Time Text
Welcome, folks, to Truth vs. News Incorporated.
I am Donald Griner, producer and host, JD.Consultants at Live.com, and today is December the 11th.
Sunday, December the 11th.
Two weeks till Christmas, and all kinds of things are happening, and we've got the best people to let you know what's really happening.
Jim is the wonder horse, or driving force for truth.
There's a conspiracy conference that was actually A sensation last week and he's got more to share here and the books and everything else and Scott Bennett is a military intelligence analyst who nominated somebody for the Nobel Peace Prize and that has gotten a lot of feedback so you want to find out about that one and we have other things going on too and how about let's just go all the way over to Iran Jim and see what is developing over there about 15,000 death sentences
Well, it's interesting, Don, how much propaganda has been issuing out.
This report of 15,000 sentenced to death turns out to be propaganda misinformation, but it's even coming from Justin Trudeau.
It is the case that around 15,000 have been arrested.
But the number who've actually been given a sentence that could lead to death is very small by comparison, perhaps 43.
A story in Newsweek last Tuesday said the Iranian parliament had voted overwhelmingly in favor of the death penalty for protesters, which was picked up by prominent users on Twitter and Instagram.
But it's just false.
A widely shared meme on Instagram said Iran sentenced 15,000 to death is a hard lesson for U.S.
rebels.
U.S.
actress Viola Davis, who did something on Netflix called How to Get Away with Murder that is unbelievably good, was among a number of those who shared the meme.
It's very misleading in multiple ways.
At least 326 protesters, some 43 children, and 25 women have been killed, but the alleged source, the death of Masha Meini, 22, which was supposed to have been done by the morality police for being unwilling to wear the hijab or headscarf, was false.
She actually died, but of other reasons, and it had nothing to do with having been abused by the police.
Last week, the judiciary chief declared key perpetrators should be identified.
He warned rioters could be charged with enmity against God, corruption on earth, and armed rebellion.
Earlier, the official IRNA agency reported 227 of the 290 members of Iran's parliament issued a statement to the judiciary asking for decisive action, but that led to the spread of misleading claims parliament had voted to issue a death sentence to 15,000.
Iran does have among the highest execution rates of any country in the world, some 6,885 in 2010, with murder and drug-related offenses.
The regime has been widely condemned for that.
However, after a decree by the Islamic Republic founder Ayatollah Khomeini in 1988, Authorities are thought to have executed between 2,800 and 5,000.
Both Scott and I, of course, have been to Iran.
We're both very positive about Iran as a nation, a culture, and an influence for world peace.
Remember, Iran has not launched a war of aggression against any other state since 1775.
To put that in historical perspective, the ratification of the Constitution began in 1787.
George Washington was elected our first president in 1789.
So for longer than the United States has existed as a constitutional republic, Iran has not launched a war of aggression against any other state.
Would the same could be said of us.
Scott.
Well, that was interesting.
The very story I was working on prior to the show was the analysis of Justin Trudeau and the Canadian government's propaganda claims of these 15,000 people being executed.
And I had looked into that when it first broke out weeks ago.
Uh, and it came back, no, that's totally false and untrue.
So, you know, the propaganda is always what I hate.
The lies and the liars in their accusations to Iran.
And I'm not an apologist for any country, Russia, Iran, China or any of these places, but I Look at the U.S.
history of the last 20 years, and I know it goes beyond that, but specifically the last 20 years has led to the absolute wreckage and destruction of the American reputation, deaths of our soldiers, the financial breakdown of our own country, and an increasing level of tyranny and hyper control, and this is an expression of that.
When Justin Trudeau and the Canadian government get up there and start making all these propagandistic claims and using women as the battering ram to try and collapse the castle of Iran's government, It becomes, you know, a tragic comedy, because here in the West, you have women being told, you can be little boys, cut off your breasts and take testosterone, and you can be boys.
And, you know, little girls, you can be men.
I'm sorry, I had that reversed, didn't I?
Little girls cut off your breasts and take testosterone, and you can be men.
And boys cut off your penis, and you can be girls.
And you can run in girls' races, and swim in girls' competitions, and do weightlifting in girls' Olympics.
There is no gender, according to Yoval Noah Harari, the homosexual advisor to Glauch Fabre.
But Justin Trudeau becomes a laughable clown, and I said this on my interview,
He's a clown because here you have Canada and Justin Trudeau, which has been recently engaging in some of the most horrific crimes against his own people by shutting down truckers, shutting down their banks, shutting down their ability to feed their families and stay warm, shutting down the very shipping of food and medicines and other products around Canada, trying to force everyone to get a vaccine under the tyranny of the Trudeau government, who is of course the bastard of Fidel Castro.
We all know what Trudeau's father is.
But Trudeau to lecture Iran and other countries about, you know, false claims of revolution is remarkable because such revolutions are actually occurring in Canada and, you know, people are rising up and recognizing it is Trudeau that is acting like a dictator over his own people.
You know, the other thing that is Must be said in these international forums is that the West is no model for any relations or definitions of what womanhood is.
The West has completely abandoned the classical natural law notions of wife and mother being the heart of the family, mothers providing the guidance and the emotional nurturing of children to develop little children into responsible, creative, healthy, moral, confident adults.
Because we've abandoned motherhood and wives and turned them into men and put them out into the workforce and made everybody an automaton of economics, we have a bastardized schizophrenic generation of purple-haired metrosexual transgender lunatics who are on antidepressants and have no idea what reality is.
That's the West.
That's America.
That's Canada.
That's Britain.
No, thank you.
And I think that's reinforced by Russia's proclamations.
It's just come out in Victor Bout's interview, and I think the Iranians know that too.
So we're seeing a sea change, but this latest assault against Iran is a Zionist, Netanyahu, Jewish, Israeli, MI6, CIA, Mossad operation to try and initiate color revolutions.
The Saudi MEK, Mujahedin al-Khaliq, And the other diaspora groups, which are all pawns for the CIA, are behind this.
But when you go to Iran, you will see a conservative, God-fearing, Honorable people and culture, and I never had a grimace or a sour look, I never felt threatened, and I only encountered people who would cover their heart in love and smile and speak softly to me, and were rejoicing that I was coming over to that country to share truth with the same affectionate sentiments.
And that's what pisses me off, is America has forgotten that Yeah, Don.
diplomatic language, and instead we have fools occupying our highest positions of government and the military, Jim?
Yeah, Don?
Over in Iran, there's this hidden job covering your whole thing.
No, you don't.
What you have in Iran, you have some women who wear the full hijab, but it's not required.
You have other women who just wear like a little headscarf veil that's transparent.
You can see their house.
It's not all black.
You have purple and browns and yellows, little lace transparent headscarves.
So you see their hair and they're dressed in regular dresses.
So, the only women that I saw with a full-on black hijab, where you only saw their eyes, were from Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, that were coming to Iran to get nose jobs, by the way.
But in Iran, the women do not cover their face entirely.
Some do, but many, many don't.
But they do have the head covering, and perhaps it's the same reason that we demand people wear clothes, because if they don't wear clothes, we see them as naked.
Well, perhaps in the Islamic tradition, the tribalism of Iran, if they see women without some head coverings, they consider them naked, and it's for their own protection.
It's a whole other mythic.
Go ahead.
I think it's a religious deference to God.
You know, just as Jews wear a skullcap, it's supposed to be improper to show your hair to God.
So I think it's similar in Islam, for women at least.
So very good, Scott.
We both share very positive views about Iran.
Meanwhile, Arizona Senator Kristen Sinema has quit the Democrat Party, registered as an Independent.
This is creating chaos for the Democrats.
She sent shockwaves to Capitol Hill Friday, switching party affiliation to Independent, just days after the Democrats secured a 51-seat majority.
So it was 51 to 49.
51 to 49.
Now it's 50 to 49 plus one.
But of the 50, two of them are also independent.
So actually, right now, we have 49 Republicans and only 48 Democrats, with three independents in the Senate.
It's a rather fascinating situation.
And Nancy in the switch, known for her bold outfits and being one of the Democrats' swing votes, said she'd never really fit into a box of any political party.
The Ironman athlete said her decision represents a growing number of Arizonans who reject party politics.
While the Democrats now retain a 50-49, if Sinema chooses to side with the GOP, Kamala Harris has a casting vote.
But This is crucial.
It means fellow rogue Democrat Joe Manchin maintains his powerful role will be the crucial factor in passing or blocking Biden's agenda.
In fact, if Manchin were to go to the Republicans, they would take control of the Senate.
She tweeted this morning, In a natural extension of my service since I was first elected, I've joined a growing number of Arizonans who reject party politics by declaring my independence from the broken partisan system.
Her switch follows years of a two-person awkward squad with Manchin thwarting some of Biden's boldest legislative moves.
She pushed hard to limit spending and tax increases, much to the fury of party leaders and progressive Democrats.
Here's a bit about her history.
She was born in 76 to a father who practiced law.
Mother cared for her children in Tucson.
The father lost his job in the 1980s.
The parents divorced in 83.
Mother remarried and moved to Florida, where she lived in an abandoned gas station from the age of 8 to 11.
She's spoken about her mother relying on food stamps, for example.
Things began looking up in 87 when her mother and stepfather secured work.
They bought a house with the help of a church.
She began college courses in 14, finished high school early at 16, two years bachelor's from Brigham Young, and married a fellow student from whom she later divorced.
Do that in five meter per public statement about being bisexual when a Republican speech insulted members of the LGBT community.
She said, We're simply people like everyone else who want and deserve respect.
When questioned by reporters, she replied, duh, I'm bisexual.
Now 45, she had a master's degree, a law degree, and a PhD.
She'd worked as a social worker, a criminal defense attorney, a political activist in her 20s, even ran as a Green Party candidate for the Arizona House in the past.
She then became a Democrat, served several terms in the state legislature.
When the 9th Congressional District was created after the 2010 Senate, she ran for the Phoenix area seat as a centrist and won in 2012.
In 2019, she became Arizona's first Democrat U.S.
Senator since 1994, the country's first openly bisexual senator, and the first female elected to represent Arizona in the Senate.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, you know, I always thought Kristen Sinema was kind of cute too.
The bisexual thing, it's easy for women to fall into that because there's no real men anymore.
There's no real, you know, Humphrey Bogarts, Cary Grant, Lancelot, Chivalry.
There's no more of that, you know, animated frisky manhood that, you know, you see on Turner Classic Movies and you see in Kirk Douglas, you see in William Holden, you see in, you know, the classic I don't know, iconic figures in America.
I see, I think anyone born after 1980 is a complete retard and hopeless piece of roadkill.
You know, it's just my bias because I was born before 1980.
But there's something to be said there because There's a flatness.
Anyway, I don't want to go down the road too far, but it's understandable.
Krista Zimba does represent the independent voice.
I think she needs to be tickled, stroked, and made to purr so that she stays on that side.
Increasingly, you know, rises up to side with the Republicans.
If I were them, I wouldn't join the Republican Party and the turtleneck, retard, rhino Mitch McConnell and the other Uh, you know, betrayer of the Constitution, Mitt Romney.
I'd stay independent and say, you know what?
The American Congress was supposed to be independent.
George Washington himself said, uh, beware of political parties.
Every single member is supposed to be independent and exercise their independent judgment for what is in the national interest, not in their party's interest, not in their coffers, And, you know, indeed, that's how the senators were originally chosen is that I believe it was the House of Representatives would vote on the individual senators.
Uh in each state so it wasn't yeah it was the the house in the state would vote on who they chose their senator.
So that was an exercise of independent thinking and you know this is this is something we we need to applaud and return to.
It is through the independence that the conservative republican impulse of America will be restored and uh that's what terrifies the democrats so badly Jim.
Well, I think if she and Manchin were to caucus with the Republicans, it would be 51-49 for the GOP.
I think that would be very desirable, because the Democrats' agenda, which he has largely opposed, is catastrophic.
Here are nine revelations from Kerry Lake's Arizona lawsuit.
By the way, this looks very formidable.
Seventy pages long, full of enough blatant election corruption and government malfeasance to even make a communist blush.
Here's a tweet about Katie Hobbs.
The candidate absolutely had an obligation to disclose to the public that she was censoring people, slamming her for having her office reach out to Twitter and censor users.
Here are the nine most important sections of the lawsuit.
Here you can see the first page.
Kerry Lake vs. Katie Hobbs, Stephen Richter, Bill Gates, Clint Hickman, Jack Sellers, and others.
First, there are hundreds of thousands of illegal ballots counted in Arizona's midterm election in Maricopa County alone.
Second, almost 60% of Maricopa County's voting machines failed on Election Day.
Not a statistic you'll see reported in our corporate media.
Third, there's no way that 59% of Maricopa County's voting machines stopped working on Election Day by accident.
And one day after having been tested, But of those 25,000 ballots that mysteriously appeared, magically appeared—and I seem to be missing four, I'll find it—of those 25,000 ballots magically appearing in time to help Katie Hobbs, courtesy of a mysterious election contributor called Runback Election Services,
6.
An employee of Rugby has testified that the early voting ballots arrived without a proper chain of custody or paperwork, which is required by law.
7.
A prominent cybersecurity expert who tests voting machines for a living has provided a sworn deposition that widespread equipment breakdown in Maricopa must have been caused intentionally.
He also confirms some of the components of Arizona's voting system are not certified, which violates Arizona's law.
8.
Maricona County officials like Stephen Richter were involved in serious conflicts of interest.
Katie Hobbs, Interofficial Rural Secretary of State, was busy censoring her political opponents, too.
Here you have a tweet about it.
Unreal.
9.
Katie Hobbs' office contacts Twitter to have posts removed, so the Democrat candidate who ran the Arizona election centered her political opponents, disrupted election day votes, and then threatened country with prosecution if they didn't glare here the winner.
That's a doozy.
Nine.
At least 16 voting stations in Maricopa County mixed together uncounted ballots with already counted ballots and did so intentionally.
Needless to say, Arizona's midterm was an international embarrassment, further proof that our constitutional republic has been replaced with a tyranny, so Scott, your thoughts?
Well, this case, of course, and I haven't read the documents, and I will, but that right there alone shows this is a conspiracy to deprive Carrie Lake of her rights under color of law.
18 U.S.
Code 241.
Conspiracy.
It's a conspiracy between Twitter, a conspiracy between Hobbs and others.
To have Twitter remove these posts and engage in gagging and violation of freedom of speech.
I mean, this is remarkable that this hasn't been replicated before, of course, in the 2020 election.
But I think now this case is going to be the sea change agent.
It is going to expose All of the social media company participation in this, I mean, crime against the Constitution.
This is treason.
This is seditious conspiracy because you are undermining an election.
You're undermining the people of the United States.
If there are Chinese Communist Party elements like there were before, it is a foreign interference.
This should be of national security concern.
The NSA, the military, this requires highest levels of military engagement as well.
But this is astounding in how far this country has fallen.
If this is the system of courts and the FBI and the law enforcement, the intelligence apparatus that we have, then we don't have a country that's worthy of crumbling and starting anew, as the Declaration of Independence says.
The Declaration of Independence says, when a government becomes destructive of your rights,
When the government conspires with Twitter and Facebook and YouTube to destroy your rights to speak, to destroy your rights to make known to the American people that crimes such as Hunter Biden's laptop, pedophilia, Chinese Communist Party contracts, when the government seeks to oppress and silence that and stop you from knowing it so that you don't vote with that material in your heart and mind, Then it becomes necessary to overthrow that government.
It is your right.
It's your duty.
The founding fathers would agree entirely.
They'd be the first ones to get their muskets and remind everyone, hey, the Second Amendment doesn't exist to kill squirrels and deer.
It exists to overthrow a tyrannical government that is destroying your rights, And forcing you to get vaccines and do every other inhuman, unconstitutional, unlawful action that can be imagined.
This is the tip of the iceberg.
We'll see if it rips the guts out of the ship of state, Jim.
Well, we have three great heroes of the nation right now.
Kerry Lake, on the one hand, Stu Peters, second with his sudden death video exposing the COVID and the hoax, and Elon Musk, who is being a champion of freedom of speech by turning Twitter back into the common square it was intended to be.
I regard Kerry Lake as our modern Joan of Arc.
And they should testify before Congress.
They should have an immediate hearing in the Republican Congress, demanded, but in the very least, coming up in the next session, they should have Elon Musk come and testify about what he's found.
Scott, it's out there.
It's getting out there.
They're getting all these releases.
And, you know, a couple of journalists, including Mattiabi, are reporting it in spades.
It's huge.
It is huge.
It's going to rival WikiLeaks in its importance.
Meanwhile, video founder Joe Biden admitting in 2007 they can manipulate the voting machines.
Joe himself.
He shocked the nation before his 2020 victory that a system was in place to help him commit a fraudulent election with a series of tried-and-true voter fraud actions against the United States.
American politicians have given up that we can hand-count verified votes because machines are a significant business and allow for control and domination of American politics.
So we're supposed to forget Joe Biden is now compounding the deceit where a video has emerged showing someone who looks a lot like him but sounds different.
That would mean this is the real Joe Biden, perhaps.
Admitting that machines can be used to manipulate the vote.
It appears America has been on the receiving end of a massive scam.
Here it is.
How are you going to keep it from us being able to be in a position where we can manipulate the machine, manipulate the records?
I think we should pass a federal law mandating that the same machine with paper trail be mandatory for every federal ejection.
This was Joe Biden in 2007.
This would be the real Joe Biden, the real senator.
The second piece you're talking about people usually mean by election reform is to be in a position where you can manipulate the machines and control the outcome.
This is a million-dollar bill for the states because they'll have to make a choice whether or not to have, say, two machines with a paper trail and without.
We can't mandate state election.
We can't tell the state of Delaware, Ohio, or Texas what machines to use or what methods.
So, in a nutshell, I think we should be mandating, mandating that we have a paper ballot with a standardized machine requirement.
This was a real joke.
Beyond that stunning admission, people are rightly pointing out that Biden of today does not look or sound much like the Biden of 13 years ago.
And here, of course, you have the difference in the ears, but it's also got to do with the shape of the skull.
Joe Biden had a broader skull.
The present Joe has a narrower skull.
And there are all kinds of behavioral differences.
Joe Biden from Delaware always had this huge, shit-eating grin on his face.
I've never seen it a single time from the present guy in the White House.
What do you think?
They sure look different to me.
And while you're on the topic of Biden, let's revisit this.
Biden admits to voter fraud.
Brags about having the most extensive voter fraud organization.
That's the new Joe.
Secondly, we're in a situation where we put together—and you guys did it in the Obama administration, for President Obama's administration—we have put together, I think, the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics.
Saying it out there, right out loud.
Our friends at We Love Trump have done a great exposé of this bizarre Biden crime family.
Even a liar tells the truth sometimes.
Mostly when his cognitive ability has declined, he can no longer keep all the lies straight.
Two Joe Bidens?
Comparing 2006 versus now?
Let's dig into a very serious question.
So what's going on with Joe Biden?
That's a very open-ended question, could take hours to unpack, but let's talk about his look and mannerisms.
Here's the guy from a few years ago.
The differences are stunning.
You have the shocking decline, but you also have a man who sounded a lot more like a Republican back in 2006.
Watch this and then do a deep dive into how many different Bidens there may be.
Noah, we love Trump, reported.
Consider what the leftist non-profit charity Brennan Center says about the machines and ask yourself how much the new ones are going to cost.
America's voting machines are aging out.
All but a handful are using voting equipment no longer manufactured.
Jurisdictions are using machines no longer produced, with heightened security risks and challenges to maintain.
In 2018, 41 states used equipment that was at least 10 years old, increasing the risk of failure and crashes.
Technological glitches can lead to long lines and lost votes.
And older machines can pose unacceptable security risks because they were tested to curate security standards running on unsupported software that does not receive security patches.
For foreign interests attempting to hack U.S.
voting, including machines and registration databases, upgrading is crucial to protecting the integrity of our election.
Poor ballot design and instructions also contribute to problems such as long-line confusion, lost votes, tens of thousands, disproportionately affecting low-income voters, new voters, and elderly voters.
The Brennan Center has researched the crisis and identified ways to make the equipment more accessible, secure, and easy to use.
But the fact of the matter is, we need to get rid of the voting machines 100%, go to paper ballots and hand counts 100%.
For every federal election, Scott, yours.
No, that works.
That's the only thing that matters.
That's the lifeblood of the Constitution of the country is the election, the integrity of the election and the accuracy of the election.
And if that fails or is manipulated, then the country fails.
Then the entire notion of liberty and an independent republic of the people, for the people, by the people is dead.
So there's no other more critical issue to secure I don't care if you have to hand count it, and it takes people, you know, to do it.
It has to be absolutely impervious to this sort of manipulation, electronic voting machine corruption.
And it should be a death penalty issue.
If someone engages in a conspiracy to manipulate or violate or corrupt the accuracy of our election, they should be executed because it's an act of treason and seditious conspiracy as far as I'm concerned.
Because nothing else matters.
Because everything depends on the people, regardless of their inclinations, but the people voting and creating the government that they want.
That was the entire idea behind the Constitution and the Founding Fathers and the forming of the United States.
And again, the Declaration of Independent States, when the government becomes tyrannical and destructive of our liberties.
And this is another example.
Then it is the duty and the right of the people to overthrow such government.
So this one issue, the voting machines and the interrogating the election, is the only issue that matters in our time.
Jim?
Don, did you want to add?
Let's go back to hand counting.
That's the best thing.
machines can be manipulated, the analogs and other things can do stuff.
So let's go back to hand counting that works for centuries.
I think that's why we have hands. - Very good, Don.
Meanwhile, House Republicans worry of the doomsday scenario if McCarthy can't get 218 votes to become Speaker.
As a right-wing faction threatens to tank his Speaker ambition, Kevin McCarthy delivered a promise, I'll never leave.
He has no plan to drop out of the race, even if the fight goes many ballots.
I'll get to 218.
But Andy Biggs, a representative from Arizona conservative hardliner, challenging him to be the most powerful member of Congress, doubled down on his commitment to stop the California Republican's ascension.
I'm not bluffing, Big Sad.
Ask if he would drop out.
With the increasing likelihood this speaker's race could go multiple ballots, something that hasn't happened since 1923.
McCarthy's allies and foes are starting to quietly game out the next steps if he can't get to 218 on the first round and they move into uncharted territory.
Meanwhile, they're vowing to keep voting for him on multiple ballots.
GOP sources say they're discussing a floor strategy for that scenario, including whether to resouse the House or let the votes keep rolling, no matter how long it takes.
To prevent that from happening, McCarthy and others have engaged in talks with a group of Securities and Conservatives, including over giving them influential committee assignments and more power to drive the legislative process.
GOP sources said they're early in the process, could end up giving the group some aspect of what the hardliners desperately want—additional power to seek a sitting Speaker's ouster with a vote on the floor.
Asked if he'd drop out if he doesn't get to 18 on the first ballot, Biggs refused to say.
I'm not going to talk about hypotheticals who lost his conference nomination to become Speaker last month after securing 31 votes.
But the doomsday scenario, where neither McCarthy nor Biggs can get 218 on January 3rd and neither drops out, some are signaling support for a different approach.
They'd be willing to work with Democrats to find a moderate Republican who can get 218 to clinch the gavel, a long-shot idea that underscores the uncertainty of what's taking place.
Our initial plan is to vote for Kevin and fight this out repeatedly.
If a small group refuses to play ball and be part of the team, we'll work across the aisle to find agreeable Republicans.
McCarthy detractors, however, don't buy it.
There are very significant rule changes discussed that would open the House up that would be transformative and give us the ability to actually legislate and represent our constituents, said Matt Gatz.
A Republican in Florida said he's a hard no on McCarthy.
And whoever's speaker is going to have to agree to those rules.
I don't think that person will be Kevin McCarthy, because Kevin McCarthy won't have 218 votes.
Indeed, a small group known as the Never Kevin Movement, confident Big could not win a majority or attempting to recruit a viable alternative, claimed several had privately told them they'd be interested in running if McCarthy were to drop out.
The goal with Biggs is to show McCarthy is weak on the first ballot, which would inspire others to jump in.
How many vote for someone else will show the strength of the anti-McCarthy group, said Bog Good, a Virginia Republican who is a hard no on McCarthy.
Even House Republicans who aren't supporting him predict that the number of lawmakers will run if McCarthy withdraws his name.
Mentioning, for example, House Minority Whip Steve Scalise, McCarthy's top deputy, who had emerged as a frontrunner.
At some point, if Kevin didn't take his name out, then you'd have good people running.
Scalise would probably be the guy.
Scalise had vowed to support McCarthy, refused to speculate what he would do if McCarthy doesn't get the votes.
No, I'm not going to get into speculation, he told CNN.
Our focus has gotten it resolved on January 3rd.
Jim Jordan, conservative sent to become the House Judiciary Committee chair, went even further, ruling out jumping into the race even though Gatz and others have urged him.
No, Jordan said, would he run if McCarthy couldn't?
I want to chair the Judiciary Committee.
With 222 GOP seats next year, and it may actually increase, McCarthy can only afford to lose four Republican votes and still win the speakership.
He and his team are hopeful he can win the first round, but at least five Republicans have promised to oppose him.
Five, of course, would be too many for him to overcome.
I will vote for Andy as Speaker, subject to what we're discussing now, for example, said Representative Ralph Norman, a South Carolina Republican.
He later added, all this is positive.
We're having good change regardless of what happens, and you'll see more of it.
In addition to those five, a new group of seven hardliners laid out a list of conditions to earn their vote, though they did not specifically threaten to vote against McCarthy if their demands are not met.
Those include a promise leaders won't play in primaries, restore the motion to vacate the Speaker's chair, place more conservatives on key committees, give members at least 72 hours to read bills before votes, and commit to using the debt ceiling as a bargaining chip to demand more spending cuts.
McCarthy still has additional levers he can pull.
Conservatives are pushing for more representation on the powerful House Rules Committee, which decides how and when bills come to the floor.
In one private meeting with a member of the House Freedom Caucus, McCarthy had been urged to take a harder public stance on the coming policy issue for next year.
In the end, the McCarthy group was still pressing for a process that would allow any single member to hold a floor vote on ousting the sitting Speaker, which was wielded over former Speaker John Boehner before he was forced out in 2015.
McCarthy had been adamantly opposed to restoring the motion to vacate the chair.
A majority of the House voted against the idea during a closed-door meeting last month, when asked if he would revisit the idea, he laughed and refused to answer.
McCarthy's detractors are still very much on the table.
He may need to embrace it if he wants to go forward.
A confident, secure leader is not threatened by a motion of OK said good, so yeah, I think that's central to many members.
As McCarthy scrambles the lockdown, he also delayed the GOP's internal election for committee chairmanships.
There's some speculation one of the members competing for gavel, Rep.
Vern Buchanan of Florida, may retire early if he does not win, which would make McCarthy's man problem even tougher.
But Buchanan vehemently disputed the notion.
It's ridiculous.
Laughable.
I'm doing everything I can to help Kevin get 218.
He could also try to convince Democrats or GOP distractors to vote President or not show up on the floor of proceedings.
Part of McCarthy's pitch is worrying that if they don't unify, Democrats could theoretically band together and peel off a few Republicans to elect the next speaker of their own.
Some Democrats have said they would entertain the idea.
Harry Sellier, a moderate Democrat from Texas, said some of his GOP colleagues have approached him informally about it.
Others have reached out about potentially running.
New York Representative Hakeem Jeffries, the next House Democratic leader, said there are no behind-the-scenes conversations with Republicans to put up an alternative candidate, but he refused to rule out a scenario where his caucus would help elect the next Speaker if McCarthy could not get the votes.
Democrats are in the process of organizing the Democrat conference, he told CNN.
Republicans are in the process of organizing the Republican conference.
Let's see what happens on January 3rd.
Progressives like Jamel Bowman in New York said they would never vote for a GOP speaker, no matter how moderate.
But Republican Bruce Westerman has said this has happened before, nearly a decade ago, in his state, where a majority of Democrats in the Arkansas legislature joined forces with a handful of Republicans to elect a GOP speaker of their choice.
I'm concerned about January 3rd getting here and not being able to form a Congress and organize committees and delayed in pushing the policy objective we want to push, Westerman said, adding, discussion over changing House rules is good for the party, but he added, I'm not really excited by any type of destructive movement.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, for me, it comes back to the original November 2020 election of Donald Trump that was overthrown in a coup d'etat and a massive election fraud unseen in the history of the United States.
And I know they've done this before.
They tried to do it by putting in Hillary Clinton and that was thwarted.
Obama, of course, was using the same election manipulation technology emanating from Dynology, a former military contractor established by General Jim Jones.
And his son.
And that occurred in 2008, originally with McCain and Obama.
And then it occurred in 2012 with the idiot Mormon sodomite, whatever the hell his name is.
He's so insignificant, I can't remember.
But that technology has been going on for a while.
But on November, December of 2020, Where was McCarthy and where were these Republicans when they should have risen up and said, we are not moving forward on anything in this Congress until this election is fully exposed and counted because this is a foreign interference?
Why didn't the Republicans under McCarthy's leadership leave the entire building and not show up until Gosar's, Paul Gosar of Arizona, I think, had submitted a demand that this be investigated.
McCarthy and of course Mitch McConnell They all turned their back on the Constitution and they refused to investigate a national security, foreign interference, seditious conspiracy, and act of treason which overthrew the rightfully elected President Donald Trump.
So McCarthy and all of these Republicans are operating under a fraudulent president that was fraudulently installed in opposition and in conflict with the Constitution.
And they were aiding and abetting this crime by not standing up against it, not investigating it.
And that is a case that's going to the Supreme Court, actually, is demanding that all of those members of Congress that refused to investigate this matter were indeed committing treason and seditious conspiracy and violating their oath to the Constitution.
And you and I took that oath, Jim, to support and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic.
And we knew that there was a domestic enemy action that required investigation and opposition.
And that investigation and opposition was not done, and it was not done intentionally, by McCarthy and the rest of these traitors and the Republican and the Democrat side that allowed this.
This is the determining factor on who moves forward as the Speaker of the House.
I, of course, like the firebrands.
I like Jim Jordan.
He's my favorite.
He's a wrestler.
He's a fighter.
He's an attacker.
I understand he wants to be Judiciary Chairman, but you know what?
When there's a war, and we are in a war, you have to rise to the position of General Grant when you're required, and I don't see anybody besides Jim Jordan doing it.
Marjorie Taylor Greene is good, of course.
And then, of course, we've always heard these rumblings from the Q groups that are saying, well, Donald Trump is going to be made the Speaker of the House.
Really?
Is that going to happen, or is that another Q propaganda psyop to put people to sleep and make them eat popcorn and watch the show?
So there's a lot of psychological manipulations that have occurred.
This coming election of the Speaker of the House, I think, is going to determine whether the Republican Party embarks on a course to overthrow the communist takeover that's To investigate the crimes that the FBI and the CIA and the Democrats have been doing with the Biden administration.
I submitted, Jim, in 2020 part of the report that you and provided evidence on Joe Biden not being the president based on a cosmetic analysis of his physical traits and other things.
That went to Rudy Giuliani, it went to Patrick Byrne, it went to Cindy Powell, it went to General Michael Flynn, it went to the people that were allegedly helping President Trump.
So they knew our opposition to Joe Biden based on him being a fraud, and nothing happened.
So, this entire Speaker election, I think, is going to determine whether the Republican Party has any integrity, or if it and the American Republic is doomed to fracture into a thousand pieces.
Excellent comments, Scott.
Excellent comments.
Meanwhile, get this.
A miscalculation causes ISA to report illegal immigrants released without tracking technology by over 18,000%.
Over 18,000%.
How is that possible?
Additionally, the document revealed only 8,118 illegal migrants were released with GPS tracking devices as of November 1st.
According to ICE website, the agency reported 56,805 illegals were being monitored using GPS trackers as of November 19.
A 600% difference!
The Biden admin is hostile to transparency.
When it does publish data, it refuses to respond to media inquiries regarding significant discrepancies like these, a former ICE official.
Likely ICE communications staffers are having a lot of difficulty defending this administration's chaotic and lawless policies.
They reached out to ICE last week to reconcile the reporting discrepancies.
On Wednesday, the agency updated its website to state that 49,166 illegals are not being tracked, while 7,905 are being monitored.
Upon further inspection, of which participants were provided against what was publicly available, it became clear there was a data miscalculation.
Teams worked quickly to address and reconcile the issue, now updated on ICE.gov.
We regret ICE provided erroneous ATD enrollment data and worked to resolve the miscalculation going forward.
U.S.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement recently hosted a symposium to share ideas and inform future concepts for the Alternatives to Detention program, the ICE spokesperson continued.
The event was held at ICE headquarters with more than 100 stakeholders from non-government organizations, academia, private industry, and attendants.
Prior to the event, attendees were provided handouts with background information on the ATD program.
The CNN average is out to ice to reconcile.
That's what's going on.
They're grossly under-reporting, Scott, and it's all deliberate.
There can be no doubt about it.
Anytime you see these discrepancies and failures, they're always favoring the Democrat Party and the administration by concealing its malfeasance.
You never get a report that inadvertently supports the Republican side or critics of the administration.
Stunning.
You know, we can't fault the Democrats for being who they are.
They're evil, they're sick, they're twisted, they're perverts, they're sodomites, they're climate-worshiping heathens and pagans who have turned their back on God and natural law and the natural family.
We know what the devil is, and we know what his children are, and they're the Democrats.
So, you know, what I always find offensive is is the Republicans and the Conservatives that fail to be conservative Republicans.
And we said from the very beginning, the border needs to be the responsibility of Abbott and the other governors of the states on the border, and their militias, their military, their National Guard, their Boy Scouts, their Civil Air Patrol, their Naval Cadets, their Veterans Affairs groups, their Veterans of Foreign Wars groups, Need to be on the border with guns and pitchforks, pepper spray, anything necessary to repel an invasion of the United States.
It's not that hard.
It is an invasion.
We said it from the very beginning.
And there's been rumblings of it years later, and Abbott in his wheelchair-bound mental lobotomized state doesn't really rise to the occasion.
He thinks it's cute to ship them off to Martha's Vineyard, and I find that comical, but it doesn't protect The little girls who are going to be trafficked and raped and killed in Texas and beyond as these savages come up from South America and Haiti and elsewhere and flood into every part of the Union in the next 10 years.
And that's going to happen.
Make no mistake, I've said that.
The Rape of Berlin is going to be replayed as the Rape of America, because as the economic system breaks down, you have trade and barter, and that's where little girls are a very valuable commodity to be captured off the street, thrown in white vans, and you'll never see them again.
Believe me, that is coming, and it's happening.
So there's not been any military response to the border infusion.
The fact that this Niagara Falls of people is coming across is remarkable!
The only thing more remarkable is the cowardice and the weakness and the stupidity of the American people to allow this and wring their hands as simpletons and whine and moat and, well, maybe I'll get another COVID booster and that'll clear my mind.
No, it'll turn you more into a vegetable.
And that's what we're becoming, a nation of vegetables, retards, castrated simpletons and cowards, because we don't have any men on the border fighting to defend our children and the integrity of our country.
We don't have any men in positions of law enforcement or military or any sort of group protecting our border.
And, yeah, you have some women, but they're saying, where the hell are the men?
So, you know, this, again, this country is turning into, and other people are commenting on it, too, is turning into just a laughable asylum of schizophrenics and cowards and weaklings.
And this border crisis is only going to get worse unless you meet it with an absolute crushing military response.
And I don't mean bombing and killing and artillery shelling, uh in minding the border although uh the russian lesson of uh the the the uh the protection of the eastern and western germany border certainly is instructive this is an invasion And it is not a humanitarian aid, and why didn't the Republicans submit a bill that says no refugee resettlement program anymore?
There's no refugees anymore.
We will take it on a case-by-case, or we'll revamp the bill to say the refugee resettlement was originally for people that were fleeing murder and persecution, like Jews out of Germany, if you will, or Vietnamese out of communist Vietnam.
But not a bunch of Costa Ricans, Panamanians, Nicaraguans, South Salvadorians, Colombians, who just want to get a better life.
Well, I'm sorry, but that's not what the American people and the American taxpayer and the American government is here to do.
We're not here to bring in a whole 10 million immigrants that the Democrats think are going to become Democrat voters, and they're going to engage in a Democrat-Communist takeover of the country.
The entire immigration invasion, Jim, has been a failure of Republicans to stand up and with the necessary manhood defend their children, defend their border, defend their Constitution against foreign enemies who are invading.
Remember, when you break the law, and Augustine said this, when you break the law and you break the country's law to come in here, you're making war against the country.
So you're at war with a country by breaking the law?
That makes you an enemy of the country.
And how do you treat enemies?
With crushing resolve.
And we haven't done it because there's nothing in our spirit that is full of resolve.
We don't have the manhood to crush.
We're just wringing our hands in our metrosexual transgender stupor, Jim.
Oh, Scott, you're making so many points that are telling.
I mean, remember, Trump clamped down on the border.
It was one of his most significant achievements.
He also made us energy independent.
The lowest earning wage earners were seeing their wages rise at the highest rate.
The Democrats have just undone all of this and it appears to be the master plan is to flood the country with a hundred million migrants to permanently change the demographics and the culture of the United States and reduce us to the level of a second or even third world nation.
We only adopted the migration policies of Mexico.
We'd be so much better off where the Mexicans have two primary conditions.
Number one, you may only migrate into Mexico if you have something to contribute to the good of Mexico.
Such a profession—a dentist, a doctor, a carpenter, a plumber—those are all good to bring into Mexico.
And number two, you must have the financial resources to support yourself and the members of your family.
If we don't impose those two, you see this border crisis reduced to a trickle.
Because there can't be more than a handful who could satisfy those conditions.
So here you have Mexico with a very rational migration policy, and the United States with a bewildering and calamitous open-door policy where worldwide economists all converge in agreement that you cannot combine a welfare state with open borders because the endless flood of migrants will overwhelm the economy and cause it to collapse.
And all of this is taking place deliberately with that objective.
Remember, all this is financed by the American taxpayer.
This is an obscenity and would have been all by itself sufficient reason to get the Democrats out of control of Congress and the Republicans back.
Scott, more thoughts?
Well, I think you're right.
I think, you know, Donald Trump's attempt to correct this was the high-water mark that should always be in the minds of the Republicans and the conservatives and the independents that are looking at this issue.
The wall needs to be created.
A revamping of our immigration policy, reflective of the Mexican values you've just laid out, needs to be created.
The abandonment of this arrogant, delusional, Pollyanna No, we don't.
We don't bring people that will come under the American government and saturate and overwhelm our system.
We do not want people coming in and turning a classroom of 20 kids into a classroom of 200 kids, where our children are violated and retarded in the smothering of our school system.
This entire attitude in America needs to be really passionately and in a sense rhetorically, with rhetorical violence and aggression, articulated and unapologetically.
And that's what I have the problem with all of these Republicans.
Like my dad used to say, they're going to war with people like they owe them money.
They're being soft.
They're tiptoeing.
They're not wanting to be offensive.
You go to war, you are offensive, and you make offensive aggression your primary modus operandi, so you make the hairs stand up on the back of the head of your enemy, and make them fall backwards, and make them run backwards, make them fall into a cold sweat.
Attack, attack, attack!
And the Republicans have never been that.
The Republicans have been, how can we get along?
Let's just, let's make a deal.
No, the real Republican conservatives should have unsheathed their sword and gone at them like Samuel going after the false prophets.
And I hope and pray this country gets the manhood to stand up because, Jim, we don't have a lot of time.
I think this whole thing, if it's not Completely with a revolutionary spirit, reformed and martial law declared on the southern border and military saturation put on the border to immediately stop cease and desist as a military invasion If that's not done, then the country is going to fall apart and break.
And the other variable in this is how many of the military have been forced to get this COVID-19 vaccine, which has lobotomized and killed them.
And they're only going to get worse.
You know, that act of treason, whether it's the Chinese Communist Party or the Democrats or both, that act of murder, of genocide upon the American people, the American military, with this false COVID-19 vaccine is the other variable that is going to completely cripple.
And other military doctors have said that too.
They've said, we're not going to have a military in five years.
I think it's going to be a lot shorter than that.
When you don't have a military, you don't have a border, you are a third world country, and it's tribalism.
Don, take us out.
Oh, I think Scott's pretty much taking us out of here.
This is what's happening to America, and it's not good, and it's happening so fast, too.
So we've got to stay up on it, and that's what Jim and Scott and I are here for on Truth vs. News here on December 11th and this has been the first hour and you're going to want to come back for the second hour and you're going to share this widely folks.
We appreciate the good comments and your actions to share this thing.
So keep on keeping on and we'll see you in a little bit.
We're going to come on back here for the second hour.
