Time Text
This is that Jim Fetzer, Master of Wisconsin, joined today by Carl Herman in San Ramon, California, and Brian Davidson in Houston, Texas.
We're here to bring you all the news you need to know.
Latest development in Brazil.
The military is taking over a stolen election.
This would be a wonderful example for America if we could count on our military.
But sad to say, with Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin, I don't think there's any chance the military could come clean and help America out.
The first in the world to report the Brazilian military was mobilizing its constitutional authority.
We're Gateway Pundit and Matt Wyman.
To protect democracy, we should have such a good thing here.
Sources confirm the army's mobilizing and eliminating key leaders of the Communist-allied drug cartels in Rio.
Wow!
The army has invaded Palavas of Rio de Janeiro and killed top leaders of the Commando Verhilo Red Command drug cartel, which supports a communist criminal, Luis Zinciano Lula da Silva, who is trying to stay in office.
Observers take this to indicate the beginning of a federal military intervention.
The drug gangs were the only to celebrate the alleged election victory by criminal Lula, firing automatic weapons in the air, for example.
Those bullets, of course, are going to come down somewhere.
The heads of the drug traffickers, identified as Rodrigo Barbosa Minero, known as Rolanino or Tito Rolanina, And Helveton Nascamillo, Jr., the bad boy, respectively, were killed during a military police operation on Thursday.
Three other suspects died in action, and one who is also injured is in prison.
Wow!
The drug cartels are the armed wings of the communists.
Commando Variable, who controls part of Rio de Janeiro and was formed in 1979, has an alliance between cartels and communists.
If they are eliminated, the risk of civil war will be significantly reduced.
Wow!
Biden's national security advisor, Jake Sullivan, will be in Brasilia For a meeting with the corrupt criminal Lula and members of his crew, where the main item is a charge for the Brazilian government to clearly condemn the war in Ukraine and engage with the U.S.
and European partners in the supply of weapons to the Zelensky regime.
I think they've got more problems on their hands than Ukraine.
The CIA has been undermining elections in Brazil since last year, at least with Sullivan and Biden's CIA Director William Burns visiting Brasilia to threaten President Bolsonaro directly.
And I say, if they do it in Brazil, why not right here in the USA?
Hundreds of thousands of Brazilians were protesting over the weekend, staying outside army bases, pleading for the military to save the country from the communists and the cartels.
The corrupt Superior Electoral Court moved a date to certify the stolen election from December 19th to 2 p.m.
on Monday, December 12th.
Observers believe the pro-communist squirt wants to move quickly to install their candidate, Lula, possibly even moving up certification of this deal to this week.
Inauguration is scheduled for January 1st, 2023.
That put pressure on the Military High Command to act before it's too late.
Speaking of Steve Bannon, Brazil observer Matt Treiman pointed out that Bol Basario military would be in danger of being purged if the corrupt criminal Lula were to take power.
It's off to the gulags, then.
The Military Deputy Prosecutor General sent a letter to the Military Prosecutor General, noting failure to comply with the steps requested by the Ministry of Defense when inspecting the electronic voting system, complaining of possible interference of foreign companies in the electoral process, which could not be verified since the military of the aforementioned team does not have broad access to information related to the electoral process, unlike the big tech companies
Which maintain a partnership with the electoral court.
There should be an investigation into a possible crime against the country's external security regarding a possible cyber attack.
How welcome is that?
The official declaration of Article 142 allows the military to intervene in the case of a conflict between branches of government is expected to occur this week.
Soldiers were seen joining the protesters, instructing them to remain calm when action comes.
Drivers cheered military convoys deploying to strategic locations throughout the country.
Troops have also been deployed to the Venezuelan border to guard against communist invasion.
Speaking before the Brazilian Senate-retired regional election magistrate Sebastião Sio, also called for the arrest of the corrupt Chief Justice André de Mores, who's been carrying water for the communist takeover.
Tiozini retired from his bench on August 19th in protest against Moretz, whose waging war against his country.
But I believe the Brazilian people will win.
The Brazilian people are the victims of a coup by the Supreme Court.
Therefore, the President must invoke Article 142 of the Constitution to enable the armed forces to act.
This will be portrayed as a coup, but is actually a counter-coup.
Brazilian Indios are also protesting the fraud, since there were allegedly zero votes from the indigenous territories for Bolsonaro.
Everybody already knows the elections were stolen, said Chief Rooney before the Senate on 1130.
What are we waiting for?
Brazilian Indios support Bolsonaro because racist neocolonial Western climate activists are trying to take away their livelihoods and make them live in poverty again.
Wow!
What a sensational development.
Carl, your thoughts?
I'm officially enjoying the show.
So Brazil decides to use their military to take out the mercenary gang aspect of their government, the assassins, the gangsters, and that's going to be a direct warning to all of the gang members.
It's going to give them both an opportunity to leave the gang and a heads up that they at least better put their activities on hold, cooperating with their order givers and their payment masters in the government.
Now, the idea that people, some Americans may say, well, I'm sure that happens elsewhere, but not, yeah, it happens here.
As a teacher at Jefferson High School in Central Los Angeles at 41st and Compton, my students universally told me that every big drug deal had LAPD involved, and this was my students universally told me that every big drug deal had And, uh, and this was universal.
This was, and my students, you know, would tell me this.
They would say, you know, Mr. Herman, we know that you don't know this.
You're white.
You're not from here.
But they really work with the, and, and they said that there really are cruisers of known killer cops.
And these are the cops that if you see them, you run away.
You run away because they will kill.
And that's just part of what they do.
Anyway.
And people can look at the connection with Gary Webb and CIA to understand it's at the federal level of government as well.
Brian.
This is a good example of the old quote that you can vote your way into communism, but you're going to have to shoot your way out.
Bolsonaro was an outside leader who didn't want to sign the WHO treaties.
We know that the Americans and the CIA are down there, and I think the Brazilian people No, that as well.
This whole thing was started by truckers and farmers who blocked roads to fight it all up.
And of course the voting machines down there are biometric and there's a lot of suspicion that they're just simply using the same sort of tricks that they use here in America to control those elections.
Of course, that's what everybody suspects about it.
By the way, Bolivia had joined up when the truckers and farmers decided to shut down the The food supply and the transportation infrastructure.
But basically, it appears that the voting machines wouldn't accept Bolsonaro votes.
And by the way, how do I know that the CIA is there?
12 days ago, there was a shooting.
Let me just read you some of the things about this.
Three people, including an adolescent girl, were killed and 11 others wounded Friday when a 16-year-old shooter opened fire on two schools in southwestern Brazil.
Authorities said the shooter had opened fire on a group of teachers at his former school Friday morning, killing two people and leaving nine others wounded.
He then left the public primary and secondary school and went to a nearby private school where he killed an adolescent girl and left two other people wounded.
Security camera footage aired on Brazilian media showed the shooter running into the school dressed in a military-style camouflage And brandishing a gun.
Where have we heard this before?
He then sprinted through the hallways sending staff fleeing in terror as he began firing shots.
So investigators said he had a swastika on his fatigues according to a survey by anthropologist Adriana Dice.
There are currently 530 active neo-nazi cells inside the country.
I guess all Bolsonaro voters now Are a member of one of the 530 neo-Nazi cells in the country.
So we know the CIA is down there.
We know they're controlling the media.
We know the people aren't taking it in.
And we know that they're running the same false flags that they've always been running to try to take the guns away from the people and their ability to fight back.
So go Brazil!
I'm hoping to see a victory by the people down there.
What an inspiring example!
I mean, that such things should happen here in the USA?
My God, I would be ecstatic!
Fantastic.
Very excellent comments, both.
Meanwhile, Brittany Griner freed in a prison swab with Russia.
This is rather intriguing.
The American basketball star, who I take as transgender, had been imprisoned on drug charges, traded for Victor Bout, a Russian arms dealer.
NBA star Brittany Greener is freed after Biden and admin negotiate a release from a Russian penal colony in exchange for an arms dealer.
Biden signed off on the trade, which took place in the United Arab Emirates, even though it meant leaving behind Paul Whelan, An American corporate security executive remains jailed in Russia.
She is safe.
She's on a plane.
She's on her way home, Biden said.
She'll soon be back in the arms of her loved ones.
She should have been there all along.
I'm proud today we have made one more family whole.
Brittany Greener's wife, Sherelle Greiner, was in the Oval Office with Biden, and they were able to speak by phone.
Shirelle, speaking after Biden, expressed her sincere attitude.
Greiner will be flown to a medical facility in San Antonio, where she will receive care.
Shirelle will meet her there.
The move marks one of the most high-profile swaths between Moscow and Washington since the Cold War, with the Kremlin seeing the return of Viktor Bout, Whom Russian President Putin has been wanting to get back, and who served 11 of a 25-year sentence in the U.S.
Her return, Griner, will cap a month-long saga that began in February when she was detained at Moscow's airport after Russian authorities found vape canisters with cannabis oil in her luggage.
The 32-year-old Phoenix Mercury player was subject to prolonged and often public negotiation between the country.
I'm telling you, I'm determined to get her home safely, Biden had said back on November 9.
Whalen was serving a 16-year sentence after being accused of spying, which the U.S.
has denied.
Those familiar with negotiating for his release say the Russians have refused to release him without getting a Russian spy in return.
The U.S.
insisted it does not have any Russian spies in custody and thus could not meet the demand.
During her trial, Greiner pleaded guilty but said she had no criminal intent.
The canisters, which she had been prescribed to treat chronic pain, were packed inadvertently as she hurriedly prepared for her flight.
NBC News reported in July the U.S.
proposed a prisoner exchange with Russia for both Greiner and Whelan, who's been detained since 2018.
That deal would have included the U.S.
releasing Bout, known as the Merchant of Death, because he's one of the world's largest illicit arms dealers.
Mount was sentenced to 25 years in federal prison in 2012 after being convicted of selling arms to Colombian rebels, which prosecutors said were intended to kill Americans.
Wow, at that rate, how many Americans would be in prison forever for selling arms to foreigners?
The Washington-Moscow swap marks the most prominent diplomatic engagement between the countries since the intrusion into Ukraine.
The Biden admin has faced tremendous pressure to bring home the 6-foot-9 Houston native.
Granted, his teammates, family, and friends, as well as a number of celebrities, lobbied for her return.
This guy, Bout, by the way, is a very significant player.
With U.S.
and Western allies confronting the realities of a new Cold War, the high-stakes swap will evoke memories of Soviet-era trades.
One of the most well-known was Francis Gary Power, the U-2 plane pilot, who was traded for Soviet spy Rudolf Abel in an exchange in a fog-shrouded bridge between West Berlin and East.
The largest U.S.-Russian swipe swap came in 2010.
When ten Russian agents, including Anna Chapman, were exchanged for four other Russians accused of spying for the West.
Among them, Sergei Skripal, who was later poisoned with a nerve agent in the UK.
The British blame Moscow for the poisoning.
I mentioned the film Lord of War because a guy out has actually portrayed there as a major arms dealer.
It's a wonderful film, by the way, for those who haven't seen it.
I won't give away the plot, but let's say it makes a lot of very telling points.
Meanwhile, Carl.
Wow, great stories.
So, for Griner, you know, I feel for that individual nine years for having a cannabis cartridge, and this is just what people have for medical and recreational cannabis now in 37 of the 50 states.
And, let's see, what else was I going to say?
And this Bout person.
So I think what this guy got busted for in the first place is this is a Russian arms dealer selling arms to Colombia.
Colombia, that's in the American sphere of influence, bitch.
So I would bet that Bout was trafficking against the official US traffickers.
And that's why he got busted, because he was Well, I'm just exhausted with the whole gay LGBT thing.
he was on somebody else's turf and you don't allow that in gang warfare.
Yeah, he's interfering in the American arms market, right?
Brian, your thoughts.
Well, I'm just exhausted with the whole gay LGBT thing.
We're at the False Flags and Conspiracies Conference.
You'll see that I did a session on Masonic symbols and You know, I see a lot of the tattoos on Greiner that makes me suspect that she's a part of the machine.
Now, it's official that Greiner was arrested back in April of 2015 for beating up her girlfriend.
And can somebody correct me?
Is this, I mean, 6'9", is this a guy or is this a girl or is this a lesbian woman?
I'm convinced Greiner's transgender.
You know, this is a guy who's turned into a woman.
Yeah, biological male.
Okay.
Well, I have a hard time with that because she can't dunk.
So, if she was a guy, 6'9", but maybe that's just the NBA.
Look, it's probably the best trade the NBA's made in a long time, just WNBA's made in a long time.
Anyway, listen, remember Trump doing some negotiations with North Korea, just sort of made a phone call and got three of our prisoners back?
For nothing is what we were told.
So either these guys that are doing these negotiations are rank amateurs or they value a cannabis smoking WNBA player that can't dunk more than an international arms dealer.
This is just, it doesn't make a lot of sense.
Either Putin's the best negotiator ever in the history of America or Greiner isn't exactly What she seems I find it hard to believe that she would try to roll on into Russia with a With a banned substance like that, you know, maybe it's all a setup.
I don't know, you know, there's a lot of different conspiracy stuff out there, but If I'm Putin who cares have your lesbian six nine player back.
I'll take the arms dealer That's a pretty easy trade in my book.
So he must be doing something, right?
Yeah, I just, the whole thing smells so fishy to me, but I have a feeling that this is just sort of a manufactured sort of story that the media wants to put out to keep this whole transgender thing up front because they really want to push this hate yourself, gay, no kids, sort of weird transgender platform that needs to stop.
Of course, the people love these policies, the Biden admin.
That's why we, you know, brought in back so many Democrats during the midterm.
I mean, Chuck Schumer was boasting about the endorsement of their policies and their achievements.
My God, how could we lose track?
Just disgusting.
Meanwhile, Republicans demand investigation into Arizona Democrat Hobbs after emails are released.
Voters are demanding a federal investigation into Katie Hobbs, who won a race in a very bizarre election laden with problems when she was suspicious of acting in her capacity, by acting in her capacity as the state's top election official at the time, in internal Twitter emails.
Have her believe showing her corrupt action to steal the election did not stop at the ballot box.
The emails released as part of the Twitter files by Elon Musk appear to show that Hobbs, who served as Secretary of State at the time, emailed Twitter staffers in January 2021 to have accounts blocked she claimed contained so-called election misinformation.
Georgia Republican Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene tweeted about the situation.
The SOS means Secretary of State of Arizona and governor candidate Katie Hobbs used the power of the AZSOS to collude with Twitter to unconstitutionally violate the First Amendment rights of Americans for her own political gain.
This is communism and Hobbs cannot be governor.
I'm calling for a federal investigation.
Christina Bobb, a former attorney for Trump, also tweeted, posting a screenshot of the document from Schmitt's discovery file.
The Republican Party, more details being reported, tweeted, General Brnovich, we hope you're taking a serious look at Secretary Hobbs.
At a minimum, Arizonans deserve to know what accounts and tweets were censored.
The First Amendment was created to protect citizens against the government, not the other way around.
Breaking!
Email leaks reveal Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs was in regular communication with Twitter, telling them who to censor.
And we have some samples of what was going on.
Email leaks reveal Secretary of State Katie Hobbs was in regular communication.
According to reports, the internal Twitter emails reveal Hobbs' team allegedly spoke with former Twitter staffers and execs to flag certain users and accounts.
The bombshell revelation comes on the heel of Elon Musk via journalist Matt Tiabi revealing internal company communication during the platform work with the Democrats to censor conservatives.
The Daily Wire adds, according to an email on January 7th, 2021.
The communications director for Hobbs office emailed the Center for Internal Security saying they are flagging an unidentified Twitter profile for review under the subject line, election-related misinformation.
The email included an unknown employee of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, a branch under Homeland Security.
A CIS representative forwarded a message to a Twitter staffer saying, please see this report below from the Arizona SOS office.
Let me know if you have any questions, meaning do it, censor.
The Twitter employee responded, thank you.
Both tweets have been removed from the service.
It does appear in Twitter work with both Republicans and Democrats.
Looking into tweets, Hobbs was recently declared the winner over GOP opponent Harry Lake by less than one point.
While they may have been working on both sides, they were overwhelmingly benefiting the Democrats.
There's absolutely no doubt about it.
Current GOP Governor Doug Ducey, the state attorney shown that Chief Justice have certified Hobbs as the winner.
Following Tiabi's revelations and the latest involving Hobbs, some GOP lawmakers are calling for federal probes.
Troy Neils, a Republican in Texas, called on Musk to release the names of federal officials involved in censorship with Twitter.
Investigations are coming!
Wrap foil around the doorknob when you're alone.
Here's why.
Oh, those are just ads that snuck their way in.
Sorry about that.
To that end, a member of the Republican leadership is set to take action against the executives in charge of Twitter when the Hunter Biden laptop story was quashed.
James Comer of the House Oversight Committee said he's going to bring in staffers who are responsible for bearing the story.
Every employee at Twitter who was involved in suppressing the Hunter laptop story will have an opportunity—I emphasize opportunity—to come before Congress and explain their actions when we announce the investigation of the Biden family.
...and referenced the laptop.
Many in the mainstream said this was just a conspiracy theory, he said to host Sean Hannity.
The mainstream is still trying to use the old talking points the laptop is somehow rushing disinformation.
The representative said more on Twitter.
In January, I can promise you this.
Every Twitter employee involved in suppressing the Hunter laptop story will have an opportunity to come before government oversight and explain their actions to the American people.
I look forward to that.
Carl, your thoughts.
More encouraging developments!
So if we have the Twitter files unleashed that are unredacted by the former FBI attorney Jim Baker, just recently exited from Twitter, that could be another area that would be a game-changer.
Ender.
Let's see all those communications.
Let's see exactly who was saying what.
And if you have the Arizona Secretary of State who is overseeing her own election as the Secretary of State, a little conflict of interest like the biggest one you could have, the best example that you could have.
And let's see exactly what information she demanded or her office demanded be deleted as misinformation.
Let's have a good look at that.
I'd like to see what they wanted to be removed.
And then the bigger picture, of course, in Maricopa County, that is the election fraud is certain.
The recent documentaries, 2,000 Mules and Selection Coat, as well as all of the data that is Been generated from Maricopa County from the 2020 election and that that limited audit and forward into 2022, the election fraud is certain.
Brian, well, when it comes to Arizona and elections, I remember the very moment that I said, this is all alive.
This is total bullshit.
That was.
November of 2020, the night the election night.
When Fox News called Arizona for Biden very early, very, very prematurely.
And that was, to me, just the last straw, as if I hadn't had enough already.
It's like, well, they do put on a good show, whatever, but it's all lies anyway.
Anyway, the Truth of Vote organization was recommended for investigation by the Attorney General of Arizona.
We all know that it's all fake, and the idea that all of a sudden a conspiracy regarding voting is going to get uncovered is, to me, it's a nice dream, but a dream nonetheless.
I just simply don't believe that this stuff's going to get exposed and this stuff's going to Get out into the open.
And I don't believe that the power structures won't give up on something as big as this.
But we shall see.
Let's hope that somewhere, somehow, something, something breaks.
But I can think through all the conspiracies in my mind going all the way back.
And I still don't remember seeing a perp walk that was significant.
And so again, I'm going to go back to my default position, which is until I see someone seriously prosecuted, that was in a serious position of power, who gives a damn?
It's all fake.
It's all a lie.
And it's all bullshit.
Yeah, I think you're right about that, but if there were ever a case where it was spectacular that it was stolen, it's right here in Arizona with this gubernatorial race, so I think there's a ghost of a chance.
No, it was 81 million Biden votes!
81 million!
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
I agree, I agree, I agree.
Of course, of course, of course.
Meanwhile, we'll be right back.
A friend sent me this and said that this was me.
Do you realize that exposing the illegal things your government has been doing is illegal?
I think that hits the nail pretty much on the head.
Meanwhile, Dr. Naomi Wolf.
Yale gets more in HHS bribes than they get from tuition.
Unbelievable.
Policy legally qualifies as human trafficking.
This woman is getting the word out.
Yale is paid more by HHS than it brings in with tuition.
That explains why it would continue to subject students to a bioweapon injections that were only ever tested on eight mice, while not forcing faculty to get the same.
HHS has bought Yale.
Yale received $9 billion since 1998, $1.7 billion since COVID, $607,281,891 in 2022, That's about 30% more than it gets from tuition.
What this means is Yale doesn't need its students as much as it needs HHS.
They'd rather lose their students than lose HHS.
What Naomi has done is show Yale's decision to force this five-alien, eight-mouse death jam on students is not based on public health and safety, purely on retaining their grants.
They're using fraud in the process to coerce students into accepting an untested, unnecessary, dangerous medical procedure so they can continue to profit via grants.
Why this is important?
If you look into Connecticut law, what they are doing qualifies as human trafficking.
Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000 permits the recruitment, transportation, provision, or obtaining of a person for labor or services through the use of force, fraud, or coercion for the purpose of involuntary servitude.
How trafficking is defined at the Connecticut state level?
To use a fraud, coercion, or force to compel or induce another person to provide labor or services that that person has a legal right to refrain from providing, Yale is human trafficking for profit.
A Class A felony, 20 years in jail.
Here are some of the amounts here that they've been getting from the Health and Human Services, rather shocking stuff.
Here you have more reporting on the financial income, and I just got to applaud this woman.
She is terrific!
I think I'm in love.
Carl, your thoughts?
Well, for Yale and really all of the universities and colleges that get federal grant money, that means that they are agreeing to play within the federal narratives.
And this connection is very, very important and is well demonstrated by this.
A testimony in agreement.
I have a Patriot colleague who teaches at Stanford's Medical School and she does cannabis research and she says that this is very difficult because cannabis is illegal at the federal level and she has had to interact with the administration more than once to make sure that the publication means and the communications of her research
Don't somehow conflict with what Stanford is committed to, which is to keep those federal grants coming in.
Very good Brian.
Well, they don't like to set very much at Freemason University, Yale skull and bones center.
So.
DeSantis was from there.
Do you remember the Don't Taze Me Bro video that goes way back?
That was at Yale University about John Kerry.
And the Yale coat of arms is the old ancient Babylonian symbolism with Hebrew symbolism.
Listen, what do you expect from Freemason University?
That the government would be convinced to fund them?
What a crazy thought that Freemason University would be able to control government funding and get this kind of funding from the government.
Look, they're just simply selecting the next layer of their puppet tree.
They're just doing the old nepotism, Freemason family thing, bloodline stuff here in America.
There's nothing new under the sun, and it doesn't surprise me a bit that they get more of their money from government sources when the government is loaded with their graduates.
Isn't it disgusting?
Unbelievable.
Meanwhile, if I commit suicide, it's not real.
Elon Musk addresses speculation about his mental health.
During a live Q&A following a first batch release related to the Twitter files, he explained he's not having suicidal thoughts.
The comment was a response to a question of whether he were suicidal.
I do not have any suicidal thoughts.
It may have been meant, by the way, that he's going to be suicidal.
Was he being suicidal by taking an action that was going to be so vehemently opposed by those he was exposing?
If I commit suicide, it's not real.
The Twitter files are a trove of documents revealing Twitter's censorship activities leading up to the 2020 presidential election.
He joked, given the revelations in the files in his express plan to ensure political powers have no undisclosed influence at the company.
Powerful figures and institution may want him out of the way.
Twitter is the one company no longer colluding, is no longer just going with the NPC group think, I should probably increase my security or something.
I think that's right.
The NPC is derived from non-player characters in video games, an internet meme describing people who follow the mainstream rather than think for themselves.
The internal Twitter communication released by MUST's new leadership Via Mattiabi, unveiled communication showing how former Twitter execs censored reports about Biden's infamous laptop leading up to the 2020 election.
Musk said earlier this amounts to election interference, and of course he's correct.
The billionaire also denied claims that Twitter was some kind of right-wing hellscape, saying, absolutely not.
In fact, there are far fewer bots, far fewer trolls, and it's actually, I think, way more fun and interesting.
And we're seeing that in the user minutes and in the average daily users, which no doubt has been skyrocketing.
Twitter's censorship has been biased toward Democrat candidates.
That a very different standard was applied to Republicans in the U.S.
versus the Democrats.
I'm not saying it's definitely the case, but there appears to have been a double standard.
Democrats were not censored, left causes were not censored, but right causes and Republicans were.
I think it's fairly, frankly, obvious to anyone who uses Twitter, without extra exposure to Twitter power, it was not even hinted.
I agree it was blatant and obvious.
The billionaire commented Twitter's censorship on the right was frankly the behavior expected from an organization that is based in San Francisco, which is far left.
So from their standpoint, it wouldn't seem that they were being unfair.
It's simply how they see the world.
During the Q&A, he also addressed claims many advertisers were dropping Twitter.
The Tesla CEO said Apple, Twitter's single biggest advertiser historically and presently, has fully resumed advertising, which is appreciated.
I think we're starting to see a lot of others resume their spending.
I think people would read all these stories in the media and think they were true, and they're not.
Meanwhile, court stops gun control push.
If you only listen to Mainstream Legacy and their bosses, anti-Second Amendment politicians, it would be easy to think all the news about gun control is about how those laws are being passed and implemented.
It is in some cases, but not all.
A recent decision by a court in a very anti-Second Amendment state—that would be Oregon, at least on the state level, if not local—has put a halt to a measure that passed there, at least temporarily, which is good news.
Samantha Bloom writes, An Oregon state judge granted a temporary restraint order on December 6 against all provision of the state's valid Measure 114, which requires a permit to purchase firearms in instances of ban on large-capacity magazines.
The measure, passed by 50.7% of the voters on November 8, was scheduled to take effect on December 8.
Pending the hearing on the motion, defendants and defendants' agents are temporarily restrained from enforcing Ballot Measure 114.
The new law would require residents to complete a background check to obtain a permit to purchase a gun, would prohibit the manufacture, sale, use, and purchase of magazines that hold more than 10 rounds of ammo, and allow a shooter to keep firing without having to pause to reload.
Holding the measure would violate Article 1, Section 27 of the Oregon Constitution, which enumerates the right to bear arms.
The judge added, deprivation of fundamental constitutional rights for any period constitutes irreparable harm.
What a magnificent statement!
To be frank, this is a temporary ruling purveying the law for going into effect until it can have a more thorough day in court, but it's a big win for the law-abiding people of Oregon on the way to having this ridiculous law.
All gun control laws are ridiculous, though not completely.
Now, the people have work to do to make sure that anti-Second Amendment zealots don't steal their gun rights from them in Oregon.
Carl, your thoughts?
Well, with the first story, the concept of being Epstein, at least, you know, removed from the news scene that the world sees, of course, that is real.
And the assassinations of JFK, RFK, and MLK, those are real.
So it is important to be able to see the pattern if you're an influential person and you threaten the power structure.
Real threat.
Now, I did see that Adam Schiff was tweeting, alleging that hate crime is up on Twitter since Musk took over.
So, you know, Elon has the opportunity to totally open up what Jim Baker was hiding as an attorney with Twitter.
So we shall see what is there.
This could be a game ender, as I said.
Or it could just be another limited hangout and we're going to be told, oh you know, mistakes were made and just buy a few lone nuts, but everything's okay now.
We'll see which way it goes.
And for the Second Amendment, ladies and gentlemen, patriots, brothers and sisters, we are at war.
Protect the Second Amendment.
Don't give them an inch.
Carl B. Herman.
Blogspot any of these shows.
This is AMREF 2.0.
With regard to Elon Musk, I'd say so far so good.
Brian, yours.
Well, I'm really glad that you combined these two stories.
The first one about the First Amendment, our freedom of association and our freedom of speech, and the second one about the Second Amendment, which protects our right to our First Amendment.
Look, at the end of the day, the battle that we're in can be really simply stated.
We are in a battle where we will either be slaves to the masters, or we will be free men.
Free men discriminate.
Slaves do not.
Slaves can't have guns.
Slaves can't fight back.
They are entered into involuntary contracts on behalf of their masters.
And so it's funny to me when you take a look at these two stories that we as Americans have such a myopic perspective that we can't see what's happening globally.
Do you realize that in China these people are entered into involuntary contracts where their right to travel is limited by their social credit score?
They have to cover their faces with masks to be able to even move around because there's five cameras per citizen.
In China, and what are they doing?
They have to carry around a white piece of paper to say, I am in protesting because they can't write what they say because facial recognition can pick up their eyes.
They are in an involuntary contract where they are treated as if they are slaves to the state right now.
And if I, if I've been taking a look at those Chinese protesters, one of the themes I'm seeing pop up on these white pieces of paper that they're holding up is We need a second amendment because their voices are no longer effective against the tyrannical government.
They know that at some point in time the system is going to break, it has to break, and the only answer to their problem is a well-placed bullet.
Mao Zedong observed, the party must command the guns lest the guns command the party.
So they knew well they had to take guns away from Chinese citizens in order to maintain their control of the governance, which is what Biden would like to do now, but has not enjoined success, nor do I expect it to come to pass.
Americans have a history of the Second Amendment that is not going to be shut off.
Meanwhile, Virginia veteran who defied a COVID order had his restaurant stormed by armed agents.
You're shutting down a man's livelihood, he observed.
A judge denied the state's request for an injunction to immediately close the restaurant.
The Attorney General's office ultimately dropped all charges against him, and the Department of Health reinstated his license.
The victory was partial, however.
His license to sell alcoholic beverages, suspended on September 2021, remained a sticking point for the ABC.
He reported that while Northam has been out of office for 10 months, a board member he appointed, including board chair Maria J.K.
Everett and board CEO Travis Hill, are apparently keen to continue to do his bidding, in this case hobbling Strickland's business.
Well, ABC put a stay on the enforcement of the order, giving Strickland the opportunity to appeal.
In November of 2022, the Circuit Court of Spotsylvania County reportedly ruled in favor of the ABC and against Gormelt.
Following the court's ruling, they ordered Gormelt to stop serving alcohol for 90 days.
ABC offered to reduce the suspension of 15 and a 4,000 penalty plus investigation costs, but Strickland was not interested in capitulating.
After all, the restaurateur figured that having won back his health department license in court, the ABC should have restored his liquor license as well.
According to a statement issued on Friday by the ABC, the establishment failed to comply with ABC board order and continue to serve brewed wine and mixed beverages to customers despite administrating proceedings and final order of the Circuit Court of Spotsylvania County affirming Virginia's ABC decision to suspend Gormelt's Wine, Beer, On and Off Premises and Mixed Beverage License.
WUSA reported ABC agents accompanied by members of law enforcement stormed Gormelt's on Friday, executing a search warrant issued for the business's sales records and for information pertaining to possession of alcoholic beverages without a license, maintaining a common nuisance, and the illegal sale of alcoholic beverages.
Strickland recorded a portion of the raid where he can be heard asking officers, how do you feel about coming to shut a man's business down for not following COVID mandates that are not constitutional?
At one point in the video, after one officer explained ABC agent were looking at whether Gourmauts was selling liquor without a license, he said, I'm telling you to your face right now I'm selling alcohol.
When some of those on the scene suggested they were just doing their job, he suggested that excuse had been worn out in Hitler's Nazi Germany and was no longer available.
Strickland said, You're shutting down a man's livelihood for not following COVID mandates that didn't do anything to prevent COVID.
It sent our kids back so many years, these mandates.
It sent small businesses back so many years.
It destroyed small businesses.
It destroyed them.
It destroyed families.
It destroyed our community.
And it destroyed our country.
He's exactly right, of course.
The freelance star indicated it was presently unclear what sort of punishment he could face.
Selling alcohol without a license can carry up to a year in jail.
That makes it, of course, a misdemeanor.
Last year Strickland said, I'm not afraid of the state.
I'm not afraid of the federal government.
I spent most of my adult life fighting in Iraq and Afghanistan.
I have no problem coming home and fighting here in Virginia.
He uploaded a video on Twitter Monday indicating he's staying the course, having realized early on these COVID mandates were more about control than they were about health and safety.
Here's a guy.
Bless his heart.
The restaurateur at the allure of his establishment is, when patrons come in, they're stepping back into what the United States of America used to be.
Free!
They're stepping into freedom.
He's running against Delegate Tara Durrant for the area's 27th District State Senate seat.
He supports mitigating government overreach, improving border security, combating defund-the-police rhetoric, ending the scourge of critical race theory, buttressing parental rights, upholding the Second Amendment at all costs, and lowering taxes.
Carl, your thoughts?
Wow, what an Orwellian clown show.
So this whole thing, let's take a look at some of the precepts of this illegal totalitarian attempts, is that one of the precepts is the government is making the claim that we can declare who is and is not essential and who is and is not non-essential for you to operate your own business.
Oh, that's unprecedented.
Okay, well, but wait, there's more.
And they're claiming the power.
We will tell you to restrict your business based upon experimental medical products like masks and shots and social distancing.
Huh, huh.
And all this exists.
under the the parent law of federal title 21 which codified the Nuremberg Code stating that all people are free from any coercion and people may may freely decline any experimental medical products and all this stuff is experimental medical products and so it is Orwellian illegal as a public school teacher the Orwellian response I got back from Hayward Unified School District when I said hey if I decline
These experimental medical products like a mask and social distancing and testing because I'm not getting vaccinated.
You're going to put me on unpaid leave.
How are you honoring Title 21?
And the school district's official response is, see, our mandate to put you on unpaid leave, Mr. Herman, if you refuse to wear a mask, is your greater and broader rights to Title 21.
Then what I ask, so how is unpaid forced leave a broader right of mine?
Mr. Herman, you may think you're entitled to more of an explanation, but we've answered your question.
You fought a good fight, Carl, I gotta say.
Brian, your thoughts?
Well, in a sense, all of us are in the same boat with him.
You know, when I saw Kerry Lake come out, Early in her campaign and start talking about the media, I thought, well, there's a real hero, somebody who's willing to stand up.
It seemed like the way had been paved for her and she stood up and she said, hey, I'm going to fight this system.
There's a lot of other people like her, our age, that are beginning to realize how important it is to stand up for free speech.
Jim, you've been persecuted for your exposure of Sandy Hook and other things to the point that they filed civil suits.
Carl, you've been persecuted through your school.
I've been able to avoid it because I've been smart about it.
I mean, I could have gone after Yuvaldi, but they have my license, which is obviously a real problem.
But 87,000 IRS agents are on their way to continue to work for the state.
And all we can hope is that they'll continue to try to make examples of men like that.
And free speech and Twitter and other platforms like ours will continue to talk about it.
This man wouldn't be a story if he didn't kick against the goads.
He wouldn't be getting the whip if he wasn't being squeaky.
We all need to do that in a certain sense.
And I think the man's a hero and I hope he can get his job because it's or get elected because it's obviously men like this that are men and women that are going to save this country from the tyranny that's coming.
And it's knowledge that gives us the power to do what we have to do.
And unfortunately, there's going to be some martyrs within our class.
And I hope they're big ones, and I hope they're good ones.
And it goes back to the Elon Musk suicide story.
They can't stop him.
They can't.
If they did, Sobering thoughts, Brian.
Sobering thoughts, but very well founded.
to see people like us fall, then we'll know that they've got it in the bag.
I tend to think that they already do, and we're just trying to expose it before it's too late for our children.
But like I said, you can vote your way into communism, but you're going to have to shoot your way out.
Sobering thoughts, Brian.
Sobering thoughts, but very well founded.
Meanwhile, why do LGBTQ people want to take rights away from business owners?
Yeah.
There are a lot of people who design wedding cakes.
One designer baker said she didn't want to do cakes for gay or lesbian newlyweds.
A couple of men who were getting hitched got mad at Jack Phillips for exercising his personal freedom and sued him.
The U.S.
Supreme Court correctly ruled that business owner Phillips was well within his right to not bake a cake for anybody he didn't want to bake a cake for.
Now we have a case where web designer Lori Smith does not want to make a wedding website for same-sex couples planning on getting married.
LGBTQ liberal groups are very angry because this one website designer out of thousands won't accept gay or lesbian customers.
The Supreme Court has signaled it will correctly rule in Lori Smith's favor.
In your personal life, do you care if a particular business will not do business with you because there's something about you they don't like?
I'm just fine if a blank blank blank won't take my money because I'm the wrong race, sex, or whatever.
Screw them!
Do you really want to find out how much they don't like you after you pay your money and find the product contains an unpleasant surprise of some kind?
People should put their ego away and not be insulted if one out of every 100 businesses of a specific type refuses to serve them for whatever reason.
Meanwhile, the world's third largest democracy outlaws premarital sex.
Lawmakers in Indonesia have approved a new criminal code that also bans cohabitation between unmarried couples.
Premarital sex in Indonesia will be punishable by up to a one-year prison sentence after lawmakers passed a massive overhaul of the country's criminal code.
The new legislation, coming into effect in three years' time, applying to both Indonesian nationals and visiting foreigners alike, bans all sexual relations outside of marriage, prohibits unmarried couples from living together, which would be punishable by six months behind bars.
According to the amended criminal code as seen by the AP, only close relatives, including a spouse, parent, or child, would be able to raise such complaints with the authorities.
The bill was supported by all political parties in the Parliament.
It's all criminalizing the promotion of contraception, as well as blasphemy, insults against the president of state institutions, holding unauthorized protests, and spreading views counter to the ideology of the Muslim-majority nation.
When the new code was first proposed in 2019 and met with fierce protest, tens of thousands of demonstrators say the legislation was a threat to freedom of expression and privacy rights.
Although lawmakers toned down some aspects of the bill, human rights campaigners have nevertheless blasted it as a massive setback for what is considered to be the third largest democracy in the world.
The tourism sector has also condemned the new legislation as totally counterproductive.
With the Deputy Chief of Indonesia Tourism Industry Board saying it'll have a hugely negative impact just as the country begins a slow recovery from the COVID pandemic, Indonesian Tourism Association had previously suggested foreign arrivals to holiday destinations such as Bali were expected to reach pre-pandemic annual levels of 6 million by 2025.
The U.S.
Ambassador to Indonesia Sung Kim has also warned the new code could mean less foreign investment, tourism, and travel to the country.
Criminalizing the personal decision of individuals would loom large within the decision matrix of many companies determining whether to invest in Indonesia.
Albert Aries, spokesperson for Indonesia's Justice Department, has defended the new laws, saying they are intended to protect the institution of marriage and Indonesian values.
Carl, your thoughts?
Well, that's very interesting.
So the first part is that our opponents, they always want to criminalize wrong think.
So they want to tell you what you have to accept, and that your individual choices, your individual morality, your individual creative content, you have to comply.
And that's, of course, absolutely nonsense.
Most people just operate very simply, is that you come into a store, as long as you're a polite customer, of course, we're happy to sell you anything off of the shelf.
But if you want my creative content, you want my creative participation, all right, well, let's talk about a proposal.
And then if you're giving me a proposal that's outside my morality, hey, I'm free to decline and you can try to find somebody else.
But to compel my creative input, I mean, as long as the question is clear to the American public, this is the idea of why we want open debate, is because once you understand what this rule this constriction is proposing, most people are going to say, no, we don't want that.
We don't want that.
Just find somebody else to get your gay cake or your gay website or whatever it is that you're into.
For Indonesia, the effect of this doesn't go on until three years.
And it says no cohabitations.
So that would mean that unmarried tourists can't cohabitate.
They can't share a room.
So Indonesia has 250 million votes that are going to go into play with that.
The country is 87% Muslim.
And so we shall see what pans out with that.
It's a little too soon to tell.
There's a lot of lessons in history.
My favorite lesson from history is about Emperor Constantine in 325 A.D.
and the consumption of alcoholic beverages displayed a noticeable diminution in enthusiasm for conversion.
Try it.
Well, there's a lot of lessons in history.
My favorite lesson from history is about Emperor Constantine in 325 AD who was headed into war, into battle, and claims that he saw a cross in the clouds and the skies, and therefore he came out of the battle and gave the victory and therefore he came out of the battle and gave the victory to The God had decided that he was going to announce that the kingdom would now be Christian moving forward.
Well, what happened?
So you have a bunch of people who are lifetime dedicated pagans that all of a sudden are being told that they have to be Christian.
Or they'll get their throats cut.
So they say they're Christian, but they keep all their old pagan ideas and all their old pagan processes and rituals, and they just call them Easter.
You know, this is the lesson from not separating out church and state.
Now, I shouldn't be compelled as a business owner to do a private investigation for a transgender.
I can choose to take their money or not take their money.
There's no reason I need to be compelled to take their money.
And if I was compelled to take their money, I probably wouldn't do a very good job of making their wedding cake or doing their investigation.
So, and when it comes to marriage, if you're defining marriage as the government consents to your union between you and this woman, or even on the other hand, your God consents to your union between this man and this woman.
Look, the whole point, first of all, Indonesia's gone way too far off this side, and the LGBTQ community has gone way too far off that side.
We have to find the right balance, and I think the Founding Fathers here had the right idea, which is we're founded on principles of morality, biblical concepts of do unto others as you would do unto yourself, but our government and our church are separate.
And that that's a that's a fair position to have.
We've done very well as a country up to this point on those positions.
Unfortunately.
Um, the Christian church has just hasn't been strong enough to purge.
Operating independently without the help of the state state to purge the, uh, the satanic church.
It's just.
We haven't been dedicated and committed to our trade and it hasn't allowed us to.
To slow these things down, so it's.
It's a difficult situation when it comes to issues of church and state.
And I don't think politicians ought to be making the decisions.
The destruction of public morality through the corruption of the woke movement, among others, has just been devastating.
I mean, it's cultural Marxism at work, taking down the statues, forget about history, treat everyone as uniform, social promotion.
Ignore achievement and accomplishment.
Treat everyone the same.
It's all absurd and indefensible and undemocratic, un-American in the extreme, and it's doing vast damage to the United States.
Meanwhile, we want to hear from you.

Ancient news about the laptop story being suppressed before the election.
The awake, non-zombified population knows it.
The brain-dead zombies will never care no matter what.
You know what really gets to me?
The brand-new story of the incredibly unlikable Warnock edging out the most cherished sports figure in Georgia history, Herschel Walker.
Heisman Trophy winner.
Leading his team to the national title as a freshman.
Olympic athlete.
Undefeated martial arts fighter.
Single-season rushing record in the NFL.
Played for Cowboys, Eagles, Vikings, and Giants.
Successful business owner, yada, yada, yada.
That gets beat by a no-name preacher who runs over his wife's foot.
Give me an effing break.
This rigged election story is so blatant, so outrageous, so impossible, it just takes the cake.
Meanwhile, great article I agree with everything in this article, including anarchy, which also goes by the name of voluntarism.
I gave up on our dysfunctional system after Ron Paul was cheated out of a presidential fair election in 2012.
They literally pushed him out because they knew he was a threat to the tyrants and the theft going on against the American people.
I knew there was no hope in this system anymore.
Ten years later, I see every part of the government is corrupt, seeing what Dr. Fetzer is going through with Lenny Bosner's lawsuit in the judicial system.
Shame on everyone in the government for continuing to allow this to go on and destroy good people.
I sincerely hope everyone gets what they deserve due to cowardice and greed.
This time in history will show why it's not natural for men to control and lead other men, using force against them if they do not comply.
Meanwhile, final thoughts.
Carl, yours.
Well, those were great statements, and I appreciate our audiences, always for their intellectual integrity and moral courage.
For that first statement, Yeah, having Warnock over Walker, having Fetterman over Oz, and having 81 million vote Biden, basement Biden over Trump.
Yeah, it's all ridiculous, it's all crazy, it's all a lie.
If we are to have a victory, and something is going to break, it'll happen in an instant.
And just to give you an analogy that people will remember, in Baby Bush's Iraq war, at the end of that war, Iraq's official press secretary at an international press conference was explaining how the rumors of the impending American victory were all false, And his conference was interrupted by American troops coming in and breaking up his press conference, denying that they even existed in the Capitol.
So if we are going to have something happen, there'll be likely a cover story, likely a scary cover story, and just stick to the truth.
That's the easy part.
Brian, your final thoughts?
These people are not that creative.
That's why they use the same false flags all the time, the same different talking points, the same different guidelines.
It's all the same.
Okay, now they've got a new COVID variant called the murderer or something like that.
It's something ridiculous.
2024 is going to be a breaking point.
And I'll tell you the way I feel about it.
There are organizations out there that are now realizing that Fair play is not going to get us where we need to go.
And they're right-leaning organizations that are going to be using Machiavellian principles to harvest and make sure that enough votes are going to be submitted.
We need to use their tricks against them.
Look, I know the system is broken.
I still believe in voting.
I do.
And the reason is it creates evidence.
It creates evidence, evidence, evidence.
We need to use their tricks against them.
Look, I know the system is broken.
I still believe in voting.
I do.
And the reason is it creates evidence.
It creates evidence, evidence, evidence.
So I am looking forward to supporting some of these organizations that are going to be going through the trash cans to pull out ballots and make sure they get delivered to the right people at the right place at the right time.
I'm going to be supporting the watchdog organizations that are out there making sure that mom and dad in the nursing home and our neighbors and our friends in the nursing home get their ballots and sign their ballots and do their ballots.
And I think that on the right hand side, what we need to do to fix this is send a message, a message So big and so powerful that we won't take it anymore and we will outweigh you.
You can't cheat enough.
What will happen with us in 2024 is the same thing that happened back in 2016.
Okay?
Trump just simply overwhelmed the system.
They couldn't cheat enough to back him off and he ended up getting installed in spite of all their attempts to put Hillary Clinton.
We need to make that happen again.
I don't know if it's possible, but I sure am looking forward to it.
To try them.
Well those were excellent commentaries from you both and something I enjoy about these shows is exchanging ideas with minds of the quality of Carl Herman and Brian Davidson is just a great experience for me and it happens on a regular basis.
JFK observed that those who make peaceful reform impossible make violent revolution inevitable.
The Democrats have gone so far off the reservation.
They've been so manipulative.
They're not allowing the American constitutional system to work its magic by allowing peaceful reform.
That's the whole point of periodic elections.
It's the whole point of referenda.
It's the whole point of even having impeachment processes.
For Chuck Schumer to boast that this election was an endorsement and approval of the accomplishments of the Biden administration is so repulsive as to make you gag.
It was anything but.
All of the votes, all the anticipation, all the polls were showing repudiation by Catholics, by Hispanics, by white suburban women, who are 20% of the electorate in the core of the Democrat base.
If white suburban women were moving to the right, And like Trump more than they did Biden, the Democrats didn't have a chance.
They've mastered the art of theft, subtle techniques of theft, involving something called database latency that I've reported upon that you need to understand.
Check it out in The American Thinker.
They've found ways to get ballots mailed out to the wrong address and then change the address back so you can't find it, and then they can wait until months after the election when the GOP get around to filing lawsuits when it's too late to set the record straight.
I'm hopeful Kerry Lake, who is as smart as they come and very determined, And in my judgment, has all the resources necessary is going to abandon the election in Arizona.
It would set an inspiring example for the nation.
She has a future.
She's our Joan of Arc.
Meanwhile, spend as much time as you can with your family, your friends.
