Need to Know News (22 August 2022) with Joe Olson and Carl Herman
| Copy link to current segment

Time Text
This is Jim Fetzer, Madison, Wisconsin, joined today by Joe Olson in Houston, Texas, and Carl Herman in San Ramon, California.
We're here to bring you all the news you need to know.
We begin with Trump reporting legal action is coming soon over the Mar-a-Lago raid.
It does appear to have been a major violation of his Fourth Amendment rights.
He made the announcement on Truth Social, which, by the way, has taken a huge jump Like increased action by 550% since the raid, showing how massively this is backfiring, a major motion pertaining the fourth will soon be filed concerning the illegal break-in of my home Mar-a-Lago.
Right before the ever-important midterm elections, my rights and those of all Americans have been violated at a level rarely seen before in our country.
Remember, they even spied on my campaign.
The greatest witch hunt in U.S.
history has been going on for six years, with no consequence for the scammers.
It should not be allowed to continue.
I think that's right.
Meanwhile, the magistrate judge, who may or may not have been legally entitled to sign the warrant, is not prepared to find the affidavit should be fully sealed in spite of the fact that the DOJ would like that to be done.
Meanwhile, Democrats are quiet about the raid because they know it's all bad for them.
Democrats in solidly blue districts have no problem weighing in, but vulnerable Democrats are wanting to avoid wading into the controversy.
21 House Democrats from Boulder District were asked by Fox News for their reaction.
Not a one would provide comments.
A spokesman for Nevada Congresswoman Dina Titus told Fox her office is monitoring the developing situation but refuses to elaborate.
One Democrat who has no problem criticizing the FBI was the former governor of New York, Andrew Cuomo, who tweeted the Justice Department must immediately explain the reason for its raid, warned it better be about more than the Presidential Records Act or it'll be seen as political and undermine any future credible investigation on the legitimacy of the January 6th.
Meanwhile, Representative Elaine Luria wants to up it, claiming the FBI's raid is an unprecedented action in reaction to an unprecedented presidency.
We've never had a president who sought to overturn an election, and some of them are mobbed at D.C.
as Donald Trump did on January 6th.
More?
I mean, these are such bold-faced lies, it's embarrassing.
Joe, your thoughts?
Yes, well, guess what?
ABC polls.
75% of Americans think that America is heading in the wrong direction, including a majority of the Democrats.
So it's bad news for these clowns all across the board.
And you know, it's really amazing, these people that say that you're not above the law.
Well, they certainly do want to make the DOJ above the law, and specifically the branch of the DOJ that was created by Obambi, and that is the NSD, the National
Security division and they're the ones that put together all of this crap and the guy that's head of it is now stating that because of national security interests, they're not required to disclose anything about anything because they are the secret government that we always wish we had.
It's absolutely crazy.
I mean, the more I look at it, the better Russia looks to me.
It's ridiculous.
Even the Soviet Union wasn't as bad as this It is fairly astonishing.
Carl, your thoughts?
Yes, we're well in.
I just want to read the text of the Fourth Amendment.
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects against unreasonable searches and seizures shall not be violated and no warrant shall issue but upon probable cause supported by oath or affirmation and particularly describing the place to be searched So yes, the big question is, what is the evidence that Trump committed a crime?
What is the probable cause?
What is the connection?
And I would imagine, given the case history, is that we're going to see more unsubstantiated testimony like my favorite from January 6th.
And then this guy said that Trump grabbed the wheel of the beast to drive to the Capitol himself?
It's going to be like that.
Absolutely refutable.
You didn't check it out.
You didn't think, okay, so it wasn't even the beast on that day and Trump's in the backseat.
So what's he going to do?
Part the glass and grab the wheel from back?
It's just crazy stuff.
You are.
It's so right, Carl.
They're acting on rumor, speculation, hearsay.
Yeah, go ahead, Joe.
Yeah, and this from the conservative treehouse.
This is what I was trying to look up, but my tablet's too slow.
Sunday Talks.
David Loffman says Congress has no right to oversight over the DOJ National Security Division.
All political weaponization of the main NSD is above the law.
Yeah, this is incredible, man.
Great article at The Conservative Treehouse.
So we'll flash to the next story.
Excellent, excellent.
Meanwhile...
Alan Dershowitz says the government will cherry pick with regard to the affidavit redactions.
He said the policy—he was also contacted about a Minneapolis teachers union and having provisions to protect teachers of color when it comes to layoff.
They'll be laid off by order of seniority unless they're a member of a population underrepresented among licensed teachers in the district.
This is so blatantly unconstitutional, you'd think they don't understand laws against discrimination apply to all races, including whites as well as blacks.
You can look at seniority, you can look at qualification, meritocracy, you can define that broadly, but you can't say that an advantage or disadvantage occurs just because of race.
It blows my mind these legislators and elected officials continue to pass laws which are clearly unconstitutional.
The government attorneys, while determining what they want to redact, will cherry pick what they want to be released, observed Dershowitz.
They'll not redact anything unfavorable to Trump, but they will redact anything favorable.
He said that Reinhart would not allow Trump's lawyers to be present when they determine what should be redacted, because then they would learn the names of the informers.
He added he believes Reinhart's been handling the case Very well, and has done what everybody said he would not do.
The redacted parts will be likely out by next Thursday.
That would be a couple days hence.
And, of course, he mentioned what we actually already have.
It's signed by Patrick Michael Byrne.
Here it is.
I got this from my colleague Scott Bennett.
He's reporting about a conversation that occurred, look at the bottom paragraph three, on the Friday, December 18th of 2020, between Attorney Sidney Powell, General Mike Flynn, Attorney Emily Newsom, who worked for Powell, and also White House Counsel Pat Cipollone, Attorney Patrick Philbin, and Attorney Eric Hirschman,
The topic of discussion was how to respond to a situation where the FBI and DHS had themselves reported foreign interference in the election.
During the discussion, multiple different presidential solutions were discussed, such as DHS or FBI with a joint U.S.
Marshal National Guard to send small teams to counties to image the hard drive of the various election systems and more.
I think the idea here is supposed to play this out to having been somehow inappropriate or unconstitutional.
But frankly, I don't think anyone is going to find this very persuasive.
This guy Byrne cites himself several times.
He also cites Marbury v. Madison.
In other words, this is not at all what I would take to be a normal affidavit.
He does say, on 21, for example, I witnessed President Trump verbally appoint Attorney Sidney Powell to the position of White House Special Counsel, which he was entitled to do.
On December 18, Sidney Powell held a position of White House Special Counsel.
I witnessed former General Michael Flynn, who is the 24th U.S.
National Security Advisor President, he could verbally grant on the spot any security clearance level.
I witnessed Trump verbally grant the White House Special Counsel a top-secret security clearance, which, by the way, isn't at all that high.
But meanwhile, she held a top-secret security clearance then on that day.
On January 2022, I had the opportunity to visit with the Honorable Rudy Giuliani.
I asked him what happened such that our conversation at the White House had not been implemented.
You know, Giuliani told me after our party had left at approximately 12.15 a.m., he spoke with the president for an additional two to three minutes.
He mentioned he knew, in my book, I had noted the party of General Flint Powell Newman, myself, had dawdled briefly, and then saw Mark Meadows and Rudy Giuliani lead by a nearby ex, but they walked together away to the West, Trump somehow reversed himself here, but honest to God, I don't see anything here that could justify a raid on Mar-a-Lago.
Joe, your thoughts?
Yeah, well, first of all, I got a real low opinion of Dirk Bagowitz.
Yeah, the guy that was, uh, if it doesn't fit, you must acquit on the dream team.
And, uh, I saw a report recently by a, um, forensic pathologist that said leather shrinks when it gets wet, but if it gets wet in blood, it shrinks even more.
So they knew the glove that fit just perfectly when he was slicing heads off of people was not going to fit.
But then to make things even worse, they made him wear latex gloves, which make it harder to put your hand inside of a set of leather shrunken gloves.
So bottom line is we knew he was a fraud then and they played the race card.
And O.J. Simpson was responsible for a lot of the friction that caused major riots in Los Angeles at that period of time.
And then also Virginia Roberts.
I trust her far more than I trust Dirk Bagowitz.
And she in her affidavit says that he was one of the ones that was You're attacking Dershowitz.
I'm interested in his legal opinion, Joe.
We could talk about Alan Dershowitz all day long.
OJ trial?
Give me a break!
But then he turns around and says- Johnny Cochran!
It wasn't Alan Dershowitz who said, if the glove doesn't fit, you must quit.
It was Johnny Cochran.
I blew a whole effing sabbatical on the OJ trial, Joe.
But why are you going there?
But now he turns around and says that Bruce Reinhardt, who is an appointed magistrate with no ability for subpoenas above a misdemeanor charge, is doing an excellent job with this case.
The guy exceeded whatever judicial mandate he had.
And this whole thing is it was Judge Schopp.
The whole thing is rigged.
And for him to turn around and say, first of all, I'm discrating him as a witness.
And then I'm discrating his testimony that Reinhardt is doing a great job in this case.
The whole case is an absolute sham.
So there you go.
I don't like Dirk Bagowitz, if you can't tell.
Carl, your thoughts?
Well, the more they do, the better it is to wake people up.
I mean, they're going to have to articulate probable cause.
And if the media wants to make a case without something, that would be slam-dunk evidence.
Probable cause means that a reasonable person would look at the evidence and look at the law and say, yeah, yeah, that's a problem.
We need to check that out.
And for a raid, it would have to be something to be an emergency circumstance.
So what we have is all the prima facie elements of an illegal raid, and we'll see how the actors want to play their parts.
So if that affidavit that you just showed everyone is the affidavit in question, Then that is more good news for those of us working for truth, because I don't see any crime there.
In fact, what I see is an opening to introduce all the evidence about why appointing Sidney Powell to investigate would be the prudent and responsible action that a president, the chief executive officer, sworn to uphold the law.
So if there was a prima facie case, he has to do something.
And then it just gets even crazier because in the story is like, yeah, you changed his mind anyway.
So we shall see how how this unfolds.
If that is the affidavit that again, we have.
Nice, nice, nice.
monsters picking the worst possible set of circumstances to attack.
Kind of like picking a hair sniffing child group and demented war criminal as your presidential candidate.
Nice, nice, nice.
Yeah.
Meanwhile, the Republicans are launching ads attacking the Democrats for the Inflation Reduction Act.
How appropriate.
A $750,000 ad buy from the Congressional leadership is aimed at Representative Jared Golden of Maine for voting for the legislation.
$740 billion for a health care climate and tax bill.
It's known as the Inflation Reduction Act, but it's going to do nothing to reduce inflation.
Prices are up.
The economy is weak.
Main families are drowning.
Instead of helping, Jared Golding cast one of the deciding votes for Biden to mass his vending bill.
That will make inflation even worse.
Tax hikes are for nearly everyone.
Up to 87,000 new IRS agents who can harass the middle class.
Times are tough.
When Maine families need a lifeline, Jared Golden threw us an anchor.
I like it.
Golden's in a tough re-election fight against former Representative Bruce Poliquin, a Republican.
Golden's congressional district, moreover, voted for Trump by six points in 2020, where Trump has slammed the legislation and called for Democrats to vote against it.
But, of course, it didn't happen.
Every Democrat, including Joe Manchin, to my bitter disappointment, supported.
Republicans are expected to continue to use the legislation in a campaign to win back Congress in the fall.
We expect to see millions in advertising attacking Democrats.
A GOP strategist said, we'll see a lot more of these ads in the coming month.
They are effective.
Every Democrat supported this bill.
Meanwhile, Inflation Reduction Act nightmare targets life-saving meds.
Biden returned from vacation in South Carolina this week to sign the Inflation Reduction Act into law.
The country would have been better off had he stayed at the beach.
The IRA includes a combination of massive tax increases, innovation-destroying price control, debt-funded spending commitments.
That might be music to the ears of Democrats, but for American households struggling with spiraling prices, the future has rarely looked so dim.
A new spending package comes at a moment of wide-sweat pessimism about the future of the economy.
According to Harvard-Cavs-Harris poll release, 84% believe the nation is either in a recession or will be soon.
A recent Gallup survey found economic confidence is lower than it has been in over a decade.
So why are Democrats raising taxes and not just on the rich?
An analysis by the Joint Committee on Taxation estimated taxes will be hyped on everyone earning $200,000 a year and less by more than $16 billion.
Listen to that!
Joe Biden told us, if you earned $400,000 or less, you wouldn't see your taxes raised by a penny.
The Joint Committee on Taxation reports, if you earn $200,000 a year or less, you're going to have your taxes raised overall, collectively, by $16 billion.
The new minimum corporate tax would hamstring some of the nation's most vital industries.
The JCT expects half the revenue from the new tax to come from the manufacturing sector.
What do Democrats plan to do?
Spending all this money?
Nearly $370 billion toward climate change and environmental policies.
Where climate change isn't even among the top dozen political priorities the public would like to see addressed by Congress.
It also devotes $64 billion to extending the more generous subsidies for Obamacare coverage in place as part of the March of 2021 American Rescue Plan Act.
Moreover, while the subsidies are scheduled to expire at the end of 2025, they were also supposed to expire this year, so it expects they're going to leave them hanging there, and if they're made permanent, they'll cost $248 billion over the next decade, according to the Congressional Budget Office, which is almost always exactly right.
There are then prescription drug pricing reforms that are also going to be imposed, allowing the government to be allowed to negotiate the price Medicare pays for 10 medicines, can dictate the price for 15 in 2027 and 28 and then 20 in 2029.
This misguided price control scheme has been shown to chill innovation and reduce drug access around the world.
After the Japanese implemented price controls, for example, the country, which had been contributing massively to innovations in pharmacology, shrank dramatically.
Their share of the global value declined from 70% to 70% from a much higher Between 1995 and 2018, IRA imposing price drug controls as a means of generating revenue for other progressive priorities is the worst kind of short-term thinking.
Democrats are even depriving future patients of life-saving medicine so they can enact a spending bill the vast majority never asked for and that our country cannot afford.
Joe, your thoughts?
Yes, well, if two quarters of negative growth doesn't indicate a recession, I wonder what they're going to say when the third quarter shows negative growth.
They're going to have to redefine it again.
Anyhow, this is part of the Inflation Reduction Act.
The IRS agents, this is a response by the Clay County Sheriff's Office.
With a combined salary of the 87,000 new IRS agents, In parentheses, $81,456 average annual salary.
You could put a police officer average salary $55,117 per year in every public school in the nation and still have 31,000 police officers or $1,700,000,000 left over.
salary, $55,117 per year in every public school in the nation, and still have 31,000 police officers or $1,700,000,000 left over.
So it's not about your safety or your security.
Stunning.
Carl?
So $740 billion for a bill that you just go back 40 years and that's pretty much the entire federal budget put together.
And the context of this is just plain out and out looting.
Carl B. Herman Blocks bought any of these news shows.
Go to the Looting Trillions section and I'll walk you through the data.
And what we hear concurrently in the news for Klaus Schwab's The Great Reset, where you will wash full body parts, eat bugs, be happy, own nothing.
That's what they have to do.
They have to reset the system.
If you take a look at a graph of the federal budget, It's going to be an exponential growth curve.
If you take a look at aggregate debt or national debt, all those are exponential growth curves and they're bound to crash.
And the purpose of the Great Reset and all this bullshit with 87,000 IRS agents is all evidence that the system that they have is going to implode.
And what they're going to have to do is use corporate media and political talking points to herd human beings into another scam.
And that's all that this is.
So, again, in the context of demand their arrest, they're looting trillions.
Nice.
Nice points, Carl.
Barry?
Meanwhile, secret 911 call log reveals 17 major security breaches at Mar-a-Lago after Trump left office.
This is rather stunning.
A document obtained by Radar details for the first time how 17 incidents were classified as suspicious person or trespassers who managed to infiltrate the grounds that are supposed to be heavily fortified to protect a former president.
Remarkably, the calls to Florida authorities Suggesting incidents could not be resolved by the Secret Service.
Most notably, a Chinese businesswoman was arrested in 2019 and later convicted of trespassing while carrying a bag full of electronics.
She was sentenced to eight months in jail.
Shijun Zhang, 33, managed to slither past five Secret Service agents into the ornate main reception area before she was handcuffed.
She was armed to the teeth with a laptop, an external hard drive, four mobile phones, and a thumb drive with malicious hardware.
The revelation of the repeated security lapses shed new light on the national security concerns presented by the former president in the wake of last week's raid.
Clearly, they thought it was very serious to get these materials back to secured places at Mary McCord, a former DOJ official.
But that appears to be completely false.
The call logs did not distinguish whether the emergencies were associated with the Trumps or hundreds of guests.
Secret Service paid $580,600 to an Arkansas contractor to provide Mar-a-Lago with physical security build-out upgrade, according to a report.
Even just retention of highly classified docks and improper storage creates a significant security threat.
But the fact is, Trump had an approved, most exclusive, secure vault on the campus.
They were well aware of it.
He wasn't violating any improper storage requirements.
It's unbelievable.
One former intel officer told Reuters the Mar-a-Lago location is a nightmarish environment for their security classified information.
That's just bullshit.
The documents revealed cops were called for a variety of different reasons, including assault, battery, medical emergency, motor vehicle accident, property damage, and lost property.
Joe, that's half propaganda at least.
Your thoughts?
Oh yeah, Sandy Berger goes into the National Archives, writes this stuff up, Dozens of pages of material day after day after day, and when he gets caught he gets a $10,000 fine and 100 hours of community service.
So that's how seriously they guard the National Archives in the National Archives!
So don't tell me about how terrible things are down at Mar-a-Lago.
And the only thing that they were going to be able to find was the absolute proof that the Russiagate was a concocted DNC-FBI-DOJ story from day one, and that all of the federal government had been weaponized against Trump since the day he came down the Golden Escalator.
So don't tell us how sanctimonious you are and how wonderful all your little Boy Scouts are.
I did a great rant About two weeks ago on the FBI and it's put up as a 27 minute segment at James Fetzer dot James Fetzer.
bit shoot website.
But then I also did two interviews on TNT radio, one of them for 30 minutes and another one for an hour, where I covered additional information in addition to the 27 minutes that I had, Grant.
I'm telling you, the FBI, the CIA are absolutely the most evil organizations on the planet.
And look at the stuff that's happening worldwide.
The stuff that they're doing over there to Putin.
Absolutely incredible.
Everything they're doing to try to stage World War III.
These people are genocidal psychopaths and there's no way of dealing with them other than the medieval way.
Tie them to a stake and burn them alive.
Carl.
Well, the article is pure propaganda.
All it is is building a narrative to defend the actions of the deep state and the government.
And all you really need to do is take a look at the history of you have just recently against Trump, you have the factless Russiagate thoroughly refuted already and admitted as a narrative paid by the Clinton campaign and then taken irresponsibly and illegally By the DOJ and the FBI, you have the crimeless impeachment, you have the stolen election, you have the January 6th, you have this.
So they only go in one direction.
And again, I'm encouraged by the exposure of our opponents.
We'll see.
So far, the optimism that I have based upon the American public's ability to finally wake up has not shown itself evident yet.
Yes, yes, you're absolutely right.
It remains to be seen, and it all looks very suspicious and improper.
Meanwhile, Situation Update, Chief Organics, 10,000 people a day are being killed by the COVID vaccine.
This is coming from Mike Adams.
It's very disturbing.
I'm not actually playing the show.
I'm just reporting what the numbers tell us.
Meanwhile, UK data destroys the entire premise for the vaccine push.
The media can read it just as well as I can, but somehow it's left to me to report this, reports Chris Waldberger.
This is an absolute game-changer.
The UK government reported the following data, tucked away in the report.
Less than a third of Delta variant deaths are in the unvaxxed.
Two-thirds of Delta deaths in the UK are in the vaxxed, to be specific.
From the 1st of Feb to the 2nd of August, UK recorded 742 Delta deaths.
Yes, the dreaded Delta has not taken that much life, but of the 742, 402 were fully vaxxed.
79 had received one shot.
Only 253 were unvaxxed.
This is the crucial page.
Look at the bottom line, down at the very bottom.
All cases total 742.
Unlink.
Days less than 21 post-dose 110.
Over 21 days post-dose 169.
Received two doses, 402.
over 21 days post-dose 169. Received two doses, 402. Unvaccinated, 253. So 402 out of 47,000 individuals.
and aid of the vax, 253 out of 151,054 cases of the unvaxed.
So if you get COVID having been vaxed, according to this data, you are far more likely to die if you were simply not vaxed.
Giving allowance for elderly people being vaxed is still not enough to change the bottom line.
The vax is not nearly as effective as advertised.
And with its unknowns and much higher adverse reporting number than all other vaccines combined, a complete recalibration of global policy is the only moral option.
Countries around the world, this month past since vaccination, are experiencing a surge in vaccinated deaths and hospitalizations.
60% of those hospitalized in Israel are fully vaxxed.
Hence the mad rush for untested boosters.
The powers that be will not admit something is terribly wrong, will not acknowledge a clear science.
Those with natural immunity, the young and the healthy, don't need to take the risk of an injection.
Reliable studies showing the superior of natural immunity are just ignored by our overlords.
Instead, they'll jab and jab and jab again.
Vaccine passports will be renewable every six months.
Countries are already up to eight shots per citizen.
Masks will not go away, Israel.
The preeminent vaccination is in lockdown.
In other words, getting vaccine to protect others is not true.
This is not a sterilizing vaccine to stop diseases like polio or hepatitis using a live virus.
It is for you alone, which means, as experts like Martin Kolda, biostatistician, epidemiologist, and professor of medicine at Harvard Medical School, and Jay Bhattacharya, professor of medicine at Stanford, have long said, it makes zero sense to vaccinate the young and the healthy.
We are dealing with a world historical error and, in fact, a global assault on young bodies.
To be clear, I make no advice to anyone about taking the vax or not.
If I were in a risk category, I might decide to take it.
Your decision should be guided by consulting with your doctor, informed consent, and your own conscience.
Well, you should ask why.
There's no explanation for hundreds of thousands of women experiencing menstrual change after the shot, or the way the vax is being mandated the same time they're under investigation for unknown risks.
When I say categorically, You will have to answer one day in this life or the next where you stood on the issue of mandating medicine for the healthy without informed consent, on giving cover for governments to shove things down kids' noses, and locking down all that makes life worthwhile.
Where were you when kids' freedoms were stolen from you?
I doubt there will be much forgiveness from that generation for crying out loud.
This is what even the World Health Organization admits about masks.
Really, they say, there's only limited and inconsistent scientific evidence to support the advocacy of masking of healthy people in a community to prevent infection of respiratory diseases, of course.
Finally, why does the media not even report on government data?
Why am I reporting this?
I have no idea, but it's sinister.
Why will the media not even report that this 23-year-old Irish footballer in perfect health received a vax three days before dropping dead?
Irish community mourning the tributes paid to talented young sportsmen after untimely death.
Untimely indeed.
God have mercy.
Meanwhile, the biggest U.S.
hospital company quietly removed a report on a case of fatal brain disease following an mRNA vaccination.
Last year, shortly after receiving Pfizer's vax, a 64-year-old Florida woman named Cheryl Cohen suffered a sudden and devastating case of Crutzfield-Jacobs disease, a progressive brain disorder also known as mad cow disease.
Her symptoms began on May 5th, 2021, when she had a panic attack while driving.
She was unable to care for herself by June and hospitalized.
She died on June 22nd, 11 weeks after her symptoms began, only 13 weeks after she got her second Pfizer vax.
Several physicians who treated her posted a report about the case to the Scholarly Commons page of HCA Healthcare, devoted to academic work by HCA physicians and other employees.
Their report highlighted the close timing between her mRNA shots and her illness, which became the most downloaded page.
Until June, When HCA, the largest for-profit hospital system, pulled the report and now only gives you an error message.
She had received Pfizer's vax in April.
Her second dose came April 25th, 10 days before her panic attack.
The physician who treated her feared her illness might be related to the vax, but they had no proof.
C.J.D.
belongs to a nasty class of illnesses known as bryon diseases, which occur when proteins in the brain misfold and become useless, destroying brain function.
It affects only about one out of a million every year.
But because the COVID vaccine has been distributed so widely, some people with C.J.D.
would be expected to be present with the illness only days or weeks after being jabbed, simply by chance or, I say, not.
Joe, your thoughts?
Yes, well there's no such thing as informed consent if you're getting it from an uninformed physician.
So, you know, that's absolute propaganda.
These guys are nothing but pharma whores.
And last week, Rochelle Walensky, I wonder what tribe she's a member of.
Yeah, we all know.
Announced that every one of the guidelines that was given by the CDC was incorrect and they're all withdrawn.
So surprise, surprise.
And then today, apparently thinking that he's going to be facing a hostile Congress come January, the king of the lockdowns and king of the COVID war, Fraud Fauci said that he's going to step down in December because he's going to move to the next chapter of his life.
Oh, Biden said that it was the most wonderful man and he's done so much for the world and our country and it's like, yeah, blah, blah, blah.
Meanwhile, they're increasing the threat of Marburg, monkeypox, smallpox and polio.
So, you know, Billy Goat Gates warned us that we were going to be facing the next pandemic and this one would get our attention, so who knows which little dirty rabbit they're going to pull out of the hat, but by God, these people are not going to stop until we put them in the dungeon where they belong.
And this is all deliberate.
We are deliberately infecting the American people.
It is disgusting beyond words.
Carl, your thoughts?
The UK, we have further data from that.
I'll be here with Blogspot's second paragraph.
Any of the news shows, the paper, My Best Shot, gives sufficient evidence for you to demand arrests.
The UK, we have further data from that.
Global research reported about a month ago the following article titled, Shocking, colon, UK government admits COVID vaccinated children are 4,423% more likely to die of any cause and 13,633% more likely to die of COVID-19 than unvaccinated more likely to die of any cause and 13,633% more likely So that is per, that's the mortality rate per 100,000 people.
So the vaccinated are far more likely to be, to die of any cause.
And these are children between the ages of 10 and 14, between January 2021 and May 2022.
So the data is overwhelming that this is a kill shot.
These are crimes against humanity.
And I just got another report that in one of the Canadian provinces, maybe it was Alberta, The SATS, Sudden Adult Death Syndrome, which is really, they don't know why the person died.
That's the number one cause of death in that province of Canada.
Unknown is the leading cause.
And nobody officially is stating the direct connection, the obvious.
But, you know, we will keep reporting until we break through for the criminal truth.
If you are vaxxed and you die, the cause is unknown.
It's amazing, just amazing, the number of coincidences.
Meanwhile, monkeypox, vax, virtue signaling, more bug eating, depopulation rhetoric, and tribal politics distracting from 13 more sudden deaths.
Another week, another Democrat politician repeating the official cult of COVID slogan after testing positive for COVID-19, Stacey Abrams.
This morning, I took my daily test and tested positive for COVID.
Before my speech yesterday, I tested negative.
Today, I'm experiencing mild symptoms.
I'm grateful to have been vaxxed and boosted.
Biden won't be able to speak in complete sentences at all by 2024, meaning Democrats must find an heir apparent, Kamala or Buttigieg.
would essentially be gifting the GOP the White House in 2024.
And openly, homosexual male cannot win, particularly as Americans are more loudly opposing that overall agenda.
That leaves a hyper-partisan Gavin Newsom and retreads Bernie Sanders and Amy Kobachar as the only realistic options.
But the semi-fresh face that makes sense is Abrams.
She's unlikely to beat Georgia Governor Brian Kemp in their forthcoming rematch.
What she loses, expect Democrats to prop her up as a potential 2024 presidential candidate.
The CDC basically slapped all the most loyal COVID cultists in the face last week when it issued new COVID guidance that says, Their prevention recommendations no longer differentiate based on a person's vaccination status, because breakthrough infections occur, though they are generally mild, meaning because none of them work.
The CDC eliminates quarantining, de-emphasizes social distancing, still recommends endless boosters.
The diet cultists, being the 107 million who've already received at least one booster, and those willing to do anything to keep their jobs, will continue receiving more gene therapy every few months until they die.
But monkey pop, because of the new hip disease and the social dynamics, Surrounding its vaccines are playing out the same way as the so-called vaccines did in 2021 through today.
Trying to get my monkey box vaccine hope no one thinks I'm gay or anything because it's principally a disease of gay men.
Here's Saju Matthew.
I just got my first monkey box back.
Well organized.
I got the regular subcutaneous injection.
You get a free rabid HIV test after they give out free COVID testing kit and condoms.
Side effects the shot can be pain and injection and fever.
Second jock in four weeks.
He's rushing off.
We're also likely to start seeing, I got my polio vax.
The UK declared a polio outbreak in June.
The problem is it came when the government admitted there were no reported cases of polio.
They commence an urgent polio booster vaccine outbreak despite admitting there have been no new wild cases since 2003.
The British Health Security Agency admitted that their primary concern with polio is a vaccine-derived virus.
In other words, they're admitting nearly all new polio cases are caused by the polio vaccine.
But they're still coercing British parents to get their kids vaxxed with the injections that actually cause polio.
The jokes literally write themselves, but a majority of the Western world fails to understand the punchline.
The goals are fair and compliant to eliminate all the low-hanging fruit population.
It's only a matter of time before the COVID blog from which this article comes is covering daily monkeypox and polio vaccine deaths and adverse reactions as well.
Meanwhile, just when we thought Fauci would quietly go away after his wishy-washy retirement announcement, he was a Fred Hutchinson cancer settler in Seattle.
He received the Hutch Award named after Major League Baseball player and manager Fred Hutchinson, who died of lung cancer in 1964.
The award has been presented annually to an MLB player who best exemplifies the fighting spirit and competitive desire of Mr. Hutchinson.
Baseball greats like Sandy Koufax, Mickey Mantle, Willie McCovey, Johnny Bench are among the recipients.
But any and all credibility and prestige it may have had was erased last week when Fauci was given the 2022 Hutch Award instead of a baseball player.
Fauci sat down with his friend and Cancer Center virologist and director Larry Covey for a two-hour conversation, a large chunk of which revolved around COVID-19.
He first regurgitated the safe and effective policies that some don't want shops simply because we're telling them to get vaxxed.
He also told a room full of masked people how important masks are and the public saying, well, not wearing a mask himself.
This is insulting beyond words.
Joe, your thoughts?
Well, apparently they gave him that baseball award because they saw him do the first pitch throwout at the Washington Nationals game, which went into the dugout.
So it's like he didn't even get close to the plate, man.
It's like ridiculous.
Yeah, the whole thing's an absolute circus, and that Major League Baseball can stoop this low to political pandering is just another excuse to turn off any form of Major League Sports.
They're all toxic.
And they're all circus and bread for morons.
And you got better things to do, like educating yourself and helping us save the republic.
Carl, your thoughts?
Yeah, what a clown show.
So our officials changed the definition of a vaccine because this injection that they're giving out doesn't prevent infection or transmission and all the data show that it's deadly.
So withdraw consent, demand their arrests, and I just did see a clip of Fauci from about 30 years ago with one of the viruses and The news reporter is being interviewed on the news, and the news reporter said, so do people need to get a shot if they have already been infected?
Fauci said, no, of course not.
Natural immunity is the best prevention.
So no, you don't have to get shot at all if you've already gotten the virus.
And then fast forward to today, where he recommends however many boosters they have.
Yes, yes.
However many can't have enough, not according to Anthony Fauci, is going to go down as the greatest mass murder in the history of the world.
Meanwhile, electric vehicle subsidies take cash from ordinary Americans to benefit the rich.
We hear a lot from Democrats, Biden, the media, and environmentalists about how great the Inflation Reduction Act will be for climate change.
Curiously, it was crickets over the law's central claim that it'll reduce inflation.
It won't.
But one thing the massive tax-insured behemoth will do, aside from unleashing 87,000 new IRS agents on middle-class taxpayers and small business owners, is extend direct subsidies for electric vehicles.
Passed under law in 2010, they have amounted to $7,500 per vehicle.
The subsidy was phased out once the manufacturer produced 200,000 cars.
Tesla hit the limit in 2018, which phased the subsidy out by January of 2020.
GM three months behind Tesla.
Toyota just hit the limit this year.
But the IRS extends the subsidies indefinitely, though it places new limits on the price of vehicles and income levels needed to qualify.
The focus on the direct EV subsidy misses the larger financial shares benefiting the wealthy at the expense of the average American.
By some estimates, federal and state policies heap as much as $50,000 in additional support per EV.
How does it work?
Is it even legal?
The first program little understood is the Corporate Average Fuel Economy, or CAFE standards, administered by the Department of Transportation.
They're part of a Byzantine system mandating fuel mileage for the fleets of vehicles offered by auto manufacturers.
If GM, for example, sells too many popular trucks and SUVs, it must sell enough small fuel-sipping cars or be penalized.
The fuel mileage penalty is on track to more than double to a billion annually when the Trump administration in one of its last acts delayed the increase.
About a year ago, Biden moved to impose higher CAFE penalties on automakers for prior model years.
Cafe penalizes the 95% of consumers who buy gasoline and diesel-powered vehicles, who must pay an additional $400 for an average car and more than $1,000 for a high-end pickup truck, in effect handing the money over to EV buyers.
Tesla argued in favor of the increase.
A substantial portion of their profits come from Cafe credits Tesla sells to other automakers.
In 2021, Tesla earned $1.465 billion From regulatory credits.
While CAFE is legal, two other programs have dubious origins.
Here we have a Mustang Mach-E charging a Ford dealer.
It takes hours, of course, to get the charge done, which is a waste of time.
The first is the EPA's CO2 credit for advanced technology vehicles.
The Obama EPA invented an unlawful levy on vehicles powered by hydrocarbons.
While shifting crests, EVs.
But the rule was premised on EVs being zero-emission vehicles, which they are not.
Electricity doesn't come from a plug in the wall.
It's generated mostly by natural gas, coal, and nuclear power.
Further, EVs themselves are quite energy-intensive to manufacture, especially the batteries, which feature elements mined in areas that end up looking like moonscapes, or use children, some as young as six, to extract the needed minerals, such as cobalt.
The EPA accounts for none of this, pretending EVs spring up fully formed like Venus at her birth.
The bottom line is this Sub Rosa regulation shovels up to $5,000 per vehicle to EVs, all paid for by the buyers of conventionally powered vehicles.
The second Obama EPA regulation made up without statutory backing tests EVs for their equivalent gas mileage in perfect laboratory conditions, running at 70 degrees, no lights, heater, radio, air conditioning.
From that unrealistic fuel economy test, Because batteries lose a notorious amount of power in the cold, EPA applies a 6.7 multiplier for EV fleet CAFE standards.
This further subsidizes EVs, likely to far more than $10,000 per vehicle, by some analyses.
EPA's test for gas and diesel, however, includes operating on the road in 90-degree, 20-degree weather, air-conditioned lights, or heater.
In other words, realistic conditions.
Finally, when all the inputs for EVs are considered, from power plants or transmission lines to charging stations, the equivalent cost is close to $19 per gallon over a 10-year, 120,000-mile EV lifetime.
Of course, that looks at all costs, most of which are not borne by the EV owner.
Guess who's on the hook for the rest?
Far in excess of the claim, $1.07 for $3 per gallon equivalent.
As a result, we're likely to hear Transportation Secretary Buttigieg claim EVs have achieved cost parity with vehicles using gas or diesel.
Don't be fooled.
They haven't and probably never will.
If they enjoyed parity, they'd need none of the massive federal and state support post-hidden costs from the public.
The last example is how it works.
On August 5th, Ford wrote to the U.S.
Senate urging passage of the IRA.
On August 8th, the IRA passed the Senate, paying a $7,500 subsidy on EVs.
On August 9th, the following day, Ford raised the price of its fifth F-150 Lightning EVP cop truck by $8,500.
What a scam!
Joe, yours?
Yes, we did a great AGW number.
Let's see, which one is it?
I think it's number eight on various forms of electric vehicles.
Yeah, it was EVs, hydrogen cars, and liquefied natural gas.
And we did that one back in March 3rd, 22.
And that's also at Jim Fetzer BitChute.
I'll leave a link to that down in the show notes.
But yeah, every one of these EVs is a 100% scam.
as a 100% scam.
And also in the Inflation Non-Reduction Act, because it's misnamed, They said that they're going to allow offshore windmills because that's going to solve all the problems of windmills about, you know, the noise causing people problems and, you know, affecting land values.
And we have this enormous shoreline.
We're not going to allow them to put it along the New England shorelines where there's, you know, fancy houses or along the Pacific Coast shorelines where there's Fancy houses, but we'll allow them to do it in Texas.
Well, guess what?
When Texas joined the union as an independent republic for 10 years, we said that we were going to retain the rights for nine nautical mile buffer on the Texas Gulf Coast as state land.
And that has been recognized.
And so all our governor has to do is sign an executive order saying no windmills within nine miles of the Texas coast.
And then the state legislature, which convenes at January 10th, will have an immediate need to pass that bill so we can get it signed.
And then we will never have to worry about having these pelican and seagull shredders along our coast where nobody can even see the amount of bird damage that's being done.
This is a nightmare beyond imagination from these green idiots that just won't get their boot off of our throat.
Oh, I couldn't agree more, Carl.
Anything that is pushed by the oligarchs is a narrative for further enslavement, so that's really all that you need to pay attention to.
The $7,500, that's a key incentive.
Here in California, where I live, the key thing...
Three consecutive three year leases on electric vehicles.
I had a 2019 BMW i3 we just purchased that last month, and we had Nissan Leafs for two consecutive three year leases as well.
They're fast, they're quiet.
But the key incentive is the sticker that you get to go in the diamond lane on the freeway.
Otherwise, you got to pay.
Here in California, the scheme is that the rich people, you get one of these little fast passes.
As a matter of fact, we have an extra one here.
That's what they look like and they just click and beep and you can pay a couple of bucks a mile for in the most crowded places if you're just paying that.
But if you have the EV, then it goes for free.
I do recommend the website www.wanttoknow.info.
Go to the top Part for energy and see the abundant examples of free energy, including what I remember as a kid growing up in California of the story of a guy who had a dune buggy that operated on a water engine.
And I saw that several times on the news.
It was one summer Maybe 1979, and professors from San Diego State and UC San Diego went out there and verified that, yeah, this is an engine that's operating on water.
He drove it from San Diego to Washington, D.C.
to much fanfare.
But then, sadly, the man was poisoned, his garage was raided, his stuff was taken, and that was the end of that.
Carl, a couple of dollars a mile in excess?
That's incredibly expensive!
Yeah, yeah, I've seen some of them because you get the placards and I think it's one exit up is just, I thought about this the other day, yeah, it's a couple of bucks a mile in the most crowded places of the freeway.
Absolutely stunning.

Truth Jihad Radio.
Kevin Barrett featured me.
It was a rather astonishing experience for me because Kevin suggested that my being so insistent that Sandy Hook was a fraud.
A two-day FEMA drill presented as mass murder to promote gun control had discredited me and the truth movement.
If you want to listen to what he has to say, there are an awful lot of comments on it at my Bitchute channel, Jim Fetzer, most of which are rather unflattering to Kevin, I must say, and I was truly taken aback.
Meanwhile, I have a petition before the United States Supreme Court, as you'll see in the July 7th entry, distributed for conference on the 28th of September.
I will know by the 3rd of October whether they're going to hear, but look how many stages I've gone through to get there.
After having lost in the highest court, I had 90 days, that was in Wisconsin, to submit, which I did.
The respondent had 30 days to reply, which he did not.
Then I would have had days to reply to his response.
Others had the opportunity to submit an amicus brief, one broadening the issue about the false flags.
Then it went to the Chief Justice already, who drafted the initial discuss list and then distributed it to the rest of the chamber.
For members of a certain pool, the clerks of the court randomly assigned a petition to participating chambers, and within chambers, randomly to clerks.
The clerk submitted memos to the Chief Justice Chamber.
We distributed them to all the participating chambers.
Within each Justice Chamber, clerks reviewed and marked up the memos.
Then we go all the way over here to the Discuss Listing Conference.
The clerk of the court collects all the documents, distributes them to the Justice Chambers.
The Associate Justice has placed cases on the Discuss List.
This is a big cut.
Any case that fails to make the discuss list are summarily denied in the lower court ruling stance.
I am on the discuss list.
I am here.
All the justices meet in a private conference.
This will be on the 28th of September, in which you'll vote to either grant or deny certiorari.
It requires a minimum of four votes.
I believe I will get those four votes.
Anyone who wants to support me, check it out at GiveSendGo.com.
You can actually download the petition there and see what this is all about.
Meanwhile, final thoughts.
Joe, yours.
I'll add some final thoughts.
I hope we're going to be able to work in about the A-T-A-C-A-M missiles that can be used in our M-270 launchers that have a 50-kilometer altitude, 190-mile range, and a Mach 3 speed that have been used against the Crimea Air Base in Russia.
Thank you, America, for helping escalate the events over there.
And then also we have the Daguna Dara Daguna daughter that was blown up by a terrorist bomb.
And the bomb was planted by one of her supposed friends, Natalie Vork, who is a Ukrainian double agent.
And our lovely government has decided that anybody that has certain symbols is a DVE, a domestic violent extremist in the phraseology of the DHS.
But then not to be repetitive, the FBI calls them MVE, Militia Violent Extremist.
And here in Texas, Santa Ana had been a military general and instigator of revolts in Mexico since 1820, and he's probably responsible for the deaths of over a half million Mexicans.
But in 1833, he was elected President of Mexico, and then immediately after he got elected, he said, well, I'm doing away with the Congress, and I am going to be the Emperor of Mexico, and I will be the Napoleon of the West.
And so when they came to Gonzales, Texas in October of 1835 to take back a cannon that had been given to the Texans to protect themselves from the Comanches, the Texans said, Come and take it.
So I have a coaster, a drink coaster, that proves that I'm a violent extremist.
Joe, it's just what's happened in the United States is a disgrace.
Carl, your final thoughts?
Well, a couple of things.
One is that we do live in the paradox where we need to be fully engaged with the evil, but to do so from a supreme position of good and virtue, we need to be Peaceful warriors, patient activists, and one of the things that I need to go over again and again and again with myself is how much I overestimate people.
Now, Kevin, Barrett, Jim, could he articulate any argument to refute the cases that you were making for those particular parts?
He claimed that I'd been fooled by evidence that it had been fake when it was actually real.
And one of the indications he gave that it was real was a police report that said that Adam Lanza was found handcuffed, making it impossible to understand how he could have shot himself.
And somehow Kevin thought that verified the authenticity of the police report.
Which, you don't have to have taught logic for 35 years to understand that means a police report cannot possibly be true.
I mean, how absurd is that?
Right, right.
And just looking at it as a professional historian, the category of evidence that Kevin is referencing is called testimony, which is the weakest form of government.
But whatever, people are going to have their areas where they can see and that they can't see very well.
So with Jim's case, it's very exciting for me as an observer, because we have one of two possible outcomes.
One would be justice, finally, A big W and the other one would be the full documentation that the USSR is just a show trial giving empire and that would be the complete documentation on that important story.
Either way we're out of control and so the only thing that we can do is be in control of what we think and what we say and what we do while surrendering control over to broader forces and Hoping that we have those friends in high places.
Well, Joe and Carl continue to do wonderful, wonderful commentary.
I'm so very pleased.
What's amazing to me about my exchange with Kevin, which each of you can hear for yourself on my Bitchute channel, Jim Fetzer, is that Kevin and I go way back.
We did a radio show on GCN called The Dynamic Duo for a year and a half.
I was a commentator on his weekly False Flag Weekly News.
This is a guy who professes to be an expert on false flags.
And yet one of the most blatant of them all, Sandy Hook, is one where he appears to have been played into believing it's real.
I offered proof after proof after proof.
Why he would think that a police report written by the Connecticut State Police who were actually running the scam behind the scene would be believable is beyond me.
But listen to this.
I encourage everyone, go there, listen to this.
He and I go way back.
There's even a book.
Entitled White Rose Blooms in Wisconsin by Mike Palachuk about Jim Fetzer and Kevin Barrett.
It's fascinating because we seem to have reached a point of divide in the road here where I'm just stunned and astonished that Kevin would denounce me as somehow having discredited myself in the truth movement by standing up for the truth about Sandy Hook, where I even have the FEMA manual.
And where I never make assertions about Sandy Hook, I cannot verify.
It says, oh, he doesn't believe six PhDs acting collaboratively could determine whether or not this school was even open after 2008.
I'm dumbfounded.
I invite you, as an intellectual exercise, go to BitChute channel Jim Fetzer, scroll down to my appearance on Truth Jihad Radio, and sort it out for yourself.
Your comments would be most welcome.
In the meanwhile, spend as much time as you can with your family and friends, especially with a looming war with Russia on the horizon wherever it's being made to provoke it deliberately by the West.
We literally do not know how much time we have left.
