This is Jim Fetzer in Madison, Wisconsin, joined today by Brian Davidson from Houston, Texas, who's been doing sensational work on a whole wide range of scores.
We would normally be joined by Joel, but he appears to be distracted at the moment.
Merritt-Colbert County Election Judge.
This is a person who could submit an affidavit that would be evidence in court.
Believes the machines were programmed to reject ballots on Election Day.
The nation's last underside race got even closer as Katie Hobbs' league shrank against Carrie Lake, but they're not going to let Carrie Lake become president because she is going to wield a heavy stick and a whole lot of people are going to go to jail.
Election officials are moving forward.
One report from an outspoken election judge in Maricopa County added scrutiny to the tactics of the machine, claiming the whole thing was planned.
Hobbs led by 26,000 votes, a one-point margin down about 10,000 from a day earlier.
But it shouldn't even be remotely close.
Katie Hobbs is a moron.
Carrie Lake is sensational.
This is a no-brainer if ever there were one.
It's the exact opposite of the situation in Pennsylvania.
We got the Fetterman, who's a complete oaf, a brainless boob, prevailing over Dr. Oz, even after 82% of those decided he'd won the debate, which he clearly had.
The man's incoherent.
The county hoped to have 95 to 99 percent of the ballots counted by Friday, but the goalposts have changed.
Yes, the goalposts have changed, because if you have Kerry Lake in the lead, you've got to drag it out so you can subtract.
Ballots in her support and ad ballots for her opponent.
Michelle Swift was an election glob in Maricopa County.
She stepped forward.
The tabulators had worked perfectly the night before, but then, on election day, only one in ten ballots were accepted.
Officials were told to put the defective into a different section called Door 3.
Michelle believes this was all planned.
The election official, New Republic, is going to come out in force, and they wanted to delude it.
They wanted to get rid of it.
Postal workers, one in ten.
Voters were given the option to either spoil a ballot or try again or drop them into door three.
They emptied door three three times because of the volume of ballots.
Typically, they aren't supposed to be removed from that box until the polls close, but too much, too many ballots.
She reported the technician came to the center between 3.30 and 4 p.m.
Mountain Time to reboot the machines.
After that, there were no further issues.
One poll worker told her everything is going smoothly now with a tabulator.
An off-site supervisor had advised, because of the situation, to put all door 3 ballots that had not been scanned through a tabulator to a separate black bag and label them as misreads.
As a judge, she personally signed the sticker, placed over the bag's zipper, and then the bags were sent to a tabulator center to be counted.
She informed us the normal process for a ballot that's underwritten is for poll workers to run the ballots through tabulate one more time before sending them to the center.
This, however, was not done.
The county had a website to give voters the ability to check that their vote was counted, but Michelle has proven the website isn't correct.
They seem to be using a voter's check-in as evidence their vote was tabulated.
How brilliant is that?
She even offered first-hand proof.
My roommate read his ballot through the tabulator 15 times as one of the first voters at the Islamic Center.
That's because it wouldn't read it, even tried 15 times, so he dropped it in door number three.
About an hour after he arrived home, he checked to see if his vote had been counted, and the website reported that it had been.
It was, however, impossible that his vote had been counted since only an hour before the ballots hadn't even been taken to the center from the meeting point from Box 3.
For his ballot to have been counted, it would have to have been sorted by hand count by a team all within an hour, which could not have happened.
Brian, we're just seeing massive proof of theft in Maricopa County, and I guarantee it was replicated all over the country.

Well, that story really did hit it with me because it seems so plausible in terms of Look, if you want the tabulators to fail on election day, just go into the machine and set the ink usage parameter to 6%, which is just below the threshold of what the tabulators would read, guaranteeing that the tabulators wouldn't work.
Throw them all into ballot 3 or into box 3, and then when they run them through the tabulator, they fail.
Replace them with different votes for Hobbes, It's just very easy to do, and if those machines can do that, which I'm sure they can.
Anybody who understands basic computer programming would probably know that those, you could control the ink levels on that.
So, you know, look, and I'm glad you called it a no-brainer, Carrie Lake and Hobbes.
Look, when you talk about no-brainers, I'm saying, hey, it's Biden-Federman 2024.
I mean, it's a no brainer, but everybody, everybody knows that the situation and I remember having a conversation with my brother, who's a skeptic about this stuff.
He's from Seattle.
And I said, look, they're never, ever going to allow Carrie Lake in to the position.
They can't.
She's too dangerous.
She's Trump 2.0.
She's calling out the mainstream media.
She's breaking the entire apparatus.
They will go to their death to prevent her from gaining any momentum other than just a straight out assassination, which I wouldn't put beyond her.
By the way, for the lady who wrote the article, watch back, sugar, because or that the election judge that exposed how they did it with the ink levels was, Watch your back, sister, because these people are desperate and they're getting more desperate every single day.
It wouldn't surprise me to see people being disappeared that are exposing this.
She should do an affidavit immediately and get it in the record if something happens to her, the affidavit would still be admissible, correct?
Exactly, exactly.
At least it's there even if she can't provide direct testimony, the affidavit.
An affidavit is basically being sworn in in front of the court.
Remotely, that's what an affidavit does.
When I go out to conduct an affidavit, I literally interview them and swear them in prior to accepting their signature and notarizing the document.
So, that's exactly what an affidavit is, but you need almost a recorded deposition for post-mortem type of testimony like that.
So, you know, let's see how it goes, but I'd be real careful if I was a vote election Watcher in Maricopa County right now because that is the most dangerous part of the nation in terms of exposing this stuff right now.
Yeah, and look what we got here.
More Arizona data.
Only 17% of Maricopa Election Day voters were Democrat.
Only 23% of primary election day voters were Democrat.
But Democrats are winning 50% of the election day totals.
Impossible.
Maricopa County returns by party, as the Gateway Pundit reported.
Despite only 17% Democrat turnout on Election Day, Katie Hobbs and the Democrats are winning over 50% of the Maricopa County Election Day totals.
The uplift gave final data results.
Throughout the election cycle, Uplift posted the latest on mail-in counts as well as ballots arriving in the weeks leading up.
A great tool for Democrats to understand the real-time results.
And, I would add, to know what they need to do to counter them.
When the polls closed at 8 p.m.
Mountain Time, with a final analysis, Republicans had received 52.7 percent, others received 30.7, Democrats 16.6.
The other categories, like the independents, leaning Republican and Republican voters, refused to talk to liberal pollsters.
Here you have the returns by the hour, the percentage.
Red Republican, other gray, blue Democrat.
Look at the tiny percentage that are blue Democrats.
How could they possibly be getting, even when many Democrats were going to vote for the Republicans?
So again, we had this massive number of votes, 52.7 percent, Democrats 16.6.
USA Today reported Carrie Lake won 70 percent of the Election Day vote.
I presume that's exit polling.
Since Tuesday night, Maricopa County has slow-walked their actual results.
That's so they can manipulate the outcome.
Katie Hobbs since has won every ballot drop other than two from Maricopa County since Tuesday, exceeding her lead by 34,000 votes.
Katie won more Election Day votes in the Thursday and Friday ballot drops.
Carrie Lake won 51.8% of the 85,000 Saturday night.

80% of the in-person voters in Maricopa on Election Day voted Republican.
Only 23.4% voted Democrat.
As of April 2022, the makeup in Maricopa County is 34% Republican, 30% Democrat, 34% Independent.
Of the 31,318 registered Independents who showed, 73.95% asked for a Republican ballot.
Only 23.4% for a Democrat.
That's considered a blowout.
On the right side, grab the pink at the top of those Independent voters who asked for a Republican ballot.
The dark red are registered Republicans.
It was a blowout.
The graphs are stunning for a couple of reasons.
They show incredible promise for Republicans in the 2022 general, but the data didn't come from the GOP.
It came from the Democrat analytics organization called Uplift.
I think they may have been incredible promise for Republicans in the 2024 general election.
Look at this percentage.
Look how many are voting Republican.
Every day leading up to the election, they were tracking ballot returns in near real time down to the precinct level.
They undoubtedly have very strategic data helping Democrats to influence elections.
But look at this percentage.
Look how many are voting Republican, the red versus Democrat blue.
The head of the operation posted charts, updated hourly, showing the ballot returns from the election evolving over weeks.
accurate to within hours.
They use Tableau software, a visual analytics company owned by Salesforce.com, with offices in Berkeley, Phoenix, and Detroit.
Their data on Arizona mail-in ballots shall allow you to dissect voter participation by county, congressional, or legislative district, city, party, age, gender, and so on.
Very detailed.
Very specific.
I tell you, Brian, the attempt to steal this election is just massive.
Tucker laid out how any time you have a mega candidate or a conservative candidate and you don't get the vote right away, that they drag it out, they're going to lose.
They're going to lose because they're going to manufacture, find a way to subtract supporting ballots and add for the opposition.
I think that's exactly what we're seeing again and again.
Well, you're right.
How can the Republicans be 0 for 12 in all of the Republican areas where the vote was extended or the hours were extended?
We're 0 for 12 wherever they extended the hours.
And something else that stinks to high heaven about this Maricopa County is As of 93% of the vote count coming in, Kimberly Yee had won close to 56%.
She was on the ticket for Republican Treasurer of Arizona.
So she had more votes than Carrie Lake.
Which to me, it just doesn't make sense.
They're having a hard time with the numbers, which is why it's taking them so long to do it.
And, you know, from a big picture perspective, pay attention tonight to there's going to be a well, hopefully this is out in time, but tonight at 9 p.m.
Eastern, there's going to be a press conference from Mar-a-Lago where Donald Trump is going on.
And he's been all over Truth Social today.
Posting all types of insane memes that indicate that he's breaking some big news tonight about election fraud.
So, hey, maybe tonight's the night.

Let's see what happens.
But none of this makes sense to anybody.
Like I said to my brother, there's no way they're going to allow Carrie Lake To have that position.
She's too dangerous.
They're going to fight it tooth and nail.
And, you know, we shall see, but you're right.
Nothing adds up in terms of this election.
Yeah, and what it just shows that down ballot, they didn't fix.
They didn't bother with it.
So you got the 56%, which was probably roughly what Carrie Lake would have got or more.
You know, frankly, she's so sensational.
Katie Dobbs is so mediocre.
CNN did an interview with Hobbs.
It was so embarrassing.
They wouldn't even publish it so the public could watch it either if they hadn't caught it when it was live.
It's that bad.
You mean to tell me that You mean to tell me that Katie Hobbs is as embarrassing as Fetterman?
Yeah, they're very comparable.
Let's not forget that she refused to do the debate.
See, now they're saying that's what Fetterman made the big mistake of even doing the debate.
Katie Hobbs wouldn't even do the debate.
She was that bad.
We've been dealing with this issue and it's been obvious as clear as day Since Joe Biden got 81 million votes, more than Barack Obama.
We can all see it.
We all know it.
It's just that time and groupthink and media propaganda reprograms our mind.
We all know.
We've all known for a long time what's going on.
But the problem is, we're trying to fix an election problem by holding another election.
It's just Another election without reforming the system and get rid of the voting machines.
That's the problem.
But you see, I think it's a perfect setup for Trump.
He knew they would try to do it again.
So if we're right about what's going to happen, he's going to blow it open.
It's going to be like a political nuclear bomb going off at Mar-a-Lago.
Let's hope not a real one.
He's going to just lay it all out.
And Ryan, listen, I believe He knows how to do it.
He knows how the blockchain works.
Remember they talked about in the past how they had every vote from 2020?
I believe they actually will have every vote from 2022, if I've got it right.
Well, I hope so.
It sure would be interesting.
I mean, even Carrie Lake, back in July, said that they were going to fix the election.
She put out a tweet.
It was carried in a few different places, saying we're going to be watching them like a hawk.
But here's the fundamental problem.
Let's get everything into perspective.
RINOs are horrified of MAGA.
Democrats are horrified of MAGA.
The enemy of my enemy is my friend.
Republicans, I believe that what's been happening is that the Republicans and the Democrats are cutting deals on their private jets, in their back offices, on the golf course, deciding who would be put into these positions without the consent of the public In America.
And they've been making these decisions, and one of the decisions is this, we'll let you have X number of Republican seats here and here and here, as long as you get rid of Nancy Pelosi, and we get this, and we get this.
They're just negotiating, and they're both horrified of MAGA.
Horrified.
Which is why there's no way in hell I'm Supporting Ron DeSantis.
DeSantis was supported by Trump.
He was held up by Trump.
He was pushed by Trump.
He got into position because of Trump.
And now he's cutting all his deals with MAGA.
I just, I don't buy it.
Or cutting all his deals with the RINOs.
I'm telling you the Republicans are just as horrified as the Democrats when it comes to this thing.
And the big threat is MAGA.
Will it get big enough?
So if I could encourage anybody Even though you think MAG is a PSYOP, it's better than the Republican-Democrat split paradigm that keeps us locked into same old, same old for America.
Yeah, every time you hear the two parties, there's no difference.
They're talking about the establishment wings of the parties.
They're not talking about the mega-movement.
Yesterday, I got a report from the conservative treehouse of Sundance talking about this very issue and how the establishment on both sides are terrified of Trump and the mega-movement because it's populism.
It doesn't let them do their backroom deals and make all the money.
Which is what they want to do without interference from the public.
It's why, you know, Mark Twain had it right when he said, if voting made a difference, they wouldn't let us do it.
Well, Trump has made it the case that voting can make a difference.
And now they're petrified and they're doing everything they can to suppress it.
Trying to put the genie back in the bottle.
It ain't gonna happen, Brian.
It ain't gonna happen.
But they're trying desperately.
Meanwhile... They're gonna start a civil war.
I think they may.

Meanwhile, abortion.
We all thought.
Remember the Democrats ran so hard on abortion?
It didn't hurt the Republican candidates.
Since Election Day, the media spin has been Republicans underperformed because the Democrats were fired up about abortion.
While it's being pushed by those who want unrestricted abortion rights, or those who'd prefer the GOP stay away, the spin turns out to be a lot of bonk.
It's true Democrats ran hard to restore Roe v. Wade while making false claims that the court and Republicans were outlawing abortion.
They weren't.
They were simply sending it back to the states where they believe that the federal judiciary, the Supreme Court, did not have the right to make the decision and it was a matter of state determination.
Still, in race after race, abortion was not the deciding factor.
Take New York, for example, which has long championed itself as perhaps the most pro-abortion in the nation.
The pro-life Republican candidate for governor, Lee Zeldin, brought out the biggest GOP vote in almost five decades.
Trump had lost to Biden by 23 in 2020.
A Democrat incumbent, Kathy Horsham, aborted an issue.
He closed the Trump gap by 18 points, coming in with five points of victory.
It would have been a victory if they weren't manipulating the vote in New York, too, mind you.
All across New York, a red wave did hit, with 10 Republicans winning congressional seats, nine of whom are pro-life.
The GOP also made a net gain of three House seats, including two in suburban New York City districts, where Democrats out-register Republicans.
We kept hearing suburban women were voting against the GOP.
But pro-life assembly lawyer Mike Lawler unseen a Democrat, Sean Patrick Maloney, who'd made abortion a major issue.
And moreover, I was reporting leading up, we had lots of polling results showing white suburban women were supporting the GOP.
Say again?
Right?
In many significant races, the Democrats used the abortion card without success.
No fewer than 12 strongly pro-life Republican governors were elected.
that not a single one was unseated.
Meanwhile, we had to claim that abortion was gonna help the Democrats and hurt the Republicans when it hasn't played out that way.
The immediate spin was that Republicans underperformed because Roe v. Wade had been overturned.
But the data shows that's really just a lot of bonk.
In race after race, abortion was not the deciding factor.
In New York, for example, a state long champion as one of the most pro-abortion in the union, Lee Zeltin, a pro-life Republican, came very close to beating out the Democrat governor in a state Trump had lost to Biden by 23 points.
But of course, we know that was rigged, too.

Indeed, a red wave did hit across New York, with 10 Republicans winning congressional seats, nine of them are pro-life.
They also made it a game of three House seats, including two in suburban New York City districts where Democrats outregistered Republicans.
We kept hearing suburban women were all voting against the GOP, but Real Life Assemblyman Mike Lawler unseated incumbent Democrat Sean Patrick Maloney, who made abortion a major issue.
And by the way, the latest polling was showing suburban white women were turning to the GOP, where they represent 20% of the electorate.
So across the country, Democrats used the abortion cart without success.
No fewer than 12 strong pro-life Republican governors were elected, and not one was unseated.
Kay Ivey of Alabama, Rhonda Santos, Florida, Brian Kemp, Georgia, Brad Little, Idaho, Kim Reynolds, Iowa, Mike DeWine, Ohio, Kevin Stitt, Oklahoma, Henry McMaster, South Carolina, Kristi Noem, North Dakota, Billy, Tennessee, Great Abbott, Tennessee, and Mark Gordon in Wyoming.
Particularly noteworthy was the 59 to 41 percent re-election of pro-life Governor DeSantis in Florida, who signed a restrictive abortion law banning all such procedures after 15 weeks.
Meanwhile, Charlie Crist made a big deal of the law Florida had been trending blue where DeSantis had barely squeaked by in 2018, but this time he not only won by a record margin, he even won in Democrat strongholds such as Miami-Dade and Palm Beach County.
So, if abortion were a determinative issue, how could that have happened?
And how could Ohio have happened this year?
Ohio has long been a bellwether state, yet Governor DeWine was re-elected by a whopping 26-point margin.
In 2019, he signed a heartbeat bill banning abortion after the first sign of fetal cardiac activity.
His win was mirrored by the re-election of the Attorney General, Dave Yost, along with pro-life majorities in the Ohio legislation and three pro-life candidates taking seats on the Supreme Court.
Across the U.S., Republicans underperformed in the 2022.
Here they suggest because of poor candidates being outspent and running an economy still strong with low unemployment, but that's complete bullshit.
They simply lost because it was cheating, and in states where the cheating did not take place, such as Florida and Ohio, the red wave took place, just as you would have expected.

Well, I think it's pretty obvious to state that the media has been giving us our talking points with psychobabble and groupthink, telling us that abortion was one of the most important issues.
I'm telling you right now that half of America gives a bigger damn about the economy and their job and the money than anything else.
I expected a red wave and I think without the cheating it wouldn't have happened.
But let me tell you, let me talk just for a second about the abortion issue because what's going on in China right now is terrible, sad, empathetic.
They're starting to see the true economic consequences of having a Restricted their population down by the one-child policy, which effectively is partially what abortion is here in America.
Now, since they've only been allowed to have one child, women don't want to marry men that don't own a piece of real estate and have a really good job.
20% of the population, of the young working population, has just decided to give up.
The big thing that's going around there is the Chinese word for let it rot.
They can't find jobs.
The government has meddled in the businesses.
The population dynamics are all screwed up.
Half of their workforce isn't working anymore because they don't have the will to go out there and fail doing the 996 program, which is work from 9 a.m.
till 9 p.m.
Six days a week, and that's all you get is one day off.
I'm telling you that abortion worked very similar in America to what happened with the one-child policy in China.
Slightly different in a lot of different ways, but the same overall issue of depopulation and breaking us down.
And I believe China is going to have a massive crash as a result of what they're doing right now.
They can't find a workforce.
They can't take care of their elder people.
The population dynamics are a complete mess.
They're not having any more babies like they were supposed to.
It's a mess.
And we're going to be dealing with the same thing as a result of the 400 million babies who have been lost to abortion here in America.
I hate to say it, but from a big geopolitical perspective, it is time to procreate America.
I'm almost 50, a little too old, not exactly there, but I hope to God the next generation can come along and start having five and six kids a piece.
It is necessary for the future.
Well, this is why I'm a pro-choice guy.
I mean, I thought Roe v. Wade was one of the wisest decisions ever rendered by the Supreme Court.
It allows each woman to determine whether or not to carry the term.
I don't believe abortion per se is the problem, but I do believe the VAX.
Well, we have had skyrocketing miscarriages and spontaneous abortions, and sterility is going to have a calamitous effect, Brian, just as you describe in China.
It's going to be here, the VAX, as opposed to the one-child policy.
And if the New World Order leaders, you know, thought they were going to use China as the model, well, everything is falling apart.
I don't see it happening.

My question is, where are we when it comes to our nation, our democracy?
You're a historian.
Can we look back at a time that gives us hope, that we got through, that is similar to the stories?
Oh, we've always gotten through tough times.
I mean, I think that's what history, that's why I love history so much.
I mean, just think about what people who were living through the Civil War felt, what people who were living through the Great Depression felt, what people felt in those early days of World War II, when it didn't look like the Allies and democracy was going to win.
And they didn't know what we know now.
They didn't know how the story would end.
So they lived with the anxiety we're coming through now.
But we came through each one of those times with greater strength.
And I think there may have been a moment, what we saw in the midterms, where people were voting what they knew was wrong, what they knew was right.
Oh, it all sounds so stupid.
But finally people got to vote last night.
I thought after January 6th that line in the sand would be drawn.
And it wasn't.
I still can't believe that as an historian.
I thought people will say this was the moment when the chaos ended.
Then I thought it would be last summer when the hearings were so powerful.
Oh my god.
What a f***ing idiot.
Well, it's really sad to say, I mean, Doris Kearns Goodwin has often been regarded as a good mainstream, but she turns out just has to be a stooge, a phony, and a fraud, I'm sorry to say.
But anyone who doesn't recognize that this is a massive fraud on the American people, that 2020 was a gigantic theft, really isn't qualified to be recording the history of the United States.

Look, I don't know.
She's drinking her own poison somehow.
That whole thing is just dumb as hell.
I'm tired of these Democrats.
I'm tired of the talking points.
Anybody with an active brain can see through this crap.
And that's fine.
Let them keep talking.
Nobody's going to believe them anymore.

It's just disgusting what's happened to the United States.
This was a once great country, which is why the idea of making America great again resonates with the American people.
We know what we have been.
We know what we can be.
And we know that we're a hell of a ways removed from it today.
In Wisconsin, where I reside, the midterm left the situation largely intact.
We had the re-election of the Democrat governor, Tony Evers, who's a mediocrity, but also of Ron Johnson, a wonderful Republican senator, state treasurer, John Lieber, also a Republican one as well.
Incumbent Secretary of State, Law Volette, was just barely ahead of the Republican challenger and I believe prevailed.
Now, If you want to assess what's going on, here's a very valuable summary of 17 techniques that are used to suppress the truth.
Strong, credible allegations of high-level criminal activity can bring down a government.
When the government lacks an effective fact-based advance, other techniques must be employed.
The success of these techniques depends heavily upon a cooperative, compliant press and a mere token opposition party.
1.
Dummy Up If it's not reported, if it's not news, it didn't happen.
2.
Wax indignant.
This is also known as a how-dare-you gambit.
3.
Characterize the charges as rumors, or better yet, wild rumors.
If, in spite of the news blackout, the public is still able to loon about the suspicious facts, then it can only be through rumors.
If they tend to believe the rumors, it must be because they are simply paranoid or hysterical.
Use the Paul Pelosi example here, where Paul Pelosi was engaged in gay sex with a guy he knew was his friend David, using a vibrator shaped like a hammer.
This is one where they've been forced to try to use all the techniques of truth suppression that I'm reporting here.
Every damn one of them.
Four.
Knock down strongmen.
Deal only with the weakest aspects of the weakest charges.
Even better, create your own strongmen.
Make up wild rumors or plant false stories.
Give them lead play when you appear to debunk all the charges.
Real and fanciful alike.
Fine.
Call the skeptics' names, like Conspiracy Theorist, Nutjob, Ranter, Kook, Crackpot, or, of course, Rumormonger.
Be sure, too, to use heavily loaded verbs and adjectives characterizing their charges and defending the more reasonable government and its defenders.
You must then carefully avoid fair and open debate with any of the people you have thus maligned.
For insurance, set up your own skeptics to shoot down.
6.
Impugn Motives Attempt to marginalize the critics by suggesting strongly they're not really interested in the truth but are simply pursuing a partisan political agenda or are out to make money, compared to overcompensated adherents to the government line who presumably are not.
Seven.
Invoke authority.
Here, the control press and the sham opposition can be very useful.
Eight, dismiss the charges as old dues.
Nine, come half clean.
This is also known as confession and avoidance, or taking the limited hangout route.

Following the state's Supreme Court decision, mail-in ballots with an incorrect date cannot be counted.
Pennsylvania Democrat Senate candidate John Fetterman, the Democrat Senatorial Campaign Committee, and the Democrat Congressional Campaign Committee filed a federal lawsuit Monday against all 67 county boards of election.
Mark Elias of Elias Law Group, a former legal advisor to Hillary's 2016 campaign, was retained by Fetterman to represent him in the complaint.
Elias was previously engaged by former Governor and DNC Chairman Terry McAuliffe to oppose Glenn Youngkin's successful campaign.
Those were unsuccessful.
In response to an immaterial omission of a written date or the entry of an incorrect date on the outside of the ballot envelope, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, for the first time, ordered election officials not to count qualified voters' mail-in and absentee ballots, collectively mail ballots, The Pennsylvania Election Code section instructs voters to fill out date and sign and decoration supplied on the envelope in which they cast their ballot served as a foundation for the ruling.
Since then, counties have done the same.
County board elections have already identified thousands of mail ballots that will not be tallied because of a missing or mismatched date on the ballot envelope in the days following the Supreme Court ruling.
Even though there's no doubt the ballots were received on time and were duly signed by a qualified voter, election officials have been told to reject such ballots.
Matt Ekin, a registered Democrat in Erie County, Pennsylvania, is among the lawsuits plaintiffs.
The date that Ekin's ballot was received was unknown.
According to the case, Ekin, a military member, failed to mark the date on her ballot since she is currently blind.
Plaintiff Ennis Melissa is a different Democrat, registered voter from the county, whose 2022 ballot was undated and will not be considered.
However, No explanation offered as to why she forgot to record the date.
In March, the DNC and Hillary's 2017 campaign were fined by the FEC for breaking election laws related to the concealment of $1,024,407.97 paid to Fusion GPS by Perkins Coie.

An electric bus fire in Connecticut reports plans for a fleet of EV buses to be put on hold.
Breitbart reported.
A fleet of 11 electric buses belonging to CT Transit is still out of service following a massive battery fire that occurred in July.
A battery fire caused an electric bus to burst into flames in Hampton, Connecticut.
Luckily, No one died in the Inferno, though two transit workers and two firefighters were hospitalized as a result of the blaze, and a federal investigation was triggered.
In September, the National Transportation Safety Board issued a preliminary report detailing how the electric bus, operated by CT Transit, became engulfed in flames while parked at a maintenance facility.
In other words, it just spontaneously burst into flames.
The fact that EVs sometimes do that is a troubling sign when Democrats want all vehicles to be electric all of the time.
Department of Transportation spokesman Josh Morgan admitted, The battery electric buses remain out of service while the investigations are ongoing.
So far, it appears the 2021 New Flyer Excelsior bus did not charge properly, so it was taken out of service later.
Smoke was observed coming from the vehicle.
The fire department arrived on the scene, but there was no fire.
The bus was moved and more smoke began bellowing from the vehicle.
They arrived at the scene a second time, this time fully engulfed in flames.
EV batteries burn extremely hot, so it took the fire department hours to extinguish the blaze.
The last rabid push for renewables at the expense of all other forms of energy makes absolutely no sense.
The problem of batteries bursting into flames needs to be solved before even entertaining the idea of completely remaking transportation in America.

Okay, this is the real thing that we ought to be watching right now.
We've talked the legs off of vote totals and polls.
I think FTX is the big thing to watch right now, and let me tell you why.
April 25th, 2019, Joe Biden announces his presidential campaign.
13 days later, Sam Bankman Freed, you've seen him, son of Barbara Freed, Stanford professor and co-founder of political fundraising organization Mind the Gap, they launch FTX Crypto Exchange, 13 days after Biden announces it.
The exchange is magically an overnight success.
FBF becomes the biggest donor to Biden.
Election day, FTX implodes completely.
Gabe Bankman Freed, brother to Sam, also a former Jane Street trader, is founder of Guarding Against Pandemics.
He was legislative correspondent for the U.S.
House of Representatives and an advisor to large political donors in the Democrat Party.
The family, Aunt Linda Freed, is a World Economic Forum member on the Global Agenda Council on Aging.
The father, Joseph Bankman, is a Stanford professor who's lobbied on behalf of hedge fund managers before Congress before, and all those film records can be found.
FTX's head of ventures and commercial at FTX Ventures, Amy Wu, started with the Clinton Foundation years ago.
Nishad Singh, FTX Director of Engineering, has spent over $8 million for Dem candidates.
And finally, Obama's Commodity Futures Training Partner Commissioner, Mark Wettgen, was literally the head of FTX policy and regulation.
Reports were that the organization wanted to spend over a billion dollars on the Democratic Party for 2024.
A massive, massive money-laundering operation.
We're talking about ballot totals.
Give me a break.
It was just proven that the World Economic Forum partner, FTX, laundered money for the Democrats by means of a war fund through their exchange and then converted it to cash and sent it back as donations.
Every single person who's news short source ought to be talking about this.
It's election interference by fraud.
It completely imploded when the investors tried to get their money back.
I'm telling you that I think what's going to happen here is that this whole thing is going to open up like a rose to the MAGA crowd and show us exactly the amount of corruption that's taking place.
And I think that's the story we all ought to be watching.
It'd be nice to see what Trump does tonight, but I think this FTX thing is just absolutely huge.
That means that the mainstream media will memory hole the entire situation and kill the discussion.
And the reason why Brian is so spot on here is it appears as though the GOP, although being deprived of a massive number of seats—I mean, if James Carvell is talking about 57 seats that they won because of Trump, you know that's complete bullshit.
That means that was 57 seats they cheated the Republicans out of by stealing the election.
It appears that GOP is still going to control the House.
They will launch the investigations.
This is an enormous scam that indicates why the Biden admin was so eager to send additional billions to Ukraine.
It was being laundered there and sent back to Democrats to steal the midterm election.
In other words, They were using taxpayer money to preserve democracy in Ukraine, which has no democracy, to send it back to Democrat candidates so they could destroy democracy in America.
How could this situation be more grotesque?
How could this situation be more un-American?
Let me add, there's an unusual sequence coming up here for yours truly.
On the 2nd of December, my petition for a re-hearing before the Supreme Court is going into conference.
If four or more justices vote in my favor, they will issue a writ of certiorari, and it will be heard by the entirety of the Supreme Court.
Included there is not only the FEMA manual for the Sandy Hook event, but the schedule from the Connecticut FEMA showing they had it on their agenda for 14 December 2012.
And in addition, there's a superb appendix By none other than Brian Davidson in the Connecticut State Police photographic files, demonstrating, based on their own photographs, from which they've removed the metadata, in an effort to conceal their guilt in the hope they couldn't be introduced as evidence in a court of law, That there are no bodies in Pools of Blood where bodies in Pools of Blood are supposed to be.
There are no bodies of teachers, of the school psychologists, of any student in Classroom 10.
There aren't even any.
Student desks and chairs.
In other words, not only was there no evidence of a crime scene, there was no evidence that it was an operating school, and that is in the hands of the United States Supreme Court as I speak.
Then the third and fourth, we're going to have this marvelous event, 26 presentations, 24 speakers, two, therefore, are speaking more than once.
The first is Nick Kohlerstrom, celebrated historian of science, leading expert on the London 7-7 subway attack, where his book Terror on the Tube is a bestseller worldwide, now in like its fifth edition.
The other is Brian Davidson, who's not only going to report on his research into the Sandy Hook State Police files, which leave no doubt about this having been a fraud, but also signs of masonic involvement.
Again and again and again, something you don't want to miss.
Then, on the following Monday, I will learn the results of the conference and whether or not they have voted a writ of certiorari to bring my case before the whole court.
Well, I'm counting on that happening because I've teed it up for them to finally have the Supreme Court declare that the Seventh Amendment, our right to a trial by jury, applies to all 50 states, which oddly, through a circuitous history, has not come to pass.
And then on the 6th of December, my birthday, my 82nd birthday.
So I'm hoping the Supreme Court is going to have a nice package of presents for me tied up with a bow.
