This is a Jim Fetzer mess in Wisconsin for this Texas Tuesday.
We got half the Klan.
We got Joe Olson from Houston.
Ryan Davidson's on an assignment, a bona fide real assignment.
It cannot be here today.
Meanwhile, We begin with artillery breaking down in Ukraine, becoming a problem for the Pentagon.
They're firing so many shells, they're wearing out the barrels.
Roughly one-third of the roughly 350 Western Meat Howitzers Donated to Kiev are out of action at any given time.
Swapping out the barrel, which is 20 feet long and weighs thousands of pounds, is beyond the capabilities of soldiers in the field.
The Western-made artillery pieces gave Ukrainian soldiers a lifeline when they began running low on ammo for their own Soviet-era howitzers.
The effort to repair the weapons in Poland, which has not previously been reported, began in recent months.
When the ammunition for the Ukrainian Soviet-era guns, which fire shells 1.52 mm in diameter, grew scarce after the invasion, NATO standard howitzers firing 1.55 mm shells became some of Ukraine's most important weapons.

After the damaged howitzers arrive in Poland, maintenance crews can change out the barrels and make other repairs.
The work is overseen by the U.S.
European Command in Stuttgart, Germany.
It's not altogether surprising there are maintenance issues with these issues because they didn't get a full training package.
Moreover, now, Paul Craig Roberts observes Russia doesn't even look as though it's going to require a winter offensive to win the war.
Moon of Alabama, who he cites, and I agree, is a highly reliable source, believes that some part of the Russian government has finally realized that Russia's at war, meaning they're starting to jack up the seriousness of the attack.
The eight-month-old Kremlin policy of protecting Ukraine from attack, thus, in effect, helping Ukraine to conduct a war against Russia, seems to have come to an end.
The infrastructure, the power, transportation, water of Ukraine is now being shut down.
A real war on Ukraine's ability to function has escalated, resulting in wider and more serious damage.
Western horror media, of course, doesn't report the true situation.
The Western prostitutes are a propaganda ministry creating a picture of Russian defeat.
It would be difficult to identify the worst liars in the Western media because there are endless candidates.
But UK Telegraph, Charles Moore, is a leading nominee for posting the most far-fetched reports.
For example, Vladimir Putin's only hope now is to terrify the West into negotiating away Ukraine's victories.
Or, Ukraine could reach Crimea by Christmas.
American so-called Russian experts have had the same delusions.
Consequently, the West, the public, have a totally false picture of the situation.
Russia could destroy Ukraine in a day without using nuclear weapons.
The Kremlin's restraint—in my view, a strategic blunder as it enabled the West to get involved and wind the war—has a number of legitimate reasons.
Ukraine and the population have been a part of Russia for centuries.
There's much intermarriage.
Most Ukrainians are not favorable to the neo-Nazis who have dominated since 2014 when the coup took place, engineered by Victoria Nuland with $5 billion of American taxpayer money.
It's inconceivable to me—and remember, this is Paul Craig Roberts.
That experts and reporters are so stupid and corrupt to have written ridiculous accounts of conflict bearing their names.
It's total nonsense and crazy to falsely believe Russia can be defeated and be in Crimea by Christmas.
From Washington's standpoint, the more Ukraine is destroyed, the better.
Putin finally abandons his halfway measures and gets down to real war.
It will soon be over.
If Washington can prevent Zelensky from surrendering until Ukraine is destroyed, Washington gets the benefit of the economic and financial drain on Russia that rebuilding the nation will impose.
From Washington's standpoint, therefore, the more problems from Russia, the better, regardless of the cost to Ukraine.
What we are witnessing is the enormous inhumanity of Washington and the NATO capitals.
It is unjust that it is Ukraine paying the cost of Western inhumanity and not Washington and the European capitals.

Yeah, for reference, a 155 millimeter is a six-inch artillery gun, so that's just for people in the U.S.
that don't use metric.
Yeah, during World War II, we built four Iowa-class battleships.
They had the largest Cannons ever put on U.S.
naval vessels.
There were three turrets with three 16-inch guns each.
They had a 300-round limit before they had to have their barrels replaced because you're talking an enormous amount of energy to send a 2,000-pound projectile over 40 miles.
They could actually shoot over the horizon.
So it's not unusual that you would have this type of problem with artillery, and especially if you're using it a whole lot, and it doesn't really matter how trained your crews are.
There's nothing you can do to avoid the wear and tear on the equipment.
That's item number one.
The next thing is I saw an interesting video on the cornet K-O-R-N-E-T anti-tank weapons that the Russians are using.
These are laser guided and they cut like almost a 10 mile range and they're highly effective.
They're far more effective than the javelins.
Turns out they had captured some javelins at various locations where we were conducting conflicts and they were able to back engineer.
Javelins originally came out with a wire guided system And so they're limited to about two or three kilometers, so they're pretty close-range weapons, and there's a lot of problems with having a wire-directed guidance system.
So that's item number one.
And then Alex Christopher said that Boeing is coming up with a proposal to equip 100 mile range rockets with multiple artillery shells that they can accurately disperse along the route.
And so they're saying that they can take the existing missile systems and the existing Self-guided artillery shells and they can start having these things in production for our missile launchers over in Ukraine by the spring of 2023.
And Alex says, yeah, I'm wondering how many of them they're going to be able to deliver in that period of time.
And that's if there's a correct Ukraine left to deliver them to.
And then this is a guy that I don't follow a whole lot because he spends a whole lot of time babbling, but email.

Anyhow, he said that the Russian Navy is getting ready to launch 84, they've got ships in the Black Sea that can send as many as 84 caliber missiles to high value targets almost anywhere in Ukraine.
And so this is not gonna last too much longer.
If there's anything left in the way of a power grid, it can be gone overnight.
And from reports I've read, they're about 80% blacked out in Ukraine at this point.
Yeah, good Joe, good.
I think the war is all but over.
Meanwhile, Crooks and Liars, Maricopa County moves election certification up.
They were under constraint.
Listen to this.
In a stunning and impossible upset, Democrat Katie Hobbs allegedly defeated extremely popular conservative Carrie Lake in the midterm gubernatorial election.
Katie Hobbs did not campaign, did not have a major following, did not hold rallies, and refused to debate.
She was able to win the election after she somehow won over 50% of the post-election ballots despite Democrats only having a 17% turnout.
It was a miracle win for Hobbs and her fellow Democrats.
Over 25 to 30% of the tabularies were not working on Election Day when Republicans had at least 72% of the turnout.
This is the definition of election interference, of election suppression.
I would say theft of an election.
If America had a legitimate Department of Justice, they would have been all over this.
The election would have already been disqualified.
They did it in Germany just last week and Berlin regarding an election held in 2021.
A Maricopa County election official was served with a subpoena to provide records by 9.30 a.m.
on Monday, so they moved up their planned 9.30 meeting to 8 a.m.
They don't even hide their deceit and fraud.
They really don't care.
Republicans believe they were dealing with honest Americans, but they were simply being played.
What are these guys hiding?
Shifting the meeting date.
Carrie Lane has a single line in response.
Despite predictions she'd lose the race, meaning officially lose the race, Republican Carrie Lakers held her ground.
She wrote on Twitter, Arizona's no BS when they see it.
No doubt about it.
Here's an extremely interesting observation.
In Arizona election, the lack of certification of the election machines used not only in Arizona but 32 other states could lead to invalidating the entire election.
This is fairly stunning stuff.
Catch this.
So if you have an uncertified machine and you put a ballot through it, Is there some way an uncertified machine can create a certified vote on the other end?
You cannot.
And so if these are uncertified ballots, you cannot certify an election.
People may go through the motions, they may play an act, but lawfully, it's an uncertified election.
And this is serious business, not only in the state of Arizona, but with every state across the United States that has adopted the HAVA Act, this same problem applies because it's the same voting machines, And it's the same test labs.
There are only two test labs that do this.
So it's the same two test labs that travel around the United States to certify voting machines.
And if both were expired, then the permeates across the United States.
And this is something that I believe can change not only our election, but other states elections.
But people have to take a look at the laws.
And in the case of Arizona, it's Arizona revised statute 16-442B as in Bravo.
16-442B as in Bravo says that the voting machines must, not shall, must be certified.
They must be certified.
Well, by who?
By an accredited test lab.
An accredited test lab.
Not an expired accreditation, but accredited.
And these labs were not.
This can turn into, I think, a great blessing for our country, and we pray that this information gets out, people come to understand it, and we'll do something about it.
And the people need to stand up.
It can't be just five guys on the front lines.
The people have to stand up about this fact and bring it.
That's right.
Something has to be done about it, but with a corrupt DOJ, Joe, I don't know what's going to happen.
Your thoughts?
Well, the DOJ is going to do everything they can to interfere with honest elections anywhere in the United States, so that's a given.
There's a guy in Utah that filed a complaint on the 2020 elections that's actually being heard in the Supreme Court.
I think the guy's name is Brandon, but I don't want to overuse that term, so I'm in the process of looking it up on BitChute.
But there's plenty of video clips of the hearings in Maricopa County, where the citizens of Maricopa County are absolutely scolding their Board of Elections.
And then there's a guy in one of the adjoining counties that said that he was ordered by the Secretary of State Katie Hobbs' office to vote yay On approving the elections or he would be charged with a felony for obstruction of elections.
So he will certainly be turning in and he made that statement also is available on Gab and he made that statement and I guarantee you it's going to be added to Carrie Lake's lawsuit.
She cannot do a lawsuit until after the election is certified because it's not fraud until they finish completing the fraud, but it's 100% fraud.
Now, I had previously mentioned something about the number of Soros revolutions that were conducted in Eastern Europe, and they were rampant.
I mean, he's conducted color revolutions worldwide, and he's destroyed currencies worldwide in Hungary, in UK, in Indonesia.
He's collapsed every currency system he could get his hands on, and we're the last big target on the planet for that rotten SOB.
But what I didn't know is that there was a revolution in a Newland Soros-fonsored, quote, revolution in Ukraine called the Maiden Revolution in 2014.
And I thought that the Orange Revolution was a similar one that had been successful.
But then I came across a great 90-minute documentary by the International Center for Nonviolent Conflicts.
And the title of their documentary is The Orange Revolution.
And my God, this is absolutely incredible.
They started by poisoning and killing a whole bunch of journalists in Ukraine in the year 2000.
They went on to rig the elections and they first they rigged all the elections and then the people started protesting and that's what the Orange Revolution was.
Hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians took to the street in September and they stayed there until December when they managed to get First, a runoff between the, quote, two winners in that particular election.
And then finally, they said they managed to get that runoff, which also rigged.
They managed to get it overturned.
And they had a legitimate election.
And they were able to elect Victor Yashchenko, who had been poisoned on September 5th and was I highly recommend the Orange Revolution.
of his campaign, but his wife was a real trooper, and the videos of the people in Ukraine standing in their capital staying in tents through freezing weather day and night for months in order to get an honest election in their country is really heartening.
It's sad that we don't have those kinds of patriots in our country.

Maricopa County votes to certify election results.
Maricopa County Board of Supervisors went forward despite angry voters claiming the county mishandled the election, if not rigged it.
It is what it is, said District 5 Board Member Steve Gallardo, a Democrat.
The election was safe, secure, and in my opinion, this election is over.
What a liar, a phony, a traitor, a fraud.
More than 1.5 million county voters cast ballots, 290,000 on election day alone, a large percentage Republican.
However, An estimated 70 of the 223 voting centers reported printer malfunctions, resulting in about 16,000 ballots that couldn't go through the tabulators.
Long lines of frustrated voters and election workers instructed them to either spoil their ballot or vote in another location, or they could put them in a secure box for later tabulation.
It appears to have been a trash bin.
County officials claimed an estimated 31% of the ballot prayers didn't work correctly, even though previous tests showed them malfunctioning, because they were changed.
They were changed to reject Republican votes, saying the prayers resolved the problem after the damage had been done.
Poll workers reported the rejection rate was as high as 52% in some location continuing throughout the day, and voters laughed without voting amounting to voter suppression.
A five-member board could have cared less.
Including county recorders Stephen Ricker and election directors Scott Jarrett and Ray Valenzuela.
Their testimony hoped to put to rest false claims and misinformation that the county mismanaged the election or that fraud was involved, when it's overwhelmingly obvious.
Some outspoken voters had to be escorted from the meeting of the 35 Many accused board members are preparing to certify with a regard as a fraudulent election.
Others call for a delay until the outcome of legal charges from the Republican candidates is known.
This is pure corruption.
This is outrageous.
This is a national crisis.
There is nothing trustworthy about this public meeting.
It's just theater optics," said David Clements.
Maricopa County includes Phoenix and about 60% of the Arizona population.
This is just god-awful what's going on here.
I'm just staggered that they're moving forward.
It is so blatant.
The Attorney General, Mark Brnovich, has asked for a detailed explanation following a plethora of reports from election workers, poll walkers, voters, and the county's admission to widespread equipment malfunction.
The board meeting was largely self-congratulatory, as board members thanked the Election Division profusely for doing a spectacular job running the election, despite the myriad problems.
In other words, They were congratulating themselves on the successful theft of the election.
We have the most transparent election system across the country, said District 2 Supervisor Thomas Galvin, of all things calling himself a Republican.
What a fraud!

Mojave County AZ Ronald Gould says that he will certify the election under duress.
This is on Rumble, and it's a 30-second video.
Again, the guy's name is Ron Gould, G-O-U-L-D, and he said in a public hearing that I am being forced to sign this or I will be arrested for a felony.
So that's a little bit what's going on there.
And you know, it might not seem like much if there's 15,000 Republican ballots that are spoiled.
But what spoiled means is they're being flipped to Democrats.
And that means you're actually talking about 15 from one camp given 15 to another camp which is actually a 30,000 boat swing for boats that never happen.
So that's how they do this evil stuff and I've watched it happen here in Texas for the last 20 years and I've Testified to the Secretary of State's hearing on reusing part inter-civic and electronic systems and software ES&S boat rigging machines, and I'm very well aware of OPTEC and Dominion's control over state boating, as well as the HEP Act, which is the Help America Vote Act, and then also the
The group ERIC, which is Electronic Registration for Voter Rolls, and that's another crooked scheme.
And I met Kathleen Inglebright in January of 2011, and I trust her emphatically.
They've done absolutely wonderful work.
And, you know, we're just we're faced with an absolutely Horror show because people have trust, number one, in a corrupt media, and trust, number two, in a corrupt judicial system, and trust, number three, in a corrupt legislative system.

Meanwhile, Katie Hobbs tied the money from FTX-funded PACs.
Bankrupt at cryptocurrency exchange FTX now appears to play a role in Arizona's stolen midterm after funneling millions into Phoenix-based Protect Our Future PAC.
In a stunning and impossible upset, Katie Hobbs allegedly defeated extremely popular conservative Kerry Lake in the midterm.
Katie Hobbs did not campaign, did not have a phager following, did not hold rallies, and refused to debate as we previously observed.
Her victory was pulled off by disenfranchising Republican voters who chose to vote in person.
We reported on how FTX has gone bankrupt and how it was among the top donors to Democrats over the past few years.
At least $40 million was donated to the Democrats from FTX.
This was money laundering money sent to Ukraine and then sent back to help the Democrats steal the midterm election.
According to the FEC, FTX CEO Sam Bankman-Fried also gave $27 million to a Phoenix-based PAC tied to Democrat activist and consultant Daisy Montoya, listed as treasurer.
According to a report by Arizona Free News, the money wheel, Montoya's consulting firm, received over $134,500 from Feb to early July from the Protect Our Future PAC.

It was a primary beneficiary of his contribution by far.
The treasurer, Daisy Montoya, name appears frequently throughout Democratic Dark Money Network.
He also chaired the Way to Lead Back and Not Our Payback, both organizations receiving major funds from dark money funders like George Soros.
According to Federal Election Commission, Bankman Freed's millions came via four payments from February to June.
9 mil on 4th, 4 mil on March 15th, 10 mil on April 14th, 4 mil on June 13th.
It appears Montoya received a good cut of Bankman Freed's millions.
It goes on.
Montoya's other PAC, Opportunity for Tomorrow, contributed nearly $195,000 to the FTX Executive PAC.
The Phoenix-based PAC only put $1.26 million back into Arizona through its Independent Expenditures Committee.
From there, the money cannot be traced.
The remainder went to Democrat PACs and candidates, primarily ad campaigns, to benefit congressional and state legislature candidates in Oregon, Texas, Michigan, Kentucky, North Carolina, Florida, Ohio, Illinois, California, New York, and New Jersey.
Stunning stuff, Joe.
This election was so corrupt.
I've never seen anything like it.
Even worse in 2020.
Yeah, so that's what the lawsuit is against in the Tenth Circuit from those four brothers out of Utah, and it involves the fact that the machines were never recertified.
They had to be recertified before every election.
And I remembered something I'd heard earlier about Katie Hobbs' husband.
Patrick Goodman, and he's a renowned child therapist in the United States.
Details about his personal life are not known as we speak.
You're going to have a hard time finding anything about that, but supposedly he advocates transitioning kids as early as possible because they were born in the wrong body.
So, you know, it's just hand in glove with all the rest of the social justice warrior garbage that the Indeed, Joe.

and DNC is trying to force down people's throat.
And it's not popular with a lot of ethnic groups.
No wonder they're trying to cover up whatever his connections and previous statements were.

Because the globalists have the laws and technological infrastructure in place to convert our republic into a technocratic slave state already.

We'll never vote a way out of it because the same who are laying the infrastructure for smart cities worldwide are controlling the voting systems internationally.
Because there are so many of us as opposed to so few of them, we must use the power of numbers.
All we have to do is say no.
Reject the tools of our enslavement that are offered on a shiny silver platter that look so enticing we must recognize.
The same tools and products that make our busy lives convenient, efficient, and entertaining, such that we buy them on cue, upgrade them on cue, hand over our biometric data on cue, Until one day we wake up and realize we've convenienced ourselves and entertained ourselves into a digital gulag from which there is no escape.
This is how the globalists intend to break the backs of free Americans—through our finances, through the health care system, through the entertainment, Digital ID cards disguised as health passports or smart health cards will be required to work a job, to access the Internet in the coming digital bank accounts or digital wallets.
The convergence of all these systems will make sure, in the words of UN Agenda 2030, no person gets left behind.
By the time people wake up and realize they've walked into a trap, it will be too late.
They will have all your data.
They know everything about your strengths, your weaknesses, your vulnerabilities.
The choice is simple.
You will choose to live as a slave in a digital concentration camp or as a free human being in possession of your bodily autonomy and your free will.

What he describes is an extremely invasive technology set up in smart cities, from licensed light readers to smart lights and smart poles to smart cars and smart neighborhoods, smart homes and smart appliances, all connected to 5G and wirelessly communicating with each other.
If you pay attention, you'll see hundreds of these LED light poles lining streets and highways, in many cases retrofitted with surveillance cameras and speakers, in order to listen.
He also talks about drones, charging stations, and how drones may be weaponized against citizens.
All of this weaponized infrastructure is being installed with federal money, hundreds of millions tucked into Joe Biden's infrastructure bill, as well as his Inflation Reduction Act, both of which were passed by Congress with help from Republicans.
City and county leaders are fools for federal grants.
They don't even question what they're buying with someone else's money.
To them, it's just free money to invest in local infrastructure.
It's all being done in the name of safety and security.
And when it's over, you will have no freedom left, Joe.
Yeah, well, you got to wonder because they're not planning on having very many genuine American citizens left when all of the smoke clears.
Just like the Daigle group said, two thirds of Americans will be wiped out by 2025.
So we've got a whole lot of threat vectors going on.
But back to the Ukraine thing for just a second.
Looks like there's Ukraine fatigue and this FTX thing and all the graft going on there has really sort of poisoned the well for the folks up in Washington, and we've got a new Congress that will be set Hopefully in January, if we don't have another riot between now and then to prevent that.
But they've already said that they're going to either scrutinize or cut back what's happening in Ukraine.
And so it looks like they're trying to soften up Zelensky to take the ball and say that he mismanaged the war.
And otherwise, wonderful U.S.
and NATO would have won the war, but we're just going to have to give up and move on.
And so we're going to do the same thing we did in Vietnam and Afghanistan and Iraq.
In Libya and now currently in Syria, we're going to declare victory and find some other place to fight a war.
And where's the next place?
Hey, let's fight one right in our backyard, Haiti.
Now, this is an article that was on a video that was on YouTube channel called Redacted.

is planning to invade Haiti because of the humanitarian crisis there.
They've got a popular Later, who is going against the IMF sponsored puppet government in Haiti.

They create these conflict zones because then they can prey on the widows and orphans of every place that they go in and decimate.

The Wisconsin procedure allows a judge to exercise his own subjective opinion, on which ground he can decide if facts are unreasonable and treat them as though they did not exist.
