Ukraine was fighting effectively, but the situation appears to be precisely the opposite.
What Ukraine lacks is they have people trained to attack and counterattack with either weapons.
Our negotiating position is actually quite weak.
We don't want to sit at the table if we're in this position, which certainly is inconsistent with Milley's claim.
There's a Ukrainian delegation, one among many.
They continue to ask for more money, more funds.
A billion dollars in weapons to be shipped includes rockets and artillery ammunition.
Meanwhile, Ukraine's partners, particularly in Europe, are beginning to focus on replenishing their own stockpiles, a serious problem.
While formal negotiations are frozen, both sides realize there's not really a lot of room for negotiation because the Ukrainians insist Russia withdraw from all the territories it's acquired, including Crimea, which Russia will not do.
And Russia insists that there be no NATO threat in Ukraine, which Zelensky is unwilling to commit.
There's domestic backlash to the idea of negotiating with Russia after alleged war crimes in Bukha and Mariupol, but those were committed by the Azov battalion.
Russia appears to be using Georgia to evade sanctions, which were outrageous.
The idea of demining Ukraine's Black Sea ports in exchange for Russia allowing grain exports has been controversial and opposed because there was no guarantee Russia would not use those corridors to attack by sea.
Russia's been insulated from sanctions that their own negotiators concede due to high oil prices might feel the effects in three to four years, I say, most unlikely.
Brian, your thoughts?
I always find it interesting to take a look at these articles and then try to go back to their source.
So this particular one is put out by one of the main global writers for Axios, which is owned by Cox Cable Communications, which is influenced Out of Atlanta by the same people that influenced CNN.
So I did some research on the writer, the author, and I found that it looks like his research is, or his articles at least, are almost all pro-Ukraine or pro-funding for Ukraine.
Sort of, they have an anti-Russia bend.
And I want to just take a moment about the story because it felt funny to me.
The story itself, That's a real consistent number for deaths because usually battles come in waves, not all at once.
And it wouldn't surprise me if the story was basically planted to justify all the money that's going over there.
So I decided to do some research and I ran across an early concern that I've had for a long time.
When I do my research in open source intelligence, Ken, I just want to talk about the difference between a private investigator and a journalist.
I use the same techniques that are trained police agencies use.
Journalists that are coming out of school are trained on something called Bellingcat.
Now, Bellingcat is a research assistance organization that would compete with these types of guys, but they specialize in journalists, and everything is left-leaning and influenced.
So, if I were to take Bellingcat's courses versus the books that I read, which is what most journalists do, You're going to find that everything has a left, left, left slant.
And that is because Bellingcat is funded.
So the research organization that funds these journalists is funded by the Open Source Open Society Foundation.
So basically, a couple of researchers got together and started they want to put together a set of tools for journalists and Open Society Foundation comes along and says, well, hey, well, we'll make you famous.
And they did.
And now they're the main resource.
If you were to go to their site and do some of their trainings, you'll find trainings that try to prove that Charlottesville is real and that all these other false flags are real because their goal is to deceive journalists.
So, I'm just concerned about the story.
It didn't feel right to me.
So, my two-cent take on it is that it's influenced highly by Bellingcat research techniques, which are all designed to lead you away toward the narrative and away from the truth.
That's all wonderful.
And just to mention, for those who don't know, the Open Society thing is funded by George Soros.
I mean, he's a guy who's devoted to destroying America.
That's his dream for his lifetime ambition.
Simply excellent commentary, Brian.
Excellent.
Meanwhile, we finally have a Speaker of the House, after a very disputed series of 15 rounds of voting.
Kevin McCarthy was elected Speaker on a 15th ballot early Saturday morning.
My father always told me, it's not how you start, it's how you finish, said McCarthy to cheering fellow Republicans.
Eager to confront Biden and the Democrats, he promises subpoenas and investigations.
Now the hard work begins.
He credited former President Trump with standing with him and making it happen.
Republicans roared in celebration, chanting, USA!
USA! USA! USA!
USA!
At the Capitol Friday, lawmakers, all but one Democrats, observed a moment of silence of great officers who helped protect Congress that day in reflection about the events of January 6, which were completely orchestrated.
America is a land of laws, not chaos, said Biden.
At the Speaker's vote, a number of Republicans, tiring of the spectacle, temporarily walked out when one of his most ardent critics, Matt Gaetz rallied against McCarthy.
Contours of a deal with conservatives who've been blocking it emerged the night before.
One significant form of holdout, Republican Scott Perry, chairman of the Conservative Freedom Caucus, tweeted after he switched votes for McCarthy, we're at a turning point.
The disorganized start to the new Congress pointed to difficulties ahead, with Republicans in charge anticipating some government shutdown standoffs, as in the case of John Boehner, his early retirement, when conservatives threatened to oust him.
The agreement that McCarthy arranged with the holdouts, however, centered around rules changes they've been seeking for months.
At the core of the deal was the reinstatement of a House rule that would allow a single lawmaker to make a motion to vacate the chair, essentially calling for a vote to House Speaker.
McCarthy, not surprisingly, had resisted allowing a return when Pelosi had done away with it, but in fact it was indispensable to gaining their support.
Other wins were more obscure, including provisions on a proposed deal to expand the number of seats on the House Rules Committee to mandate 72 hours for bills to be posted before votes.
Very reasonable.
We were hit with that massive $1.7 trillion and given only hours before they had to vote where no one had even read on it.
We do not know what horrors it contains that are yet to be revealed.
And to try for a constitutional amendment for federal limits on terms for the House and the Senate.
Before Friday's ballot, the Democrat leader Jeffries of New York had won the most votes, but of course not enough in order to secure the speakership.
The law's fight for the gavel began in 1855 and dragged on for two months with 133 ballots during debates over slavery in the run-up to the Civil War, so this was modest by comparison.
One of those who rather surprisingly came out for McCarthy early on was Marjorie Taylor Greene, Body language here suggests that she and the speaker may have more than a political relationship.
Rather interesting.
Catch this.
Who are we talking about?
MTG and McCarthy.
I was scrolling Twitter, and I saw this via Mac Couch.
And I have to say, I was like, oh my lord, seriously?
I definitely think these two have played hide the snake.
I don't know to what extent, but there's something there.
So you watch her.
He's not moving away from her.
He's not actually moving at all.
And that's the odd thing.
I was like, okay, at first glance, because it is so short, this could literally be just him and the dynamics of politics, not wanting to really associate with her since the Daily Mail came out with her sexual exploits.
But as you watch, because normally even couples will try not to be sexual in public.
They'll just be normal.
So even if wifey was hanging around or got too close to the nether regions, hubby is going to move out of the way.
One, because he'll get it later if he wants it.
And two, it's just politeness for polite society and being in public.
So when you see someone standing there like really stiff to someone and you know they're allies, it makes you go, hmm.
So as we continue to watch, as you see rug burn, Tilting her face up towards McCarthy, trying to engage him and getting closer.
And the big, big smiles and now McCarthy's hand starts to come up.
And he purposely keeps it away from her.
It's like, okay, that's a little odd.
You're allies.
She's leaning down around the area.
He's standing up.
He's not moving away.
He's not making room.
She's getting really close.
He just kind of looks down, a little stress in the forehead, smile in the face.
There was an actor who said something, Lickensy Zickens.
Do you remember that show with Woody Harrelson and Adam Sandler?
Leaning in a little bit more to him.
And he's not leaning away.
See, that's the thing that you should take in.
She keeps leaning in and teasing.
He's smiling, but he's not moving.
He's like straight stress, but it's a genuine smile.
You see it throughout his whole face.
And she's teasing by getting close to it.
I can't spell out it.
If you don't know it, I ask your mom.
So we'll go back to the beginning of this interaction and this gentleman, I don't know his name, he has his hand on her back and she really just ignores it.
Her attention is towards McCarthy.
So that's the other thing that's going on.
and he's pretty much being ignored with the interaction from these two he looks at the gentleman briefly and then goes right back with the big smiles to rug burn He's trying to get the attention of McCarthy, the gentleman is.
Touching his arm, anything to get some attention.
He's getting nothing.
McCarthy's just too excited about Rugbyrne.
Completely unaware of the other guy there, touching his arm, trying to get some attention and an interaction.
Rugburn is near it and he likes it.
Well, if Rugburn hasn't hid the snake by now, or at least made it hiss, it would surprise me with that interaction.
Episode 2 of How about that?
A different angle on what's taking place here.
Brian, your thoughts?
Oh boy, I gotta tell you that the more I saw this absolute show go on in Congress, the more I've begun to realize, and the more I've researched it, that it's It's really nothing more than a show.
I was able to capture or find an image of Matt Gaetz doing the secret Masonic handshake the other day, and I thought, well, he's one of them, too.
They all seem to be controlled.
Marjorie Taylor Greene just finalized her divorce on December 22, 2022.
So she is a cat on the prowl.
And the reason for the divorce tied to some affairs that she was also having.
So I'm very disappointed in her and conservative darling.
You know, I like her politics and all that.
But, you know, I got to say that it's probably normal.
I mean, Kevin McCarthy is married to Judy McCarthy.
They've been married since 1992.
92 i i know that these guys are all scandalous frauds but i have a feeling that this is more uh green just being a cat in heat you know freshly off a divorce than it necessarily is mccarthy jumping in the sack with her i don't see that happening although the whole thing just feels funny it wouldn't surprise me if there's all sorts of shenanigans going on in there and if you think it amongst themselves would be bad
consider the lobbyists i mean those lobbyists are in there to get a job done and they'll do what it takes to get that job done so i think the whole thing stinks i think it's a good thing but i think it's a good thing but i think it's a good thing I think that they're all controlled on some level by one of the organizations out there, whether it be, you know, the Khazarians or the Nazis or the Swiss or the Zionists or the Templars, CIA, Skull and Bone.
You know, you can just list them all off, but I think every one of them is influenced heavily.
We know now Matt Gaetz is definitely a Freemason.
So, you know, haven't seen him done the handshake.
So I guess that's all I have to say about it.
Nothing surprises me, but somebody's definitely pulling the strings.
Well, that may be all you have to say, but what you have to say is very, very telling and even devastating.
Here's a rather striking piece by Sundance from the conservative Treehouse, a roadmap for the 118th Congress Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government.
This is a doozy.
Right.
The subcommittee will fall under the jurisdiction of the House Judiciary, led by Jim Jordan.
Additionally, Thomas Massey is reported to be under consideration for the chairmanship of the House subcommittee.
To avoid another complete waste of time, considering all the dynamics, his predictions in the past, he has zero, this is Sundance, Optimism, the committee will generate anything different than the prior subcommittees on Fast and Furious, IRS, Targeting, Benghazi, and so forth, with a full understanding of the complexity of the daunting challenge such an undertaking will require.
I've been asked to outline an actual roadmap for success, so I will, even if I believe it is futile.
Let me also say up front, many readers won't like this approach.
Most professional Republicans, along with media in Washington, D.C., will absolutely hate it.
Assuming Jordan Massive have some grasp of the scale and scope of the opposition they're about to face, assuming they're prepared staff to support them, willing to take on the most consequential investigation in our lifetime, then we begin by first defining who will oppose any effort to investigate the weaponization of government, which is to say, everyone.
The entire apparatus of the political system will do everything in their power, individually and collectively, to ensure they fail.
The stakes are for all the marbles.
D.C.' 's politics is a system of compartmentalized silos, a collection of weaponized institutions that view their common enemy as the American people.
Specifically, the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence and every Republican member therein, including Marco Rubio, will make it their priority mission to block any investigation it touches on how the intel apparatus of the U.S.
is weaponized against the people.
The SSCI facilitated the creation of the national security state Any effort to investigate the outcome will make House investigators mortal enemies to the Senate.
Additionally, every executive branch intel, the DOJ, NSD, FBI, HDS, ODN, ICIA, DIA, NSC, and sub-agency will do everything to block a subcommittee looking at them.
Every national security justification that exists and others yet to be created will be deployed to block them.
Every member will be under constant surveillance.
Phones will be tapped.
Electronic devices monitored.
Offices bugged.
Physical surveillance.
Top-tier officials at every subsidiary agency.
The government will assign investigative groups and contract agents to monitor activities of the subcommittee and provide weekly updates.
The Intel apparatus media will be deployed.
Daily leaks to the New York Times, Politico, Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, MSNBC.
This is the context of opposition to begin thinking about before anything moves forward.
Additionally, the National Security State will demand the House investigation take place on their terms.
They'll demand secrecy, national security classification, members to adhere to intel community terms for review and discussion, Each agency will not voluntarily participate.
Every agency will do the same.
We'll require legal representation.
We'll provide them by lawfare, political operatives skilled in the use of national security and classified information as justification for non-compliance and non-assistance.
Anticipate special counsel Jack Smith will use his position to block the subcommittee from receiving evidence.
Anticipate congressional representatives are already under investigation because of the authority granted to him by Deputy Attorney General Lisa Monaco.
The White House and all the executive branch will use the existing special counsel to block the House investigation.
Indeed, that appears to be the primary purpose it was made.
As a result, expect the House Subcommittee members to be under constant threat from the Department of Justice via the Special Counsel, specifically from Deputy Attorney General Lisa Monaco, with statements that their efforts are obstructing a Special Counsel investigation.
The aforementioned agencies and Senate Intel will work with the DOJ to use the Jack Smith Special Counsel's shield to block participation.
With all that in mind, what is the successful path forward?
First, The subcommittee needs a communication strategy in place before the rules, terms, and member outlines are even contemplated so that information can come from the committee to the public without filtration by a corrupt system that will bend and skew the findings as a weapon against the committee itself.
Hire communication staff.
Set up a website to convey information directly from the committee to the public.
They have witness names and scheduled documents requested.
Everything involving community activity should be known to the general public and updated daily.
It should contain a separate staff to solicit, accept, and distribute information provided by the public to the subcommittee.
Yes, you read that correctly.
The subcommittee should be able to accept information provided by the public as it relates to the ongoing committee work.
Crowdsource WeThePeople as research leverages against a much more effective lawful operation you will face in opposition.
Second!
Go public with everything.
Do not accept the terms and conditions of the secretive administrative state.
Tell the public what you're finding as you find it.
You can share information without violating sources and methods.
Schedule immediate media appearance at 8 p.m.
twice weekly with high visibility media network to provide updates.
These scheduled appearances should be in addition to random press releases and comments as pertinent information arrives.
This means you don't wait to produce a 2,000-page final report.
The report will just be an updated summary of previous findings already released.
Third, at the outset, Put no rules on media contacts with any subcommittee staff or member.
Counter the darkness that fuels Intel Community Agenda with maximum sunlight and transparency.
Use truth as a weapon against disinformation.
That means no non-disclosure agreements at any stage of the process.
Yes, this is a radical change in approach, but it's a radical enemy you are facing.
Playing the secrecy game works in their favor, not yours.
Transparency is your tool, not theirs.
Use it.
Any member can say anything they want about any of the material witness in the course.
Public hearings or closed doors, it matters not.
Same rules apply.
Completely free.
The goal should not be accountability on those who may have perpetrated or supported weaponized activity against American citizens.
The goal should be maximal public information, transparency, and sunlight about the weaponization as it is discovered.
Fourth, every witness should be granted full legal immunity provided by the House and Speaker for anything said during the testimony or admitted as being done as part of the evidence fact-finding again.
The goal is transparency and openness, not prosecution and accountability.
Use sunlight to draw out the truth, then let the American people be the judge of what it means, in contrast against the Constitution of our nation.
Let me repeat.
Zero legal liability for any conduct that happened as part of any witness effort to weaponize the United States government against the American people.
Why this approach?
Because it circumvents any issues that might impede testimony, removes hurdles.
Immunity compels confession on a sunlight and the urgency of the situation.
Immunity makes the truth more likely, and finally, you're not going to get legal convictions anyway.
The truth has no agenda.
Let's rip the band-aid off and start the process to fix this scrap, restore the First and Fourth Amendment, and heal the injury.
Remember, from the Church Commission, we got the Secret FISA Court and more tools for a violation of our Fourth Amendment.
From the 9-11 Commission, we got the Patriot Act, Department of Homeland Security, Transportation Security Administration, National Intelligence, many more violations of our rights and protections.
We do not need any legislation as an outcome of this investigation.
We do not need your legislative help.
All prior legislative help only ended up making things worse.
What we need is full, uncensored, brutally honest exposé of how bad things have become and how the system can be dismantled and destroyed.
The existing Constitution is a protection.
Just remove the stuff violating it.
I know this approach is different from the norm.
However, this roadmap seems reasonable.
I'm certain you'll find a great deal of support from within that is currently operating, and from people outside who will volunteer time and effort.
Summarize.
Know the scale of the opposition.
Formulate a communication strategy.
Communicate findings as it is discovered.
Grant immunity to all witnesses.
Don't wait to generate another useless report.
Make sunlight a motive.
Consider success when the American people can see the problem.
Dissolve any webinar systems.
Don't create new ones.
If you tell us the truth, we the people will fix it ourselves.
Brian, your thoughts?
I said I think it would take godlike power to clean up Washington, D.C., right now, and I seriously mean that, like the creator of the universe.
Look, I am of the opinion that these people do not get supported for these opportunities to be a representative of the public unless they can be controlled.
In other words, it's very difficult to Get a position like that unless somebody with a lot of money in very deep pockets trusts you to do exactly what they want you to do.
And with all of the grants and non-profit money that's floating around out there to try to influence lobbying money and other things, BlackRock and Vanguard, it's I tend to believe that every single one of them is powered and controlled by somebody else and that somebody else does not want to be exposed.
So asking them to put together a committee that's going to root out the evil inside Congress is probably a very, very tall order.
I like the idea.
I like Jim Jordan.
He's one of the few that I have a lot of confidence in.
Do we really think that he's got the power?
I mean, look what happened to Gates and Boebert.
I mean, they were just destroyed by the establishment.
So, to think that that same system is going to police itself is a pretty tall order.
Excellent comments.
Don?
This is a minor comment, George, that I think all the people back there Uh, pit the definition of insanity, which is doing the same thing over and over again, expecting a different result when they have to take 14, 15 votes, you know, and doing it over again.
They are all insane.
So what do you expect from this Congress?
Well, I actually take exception to that, Don.
I thought they actually got some concessions that were important concessions.
Yeah, there were some, but... But excellent, excellent comments, Brian.
No doubt.
Excellent.
Meanwhile...
We have a lawsuit alleging DOJ concealed documents on Hunter and Jim Biden, who's Joe's brother of foreign payoffs and Joe himself.
That, by the way, is the real Joe Biden right there in the photograph.
Look how expressive is his face.
He always has a big smile on his face, ear to ear, and his smile is contagious.
That's the real guy.
Compare him with a mask-wearing phony that we're seeing in Washington, D.C.
today.
Not at all the same guy.
When Hunter's laptop was discovered, it was secreted away and the information was kept under concealment.
Hundreds of docs were reported to include proof of the Biden family's international crime dealings.
The Biden family, in particular James and Hunter, have faced scrutiny for trading on the family name to secure lucrative deals.
Hunter's operation fell into the public eye because of a publication in the New York Post, including damaging information on a Biden family recovered from his laptop.
The first son attempted to respond to mounting public scrutiny by retaining publicists and PR experts to help him launch a media campaign, an effort that's ruffled feathers in the White House.
After the data was proven to have come from the laptop, an investigation would have been immediately forthcoming, one would have assumed.
But the DOJ didn't do it, even though the father of this family is the current U.S.
president.
And now we have a shell game brushing the information under the table.
Rather than openly investigate, DOJ has sought to thwart the release of 400 pages of docs on Hunter and Jim's dealing with China, Russia, and Ukraine.
Kevin Evans, a lawyer for the Department of Justice, contends the agency did not comply with his FOIA request, but that it had admitted in court the documents he sought existed and is now trying to deny that fact.
The DOJ, he asserts, says it can neither confirm nor deny the existence of the 400 potentially relevant docs they previously identified.
These are the same docs that have existed and have been in the news since the laptop was found.
The New York Post reports, a Colorado lawyer says the Justice Department is trying to conceal hundreds of potentially responsive documents about gifts received by first son Hunter and his uncle James from contacts in China, Russia, and Ukraine.
Kevin sent to the Daily Mail about the DOJ.
They eventually produced about 60 pages of docs, but they're all letters from senators and congressmen asking about Hunter and letters from DOJ back.
In other words, Nothing of any evidential value.
Then toward the end they said, well, we have these 400 pages, but we need to review them.
A claim the government has repeated again and again.
The government now is claiming to neither confirm nor deny.
Evans said he officially initially filed a FOIA request in November of 2020 after reading about Hunter's sworn business dealings.
A Post spoke the story open in October.
The Post exposes it was based on emails and messages found on the laptop.
I'm quite confident they'll move for summary judgment on the privacy exemptions under FOIA in an effort to avoid having to produce them at all, he told the Post then.
But I don't think they should in this instance, particularly when they've discovered and put on record that potentially responsive documents exist.
A status hearing in the case is set for January 9th.
That would be, my friends, tomorrow.
Meanwhile, the laptop was not the only source of suspicious international dealings.
Chuck Grassley and Ron Johnson released a report in 2020 about Biden family business pursuits and have updated.
Docs revealed Hunter and Jim received monthly payments of $100,000 and $65,000, respectively.
And there's more to come.
Brian, your thought.
Well, don't hold your breath on Taking out this president.
I guess what I'm thinking in terms of this is that this is a campaign to make sure that it's Joe Biden that doesn't get reelected.
And I think a big part of why all the Democrats voted for Hakeem Jeffries.
Was because they know they're going to have to have a replacement in 2024.
And I think that they're already planning on putting Hakeem Jeffries in that position so that these issues related to Hunter Biden and Joe Biden can be flushed out and put to bed.
I think it's just too dangerous for the current control apparatus.
To continue to allow this information to be out there floating around and get exposed.
So they're going to use every tool and every weapon that they have in their apparatus to make sure that this story continues to get suppressed on social media and in the media and covered up with other stories that they think that they can control.
Look, we've seen the disinformation machine.
We've seen the media.
Take, for instance, the Las Vegas shooting.
It's almost like somebody sent out a message to all the media organizations that it's time to cycle this out of the news.
It's all over with.
Let's bury it.
Stop asking questions.
We're all done.
And I think that the same thing has been being attempted time and time again with the laptop and the corruption issues.
In my opinion, it's probably an open secret within Our government that Joe Biden is absolutely what he's being accused of, but they just won't be willing to say anything about it because they could lose their jobs and their retirements and their cushy futures.
So it's a very controlled system, and I don't think that there's going to be a lot of patriots that are standing out there riding this to their grave when they're up against the deep state apparatus.
Nice points.
I just mentioned, look at the photograph of the guy now and how different it is from the real Joe Biden.
We are being played again and again and again.
Meanwhile, in Wisconsin, a former member of the Supreme Court, Michael Gableman, Yes, and members of his team come up with damaging evidence about the theft of the 2020 election right here in my home state.
In a rare show of courage, conviction, and commitment, a team member from the 2020 Wisconsin Gableman Election Fraud Investigation has come forward naming names, releasing details involving election fraud affecting the outcome right here in Wisconsin.
Retired Supreme Court Justice Michael Gableman was appointed to investigate why Republicans
Assembly Speaker Robin Vos, after he succumbed to public pressure in the summer of 2021, after many months of empty promises with no results to get to the bottom of an election supposedly decided by 20,682 votes, resulting in certification to Wisconsin, 10 electoral college votes for Joe Biden.
After just a few months, Gableman filed his historic election fraud report to the Wisconsin State Assembly Committee on Campaigns and Elections on March 1, 2022, disclosing extensive election fraud details involving election official with the assistance of Mark Zuckerberg's nonprofit, CTCL.
In Gableman's opinion, the fraud clearly affected the outcome, supposedly decided by that modest number of votes, recommending the Republican-controlled legislature to seriously consider reclaiming Wisconsin's 10 electoral votes until it could be determined that fraud did indeed affect the outcome.
Things got messy with Voss, involving a professional relationship with Gableman, and what direction it should take regarding the public revelation of the fraud details and possible prosecutorial referrals.
The messiness with Voss ended up with the firing of Gableman just before the November 2022 election.
This does not reflect well on Voss.
On Tuesday, January 3rd, outside of his office, a Gableman Investigation member finally decided it was time to go public and shine light on what appears to be the cover-up of the documented election fraud by Speaker Voss that clearly affected the outcome.
This Gableman team member went into great depth and detail in just a few minutes, To get to the crux of the election fraud that without question affected the outcome.
By naming names and asking Voss for the immediate release of the investigative details and the immediate prosecutorial referral of the bad actors.
These are the main takeaways from the Gableman team members investigative revelations.
The Wisconsin Election Voting Database was corrupted, was not corrected when the 2020 needs to be scrapped immediately with a new and secure voter database.
7.3 million names on it with a state of only 5.9 million and only 4.6 million residents being eligible.
Look at that!
In excess of 3.8 million names who are not registered, not eligible to vote.
Vost was instrumental in helping create the Wisconsin Election Commission in 2015 with three Republicans and three Democrats.
Wisconsin is a handful of states administering elections this way.
The team member's recommendation is scrap it and replace it with a more accountable body.
There is no question it was massive election fraud that affected the outcome in Wisconsin.
Boss was instrumental in sign-off on illegal use of absentee ballot drops in 2020.
Boss was also aware of the illegal behavior of ballot trafficking mules and NGOs.
Some 250,000 fraudulent voters were added to Milwaukee County for the 2020 election.
Informants have documented and recorded the fraud that affected the outcome.
Voss is politely being asked to release the details.
The incestuous relationship between Quare Ludo Vogue, Milwaukee elections clerk, and Marcus Uckermer's non-profit, CTC Hell, that doled out $8.8 million to W.A.
Fine.
Voss undermined Gableman by repeatedly releasing details on the fraud to liberal members of the press while the investigation was ongoing.
Individuals associated with Voss have been caught releasing confidential information to liberal members.

Wisconsin's 10 electors need to be reclaimed with the election fraud that affected the outcome.
These are extremely strong revelations and accusations that can be backed up.
The only way the election fraud that affected the outcome can ultimately be proven is in a court of law.
Brian, your thoughts?
Well, there was a Massachusetts federal judge by the name of Mark Wolf, That ended up catching the claims of Shiva Ayyadurai, who was running against Elizabeth Warren.
He was a self-described genius from MIT, and he had done many, many very important, very smart things.
During that court hearing, he ran for Senate, and he ended up Trying to prove that the election was rigged in favor of Warren.
And so he built a whole bunch of exhibits for the court, including a big map.
If you want to know what they do to people who expose election fraud in actual courts, just take a look at what happened during that hearing, because Judge Wolf just absolutely overran him and destroyed him.
And then the media apparatus
Did everything they could to continue to destroy him ever since so that's why you probably don't know who he is but just look up the guy that ran against Elizabeth Warren and when he tried to expose election corruption he found all the evidence and all the names all the connections put them right in front of the court for evidence and the court absolutely ran him over like he was a speed bump it was uh it was terribly unfortunate what happened to him and uh
Whether he was right or wrong about all of it, it's just a shame what they do to people who expose their corruption.
Very, very, very appropriate commentary.
Yeah, Don.
Yeah, so you're saying here, Brian, that you're thinking that there's corruption from top down, that the judge himself is corrupt?
I wouldn't make that claim, but I wouldn't make that claim That particular way just because of liability issues.
But look, I tend to be of the of the opinion that these people in these judgeships and these positions are there for a reason.
And that reason is called out one day when it becomes necessary.
I think that a lot of them come from the Jesuit institutions and that they probably are Part of a mind control program as well as other ways to carrot and stick somebody into making sure they do what you want them to do.
Then they're placed into position and then on the day that they're called, that's when they execute the program against whoever, whether it's Jim Fetzer or whether it's Wolfgang Halbig or whoever it happens to be.
They're going to use their influence to pull that string at that moment to put you down.
And so while I applaud the efforts of the guy in Wisconsin to uncover it, I don't have a lot of hope that the media is going to carry the story.
You'll probably see it suppressed on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, just like they've done with all the other stories that they don't want to talk about.
And I think they'll have the full support of the people inside the government.
Because remember, those people that are there rely on the system that got them there.
They have no incentive to change it.
They're there in power.
And what they're going to expose themselves and destroy the rest of their career by Opening up their jackets and showing what they really are?
I don't see it happening.
So the whole system has corrupted the court, it looks like.
America has been taken over for an agenda of power brokers.
Don, is that coming as news?
Yeah.
Oh, I have to state the obvious here.
There's a reason.
Look, I don't consider myself to be a dummy.
I align myself with Jim Fetzer.
Because Jim Fetzer is one of the very few left that isn't obviously controlled on some issue that I can find.
I have yet to find any area In all of the inspection that I've done of all of his work, I have yet to find a single area where it feels to me like somebody is pulling his strings.
And that's why I'm here, and that's why I'm part of this community.
I wouldn't go anywhere else because I can't trust them.
Jim Fetzer's the only guy that said the things that I can trust.
Now, he specializes in false flags, which are one small area of the entire issue, but it happens to be one of the most important areas because it's the area That wakes the most people up.
Yep.
Good.
Brian, I can't thank you enough for those kind words, and I'm so glad you're here with us today.
Right, right.
Meanwhile, DeSantis moves to dissolve Disney's corporate kingdom and bring it under Florida control.
They mucked it up good.
A central Florida county issued notice of its plan to seek legislation that would dissolve Walt Disney's World's self-governing area to appoint a state-run board to manage a district so that Disney will no longer control its own government.
Notice is hereby given of intent to seek legislation before the Florida legislature during a regular, extended, or special section of an act relating to the Reedy Creek Improvement District, which was established in the 1960s, the name for Disney's self-governing district in Osceola and Orange Counties.
Friday's notice also stated Florida lawmakers will take up legislation increasing state oversight, accountability, and transparency.
The move to dissolve Reedy Creek is backed by Republican Governor DeSantis, who's been a frequent critic of Disney jumping into the political arena to back leftist causes.
He's one of the largest employers in the state, Walt Disney World one of the most popular theme park attractions, The corporate kingdom has come to an end, said Karen Fenske, a spokesperson for DeSantis.
Under the proposed legislation, Disney will no longer control its own government, will live under the same laws as everyone else, will be responsible for their outstanding debts, and will pay their fair share of taxes.
The decision to impose a state-controlled board will also ensure Orange County cannot use this issue as a pretext to raise taxes on Orange County residents.
Last April, DeSantis signed a bill dissolving Reedy Creek's special tax status, weeks after the company's CEO criticized a Florida law banning teachers from encouraging discussion about sexual orientation or gender identity in kindergarten through grade three Or in any other manner not age appropriate.
The Florida Legislature voted last year to abolish Regent Creek on June 1st, 2023.
But they said there was the possibility it could be reconfigured.
DeSantis wants to have the state control the board and pay the taxes needed to maintain its properties and theme park.
There were reports last week, last month actually, that lawmakers were working to reverse a decision that would revoke Disney World's special status.
No doubt there were efforts.
Disney would be bribing everyone it could under the sun.
Governor DeSantis does not make U-turns, however, a spokesman for the governor reported.
The governor was right to remove the extraordinary benefits.
And we will have an even playing field for business in Florida.
The Reedy Creek Improvement Act was signed by Governor Claude Kirk back in 1967 after Disney proposed the development on 25,000 property in Orange and Osceola counties, which at the time was mainly pasture and swamp.
The creation of the district was a crucial element in their plan to build near Orlando in the 60s.
They needed autonomy to plan a futuristic city along with the theme park.
The city never materialized.
However, it morphed into the Epcot theme park.
Last year, Democrats criticized the governor's move as retribution for the company's stance on the education bill.
Some pointed out Disney had been a major economic driver in the state.
But, in my view, DeSantis could not be more justified, and Disney's gone into the woke business in a big way, completely political, not remotely family-friendly, discrediting their past tradition of contributing to the well-being of the young people of the country.
Brian, your thoughts?
I'm not sure.
Is Michael Eisner still the head of Disney or did they replace him?
Does anybody remember that?
I don't know.
They kicked out the former head and they brought back the old guy.
The guy had been previously there.
I need to tighten up on all that.
But either way, Disney is owned by the same people and controlled by the same people that control ESPN, that control Pixar, that control Marvel.
Marvel Comics, Marvel Movies, Lucasfilm, and Vice.
Okay, so you're talking about a very powerful entertainment and media apparatus in Florida that gets a lot of money from their entertainment and media apparatus.
And you're talking about Ron DeSantis.
Very few people in the truly conservative political community trust that he's going to be the type of guy that is going to go after the swamp.
Now he might be very effective in terms of helping to influence certain issues and of course the to me the woke agenda is nothing more than the same old satanic crap that was around with Mother Earth and and global warming and Recycle and just say no to drugs.
I mean, they're programs that are designed to control minds and wokeness is happens to be the flavor of the day.
I think it will fade out in time.
DeSantis is trying to gain political points with the soccer moms who are upset and tired of having to feel like they're being pressured to call somebody they them or he her whatever.
It's a game, and it's today's flavor of the week distraction, and DeSantis, I believe, is using it to capture some political points.
Maybe it'll be effective, but just remember that he's going up against a part of a media apparatus in Disney that goes way back with some very deep and dark connections, including Walt Disney himself and some of the accusations that were related to Walt Disney.
Let me tell you something, those people that are that corrupt that they would be involved in child type stuff, that is the most powerful protection apparatus network out there.
And when you expose it, you are literally taking your life in your own hands.
I do think that that's where they deploy the assassins.
And so.
You know, all I'm saying is that DeSantis is after a major component of the Council on Foreign Relations, and I think that While it may make for a good show, it's probably not going to have the teeth that we expect.
But it is a nice test of his courage and integrity.
Even putting his life at risk.
Right.
Yeah, there's some who worry that DeSantis is just supposed to be a more establishment-manageable version of Trump as an alternative.
I think it's got to all play out a bit longer, and I think you're making very wise observations for us to be concerned and not take anything for granted about what's really going on here.
But just to mention the pedophilia aspect.
How timely!
The World Economic Forum declares pedophiles will save humanity.
Can you imagine?
Who would say such a thing?
A controversial initiative being promoted by Klaus Schwab's World Economic Forum is that they have families and anyone who cares about children are up in arms.
They're calling for the decriminalization of sex with children, arguing laws against age-gap love, More commonly known as pedophilia.
Violate human rights.
Look at the inversion there.
These are children.
They can't possibly give informed consent.
This is why sex with a girl under a certain age is statutory rape, even if she consents, because she's not old enough to know what it entails and represents.
This is as grotesque as it gets.
Rather than being a scourge, the pedophilia epidemic sweeping the world is actually nature's gift to humanity, according to Schwab, whose forum declared that pedophiles are being created by nature in increasingly large numbers for a reason.
According to their research, the pedophile phenomenon represents nature's attempt to cleanse the earth and save humanity from itself.
Minor attracted people, their euphemism for pedophiles, are far less likely to produce large numbers of offspring so that the so-called underage people they've been called relationships with are statistically less likely to become heads of large families.
In other words, Pedophilia contributes to depopulation.
The World Economic Forum has ordered the mainstream to push the narrative, wants to introduce an international policy that will require a majority of countries to decriminalize or at least relax their laws against pedophilia.
The New York Times, always at the forefront of the globalist agenda, has even run an op-ed Arguing pedophilia should not be a crime.
Without legal protection, a pedophile cannot risk seeking treatment or disclosing his status to anyone for support, meaning it should be treated as though it were a disease or a medical malady.
Not to be outdone, CNN countered with an article proclaiming pedophiles are not monsters, not even social deviants living in the shadows, and that it's high time for society To update the image of pedophiles.
They followed the article with an even more explicit call for sympathy.
Rather than considering child molesters the lowest of the low, we should reach out to them and seek to understand them.
One cannot choose not to be a pedophile, according to CNN.
In other words, this is genetic, so we should forgive them.
A psychologist, Jesse Buring, author of Perve, the sexual deviant in all of us, urges readers to sympathize with child molesters, warning those with pedophilia aren't living their lives in the closet but are eternally hunkered down in a panic room.
Salon even got into the act, urging us to meet pedophiles who mean well.
And the BBC, which spent decades covering for Britain's most notorious pedophile, Jimmy Savelle, also wants us to think positively about the new generation.
Make no mistake, a coordinated attempt is underway to present pedophilia as harmless.
We should take our break at this point, Don, and then we'll return after.
Oh, yeah.
What a place to take a break, man.
I mean, I'm just so riled up by that last story.
That's just awful.
I mean, how sick is America?
Perverted and everything else.
It's horrible.
I'm sure we're going to have some comments from Brian when we get back.
But come on back, folks, because this is a critical subject, and this is January 8th on Truth vs. News.
