We have, from Mike Adams, giant homeless encampments set to explode across the United States.
Organized retail criminals unleash coordinated mass thefts and violence.
He's talking about a very serious problem where California has led the way.
Worsening inflation, stemming from endless fiat currency money printing, is causing food, energy, and housing to become unaffordable for millions of Americans.
Right now, homeless encampments are expanding in Los Angeles, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Oakland, and other locales.
The situation is bound to worsen as inflation accelerates and people find themselves jobless all across America.
People are moving out of unaffordable appointments and rental and moving into RVs or campers.
Many have jobs but still can't afford enough money for a down payment on a home.
As conditions deteriorate, many others are going to move to RVs or to trucks or to cars.
Try living out of your car.
Then eventually to tents on the street.
Then, of course, cardboard boxes.
There, they're largely forgotten by the same bureaucrats who promised them jobs and government assistance.
Those are also the same parties who created the problems that led to homelessness in the first place, such as worsening inflation by handing out stimulus money or forcing small businesses to shut down over COVID claims.
The controlled demolition of America is well underway.
While most homeless are non-violent, who are merely trying to survive, problems such as drug addiction, mental illness, public health violations, and violence continue to plague homeless encampments.
These cities are almost always filthy, road ridden, feces festered, shantytown fixtures that reek of trash and desperation.
As they grow in size and number, they're going to pose a significant challenge to those who conduct entire cities, especially given the encampments have their own rules, own leadership, and underground economy.
They do not abide by mainstream rules.
Local police and city members pretend they don't even exist.
They are, in effect, no-go zones for police and first responders, other than those rare occasions when city leaders decide to clean out the tents and the trash, thrusting those who live there into even more desperate circumstances.
Here's a review of one in Oakland, California.
With the economy collapsing, homelessness isn't going to become a way of life for millions more Americans.
To survive, many are going to turn to retail theft, shoplifting all sorts of goods, including food, from local markets and retail.

Retailers are bolstering security to counteract, but it's going on apace.

Items under those craved include apparel, health and beauty, electronics, supplies, accessories, food and beverage, especially liquor, foodware, home furnishings, houseware, home improvement, eyewear, office supplies, infant care, toys.
We're seeing more and more.
Los Angeles County Sheriff Alex Villanueva blamed radical Democrats and prosecutors, saying they live in this woke palace where they're not affected by their policies, but the average person is.
In other words, America is beginning to see the rise of organized retail theft rings that are increasingly terrorizing brick-and-mortar stores, traumatizing their employees, and looting their merchandise.
The bureaucratic geniuses in Illinois, who favor criminals and publish those who adhere to the law, have passed and signed the Safety Act, which will eliminate bail for second-degree murder, for arson, for kidnapping, for violent assaults, and many other serious crimes.
Insane!
In essence, it allows police to arrest a murderer, hand him a ticket to appear in court, and then release him right back to kill again.
State Senator Donald DeWitt is trying to repeal this dangerous, lawless act pushed by Democrats.
From DeWitt's website, I can't walk down the street without being stopped by someone who asks how the Safety Act can be stopped.
Constituents are particularly worried about criminal offenses that will, as of January 1st, be considered non-detainable.
People have legitimate concerns.
We need to pump the brakes on implementation so the long list of unintended consequences tied to the Act can be addressed.
The same state attorneys who have defended the act have said that offenses like second-degree murder, arson, aggravated battery, kidnapping, burglary, robbery, intimidation, threatening a public official could no longer meet the standard for pre-trial detention.
What many don't realize is that, of all things, trespassing is no longer a crime law enforcement can prevent.
They cannot arrest or remove squatters, for example, who decide to move into your shed, your garage, your RV, or your home.
This is stunning.
In other words, The homeless will soon be able to move into any home they choose, and police will not remove them even if they are trespassing in Illinois.
This means private property owners in Illinois will have no legal means by which to remove individuals, including drug addicts, prostitutes, and violent criminals who invade their property.
If you leave for a weekend and a homeless person breaks in and takes over your home, you have no legal means to remove them.
Think about it.
This means you are on your own.
You'll have to decide how to handle potentially large groups that are living in your garage or your home.
If the police do nothing, do you have the right to be your own police?
What level of force can a private citizen exert to convince a trespasser to leave?
In Democrat-run cities and counties, it's obvious private property owners who threaten trespassers using guns or knives will themselves be arrested and prosecuted by radical left-wing district attorneys.
In other words, if you find squatters in your home crapping on the carpet, spraying graffiti on the walls, and you call police to remove them, the police will say there's nothing they can do.
If you pull a gun and try to force them to leave, the police will arrest you.
And while you're in jail, they will rip up your home, probably set it on fire.
This is Illinois under Democrat control.
It's a feature of civilization collapse that's coming to every blue city and county across America, where criminals are protected and the law-abiding are punished.
The situation is similar in Oregon.
Where some property owners are quite literally listing homes for sale that already have squatters who refuse to leave.
These listings are heavily discounted.
Buyers are not allowed to tour the homes or see inside them before making offers.
That's because someone probably already crapped on the carpet or set the wallpaper on fire.
If you currently own property in the state of Illinois, your property value is about to be crushed.
What, after all, is the value of private property in a state where the security of private property will not be enforced?
The answer is zero.
No home is worth anything if a flash mob of homeless looters can rampage through your home at any time with a full approval of the state's left-leaning lawmaker while police are unwilling to do anything to stop it because they're bound by the new law.
If you own real estate in Illinois, sell it before January 1st.
If you don't sell your property and leave Illinois, you are bonkers.
If you live in Illinois, Leave before January 1st or get to a rural conservative community.
We have a chance of finding law enforcement.
Judges and juries will recognize common sense and the right to defend your own home against looters and squatters.
Because remember, as homelessness explodes across America, millions of destitute, desperate people will take over private homes and buildings.
Rendering the very idea of private property null and void.
Now it's the mob's property and mob rules what the Democrats are striving for, which is why they wrote and passed this law to nullify private property and unleash violent criminals onto the streets and into the homes of Illinois.
Chaos is coming to the blue cities all by design.
Illinois, California, Oregon, Washington, New York, New Jersey.
Other Democrat-controlled states are about to be plunged into a hellish Mad Max-like scenario.
Police are powerless.
Criminal gangs run rampant.
Law-abiding citizens either flee or are raped and murdered.
It looks like Democrats are finally getting the society they voted for.
And we're going to see a wave of refugees fleeing the city, seeking sanity in red state rural America, where secure borders will quickly be erected to halt the influx of Democrats who ruined their own home states and now want to cause the same devastation everywhere else.
Those who stay behind will find themselves fighting zombies and orcs, something out of a mishmash of Lord of the Rings meets The Walking Dead.

Number two, you want the public to have enough pushback that you can finally go to these race hustlers and say, look, this bill is really unpopular in our state, and it's going to be overturned by the courts anyway.
And so they're just waiting for the enormous protests.
And I think 100 out of 102 state attorney generals that have signed up against this It's pretty much a statement that this is a really crappy law imposed on them by some really crappy politicians.
But getting back to the real issue on the nationwide problems of especially homelessness, we have a government They declared 75% of the people in America non-essential.
Not only is that demoralizing, but it also destroyed their businesses and their business relationships.
And so basically the government comes in and just stomps all over your
Your means of income and your means of living in society, and then they turn around and force you out of your home with higher rents and higher utilities and higher property taxes, and then they import two million illegal aliens to put further demand on the already limited housing market, and then they allow flash mobs to come in and just completely strip retail stores all through the
Nation and so you have whole areas of the city that are no longer served by any retail outlets at all.
But the nice thing about this act that you just read to us was that it's not against the law to threaten public officials.
So maybe they gave themselves an out that way that you can actually legally threaten these assholes.

In the past few weeks, Governor Abbott of Texas, Ducey of Arizona have been sending busloads of illegals to sanctuary cities.
They've been dropped off in Washington, D.C.
and New York City.
Several have been dumped in front of Kamala Harris, D.C.

And sure enough, liberals, instead of rejoicing, are not happy about this.
The mayors are complaining having hordes of illegals show up to straining city services, and that's just not fair.

Let's compare Del Rio, Texas and its encounters with illegals.
Del Rio has a population of 34,584.
The median household income is just over $44,000 for a couple.
Del Rio, however, is averaging approximately 50,000, not 50 as in Martha's Vineyard, 50,000 migrant encounters per month and has been since Biden took office.
Martha's Vineyard, on the other hand, has a pop around $17,000.
Annual household income is in the $133,000 range.

Meanwhile, Trump lawyers declined special master request on document declassification details.
President Trump's legal team has rejected the request to disclose details about his claim to have declassified the docs seen by the FBI at Mar-a-Lago.

Meanwhile, there's another case.
Supreme Court rocks America in a 63 ruling.
They just gave the First Amendment a major reinforcement.
The court is reaching the end of its current session.
Over the coming days and weeks, it will be releasing major rulings.
While Americans wait for release of one in particular, They've been issuing decisions on major constitutional topics.
The court by 63 decided states could not deny funds to public school tuition for schools that offer religious instruction.
The case came out of Maine, which was providing taxpayer funds for families in remote areas.
In those parts of the state, there were no public schools available, so they offered tuition to attend public or private schools nearby.
Today, the court ruled in favor of religious Americans from ABC.
As the Supreme Court ruled Tuesday, a state program providing money for public school tuition cannot exclude schools that offer religious instruction.
The 6-3 decision relaxed long-standing restrictions on using taxpayer money to pay for religious education.
At issue was a state program in Maine that made taxpayer money available to families who live in remote areas without public high schools.
But Maine denied the funding for a school that provided religious instruction.
The court ruled this was a violation of freedom of religion, which of course is a First Amendment right.
Democrats, of course, will be outraged They claim providing money for kids to go to a school teaching religion is the same as state endorsement of the religion.
But the court disagreed.
Six of nine deemed this policy, their policy of the state of Maine, was infringing on the First Amendment freedom of those children.

I ran for school board about 40 years ago.

I was lied to by more people in three weeks than I had met my whole entire life.
It was, like, ridiculous.
Everybody I was talking to was, like, telling me, lie, lie, lie, lie, lie.
This is for a job where you spend several hours At least once a month going to meetings and passing stupid budgets, and then you find out that the school district that I was in, that they're allowed to do no-bid contracts if it's a local business.
So that meant all the local business owners had $60,000 contracts with the school district for doing virtually nothing, and they controlled the entire school district school board.
And so you volunteer your time and then you end up with a bunch of idiots that don't know anything at all and will not listen to anybody that is an expert.
It's just absolutely absurd.
So I had my one and only brush with running for a public office and it's a disgusting process.
Try it, but bottom line is we do need to have some better people involved in the school district and that's one good way to at least exert some control over your children's future because the people that are currently running these things is nothing but another RICO operation where their buddies that are in the construction and the supply businesses end up getting rewarded and they volunteer their time so their buddies can give them kickbacks.
It's disgusting, but that's what we've got for a system of government in this country.

Meanwhile, the Lehman event looms for Europe as energy companies face 1.5 trillion in margin calls.
This is a couple weeks old, but it's coming true.

After reposting tweets from a former Trump policy advisor criticizing Biden border policies, the official Twitter account for U.S.
Customs and Border Protection has been or is scheduled to be shut down.
On September 10th, CBP Commissioner Magnus posted a statement on social media that the organization had become aware of unauthorized and inappropriate content posted to the account.
Magnus said, CBP would take action to deactivate the account and refer the matter to the Office of Professional Responsibility.
In other words, You got Border Patrol agents who want to let the public know what's going on.
They're not gonna have it.
Biden's gonna shut them down.
The tweets, according to Magnus, do not reflect the ideals of the administration or our work to reestablish a humanitarian, orderly, and safe immigration system.

He said it was inappropriate and regrettable that offensive or lawful content had been retweeted.
Although the most recent West Texas CBP tweet dates back to July 6th, and more recent have been deleted, the account was still operational as of September 12th.
The account retweeted message by Stephen Miller, senior advisor to Trump, criticizing Biden's immigration policy, accusing the media of remaining silent on his eradication of the border.

He was headed to work on his motorcycle when an illegal alien, Juan Zacarias Lopez Zun, made an illegal left turn and smashed into Dominick.
The young American suffered catastrophic injuries and died at the scene.
Despite being charged with vehicular manslaughter and killing an innocent young American, a Riverside County judge ended up sentencing him to serve just 30 days in jail.
That's the background to this angel mob.
She herself immigrated legally from Germany decades ago.
She became an American citizen in 1996.
She went for foot surgery and was recovering at home when the criminal Biden regime dropped a bomb on her.
She received a hospital bill for $17,000 for the surgery.
She thought it was a billionaire Since she's been on Medicare for the past few years.
When she contacted Medicare to find out what the deal was, she discovered her insurance claim was denied because she was an undocumented person.
She then called Social Security.
She was listed in their system as a green card holder and therefore was ineligible for Medicare.
Social Security told her to bring her passport and driver's license to a local office to fill out paperwork.
When she did that, she was informed she also needed to bring her naturalization certificate.
She's still in red tape hell trying to get it sorted out.
You wonder how it was even possible.
You can't just strip citizenship away from someone.
It's next to impossible to lose your American citizenship unless you enlist in Al Qaeda or a foreign army at war with the U.S.
So I did research to figure out what's going on.
According to NOLO, there are seven instances in which a person can be stripped of their citizenship, most of which involve renouncing your U.S.
citizenship at a U.S.
consular office while overseas, or taking a job with a foreign government, or signing up to fight with a foreign army.
But number seven was the one that caught my attention.
It reads, being convicted of treason or participating in any attempt to overthrow the U.S.
government.
And there it is.
The law doesn't say you have to be convicted.
You just have to participate, and the government can revoke your citizenship.
The Democrats in media continue to insist January 6th protest was an insurrection or an attempt to overthrow the U.S.

Everything you're showing is cell phone data that was collected at the site where the bullets were supposedly landing.
And I don't know about you, Jim, but I've been in live fire situations, and before you hear the sound of the shot, you hear the bullet fly by you.
Because it's moving faster than the speed of sound.

Item number two, you hear the crack of that sound.
Then that sound either it results in the bullet hitting a hard surface and ricocheting or hitting a soft surface and sounding like you're hitting a melon with a hammer.
I didn't hear any of that on any of those tapes.
So bottom line is, I kind of agree with your hypothesis that they were doing flashing lights at the Mandolin Bay Hotel, and that they had a recorded soundtrack, and that nobody was shot in Las Vegas.

This is the application of my appeal for a stay of my case.
This is done by Justice Gorsuch.
That means he sent it to the entire court.
It's related with my petition for a writ of certiorari and indeed greatly strengthens the argument.
So it now appears it's going to be heard at the conference on the 7th of October, and I should know by the 10th whether or not the court will hear my entire case.
I regard this as a very positive development.
