	And welcome back to the Dark Outpost, David Zublik with you, along with Penny L.A.
	Shepard, who will be back in just a little while.
	But joining us now, as he does every week, is Dr. James Fetzer, Jim the Conspiracy Guy, at jameshfetzer.org.
	And if those of you who have been following Dr. Fetzer for a long time, as I have, if you're wondering why it's all of a sudden jameshfetzer.org and not just jamesfetzer.org, well, I'm going to let him tell you about that, Dr. Fetzer.
	Oh, you got it right, David.
	There's been a taking of my blog and of my book.
	It was an illegal taking, as I see it.
	I actually have petitioned the Supreme Court, because I'm already there.
	I have the right to do that, and it would have been futile to appeal the Circuit Court in Wisconsin, because the Court of Appeals in Wisconsin Supreme Court had previously stood fast with him.
	But the initial appeal, which went to Amy Coney Barrett, was declined, leaving me the option to send a second appeal, and in this case I sent it to Neil Gorsuch, and I'm hoping he will look more favorably upon it.
	It lays out A lot of important issues related to my petition, which will be discussed in the conference to be held on the 28th of September, and I'll know by the 3rd of October whether the Supreme Court will be hearing my case, where I remain optimistic, notwithstanding that
	Justice Barrett declined the request for a stay to stop this order to transfer my blog and the book to Posner, which requires, when it's done properly, a receiver to put it up for bids to determine whether it has any value.
	In fact, even the judge himself, David, admitted it had no market value and therefore, by his own admission, could not be used to satisfy a monetary judgment because under Wisconsin law, Only money may be used to satisfy a monetary judgment.
	So we had the court itself actually making my case for this appeal.
	Well, October 3rd is a quick... Were you surprised that Amy Coney Barrett was the one that turned you down?
	Excuse me.
	Well, I had no choice about making the initial appeal to her because Wisconsin is in the Seventh Circuit.
	All the United States is divided into nine circuits, and each of the judges has responsibility for appeals coming from any of those states in the nine circuits.
	My suspicion, David, is She was a law clerk to give a summary and that it wasn't adequate.
	I would be surprised if she had actually read my petition because it's so well-reasoned.
	And by the way, anyone can download these documents directly from the docket for the U.S.
	Supreme Court.
	I'll show you in our slides for today where that falls.
	But David, would you believe they're on the second of what are going to be three Alex Jones trials and already he's being censured by the judge.
	I mean, does that blow your mind?
	What the hell is happening to the justice system?
	I just read a story today, and this is completely unrelated, but we just had it on a while ago, about a judge that ordered the victim of a rape to pay $150,000 to the rapist's family because she killed him because he was trying to rape her.
	What in the hell is going on in society today, Dr. Fetzer?
	I mean, I'm blown away.
	David, it's got to do with the Democrats' woke agenda.
	It's absolutely ludicrous.
	They're all in for criminals.
	They're all out for victims.
	They're all in for defunding the police.
	They're all in for no bail.
	That's part of our discussion today.
	When we reach that point, we're undergoing a cultural catastrophe, a ubiquitous, all-encompassing cultural decay.
	Here we have Alex Jones sanctioned minutes into the second damage trial over false Sandy Hook claims.
	Now, a point I've been making repeatedly, David, and I did so in this case, As I did in the earlier Jones case, as I did in the yet-to-come Jones case, I sought to intervene to point out that there's never been a judicial determination whether anybody died at Sandy Hook.
	So all of these are proceeding on a faulty basis, presuming the truth of a premise that's not been established to be a fact, and for which I have a massive evidence demonstrating it is, in fact, false.
	So that they have rejected me repeatedly.
	And what's most remarkable, David, is that we have the plaintiffs oppose me, which is unsurprising since I'm exposing that their entire lawsuit is a sham.
	But even the defendants on behalf of Alex Jones are previously on behalf of Remington.
	I sought to intervene in that case as well.
	So I've been unrelenting about this.
	But it's the irresistible force beating the immovable object.
	The courts are immovable.
	They are buried on this.
	They have bought into the media cartel narrative.
	And they're not allowing any challenge to be heard in a serious fashion.
	I mean, if I have to go all the way to the United States Supreme Court, To contest the way in which my case was settled by an improper summary judgment methodology, whereas these previous cases were settled on the basis of assumptions, stipulations.
	In Jones' case, he actually defaulted over a summary judgment over a discovery issue, allegedly.
	And yet, as Robert Barnes observed, no one knows what it is that Alex Jones allegedly didn't submit.
	To the court.
	So here we get this latest development, David.
	Alex Jones.
	Yeah.
	Would you like me to read that for you, Dr. Virchow, a little bit?
	Please, that would help.
	All right, Alex Jones and Infowars were sanctioned just minutes into the second damages trial over his false claims about the Sandy Hook school shooting.
	The trial started on Tuesday in Connecticut where the shooting took place almost a decade ago on the 14th of December 2012.
	Judge Barbara Bellis issued a ruling that Mr. Jones and Infowars will not be allowed to argue that they didn't make considerable profits from covering the shooting because they didn't hand over Google Analytics data concerning the traffic of Infowars to the plaintiffs, according to Vice.
	Mr. Jones and other individuals appearing on Infowars falsely claimed for several years that the massacre was a hoax.
	Mr. Jones had said that he doesn't retain that position anymore.
	Towards the end of last year, Mr. Jones and Infowars were found liable by default in a number of civil cases in Connecticut and Texas where Infowars is located.
	The ruling means that this trial and the one before it that took place in Texas are only meant to decide how large the damages will be.
	The first trial included other plaintiffs and found that the defendants should pay $49.3 million in damages.
	The plaintiffs in the trial in Connecticut are eight families who lost family members in the shooting, as well as an FBI agent who responded to the school.
	Before the jury entered the courtroom on Tuesday, plaintiff's lawyer, Eleanor Sterling, requested that the judge approved sanctions against Mr. Jones and InfoWars, arguing that they found a spreadsheet of Google Analytics listing traffic until June of 2019, despite the defendants claiming that no such document existed.
	Ms.
	Sterling said the sequence of misconduct was profoundly disturbing and that it should lead to significant sanctions, according to Vice.
	Now, while Norm Pattis, an attorney for Mr. Jones and InfoWars, said he was not happy that the data hadn't been turned over, he argued that it was irrelevant, claiming that there wasn't any evidence showing that InfoWars had allowed the numbers to impact its coverage on the air.
	Judge Bella said that InfoWars showed a stunningly cavalier attitude With their respect to their discovery obligations, Infowars had consistently engaged in dilatory and obstructive discovery practices, the judge said, adding that this partly prompted the default judgment.
	The judge ruled that Mr. Jones and Infowars won't be able to argue that they didn't make substantial profits from their coverage of Sandy Hook, David, let me just comment on this.
	to restrict the damages they will be ordered to pay.
	Mr. Jones wasn't in the courtroom at the start of the second trial, which is expected to go on for between four and five weeks.
	From news to politics, travel to sport, culture to climate.
	Well, that just sounds like a promo, so let's go on.
	Yeah, David, let me just comment on this.
	Notice how every time they mention Sandy Hook, it's false allegations that it didn't occur.
	But indeed, I have a mess of evidence demonstrating those are true allegations, including the FEMA manual, where, as you know, I insist, it was a two-day FEMA exercise presented as mass murder to promote gun control.
	We even have the FBI Consolidate Crime Report for 2012, showing in the category of murders and non-negligent manslaughter for Newtown in 2012, the number zero.
	We have the official report from Danbury State's attorney, Steven Sinitsky III, Which is his year-long investigation unable to create a causal nexus tying together the purported shooter Adam Lanza with his victims and the weapons he's alleged to have used and a mass of other evidence from the scene showing that everything that took place was consistent with a FEMA drill and inconsistent with a real shooting.
	Which has now been substantiated by Brian Davidson's brilliant work getting into the Connecticut State Police photographic files and establishing that they were taking photographs of the entire event.
	They were running it behind the scene.
	And Davidson's truth is an absolute defense against defamation.
	I only wish Alex Jones had been receptive to my offers to come to testify on his behalf as an expert witness.
	What we're looking at here is now how I have made a resubmission to Justice Garlick.
	That's in the middle of the last line.
	You can go down the one and you'll see the cover letter.
	Yeah, this is where I asked that the previous position that was sent to Justice Barrett be forwarded to Justice Garlick.
	In the third then you see the current update on the Docket of the Supreme Court, showing it's in his hands.

	And David Ware, as the last slide shows, Amazon has actually banned six of my books, not only the Sandy Hook book, but on Boston Bombing, Orlando and Dallas, Charlottesville, Parkland, even the Moon book, David.

	If this is reversed, David, I'll be able to market the book again.
	And frankly, I think there's going to be tremendous interest in seeing what all the hoopla has been about.
	If you win your case, which, you know, we're all keeping our fingers crossed, and I've got some very positive vibes about this, even though you, unlike Alex Jones, you're not doing this to build an empire for yourself.
	That's one of the reasons I think Alex Jones backed down.
	I mean, it's all about His money and his empire and all that kind of stuff.
	You're doing it based on principle, which is one of the reasons why I have a tremendous amount of respect for you.
	But should you prevail, and I'm confident that you will, should you prevail, believe it or not, you're going to have more than enough money to take care of all your legal bills.
	You're probably going to become one of the most famous individuals on the planet and will be highly sought after.
	And then I'm going to have to beg you to come on my show again.
	Well, those are very kind, generous words, David.

	Go back one slide.
	This is such a major development.
	I wanted to introduce it today.
	This is Reinhard Fulmik explaining the big picture for the global reset and the New World Order.
	Let me add.
	Jacob Rothschild, the head of the Rothschild Empire today, has asserted, and this was a couple of months ago, that Vladimir Putin is an enemy of the New World Order, and that the Great Reset cannot go forward without Ukraine, so that the battle in Ukraine is really a battle for control of the entirety of planet Earth, and we all ought to be regarding Vladimir Putin
	As the great man he is, he's the only true statesman astride the world stage, he's been targeted by the New World Order, just as Donald Trump has been targeted by the Democrats, because Trump to the Democrats is as Putin is to the New World Order, their greatest enemy and obstacle.
	And if they can get rid of Trump on the one hand or Putin on the other, they're going to have clear sailing.
	Here you have Reinhardt laying out.
	This is a guy who's organized a class action lawsuit about the use of the VAX as a weapon of mass destruction.
	Here, listen to him, David.
	But here's the thing, when you, people have to understand what's really going on.
	It's not enough that you think that maybe I'm going to have to bow to authority.
	It's important to understand, to see the whole picture, it's important to understand what you mentioned a lot ago, that this is about death.
	It's about population reduction.
	This is no mistake.
	They're not being acting negligently.
	They're acting on purpose.
	Let us take a brief look just so that people understand what I'm talking about.
	There is another slide of the New World Order, both in English and in German, and it spells out exactly where we are and where we're headed.
	Now, at the bottom you have the English translation, at the bottom you have the German translation.
	It's the New World Order Agenda, the analysis.
	The first step is destabilization.
	We've been through that.
	That's restricting economic freedom, increasing the volume of money, promoting fear, over-regulating a current legal system.
	That's exactly what we're seeing.
	Second step is deconstruction.
	That's where we are right now.
	Inflation, lower purchasing power, bankruptcy, restriction of economic freedom, suspension of current arrangement systems.
	And the third step is reconstruction.
	Setting up a new financial system.
	Then they will pop up and play the savior.
	Those who are going to kill us will all of a sudden pop up and play the savior.
	Assume the role as a savior in times of need.
	Universal basic income is what they're going to offer us.
	Centralization through supranational structures.
	And the final step is the end result.
	Control over all resources.
	Transfer of personal responsibility and global ownership.
	This is not a conspiracy theory.
	You can read it in the Great Reset.
	This is not a conspiracy theory.
	But if people do not understand this, they will not make the right choices.
	But very well spoken, Golan.
	You hit the nail on the head.
	Yeah, take a look at the next slide, David, and we can actually see what he's talking about, which was very difficult to read.
	Yeah.
	Here's what we've been through, and the point he's making is absolutely profound.
	This is all by design.
	This is all deliberate.
	This is all planned for decades.
	We've been going through destabilization, restricting economic freedom, increasing the volume of money.
	There's all these hyperinflationary, all the Inflation Reduction Act and all this other spending.
	Produce conflict, promote fear.
	We got Biden's speech with a blood-red background talking about Mega supporters being enemies of the state.
	It's going on massively.
	Overregulation of the current legal system.
	All this manipulation and interference.
	The weaponization of the FBI and the Department of Justice with a Mar-a-Lago raid, for example, where I'm so glad that a special master has now been appointed.
	Can I interrupt you for just a moment?
	We have some breaking news which we have to bring into the mix here.
	So I'm going to bring in my co-host and executive producer Penny Shepard who has some breaking news.
	Penny, do you want to unmute yourself?
	Yes, I love it when you ask me that.
	Okay, so I just found this.
	Putin's limo allegedly hit with an attack as multiple guards vanished.
	Vladimir Putin's car was attacked in what may have been an assassination attempt amid the Russia-Ukraine war, according to an unfirmed claim.
	His limo was hit by a loud bang on its left front wheel, followed by heavy smoke.
	It is alleged the car drove to safety with Putin unharmed, but there have been multiple arrests
	From his security service while other bodyguards have vanished amid claims that secret Information about the 69 year old rulers movements was compromised said General SVR telegram channel also There was a let me just read from my my photos Zelinsky his his car was hit by Hold on just a second
	He was also in a car accident, a crash.
	He managed to escape the crash without serious injuries.
	He was involved in a car crash just hours after vowing to march forward to victory against Russia.
	The Ukrainian president was traveling through Kiev when the vehicle he was in was struck by a red Volkswagen Beetle.
	Footage from the aftermath of the crash shows the Volkswagen car with a crumpled front end and an injured man lying next to the wreck.
	I'm pretty sure they're going to kill him.
	Soldiers and emergency workers offer the man, understood to be the car's driver, treatment after the crash.
	The man's head is bandaged and his clothes are smattered with blood.
	Zelensky's team confirmed the president managed to escape serious injuries after the smash.
	The incident occurred in Kiev's Victory Square.
	As the president, who has been hailed a hero for his efforts standing up to Putin, was returning from a visit to the front line, His press secretary, Sergei Nikievorov, said Zelensky was not seriously injured in the smash.
	The president was checked over by medics.
	The driver of the car was given emergency treatment at the scene before handed over to ambulance crews.
	So it looks like there's been an assassination attempt against Vladimir Putin.
	And possibly, I mean, it's even possible that what happened to Zelensky was also some sort of an attempt on his life.
	But we'll continue to follow this story and as more develops, we'll bring you back on.

	Dr. Fetzer, your thoughts on that?
	Well, look how perfectly it fit what I was explaining.
	Putin is to the New World Order as Trump is to the, you know, the Democrat attempt to create a one-party state.
	And there have already been a dozen attempts that they got Donald Trump.
	I'm not surprised by this effort that they got Vladimir Putin.
	And you notice the security disappeared.
	That's how it happens.
	The security weakens and they allow these events to take place.
	When you compare the resources of Vladimir Putin with those of Zelensky, I'll give Zelensky ten days tops.
	He's going to be taken out.
	Clearly, the New World Order was paying off Putin's guards, but they'll be tracked down and brought to account, dead or alive.
	And I just say, Vladimir Putin is really fighting on behalf of all of humanity, not just the Russian Federation.
	The stakes are much higher, as we're observing here, where Reinhart Fulmik is laying it out, that we're in the era now of reconstruction with inflation, lower purchasing power, bankruptcies, restrictions of economic freedom, suspension of Current arrangement systems, meaning allocation of power worldwide.
	Notice, by the way, the great beneficiary of the sanctions on Russia has been Russia.
	Two-thirds of the world's companies are shifting their allegiance to Russia.
	The ruble is becoming the strongest currency in the world.
	The petrodollar is waning.
	It will no longer be viable.
	And the Biden administration, which I think can be best understood as a George Soros administration, is doing everything it can to destroy America with considerable effect.
	We'll return to some of the issues, including the mass migration, the open borders.
	But whereas, Reinhard explains, the next stage is reconstruction.
	We're having destroyed the world economically.
	They now appear as a savior.
	They're going to want to have a new financial system.
	It'll be all digital.
	They'll have the role as a savior.
	They'll introduce a universal basic income, centralization through supranational structures, a world economic forum, the United Nations, for example.
	The end result will be Control over all resources of the entire planet, the transfer of personal responsibility to collectivists, just as in China, which has set the example where they have the social credit system, and as long as you behave, you'll be provided with the necessities of life, and if you don't, you'll be sent to an internment camp, or Your head will be separated from your body.
	Global laws, one world government.
	He's got it exactly right, David, and that's where we are.
	We're completing the deconstruction phase where they're going to then appear as the great heroes.
	They could revile in Ukraine, and I'm just telling you, although we've seen all these reports about what are supposed to be astonishing Ukrainian advances, the fact that the Russians didn't lay out landmines as they were retreating indicated they wanted the Ukrainians to make this assault upon them.
	We have a brand new report today of some 20 Ukrainian command and control centers being hit by the Russians in missile attacks.
	The Russians, historically, David, have used retreats to entrap their enemy and annihilate them.
	I believe this is an anvil event.
	And once you get this massive Ukrainian forces, and they've already acknowledged, they've gone all in on this effort to push Russia back.
	The Russians are going to drop the hander between artillery and air bombardments are going to decimate the Ukrainian military.
	Mark, my words, that is coming.
	I believe you.
	And, you know, my concern is what what's going to happen to physical currency through all of this.
	They're talking about December the 12th, the possibility that this executive order that was signed in March by Biden actually, as far as I'm concerned, it's Barack Obama, but eliminating physical cash and replacing it with strict digital currency, affecting social credit scores, that'll have a huge impact on the financial system.
	We're also looking at the Fed raising rates the highest they've ever been raised in 40 years.
	I think a lot of bad things are on the table here.
	Yes, yes, you're absolutely right.
	And this is why the midterm elections are so absolutely crucial.
	They're going to try to steal them again, just as they've done before.
	But there's so much attention on the modes, the methods they've used in the past.
	I'm convinced they're going to try to impose some kind of lockdown based on a new pandemic, or they're going to have, you know, they're trying to incite a nuclear war to impose martial law.
	If they can get it on all ballots, they can steal the election again.
	We just had a German politician say, watch, September the 24th is going to be a day to remember, just like 9-11.
	Yes, yes.
	September 24th, David.
	September 24th, he said, he was addressing an assembly, and he said, remember September 24th is going to be a day to remember, like, you'll remember where you were, like on 9-11, like the Kennedy assassination, like there's going to be some sort of global event, which is going to be huge.
	Well, that's fascinating.
	I'll just tell you, this attempt on Putin, because it was unsuccessful, is going to have very severe ramifications for Ukraine and even the New World Order, I say, David.
	And by the way, the Russians have made it very clear.
	If they're provoked into a war, they're not going to be restricted to attacking Kiev, that London is the number one target.
	And remember, Muammar Gaddafi all those years ago said, if you want to stop international terrorism, all you have to do is lob a cruise missile into the city of London.
	That one-mile square, independent, autonomous region where the Rothschilds have their banking empire headquarters.
	I think Adavi had it right, and it may yet be in the offing.
	Let's pass rather quickly through this business about the special marshal, because while it's very important, Here you have Biden giving this horrific speech.
	This has been compared to speeches by Adolf Hitler and other tyrants of the past.
	Go to the next, and we have, of course, it turns out that the FBI staged this photograph.
	They rearranged the documents.
	They created a non-existent crime scene.
	David, how bad is this?
	It's horrible.
	It's horrible.
	It's just horrific and the American people are getting the message that the FBI, which has been touted as the greatest law investigative agency in the world, is anything but.
	It's a sham and a cover-up and a political instrument of the administration.
	They just seized Mike Lindell's cell phone.
	What the hell was that all about?
	Oh, I know, David.
	Absolutely outrageous.
	What they're doing is they're attempting to smear Trump.
	The whole project is to make something out of the alternative elector slates, which they were proposing.
	They have made the judgment that the proposal for the alternative electors, which Mike Pence could have rightfully sent back to the legislature to determine which slate of electors was the right slate of electors in accordance with the Constitution, Was an effort to bend the Constitution and therefore a form of insurrection.
	That's what they're doing.
	That's their game plan.
	So they're going after as many as 50 of Trump supporters to try to find evidence to substantiate.
	That is what they are doing, David.
	Mark my words.
	Now, the appointment of the special master throws a monkey wrench into the whole operation, frankly.
	This is a very good move.
	It was the right thing to do.
	If ever a special master were appropriate, it's in a case like this, where the FBI has come in to take all these documents from a former president of the United States.
	And remember, Well, we hear a lot of talk about him having classified documents.
	He's explained he declassified these documents and even had a standing order that any documents he took were automatically declassified.
	The President of the United States is the ultimate authority on declassification.
	So they refer to the documents as documents with classification stamps, which is true, but does that mean that they still retain the status of being classified documents?
	Here we have the DOJ agreeing to one of Trump's nominees, namely Raymond Deary, former chief judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, to serve as a special master.
	We can go to the next slide, David.
	Until last week, the DOJ were bickering over whether or not to appoint one.
	Now we have reached an agreement about who will look at the documents and determine what's happened by agreeing on a special master.
	He's a 78-year-old judge, originally appointed by Ronald Reagan.
	Next slide, David, please.
	Yes, here's a little about his background.
	He was nominated by Reagan, served in the U.S.
	District Court from 1986 to 2011.
	In 2012, he was appointed by Supreme Court Justice John Roberts to a seven-year term on the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court.
	Go to the last slide here, David.
	five Republican appointed judges who signed off on FISA warrants to survey a former Trump advisor, Carter Page.
	Now this we all know was done on the base of fabricated evidence.
	So I believe he's actually in an excellent position to see through all the smoke and mirrors.
	I don't think this is a guy the DOJ can deceive.
	- Right. - And go to the last slide here, David.
	- Sure.
	- Bear in mind, we've got 11,000 documents Can you imagine when you've got a serious guy like this going through 11,000 documents?
	It's going to take months, not just weeks, months.
	It could even take years.
	That puts a whole damn thing has been ground to a halt.
	Here we have Greg Jarrett, who's actually a brilliant legal analyst on Fox.
	I am confident that what Garland has represented in the court is something everyone has looked at.
	The judge, granting the special master, already said Garland gave false representations, inviting the question of what Garland was doing going into Trump's home.
	Was he wanting to know what communication were between Trump and his lawyers?
	Because they have privileged communication.
	Yeah.
	And look at the Benny Johnson tweet, AG Garland panics as major Trump victory on special master may collapse his entire preemptive coup on Trump.
	I think that's exactly what's happening here, David.
	Yep.
	Now, we move forward to Tulsi correctly observing, and I continue to insist, she would be a sensational running mate with Trump in 2024.
	She separated herself from the Democrat Party.
	I regard her basically as an independent.
	Yes.
	If she comes around to better appreciate the role of the second, I think she'd be an absolute wonderful running mate.
	Observing accurately, DOJ, DHS, and IRS are blatantly being weaponized against their political opponents.
	Our democracy is in grave danger.
	Government institutions from DOJ, DHS to the IRS are blatantly being weaponized against political opponents of those in power.
	Absolutely.
	being punished by the state for dissenting or merely asking questions is a hallmark of a dictatorship, no doubt about it.
	Now, here we have a brilliant expose of what's going on and why this particular reporter believes that indictment is imminent on the grounds I was describing before.
	Next slide.
	He's talking about the subpoenas being set out.
	And Mike Lindell was just one of some 50 Trump supporters, where when he was surrounded by three cars after leaving, Hardy said, this is either the bad guys or the FBI.
	And it turned out to be the FBI.
	They're no longer good guys, David.
	So when he says either bad guys or specifically bad guys with badges, you know, that's what we got.

	You're going to go to the next where you got Steve Bannon explaining on the Charlie Kirk Show what's going on here.
	We got another in the next slide.
	We have a bombshell report.
	Dozens of Trump allies raided or served subpoenas.
	I mean, this is proof positive we're a banana republic, David, because what has distinguished United States in the past has been the rule of law.
	And we haven't politicized law enforcement in our judiciary against our political opponent.
	Well, Biden has broken that.
	He's violated the most sacred covenant of the United States to the population by doing these things.
	On the next, you'll see Tucker talking with one of the attorneys, Harmut Dielsen, who sent two of her clients that had already been served these subpoenas, In the next slide, we're getting into the real meat and potatoes.
	Trump political aides among those subpoenaed, Stephen Miller and Brian Jack.
	If you go to the very next, it turns out Brian Jack was a White House political, he was a principal speech writer.
	Get this, David, that second paragraph is crucial.
	Absolutely.
	The subpoenas seek information in connection with the Save America Political Action Committee and the plan to submit slates of electors pledged to Mr. Trump from swing states that were won by Joe Biden Jr.
	in the 2020 election.
	Mr. Biden, or rather, Mr. Trump and his allies promoted the idea that competing slates of electors would Part of the word was cut off, I think.
	Justify blocking or delaying certification of Mr. Biden's Electoral College win during a joint session of Congress on January 6, 2021.
	Now notice how that presumes it was a legitimate election, which of course is a very issue at stake.
	So this is not logically as begging the question, taking for granted what requires independent verification.
	The next slide shows Tucker addressing these issues.
	He's been very good on all this.
	Yeah, people whose personal communications are subpoenaed include Bernie Kirk, Boris E. P, Janet Ellis, Stephen M, John Eastman, Joe DiGenova, Rudy Giuliani, Sidney Powell, and finally, I point out here in this last slide, the Section 3 of the 14th, which is what they're after.
	If anyone has engaged, who has been formerly an official and sworn an oath to the Constitution, engaged in insurrection or rebellion or given aid or comfort thereof, they may no longer hold an office of the United States.
	This has been their gambit from the beginning.
	They've been trying to figure out how to do it.
	I see Hillary Clinton's fingerprints all over this, all over the raid on Mar-a-Lago, all over this.
	She has never forgiven Trump for beating her, even when the election of 2016 was rigged.
	And by the way, in case anyone, you know, falls for any of this malarkey about protesting an election being un-American, We had four years unrelenting complaint that Trump was an illegitimate president.
	The election had been stolen from Hillary Clinton and her minions.
	Four solid years, David.
	We're supposed to all of a sudden forget all about it.
	Absolutely.
	And what is it?
	She's not running ever again, she said?
	That's just a ploy to make it look as though she doesn't have a motive.
	Now here we have the FBI tracking down Mike's around in his car, seizing his cell phone.
	He runs his business off of his cell phone, David.
	Yeah.
	Flip to the next slide.
	So they're actually interfering with his business.
	Mike Lindell said the FBI stopped him today at Hardee's.
	Cars pulled up in front to the side and behind us.
	I said, those are either bad guys or the FBI.
	Well, it turns out they were the FBI.
	Yeah.
	He's talking as though they would be good guys, but they're absolutely not.
	I can't even imagine that you can take someone's phone because they want me to be a witness in the Tina Peters case.
	That's an illusion.
	That's a feign.
	But I'm not a witness, they just want my phone.
	Here we have another report about it.
	Lindell's the latest Trump ally to receive a warrant of subpoena by the FBI.
	Last week, Biden's DOJ hit dozens of Trump aides and allies with subpoenas as part of their investigation into efforts overturn the results of the 2020 election over claims of fraud.
	That's exactly what it's about.
	Here's Tucker reporting, and Tucker, by the way, has been absolute gangbusters on these issues, David.
	I continue to insist he's the one show on television you really don't want to miss.
	Let's see what we have in the next slide, mind you.
	Yeah, here's what the Democrats are afraid of.
	If the Republicans take control in the midterm, they're going to hold investigations.
	And if they discover what the Democrats have done, it's going to fulfill the apprehension of George H.W.
	Bush.
	If Americans ever found out what we have done to them, they would chase us down the street and lynch us, which he said to Sarah McLennan back in June of 1992.
	And of course, the phony fact checkers insist it's not true.
	But if you look at the next slide, David, Here we have a report about it that I say makes it absolutely crystal clear.
	When Bush consented, and this is Daddy Bush, or Bush Senior, in an interview with Ms.
	McLennan in June of 92, he said on record, which he printed in her newsletter that month, when she asked him about Iran-Contra, and he said, and I'm quoting from her newsletter, If the people were ever to find out what we have done, we would be chased down the street and lynched.
	A public comment by George H.W.
	Bush.
	Question George H.W.
	Bush actually admitted that?
	He said it?
	And it was printed in Mrs. McLennan's newsletter in June of 1992.
	They're trying to deny it.
	But I guarantee you it's a fact.
	She was highly reliable.
	She would never have made up anything like this.
	And it's just ridiculous how the fact-checkers are using it to reinforce propaganda and disinformation.
	Here's another telling story, David, about where we are that relates to the New World Order and the Great Reset.
	Michael Snyder, very thoughtful guy.
	Just when it seems we can't possibly go any lower, we always manage to top ourselves.
	In the old days, every once in a while I'd come across a story that would make me shake my head in disbelief because it was just so absurd.
	Now it's happening on a daily basis.
	I'm going to share some examples.
	I realize some of these things are difficult to believe, but all of them are true.
	Our country really is coming apart at the seams right in front of our eyes, and the pace of our national decline only seems to be accelerating.
	If we're not able to turn our cultural decline around, eventually we will not have a country at all.
	David, let me start with a new law which will go into effect in Illinois on January the 1st.
	From that point forward, those guilty of second-degree murder, kidnapping, burglary, and arson will always be released without having to post any bail at all.
	When a new Illinois law takes effect next year, it will do away with the cash bail system in the state, meaning suspects charged with felonies, including second-degree murder, aggravated battery, and arson, will be released without bail.
	The counter signal reports the Safety, Accountability, Fairness, and Equity Today Act, also called the Safe Tea Act, would end cash bail and includes 12 non-detainable offenses, second-degree murder, aggravated battery, and arson second-degree murder, aggravated battery, and arson without bail, as well as drug-induced homicide, kidnapping, burglary, rape.
	Robbery, intimidation, aggravated DUI, aggravated fleeing and eluding, drug offenses, and threatening a public official.
	When the law takes effect on January the 1st of 2023, criminals charged with the crimes mentioned above will be released without bail.
	How many hardened criminals do you think will actually show up for their trials?
	I'm sure there will be a few.
	I think it's very unlikely there's going to be any.
	I mean, this is absolutely incredible what's going on.
	And they're already doing this to a certain extent in New York, aren't they?
	Yes, it's already going on in New York.
	Absolutely right, David.
	And I'm sure California will take a note from this and do the same.
	That's right, that's right, that's right.
	And believe me, this is a classic technique that's been used to foster revolutions in countries, to create chaos by releasing all the criminals on the seat.
	The Bolsheviks did this in relation to the Russian Revolution.
	Release all the criminals, create complete chaos.
	This is part of defunding the police, David.
	So you've got to turn to the government for assistance because they've created a problem for which they're then going to provide the solution.
	Here's a story, we won't go into detail, but a judge in California didn't sentence a prisoner because he didn't get a good night's sleep the night before.
	I mean, how ridiculous?
	How ridiculous is this?
	Then here's, this was a guy who actually stuck a gun in the face of a fast food worker and threatened to blow out her brains and the judge lets him walk because he didn't get a good night's sleep.
	There are other of these absurdities, David, but there's even more good stuff to come.
	Let's go to the next slide.
	Here's a woman.
	Get this.
	When I saw the following story, I thought it perfectly summed up where we are as a nation today.
	A speeding woman is accused of driving under the influence of cocaine and alcohol.
	When she crashed into another car, killing its driver was under the influence of methamphetamine.
	Summer Butler, 37, places charge of DUI resulting in death, reckless driving, being in possession of a controlled substance, in connection with a fatal crash in January.
	Next slide, David.
	At this point, it seems almost everyone's an addict, and that includes many of our government officials.
	Here's an example.
	A Louisiana state official is arrested for allegedly buying drugs from a drug dealer outside a fast food chain on Tuesday.
	Bridget Hall serves as the Executive Secretary for the Louisiana State Board of Private Security Examiners.
	She was purchasing drugs from dealer Stephen McCarthy was under surveillance when a Louisiana Attorney General office employee recognized him at a Livingston Parish restaurant.
	Paul was arrested on site.
	McCarthy planned this scene after backup was called, resulting in a pursuit.
	He later crashed into another car and was arrested.
	I mean, David, this is just incredible!
	If we would secure our borders, we could at least reduce the flow of illegal drugs into this country, but the Biden administration refuses to do that.
	Take a look at the next.
	This is just about the drug cash, the fentanyl coming across the border.
	The next.
	We have a new guy has just been appointed to the National Money Body Response Team, and it's a satanist.
	He has all these pentagrams all over his body.
	David, go to the next.
	I mean, this is just outrageous.
	Here's the official statement appointing him.
	Look at the next slide and we see another image of this guy.
	I mean, he's notorious.
	And this is the kind of people the Biden administration is appointing to govern the nation.
	I mean, talk about insanity.
	Look at the very last slide there.
	Almost a quarter of Democrat voters believe, get this, some men can become pregnant.
	I mean, how idiotic is this?
	22% of Democrats overall agree with this statement.
	They found more women agree with this statement.
	And an incredible 36% of white college educated female Democrats agree.
	We aren't just in a state of decline.
	The truth is, we're in a very advanced state of decline, and the clock is ticking.
	Now, usually satire, you know, has to be rooted in truth, but look at these, David, these stories coming from the Babylon Bee, which you would thought were satire, but they're closer to the truth than what you're reading in the mainstream media.
	FBI concerned that if MAGA doesn't conduct a terrorist attack soon, they'll have to fake one.
	Please, read the next, David.
	After weeks of unsuccessfully stoking Trump supporters toward violent action, the FBI has changed course, beginning internal discussions for executing a MAGA-style attack using FBI resources.
	We are already at Defense Readiness Conviction 3.
	This means that if the extreme MAGA wing doesn't act, we will bypass the plainclothes agent phase to DEFCON 1, bringing out our biggest weapon, Ray Epps.
	FBI Director Christopher Wray addressed a roundtable of defense ministers eliciting scattered gasps when he invoked Wray Epps, the famous FBI asset with expertise in starting insurrections.
	The attempts to get MAGA Republicans to commit terrorism has escalated in recent weeks, The gentle initial prodding of the Mar-a-Lago raid failed to evoke a riot, and the prodding was then escalated to a speech by Biden with obvious fascist overtones, attacking Trump supporters, finally culminating in the raiding of over 50 Trump ally homes last week.
	If that doesn't do it, what will?
	said Wray.
	Critics have contended that there's no widespread evidence of the FBI's history of supporting and propagating terrorism to justify crackdowns on the current administration's political enemies.
	Ted Cruz, however, has asked pointed questions about FBI involvement in perpetrating the events of January 6th, and Cruz asked Justice Department representatives whether the FBI was involved.
	The FBI has provided a comprehensive answer to Cruz, saying, shut up.
	At publishing time, several dozen military-age males with crew cuts had shown up in attendance to an election justice rally of Trump supporters, but were sadly outed as feds had given swirlies and wedgies.
	And here's another, David.
	Trump voters put Biden signs in their yards so that the FBI will pass over them.
	It's like putting a lamb's blood on the door, right?
	Is that what it's supposed to be?
	Yes, yes, yes.
	In an effort to escape the wrath of a weaponized federal government, supporters of former President Donald Trump are placing Biden signs in their yards with the hope that it will cause the FBI to pass over their houses.
	Of all the different catastrophes plaguing the country these days, we expect these FBI raids to be the worst, said Josh Wares as he hammered the post, burying the Biden sign into his front yard.
	If we make it look like we're devoted Biden followers, maybe the regime will have mercy on us and we'll be spared.
	Fears have grown among conservatives as they watched the Biden administration unleash a series of devastating plagues on the United States, including crushing inflation, oppressive gas prices, high unemployment, and rising taxes.
	It only stands to reason, some say, that the new wave of FBI raids are imminent.
	We've heard about the great exodus of conservatives leaving places like California, so we need to be ready for anything, Josh's wife, Monique Wears, said as she hurriedly prepared some unleavened bread.
	Placing a Biden sign in the yard is just one of the ways we can be prepared for the coming storm.
	Plus, Biden's goons are probably dumb enough to be fooled by a yard sign anyway.
	At publishing time, the Wares family was holding out hope that the Roos would do the trick.
	I'm not sure what else we can do to avoid detection, Josh said as he surveyed the yard sign.
	Painting the blood of a moderate Republican on our doorposts might be the next step.

	DeSantis sends two private planes of illegals to Martha's Vineyard.
	Yeah, that's not a phony story.

	Florida GOP Governor Ron DeSantis sent a pair of lights of illegal immigrants Wednesday to Martha's Vineyard in the latest move to get Democrat-run areas away from the southern border to bear some responsibility for President Joe Biden's open border policies.
	Florida can confirm the two planes with illegal immigrants that arrived at Martha's Vineyard were part of the state's reallocation program to transport illegal immigrants to sanctuary destinations.
	A statement from DeSantis' office read, states like Massachusetts, New York, and California We'll better facilitate the care of these individuals whom they have invited into our country by incentivizing illegal immigration through their designation as sanctuary states and support for the Biden administration's open border policy.
	Here's some tweets, too, that, breaking, two buses of 101 migrants, mostly from Venezuela, arrived outside of Vice President Harris' house in D.C.
	That's, of course, a naval observatory.
	One migrant telling me he believes a border is open.
	Yeah, here's another.
	Last year, after Senator Ted Cruz introduced the Stop the Surge Act, it created 13 new ports of entry in places like Martha's Vineyard.
	The Dukes County Commissioner said, I would love Martha's Vineyard to become a haven for the new immigrants to this country.
	Look at the next.
	One more, David.
	Yeah.
	Chris Hayes doesn't want any immigrants in Martha's.
	Here's what he tweeted.
	This guy, of course, is a commentator and anchor on MSNBC.

	Deeply, deeply sick and dehumanizing to find human beings somewhere vindictively.

	Michelle Obama is a man with breast implants and a huge shaving bill.
	And remember, Joan Rivers outed them, you know, when she was being interviewed by a reporter.
	This is, you know, nearly a decade ago.

	So I reject them as liars, phonies, fakes, and thieves.
	I mean, they've done so much damage, not just nullify the Smith-Munn Act of 1948, to legitimize these staged events in the United States like Sandy Hook and Parkland in Las Vegas.
	Barack Obama made all that legal within the United States, and I Blown him apart!

	Whereas you say, David, if in fact my suit, which is challenging the unfair summary judgment process in Wisconsin, whereby the judge is allowed to determine the facts based on his own subjective opinion and whether or not he finds them to be unreasonable, in the absence of which I would have had a jury trial to determine what the actual facts were.
	But as I've observed, it's not happened in any of these San Diego cases.
	I think they want to drag out the Alex Jones all the way to the midterm.
	So I think the timing here is intended to drag it out all the way to the midterm.
	They think Sandy Hook and gun control is a winning issue for them.
	I don't believe it.
	But I also think they're hoping they can affect the court.
	But the fact is the situation is the opposite.
	I think by ruling in my favor, They declare that even controversial defendants like myself are entitled to a trial by jury.
	So it gives all the more emphasis to their finally declaring that the 7th Amendment applies to all 50 states.
	David, they've done that for the other 9 of the first 10 amendments, but never before for the 7th.
	So I think you are right.
	This will be an historic In that case, assuming the court rules in my favor.
