Time Text
- This is Truth vs. News on January 2nd, 2023.
We're right in the middle of a hot discussion here.
And I think we're gonna switch over and talk about a certain president.
Have you got good news about him? - Well, he's passed a whole lot of new tax hikes, contrary to his policy claim when he was campaigning that he wouldn't raise taxes on anyone who made less than $400,000.
That ain't the way it's playing out.
Here are the tax hikes that took effect yesterday.
6.5 billion natural gas tax, which will increase household energy bills.
And of course, a tax site violates a pledge not to raise taxes on Americans making under 400,000 a year.
According to the American Gas Association, a methane tax will slap a 17% increase on the average family's natural gas bill.
A $12 billion crude oil tax, which will increase household costs.
Next up, a $0.16 a barrel tax on crude oil and imported petroleum products, which will end up on the shoulders of consumers, of course.
The tax, again, violates his pledge not to raise taxes on anyone making less than $400,000.
They have repeatedly admitted, by the way, taxes that raise consumer energy prices are in violation of his pledge.
As though that weren't bad enough, they've made their oil tax increase to inflation.
So as inflation increases, so will the level of the tax.
A $1.2 billion coal tax that'll again increase energy household bills.
This will increase the rate on coal from $0.50 to $1.10 a ton.
Coal from surface mining raises from $0.25 to $0.55 per ton.
It'll raise $1.2 billion per year in taxes passed on to consumers.
74 billion stock tax, which will hit your nest egg.
401ks, IRAs, and pension plans.
Democrats are now opposing a new federal excise tax when Americans sell shares of a stock back to a company.
Raising taxes and restricting stock buybacks harms the retirement savings of any individual with a 401k, IRA, or pension plan.
Retirement accounts hold the largest share of corporate stocks, accounting for roughly 37% of the outstanding $22.8 trillion in U.S.
corporate stock.
In 2017, corporate-sponsored funds made up $4.45 trillion in market value, union-sponsored funds $409 billion, public-sponsored funds, including those for teachers and police officers, $4.25 trillion.
Attacks on buybacks could dissuade companies from doing so, and U.S.
companies will face significant compliance costs, which, again, will be passed on to consumers.
225 billion corporate income tax hike that'll be passed on to households.
American businesses reporting at least a billion in profits in the last three years will face a 15% corporate alternative minimum tax, which will be passed on in the form of higher prices, fewer jobs, and lower wages.
Which industry will likely to be most affected?
The coal industry favors the heaviest burden, facing a net tax of 7.2% of its free tax book income, followed by automobile and truck manufacturing facing a 5.1%.
Of course, they want us to go green.
They want to get rid of coal, and they want to get rid of a gas-powered Cars.
Trump's tax returns released by the House Democrats.
Six years of Donald Trump's taxes.
Their decision to release claims as Democrats are ceding control of the House tomorrow.
Last week, the House and Ways and Means panel voted to release a tax return before releasing two reports.
According to a review of Friday's releases, Trump and former first lady Melania reported negative income for the six tax years.
In 2020, he reported a loss of $4.7 million, paid zero.
$4.7 million, paid zero.
In 2018 and 2019, they made about $1.1 million net federal combined in 2018 and 2019.
Ways and Means is entrusted with great responsibility today.
The weight of our job is heavy.
Congress serves as a check on the executive branch.
We come to Ways and Means with the goal of creating a fairer tax code.
Right, of course.
The panel said it believed that mandatory audits were being conducted properly in accordance with IRS policies.
However, our review found that, under the prior administration, the program was dormant.
We know now the first mandatory audit was opened two years into his residency.
On the same day, this committee requested his returns.
In other words, it's all politically driven.
Surprise, surprise.
Ahead of Friday's disclosure, Trump's 2024 campaign released a video claiming it was an abuse of power, which, of course, it is.
There's no legitimate purpose for their action.
If you look at what we've done, it's so sad for our country, Trump said.
It's nothing but another deranged political wish hunt, which has been going on from the day I came down an escalator at the Trump Tower.
Kevin Brady, ranking member of the Ways and Means of Republican, made a similar statement when it's a dangerous new political weapon in the region far beyond the former president and overturns decades of privacy protection for average Americans that's existed since the Watergate reforms.
Friday's disclosure appeared to show thousands of pages within several dozen files, including personal returns, A top tax lawyer, Martin Bress, said the returns need to be viewed under the proper context.
An income tax return in merely that determines what is income and how it's taxed.
It's not designed as a balance sheet showing historical or current value of assets.
For years, Democrats have sought Trump's returns, suggesting he was engaged in malfeasance.
The Trump admin did not comply with a 2019 request for the docs, triggering a lengthy court battle.
Court battles lasted until November, when the Supreme Court declined to block the court ruling and allowed the Ways and Means panel to gain access.
The Democrats should have never done it.
The Supreme Court should not have approved it.
It's going to lead to horrible things for so many people.
What was that?
Payback time?
Erasmus and Bullitt report showed 54% support revenge for releasing Trump's taxes by releasing the taxes of those who voted to release Trump's.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, the whole constitutionality of this has always rubbed me the wrong way.
Here you have, well, besides the constitutionality of taxes in general and income taxes and all that jazz, I mean, there's a whole school of income taxes.
Are they valid?
Are they constitutional?
Are they voluntary?
But putting that legitimacy of income taxes as a whole aside, This weaponization of private documents about your intimate life, your finances, your money, how you spend it, that's an intimate personal issue that people do not share with anyone else.
And a president is still a human being, a person that has, you know, he earned and developed his income as a person before he was president, so there should be limitations on what people should be able to gain access to.
If he voluntarily has a relationship with this agency called the IRS and submits forms and back and forth, that's between the agency and the person, not the American public.
Not the Congress.
There's a division of constitutional powers here.
The IRS, if you're going to call it a party, an agency of the executive branch, that's distinct and separate from the Congress and from the courts.
So Congress can't come in and demand an exposure of a man's intimate life.
He's protected under the Constitution.
So this whole thing Uh, of opening this up, uh, smells and, and reeks of unconstitutionality and, and failure of the courts to step in and say no.
Now, if you are doing a, an audit of a person as president to determine a national security risk, well, there are some different, uh, aspects to that, uh, and, and perhaps, you know, um, His time as president, you know, you can examine that.
But this, the whole thing is nothing but a violent action by the Democrats to try and throw mud and hurt, and that's ultimately, Jim, the most disgusting and despicable aspect of our current
American Republic country government is that we have these people, Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, all of these Democrats, and the RINOs, Mitt Romney, and all these scumbags that are a shadow of the caliber of men and women that were congressmen and senators 30, 40, 50 years ago.
We are now populated with idiots and retards and scumbags and drunks and child molesters and criminals and look no further than Joe Biden and Hunter Biden and warmongers destroying the rest of the country.
Lindsey Graham, the little sodomite, and John McCain destroying Libya.
All the wreckage that this country has done For the last 20 years, look at what we've done to the world.
We've unleashed hundreds of thousands of immigrants up into Europe.
The same immigrants are flooring into America.
We've engaged in war with Russia through Ukraine and all sorts of other actions of destabilization.
For what?
We have now become the pariah, the absolute Frankenstein monster that every country is well-deserved and would be wise to completely divorce itself and have nothing to do with us.
And this thing that we've done with the income taxes against Trump is just another part of our massive dysfunctional political personality.
Jim?
No doubt about it, Scott.
Holly?
Well, I'm just wondering what sort of precedent this will set as far as tax returns for other members of Congress or other presidents going forward or even in the past.
And let's not forget all the foundations and NGOs and nonprofits and private businesses all these politicians have and how they go in there making, you know, It's hundreds of thousands of dollars a year, which is still substantial for most of us, but yet the people like Pelosi and others have got like hundreds of millions of dollars.
So it would be interesting to see how this could possibly expand.
I think ultimately Trump's probably not that concerned about his tax returns, but Once this precedent is set, I think there's a lot more politicians and members of Congress who would be a lot more concerned about actually revealing their taxes.
Yes, yes.
No doubt about it, including the Democrats who just voted to release his.
Here we have an excellent piece by Joe Mercola, MD, that Twitter files how the FBI weaponizes social media.
This is very serious good stuff.
Story at a glance.
Twitter docs released by Elon Musk revealed the lawlessness of our intel agencies and the psych warfare against the American public is far worse than expected.
Between October 2019 and February 2021 alone, the FBI made Twitter $3.4 million to censor certain views and stories on his behalf, including the damning Hunter Biden laptop story, which likely would have sunk Joe Biden's bid for the presidency had it received the attention it deserved, except that the whole election was rigged.
Frankly, I don't think it would have made much of a difference either way.
The FBI, Twitter, and Facebook even ran a tabletop exercise call about hacked information relating to Hunter one month before the real story broke.
During that exercise, they practiced a narrative that weeks later became the official truth, namely Russian disinformation.
A large number of current or former FBI agents work with Twitter to keep the online narrative in check.
More than 100 supposedly former intel agents also work in Facebook's content moderation department.
While hunting down and banning covert propaganda accounts signed to foreign governments, Twitter worked with the U.S.
Department of Defense to promote and protect American propaganda accounts, and aided U.S.
intel agencies in their effort to influence foreign governments using fake news, computerized deepfake videos, and bots.
If you're still under the naively mistaken belief there's no deep state, the Twitter file dumps from Elon Musk detailing how Twitter, before his acquisition, was coerced into doing the FBI's bidding with actual FBI agents on his staff to control the online narrative, they ought to set the record straight.
In fact, the lawlessness of our intel agencies and the psych warfare against the public is far worse than expected.
FBI made Twitter huge sums of money—your tax dollars—to censor certain views and stories, such as the laptop story.
The FBI even ran a tabletop exercise.
During which they develop the story that would become the official truth.
There's a deep state running the show.
They're doing what they damn well please without regard to the law or the Constitution.
They're acting completely outside the rules of our Constitutional Republic and the laws of the land.
They've weaponized various agencies that are supposed to protect and act in the public's best interest, using them against us.
The Twitter file saga is expanding by the day.
Here are some highlights.
The FBI used Twitter to track and spy on Americans.
In a video, Glenn Greenwald reviews how Washington has expanded the war state and the Democrats' censorship regime.
About 39 minutes in, he begins reviewing evidence showing the FBI was not only censoring social media, but the agency was also asking Twitter to reveal the location of specific Twitter users.
For what purpose, no one knows.
As noted by Matt Tiabian in a December 17 post, what law enforcement objective is served by asking for Billy Baldwin's location information?
Why is the FBI DHS in the business of analyzing and flagging social media content at all?
When were these programs created and who approved them?
All good questions.
Historically, the FBI's job has been to monitor and address criminal activity, not misinformation.
Somewhere along the way, it's unclear exactly when the mandate changed and by whom.
DHS and FBI and other agencies tasked themselves with illegally suppressing free speech and shaping public narratives through public-private partnerships.
The Biden admin's Orwellian Ministry of Truth was one of the first indications we had something horribly amiss.
While the agency was quickly disbanded after a public outcry and no small amount of mockery, the policing of misinformation and disinformation was simply shifted elsewhere within the federal government.
As Greenwald explains, internal DHS memos, mails, and documents show DHS has worked on expanding its influence over tech platforms for years.
So government censorship is not something that just happened in response to COVID.
No, is the censorship limited to COVID?
We now have evidence showing the FBI is actively interfering in multiple elections activity that Josh Hawley accurately warns is the biggest threat to our constitutional democracy today.
Not surprisingly, the FBI invented the narrative for a nation we're interfering in U.S.
elections, which is precisely what they, the FBI, were doing.
As reported by Matt Tiabi and attorney Jeff Childers, the FBI asked Twitter to investigate malicious actors for any election disinformation on Twitter.
Twitter looked in and reported there was no evidence of foreign interference.
The FBI was not pleased with that answer, made it clear that Twitter had better find some.
As evidence that Twitter's investigation was flawed, the FBI cited mainstream media articles and think tank reports that claimed foreign interference was indeed taking place.
In response, Twitter's former censor head, Yule Roth, did an about-face, informing the team that official state propaganda is definitely a thing on Twitter.
The FBI's tactic appears to be a variation of what Speaker Pelosi calls a ramp-up smear, where they leak a lie to the media.
Then they report that media report as evidence that the lie is true, and it goes in circles from there.
Here the FBI uses reports, based on leaked information from anonymous intel assets, to pressure Twitter into making something up, to further support the fiction the FBI itself invented and leaked to the source they cited.
As noted by Childers, this variant on the political rhinosphere is also being used by the U.S.
health agencies.
It's a nifty trick.
The NIH or CDC needs evidence to support some guidance they want to issue, like masking.
So they fund some studies intended to show masks work.
The pay-for-play scientists publish cartoonish anti-scientific clown studies proving cotton masks can somehow magically filter nanoscale virus particles.
Then the NIH and CDC cite the same studies, the same ones they procured, to recommend unconstitutional mask mandates or even outright order mandates like for air travel or on cruise ships.
Ditto vaccination.
It's a closed loop.
As reported by Childers, FBI field agent Elvis Chan was one of the agents assigned to work at Twitter.
He was recently deposed in the Missouri vs. Biden case about his role in censoring Americans.
Blows one of his tweets to Twitter, where he directs them to ban specific accounts for imagined crimes.
As noted by Childer.
Note that Chan only provided a list of accounts.
He didn't bother to say which terms of service were violated.
He didn't say anybody broke the law.
He didn't even say which tweets were problematic.
Still, within 24 hours, Twitter had obliged, and the accounts listed by Chan had either been suspended or banned.
Here's Twitter censorship employee Patrick Conlin's reply to Chen.
As you can see, a long list of other FEI employees were also carbon copied.
For the record, Facebook also employs no less than 115 former employees of the CIA, FEI, NSA, and other intel agencies.
Most now work in Facebook's content moderation department.
Here we have Childers.
The inescapable conclusion of what we're seeing from the Twitter files is that our country's intelligence agencies, buying through the FBI, now control all the large social media outlets and are using them to manipulate American public opinion and change the outcome of domestic elections.
But for whom?
My answer would be they're doing it on behalf of the deep state, the same unelected globalists who so doggedly pushed for the Great Reset and Fourth Industrial Revolution, that is, eugenics rebranded as transhumanism.
Childers continues.
If Elon Musk hadn't spent $44 billion to buy Twitter, no one would have ever believed the extent to which the Intel community has absorbed private social media platforms in this country and turned them against the people.
It's literally unbelievable.
Exposure will probably be fatal.
The Constitution does not provide for any internal security service in the U.S.
The agencies are way off the reservation, well into criminal territory, no matter how clever their lawyers may be.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, this is how democracy dies.
This is how revolutions start and ignite and wars are triggered.
This is how bloodshed and destruction and chaos and violence is birthed from, are these provable
Conspiracies between law enforcement, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Department of Justice, actively using Twitter as an agent, as a contractor, as a subcontractor, to stifle freedom of speech.
This is an act of commission, a direct act of stopping truth Uh, from being shared with the American public about critical issues that affect their rights, their constitution, their government, their lives, their work, their freedom, their very existence.
And here you have Elvis Chan, no doubt a little gay Chinese guy, Chinese agent, who has his per or his M pronouns on his signature email.
Elvis Chan and a whole host of other FBI agents, no doubt Rainbow Flag Parade practitioners in San Francisco, celebrating the shutdown of Twitter accounts And also the Twitter participation with U.S.
Central Command's psychological operations programs.
That's the other revelation.
Twitter was used by CENTCOM to advance narratives about the wars in Yemen and overseas and to demonize Iran.
This was forbidden when I was in psychological warfare.
This was adamantly opposed at JMISC, at the Pentagon.
No one went near anything or did anything that could be in any way received or viewed by the American people because there was a forbidden rule You cannot engage in psychological operations and manipulation of the American people.
That was back in 2008, 9, 10.
But now we've shifted where the Democrat, liberal, leftist, rhino, woke government and FBI and DOJ are using these Twitter and media accounts To manipulate the minds of the American public.
So it is the moment where the Declaration of Independence says, when a government becomes tyrannical and destructive of your rights, it is your duty and right to overthrow such government.
We're at that moment with this very precise action, because Frankenstein, the government that we the people created to do legitimate things in our interest, to preserve our rights, to preserve the Constitution, to preserve our lives, And in order to do that, truth is the lifeblood of the government.
The agencies and the personnel are executing their mission that we give them through the Congress, and they are doing it truthfully.
And they are not manipulating the people that created the agency.
That's where this whole thing is now turned on its head.
And we are now in a police state, 1984, where the government and the agencies are manipulating the creators of the government, the American people.
And again, I cannot, I cannot say the only thing that can rectify this is a massive political revolution and perhaps a kinetic one.
But then again, is the American public able to do that or have they been so COVID-19 vaxxed that they are going to slump and fall into dementia and Alzheimer's this year?
Time will tell, Jim.
Paulie, your thoughts?
Well, I think we're heading more and more towards like the buildup of like a world war and the United States is being hollowed out from the inside, whether you're talking about economically with the money printing, I think that's probably one of the most dangerous things that's going on right now as far as what's going on with the United States financially, with the inflation, it's just absolutely out of control.
And we can't have a complete welfare state with a with an open border.
We just can't support people coming in and that continued welfare state that we're seeing and all these states just printing money and handing it out to people and handing out to local governments and expecting everyone to get onto this federal dole here.
The value of the United States dollar is collapsing.
Usually when something like this happens that's a preset for some sort of war or some sort of hot military aggression that we're seeing and so the Biden administration they've expanded not only we're talking about Ukraine they're sending troops are being sent to Haiti right now there's a lot of troops being sent to Africa right now there's troops being sent to other parts of the Middle East right now and none of this is in the mainstream news mainstream news isn't Yes, yes.
Well said, Holly.
Very, very good.
They're hinting that we might have a recession in 2023.
The average American knows that that's already going on.
It's already extreme at this point.
Yes, yes.
Well said, Holly.
Very, very good.
Meanwhile, NBA player claims thousands of athletes have died from the COVID shot.
This is John Stockton.
He's a wonderful player.
I used to love to watch him as a point guard.
He knows hundreds, if not thousands, of professional athletes who've died as a result of taking the shot.
Former point guard for the Utah Jazz, he joined the Sideline Sanity podcast last month to revise an earlier claim he made over 100 professional athletes had dropped dead from the packs.
He actually doubled down.
I think it's pretty much on record.
There's 150, maybe over 100 professional athletes dead in the prime of their life, dropping dead, vaccinated, right on the field of play, right on the court, he said last year.
Now Stockton doubled down, even expanded, claiming it now believes thousands have been killed by the Jap.
I went back and looked.
I have names, pictures, faces, where they played.
I have over 300 at the time.
I felt confident with my 150.
Then again, people had to come out and discuss it.
I had the proof in my hands, a piece of paper with the names on it.
Now it's a lot more than that.
I think it's thousands now, but don't quote me.
I'm not saying it's a thousand or more, but it might be.
It's a big number.
He previously criticized a vaccine manufacturer for their history of covering up their medical fraud.
It's amazing the protection they have.
And even with that, they are serial felons.
Stockton said of the pharmaceutical companies in 2021, almost each one across the board they've been convicted and made astronomical sums with the frauds they've committed, and yet it doesn't seem like it's known.
The 60-year-old also threw his support behind Brooklyn Nets player Curry Irving after he refused to adhere to the NBA's Vax mandate.
You have lots of supporters, Kyrie.
He told fellow Vax Skeptic podcast hosts Chad Fisher and Tony Farmer.
Not all of them can get to you, and you can't get to all of them.
There's every bit of majority out there sitting there bullying for you.
They're just not quite as bold as he is.
I'm proud of him as an individual to take that kind of individual risk and be that bold with what you feel is right.
Since the vaccine rollout in 2021, many athletes, pilots, and members of the military who are all subject to the VAX mandate have been revealing the extent of the adverse reactions they suffered from taking the shot.
Heart inflammation has become so common in VAX athletes are now being screened for COVID VAX adverse reactions.
Nevertheless, Incidents of otherwise healthy individuals who died suddenly has spiked over the last couple of years, and we know the reason why.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, it's a genocide on planet Earth, spiritually.
I mean, I can chalk it up and just look at it as a sign of, you know, the complete end times of this society.
But if you look at it just from a practical point of view, this is a self-inflicted corruption.
You've self-inflicted the American people, and yes, the world, but the American people in particular.
With a vaccine that's not a vaccine but a medical serum that has caused nothing but death and injury to everyone that's gotten it and it's not suppressed any Cold or flu or COVID, whatever you want to call it, it's only harmed people.
And the great betrayal is that government and government agencies and towns and the president mayors and all these people and democrat states especially have tried to force this into people, force them to get this or quit their job, force them or quit school, force them or else their rights are going to be suspended.
And again, Is there any further, any lower that this country can go?
You know, it's amazing and we're not going to have a military.
Ron Johnson, Senator Ron Johnson, had a hearing and they were talking about all the military injuries.
We're going to witness the complete unraveling.
Everybody who gets this shot, unless they survive by a miracle, are going to die.
Everybody who gets this shot, and I don't mean in 20 years, I mean in the next one to five years.
And I think it's going to be in the next one to two years, to be honest with you.
We haven't seen how this really comes out.
We've seen some of the glimpses.
We've seen people with a Bell's Palsy.
We've seen people with a shaking.
We've seen people spinning around and dropping dead.
We've seen blood.
We've seen blood clots pulled out of corpses a foot and a half long.
These are not normal vaccines.
These are not normal medical injections.
This is something else.
And that's ultimately why you need a free press.
And honestly, I've said it before, Ron Johnson's hearing, that is what should be presented to a full body of Congress.
That's where the Senate and the House and the entire government of the United States should assemble.
and be given a briefing on this death shot that every state in the union should be forbidden from giving to anyone, because it only hurts and kills and cripples everyone who gets it.
The fact that we're not having that, and instead we have a Yahoo criminal racketeering thug like Zelensky at a joint session of Congress, The fact that we don't have a joint session of Congress to discuss the American people who are dying from this shot tells me we don't have anybody in the political ranks that are worth anything.
Jim?
Well, I think you got that right.
Paul, your thoughts?
Yeah, I think the news is becoming more and more clear and people who would think that was crazy that people could get injured from something like that.
We're even seeing they're kind of hinting about it in the mainstream news even where they're like the injuries could be from the jab or could be long COVID.
So they're kind of using both of those terms interchangeably right now, but they they are admitting the massive number of people young people.
People under like 30 who have dropped out of the workforce just in the past couple of years, citing health concerns.
So there's very few things which could really explain what happened to all these young people who are basically just disappearing out of the workforce, not even bothering to apply to colleges now.
Not just because of the recession, they're citing health concerns.
And I saw this on mainstream news, even discussing this now, young people suffering from From health issues, which are keeping them out of the workforce.
So I think that slowly people are starting to realize what has happened to so many so many people of all ages, but particularly young people just disappearing off the radar.
Yes, yes, exactly.
Right.
Meanwhile.
Elon Musk points out something creepy about Dr. Anthony Fauci.
Maybe he just loves looking at science.
Elon Musk highlighted a creepy detail in a new interview with Fauci, the New York Times published Thursday.
An interview that revealed his home office is littered with portraits and drawings of himself.
The opening paragraph said, The walls of Dr. Fauci's home office are adorned with portraits of him, drawn and painted by some of his many fans, the most striking by the singer Joan Baez.
The two of them, he said, have become pretty good friends over the years.
He seemed a little uncomfortable with people knowing about the pictures.
He said that previously, when they were captured on camera, the far right attacked him as an egomaniac.
If someone goes to the trouble of sending him a portrait of himself, he said, he would feel like I'm disrespecting them if he were to discard it.
Musk, the second richest person in the world, drew attention to the detail Friday, which he called creepy.
The world's second richest person then mocked Fauci, saying, maybe he just loves looking at science.
The rhetorical question invokes Fauci's history of conflating science with his perspective about scientific data.
Fauci has served as a director of the National Institute of Allergies and Infectious Diseases since 1984.
Announced his retirement from government in August.
He's set to collect hundreds of thousands of taxpayers' dollars annually in retirement pay.
I have no problem testifying before Congress.
I have nothing to hide.
I could easily explain and justify everything I've done.
So I'm making a big to-do about it, but I respect the concept of oversight.
Fauci said his post-government service will include writing a memoir.
I can't wait to read it.
Inadvisory roles weren't needed.
He reaffirmed he's a registered political independent and is prepared to cooperate with government oversight from House Republicans, but Chuga shot at them anyway.
Meanwhile, a New York... Scott, let's do that one.
I have an extra slide here that got caught in the mess.
Go ahead.
Your thoughts about Anthony Fauci.
I, let me play, I want to play something, Jim, and this was, this fits into the Anthony Fauci, and this fits into the vaccine, and the COVID, and the whole world health organization.
Let me play this real quick.
Hang on, hang on, hang on.
I gotta make it close.
It's like 20 seconds long, but this is a powerful, powerful quote.
Share screen, Scott.
Okay, here we go.
Listen to his words at the 22nd mark.
Of its benefits, especially with elderly groups, senior citizens, especially above 65 and above 60.
So if it's going to be used, it's better to focus on those groups who have risk of severe disease and death, rather than, as we see, some countries are using to give boosters to kill children.
Which is not right.
Using boosters to kill children, which is not the right.
Let me play it one more time.
Here it comes.
We heard it.
have not been vaccinated, even the primary vaccines.
So the equity issue should also come into its benefits, especially with elderly groups, senior citizens, especially above 65 and above 60.
So if it's going to be used, it's better to focus on those groups to have risk of severe disease and death, rather than, as we see, some countries are using to give boosters to kill children, which is not right.
Then the equity issue comes here.
That was a good one.
And of course, he's saying it's all right to use these to kill older people.
If they're 65 or older, then you can kill them with immunity.
I mean, right there, his own lips, by their fruits you shall know them.
He has just said what everybody in the alternative media, Dr. Tenpenny, Mikovits, Martin, on and on and on and on and on and on and on have been saying, this shot kills people that get it.
And here is this guy.
The World Health Organization guy saying, giving it, people giving it to children to kill them.
Why that alone isn't held up by a joint session of Congress on an emergency level to say, hold the phones, every state, we are now finding out that this shot is being given to people to kill them.
Is that what the United States government, the Constitution, is meant to do, or is it meant to preserve life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness?
That's the purpose of government, and here we have an admission of everything that we suspected, and we knew this in the earliest days, in February, March, April of 2020.
We knew this was a lie, and it was evil.
It was going to kill people and hurt them, and here it's coming out more and more.
This right here, this testimony, this statement should mark the beginning of a massive prosecution and we'll see what happens if we even have any government with integrity left, Jim.
He claimed it was just a slip of the tongue.
- Holly, your thoughts. - Well, I think they're gonna have a hard time out at this point, I think pushing any more boosters or I think a lot of this concept, I think just people are gonna be I think pushing any more boosters or I think a lot of this concept, I think just people are gonna be wary of after this, the people who are going to survive this or people who have avoided this all along.
I think they, you know, that was their big push and I think that's when Why they went so hard and had people like Fauci out there.
I remember seeing interviews, there was like a Fauci bobblehead in the background.
He had like a bunch of little pictures of himself everywhere.
And my neighbor when I was in Michigan had like, I trust Fauci, sign up on their front lawn.
Like it was really weird, the cult of Fauci there for a minute.
And he's having his fall from grace.
And of course, they always do like their expose with like a book, try to do book sales and
Oh I didn't know and basically the same thing that he did with the HIV AIDS and uh you know poisoning people or murdering people that he did in the 80s so I mean if people didn't realize what he did uh back then as far as poisoning people with AZT that's pretty much why he got hired to do this again unfortunately and so many people are having to uh who you know were praising this guy or having to stand back and Yeah, so I'd like to say a word.
themselves and now they're going to basically just use that whole plausible deniability you know the science was bad or you know we didn't know and using that and most people will accept that unfortunately as an excuse.
Don?
Yes I'd like to say a word I think that this whole pandemic and things like this is really orchestrated and planned and essentially graphene oxide is part of it and also your RF from your bones 5G radiation poisoning which has symptoms similar to COVID
It's all designed to make so that this, especially, they have kill grids and things.
They can turn it, use that up, and we can all go together.
But it's all for population, depopulation, population control, and it's hell on earth, and we're there.
I mean, and so once I did two shows about that, produced by the SGT team, that really explained what's really going on and how deadly it is, and 5G plays a role, and the whole thing is terrible.
They even have micro nanoradiation things, so it's just, It's terrible for their health.
Well, let me just add one thing too.
There's a doctor, can't remember his name, but I did an interview with him before, and he's done a video, and he's in his 80s now.
He was the original doctor that pioneered against lobotomies in the 1950s and 60s, and he did a recent interview that described how this COVID-19 vaccine is lobotomizing people.
And that explains the emotional disorder, the inability to deal with feelings, the coldness, the lack of warmth, the lack of life in the eyes.
He said this is all symptomatic of the effects of what lobotomies do.
And this lobotomy is occurring with a spike protein penetrating the blood-brain barrier and causing the frontal lobe to die off.
And the frontal lobe of the brain is where all of the civilization exists.
That's where your art and your literature and your creation, that's human civilization of the frontal lobe of the brain.
What happens when you lobotomize that?
You have nothing but a zombie And when you tear down the statues all over Europe and the United States, you have no history.
So a zombie without history is a country that we're becoming, Jim.
That's very interesting, the idea there could be the equivalent of a chemical lobotomy.
Meanwhile, a teacher fired because students complained his class was too hard.
Professor Malin Jones has been an organic chemistry professor for decades, even written textbooks on the subject, even written subjects on the subject.
But Jones was fired from his job at NYU after about a third of the students in his organic chemistry class signed a petition claiming the class is just too hard.
Well, what we have here then.
Jones didn't do anything wrong.
He wasn't sexually harassing students or calling them names.
He was literally just teaching organic chemistry, an historically difficult class for pre-med students.
Want to be a doctor?
You have to take organic.
It's a hard class with correct and incorrect answers to every question.
So after a few dozen students signed a petition to fire him, the university actually fired him.
Here's the question.
Now that Jones is fired, what professor are gonna find who would be able to make organic less difficult?
Especially since Jones literally wrote the organic chemistry textbook the new teacher will need to use.
Greg Gutfeld did a panel of guests tackle this story a few days and it was hilarious.
There's no excuse for these Snowflake students getting a teacher fired because the class is hard.
Would you want a doctor who couldn't pass organic to revise you?
Probably not.
Meanwhile, Dostoevsky has observed, and it fits here, tolerance will reach such a level that intelligent people will be banned for thinking so as not to offend the imbeciles.
Scott, your thoughts?
I couldn't improve upon that statement at all.
That's absolutely brilliant.
And again, coming from a Russian, I mean, no one knows suffering and redemption.
And I mean, The ability to withstand this sort of trauma than Russians do.
But aside from that, this is again a laughable indication and confirmation of the weakening and the impending fetus position of death that the West is coming into.
When you say a class is too hard, Which is required for adequate doctors and surgeons and people who are dealing with the organic chemistry of human bodies in relation to organic matter, which include medicines and other things and healing and health.
When you're abandoning that, you might as well say, you know, oh, I want to be a doctor because I'm black.
I want to be a doctor because I'm a woman or whatever the excuse.
That's where we're going down the road of.
is this entitlement to positions, and it's infected everything, the military and academia, and we are turning into a society of imbeciles.
The question is, when are the non-imbecilic going to engage in Ayn Rand's complete departure, isolation from the rest of society as it withers and dies?
Jim?
Holly, your thoughts?
Yeah, I took some chemistry classes in and that definitely dragged my GPA down It's a hard class.
It's very hard.
You have to memorize a lot of things and that's the point.
You can't just complain to the dean or complain that a class is hard because you have to learn the information.
Why else are you there?
I mean, I think it's pretty obvious that the College academia has completely gone woke and has collapsed in on itself.
They're just taking federal money at this point.
I think that's the issue.
We're up to like 1.8 or 1.9 trillion dollars in student loan debt at this point, so it's just a big racket.
And I just want to say that I don't know if Jim could survive as like a professor nowadays.
People complain that you're too hard.
I feel like I'm in a college class sometimes with your shows and stuff, Jim.
Definitely keep you on my toes.
So I appreciate being challenged.
I don't really think students today at college want to be challenged.
They want to be given the easy A. And statistically, it's like more, a large percent of students get like A's and B's now, whereas they used to get us, you know, B's and C's.
And A's used to be hard to get, and now they want to hand out participation trophies, you know, these grades out nowadays.
I think you got it exactly right, Holly.
Six minutes left.
Mary Maxwell has published a wonderful piece about how Sandy Hook children can sue at the age of 18.
She has both a PhD and an LLB, which makes her observation especially relevant.
The article looks at the harm done to children in Newtown and the surrounding area who were coerced to lie about the false massacre at Sandy Hook Elementary.
I begin from the premise the event of December 14th was a hoax arranged by governmental authorities and perhaps private groups.
I'm sure all children get fed with various falsehoods.
There's socially acceptable versions, like the tooth fairy will reward you for losing a tooth, and others such as when parents tell kids their family is more successful or admirable than it might actually be.
In school, including college, the younger have had all sorts of information that may or may not be true.
In the Sandy Hook case, where a hoax has occurred, the parents or community leaders may falsely tell children that it really happened, and the kid, if young enough, will automatically believe it.
Eventually, the adults will also have to teach to purposely purvey the lie.
So far, this is not something actionable in court.
But focus on a child who became aware that Mo Massacre took place at Sandy Hook.
She may have read on the internet it was a hoax, mentioned to her parent scout leader neighbors.
Then they tell her she must not say such a thing.
From this point on, she is in a dilemma.
She does not want to shut up, but knows it will not go well for her if she blathers about it at the table at dinner or high school class.
She may be told, as part of her pressure, that local loyalty demands that everyone keep the massacre story alive, as it's given new hope for gun control throughout the nation.
This article is about taking legal action against the wrongdoing of coercing a child to lie.
Regarding Sander Hook, there may be many ways for kids to get a resolution.
The adults could apologize.
The whole team could meet to express their dissatisfaction with having to be a party to the lie and more.
For all I know, such things might come to pass any day now, and we won't need court involvement.
But maybe that day is not ready to dawn, so let's exploit the law.
Courts have responsibility for sorting out disputes between parties.
They're called civil actions or lawsuits.
The other famous task of the court is to be a venue for the prosecution by government of those who commit crimes.
In regard to teaching a child to lie, a prosecution is possible in Connecticut.
The relative crime would be child abuse.
Chapter 939 Offenses Against a Person, Section 5321 says,
Anyone who willfully or unlawfully permits a child under the age of 16 years to be placed in a situation, the life or limb of such child is endangered, the health of such child is likely to be injured, or the morals of such a child are likely to be impaired, or does any act likely to impair the health or morals of any such child, such person shall be sentenced to a term of imprisonment of which five years of the sentence imposed may not be suspended.
That's a minimum five years.
Thus, if teachers told Johnny to lie about Sandy Hook, they could be accused of having done an act likely to impair the morals of Johnny.
Imagine the child saying, I want to tell the truth, and the adult saying, no, that would be wrong.
Anyway, I'm recommending a lawsuit, not a prosecution.
The judicial system is stacked with being injustice between a plaintiff, the complainer, and defendant, as in I didn't do it.
A law of torts provides a damaged person will get damages.
Compensation.
Certain torts are well established.
Trespass, assault, libel, theft.
No matter, they may also be criminalized.
Note the abbreviation for the tort of infliction of emotional distress, IED.
There are two kinds of infliction of emotional distress, intentional or negligent.
An example of negligent IED is when a speeding motorist kills a pedestrian and almost hits another.
That other might get PTSD or lifelong anxiety as a result.
No one say the driver meant it to happen.
The damage is said to have been caused by his negligence or recklessness.
The civil action I'm proposing for the grown-up kids of Sandy Hook is of the negligence type.
I think the Hoax Insiders had enough on their minds just to plan it, but did not go so far as to think about the moral damage that would be done to children and go worse to lie.
I know, sketch a make-believe lawsuit.
The social situation in Connecticut today is such that perhaps no lawyer would be willing to present these plaintiffs where they could on their own file a pro se litigant, pro se meaning for himself.
Therefore, you can't have three filing together, just one.
It would cost a pro se litigant $400 to file in a federal court.
A federalist person could get the fee waived by submitting a form in pauperous.
For example, I concocted below a lawyer is assumed not a pro se case in a U.S.
District Court.
I'll use fictional names.
Could be any child who was a student at Sandy Hook and has suffered emotional distress from having to lie about the fake massacre.
Since I propose the plaintiffs are of just certain 18 or 19 in 2022.
They would have been second graders aged 8 or 9 when the hoax took place 10 years ago in 2012.
Instead of blaming parents, I'll blame the creators of the hoax, including media, plus a priest who taught the lie from the pulpit.
Note, in the initial pleading, plaintiffs do not submit evidence, nor do they argue any points of law.
They simply make known what has happened and what relief they seek.
And here you have a sketch Introduction and Active Shooter Drill is scheduled to take place at the campus of the abandoned Mandy Brook School and its local firehouse on December 13th and 14th, 2012, run by a combination of local, state, and federal government personnel.
The government secretly planned to create a drama in which a 20-year-old boy looted with guns would be said to have entered the school by breaking a glass door and shot 20 first-graders and six staff.
The actual student families and teacher were subsequently told to uphold this false story.
They were threatened with harm if they spoke out.
Jurisdiction and venue?
This is a federal case because the direction of the activity was likely the Federal Emergency Management Agency, FEMA.
If a trial were held, the venue would be some distance from the Mandy Brook School, owing to complicated involvement of local officials, civilians, and churches.
The parties!
The plaintiffs are three children who on 14 December 2012 were at school in a location in which Mandy Brooks' students had been sent when their normal campus was closed for repairs.
Three persons who held government positions are defendants, plus one immediate corporation, one who heads a corporation, plus a clergyman.
Statute of limitations.
Connecticut statute for as simple as two or three years.
It should begin to toll when the injured party reaches the legal age 18 for suing.
A course of action under law may begin when the injury is discovered or in the exercise of reasonable care should have been discovered injury.
The children were age 8 and 9 in December 2012.
Their teachers, parents, and neighbors assured them the story of the killings, as reported in the newspaper and TV, had a good purpose, and they must play along with it.
Over the years, Jim, Tina, and Bruce, now age 18 and 19, have been reading in social media many folks' ridicule of the Mandy Brooke story, and some friends are angry for them for participating in the lie.
The whole experience has been embarrassing and caused them depression, nervousness, and suicidal thoughts.
Their future careers and marriages will no doubt be marred by it all.
Prayer for relief?
The plaintiffs asked for declaratory relief by the court declaring the Mandybrook Massacre was not genuine and for $60,000 each trebled as punitive damages.
I like that.
I like that.
She wrote that the above case is an appendix for her book, Unreality, Sandy Hook Messes Minds.
You can download it at that link.
You can find this on my blog at jamesfetzer.org.
The possible defense is interesting.
FEMA or an attorney general, a fire chief, a newspaper, a priest might try to fight it off by claiming it really did take place.
What a hoot.
That would lead to plaintiffs exercising their well-established right to discovery.
The court would have to be obliged by sending subpoenas to witnesses.
That includes the very people who have given investigator Wolfgang Halbig, a former state trooper, the cold shoulder.
He sought, for example, an answer to the question, was Sandy Hook School condemned for its messes and therefore unoccupied on December 2012?
Even using his clear right under Connecticut Freedom of Information, Halbig got nowhere.
It would also bring a subpoena to the door of Leonard Posner.
He recently won $450,000 in damages from Professor Jim Fetzer by suing Fetzer for defaming him.
What did the defaming consist of?
It consists of Posner being called a liar indirectly by Fetzer's statement in a book that the Posner child death certificate was fake, in court for defamation.
Fetzer was not permitted by the judge to submit affidavits he'd obtained from forensic experts Doubting the authenticity of the child's death certificate.
An Amazon pulled Fetzer's book.
I think you can see that courts have refused to let light shine on this antioch matter.
A 19-year-old could make it happen.
Pretty damn interesting.
There's more to this story you can find on my blog.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, the most infuriating thing about the case, Jim, is the corruption of the judge and the unconstitutionality and the violation of your rights that this judge exercised and conspired to be a part of by denying you the ability to express testimony and to demonstrate evidence that is required in the interests of justice that would have proven fraud upon the court Fraud in everything else.
The fact that that was stopped by a judge is a confirmation of the criminality of this judge, and he should be removed as, you know, aiding and abetting a crime.
This is a crime against the American public.
This is a crime against our courts.
Allowing this fraud To be perpetrated and continuous real.
So this judge needs to be exposed and hung.
By the highest batard, by the agencies that exercise oversight on judges.
This is nothing short of the same level of as if he got a bribe from the CIA, the FBI, or both, or Posner himself.
If that judge got a bribe to do this, he would be executed as a judge.
But yet, he's done exactly that, and nothing has come down upon him, Jim.
Well, it's the protocols in Wisconsin that allow him to exercise his subjective judgment and declare evidence to be unreasonable and set it aside as though it did not exist.
This is what carried me all the way to the Supreme Court, where State of the Nation declared that the issue I was raising may be the most important ever before the Supreme Court in our lifetime.
Considering the right to a trial by jury to determine the facts.
Hawley, your thoughts?
Well, I just, I think that this is extremely fascinating because, I mean, I've kind of, you know, fallen down the rabbit hole the past few years just questioning every single mainstream story that is on the television now, and how many people are involved with basically false stories at this point, and how in-depth this could really be.
I mean, people who are constantly told the lie, or people You know, on CNN, or pretending that they're in a storm, or pretending that they're, you know, in Iraq, or... I mean, you could go on and on with the lies that are on mainstream television at this point, so what can you really do if people get swept up in these false events, and they're just told to just deal with it and become part of the story at this point?
Excellent, thank you.
Dawn, take us out.
Oh yeah, well, this book with the author, 17 authors in there, picking apart the whole Sandy Hook thing and the FEMA manual, the whole evidence there.
And this was denied in court because Pauzer had reasonable assumptions or something.
Then they denied this book in court.
I explained, Don, the protocols in Wisconsin allow the judge to set aside evidence if he finds it to be unreasonable based on his subjective opinion.
That's a violation of the separation between the role of the jury and the role of the judge.
The judge should oblige the jury to turn the facts.
This is why I went to the Supreme Court.
This is so outrageous.
And the Supreme Court did, now what was their ultimate reaction, Jim?
I know, tell us again.
They passed, they declined to issue a writ of certiorari.
So the greatest, one of the greatest crimes in the history of the United States against the American people, this fraud, this injury, this psychological operation, the Supreme Court of the United States does not have the character and the truthfulness to examine this.
They have No, no authority and no one should ever listen.
I have been told by a party in a position to know that they passed on my case because they felt it would unravel all the propaganda they got out of the Alex Jones cases, which created the impression that No citizen can challenge an official narrative that's supported by the media cartel.
He was being fined a billion dollars for questioning Sandy Hook, a billion dollars for offering an opinion.
That's as absurd as it gets.
My understanding is they felt the whole thing would be for naught if they actually ruled on my case and held it up because the evidence there.
I had an appendix E that was evidence from the Connecticut State Police files showing that the The evidence in their own photographic files contradicted their official report.
There were no bodies, no blood.
There were not even any student desks or chairs.
In other words, not only was there not a mass murder, it wasn't even an operating school coming right out of the Connecticut State Police's own files.
Well, Jim, let me ask you a question.
What is preventing you at this point from suing Posner as
Lying and committing fraud upon the court and and suing him aggressively taking the initiative to say I have proof That this man is a fraud and here's all the evidence and I want this to be presented court like that like that a Case that the woman just wrote that for what's to stop you from going on the attack saying I want a jury to examine all the evidence that shows this man is a liar and a fraud and I want the jury to make that determination
Yep.
Scott, I have no idea whether I'm in a position to do that.
I'll just tell you I'm back in the Court of Appeals to get my book back and my blog back, but it's way beyond the scope of our show today.
We've already run over, so... That's okay.
I'm gonna make a three-part show, so that's fine.
This is important to me.
I mean, I'm so livid that this did not get admitted in the Court because of A reasonable assumption.
Evidence is what's in court, not reasonable attitudes.
Anyway, this was one heck of a show.
Holly, you must have a comment.
No?
Okay.
Holly did comment, yeah.
Okay, well anyway, so thanks so much for watching.
Truth vs. News, the 2nd of January, 2023.
What a way to start the year, but that's the way it starts.
We have no control over what's really happening in the world, but at the same time, I'll let you know what is really happening and not what the media is saying is happening, because there's quite a difference.
Truth vs. News, Incorporated.
Thank you so much for watching.
We appreciate your kind attention and sharing this awesome, well, Diatribe, or I can't say that.
It's all the heavy truths that we are sharing with the world.
God bless.
Don, given what you're saying, there is actually one more slide that we might want to include.
Here it is.
Oh shit, I just stopped the recording.
The rules are simple.
They lie to us.
We know they're lying.
They know we know they're lying, but they keep lying to us and we keep pretending to believe them.
Elena, Gorbachev, Plato, the Kabbalists, and the lying lawyers are self-selected leaders based on philosophy of lies in Plato and his Republic.
The origin of many totalitarian doctrines that now plague the world.
Plato's totalitarian state, ruled by the elite, instructed in the Kabbatha.
Plato's Republic provided a basis for future illuminating projects, including communism, the elimination of marriage and the family, compulsory education, the use of eugenics by the state, and employment of deceptive propaganda methods.
Lies and lying.
9-11, London 7-7, inside jobs, and the global warming swindle provided the pretext for the global police state and top-down control of all aspects of our lives, depopulation even, to protect the environment.
There it is in a nutshell, Don, in a nutshell.
A final thought, a final thought.
Scott?
Much of a well-stated resemblance of exactly what Plato's Republic can be distorted into, and I think again 2023 is going to be probably the year of great revolution, war, and I foresee Russia and China rising up and attracting the European nations who are going to be starving and eating sawdust and shivering in their ice-laden apartments.
They're going to be switching allegiance Yeah, I think we're going to see big shifts, like Scott said, about finances and BRICS and the United States.
I mean, a bunch of countries basically saying that they don't want to be using U.S.
dollars anymore, maybe even a switch to a gold standard in some countries.
Yes, yes, yes.
Don, a final thought of yours?
Oh yeah.
Scott mentioned this might be a year of revolution.
I think it's going to be first a year of revelation.
I think we're going to win the war of words and that will cause a lot of people to Think again and come to realize that what is really true in this show called Truth vs. News Incorporated.
Well, I guess I named this show right here.
That's exactly where we're at.
You sure did, John, and thanks for participating in this little addendum.
Thank you all very much.
See this and share this.
God bless you all Americans.
