Time Text
No, wait a minute, wait a minute.
And I could announce with great authority that the next speaker was here because the next speaker is me.
On the death of democracy, eternal vigilance, Benjamin Franklin warned us, Have we shown it?
In relation to 2020, many have been trying to figure out how Biden won a record low of only 16.7% of all U.S.
counties, yet supposedly won the election with the most votes in history.
With respect to 2022, We're confronted with two alternatives.
First, the election was safe and accurate where Americans preferred the policies of the Biden administration over those of the Republicans.
Or, alternatively, Americans despised the policies of the Biden administration, and there's no way this election could have been safe and accurate.
It was massively stolen.
So what's the probability of the relevant evidence, assuming it was safe and accurate, and compare that with the probability of the available evidence if it was stolen?
Biden suffered massively when he appointed himself Supreme Fuhrer and abolished the office of the President from the Babylon Bee, but it hit the mark.
He dropped his approval seven points in a single week thereafter.
Look at the polls.
They found Biden's recessive economy is the number one issue, and it's rocked by 40-year high inflation and record high gas prices.
Trump, the numbers soared because the FBI raid, it was so transparently political, no one had any doubt.
Although the Democrats thought this would be one of their major issues, along with abortion, it fizzled as the midterm issue approached.
Meanwhile, the GOP was turning the time on the Democrats' momentum in relation to the midterm.
They tried to play out the January 6th committee to the max, asking him to subpoena him shortly before the midterm, or at least so it could carry over.
Republicans, however, are now projected to hold 224 House seats to the Democrats' 211.
The top issues are in the Republicans' favor—economy, 80 percent, inflation, 76, and crime, 68—lead among likely voters.
A near majority—48 percent—said the Democrats' economic policies have been harmful the past two years.
Twenty-eight percent said it had been helpful.
The poll showed a five-point decline even in those who say abortion is a very important issue.
Latinos have massively swung toward Republicans.
Get this.
An NBC News Telemundo poll from 2012 shows conservative Latinos want Democrats that control Congress by a 9-point margin.
Today, that number has shifted toward Republicans by a 56-point measure.
That's a net 65-point swing in a decade.
It helps to explain how Republicans have cut into Democrats' lead.
Meanwhile, a real clear poll, GOP candidates dominate with Catholics in six states.
Why?
No doubt, in large measure, because the extreme position the Democrats have adopted about abortion is the least popular position of any in the United States.
It allows unrestricted abortion right up to the moment of birth and even, by some accounts thereafter, which is infanticide, even under Roe.
Any abortion during the third trimester other than to save the life or preserve the health of the mother qualified as murder.
The Democrats draw no such distinction.
Even white suburban women favor the GOP by 15 points and prefer Donald Trump over Joe Biden.
White suburban women represent 20% of the electorate, but they have swung massively away from the Democrats by 27 points since August.
Among their greatest concerns is the Democrats' soaring inflation.
54% believe Biden's economy is in recession.
74% say his economy is headed down the wrong track.
If there's any principal constituency for the Democratic Party, it would be white suburban women.
Even the liberal Washington Post admits that GOP loves Trump, but the Democrats hate Biden.
The mega-love for Trump dwarfs the temperate support for Biden's, even the Washington Post.
Philip Bloom, an irascible Trump critic, admitted Wednesday, he's unpopular with members of his own party, often self-servingly, calling for him not to run again.
He's also already the oldest president in history.
But the fact is, he's cognitively incompetent.
Bump lamented Biden hinting he'd run again, despite tepid support showing inflation in a sagging economy.
Noting Trump may need to be treated for a sprain after winking so aggressively at the idea of running again.
Shocking!
Nearly 8 out of 10 voters believe the country is out of control.
Independence is breaking hard to the GOP.
With just a week until election day, the mood of the country portends doom for the party in power, the Democrats.
A new CBS, Battleground, Tracker, YouGov poll shows 79% of Americans believe the country is out of control.
Only 21% saying things are under control.
Even independents are sharply breaking to the Republican Party.
79% out of control.
79% out of control.
Of those, 58% are voting Republican.
Leading up, the news was just brutal for Democrats, showing the top issue were inflation, crime, election voting, jobs, unemployment, immigration, infrastructure.
Finally, abortion makes an appearance.
This poll shows voters are treating the 2022 midterm elections as they have past midterm elections, where Americans get a chance to deliver a verdict on the incumbent party.
Even Neet Gingrich, who's a pretty astute vote counter, estimated the GOP could gain up to seven seats in the Senate and 50 in the House.
I was predicting three or four myself, with even more gains in the House.
James Carvell.
The wise strategist of the past is concerned about the Democrats embracing identity politics and cancel culture, efforts to defund the police, that the Democrats are going to lose future races if they stay on course.
Here's a perfect illustration.
We have a female trans doll with a penis.
Gee.
You'd think every parent would be delighted with this.
Let's get one for our little Sally.
Or our little Billy.
Today!
Ben Garrison captured it right.
All the issues we're against.
Men can get pregnant.
Green energy works.
Election 2020 not stolen.
FBI denying it's a swamp rat.
Inflation spending rocketing out of control.
Attempting to imprison Donald Trump.
Hunter's laptop is Russian disinfo.
Nancy Pelosi, insane and unsober leadership.
The COVID, safe and effective.
It was disaster in the making.
Biden had every reason to think he was going to go down hard.
But we even had an endless warning.
There may not be an election in 2024.
The U.S.
won't exist after 2032.
The cheating in the midterm election next week—he is saying this in anticipation—is going to be so great that it's almost impossible to make a prediction in a fair midterm.
The Republicans would win the House and the Senate.
Revealing he's received emails from people in Canada, saying they've been delivering voting ballots for Pennsylvania.
He is predicting utter chaos.
Where this ends up, who knows?
It's just so corrupt.
It's over the top.
It doesn't matter who wins.
Nobody's gonna accept this thing, and that is the problem.
Monasterio's defeat of Brazil, he adds, is proof that all major elections are now being stolen, in a bid to eliminate any world leader who stands against the regime agenda.
This is a worldwide effort.
They had to get rid of Trump.
The other one who stood in their way is Bolsonaro.
Then there is Putin and Russia and Xi Jinping and China.
I think you're going to have historians look back at this 50 years from now, and they will call this A climate change wars.
They're trying to take down as much oil energy capacity as possible.
His computer modeling is showing huge domestic unrest in the United States next year, and a condition ripe for a rocket launch for volatility and civil unrest.
Spell that, civil war.
The United States will not exist after 2032.
After 2028 and 2029, we're going to have to redesign a government from scratch.
America is being destroyed.
His predictions came true.
Election takeaway?
No sweep for the Republicans.
Look at all those signs for Fed or Mutt.
If you want to see a paid crowd, after Barack Obama nullified the Smith-Mutt Act in 1948, the United States has been engaged in all kinds of staged activity, paid event, phony efforts, coups right here in the USA.
How could they have all those Federmen joicing when he was a disaster at his debate with Mehmet Oz?
82% declared that Oz had won, Federmen only 18%.
His opening statement when he was asked, what are your qualifications to be a United States Senator were, hi, good night everybody, and it went downhill from there.
Here's Schumer boasting Democrats keep entering the Senate after emerging victorious in key races.
Listen to this.
Democrats will have a majority again in the Senate.
This election is a victory and vindication for Democrats, our agenda, and our accomplishment, and for America and the American people.
What were exactly that agenda, their accomplishments, and how did they benefit America or the American people?
What happy horse shit.
Meanwhile, famous Democratic strategist Carville said the party should have lost 57 seats but were saved by Trump.
Look at this.
He's implicitly acknowledging they stole 57 seats from the Republicans.
I'm going to try to explain what happened last night, because I'm sitting here saying, if you put everything in a computer, we should have lost 57 seats, four or five Senate seats, and the reason is Donald Trump.
In other words, he's admitting there should have been a red wave.
They should have lost 57 seats and four or five in the Senate.
He's claiming the reason was Donald Trump.
But all the evidence works against that.
The Republicans love Donald Trump.
So how do they do it?
Well, here's one report.
Late-night operatives moving van loads of suspicious ballots way after legal deadline in Detroit, Michigan.
Surprise, surprise, reports the Gateway Pundit.
Michigan polls closed at 8 p.m.
Election Day.
The results favoring Democrats shocked the pollsters and prognosticators who predicted a red wave that never materialized.
Nothing was done in response to the 2020 voter fraud, well-documented by outlets like The Gateway Public.
In fact, Republicans even made it easier to cheat by allowing clerks two extra days to process ballots.
Look at this.
We can exclusively report the city of Detroit was handling and beginning to process a significant number of ballots at 11.30 p.m.
on election night after the polls had closed.
We can exclusively report more at 1.22.
Where did all of these ballots come from?
It happened again.
You can see where they had massive drops.
Look at those spikes.
It's like repeating what happened in 2020.
They took a break, and when we came back, there'd been a huge jump for Biden.
And thereafter, Biden remained in the lead.
Thereafter, they are doing it again.
Here's another.
Various data tapes, once again, putting a slime bag in the lead.
This is despite having a corrupt Secretary of State and election fraud thrown in her face.
Nevertheless, GOP Representative Boebert is still in the lead.
Strong America First candidates have had to overcome election fraud, the Democrats and RINOs in the GOP.
No doubt about it.
Here's Tucker talking about what's taking place.
A lot more than half of the entire population of the entire state of Arizona lives in Maricopa County.
The cities of Mesa, Tempe, Scottsdale, and largest of all, Phoenix, are all within the county's borders.
If you want to win statewide in Arizona, you have to win Maricopa County.
Unfortunately, as of tonight, we still don't know who has won Maricopa County, either in the U.S.
Senate race there or in the governor's race in Arizona, because officials are not even close to finishing the count.
48 hours after the voting stopped, there are still 633,000 ballots still uncounted in Arizona.
More than 400,000 of those are in Maricopa County.
You're seeing it on your screen right now.
When will we know the results?
Last night, election officials claimed they'd have a new tally for us by 8 p.m.
Eastern, the beginning of our show.
But the deadline came and went.
By the end of the night, they had finished counting fewer than 70,000 more votes.
Then they said they'd have final totals by Friday, tomorrow.
But no.
Today, the county officials said they don't expect to announce the results of the elections until next week at the earliest.
When do you anticipate the votes will be counted, in total, those 400,000 plus votes?
Well, we will be going into next week.
There's some onesies, twosies, again, pursuant to Arizona law, but I think that we'll see the lion's share here wrap up by early next week.
Early next week?
Can you give me a day?
Are we talking Monday?
Maybe.
As long as you won't hold me to it.
Can you tell us, Mr. Official, Mr. Election Official, when we might learn who won the election?
Maybe, as long as you don't hold me to it.
That was the chairman of the Maricopa County Supervisors.
Notice what you did not hear in that exchange.
You did not hear an apology.
The guy in charge of election results never said sorry for not providing those results.
It's hard to understand this.
It's not a resource problem, certainly.
The budget of Maricopa County is about $4.5 billion a year.
For perspective, the entire Hoover Dam cost $890 million to build.
And yes, that is in adjusted dollars.
So for the price of five Hoover Dams, Maricopa County can't even count the ballots in a single statewide election in a country that claims to care about democracy.
They can't even manage to let people vote on Election Day.
On Election Day, according to the county, 70 of 223 polling places suffered major problems with voting machines.
Machines the county paid millions for just recently.
And their failure disenfranchised mostly Republican voters who wanted to cast their ballots in person.
One poll worker reported that 25% of ballots were being rejected.
Now you would call that third world, but actually it's beneath third world.
Most third world countries have serious elections.
They require voter ID.
They don't wait days for election results in Ghana.
In Venezuela, whatever you think of it, they tally their ballots within hours.
But suddenly we can't manage to do that?
Clark County, Nevada, the home of Las Vegas, says there are still tens of thousands of ballots left to count.
Therefore, we're not going to know what happened in the election until Monday.
We hope.
We're going to talk to Adam Laxalt about that in a minute.
He's running for Senate there.
Officials in Clark County are clearly overwhelmed.
They're too busy to finish the one job they are paid to do.
And yet, strangely, they still have time to attack Donald Trump on social media, which they've been doing all day.
First things first.
But it's not just Nevada and Arizona.
Key House races all along the West Coast of the country, in California, Oregon, and Washington State, are still unsettled tonight.
They're saying they haven't counted the votes.
Really?
What is this?
Is this fraud?
We're not sure.
And on some level, it doesn't matter what it is.
What we know is that the mechanics of our elections are not working, almost exclusively in states and cities run by Democrats.
Are they cheating?
Are they disorganized?
Again, not relevant.
The system is obviously out of control.
It's flaky.
And systems like that cannot be, by definition, reliable.
Would you let a Maricopa County elections official fly your aircraft?
Probably not.
It's more from Tucker.
But we have massive confirmation of how it was stolen.
Paul Craig Roberts, for example, published about another stolen election comparing voting in 2022 versus 2018.
This time, it's CNN's own report on its own exit polls that indicates a stolen election.
Today, November 9, 2022, updated at 10.49 a.m., reporters Zachary Wolff and Kurt Merhol remarked that the widely expected red wave did not materialize, and then went on to present data that is inconsistent with the closeness of the voting.
They compare the exit polls from 2018 with those of 2022.
The comparisons show that Democrats lost support in Tuesday's election among women, among moderates, among youth, among people of color, among urban voters, among college graduates, and among independents.
How could they possibly prevail under those circumstances?
The fact is, they could not.
Democrats' support among women declined from 19 points favorable to only 8.
Republicans' support among men rose from 4 to 14.
Age.
Preference for Democrats over Republicans for 18 to 29 declined from 35 to 24, and from 30 to 44 from 19 to 4.
35 to 24, and from 30 to 44 from 19 to 4.
Republican support over Democrats rose from 1 to 10 points for those 45 to 65, and from 2 to 12 for those 65 and older.
Whiteman's preference for Republicans increased from 21 to 24.
White women went from a 50-50 split to an 8-point preference for Republicans.
Black women's preference for Democrats declined from 85 to 78.
Black men's preference for Democrats declined from 76 to 65.
Latino women's preference for Democrats fell from 47 to 33.
Latino men fell from 29 to 8.
Urban voter preference for Democrats declined from 33 points over Republicans to 17.
Suburban and rural voter preference for Republicans rose by 6 and 15 points respectively.
Democrats also lost support among white and black college graduates.
Among white without college degrees, the preference for Republicans rose by 10 points.
Among moderates, the preference for Democrats eroded from 26 to 15.
Among conservatives, the Republican advantage rose from 67 to 83.
CNN polls show substantial erosion of the Democrat voting base since the 2018 election.
How can such substantial erosion be consistent with the lack of any significant Republican gain?
There are many other indications that much is amiss with the vote count.
Polls show Biden suffers an approval rating of only 36% and a large majority do not want him to run for re-election.
How is that preference consistent with the vote count of the election?
Consider, the party in power loses representation in midterm elections, but despite the substantial turnaway revealed by CNN, this normal result did not occur on Tuesday.
To offer an illustration, Barack Obama, who didn't carry the heavy baggage of Biden, lost 63 seats.
So, 57 really wasn't that extraordinary.
Consider the public dissatisfaction, Paul Craig Roberts adds, with crime record, record inflation, high food and gas prices, rising interest rate, falling home values, massive illegal migration, forced indoctrination of school children with transgender theory and critical race.
The COVID vaccine mandates that cause health injury, deaths, and destroyed careers?
COVID lockdowns destroyed businesses, jobs, supply chains, raised prices, Biden's Russia sanctions that disrupted energy supplies and raised the price of everything?
Robert Reich, however, assures us we have just been saved from neo-fascism.
The hallmarks of which are cruel nastiness and unwillingness to abide by election results.
Robert Reich's definition.
Friends, apart from specific issues and candidates that motivated voters, two contrasting parties continue to emerge in America.
One, pro-democracy.
The other, anti-democracy or neo-fascist.
The hallmarks of the neo-fascist party are its cruel nastiness and a willingness to abide by election results.
In other words, Trump is bothering on full display election night as Arizona gubernatorial candidate Carrie Lake assailed the cheaters and crooks whom she claimed were running election.
B.S.
in garbage, incompetent people, propagandists, fake media.
And represent Andy B's joke that Nancy Pelosi was losing the gravel, the gavel, but finding a hammer.
A crude reference to the attack on Pelosi's husband that left him with a fractured skull.
Well, it turns out for those who have bothered to look, it was a hammer-shaped dildo they were using to engage in gay sex, when according to David Departo, they had an argument about drugs and had a falling out.
He was an extreme leftist.
He was an Omega guy.
The story we've been told is complete nonsense.
All the more significant and telling, however, that Nancy was losing the gavel but finding the hammer.
Other GOP candidates and blacks hurled similar insults.
Merrick Garland seems some new pantyhose.
Beto O'Rourke is a furry.
Senator Mark Kelly is a little man whose ears don't match.
Biden is a lost child with a very dirty diaper.
Democrats are lunatics.
When it comes to vote denial, check this out.
Here's 150 examples of Democrats denying election results.
Oh wow, look at this.
This is from Joe Biden's press secretary.
Reminder, Brian Kemp stole the gubernatorial election from Georgians and Stacey Abrams.
Democrats saying that.
Is that an election denier?
Oh, look at this.
Just heard Republican Ryan Costello said it would be difficult for Stacey Abrams to win because she lost her state bid, but yet she's still claiming she never lost.
Hillary Clinton.
Trump is an illegitimate president.
Is she an election denier?
This one says, was the 2016 election legitimate?
It now definitely is a question worth asking.
That's the Los Angeles Times.
So it's okay for Democrats to question elections, but it's not okay for Republicans.
It's a crock of BS.
Every one of you knows it.
We have our freedom of speech and we're not going to relinquish it to a bunch of fake news.
If you want a copy of these, I'm sure that Anthony would help you get a copy and help you learn how to be journalists, but look it up.
It's been happening for a long time.
Since 2000, people have questioned the legitimacy of our elections.
Well said.
Meanwhile, according to Robert Reich, Fetterman is knocked down, but still may win after a near-fatal stroke, which invited ridicule from trumpets such as Trump Jr., who told a Sunday night crowd at a rally in Miami that if you're going to be in the United States Senate, you should have basic cognitive function.
It doesn't seem that unreasonable to have a working brain.
We're up against a Democrat party today that doesn't believe that a United States Senator should not have much for brains.
Mike Singleton tweets, this is disgusting.
But the cruelty is the point.
Don Jr.
says, John Fetterman has much for brains.
The results of midterm could have been far worse.
The extreme grotesqueries of the Trumpist right were soundly defeated.
Pennsylvania gubernatorial candidate Doug Mastriano, Maine gubernatorial candidate Paul LePage, New Hampshire Senate candidate Don Boudou, and Wisconsin gubernatorial candidate Tim Michels—Michels, who promised if elected no Democrat could ever win Wisconsin again.
Most election-denying candidates for Secretary of State were defeated as of Wednesday evening.
Carrie Lake was trailing her Democrat rival for Arizona governor, Katie Hobbs, by a hair.
Congresswoman Lauren Boebert, the freshman mega-Republican from Colorado, was fighting to keep her seat.
But Marjorie Taylor Greene was re-elected, as was Andy Biggs, and many other election deniers, and Trump himself seems intent on launching another run for the White House and on American democracy within the week.
Not as bad as it could have been, but deeply concerning nevertheless.
We are still on the brink.
Team Biden even bragged about rigging the Brazilian election against Bolsonaro before Election Day.
Here we find ourselves again two years after the 2020 stolen election in a different country, but many of the same players.
How Team Biden tried to coup-proof Brazil's election.
Biden personnel from the White House, Defense Department, State Department, and CIA all took part in threatening the Bolsonaro administration in rare escalatory diplomatic meetings.
Look at this.
What just happened in Brazil is mathematically impossible, says international politico Matthew Treiman.
This was the same conclusion I came to in November 4, 2020, right here in America.
I've been involved in over 111 federal elections.
There's never been one like the American in 2020 or the Brazilian in 2022.
Voters don't vote in those patterns.
Data has never been tabulated in these patterns.
Mass uniformity in ballot returns is statistically improbable.
Read, impossible.
Well, look at this in Arizona.
Only 17% of Maricopa Election Day voters were Democrat, just as only 23% of primary Election Day voters were Democrat.
But Democrats are winning 50% of the delayed Election Day totals.
This is impossible.
Look at Carrie Leigh.
She has 1.1 million followers on Twitter, compared to Katie Hobbs, 148,000.
On Facebook, Carrie, 214,000.
On Facebook, Kerry, 214,000.
Katie, on Facebook, 11,000.
Katie Hobbs didn't campaign.
Katie Hobbs didn't debate.
Katie Hobbs had a most embarrassing interview on CNN that was so bad they refused to put it out.
This case and Fetterman are blatant flags, red flags.
This election was massively stolen.
Get this.
Roger Stone.
I seriously feel we're watching the first wholly manufactured election in our history.
In which all of the key competitive races have had their results directly programmed by the cabal.
The most crushing economic conditions, rampant crime, reckless foreign nuclear war, viltation, the most aggressive, perverse assaults on family and parental rights in history, all topped off by an embarrassing, unpopular disaster in the White House, leading a shrill, tin-eared, bellicose, fascist junta that appears indifferent to the ordeal they're inflicting on ordinary people.
And yet the Democrat monolith is barely dented?
Either the country has large states filled with brainwashed zealots who are too stupid and mindless to comprehend the reality of the collective damage they are ratifying with their votes, or at best lackluster and worse, appallingly deficient if not retarded candidates,
We are seeing direct black box voting manipulation at a level of final tabulation being perpetrated on a scale that renders typical ballot and voter fraud schemes unnecessary anachronisms as a decisive votes that have now kept the ruling hunter largely intact.
What most I hear from having an operating majority are literal fabrications piled onto Democrat vote totals by a few keystrokes entered in some master election hacking operation run by icy criminals in league with and part of the Democrat crime syndicate.
The experts Mike Lindell brought together have been quite explicit, factually well-supported, laying how the fraud goes far deeper and more comprehensive than any sort of ham-handed ballot harvesting, ballot box stuffing, or illegal voting schemes on the ground.
I mean, Fesskerman's supposed win is beyond any rational explanation and defies every known political and electoral principle and truism we have seen old firm throughout our entire history.
Direct, surreptitious, totally undetectable, untraceable digital alteration of final tabulation numbers obviating any need for any physical interventions or tampering of any kind Are the only viable option to repel and nullify the sheer popular electoral force of such a galvanizing wave election as this one had been building up to by nearly all empirical indications?
Here's someone who seems to have caught what was going on.
Catch them, but they couldn't lose.
We talked about this many months ago.
Newsom.
of the election was to take the House and take the Senate and flip a lot of governor seats, right?
Whitmer.
Some governor seats they don't care about.
A lot of those government, we talked about this many months ago, Newsom, Whitmer, Shapiro, and other governors that had no business winning their elections, they won anyway, Shapiro, Schumer, wait until you see the fraud in Schumer's election.
I don't think Schumer got a half a million votes from what I saw.
That was lighting up all night long.
If I had to just render a guess, As to who one of the most involved corrupt politicians are behind this election fraud, Chuck Schumer is at very close to the top of my list.
Why?
Because his election was completely fraudulent, and I mean not even close.
There were all sorts of irregularities in that election.
He won by a ton.
He got a ton of votes.
No one wants to elect that guy.
So he has to over-cheat to make sure that the great amount of votes that are coming in against him aren't enough to actually take him out of office.
You had some people that we needed out of office.
The White Hats needed out of office.
And you could say, well, that's cheating.
The White Hats are cheating too.
No, it's not.
They're cheating.
They're not letting our actual votes go through.
So we are stopping the cheating in some areas to make sure that we get control of the House and letting the actual votes come through.
Now, in some districts, in some races, we allowed actual votes to go through and guess what?
Our candidates lost.
We didn't win every single race that we thought we were going to win.
But we did know Seemingly, we didn't know where they were going to cheat.
Obviously, how they were going to cheat.
We knew their algorithms.
And, you know, it poises another question.
How did we know what their algorithms were going to be?
Well, we had 2020 as a template.
We knew exactly what they did in 2020.
We had two years now to reverse engineer their algorithms, put them into this program.
That's probably how the program got made.
Now I'm talking myself into it being easy.
I could probably do it now.
I know exactly what they did.
They got the 2020 algorithms.
They got the playbook from how they stole the 2020 election.
They put all that in a nice little tight little ball, threw it into a program and said, OK, let's watch it occur again.
We know they're going to do it.
Let's watch it.
Let's archive it.
Let's send it away.
Here's from the American thinker, something that may dig even deeper by Jay Valentine.
Here's how they did it.
Real time election fraud.
Database latency, a geeky term, but that's how they did it.
A policeman pulls over a speeder.
The police computer reports that three hours ago, a similar vehicle and person held up a liquor store.
So the police are on alert.
No database latency.
County election managers changed the zip code of 31,000 voters on September 3rd.
Ballots go out that week.
Those 31,000 are undeliberable.
Someone collects those valid ballots.
On September 15th, those addresses are quietly changed back.
National Change of Address Database, NCOA, will not pick up those address changes.
They didn't happen because there is no history.
The 31,000 citizens were getting their mail just fine, except for ballots.
Ballot addresses were driven by the county mail-in ballot database.
The one that was changed, then changed back.
Many states send ballots to everyone.
The recipient is none the wiser that they never received a mail-in ballot.
They may vote in person.
Oops!
You already voted.
Ever heard that?
Welcome to database latency.
Our bad guy pals know they can change voter rolls, take an action, then change them back.
Who would know?
A thousand votes, voters are changed from inactive, voted, then changed back, and how would you ever know?
With lots of complex foot—well, you could eventually tell from their voter history files, month after the election.
What are you going to do about it?
Reverse the election?
The new and current ballot-gathering strategy, mandated by the almost universal mailing ballots, adds pretty cool database games, exploiting database latency.
Our bad guys are happy to give up a few retail-level ballots to hide the wholesale-level ballot-gathering apparatus.
They count on it.
Here's the fraud equation taking place across the country.
Count the in-person votes on Election Day.
Count the early in-person votes.
Shut down the system.
Atlanta for a water leak, Maricopa County, anything they want.
Bring in undeliverable ballots gathered when you change voters' names, addresses, or zip codes, then change them back.
Determine the votes you need to win.
Press the win button.
Wait for the Republicans to file a lawsuit months later.
Floating ballots are the live blood Democrats need to win, and when they do.
Ballot gathers know Republicans use dumb technology.
Relational databases, SQL, NCOA, Melissa, all non-real-time, highly latent systems.
Bad guys are happy to watch Republicans waste time finding ones and twos, while the real action takes place by the thousands, invisible to these batch latency-prone systems.
The RNC helps with its antiquated big data system, equally oblivious to anything that happens within a month.
Here's another report.
Whoa!
If the voting machines in Arizona and other states were not certified or accredited, then like an expired driver's license, the votes they tabulate were not legally valid.
We may have recourse to undo the massively stolen 2022 midterm election.
Get this.
So if you have an uncertified machine and you put a ballot through it, Is there some way an uncertified machine can create a certified vote on the other end?
You cannot.
And so if these are uncertified ballots, you cannot certify an election.
People may go through the motions, they may play an act, but lawfully, it's an uncertified election.
And this is serious business, not only in the state of Arizona, but with every state across the United States that has adopted the HAVA Act, The same problem applies because it's the same voting machines and it's the same test labs.
There are only two test labs that do this.
So it's the same two test labs that travel around the United States to certify voting machines.
And if both were expired, then the permeates across the United States.
And this is something.
that I believe can change not only our election, but other states' elections.
But people have to take a look at the laws.
And in the case of Arizona, it's Arizona Revised Statute 16-442B as in Bravo.
16-442B as in Bravo says that the voting machines must, not shall, must be certified.
They must be certified.
Well, by who?
By an accredited test lab, an accredited test lab.
Not an expired accreditation, but accredited.
And these labs were not.
This can turn into, I think, a great blessing for our country, and we pray that this information gets out, people come to understand it, and we'll do something about it.
And the people need to stand up.
It can't be just five guys on the front lines.
The people have to stand up about this fact and bring it.
Meanwhile, the theft of election goes on.
Violating the law is something the Democrats are doing as a matter of routine.
Get this.
Just published.
Yesterday, campaign finance mules identified in Georgia's Senate race Democrat Raphael Warnock received over $24 million from hundreds of unemployed donors, giving over 358,000 donations.
These money mules were not your average American.
They weren't wealthy.
They were average Americans living in an average house in an average neighborhood.
Or at least that's how it would appear.
The investigative group observed massive patterns and red flags in the data.
One of the biggest was all these campaign finance mules in Washington State had been making donations to Raphael Warnock in Georgia.
Another massive pattern discovered was these very active donors were all unemployed.
It appears their full-time job was making donations to Democrat candidates and their campaigns.
Thus I offer an alternative take on fascism to that of Robert Wright.
Managed election with predetermined outcomes.
Massive censorship and unrestrained propaganda.
Politicalization of law enforcement and the judicial system.
Suppression of freedom of speech and of the press.
Demonizing and punishing your political opponents.
Ignoring the will of the people for the sake of elites.
Attacking those who protest as opposing democracy.
Send political enemies to prison or simply kill them.
JFK had it right, though he's being misquoted here.
What he said is, those who make peaceful reform impossible make violent revolution inevitable.
The U.S.
Constitution was designed to make reform possible by periodic elections, every member of the House every two years, one-third of the Senate every two years, by referendum, by reform, by recall, by impeachment, That's how we set the record straight.
If the public does not like the direction the government is going, we can change it.
But the Democrats are making that impossible.
And by making peaceful reform impossible, they are making violent revolution inevitable.
Are there any options?
There is a case before the Supreme Court that has surfaced and added to the Court's Emergency Docket 22-380, Roland J. Brunson Petitioner v. Alma S. Adams and others.
The case involves a possible removal of a sitting President and Vice President of the United States, along with 388 members of the Congress.
Respondents were properly warned and were requested to make an investigation into a highly covert, swift, and powerful enemy seeking to destroy the Constitution of the United States of America.
The case alleges Congress failed in its constitutional duty by ignoring the protection of critical infrastructure to wit election systems during a national emergency.
U.S.
courts have consistently held that fraud vitiates everything.
The classic case, 1878, U.S.
v. Throckmorton, the refusal of the respondents to investigate the congressional claim the enemy is an act of treason and fraud by the respondents.
The successful manipulation of U.S.
election constitutes an act of war.
Harry Cassie has been interviewing looking into this.
She writes, Today's interview with Loy Brunson reads Supreme Court Case 22-380.
Brunson vs. Adams and defendants Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, 388 members of the House and Senate from the lawsuit.
On January 6, 2021, the 117th Congress held a proceeding and debate in Washington, D.C.
Hereafter proceeding.
Proceeding was for the purpose of counting votes under the 2020 presidential election for the President and Vice President of the United States under Amendment 12.
During this proceeding, over 100 members of Congress claimed factual evidence that said election was rigged.
The refusal of respondents to investigate this congressional claim, the enemy, is an act of treason and, due to the fact this case represents a national security breach on an unprecedented level like never before seen, seriously damaging and violating, runs and coincidentally affects every citizen of the USA in courts of law.
More!
Voting is the greatest power an individual can exercise in a republic.
It is Brunson's personal voice and the way he can protect his personal constitutional protected right in the U.S.
Constitution.
When the allegations of a rigged election came forward, the respondents had a duty under the law to investigate it or be removed from office.
And It is an uncontestable fact that the respondents committed fraud and treason, breaching our national security, as factually alleged in Bronson's complaint, thus adhering to a domestic enemy that continues to breach our national security at an alarming rate on a daily basis.
This national security breach is having the same end result as an act of war, placing into power whom the respondents want, which is Biden.
Brunson moves this court with his power to order the trial court in this case to immediately grant to Brunson the damages he seeks in his complaint.
This is necessary to immediately secure our national security without any further delay.
Regarding the Supreme Court, 22-380, it alleges a 2020 election was rigged and it listed defendants, 94 U.S.
senators and 129 members of the House, Joseph R. Biden and Kamala Harris, as well as former VP Mike Pence, in a conspiracy to defraud the United States of Mr. Brunson by rigging or allowing to be rigged the 2020 election process.
It calls for, amongst others, the removal of 94 senators, President Biden and Vice President Harris, as well as over 100 members of the House, for being part of a conspiracy to rig the 2020 election and overthrow the duly elected leader of the United States.
It is on the Supreme Court docket.
You can find it there.
Is it going to have any success?
If I had to judge based upon the manner in which the Supreme Court dealt with the Texas case, which in my opinion was more artfully constructed and more powerful in its impact, then probably not.
But I can guarantee if this isn't straightened out, then the United States is headed into chaos and oblivion, and I don't doubt whatsoever that violence is going to occur if the American people have any courage and integrity left.
Thanks for this opportunity.
I welcome any questions any of you may have.
Please.
Carl.
Jim, great presentation.
Thank you very much.
Yeah, all the facts are on our side, and we're still lacking a breakout.
Otherwise, we're looking at, as far as I can tell, Civil War 2.0 coming up, or some sort of a Great Awakening.
But until we get this breakthrough, man, it's just tragic comic with all the facts on our side.
Yeah, I couldn't agree more, Carl.
I mean, you go back to the hypotheses.
What's the probability of the overwhelming support from the Democrats, from all the key constituencies, the Catholics, Hispanics, the white suburban women, blacks even?
It's just preposterous to think that the Democrats could have prevailed under those conditions.
The evidence is simply overwhelming.
It wasn't even mathematically possible.
Look at Carrie Leigh.
13% turn out of Democrats, but they get over 50% of the vote.
Give me a break.
And Pennsylvania was equally absurd.
Brian, your thoughts?
Oh, I think, I think we all knew how bad it was when Joe Biden got 81 million votes.
I hate to say what's obvious, but it's just ridiculous.
The whole, I mean, The whole thing is totally stupid.
It's a great presentation.
You've done a wonderful job putting together a whole bunch of evidence.
But the question remains, will the courts take notice?
And if not the courts, then what agency would?
And that's what concerns me about the entire nature of the situation, is there's just not going to be a lot of justice here.
Now, while there are aspects of that submission to the court, it is on the docket.
The Supreme Court has great latitude.
They can do whatever they want to do.
They can take a kind of a shoddy, not legally really respectable piece like this, which I regard to be the case for Bronson, and take it seriously and act upon it if they're so disposed.
On the other hand, they could take a very carefully crafted, legally impeccable, and evidentially substantiated petition such as mine for rehearing, which they reviewed yesterday, and reject it nevertheless.
They have that kind of latitude.
We do not know what we can count on from this Supreme Court.
But Brunson will be in conference next Friday.
And therefore, if they're going to act, we should know by the following Monday.
Monique, Yeah, so I'm solution-oriented because we have been talking for quite a while.
Oh, woe is me, and I'm glad to hear that it's going to the court.
But what is your suggestion for what people on the street, man, woman, or in somewhere in between in the street, can do?
Because unfortunately, even though more people have woken up, and I don't say woke, I mean awakened, it's concerning that There's still so many people that say, well, you can't do anything about it.
Mainly older people say that, but I just had a friend, she's in her late 40s, PhD, can't do anything about it.
So with that type of an attitude, Nothing will get done.
I mean, there is power in people and numbers.
We can't just all march and expect things to happen, usually.
You do need the court system to change it.
It needs to be both.
As we can see from George Floyd, the Court of Public Opinion, what that did.
But what is your suggestion for solutions from the everyday person?
Well, the problem, Monique, and you're really delineating it indirectly, is that there are important elements of the establishment on both sides of the Republican and the Democrat Party that are opposed to the populist movement that was inspired by Donald Trump.
He represents, in essence, a third party.
He wants to make America great again.
He brought us energy independence.
He's criticizing the fake news media.
He closed down the borders.
He was seeing wages rise at the highest rate for the lowest earning wage earners.
I wanted him to come out with all guns blazing against the theft of this 2022 election.
I was appalled he did not do that.
There must be a regrouping.
There must be leadership at the national level.
And if it's not Trump, then it's hard to see who it could be, possibly DeSantis.
God knows he had a flawless election in Florida.
They imposed all the right laws, voter ID, everything you'd expect, and they came out with a Republican red wave in Florida because the voting was allowed to take place properly there.
But we have massive evidence from every side that elsewhere in the country it was stolen on an unprecedented level.
Roger Stone got it exactly right.
And I don't think he knew exactly how it was done, but he could tell the signs.
It's when you're so immersed in politics, you just have a sense because it's called intuition.
It's really subconscious reasoning.
You become so habitual in the way you process information.
He sorted it out right.
He got it exactly right.
And look at all the confirmation we have now.
So, Monique, we just have to do everything we can at every level.
I thought that Joaquin just was masterful in encouraging us to get involved at the local level.
But you must do everything you can.
Write your senator.
Write your representative in the House.
But, you know, I grant you it's more likely to fall on deaf ears than not.
We've got to get rid of electronic voting machines.
That's the greatest obstacle to election integrity in the United States of America today.
Sad to say.
Michael Caine says that the bar needs to be exposed, removed.
Yet I do believe we still need the courts.
So how can that be done?
It's a massive job.
People don't even know what the bar means.
Can I jump in for a minute?
Please do, Michael.
I wonder your thoughts on the original 13th Amendment.
Remind me what the 13th declares.
The original 13th Amendment was burned in the burning during the War of 1812 of the Library of Congress in D.C.
The original 13th Amendment was recently unearthed in Maine, and it's proven now in grassroots organizations to have been accepted and having been installed, and what it says is very specifically this.
This has been, of course, eclipsed by the Emancipation Proclamation and the second 13th Amendment.
But the first one is saying that if, in fact, you are a holder of a minor patent of nobility from a foreign power, you are precluded from participating in American government.
That's my understanding of it.
So, the British Accredited Registry is the bar.
Attorneys must pass the bar on their way to becoming judges.
Michael, this is fascinating stuff, but sad to say, we have only so much time for each presentation, and mine has run out.
So add your comments in the chat.
You've been making many excellent comments in the chat, which I greatly appreciate, whether or not you've been able to articulate them.
Over the internet as well.
Do that.
