Time Text
And welcome, folks, to Truth vs. News Incorporated.
This is September the 13th, two days after the 11th, and what a day it has been here with the stock market going down at 1,276 points and celebrating inflation being under control at 8.5%, and all the things are going crazy in this world.
And we have got a lot of news to share with you.
I'm Donald Braun, and we've got the best people in the world.
Jim Fetcher, the most dangerous man in America, has written all kinds of books, including this very popular one.
I think it's very popular.
Very important book that we just refuted everything, and everything was remembered on 9-11 this Sunday.
And we have Scott Bennett, a military intelligence officer who's really And knows it all, seen it all, and telling it all on person TV as well as other places.
And David Kinney, a very outstanding attorney doesn't.
Los Angeles area, dealing with school boards, and I guess he's got his hands full, but we got a full show today.
I guess we're going to start off with a certain event that happened last week.
Somebody died.
I don't know who died over there.
Well, I think you got that right, Don.
Queen Elizabeth II, who ruled over Britain for 70 years.
She was the longest reigning monarch in British history.
Head of state to 17 prime ministers.
She's now been succeeded by her son, Prince Charles, who many of us regard as unworthy of the throne.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, let me just say, I know there's a lot of material that's been written out there from Hagopian and many others that describe various things, various dark things and elements to the Queen and the British monarchy regarding revolving around pedophilia, Adrenochrome, blood drinking, you know, child sex trafficking, etc, etc, etc.
Seville, the comedian, and many others have been implicated.
And that may be very true.
I'm not authority on that.
I can't speak to the accuracy or the inaccuracy of any reporting, commentary, and analysis about the darker, diabolical, evil elements that may be the reality of the Queen and Buckingham Palace and the monarchy and stuff.
Putting that aside, and let's just say for the sake of argument, it's all true.
If it's all true, and the darkness and the evil that was associated with the Queen is true, that all needs to come out.
That all needs to be exposed.
And everyone that's had anything to do with it, anyone that's participated or covered it up, needs to be executed in the most painful way imaginable, I would say.
We stand for truth and nothing else.
That being said, putting that aside, let's just say for the sake of argument that it's not true.
I was born in Scotland.
I have relatives in Britain and Wales and Ireland and elsewhere and Edinburgh, and I was raised to view the Queen as the highest epitome of British dignity, of formality, of decorum, of incredible inner mental strength, emotional strength, in a truly majestic manner.
And the coronation of the Queen in 1953 and the Britannic gestures and pageantry and things associated with it, it truly is, on a surreal level, a marvelous representation of the British character, the British strength, the British Empire.
And the Scots, I think, are the crown jewel of achievement of the British Empire, of course.
The Scots have created more things and have been more ferocious on the battlefield and in invention than any other people.
But I was raised to view the Queen with a great deal of affection, and as was my family.
And I want to continue to believe that's true.
I want to respect that position, that this Queen's passing is a very sad and dark day, because the best character of the best personality's traits and strengths We'll never be again.
So I just wanted to offer that sympathetic note of sadness that the Queen has passed, if everything that Hagopian Others have said is not true, is false.
But if it is true, all the dark stuff, and I trust you, Don, too, then it's a reality that, you know, symbolizes just how shady and deceptive our world is.
The reality is entirely different than the image and symbolism and the pageantry that's put forth.
What's the name of our show?
What's the name of our show?
Truth versus News Incorporated.
Very good.
The news has really got one thing there but the truth is something else and it's pretty bad my friend.
I'm sorry.
I'll just say, Scott, my naive opinion is very like yours.
I've always felt she was a very respectful and respectable person who sought to fulfill her obligations in that role of queen with grace and aplomb.
Now, her husband, Prince Philip, I cannot say the same, nor of Her son, Charles, is now becoming the king, but that's another story for another day.
Let me just remark on the legal protocol of that, because I remember a lot of discussion earlier on that, according to the British faith, the Church of England, and the entire process, you cannot be a king, you cannot be a monarch, if you are divorced.
So, legally speaking, Charles should not be the king.
It should go to his son, Andrew.
But if they've changed it and I think William would be sensational and the sooner Charles steps down the better as I see it.
You know, it's a departure from the traditions of you're not supposed to be divorced to be king.
Perhaps you met William.
Yes, thank you.
I think William would be sensational.
And the sooner Charles steps down, the better, as I see it.
David, your thoughts.
It's a loss.
I mean, it's a huge loss.
My family likes Scots, except for... I don't think there's... the only time there's any Scotch in me is when I'm having a little bit of Scotch.
But I'm very familiar...
I'm very familiar with Scotland.
Been there a number of times.
I happen to be Welsh and Irish, which is a hell of a combination.
I often joke about St.
Patrick.
Most people don't realize he's a Welshman who took Catholicism to Ireland.
But it's a tremendous, tremendous loss for the British people.
I too, like Scott, was raised believing that the Queen reflects the best of all values, that she represents virtue in its highest order, that she's there to comfort the people and to represent the very best of Britain.
And everything I've seen in my life has displayed and exhibited that charm, that grace, that class, that heritage.
Now, unfortunately, she's surrounded by a bunch of people who don't have the moral caliber that I believe she does.
And it's just part of those elements.
You have to realize that she's the head.
She was the head of the Church of England.
So those moral obligations, those vows, those promises are, I think, Dude, I think were dutifully executed by her.
I have, quite frankly, the greatest respect in the world for the Queen of England.
And I would be surprised if some of the stories that go in and others got alleged to be true are are are Have any weight at all, but I'm just not even going to give them the light of day.
I think the loss of the Queen of England.
She was born the same year as my mother.
The coronation was the same year as my birth.
And I feel a sense of loss because I don't see anyone, anyone at all, exhibiting the class, the dignity, the grace that I often saw in Queen Elizabeth.
Very well said.
Meanwhile, we have events in Ukraine where we're told the Russian defense is collapsing.
The most intense fighting is ongoing after the retreat of Russian units.
As of now, Russian forces have retreated from two-thirds part of Kavyansk.
At the same time, Russian troops are reportedly retreating from the key towns of Izum and Liman.
If these reports are confirmed, the Russian military likely opted not to carry out positional defense in these areas.
The advance of Kiev's troops are accompanied by a large-scale campaign of terror aimed against local populations.
These are the humanitarians, the Azov battalion and the like.
Here's a map showing some of the areas where these events are taking place.
Summing up developments, Kyiv has already achieved a victory on an operational scale and captured the strategic initiative of the conflict amid the indecisive posture and acts of free will of the Russian leadership, or so we are being told.
The rapid retreats of units of the Russian Armed Forces demonstrated a deep systemic crisis of the Russian military political command.
If the Kremlin does not take important and radical measures to reform the existing command system and purge dangerous disruptors within, then a military defeat on some scale will become a likely outcome.
In recent days, there's been a serious offensive taken by the armed forces of Ukraine in the Kharkov direction.
Literally.
The Ukrainian army has thrown all its forces to repel Russian positions.
Massive offensive in the vicinity of Kipyansk and Blankonets have already led to actual capture of these cities.
Meanwhile, the Ukrainians claim to be certain of victory.
The Ukrainian military has been making these advances.
Around 3,000 square kilometers have been retaken.
The Russian side, meanwhile, speaks of a regrouping of its troops.
Despite international skepticism, the Ukrainian public has been convinced Throughout the invasion, a military success against a larger aggressor is possible.
Look at this degree.
97% certainty of victory, 98% a month later.
Stunning.
Meanwhile, Ukrainian trap.
This is a very farsighted guy in whom I have great confidence.
The Curzon-Ukrainian counteroffensive has already turned into a trap.
It looks as if the counteroffensive in the Kharkov region may also be a trap.
I was suspicious from the start when Salfred said how well it was going.
Two of the greatest battles ever fought by Russia were in this region.
Poltava, 1709, when Peter the Great crushed Charles XII of Sweden, and Kursk, 1943, when the Soviets defeated the Weimar.
Both were defensive battles when the invaders attacked into carefully prepared defenses in depth.
If the Russians did not put out minefields, that tells me they wanted the Ukrainians to blunder in.
The maps put out by Salvat show an over-exuberant offense designed to get more dollars from the U.S.
to finance the evacuation of the Ukrainian criminal elite and their U.S.
partners to the Caribbean and other choice spots.
I may be wrong.
This easy Ukrainian advance doesn't smell right to me, incidentally.
There were four battles of Kharkov in World War II.
Just another square on the chessboard of Russian military history.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, I would agree that any Russian maneuver is very carefully designed ahead of time through the computer chess game mind of the Russian strategic and tactical military decision makers.
Russians are extraordinarily well prepared for this conflict.
They've game-planned it for, well, since 2014-2015.
The Russians have played this.
The Russians have been developing their ammunition to be able to fire more rockets and mortars than anyone in history.
They are pummeling and pouring out Weaponry and ammunition against these forces.
So, on one level, the Russians are extraordinarily well endowed and they've defeated and crushed and decimated the officer corps of the Ukrainian military and elsewhere.
This tells me, yes, if they are allowing the Ukrainians to do this, you know, invasion or follow through, it is very likely You know, like just a distraction, a wounded bird operation where the bird pretends to break its wing and kind of hop away, goading the predator to pursue in which they are there, you know, flanked and destroyed.
And the Ukrainians by nature are mentally retarded to a certain level.
They're challenged.
I've known them.
I've seen them.
There is a stark, I mean, Brain dead capacity to them, and I'm not being insulting, I'm being physiologically, emotionally, intellectually accurate.
They have been subject to the MKUltra program, the brainwashings by the CIA and the MI6, in complete fantasy since 2005, 6, 7.
I know guys in the agency were on the ground.
And they've been fed this mind-numbing nonsense that has inspired them to cover their bodies in tattoos, which triggers other mental, emotional problems.
When a person covers their body in tattoos, they are essentially lobotomizing themselves and desensitizing themselves.
And when you're desensitized, your instincts and intuition are cauterized, are numbed.
So this is the reality of the personality of the Ukrainian.
They are at a sore disadvantage on so many levels and I think the Russians are going to lure them in and do a crushing capture, a cauldron effect.
Now that being said, I'll simply say Russia, in my opinion, needs to step up its psychological operations game.
It needs to cut down every Ukrainian flag all over the country.
It needs to have spies at every street coming into Ukraine from Poland and elsewhere.
And it needs to be targeting every cell phone that has a call that is in any way militaristic in presenting intelligence or information about Russian maneuvers.
Every cell phone should be tracked, similar to the 2000 mules, and they're tracking those cell phones, and fire a cruise missile to annihilate every cell phone that is part of the information intelligence war against Russia.
If I was Russia, that's what I would do.
And they're stepping their game up, I think, too, in David, your thoughts?
Well, you know, I'd really like to hear Scott Ritter's take on this.
I heard Scott talking within a week where the U.S.
was coming out promising all this ammunition, all this heavy artillery And, you know, drones and weaponry.
And then he said, yeah, this is going to be delivered over the next two to three years.
So anyone who thinks that the Ukraine problem is going to resolve itself in the next 30 or 60 days, I think is hallucinating.
Scott Ritter said anyone who thinks Ukraine is going to prevail over Russia has no idea what's going on, that the Russians are just handling them in a certain way, and I predict within a week to 10 days we're going to have A slaughter of the Ukrainian forces.
Notice how they said they're pouring literally all of their forces in.
Notice.
They're inviting them in.
They're bringing them in a primrose path.
And between airborne bombardment and artillery, they are going to decimate the Ukrainian armed forces.
Scott Ritter would agree with that, David.
And I listened to him talk about this.
I'm late.
So he he's spot on.
He's really good.
The other thing that's obvious to me, and he said this early in his analysis, this is way back months ago, he said one of the things you're going to see is is Russia advance and then retreat and you know they fake the attack on Kiev.
They line up all those trucks and everything 30 miles out of Kiev that's you know 20 miles long or whatever and everybody in the world's wondering about it but it's a delay tactic but it was you know genius I thought but he said that they're gonna draw he said that the Russians are gonna draw the Ukrainians in and there's gonna be this pincer move And they're going to annihilate the Ukrainian troops.
And I think, you know, so I think this might be part of that.
I'm concerned because, I mean, to me, it's just the loss of life that is being occasioned by Zelensky.
Being occasioned by the West, being amplified by Russia, but being exacerbated by the West.
And it's just a real tragedy that there aren't voices talking about peace in the region, restoring normal relations.
You hear all this news about the nuclear power station, and now the International Atomic Energy Commission has It's not going to be over in 30 or 60 days.
it be neutralized.
That's because they can't do it on their own.
But, you know, it's all this counter news that we keep getting this side, that side, but this thing's not going to be over in 30 or 60 days.
And I think, I think it's just tragic that it continues.
I think, I think Zelensky should be removed from office.
I I think the Ukrainian should take West Ukraine.
And I think that you just ought to give up Donetsk and Luhansk areas, and that's it.
But that's, David, because you're a rational soul.
This has got nothing to do with the reason.
This is ideology.
These are Nazis.
And they're making vast sums of money off of this.
You're not appreciating their motivation.
These are shallow narcissists.
And shallow narcissists don't care when other people die.
They only care if it affects them.
They stubbed their toe and they're in great anguish.
When 100,000 Ukrainians die, they couldn't care less.
I mean, that's the reality.
Done.
Yeah, one question about this.
Ukrainians being certain of victory in those two circles, they're 97% and things.
Who put that poll together and have the people of Ukraine been brainwashed by their own people and be less alert and be easier prey for the Russians when they do come in?
I will make a prediction.
Go ahead.
Okay.
There's going to be peace in the Ukraine.
It's only a question of when.
Yeah, well, Russia negotiated.
And I would agree with Ritter when he says no area of Russians will ever be ruled by a Ukrainian again.
Every Russian-speaking person will be ruled by a Russian-speaking person, a pro-Russian political figure.
Never again.
Will any non-Russian rule over Russians in the Ukraine area?
David, it would have been very simple to disagree.
Ukraine's not going to go to NATO, and they're going to respect Donbass and People's Republic of Donetsk and Luhansk, and it would have been done.
Russia wouldn't be there.
There was a multiplicity of reasons.
This was over-determined because the 30 bio labs were running there.
Those had to be cleaned out.
And the corruption in Ukraine.
And you got the leader of the Rothschild family saying that Vladimir Putin and Russia are enemies of the New World Order and that without Ukraine, the New World Order cannot proceed.
And that is the bottom line.
Let us hope that's exactly right, meaning that Vladimir Putin is fighting for the entirety of humanity, and I believe that's exactly what's going on here.
And people in the world are waking up to that, too, Jim.
Look at the international alliances that are coming on the side of Russia through pacifist policies.
India.
Oh, yeah.
I think two-thirds of the world is already aligning with Russia.
It's a startling development.
Meanwhile, Jerry Corsi, whom I've long known as a nice piece of American think, rushes prolonging the gas shutoff.
Perhaps the only true benefit of the European energy crisis may compare it to an economically motivated citizen population that, wishing and hoping, will not make the Green New Deal renewable energy dream a reality.
Instead of doubling down on wind and solar, the EU nations are reacting to Moscow's natural gas shutdown with a scramble to find enough hydrocarbon fuels to keep Europeans warm this winter.
They're not going to find them.
On September 5th, Russia announced a shutdown to make repairs to Nord Stream 1 would only resume in full after the collective west lifted the sanctions.
The failure of renewables to fill a viable role in the energy grid, needed to fuel an advanced industrial economy, has forced European energy ministers to do what was once unthinkable, return to nuclear power.
Russia's announcement also marked a death knell for Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen's encouragement to G7 this past year that they should cap the global price of Russian natural gas and oil.
How ludicrous is that, coming from capitalists to cap the price of Russian gas and oil?
Have they never heard of the free market?
In July, the European Council got members to agree the only solution to the mounting energy crisis was to reduce natural gas demand by 15%.
Europe may ultimately have no choice but acknowledging its folly to shut down existing hydrocarbon and nuclear energy sources until Sufficiently robust, scalable, and reliable.
That is to say, not simply intermittently available.
Wind and solar technology is up and running, and I say that will be never.
I don't think it's even theoretically possible for this to happen.
Nonetheless, globalist heads of international NGOs insist the EU must stay on the decarbonizing course to avoid catastrophic climate change.
Except the whole climate change argument is a myth.
It's another falsehood being perpetrated by scientifically illiterate for political purposes.
EU citizens, moreover, seem more concerned about staying warm than achieving the net zero emissions set by the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Policy Change.
Despite the late summer heat in Poland, in what's a grim return of the communist era, dozens of cars and trucks lined up to try to obtain coal to tide them over during the winter.
Around 3.8 million households in Poland rely on coal for heating.
And now they fear shortages and price hikes in Great Britain.
Household gas and electric bills may almost double.
In fact, at the end of August, the UK energy regulatory raised by 80 percent.
The price restriction on home energy bills.
Wow.
How things have changed since July 2021.
When EU commissioned President Ursula von Leiden put the EU on a policy to become climate neutral by 2050.
At that time, she declared, the fossil fuel economy has reached its limit.
But with 60% of British factories in danger as energy bills soar, pursuing the renewable fuel zero NZE utopia has faded in importance.
In her first speech upon taking office, Britain's new Prime Minister Liz Truss, who said she'd be perfectly willing to use tactical nuclear weapons, did nothing to suppress rumors of a £100 million, $113 million energy stimulus package to help stem the cost of living.
Having gone in all green on energy, Europe is facing the ugly reality of renewable fuels.
It remains to be seen whether Europeans, or America's Green New Deal proponents for that matter, will learn from the experience.
I think Jerry got it right.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, the reality is the European Union is about to collapse.
NATO is about to collapse.
The energy loss is going to be crippling the country and casting them into starvation and being frozen.
They're physically not going to have the material to stay afloat.
And America is not going to provide any of this.
On top of this, of course, too, let us return to the COVID-19 vaccination.
How many people are going to be dead, dying, retarded from this vaccination jab?
So, there is a variety of forces that are creating the perfect storm.
Medvedev, former Russian president, just issued, quote, an apocalyptic warning, using quotations from the Book of Revelation, essentially saying, These dull, half-witted politicians and think tank people in the West are foolishly engaging in the prologue to the Third World War.
So Medvedev is talking about if they trigger and start and push a third world war, they will not live in their clean houses anymore, the cement will melt, and they will not be swirling their glasses of wine and laughing about a hybrid proxy war against Russia.
Their world will be on fire.
Medvedev is saying that.
And Russia is a country that only fools would take lightly.
And perhaps the American people are foolish enough to think that their Chevy trucks and America flags and Trump this is going to somehow be a psychological cowering device against the Russians.
I don't think it is.
I don't think the American people are that stupid.
But we are in a very precarious position.
We have stepped on a landmine and we've heard it go click, and now are we going to continue our march and be blown up and killed?
Or are we going to carefully backtrack and ensure that that line does not go off by diplomatic communications with Russia that respects their national sovereignty, respects their security desires, which they have called for and never changed from since 1993?
Russia hasn't asked to still own Western or Eastern Europe and all the rest of that.
It has said it does not want NATO weapons, nuclear weapons especially, on its border minutes from Moscow.
The same guarantee that we would expect, which in fact we exercised during the Cuban Missile Crisis, we would not allow.
We wouldn't allow Russian nuclear missiles or any kind of missiles in Mexico City But we somehow think that we are exceptional America and we can force Russia to accept missiles in Kiev.
I don't think so.
So we are in a very dangerous position that unless we have leaders rise up in the military and the political Areas of America to violently overthrow these decisions and perhaps the decision makers through constitutional due process, as the Declaration of Independence instructs.
Unless we do that, we are setting ourselves up for Biden and the Democrats to escape domestic responsibility for their crimes by triggering an international war that we may never recover from, Jim.
Scott, bear in mind, we've shown no respect to Russia since the dissolution of the Soviet Union, and with the morons and mediocrities in charge today, there's no real prospect of our coming to grips with the reality.
It's spun out of control.
David, your thoughts?
Well, I have great admiration, great respect for Jerome Corsi.
I think he's done a tremendous analysis historically on a lot of different subjects involving economics, involving product services, transportation, all the major elements of infrastructure throughout North America.
And I think he has identified what we're going through today in America.
We're going through the...
Through the degradation and the dissolution of the southern border.
And I think what the media is trying to do is to assist in the transition of understanding we're going to suffer the loss of the United States and the gain of North America.
And I think that's the message that the media is promoting.
I think it goes back to Corsi's book on the North American Union.
I think it's a late, great United States of America.
But this transition that's taking place is, of course, in violation of all constitutional principles, in violation of the territorial integrity of the United States, in violation of our constitution, our judicial branches, our executive branches.
And we've got this crazy legislative branch now that's just buying everything.
You take the development in Europe, for example.
You've got Jeffrey Sachs in his book, The Era of Sustainable Development.
This is just nothing more than Robert Reich's book.
I think it was Robert Reich, correct?
No, Charles Reich.
His Greening of America book back in the late 1970s, early 1980s, talking about a symbiotic relationship with the Earth.
You see it manifested again in the Pope's encyclical, Laudato Si', Where he's talking about taking care of Mother Earth.
And then you see him, you see the Pope himself down on our border talking about how it should be dissolved.
You see the Archbishop Horacio Gomez writing about the new America, immigration in the next America.
So there's no question in my mind that there is a full push to dissolve the southern border.
That being said, When we look at what's happening in Russia, and we look at what's happening in the Ukraine, we see the impacts that are occurring in Europe, and we see the dissolution, the dysfunction, the complete demoralization of Europe as what we knew it to be when we grew up.
This is a constant A constant attack, but it's an indirect attack.
It's actually a brilliant attack, because it's taking place and you can't even see that it's gradually moving on to the territory.
And you hear the politics, you hear people screaming about it, the EU and the, you know, England being flooded with immigrants, Ireland blocking off some of their borders, the disputes going on and on, and you see Spain and France and Germany, they're all trying to handle this, and now they're suffering from it.
This, quote, greening of America is now, quote, the greening of Europe, and this whole deal about climate change You know, this whole greening of energy is nothing other than money.
I'll take one moment with this.
When I used to practice law full-time, I used to be fascinated by these lawyers that would love to work on energy projects.
They would just be consumed by it, and it's like there's this little atomic energy thing that sits inside this cell.
And every lawyer wants to put his hand, they're trying to get through the bars to get their hands on the golden thing that vibrates and they take their hands away and it's just the gold dust they get.
But by being around the energy problems, they amass hundreds of thousands, millions of dollars, because it's all production infrastructure related.
And we see what's taking place.
Putin is hammering the infrastructure in the Ukraine.
The infrastructure in Europe is now at risk.
And if you look back at PPD 21, Obama gave the green light, showed everybody how to attack the United States, and AB 312 talked about it in North America.
You're seeing the dissolution of America take place, the beginnings of North America as an entity, but no longer as a geopolitical entity, just rather as a geographical entity.
And we've got frightening days ahead of us, as they do in Europe.
You're right.
Go ahead, Scott.
Let me just make one comment.
When David's talking about putting the hands on the, you know, the orb of atomic energy and getting the vibrational gold dust, it strikes again a chord.
I've been saying repeatedly that this religious ecstasy associated with climate change and climate preservation, it is a religious ecstasy.
It is an emotional titillation of, I mean, opiate proportions that these Ursula von Leyden and Boris Johnson and Macron and Trudeau and all of these people, there is a religious ecstasy of almost demonic possession that they get in this fantasy of
You know, we will leave the fossil fuels and we'll create alternatives.
They go into a delusion, a fantasy that I think is demonically induced and hyperventilated, but they go into this possessive arrogance and pathology that everything else suddenly tunnel visions.
And they lose all reality in pursuit of the fantasy of a Star Trek climate world, that they're going to emerge on the other side of this dark tunnel, like Dorothy coming out in The Wizard of Oz, and everything's going to be rainbow flags, and solar, and this, and all, and the world of the past, and accountability, and all that is going to disappear.
And that is the religious ecstasy delusion that That animates and pushes them to the point where they're above.
They can't see the suffering, the closing of small businesses, the inability to pay for lights and electricity and your business goes out and all this other stuff that's going to domino in effect.
They can't see it and they won't see it, but what they will see is the sickle and the sword and the hangman's noose coming around their scrawny political necks that will hang and kill them like Mussolini.
I have full confidence in the next six months, particularly in January, February, When things are at their epitome of the worst of the worst in Europe because of the freezing temperatures and because of all sorts of explosive social rebellion that these immigrants from Africa and the Middle East are going to start invoking because, you know, they can't handle it either.
You're going to see, I think you're going to see bloodshed and revolution unlike any other time.
I hope it doesn't happen, I wish it wasn't true, but I just predict based on the suffering that's coming, you're going to see this.
But I just wanted to touch on the religious delusion that afflicts these people that they translate into public policy.
Yeah, I just, I want to follow up on that.
You know, I think, I think, Scott, to a certain extent, you're right.
But I think, you know, if Trudeau has his dream and if Macron has his dream, it's going to be all these people riding around on bicycles, fighting with bows and arrows.
You know, it's, you know, I mean, let me up.
I think they'll be dead before they wake up to that dream.
But Biden and Blinken are taking us there.
I think they'll be dead too.
A special master has been assigned to Trump's case.
A special master is appointed by a court to carry out some sort of action on its behalf.
Theoretically, a special master is distinguished from a master, where a master's function is investigative, compiling evidence or documents to inform some future action by the court, whereas a special master carries out some direct action on the part of the court.
It appears the special master designation is often used for those doing purely investigative work.
The DOJ has now agreed to one of Trump's nominees for special master in their trove of misplaced White House docs.
A former New York District Judge appointed by Reagan is fit to play the role.
His other choice was rejected by DOJ lawyers who said he lacked experience.
The DOJ said in court findings it would allow Raymond Deary, former chief judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, to act as special master.
While Trump's team rejected all of the need of JPEGs, the department's approval of Deary marks a rare mutual agreement in the ongoing legal battle.
He was nominated by Reagan, served in the U.S.
District Court from 1986 to 2011, then in 2012 appointed by Superior Court Justice John Roberts to a seven-year term on the United States Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, where he oversaw requests by federal investigators for surveillance warrants against suspected foreign intelligence agents inside the United States.
In his role, he was one of five Republican-appointed judges who signed off on FISA warrants to survey a former Trump adviser, Carter Page, to investigate his ties to the Russian government.
We know, of course, that it was based on misstatements and omissions in the application of the FBI.
Last Thursday, the DOJ appealed a federal judge's decision to appoint a special master to review the classified among the over 11,000 docs that Trump took with him from the White House.
I'm confident that what Garland has represented to the court is something that everyone has looked at.
The judge, which granted the special master, already said Garland gave false representation, and that invites the question of what Garland was doing going into Trump's home.
Was he wanting to know what communication was between Trump and his lawyer, said Greg Jarrett, who's quite a brilliant political analyst on Fox.
Many Janssen tweets, aging Garland panics as major Trump victory on special master may collapse his entire preemptive coup on Trump.
Until last week, the DOJ and lawyers representing Trump were bickering over the whole matter that the FBI seized files that may not actually be classified.
Trump's lawyer described the criminal investigation that needed the strange raid as a document storage dispute that's gotten out of control.
Federal prosecutors until last week, when his request for assistance was granted, said a special master would harm national security.
Now the two teams have reached an agreement.
This is the guy they agreed upon.
Meanwhile, Tulsi observes DOJ, DHS, and the IRS are blatantly being weaponized.
Our democracy is in grave danger.
Government institutions, from DOJ, DHS, to the IRS, are blatantly being weaponized against political opponents of those in power.
Being punished by the state for dissenting or merely asking questions is the hallmark of a dictatorship, just to show how far it's gone.
Trump lawyers fired back after DOJ asked to continue the review of the docs seized by the FBI.
They're asking him to halt.
I believe now we have the special master.
This is probably going to be brought to a halt.
It'll be turned over to the special master.
When the FBI arrived back in August, they took 11 sets of allegedly classified docs from Mar-a-Lago, asserting some were marked top secret.
But of course, being marked top secret or any other classification did not mean that they were still classified.
Hence, they did not describe them as classified documents, but rather as documents with classification labels.
Trump's argues argued, Mar-a-Lago, the sprawling facility, is nevertheless a secure facility with controlled access.
There's really not a serious question about it.
The governor points to the alleged urgent need to conduct a risk, but there was no indication any classified record were disclosed to anyone.
Moreover, if these were all so serious, Trump's had them for over a year.
Why wait until now?
And then once they got the warrant on a Friday, they didn't execute it until the following Monday.
Trump has said on social media he declassified a range of materials.
The special master, his proposed, included Raymond Deary, who now has been appointed.
This, I think, is positive development.
But here's the key point.
Trump indictment imminent.
Here's what's really been going on, what they were looking for.
This is a wonderful discussion about how there have been subpoenas sent to as many as 50 Trump associates, 50!
Yeah, Bannon went on TV, said he knew of at least 25, he said, with Charlie Kirk, who are receiving subpoenas.
Dozens of Trump allies raided or served subpoenas by the FBI.
Tucker was very disturbed when he interviewed Hermit Dillon, who explained that several of her own clients had received these subpoenas.
Two Trump political aides among those, Stephen Miller and Brian Jack.
Ryan Jack, the final White House political director under Trump, and Stephen Miller, his top speechwriter, were among more than a dozen connected that the former president received subpoenas.
Here's the killer.
The subpoenas seek information in connection with the Save America Political Action Committee And the plan is to submit slates of electors pledged to Mr. Trump from swing states that were won by Joseph R. Biden Jr.
Actually, that's begging the question, which, of course, we'd expect the New York Times to do, that were officially reported as having won by Joe R. Biden, where Mr. Trump and his allies promoted the idea competing slates of electors would justify blocking or delaying certification of his electoral college visit.
This is the wedge.
I have no doubt they're relying then on Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, where anyone who has held an office of the United States and sworn in north of the Constitution, who's engaged in an insurrection or rebellion, may no longer serve as member of the government.
That's what they're going to try to do.
Meanwhile, people whose personal communications were subpoenaed include Bernie Kirk, Maura CP, Janet Ellis, Stephen M, John Eastman, Joe DeGeneva, Rudy Giuliani, Sidney Powell, This is it, Scott.
This is what they're doing.
They're going to make what was sometimes called the fake electors, but it was really an alternative slate of electors, whereas I understand that Pence, when they were a competing set of electors, should have sent them back to the state legislatures, which Pence did not do.
And they're going to try and make out that this was Trump trying to commit an insurrection.
Your thoughts?
Well, Pence is a traitor.
His staff were the ones that allowed the Peter Strzok, an FBI agent, in to interrogate General Michael Flynn as part of the operation to begin the chronic Russia hoax against Trump that lasted on and on and was completely fabricated.
And it was a psychological operation.
I was back in November of 2020 as part of the analytical team looking at the election fraud.
I won't belabor that.
We've done shows upon it.
All of the fraud and the overthrow of the election and the planning was not done by Republicans.
It was done by the Democrats in the senior executive service and the AFL-CIO and these communist left-wing Democrats.
The swirling suspicion is that there were people that were setting Trump up for a fall, and that's all coming out.
It's, you know, Patrick Berge and others have talked about Patrick Byrne going into the Oval Office with Cindy Powell, Michael Flynn, and the staffer of Peter Navarro bringing them in to present material to Donald Trump.
The question is, was that material that they presented, that he presented, Patrick Byrne to Donald Trump, Was that what the Democrat January 6th Committee is focusing on getting to try and present the idea that Trump was attempting to overthrow the election after the election has already been called?
That was December 18th.
They are going to indict him.
The intel that I'm getting from people high level, high close to Trump, is that they are going to indict him, but Trump is goading them.
He's not defensive, he's not running, he's not scared.
He's goading them, saying essentially, I am the president, put me back in or have another election now.
Because the fraud, the FBI, the manipulations, the 2,000 mules, everything we've seen, everything we've known, this election was completely manipulated and is a fraud.
And he's challenged them, saying put me in now.
Uh, or else have a new election.
So, the Democrats either put him in, have another election, or they come after him and try and indict him and everybody else.
Now, the reason they go after everybody else is they're going to try and arrest people, throw them in jail, and torture them until they flip.
That's what they do.
Democrat, uh, Department of Justice tries to get people in jail so that they can, uh, torment them and cause them to do a plea deal.
So the eclipse is coming.
The full moon is not quite over the sun, but it's coming.
And what I anticipate happening is the Democrats are going to have a convulsion and a knee-jerk There's a furious expectorant of rage to go after, indict Trump, and try and indict everyone else, thinking they can get away with it.
They may also do false flag events to try and ante up this poker game, like assassinating Biden and Kamala Harris and blaming it on a Trump supporter so they can get the political cover to really try and trample everyone.
And in that case, Nancy Pelosi would be the president.
She'd appoint Gavin Newsom as vice president.
She would shift back.
Gavin Newsom would move up.
You are on the brink of a Hitlerian takeover of Germany in 1930.
or whatever it was, 33.
That is what is coming.
The question becomes, are the Democrats foolish enough to try and push that?
And if they do, will the American people rise up and another civil war occur, even if it's a quiet, smoldering one?
I think governors like DeSantis, Kristi Noem, and all the Republican states would essentially say, no federal power in our state, no ATF, no FDI, And by the way, this is where DeSantis failed.
He should have instantly stood up and said, no federal agent shall do anything in my state without informing the sheriff of the county.
There is no federal power that can come in here and do this to a president.
And what they did, of course, is the nonsense of, you know, every document, every document that President Trump declassified is declassified, period.
It cannot be declassified.
So they're on a fishing expedition.
But I think the Democrats are going to implode and self-destruct.
But it's going to be very ugly, very loud, and very bloody.
Jim?
David, your thought.
Yeah, this is over.
There's an appointment of a special master.
Let me just share with you some objective facts.
You have a senior circuit judge.
I forgot if he's the head of the circuit or the head of the district court, but he's the chief judge of the One guy at that court, Eastern District of New York, so he's no slouch.
He's now got the responsibility to review approximately 11,000 documents, and I can assure you that's not going to take place quickly.
This is a guy who's in the position he's in because he's dedicated his life to the pursuit of justice, and both parties agreed to him, so he has to have a pretty good reputation.
But let's put flesh and blood on this reality.
Now you've got a judge who's charged with probably one of the most important tasks he's ever had in his life, clearly the most political case he's ever had.
And he's got to review, categorize, quantify, separate 11,000 documents.
We know at least 11,000 documents.
This isn't going to be done in a month.
It's not going to be done in two months.
It's not going to be done in three months.
It's not going to be over before the November election.
The midterms are going to come and go.
So this thing, this case is over.
Now it's just what antics, what theatrics are going to be done by Garland and Biden's minions.
I think those are excellent points, David.
Really excellent.
Scott, do you want to add?
And by the way, I see Hillary's fingerprints all over all of this.
A raid on Mar-a-Lago, this going after him for insurrection.
That's Hillary.
She is so venal.
She feels he cheated her, and by God, she's going to get her vengeance.
And she's doing her damnedest.
I think you're going to see more and more Americans respond with a, so what?
Who cares what the federal government says?
Who cares what the Department of Justice says?
Who cares what Merrick Garland says?
Who cares what their FBI think they can do?
The moment they come up to my door, I'm going to kill them and every agent.
The moment they try and take my gun, I'm going to kill them and every agent.
The moment they come into our block or town or county, They're declaring civil war because the Constitution of the United States is why they have their job.
It is why the government exists, to preserve and protect and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic, and especially veterans.
Veterans are going to say, we are now past the threshold.
We've crossed the Rubicon.
We are now in a country full of domestic enemies.
And look at the history of Hunter Biden, Joe Biden, the sell-off of America to China, $30 million going to Hunter Biden.
We see the biochemical labs in Ukraine directly rooted in the COVID-19 pandemic.
We see the forced vaccination and COVID-19 killing everyone it gets, which Trump is going to have to give an answer for.
And that's why if he doesn't give the proper answer, he may not be anything the American people want.
They may go to DeSantis or someone else.
But there is so much evidence of betrayal and corruption and abuse of the American people.
The America that they grew up with in the 60s, 70s, and 80s is gone.
And the only thing left is slavery and death.
Or righteous indignation and dutiful constitutional violence against tyrants.
And I think you have enough.
It doesn't take the whole country.
It takes 10% of the country to overthrow tyrants.
On a local level.
And I think we're inevitably going in that direction because the Democrats are so homicidal, blind, narcissistic, delusional.
And look at Nancy Pelosi.
She's a prime example.
In the speech that Biden gave, 62% of libertarians said this was way off, way too aggressive, and they disagree with it entirely.
So 62% of independent libertarian types The 78, 80%, 90% of Republicans and even the large percentage of Democrats, I think the American public are shifting entirely.
But again, it depends on other factors like the vaccine and other things.
People haven't accounted for just how a lot of people are going to be dying in the next three months because of this shot, Jim.
Well, there's a lot of talk that they're trying to provoke a civil war, in which case they're going to bring in UN troops, Chinese troops, who the hell knows?
So I think it's a real sticky wicket, Scott, is exactly how to handle this.
But it's a lawless administration that is destroying America.
There's no question about it.
Every action they're taking.
And we haven't even gotten into the domestic perversion of the school policies.
I know!
And teachers having the right to advise kids to change their sex without notifying the parents.
I mean, this is just disgusting beyond words.
Don.
Take us out.
You're muted, my friend.
Yeah, I'm muted because I'm going to be screaming at what you're saying, because it's pretty heavy, folks.
The world is not the way it started off this year, and it's spiraling downward, it looks like, all the way.
But anyway, this is Truth Vs. News, and we're on the first hour of September the 13th, and what a
Heck of an hour it is and we're going to have another heavy hour coming in so you want to stay tuned and also I will say I'm going to put in for the show links to the bit about the Queen and Hagopian and Patricia JHS's shows that we did I just did yesterday that these guys haven't seen yet so that'll add some flavor to and perspective.
I'm in no rush to see that trash.
Yeah well The trash is from the origins, and I think we were exposing the trash.
Okay, that's enough.
See you in a little bit.
Come on back.
