This is Jim Fetzer, Madison, Wisconsin, joined today by Joel Senn in Houston and Carl Herman in San Ramon, California.
We begin with the latest news you need to know.
Russia has begun to fight for real.
A tough response.
On October 10th, explosions centered across Ukraine.
Attacks were initially confirmed by authorities in Kiev, then in the other regions.
The escalation followed the explosion on the Crimean Bridge.
The day before, Putin had confirmed the attack, which claimed the lives of three Russian citizens, was a terrorist attack aimed at destroying the critical civilian infrastructure of the Russian Federation and its authored performers, customers, and the special services of Ukraine.
Here we have the number of strikes.
60 in Kiev, 20 in the Kharkov, 47 in the Nikolaev, 15 in the Lavrov, 27 in the Vinaya, 15 in the Odessa region.
The main strikes are all military, police, very legitimate targets of war.
They were damaged in almost all regions of Ukraine.
There's no electricity, water or internet in several large cities.
There's no electricity in a whole string of cities.
Ukrainian railways reported damage to the contact network.
The Russian Ministry of Defense reported today a massive strike was carried out with high-precision, long-range weapons on the objects of military-controlled communication and energy systems of Ukraine, President Putin observed.
The Kyiv regime has put itself on par with international terrorist organizations.
Leaving this unanswered is impossible.
In case of continued attempts of terrorist attacks, the response will be tough.
If attempts to carry out terrorist attacks on our territory continue, Russia's response will be tough and will correspond and stale to the level of threat posed to Russia.
No one should have any doubts.
Meanwhile, Michael Jones has warned, if someone sets off a nuke, it's going to be the U.S., not the Russians.
Colonel Douglas McGregor was on the same platform saying there's no evidence whatsoever the Russians are planning to use nukes.
They don't need to.
They have overwhelming military superiority, and they're building up for a fall of fancy.
So it seems to me what we're really talking about is America saying off a nuke and attributing it to Russia.
In case you haven't noticed, they did this already with a pipeline, so why wouldn't they do it with a nuke?
His warning comes up inside the U.S.
leadership is actively considering nuclear war.
Biden announced the world's on the brink of a nuclear apocalypse.
His government seemed preparing for this eventuality.
And here we have a fascinating report from our Unusual source.
Now, no member of the British Parliament, virtually no member of the American Congress, virtually no member of any elected parliament anywhere will say anything remotely like what I just said to you now.
But there is one woman in the European Parliament, a Joan of Arc, who's come back to walk among us, who speaks so powerfully.
The walls of the European Parliament shake.
But that's all because nobody ever reports the things that she says.
But here on the Mother of All Talk Shows, we're going to regularly feature Claire Daly, member of the European Parliament.
Here she was speaking in the European Parliament this very week.
The war in Ukraine is quickly escalating into a wider horror.
And from what I can see, practically nobody in this chamber is doing anything to prevent it.
In fact, most people seem to get off on the fact that it's escalating.
And at this precise moment, of course, as usual, the voices challenging the rush to war are attacked and silenced.
Smeared as traitors, cronies, Putin puppets, Kremlin stooges, Russian ages.
Frankly, it's pathetic.
And I don't make the comparison lightly, but the crudeness and cynicism of these slurs coming from mainstream EU parties might as well have been written by Herman Goring, who infamously said that even though people never want war, They can be brought to war with threats and smears.
He said, all you have to do, tell them they're being attacked, denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing their country to danger.
It works the same every way.
Are he led?
You are following.
This House should be ashamed of this debate.
Words are being twisted, meaning subverted, and the truth turned on its head.
Opposing the horrible madness of war is not anti-European.
It's not anti-Ukrainian.
It's not pro-Russian.
It's common sense.
The working class of Europe have nothing to gain from this war and everything to lose.
And I find it laughable that those calling for arms to Ukraine never call for arms for the people of Palestine or for the people of Yemen.
Unlike you, I oppose all war.
I want it stopped.
I make no apology for that and I'm not going to be scapegoated and labelled.
How sensational was that, Joe?
My God, you nailed it.
Tell us your thoughts, Joe.
Yes, I saw that this morning with Max Egan's Crow House, and I sent it immediately to everybody on my contact list, and it's absolutely reverberating across the web.
Yeah, here's a lady that speaks truth to the unjust power that we've had for a century and a half.
Yeah, absolutely shocking.
Additionally, there's an article that was at Grayzone, and I saw an interview with the author of that.
Before Ukraine blew up the Kursh Bridge, British spies plotted it.
They had engineers that sat there and actually said, well, if you planted this amount of charge in this amount of location, you could do this amount of damage.
And if you planted this, and so bottom line, this was all planned by the UK.
And we have a long history of the Ukrainian government doing sabotage attacks, including at least seven MiG jets that were blown up on Crimea peninsula just about three or four months ago.
We have the Nord Stream attacks.
We have the mines that were attempted to be placed on the Turk Stream to shut off gas there.
We have the fact that this just popped up this morning.
Syria girl!
Oh, FJB is arming Al-Qaeda in Syria.
Yeah, yeah, because, you know, we need to have as many hotspots as possible because, you know, the war industry just needs to sell war tools.
That's all it amounts to.
And everybody on the planet is collateral damage, these SOBs, once the first nuke is lit off.
Because when you've got hypersonic delivery systems of every variety, missiles, airplanes, Uh, torpedoes.
All of those systems are going to be unstoppable, and the chain reaction will be an hour to detonation time for the whole freaking planet.
And the problem is, these SOBs that have been running this psyop on the human race for the last thousand years know that they're at the endgame.
And they've already got their deep underground bunkers.
They've got their three-year supplies of food.
They've got access to all the gold that they've stolen from the planet.
They seem to think that they can hide for three years, let the transhuman movement cleanse the planet, and then they can step out and become the new Satans that rule the Earth.
These SOBs need to die the most savage death possible.
Wow.
Nice.
Carl.
So this is a war of aggression, and as usual the truth is the Orwellian opposite.
This is Olenski piano playing with his penis puppet of NATO.
This guy doesn't run a democracy, we know that for sure, because he made opposition to him in political parties and in the media illegal and shut them down.
It is the UK, not the UK, but Ukraine, that started this thing by shelling Donbass.
It is Ukraine and NATO who refuse peace talks, who refuse Putin's peace terms of that there is no NATO for Ukraine and Donbass gets independence, which, you know, is what they say that they're about at NATO.
And the UK has escalated Oh yeah.
stream and with that Crimean bridge.
And so therefore we have a tit for tat action going on, which is understandable in war.
You don't get the corporate media is not going to say anything about the tit, but just the tat and the ball is in Ukraine's court.
If they want to try to play that game again, a false flag nuke.
Oh yeah.
That's how our opponents roll.
And the big one That's probably what they call it, the big one, the big false flag.
George Galloway, that's truth, and that EU Parliament member?
That is sharp, that is poignant.
It has to get up to the level where these people are called war criminals, and the wars are called illegal, and people need to demand arrests to stop a crime.
Otherwise, it's just political talk.
And while I appreciate the political talk, it's good, but she needs to up her game because these criminals are in charge.
There is another EU Parliament member Who is calling the purchase of the EU of 4.5 billion doses of the Vax as the greatest corruption scandal ever.
And she also gave a stirring speech about that and put that Up on Twitter.
And that is a population in the EU of about 450 million.
So the EU president purchased 10 doses per person.
And that member of the EU parliament is demanding the communication chain between the vaccine companies and the office of the president of the EU.
Well, she certainly made a magnificent speech.
Very clear, very concise, very pointed.
Meanwhile, perhaps in its own way equally disturbing, Biden's executive order, a direct threat to the dollar, Biden quietly signed Executive Order 14067 on March 9, buried as a sinister provision that sets the stage for legal government surveillance of all U.S.
citizens, total control over your bank account and purchases, the ability to silence all dissenting voices for good.
No wonder Fox called it a deeply troubling development.
Still, most Americans have never even heard of Executive Order 14067.
That's why Jim Rickards, a famous economist and former advisor to C.I.
Pentagon, has sounded the alarm We're in for a major upheaval of the U.S.
dollar.
In fact, I predict the third great dollar earthquake has already begun.
The first was Roosevelt confiscating private gold in 1934.
The second was Nixon abandoning the gold standard in 1971.
Now it's Biden's plan to pave the way for retiring the dollar and replacing it with a new alternative, a digital dollar.
Executive Order 14067 already gives Biden unprecedented power over the future of the dollar.
Unfortunately, most Americans will be caught completely off guard.
Why, Rickards has just released a new presentation about it.
He actually has a book.
But here is a discussion of multiple sources.
I want you to write down Executive Order 14067.
This is an executive order signed by Joe Biden that is set to go into effect on December 13th of 2022.
Now, this would essentially ban non-programmable currency, so Mercedes might want to take it from here, but on Section 4 of this document, Executive Order 14067, they put in this programmable Currency that can be turned on and off the way that Twitter can turn on and or off your account.
So in my opinion, love to get Mercedes and your take on that, Lance.
In my opinion, this is a significant executive order that every American should know about because it would make it where you cannot buy or sell if certain parties aren't a fan of your actions.
If you voted for President Trump as an example, that could turn off your ability to buy or sell.
Where were you on March 9, 2022, when President Biden signed the death warrant on American freedom?
On that day, in a hushed ceremony at the White House, without the approval of Congress, the states, or the American people, Biden signed into law Executive Order 14067.
Buried in his order are a few paragraphs titled Section 4.
The language in Section 4 makes Order 14067 the most treacherous act by a sitting president in the history of our Republic.
There are two videos I really want your audience to watch.
One is a 56 second video of the BIS General Manager, Augustine Carstens, in October 2020, explaining that with CBDC, they will have central control to set the rules and enforce them centrally.
Our analysis on CBDC, in particular for the use of general, to the general use, We tend to establish the equivalence with cash, and there is a huge difference there.
For example, in cash, we don't know, for example, who's using a $100 bill today.
We don't know who is using the $1,000 bill today.
A key difference with the CBDC is that the central bank will have absolute control On the rules and regulations that will determine the use of that expression of central bank liability, and also we will have the technology to enforce that.
This is pretty disturbing stuff.
Ed Henry caught that the 13th of December isn't the date of implementation of this non-programmable currency, but rather of the initiation of a series of steps that will lead to its adoption.
Joe?
Well, yeah, we have a long line of traitors that are in competition for the worst treasonous acts in the history of the planet, and certainly in the history of our country.
And that would include Woody Wilson, and that would include FDR, and that would include Baby Bush and Big Bush and all the rest of the criminals that we've had in office.
And I'm no fan of Eisenhower or Truman.
There's not been a decent president in the last 150 years.
But since January 20th, Uh, the price of steel is up 145 percent, price of lumber 126 percent, cotton 35 percent, food 25 percent, wheat 25 percent, silver 38 percent, copper 50 percent, and oil 80 percent, but at least you haven't had any mean tweets hurting your feelings.
Yeah, anybody that supports this rotten piece of crap election thief deserves what they're getting.
The only problem is that 80 million people didn't vote for this SOB, and we had our votes stolen and given to this SOB, and so 80 million people don't deserve what this SOB is doing to us.
Joe, you got that exactly right.
Carl?
So this step is just the latest in this dictatorial control system to manage everything of a slave race.
Now, the foundation of the monetary system, we can already establish that is criminal.
We can quantify the damages to it.
Catherine Austin fits in that.
FilmClip, along with Robert David Steele, they quantify about 200 trillion dollars of damages.
My economic research demonstrates, Carl B. Herman Plogspot, and he shows the Looting Trillions section, that there's about a million dollars of benefit to the average U.S.
household by shifting the mechanics.
Now, we know that the Fed is already lying.
They have three jobs.
So their job is to minimize unemployment, And how's that doing?
The real stats with if you go to Shadow Stats Economist John Williams uses the previous definitions of unemployment and inflation to be able to demonstrate that the actual unemployment rate is around 20%.
The Fed is tasked with minimizing inflation, okay?
The actual inflation rate is about, last I looked, was 17%, and to minimize interest rates, and that's about up to 7%.
If you wanted to minimize the interest rates, then obviously you'd have to operate that non- Good points.
you would create that credit and then just have it be a public good.
And so altogether, it's just a criminal organization and they loot trillions.
And the total dictatorial control, all you need to do is arm yourself with enough facts, point to the lies and the crimes, and all we have are our voices to demand justice and arrest of these psychopaths.
Good points.
Meanwhile, watching a Saudi state TV savagely mocked Biden in a skit as a confused geezer who calls Kamala Harris the first lady.
The comedy sketch was something you might expect to see on a Saturday night live back in their heyday if Biden were a Republican.
Much of the segment shows an actor wearing something similar to Harris' outfit at the State of the Union, which bore a striking resemblance to a UPS uniform, guiding Biden behind the stage and correcting him every time he misspeaks.
It begins with Biden pointing to reporters and then meandering offstage as Harris shovels behind to steer him back to the podium.
Thank you very much.
Today we got to talk about the crisis in Spain, he says, before the vague BP whispers in New York.
Yeah, we got to talk about the crisis in Africa, he said, before being corrected again.
Yeah, Russia.
Daily Caller tweeted, watch Saudi Arabia TV make fun of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.
And honestly, it's funnier than Saturday Night Live.
In yet another jab at Biden, the president refers to Kamala as the First Lady.
On its surface, it's pretty funny, but even more so when you consider it isn't exactly parody.
Biden has actually done this before.
Just last month, he was informing those at an event that Harris' husband, the second gentleman Don Imhoff, had tested positive for COVID.
There's been a little change in arrangement who's on the stage because the First Lady's husband contacting COVID hadn't announced, seemingly forgetting the First Lady is actually his own wife, Jill Biden.
Here's Reuters tweeting, President Biden mistakenly referred to the First Lady's husband contracting COVID before correcting himself to say it was Vice President Harris's husband Don Emhoff, who had tested positive years earlier, joined a press conference.
Far-left CNN political analyst Van Jones and former Obama staffer Ray Dalar bells over Biden performing it, describing it as foggy and meandering.
What stands out here is that had Saudi Arabia produced a comedy skit mocking former President Trump in the same manner, the media would be playing it non-stop and declaring how Trump was embarrassing America on the world stage.
Instead, You're only seeing the clip by coming to the Political Insider, another independent outlet.
In fact, do you know which country's state-run media did mock President Trump?
Russia's.
You know, the country he was portrayed as being in bed with.
Russian state television in 2019 described Trump as this clown, described his foreign policy as a failure at every turn.
It's clear not only does Saudi state-run media view Biden as a true clown, so does the government itself.
Report service last week bludgers in Saudi Arabia and the UAE refused to take calls from the White House as Biden was pushing for more oil production during the Russian invasion.
Here's a Wall Street Journal tweeting, Leaders of Saudi Arabia and the UAE declined requests to speak with President Biden during the Ukraine crisis say they took calls from Putin.
Joe, your thoughts?
Yes, well, speaking of Camel Toe Harris, yeah, there's a great little skit that Jimmy Dore did, seven minutes long, called, Nobody Should Go to Jail for Smoking Weed, says Camel Toe Harris on YouTube.
Yeah, she, in this, he has some clips of her when she was running for Senate, and she said, as A state attorney general and his DA in the Los Angeles area, I sent over 1900 casual pot smokers to jail and I didn't let them out because we needed the prison labor that we got for free by these people being in jail.
But one thing that I was going to do That I didn't get a chance to do because the people in San Francisco wouldn't let me, is that education is very important.
And we have a lot of children that are falling through the cracks because their parents aren't forcing them to go to school.
So I was going to put parents in jail for truancy, but that idea didn't pass.
So yeah, that's the kind of leadership we've got backing up FJB.
Absolute insanity, man.
Absolute insanity.
Carl.
So Saudi Arabia on the surface this could be like a big big big deal.
Saudi Arabia is owned or has been owned by the United States with a deal for petrodollar oil that they only sold their oil for dollars and then invested part of their profits into buying U.S. debt securities in exchange for military support for this one family claiming to own all that land.
So that's a big deal.
And then you have the actor playing Biden going to the Saudis and requesting an increase in oil production.
And instead, he gets a two million barrel a day decrease significantly.
So, wow!
You know, I think that says volumes about the control.
And this Biden actor, and remember this is just an actor, you can tell by the earlobes, The previous Biden had dangly ones, and this actor has attached ones, so this is a sign up of some sort.
And the history of this guy already demonstrates that people should withdraw support.
This is a hair-sniffing, child-groping, plagiarist, liar, war criminal lying, criminal against humanity for these forced COVID actions into injections and the worst economic attack in American history.
So, you know, the crime du jour's just go ahead and pile them on.
Something is going to have to break.
This guy won't remain one way or another.
Carl, good points, good points.
Meanwhile, here we get some admissions a bit late.
Keystone pipeline cancellation was a mistake, economists under Obama and Clinton admits.
And slowing oil permits being hostile toward natural gas were errors, too.
Laurie Summers, Secretary of the Treasury under Clinton and the Director of the National Economic Council under Obama, admitted during a Friday interview that canceling the Keystone pipeline was a mistake.
And that slowing oil permits and being hostile as a country toward natural gas were errors as well.
During the interview, he was asked about the OPEC move to slash oil production by 2 million barrels a day to control prices, a move that was a blow to President Biden, who made a trip to Saudi Arabia over the summer to implore oil kingpins there to increase production to lower gas prices.
Specifically, Summers was asked if the oil production downturn will have larger macroeconomic effects and possibly speed us into a global recession.
There's nothing good in this, Summers replied.
He added, we made a mistake by canceling the Keystone.
We made a mistake by slowing down permitting.
We made a mistake by being hostile to natural gas.
He also said, we made a mistake in Congress a few weeks ago when we didn't pass a program from Joe Manchin of West Virginia to expand permitting.
We crucially need regulatory relief or we're going to get renewables or we're not going to get renewables online fast.
And we're not going to get the transmission lines that are necessary.
For renewals to become a large part of our energy fast.
So the real lesson is we need a different kind of energy strategy than we have.
We need one that is balanced, rather than total hostility to fossil fuels.
Or, God knows, the strategy of favoring fossil fuels we have.
Even egregious favoritism towards Saudi Arabia we saw during the Trump administration.
We need to find a balance.
He claims we're making a move in that direction.
Meanwhile, Biden pardons all federal offenses of simple marijuana possession in his first major step toward decriminalization.
This is such obvious pandering.
No one can be surprised by it.
There actually turned out to be no federal prisoners for simple marijuana possession.
Meanwhile, here we have The New Yorker, Andy Borowitz, parodying what's going on.
Biden releases marijuana offenders from prison to make room for Trump administration.
Washington, a Borowitz report.
President Biden announced he was pardoning all people convicted under federal law of marijuana possession in order to make prison cells available for members of the Trump administration.
Announcing the decision from the federal office, Biden said, at present, thousands of Americans are in prison for the possession of marijuana.
Those thousands of prison cells are badly needed to accommodate the influx of Trump aides, associates, and family members.
Biden said vacating the existing cells would save the American taxpayer billions, since the only alternative is to construct about 40,000 new cells that the incoming Trump prisoners would require.
Meanwhile, and this is no parody, Justice Department asked court to deny Trump plea over FBI search.
The Biden admin urges the Supreme Court to steer clear of a legal fight over classified dogs seized during the raid on Mar-a-Lago.
The high court is weighing an emergency appeal from Trump, asking it to overturn a lower court ruling and permit an independent arbiter, a special master, to review the roughly 100 docs with classified markings that were taken in the August 8th search.
The Justice Department said in a 32-page filing in opposition, Trump claimed has no merit, noting the case involves extraordinarily sensitive government records.
A three-judge panel from the Atlanta-based Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit limited the special master review to a much larger tranche of non-classified docs.
The judges included two Trump appointees sided with the DOJ.
But Trump lawyers said in their application it was essential for the special master to have access to the classified records to determine whether documents bearing classification markings are in fact classified and, regardless of classification, whether those records are personal or presidential records.
Joe, your thoughts?
Yes, well, maybe within the next six months or a year, Larry Summers will agree that blowing up the Nord Stream Pipelines was a bad idea, not just the Keystone Pipeline.
Yeah, these SOBs.
But he was the president of Harvard when the Army DARPA had a system called
LifeLog, which was a cyber system where you could input information about you and your family and blah blah blah, and it depended on stolen patents from Leader Technology, and those were given to James P. Chandler, the patent attorney for Hillary Clinton, which I don't know which patents that she ever created on her own, but she owns dozens and dozens of
The SEC, Senior Executive Service, S-E-S, is in charge of the patent office, and they steal every patent that's worth a shit, and they gave this one to Fakebook.
And guess who, Fakebook, he happened to, the guy who had never written a line of code in his life, Zucky Burke, was chosen to be the puppet head of that.
And guess who one of the principal investors was in Fakebook?
Oh, that was Peter Thiel.
Yeah, the same guy that started PayPal.
The same group that just this last week said that they were going to start charging every one of their users $2,500 if you say anything that's misinformation, according to whoever the fact-checkers are, who are nothing but a bunch of fellow Nazis.
And surprisingly enough, there was some pushback.
The stock of PayPal has dropped $3 billion since they made that announcement.
And then they said, well, we didn't actually make that announcement.
We were never going to do that.
That was just published by mistake.
And it was our bad.
Sorry about that.
Yeah.
Uh-huh.
Yeah.
Well, explain it to your shareholders as your company collapses.
This whole thing is just rotten wall to wall.
You're right, Joe.
Carl?
The Obama official commenting on the Keystone Pipeline is a CYA maneuver, but they're just going to stall.
What our opponents really want is the Great Reset, and that is going to be initiated by some sort of a false flag event.
So they're not going to do anything about it.
They're just going to virtue signal that, oh yeah, yeah, those prices, yeah, that was a mistake.
Mistakes were made, but nothing's going to happen.
So that one picture of the actor playing Biden did have Robert Kennedy, a bust of Robert Kennedy's head in the background.
And whenever that was originally taken, that may have been a comm that that it was our opponents who busted Robert Kennedy's head and ended his being president in 1968, which he surely would have done.
So in this thing with the FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago, Trump claims that all of the documents were declassified by him.
All right.
So, is that true?
If it is true, then what's the crime for him having it?
If it's not true, then what's the delay with charging him?
What was the delay for getting those records all the way from when he left office in January of 2021 and the delay between getting the request to do the raid to executing the raid?
So this is just a smear campaign like all the other smear campaigns like Russiagate and the impeachments and they're just dragging this out until the midterms and and what our opponents also really want.
is to for these midterm elections or one of the things that they have in contingency is to say that you know we're no longer going to tolerate election deniers and election deniers are domestic violent extremist insurrectionist terrorists and to start cracking down on that for total control of the one people's unicorn rainbow party You got it all exactly right, Carl.
Meanwhile, Colorado's Secretary of State's office has mistakenly sent postcards to about 30,000 non-citizens, encouraging them to register to vote, blaming the error on the database list related to the state's list of residents with driver's licenses, where, as you know, in California, with the motor voter law,
Anyone who obtains a driver's license is automatically registered to vote, which sounds super until you realize that illegal aliens are entitled to get driver's licenses in California and are thereby automatically registered to vote.
Remember, today's migrants are tomorrow's Democrats, one of the major reasons for bringing so many in so fast.
Meanwhile, a Pfizer exec concedes COVID-19 was never—the vax—was never tested on preventing transmission before release, as though that were not the point of it.
Pfizer, in fact, said neither she nor Pfizer officials knew whether its vax would stop transmission before entering the market.
A member of the European Parliament, Rob Ruse, asked during a session, was Pfizer-Vax tested on stopping the transmission of the virus before it entered the market?
Did we know about stopping immunization before it entered the market?
Pfizer's Janie Small, President of International Developed Markets, said in response, no, You know, we had to really move at the speed of science to know what is taking place in the market.
Bruce of the Netherlands argued in a Twitter video that following Small's comments, millions of people around the world were duped by pharmaceutical companies and governments.
Millions felt forced to get vaccinated because of the myth, you do it for others.
Now, this turned out to be a cheap lie and should be exposed.
The FDA wrote in late 2020 there was no data to determine whether the vaccine would prevent transmission or for how long it would protect.
At this time, That are not available to make a determination about how long the vax will provide protection, nor is there evidence that the vax prevents transmission from person to person.
Meanwhile, Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla, around the same time, said the firm was not certain if those who received the NRNA vax would be able to transmit I think this is something that needs to be examined.
We are not certain about that right now.
Former White House medical advisor Dr. Deborah Birx in June revealed there was evidence in December of 2020 that those who received the vax, including Pfizer, could still transmit the virus.
We knew early on in January 2021 and late December 2020 that reinfection was occurring after natural infection.
She told members of Congress this year a number of officials in the U.S.
and around the world had claimed the vax would prevent transmission.
Among them, Joe Biden in July 2021 remarked, You're not going to get COVID if you have these vaccines.
Biden administration official Tony the Rat Fauci said in a CBS interview, vaccinate people are dead ends for COVID-19, suggesting they cannot transmit the virus.
When you get vaxxed, you know, you protect your own health and that of the family.
But you contribute to community health by preventing the spread of the virus throughout the community.
Two months later, he said vaccinated people are capable of transmitting.
In the coming months, Fauci, Biden, CDC Director Rochelle Walensky, and others pivoted to say the vaccine prevents severe disease, hospitalization, and death, but not the ability to transmit.
Joe, your thoughts?
Yes, well, Executive Order Number 13-887, Modernization of Influenza Vaccine in the United States to Propose National Security and Public Health, signed September 19, 2019.
Yeah.
I attended the Trump rally in January of 2022 in Conroe, Texas.
And every time DJT mentioned how great his Warp Speed vaccines were, he was so roundly booed, you couldn't hear anybody clapping in approval.
It was nothing but solid boos.
And as recently as this weekend in Arizona, he was there again saying, you know, I did the Warp Speed thing and still getting booed.
So I don't know what it takes to wake this guy up.
But, you know, people are saying, it's not his fault he was lied to by Fauci and Briggs.
Well, I'm sorry.
With the overwhelming amount of evidence that's available, the man has yet to make the right decision on this terrible call.
And I'm not forgiving him for that, along with a whole raft of other things that Jim is willing to excuse.
Carl, your thoughts?
So the 30,000 request to register to vote, that's just another mistake.
It's just another crime.
They want to pretend like, oopsie, when it's really criminally planned.
And we have more than enough evidence for that.
The 2020 election was stolen.
And I like the documentaries 2000 mules and selection to be able to demonstrate that but the academic record for that goes back at least 20 years I'm thinking now with professors at Princeton and Stanford definitively making the case that these electronic voting machines without A unique receipt are designed to steal elections, not to facilitate them.
And then that EU guy, Rob Bruce, he's actually the second guy.
There was a third member, a female, who was saying that the greatest corruption of the EU is the purchase of those 4.5 billion backshots.
For that Vax Executive to giggle with duping delight, because that's what she did.
And then, to whatever bullshit is this, she tried to excuse, like, oh yeah, we didn't check for that because, you know, we had to move at the speed of science, you know, whatever.
So, uh, this is fraud.
It's a crime.
It's the greatest attack on the economy of people in world history.
They are liable for all of the back's damages, health damages, and deaths.
And, uh, these are crimes against humanity.
And if you go to Carl B. Herman Blogspot, any of these shows, the essay, My Best Shot, gives sufficient documentation to prove the crimes and the need for arrests.
Yep, you got it.
You got it right, Carl.
Meanwhile, Supreme Court overturns a ruling on a Massachusetts gun law, leaving its constitutionality in question.
The court reversed a federal appellate decision on October 3rd that upheld one of Massachusetts' self-gun laws months after the high court expanded the Second Amendment rights.
The mass law in question It imposed a lifetime ban on purchasing handguns, but not possessing them, on anyone convicted of a non-violent misdemeanor that involved the possession or use of guns.
The High Court remanded the case, Morin v. Liver, to the U.S.
Court of Appeals for the First Circuit for further consideration in light of the Supreme Court's landmark June 23rd decision in New York State Rifle and Pistol v. Broon.
Massachusetts was previously added to board for Lever as an intervener to defend the constitutionality of the state law.
The order was unsigned.
No justices indicated they were dissenting from it, nor did they explain why they granted the order.
In Broome, the earlier 6-3 ruling, the court recognized a constitutional right to bear arms in public for self-defense and struck down New York's law requiring an applicant to demonstrate proper cause to obtain a license for a concealed carry.
The court also found gun restrictions are deeply rooted in American history and must be if they are to survive constitutional scrutiny.
Meaning, basically, the right to keep and bear arms is what is deeply rooted and not easily constrained.
Massachusetts requires individuals to obtain licenses to possess or purchase handguns.
This qualifies those with certain criminal convictions.
The law also provides an individual convicted of a non-violent misdemeanor Considering the possession or use of a gun, can't obtain a license allowing him to possess a handgun at home, but only after five years have passed.
The same party can never obtain the authorization to purchase a handgun, thus the only way he could obtain one is to be left to him at death.
Prisoner Alfred Moran's legal troubles began in October 2004 when he traveled from Massachusetts to Washington with a handgun.
At the time, he possessed a valid Massachusetts license to carry, unaware that the District of Columbia prohibited him from carrying his gun despite having the mask licensed.
At the American Museum of Modern History, he saw a sign prohibiting firearms and approached a guard to inquire about checking his gun.
My God!
He was seeking to adhere to the law.
The police arrested him and charged him with carrying a pistol without a license, possession of an unregistered firearm, and unlawful possession of ammunition, which is truly piling it on.
On November 8, 2004, he pled guilty to attempting to carry a pistol without a license in possession of an unregistered fire on both misdemeanors.
The Superior Court of the District of Columbia sentenced him to 60 days imprisonment on each count, three months of supervised prohibition, 20 hours of community service.
They suspended the imprisonment portion.
Moore later applied to police in his home state for a firearm identification card and a permit to buy a firearm in February 2018.
Respondent William Liver, chief of the Northboro, Massachusetts Police Department, denied his application.
The Supreme Court summarily disposed of the pending case, simultaneously granting the petitioner's request seeking review, skipping over the oral argument at which the merits would have been considered.
Some lawyer called the process GVR, grant, vacate, and remand.
It came after the court issued a series of rulings on June 30, reversing federal appellate court decisions upholding gun restriction to California, Hawaii, Maryland, and New Jersey.
This was a good act by the Supreme Court.
The Epoch Times reached out for comment from Warren's attorney, but he didn't reply.
Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healey told the Epoch Times, we are declining to comment.
Meanwhile, in Wisconsin, this is Tom Michaels is running for governor.
He's going to stand up for the Second Amendment right of citizens.
Here's his plan.
Fire Milwaukee County D.A.
John Chisholm on day one.
This is a guy who released the Waukesha driver.
Incentivize the hiring of more police officers.
Create new mandatory minimum penalties for felons possessing guns.
Create RICO-like provision to investigate and prosecute Riot organizers exposed weak prosecutors and judges through greater access to public information, imposed state aid reduction for those who attempt to defund bullies, allowed judges to consider multiple factors in setting bail, reduced the aging Green Bay Prison with a larger modern facility, Regarding violent crime, he observes, the system is broken.
The criminals are abusing it.
Woke prosecutors are timid.
Liberal judges go unnoticed.
Remove district attorneys who through their actions or inaction create a dangerous situation in their community, beginning with Milwaukee County John Chisholm on day one.
Encourage more cops on the street to address rising crime.
Get tough on defunding the police by imposing one and a half times state aid penalty for communities pursuing those actions.
Enact a mandatory two years minimum sentence for felons convicted of John possession.
Support.
Eliminate the ability of the charge to be dropped.
Support an amendment that allows judges to consider a variety of factors, including severity of alleged crimes.
Expose weak judges and prosecutors.
Increase compensation for medical examiners.
Eliminate backlogs on forensic lab testing.
Incentivize the WTCS system, UW, and private universities to expand law enforcement training.
Mass lawlessness and riots.
A Kenosha-type situation should never happen again.
Any attempt to organize violent mob action will be dealt with far more harshly.
Destroy the protection of the anonymity of the mob in riots by agreeing a special council with authorization to bring personal civil actions against all who have participated in mob or riot activity, and to collect all losses caused by the activity, including property damage and lost business income.
For those organizing and leading such violence, proceed under organized crime provision, and as necessary, create RICO-like state provisions to clear any barrier.
Create a special prosecution task force made up of Wisconsin's most aggressive prosecutors that step in with a prosecutorial surge in instances of mob violence.
Empowered to act in conjunction with a county DA or independently when necessary.
This is all excellent.
There's some things, like firing Milwaukee County DA John Chisholm, I'll do on day one.
But it's going to take a broad coalition to make this blueprint a reality, said Michaels.
Meanwhile, replace and expand Green Bay Correctional Institution.
The Greenway Correctional Institute is older than Alcatraz, built in 1897, with most expansion occurring before World War II.
It's a max security to house 800, but today has over 1,000.
The village could reuse a 29-acre parcel for commercial and residential development, putting it back on local tax rolls.
Researchers at St.
Norbert College estimate the parcel could produce $138.5 million in revenue and create 14,000 new jobs.
The new prison would be within 30 miles of the existing and be larger to accommodate up to 1,500 violent criminals.
Joe, your thoughts?
Okay, well this is getting close to my final thoughts because I've got a bunch on my to-do list today and I was just brought in at the last minute, but I will put down in the comment sections a link to an article that lists the 75 district attorneys nationwide that got an average of a million dollars apiece to be able to put Activist district attorneys all over the country and release these criminals out on the street so they could continue to victimize people.
Absolutely shameful.
And since I really need to make my final comments, I was going to talk about something else.
Yeah, I was invited by Jeremy Nell at Germ Warfare to do a segment on the war crimes that were committed during the Boer War, and one of the principal people involved in that was Winston Churchill.
And I had read a biography of him in high school, absolutely idolized the guy.
It was like, oh, he won World War II, he won the Battle of Britain, he was just the most courageous guy.
And then as history started dribbling a few more facts into my mind, like the stuff in The creature from Jekyll Island, that he was the first lord of the admiralty that ordered the sinking of the Lusitania, and that he was a reporter for the war, and was an absolute 100% cheerleader for the massacres that happened down there.
Well, I've started doing some more searching on Churchill.
I came across a video that I will put also down in the comments section that's on YouTube.
The Churchill cult is out of control.
By a Pakistani British citizen named Tariq Ali, and he said that, let's see, Churchill was in charge of Shooting the Welsh miners that were on strike in 1910, that he was an avid supporter of Mussolini, an avid supporter of Franco, that during World War II in 1943, he starved to death 3 million people in Bengal.
He was an absolute 100% racist.
He wanted to kill every German in the whole country.
He didn't think the Morgenthau plan, killing 10 million Germans, went far enough.
He was an unrepentant alcoholic racist by any standard.
And this guy says, you know, the fact that kids are protesting and wanting the statues removed, this is maybe somebody whose statue does need to be removed.
It's very powerful presentation.
It's about 25 minutes long, and yeah, I think we need to rethink a whole bunch of stuff.
As long as we're tearing down statues of Confederate war heroes, we've got a few other heroes that are probably need to at least have a disclaimer plaque placed underneath their statues.
Well, Joe, thank you for joining in on such short notice.
Carl?
And Churchill was against independence for India, excuse me.
So this guy was an unapologetic colonial master.
So this guy Moran, as Jim said, he acts within the law.
He walks up, says, you know, I got a license to carry this thing, but you know, I'll check it with you.
And then he finds out that he is in the Orwellian so-called Gun-free zone, which is an interesting constitutional question.
And the obfuscation and the bullshit of our political leaders is evident in this, is that an American principle of government is the will of the people.
So we should really find out if these apparent, on its paper, removal of Second Amendment rights is within the will of the people.
But our leaders just want to push narratives they don't want to find out.
I do want to remind you that AMREV 1.0 began and went hot when our own government attempted to enforce a cannon-free zone on Lexington and Concord, and invaded those two towns with an illegal standing army, and found some pushback there.
And so, Wisconsin, you know, that is great.
I am encouraged by that.
So, but to put this into perspective, is that he wants to go back to, let's say, a 2019 standard of justice where everyone knows that, oh yeah, the rioters, if they do that, they're going to get arrested.
Well, that's good, that's good, that's good.
And the big story always in the background is that the police departments at their core, they are corrupt, and we can just go to the assassinations of JFK, RFK, and MLK to demonstrate in those three central cases, you have the police departments of Dallas, the leaderships, of the LAPD and the Memphis Police Department.
And nobody from any other police department has spoken up.
So, you know, it's a good step in the right direction.
But until we get up to the place where we can have a strong demand for arrests, we're going to continue to get played.
Yes, yes.
Excellent comments, Carl.
Meanwhile, Chicago Marathon adds a non-binary category, but the non-binary runner says it's not enough.
For the first time ever, runners in the Bank of America Chicago Marathon will be able to compete in a non-binary category.
That means those who identify neither as male nor female.
That's right.
One of the world's most prestigious marathons is no longer limiting participation to the gender categories of old, male and female, but allowing those who identify as non-binary To compete under a self-designated gender identity.
This is fine with me.
At the end of the day, we don't want people showing up being misgendered, having a negative experience.
No one's advocating for that.
Currently, fewer than 100 among the more than 40,000 are competing in the non-binary category.
For non-binary runner Cal Calameo, marathon officials are not going far enough.
Although he described the development, or she, or what, as exciting, Calameric criticized marathon officials for not making a public announcement recognizing the non-binary category.
He also condemned them for not providing non-binary with a monetary prize, a finish line ribbon, or an elite category.
Personally, it feels hurtful because it feels performative or brushed under the rug because it really is a big deal, he told the paper.
As a trans athlete, showing up and registering for these races is a hard thing to do because there's not usually space.
What makes it easier is when big organizations with a lot of power say, we're adding this category and we're proud of it and we're doing what it takes to celebrate these runners.
When asked about Calamar's criticism, a spokesperson for the marathon provided a generic response.
While we're excited to introduce a non-binary division, we recognize the opportunity for continued dialogue, learning, and progress with our event.
Discussions are ongoing with non-binary participants and leaders within our sport to work together toward a goal of creating more inclusive event experiences.
That's about as good a statement as anyone could make.
Chicago turns out to be the second major marathon to add non-binary, where the New York City Marathon did it first last year.
Carl, your thoughts?
So, this LGTBS Plus groups have been captured and they're being used and manipulated.
As a retired high school teacher, I was requested by students when I was teaching in Phoenix.
A group of about 50 students wanted to form a GSA, a Gay Straight Alliance Club, and they were instructed, well, you got to find a teacher sponsor.
So, these students came to me and I said, All right, I can help you out.
But why are you asking me?
And they responded, truthfully, they said, because Mr. Herman, we know you will protect us.
And they were right, they were protected.
It's a long story, but the football team came involved and it became clear to the students on the campus that If they wanted to mess with these these just charming students, then they would have to address that with about 20 members of the football team took a stand to end any any problems again that area.
So this First Amendment rights that we have for non-binary or whatevers, they have the First Amendment right.
They can identify whatever they want to do.
They can have as many support groups.
They can chat among themselves as much as they want.
And the First Amendment rights to the rest of us is that we are absolutely protected to identify these human beings based on their biological sex.
End of story.
You have to be able to prove that there's some sort of damages.
But if you say he and they want to be called a she, well, then, you know, we're referring to your male sexual part.
And it doesn't matter if you removed it or not.
We're referencing accurately that you were born a male.
But these people are never going to have enough.
The users want us all divided and conquered while they run the empire.
Good, good, good stuff, Carl.
Very good.
Very good.
Meanwhile, now Dilbert is a racist comic book.
Unbelievable.
It's canceled by 77 newspapers after author Scott Adams began incorporating anti-woke plot lines, including a black character who identifies as white.
The comic strip was booted from a number of publications owned by Lee Enterprises.
Scott Adams said some newspapers voiced concern after receiving complaints about the content.
Dilbert strips featured in newspapers in 57 countries and 19 languages.
There are over 20 million Dilbert books and calendars in print.
Adam's much-loved Dilbert comics have been in circulation since 1989, frequently buffooned off as culture, but he announced he was sensationally dropped by publisher Lee Enterprises.
The media company owns nearly 100 papers across the country, including the Buffalo News, St.
Louis Post-Dispatch, Arizona Daily Sun, has been publishing Adam's jokes about the corporate ladder for years.
One of his most recent comic strips included a black worker who identifies as white being asked to also identify as gay to boost his company's environmental, social, and governance ratings.
Dave, his recurring character, replies, depends how hard you want me to sell it before the boss responds.
Just wear better shirts.
Adam65 is believed to be worth nearly $70 million of fortune he amassed thanks to the popularity of his characters, as well as his non-Dilbert-related works.
Here it is.
Here's the satire.
Dave, I need to boost our company's ESG rating, so I'm promoting you to be our CTO.
I know you identified as white, so that won't help our ESG Scores!
But would it be too much trouble to identify as gay?
Depends how hard you want me to sell it.
Just wear better shirts.
Another satire posted Monday showed the same character in charge of the fictional firm wondering how he can open a new factory without contributing negatively to the environment.
As a solution to stop him being bashed by woke commentators, the boss concludes he'll add a nine binary worker to his board to increase diversity.
His satirical strips feature in newspapers across 57 countries, 19 languages.
The character Dave, named after the creator's brother, is a prankster who messes with his boss.
Here's a couple of additional.
I need $10 million to start an independent ESG rating service.
Why would I want to invest in your startup?
Because your company has a low ESG rating and I have no code of ethics.
That's the answer I was looking for.
Dave, your boss hired me to solve all his problems by renaming stuff.
I realize you identify as white just to prank him, but he asked me to rename you as black so he can reach his ESG goals.
You are a worthy opponent, but I can change my identity as often as I want.
Replied I get paid by the hour.
Here's more.
Your RESG score will drop if we open a new factory that adds CO2 to the atmosphere.
But we can balance that out by adding more diversity to our board.
How much CO2 do you plan to add?
What are non-binary board members worth?
Another.
We are replacing traditional performance reviews with a wokeness score assigned by Human Resources.
The more woke you are, the more you will get paid.
That feels too subjective.
That'll cost two points off your wokeness score, bigot.
The removal of the strips has significant financial impact on Adam, but it's unclear how much he was making from the partnership to begin with.
Respondent claims Lee Enterprise were just making changes to their syndication, he added.
Do you think they flipped coins to decide what to keep and what to delete?
It wasn't about popularity or cost, that I know.
But it could have been a normal business decision of another type.
That's a huge coincidence.
All possible.
In another of his anti-woke comics, one boasts told workers, we're replacing traditional performance reviews with a wokeness score assigned by human resources.
They explain that the more woke you are, the more you will get paid.
But one confused worker butts in to say that feels too subjective and the boss bites back.
That'll cost two points off your wokeness score, bigot.
Carl, your thoughts?
So, these Lee Enterprises, they operate in 26 states, and it is one of the small aspects of corporate media, but we'll see how they rebound off of this.
What our opponents want is they want dictatorship, they want to control what is acceptable for speech, and then our opponents want companies to enforce this in the workplace, and exactly as the Dilbert comic.
Points out is that that's going to translate into a loss of income.
It's similar to a social credit score, which is what our opponents want.
Yes, yes, yes.
I mean, Dilbert's hilarious, and this is very appropriate, and it's unbelievable that he can't get a fair shake.
Meanwhile, we want to hear from you.
Send FanMailBroerCon to LiveNeedToKnowAtGmail.com.
LiveNeedToKnowAtGmail.com.
Dave Martin writes, I thought that depends on how hard you want me to sell it line was just about the funniest thing I've ever read on Dilbert and the response is almost as funny.
I think that's what really got him canned by Lee.
And they're just playing the race card as an excuse.
It's not blacks.
He's lamb hooning.

Carl, your final thoughts?
This is the middle of the second week in October, and we're moving fast towards those midterms.
We are at apparently the endgame of World War III, and we have two possible general outcomes.
One, our opponents win and they're going to have the Great Reset for us, and that's going to be the same type of lies that we've been seeing.
Just go back if you want to declare the beginning of World War III with the assassination of JFK.
That's a nice part, but It's really been going on for a long time.
So they want this empire of lies.
They want the work animal human species.
To take a knee when ordered, to take a shot when ordered, and to own nothing and to be happy.
The other side, what we're working for, is the Great Awakening, and that is going to be truth, justice, including arrest of these psychopaths, and an unleashing of human creativity for a synergy of breakthroughs that would unleash and develop human beings into some unimaginable
So, again, for we patriots working on this, we don't have much, we have the truth, but we're going to offer it and we're going to use our strongest voice to promote it.
Well, Carl, thanks for the excellence of your commentary and to Joe for joining late.
You did a great job.
I do want to respond to his caustic remark about me in relation to Donald Trump.
Think about it.
Of the last presidents we've had, start with Bill Clinton or Barack Obama or go back to W.
Or go back to, you know, talk about the president in combat.
This guy, Donald Trump, gave us a surging economy.
He made us energy independent.
He shut down the border.
He took no nonsense.
He got us into no wars.
He kept inflation marginalized, absolutely minimal.
Yes, he committed a blunder with regard to the Vax, no doubt about it.
And yes, I would like to see him make amends for that blunder.
But the American people believe in this guy because all those presidents we talk about and many more, he cares about America.
You can feel it.
It's visceral.
I'm convinced he wants to put America first, and he's making a real difference.
And if you want the evidence, look how massively they're going about trying to stop him from running again.
He's not one of them, and they know it.
He wants to drain the swamp, and he knows how to do it.
And they know it.
They're going all out to stop him, and I say, if you want indelible proof that this is the right guy to clean up the mess in Washington, there it is, right there, staring you in the face.
Don't make the mistake of continuing to support the miscreants in Washington who are doing everything they can to destroy America.
Put America first.
Spend as much time as you can with your friends, your family.
We do not know how much time we have left.
I'm following my own words.
Believe me, by God, I'm doing it, and you should too.
