This is Jim Fetzer in Madison, Wisconsin, where today I'm delighted to be joined by Carl Herman in San Ramon, California, and Ryan Davidson in Houston, Texas.
We're here to give you all the news you need to know.
We begin with Hillary.
It appears she was working secretively with the DOJ to raid President Trump.
This is about as disgusting as it gets.
Steve Bannon, host of the War Room program, having been targeted for revenge by the mighty administrative state which wields enormous power, is explaining that his trial was a kangaroo court swatted by the FBI on a fake gun charge He explains that both he and Trump have been targeted by Hillary Clinton, who considers herself a victim because Trump cleaned her clock on 2016.
The reports are suggesting Hillary had something to do with a very curious raid on Trump's Florida home.
Hillary was seen on her social media gloating over Bannon's troubles, revealing her emotional connection to him.
The reports appear to have validity.
She was humiliated in 2016 in the epic personal smackdown of her as a candidate because Bannon was running the campaign for Trump.
She was so convinced she would easily win, she barely campaigned.
When she did, she lived in haughty speeches that Bannon and Trump seized upon and capitalized, turning her own work back upon her.
The consequence slayed Clinton's polls and her approval rating when she verbally assaulted Trump supporters in the last weeks, referring to them as a basket full of deplorables.
In the remaining cycle of the campaign, Hillary thus destroyed her chances of winning.
Watch her say it.
You could have put half of Trump supporters into what I call the basket of deplorables, right?
Shaking your head and discussing racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, Islamophobic, you name it, phobic, four years ago.
In that speech, she also criticized him for choosing Bannon as his CEO just because he was a founder of the far-right news site Breitbart, which is giving more reliable reports than anything you'll find in the New York Times or the Washington Post.
Bannon's takeaway is that the Clintons are corrupt, that they've sold out their own people for cold cash, that they're grifters.
The former first couple, in Bannon's opinion, was writing a money laundering operation.
The response by the Trump team was brilliant and humiliated her further.
Deplorables unite!
Do you hear the people singing?
Quickly after Hillary missed, the term deplorables was adopted, printed on t-shirts and bumper stickers, and still used today.
So with the self-identified deplorables became a constant Theme of discussion.
Would it surprise anyone that Hillary operate with a DOJ to raid Trump?
Paul Sperry.
Sources say Hillary operatives have been secretly working with archive officials and DOJ for several months and are behind a push to investigate Trump as revenge for Hillary having been investigated for mishandling classified email in her email gate scandal.
The Clinton machine has been agitating for this since January.
Former D.C.
Bureau Chief for Investment Business Daily, Hoover Institution Media Fellow, offers us several books, including the bestseller Infiltration, Is He Himself?
This is a significant report.
I suspect it's true.
Carl, your thoughts?
Well, what we do know for sure is that we need to see that affidavit that produced that warrant for the raid.
And the affidavit is gonna be a judge saying, okay, so what evidence do you have that we have some crime that requires a raid with 30 agents against the former president of the United States?
That, I bet, what we're gonna get is an attempt for a precedent for secret testimony for national security.
So this is all part of the Democratic leadership's plan for a one-party system, the People's Republic of the United States, and they're trying to crush any political opposition.
And this is on the heels of the FBI ever since Hillary's surprising loss in 2016.
Where you have the factless Russiagate, the crimeless impeachment, the stolen election in 2000.
And if people haven't seen 2000 Mules, I recommend that you do so.
I've read 250 pages of affidavits of the 2020 election from attorney Sidney Powell, and the numbers of the recounted Votes after 3 a.m.
are mathematically impossible.
When we get the true numbers, it's going to be an election win for Trump anywhere between 3 to 1 to 4 to 1 in the margin.
And then we have the January 6th, and then the committee for that, and now this rate is just a clown show.
So whether Hillary was involved or not, I see the good news for the truth is that the more that the Democrats do, the worse it becomes for them.
Excellent.
Brian.
The Clinton apparatus goes all the way back.
Mina, Arkansas, Iran, Contra, Reagan.
It's an old apparatus with a lot of moving parts inside of its machinery.
Hillary Clinton obviously has taken the reins ever since Bill Clinton has sort of dropped out in disgrace.
I don't know that she's all that she's cracked up to be.
I never thought she was all that intelligence.
I've seen some things on the dark web that I probably wish I hadn't seen related to some of the Clintons, the power structure, all of this ties to Epstein and others.
That's old history that everybody here knows about.
Going on today, I have a hard time believing that Hillary Clinton is somehow still capable of pulling these machines after her disgrace in the 2016 election.
But if she's still hanging around and they tell us she's still hanging around, I don't know.
She looked pretty sick four years ago to me.
So to me, this is an apparatus of the deep state being attributed to Hillary Clinton.
I don't see her having the power anymore to pull this off.
I see her as done and dead in terms of her political power.
But the machinery behind her very well could pull it off and press these buttons.
This is a big power machine.
It's played its game for a long, long time.
I do think that Trump is dismantling it.
You know, I'm not entirely convinced that Donald Trump doesn't know what he's doing.
And just because Bill Barr didn't prosecute any of the deep state during his first term, now I'm beginning to see that the deep state is so deep.
And, you know, we call it the deep state, but really there are people committing crimes.
In order to commit crimes or in order to prosecute crimes, you've got to have the elements of the crime.
So on this day, at this time, this person did this, which is a violation of that code.
It's a much taller burden than you would expect.
We can't just say down with the deep state, down with the bureaucracy.
And I do believe that it was going to be a 12-year job.
And Donald Trump letting the 2020 election go without putting up so much as a very, very serious fight, Makes me wonder if he's on a 12-year plan.
And I've received some intelligence recently that indicates there is such thing as a white hat, which I had basically abandoned the idea that there were good guys left.
But I'm being told now today from some very serious sources that they are in there and they are playing a very serious game, very serious people.
And let's see how it all shakes out.
I don't know.
Excellent, excellent from you both.
Just wonderful.
Meanwhile, be willing to use deadly force.
IRS sparks uproar over job posting.
Only two things in life are certain, death and taxes, and it now appears the IRS can take care of both.
As the agency prepares to add 87,000 new positions, the Inflation Reduction Act, which does nothing to reduce inflation, will give the agency $80 billion.
With an online posting for criminal investigation special agents, a key requirement being applicants be legally allowed to carry a firearm, Major duties include to be willing to use deadly force if necessary.
Be willing and able to participate in arrests, execution of search warrants, and other dangerous assignments.
You think when you're dealing with the IRS you can give them Explanation and training in how to be courteous to American citizens, but they're creating a private army that is willing to use deadly force against Americans over tax issues, which are not, by the way, criminal offenses, but merely civilian, that an army of IRS agent will do nothing but harass small business owners and lower income workers is to be taken for granted.
A conservative estimate is individuals with an annual income of 75,000 or less are going to be now subject to 710,863 additional audits.
Those making more than 1,052,295 more under the bill.
The IRS will conduct more than 1.2 million more annual audits.
I mean, this is just repulsing.
The IRS commissioner insists the audit rates won't increase relative to recent years.
Getz, however, has expressed concerns when he discovered the IRS published more than $700,000 in ammunition in the span of several days.
Here's the Biden plan.
Disarm America, open the borders, empty the prison, but rest assured they'll still collect your taxes, and they need $725,000 worth of ammunition, apparently, to get that job done.
A bill he's introduced would put a total moratorium on IRS buying ammo.
When we talk about weaponizing the IRS, we're talking about political discrimination, or at least we have in the past.
Not actual weapons, but of course that's changed.
The Biden regime is doing everything they can to suppress access to ammunition for regular Americans, while on the other hand, they're scooping up all the ammo they can possibly find.
Here it is.
This is the Disarm the IRS Act, a bill that stipulates the IRS is prohibited from acquiring ammunition and notwithstanding any other provisions of law.
Marjorie Taylor Greene, Paul Gosar, and Jeff Duncan are co-sponsors.
Meanwhile, according to the latest report by the GAO, the IRS has been stockpiling ammo and weapons for years.
As of 2018, it had 4,487 firearms and 5,062,006 rounds of ammunition.
Forbes has noted, IRS buys gun and ammo for its criminal investigation division.
Those are the only employees of the IRS who carry firearms.
At least that's been true in the past.
Carl, your thoughts?
Well, to put this in context, we need to know who the IRS is working for.
Carl B. Herman blocks about any of these news shows.
The best description I have as a retired AP U.S.
government teacher is that the U.S.
is a lying, looting, illegal, rogue state empire.
This is in a global condition where we now have 1% of the population owning more assets than the bottom 99%.
And if you go to the section looting trillions, I'll document and walk you through that data.
So we want 87,000 more agents for an obfuscated tax code that deliberately incorporates language to allow the rich to harbor their assets safely without being taxed in these shell companies in the Caribbean.
In contrast, the Looting Trillions article will document that monetary reform and public banking Almost eliminates the need for taxes.
And if you wanted to have some sort of a way to take money out of circulation, you certainly could do it better than the IRS and the tax code and income taxes.
That's just crazy stuff.
So again, in the big picture, I'm encouraged at how much more ridiculous the clown show is getting.
And the bottom line is that Americans and the people around the world need to withdraw consent from these criminal oligarchs.
And as Brian was talking about, is that these really are criminals.
And the rogue state empire, we can quantify the damages as annually killing millions, harming billions, and looting trillions.
Oh, I think you got that right.
Brian, your thoughts?
Well, okay, so if I'm understanding that snippet The IRS currently has about 4,500 AR-15s under its control.
They have 70,000 agents.
Now we're going to have 87,000 AR-15s.
The vast majority of IRS agents are, they have a little A on their badge, which represents that they're administrative.
Administrative only.
They're not enforcement agents.
So to me, this is some sort of weird scare tactic that You know, is, you know, maybe, maybe the United States of America is in trouble and has to collect more taxes for the global international banking cartel or the Federal Reserve that really controls us.
I have a feeling that that's where most of the money is going to the interest related to the Federal Reserve.
Maybe the Federal Reserve is going nuclear.
Maybe they're setting up their army, which is exactly what it is.
87,000 people army strong.
You know, it's going to be a strange road coming up when people start to resist this government intrusion into our lives.
And I just hope that There isn't a complete division in civil war that breaks out as a result of it.
This is the type of thing that could unite.
You know, I've always said that they just wanted to divide Republicans, Democrats, black, white, cops, robbers, parents, children, divide, divide, divide, divide, divide.
This is the type of thing that could have all taxpaying Americans centered under a leader that would help us free ourselves from this outrageous Overreach.
And I just don't know how it's going to play.
I can't look through the corridors of time and see it.
But just like I said last time when we sat down and talked about this, this is an employment act.
87,000 new IRS agents fresh out of college.
That's an employment act.
This is a stadium full, an army full of people who have a job to do.
And now the buzz or the articles are telling us they're going to be armed.
That sounds like a small army.
And who are they going to represent?
The IRS?
The people of the United States of America?
Or the Federal Reserve?
It's strange to me.
It feels like something very strange is being set up and maybe we're losing control of this.
Well, you know, just to follow that suggestion that it could galvanize, the public's been galvanized against the FBI by this raid on Mar-a-Lago.
It's so outrageous.
It's increased the motivation of every conservative, every patriotic American who believes in the Constitution to vote in the midterm election, which most certainly was not the outcome they wanted.
So I think this could have similar deleterious effects.
Meanwhile, how's this for astonishing?
When he first came into office, his initial act was to cancel the XL Pipeline and permits for drilling on federal land.
Now he's revived the biggest offshore oil and gas lease sale in America's history.
When Biden signed the Inflation Reduction Act, his signature opened the door reinstating the largest gas and oil lease sale in U.S.
history that had been blocked because of climate change concerns.
It provides provisions that direct spending, tax credits, and loans to bolster technologies like solar panels and cut pollution of gas and oil-powered plants.
But it also contains a provision reinstating the previously halted lease sale 257, spanning nearly 81 million acres in the Gulf of Mexico.
Mexico, which sold at least sale 257, which sold at auction for 192 million in March of 2019, was challenged by environmental groups.
Judge Rudolph Contreras of the District Court of the District of Columbia agreed and ruled that the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management to proceed with the sale was arbitrary and capricious.
His rule blocked the lease, and the Biden admin does not appeal.
But by signing the Inflation Reduction Act, he's effectively revived the lease.
Lease sale 257 is reinstated and high bidders must get their lease.
The National Ocean Industries Association has stated.
They also point out to a handful of other leases that now must be held with a passage of the Act.
Their chief generally gave a passing grade to the bill for putting in place a framework for continued development of U.S.
offshore gas and oil mechanism to advance offshore wind and incentives to spur offshore carbon sequestration innovation.
It increases federal tax credits for carbon capture and storage while listing a moratorium on offshore wind leasing in parts of the South as U.S.
and the Gulf of Mexico.
The American Petroleum Institute, a fossil fuel industry group, has expressed relief that the IRA revives its sale but has reservations about the overall impact.
While reinstating lease of 257 is a positive step, as a whole, the act falls well short of addressing America's long-term energy needs.
It requires the reinstatement of the lease sale within 30 days of enactment.
Carl, your thoughts?
Well, we're witnessing an attempt to destroy America, to destroy our energy independence, to destroy our food supply, to destroy the health of the American public through these injections.
We're sold as preventing COVID, and we're having our military destroyed by equipment being sent to Ukraine, as well as the military personnel being forced to be injected by these poisons, or else to be removed.
This is all in a context that we're talking about the use of petroleum, which is over a hundred year old technology.
And part of the big deal that Americans should understand is that our masters don't want us energy independent.
They want us scared.
They want us cold.
They want us freezing.
They want us clamoring for answers by the same people who are torturing us.
I recommend the news site wanttoknow.info.
They have a section on free energy and anybody who's really done any looking into this, it appears that we have had many breakthroughs for free energy devices, but then those get suppressed and the patents are classified as national security and never see the light of day.
One of the advantages, on the other side, if we win this global war, this AMREP 2.0, with the arrest of leadership and politics and what we use for money and our media, is we would have the opportunity Very nice.
peer people out who have been developing these free energy products.
And I believe that we would discover that we are the beneficiaries of energy creation that would no longer necessitate the use for fossil fuels or so-called fossil fuels.
Very nice.
Brian.
Well, I don't know a tremendous amount about energy, but I smell something that smells very funny and it smells like Build Back Better.
Packaged up as part of the Inflation Reduction Act.
Basically, what they're telling us is my understanding is that the government is now going to control who can buy and sell oil leases to produce oil.
That sounds like a bit of a scheme to me.
Highest bidder, they control the money supply.
They can determine who the highest bidder is.
You can guarantee that it's going to be one of theirs that has control of it.
They're controlling the supply.
We've got the demand.
They can control fuel prices as long as we are dependent upon fuel.
I don't like any of this addiction to oil and gas.
I don't like any of the addiction to wind energy or solar energy or anything like that, but that's the way it is.
My vehicle will not get me to work without putting gas inside of it.
Where is it all going?
You know, it's all headed towards slavery.
All of it.
They've got to control us.
They've got to take as much money and extract as much money out of us as they possibly can to keep their apparatus in place.
Sooner or later, something's going to break, and we're going to see that most scary of scariest words called hyperinflation.
When that day comes, God help America.
You've made several astute observations there, Brian.
Many commentators are noting this really is BBB with a new gloss, and that it has nothing to do with reducing inflation.
It's actually going to increase inflation because it's pumping $750 billion more dollars into the Into the economy, and we all know the primary cause of inflation is too many dollars chasing too few products.
That's what we have here.
As far as leases on federal land are concerned, however, the federal government has always controlled those.
I think this is really a concession that it was a blunder to cancel the XL pipeline and to preclude those permits on federal land, but they're doing so within a framework where they can take credit.
Without seeming to have contradicted themselves.
Meanwhile, Trump is privately pushing the theory the attack on the Ohio FBI office by an alleged Trump supporter was a false flag.
I think he has good reasons for this.
He's been publicly silent about the armed man who tried to enter the FBI office near Cincinnati, prompting a standoff in which he was killed.
Ricky Schiffer had been on the agency radar for months over potential involvement in the Capitol riot, as though those who were present to protest what had happened during the election were, therefore, miscreants or misfits or ne'er-do-wells or criminals.
Posts from a social truth account in his name express fury at the agency over the raid, but they could easily have been concocted.
That's a piece of cake.
He'd been telling people close to him, he might actually have been, Schiffer might actually have been someone acting to discredit Trump.
Trump is sane.
The sources describe this as a false flag theory.
The idea for which they're claiming is no evidence, but that's ridiculous, is reminiscent of false flag claims from Trump's most fervent online supporters.
I think it's pretty obvious it was a false flag.
Multiple posts on patriots.win, a common gathering place for those who support the Trump, It's as predicted, the shooter was tied to J6.
For those terrified of staying up to the FBI, hey dude, no way.
They're gonna do a false flag.
The guy gunning was a false flag, we all know it.
Similar claims were made across Twitter and Truth Social.
But I mean, look at the fact of the matter.
He attacked with a nail gun?
And an AR-15?
I mean, that's just a dead giveaway.
This is fraudulent.
Here's a story about it in the background.
Man shot dead after allegedly trying to breach FBI office appears to have written furious post calling for violence after Mar-a-Lago.
He appears to have been a prolific user of former Trump's Truth Social Network, posting angry messages shot dead by police after a standoff of head of the account.
He was explicitly calling for violent protests and killing federal agents.
If that doesn't smack up a false flag, I can't imagine what would.
No Trump supporter is going to do that.
There was more violent rhetoric in the Ricky Schiffer account on Two Social.
Easy!
The FBI, the DOD, the CIA, they have thousands just to make up fake shit they put on the internet.
A late message appears to have been posted after a failed attempt to reach the FBI office.
Well, I thought I had a way through bulletproof glass, and I don't.
If you don't hear it, for me it's true.
I tried attacking the FBI, and it'll mean either I was taken off the internet, the FBI got me, or they sent the regular cops.
Well, the attack decried an increase in threats against law enforcement by Christopher Wray, who's of course been deeply involved in all kinds of corruption, especially protecting Biden from the consequences of the Hunter Biden laptop.
Investigators told the New York Times they're appropriate whether Schiffer ties to extremist groups, especially, of course, they're going to put him out front as a Trump supporter to further trash every American who cares about the Constitution.
He apparently posted a picture on himself at a pro-Trump rally.
What else would we expect?
False flag all the way.
Carl, your thoughts?
As a retired historian, false flags are a usual operation for military goals.
And military goals is just a way to achieve a political goal.
So historically, so a false flag is just that you engage in an attack and you're the one doing it, but you're blaming a political target for the attack that you yourself An act.
Famous false flag histories includes the assassinations of JFK, RFK, MLK, 9-11, and most recently January 6th was a false flag.
Where so-called Trump extremists were blamed when the real beneficiaries were the Democratic leadership because the false flag January 6th attack occurred right as the evidence was to be introduced in Congress about the election fraud and thereby stopped that presentation.
So, I do believe that our political opponents do want, they would like to have a big false flag attack in order to blame Trump supporters to split the Republican Party so that part of the Republican Party
Can be captured by the Deep State and Jeb Bush and Romney and they'll resurrect Liz Cheney somehow to be a part of that right arm of the one unicorn monster fascist party and they want to demonize and criminalize anybody else.
Our opponents are working for a China-like system.
And Nancy Pelosi praising the democracy of China about a week ago is no accident.
And the quiet part that they're not saying is they really do want a China-style democracy.
And they'll just say, oh yeah, yeah, China has a better democracy than America's because they've already identified the DBEs, the domestic violent extremists, and already put them into camps.
Already put some of them into prison, and the worst ones they've already executed.
That's why China's democracy is where America should aspire to be.
Well said, Carl!
Yeah, we're gonna take all the Trump supporters as undesirables, put them in camps, and Pelosi will be happy as could be.
That's her concept of democracy.
Brian?
Well, you know, I remember Ashley Babbitt didn't have any trouble busting through the bulletproof glass at the White House on January 6th.
I mean, she just jumped right up there and was shot by some mysterious fella.
So I don't know.
This guy must have believed that he'd be able to bust through the glass just like that.
So I guess what they're saying is he showed up with his nail gun and his AR-15 just nonchalantly rolled up to the front door of the FBI building, which I know what the FBI building in Houston looks like, and it's a fortress.
It's a fortress.
So this guy's just ex-military guy that worked on nuclear submarines, now retired, getting his pension.
He just decides, oh, I'm upset about Mar-a-Lago, which by the way, I predicted on the last thing, right after Mar-a-Lago, when we did it, I said, look, they're setting up a false flag against us.
Well, anyway, this guy shows up at the FBI, tries to bust through the bulletproof glass.
I guess he couldn't get in.
So what does he do?
He gets in his car, goes on a 35 mile chase while driving his 2003 Caprice, which looks like a police vehicle, and bothers to go on Truth Social and tweets or makes a post about the terrible thing that he's just done and he's been caught.
Look, our community is more sophisticated than this.
We could put time and energy into it, but I'm telling you that the guys that put these false flags on are smarter than ever.
They're watching what we do.
They know how we break these, and so they feed as little information to public as they possibly can, because if we're given enough information, we'll bust it open and expose them and embarrass them.
So they keep the minimum, the information at a bare minimum.
When I started researching this just a couple hours ago, I saw the same patterns that I see with the other false flags in terms of how the photos are distributed, where they come from, where they originate, how they're set up.
I can tell you this, as far as I can tell, was a real person.
I don't know if the picture matches the profile, but it was a real person.
Apparently he had some military background.
He's the perfect Patsy, and it's a good thing he's dead so nobody can question him.
That's right.
I guess he wasn't smart enough to know that he could get shot trying to break into the FBI with a nail gun and an AR-15.
It's the perfect Patsy.
These guys think we're stupid.
And if you believe it, you might want to reevaluate your situation.
I think that's exactly right.
Meanwhile, we'll be right back.
Get this now.
We will be back on the other side of this short break with Ken McCarthy, the new book out, The Nuremberg Code.
75th Anniversary Commemoration Edition.
And of course, I told Ken McCarthy last time he was on, and he mentioned that he was writing a new book.
I said, when you get that new book ready to go, give us a call, get back on the show.
Hey, guess what?
The Nuremberg Code 75th Anniversary Commemoration Edition with an introduction by Ken McCarthy is...
In motion.
And Ken's back on the show with us.
Welcome back, sir.
Thank you, Dave.
So, can you give us the 4,000-foot view of what's in the book?
I mean, the code itself is there.
Well, it's really simple, and what inspired me to put this together is it's kind of hard to find a copy of the code.
If you search the web, it's not like there's a hundred websites that have it.
And to actually go to the library or go to a bookstore and buy the Nuremberg Code is kind of not easy to do.
So I thought, let's put the Nuremberg Code in a book and make it available to people.
And that's basically what it is.
I also wrote an introduction and I also have a suggested recommended reading list for people that want to get deeper into the subjects that the Nuremberg Code addresses.
But it's amazing that this most fundamental document of human history is hard to find.
And not only that, if you do a search, 75th anniversary, which is what it is this year, the 75th anniversary of the Nuremberg Code, you won't find anything.
Nobody's paying any attention to it.
No medical school with their medical ethics department.
No law school with their legal ethics department.
No CDC.
No FDA.
No NIH.
It's crickets out there.
And this is a really important anniversary.
In contrast, if you look up Queen Elizabeth's 70th anniversary, there are over 23 million citations.
Wow!
Let me just say how fascinating and revealing that is, and of course they're suppressing it because the Nuremberg Code declares right off the bat that no person may be subjected to an experimental medical procedure without informed consent, which has been violated all over the world, grossly violated.
Individuals who have informed consent must know all the benefits, but also all the hazardous the downside the risks associated with an experimental vaccine they must also be informed about viable available alternatives that are less intrusive like hcq and ivermectin which were massively suppressed because the fda could never have authorized
an experimental vaccine if there were viable readily available alternatives that were non-intrusive such as hic and ivermectin so if you were to highlight the nuremberg code you'd expose that the entire american medical establishment has been grossly violating international law and established medical procedure So of course, it's only going to be crickets.
Carl, your thoughts?
Yeah, these are crimes against humanity.
And the Nuremberg Code is reflected in Federal Title 21.
Article 6 of the United States Constitution has federal law be supreme over any state mandate, order, requirement, whatever they want to do to frame it.
And in the two years that I challenged Hayward Unified School District as a public school teacher, that was one of the arguments that I gave.
I said, hey, so, you know, I have an oath that you administer to support and defend the Constitution of the United States and of California.
That's limited law.
Federal Title 21 means that I can freely decline.
Any type of an EUA, an Experimental Authorized Medical Product.
The masks, the shots, the tests.
But, Hayward Unified School District, you tell me I get put on unpaid leave if I refuse these medical experiments.
How can you violate Title 21?
And they didn't want to answer.
And in the back and forth that, you know, this is two years of obfuscations, but the official answer I finally got out of them is that they said, look, we can, locally in California, we can supplant Title 21 by giving you broader rights and more stringent compliance than federal law.
That's how we can force you on paid leave.
So I said, so, so, so my forced unpaid leave is a broader right.
That's the argument that you're making.
And then crickets to that.
So our opponents aren't able to articulate and defend any position.
All they can do is bullshit, obfuscate.
And then when you really nail them with a sharp question, they have to go silent.
These are crimes against humanity.
They have no authority.
This issue has been not challenged since World War II, that the Nuremberg Code means what it says.
Federal Title 21 means what it says.
And this is backed up.
I don't know much about the Nuremberg Code, but what you just played reminds me of something that I went through quite a few years back when I was in college.
global public are free to decline any medical experimental product without any coercion.
Very nice.
Very nice.
Brian.
I don't know much about the Nuremberg Code, but what you just played reminds me of something that I went through quite a few years back.
When I was in college, I was studying the founding fathers and I wanted to know what is it that they read?
What is it that they studied that gave them the mind to be able to build our Declaration of Independence and Bill of Rights and Constitution?
And so I went out looking and I found that it was a guy by the name of Sir William Blackstone who wrote Blackstone's Commentaries on the Laws of New England.
And as you can see, I have a copy here of all four volumes in two books They were incredibly hard to find.
I think I paid well over $300 for them when I finally did find them.
I couldn't even find them in the Gonzaga Law Library that I had gone into, which is insane to me.
How can a law library not have actual Sir William Blackstone's commentaries on the laws of New England?
But finally, I got myself a set on the internet and I started reading it.
Most difficult sentence structure I've ever seen in my life.
Very, very difficult.
A vocabulary that's well beyond anything that I ever believed I could have.
You have to have a dictionary just to read these 24-part sentences.
But guess what I discovered?
The entire first volume is a theology text.
Really?
The basis for Western law is a theology text.
Meaning?
Why would they take that out of the libraries?
Meaning derivative from the Bible?
Or St.
Thomas Aquinas?
I'm saying it goes way back to early arguments for the Bible is what lays the foundation for the law, what became Western law.
This is something that's hidden from the public.
Yes, this wasn't people sitting around deciding independently how the law ought to be.
This is years and years of study on the basis of an overriding moral authority.
That's what was driving Blackstone, Lincoln, Fascinating.
all these early founding fathers is that understanding that there was a moral law centered at one particular place.
Nuremberg Code, same idea.
And why are the volumes so hard to get in touch, get a hold of?
Well, they've been lost, suppressed.
The basis for the Western legal system is right here.
Fascinating.
All you want is the theology text.
Absolutely fascinating, Carl, yes.
So I can add a little bit more to that.
So the United States of America, the breakthrough, the political breakthrough, is to take the ideals of the Enlightenment, which rest upon the ideals of... there's a Christian bent to it, that we're all brothers and sisters.
Or you can take the Enlightenment ideal back from the Greeks, that we're all equal.
People, and all deserve equal rights.
And this was a breakthrough from the political rhetoric that only the kings have rights, that the kings are God's representative, that everything belongs to the king.
So you talk about the ultimate racism, and this goes back as far back in history as I can go.
The supposition that the people work and are owned by the royal family, and the royal family bequeath power to lords in service to the Lord, For the management of all the resources and the American break from that and the Enlightenment break for that was to say, no, no, no, no, no.
We're all equal under the law and nobody is above the law.
So the basis now, I haven't looked at Blackstone's work, but it would make sense to me that there would be a strong moral argument of the equality of all people, which At any time in human history, as an observer, you would make that observation, is that we're in an oligarchy, and if we wanted to have equality, then we would have to break that oligarchy.
You can do it legally, and you can also do it morally.
Very nice, very nice.
You two are just terrific, absolutely sensational today.
Meanwhile, Dr. Warren's a suspicious pattern behind monkeypox outbreak.
This could be used to take away our freedom.
What else is new?
Look at that gross outbreak.
There's been some speculation the novel coronavirus was a bioweapon developed by the CCP.
An American doctor now believes the new monkey box outbreak may have similar nefarious origins.
Dr. Syed Haider told the Epoch Times that it seems identical to the way the COVID-19 was introduced to the world.
According to the CDC, monkeypox is a rare disease caused by infection with a monkeypox virus, part of the same family that causes smallpox.
The symptoms are similar but are milder and rarely fatal.
It was discovered in 1958 after two outbreaks of the pox-like disease infected colonies of monkeys in research.
The origin of this disease, however, remains unknown.
Indeed, since they were being kept for research, he suspects, and I believe he's right, they were actually being developed by genetic manipulation.
Prior to the 2022 outbreak, cases of monkeypox had been reported in several Central American, African, and West African countries.
Not only all of them, however, outside of Africa were linked to international travel.
Hater said he learned about Event 201, which I think was actually going to be 2019, but they took out the digit.
A laptop exercise a few months before the coronavirus spread.
It set the tone for the response by governments all around the world.
It told them what script to follow.
Exercise, lockdowns, masks, how to deal with misinformation, addressing all those topics.
They had it all outlined.
You notice in March of 2021, before the current monkeypox outbreak, there was another tabletop exercise hosted by the Nuclear Threat Initiative and Munich Security Conference for a strange variant of monkeypox that was hypothetically bioengineered and released to the world on May 15, 2022 by a terrorist group as a bioweapon.
That's right, it was a terrorist group of very wealthy people related to the Rothschild banking industry and the World Economic Forum.
I have Bill Gates and Melinda.
This hypothetical strain was also defined as resistant to vaccines already available for smallpox, which are supposed to work on monkeypox as well.
The bizarre thing is the actual outbreak started within a day or two of the date predicted in the table dog exercise he observed.
It's an unusual variant.
We've never had one that primarily spreads between gay men.
He said the other side lead him to believe that it was engineered.
It mutates very slowly.
Last name precursor is so different it could not have happened naturally.
There just wasn't enough time for evolution to create the variant that is spreading now.
Well, that doesn't prove for the proverbial smoking gun.
He's very suspicious there's concern this is a bio-weapon or some sort of bioterrorism event that's unfolding, I think, for very good reasons.
During the monkeypox tabletop exercise, they recommended mandatory masking locks to be instituted and that people should be vaccinated.
Surprise, surprise, surprise.
My main concern is to make people aware this could be used to take away their freedom the same way COVID pandemic.
Some may end up being hospitalized, some may die, especially with an overwhelmed healthcare system.
We're seeing 10% of those with monkeypox being hospitalized just because the lesions are so painful.
It can last for weeks.
They may need strong painkillers, but it's not likely to be fatal.
The more important message is authorities shouldn't be insisting on trying to control an outbreak with measures they know already do not work.
Rather than widespread lockdowns, it's best to establish a program isolating those who have monkeypox, believe it or not.
Never before in history has there been a quarantine on the healthy people, only in the past those who were actually sick.
It was reversed for the pandemic, the COVID pandemic, to destroy society.
Isolating the sick, however, works.
That's what stops the spread of buggypox.
It's pretty slow-moving, doesn't spread quickly.
If you isolate cases until they're no longer symptomatic, that's all you really need to do.
While it might be possible to get it from kissing or being an inch from their face for six hours, that's not what's going to drive the pandemic forward.
It's not going to spread like a wildfire.
What's going to lead to transmission is contact with lesions or contact with the fluid that comes out of the lesions.
So we need to educate people to know if you think you have monkeypox, you've got to isolate and you won't spread itself.
Masking is a ridiculous measure for monkeypox, even more than it was for COVID.
The monkey box outbreak, nevertheless, he added, can be easily repurposed as a method to take away control from people, especially going into midterm elections, to try to get us to avoid going to the polls or use mail-in voting rather than in person.
It can also be sued as an economic weapon, used as an economic weapon.
Covid ended up, after all, being an economic weapon, destroying economies around the world and impoverishing people.
It destroyed medium and small businesses, concentrated wealth at the top.
Then it spread beyond economics into people's lives.
People end up dying, of course, when an economy is destroyed through a phenomenon known as deaths of despair.
According to the American Council on Health and Science, deaths of despair are defined as mortality from suicide, drug overdose, alcohol-related liver disease, increasingly problematic during the extended isolation during the COVID lockdowns.
Does this show easy access to handguns, alcohol, and opioids?
Prescribed, diverted, or obtained through illicit means increase the likelihood of these deaths.
He also noted, just as during the COVID, people may die at home of a heart attack or stroke because they're too afraid to contract monkeypox to leave home to go to a hospital.
Most of the deaths attributed to COVID were actually people who died with COVID, not from COVID.
We know all of this.
We've reviewed it many, many times.
Resist the fear.
The preventable death toll from the COVID pandemic.
What should be avoided is self-inflicted death tolls caused by mismanagement, lockdown, and unnecessary mandates.
Most people aren't at risk of contracting monkeypox because it's primarily been sexually transmitted among gay men.
I don't want to be fear-mongering.
Citing the fear he saw in younger patients who had no risk of COVID, asking him how many masks they needed to wear or if a biohazard suit would keep them safe.
That fear itself is harmful to the immune system and makes your body more susceptible to infections and illness.
He wants people to understand, don't be afraid of this thing.
Even if it gets bigger and spreads, we'll have protocols.
He's already offered his patients preparedness protocols.
We should not allow government disease control the way they did last time.
Anyone who thinks it's laughable We're going to have to put up with that again.
Think once more.
Once the mainstream gets going and decides to give Monkey Park 24-7 coverage, as they did with COVID, people will be convinced again, afraid again, and adopt society-wide lockdowns again.
We need to start working now to prevent that from happening again.
Carl, your thoughts?
Yeah, exactly.
So, the monkeypox testimony is coming from the same criminal liars who talked to us about COVID.
Carl B. Herman talks about any of these shows.
Second paragraph of the paper, My Best Shot, is sufficient documentation that these statistics are all fraudulently And criminally derived.
And they're just made up.
They're just the most vicious lies.
And we have no hope until the people who are spouting these lies are arrested.
And an arrest is the legal tool to stop an apparent crime in progress.
I did look at Attorney Reiner Fulmich's opening statement, and this is on Rumble.
It's called, From the Hague, period, International Trials, Day One, Dash, Crimes Against Humanity.
And it's 18 minutes of Reiner going through the four areas of evidence to demonstrate that COVID is a massive lie and crimes against humanity.
And he also outlines all the witnesses and what they're going to be covering in their testimony.
It's a very compelling presentation.
So our opponents, all they're going to do is virtue signal that they care about the poor people from the monkey box.
Well, they destroy their economic productivity and they virtue signal without doing anything to actually support people.
They want us locked down.
They want us masked.
They want us disarmed.
And they want us to have the requirement of just being shot whenever they say so by whatever shots they dictate.
They want a vaccine passport to be able to travel.
I just came back from the UK and they definitely are rolling out the facial ID system in order to travel to verify your paper system.
And of course they want a social credit score in order to make sure that you're a good citizen and not a DVE, domestic violent extremist.
Oh God, Carl, how awful.
Brian, your thoughts?
Carl, thank you for saying social credit store.
Of course, the best illustration of that is that Black Mirror episode that you can find on Netflix about your social credit score.
I think it's about as creepy of all the Black Mirror episodes as I've ever seen.
I actually did some research on this one, and sure enough, it goes way back, and all of the common names are all inside the articles.
Let me just sort of Pick some of them.
I used an article written for News Target by a guy by the name of J.D.
Hayes, who's a pretty respectable writer.
And so you've got the nightmarish pandemic, two weeks to slow the spread.
This goes way back, the National Threat Initiative.
And what's interesting is there's a bunch of security companies behind it, but you get down to the bottom of it.
You're gonna find things like Operation Dark Winter, Atlantic Storm, Clade X, and most famously, Event 201.
And now a new one, Strengthening Global Systems to Prevent and Respond to High-Consequence Biological Threats.
Guys, it's a fundraiser for security apparatuses.
It was funded by a group known as Open Philanthropy, which is itself funded by Dustin Moskovitz, Who is the Facebook co-founder along with Mark Zuckerberg?
But if you dig even deeper, what's the most famous foundation that we can think of that deals with all this medical, nuclear, COVID threat?
Who are those Seattle bazillionaires?
Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
Foundation.
That's right.
You'll find the World Economic Forum.
You'll find roundtable discussions.
You'll find the Fourth Industrial Revolution, biosecurity innovation, and risk reduction.
Guys, this is a security funding mechanism to beef up the state's power to control our contact, our voice, Our ability to travel freely, our ability to protect ourselves, but most importantly, to control our children through fear.
Sound familiar?
School shootings, all this, all that, safety equipment.
Oh, everybody's gotta have all the new safety equipment, and we gotta have 87 bazillion school security officers, and now the schools, guns, kids, masks, gloves, I mean, it's ridiculous.
Let me tell you something.
There's nothing new under the sun.
These people are trying to mess with a creation that's pretty well balanced and built to defend itself from this.
I'm still here.
My wife's still here.
My kids are still here.
Some people died as a result of the fear.
The more you watch the television, the more likely you're going to die.
That's just the way I see it.
Fascinating.
Wonderful.
You guys just, what a terrific combination.
Be ready, the government's war on the people has gone to a whole new level.
The federal government has been waging a war against the American people for a long time now, but things have just ramped up.
They're preparing now for a hot war against us.
They began with the creation of a central bank in the IRS.
Using the power they continue to amass because we refuse to disobey an unlimited financial resources stolen from us or created out of thin air to raise little or Armies of heavily armed federal agents who seek out and execute Americans who refuse to comply with the tyranny to be stolen from.
The IRS has been trained to fire upon the American public.
These are the 87 new agents that track down 927 billionaires and make them pay their fair share, do you think?
87,000 to go after the 927 billionaires?
No.
They're coming after us, and they're making it obvious.
Even after IRS collected a record $4.1 trillion, it's not enough.
The American taxpayer must be threatened at gunpoint, raided with rivalry, bled dry after all their property is stolen, and terrorized with 187,000 new IRS agents who will, of course, selectively target those who cannot afford to fight back.
Imagine you are living in a slave tax farm, and that you are surrounded by slaves who are suffering from Stockholm Syndrome so badly that they burealically fought over which slave master would rule them.
All government is slavery.
We need to stand together against this tyranny and be able to fight back because, as they attempt to disarm all slaves, the IRS is trained to shoot Americans.
Look at this.
This is back from a 2020 report showing the IRS agent training like police while firing handguns at paper targets.
But take a look at the targets.
Here's a close-up of those targets.
They are shaped like people.
These are not circular target zones where rifle palpitations are sliding in.
What the targets prove is the IRS is deliberately trained to shoot American citizens and they're desensitizing the troops to be able to pull the trigger when they're shooting at people.
Share the photos.
Everyone should know the government is ramping up a team to not just steal the fruits of their labor but to use force and shoot us.
And lethal force.
Shoot to kill.
We should have stood up and dissipated government out of existence sooner, because now it's looking like there could be a real war brewing.
You will comply, or you will die.
We're out of time, and far too many continue to make excuses.
Leaving the right puppet sitting on the throne to power will somehow give the slaves more freedom.
The problem isn't the puppet on the throne.
It's that there is a throne at all.
Carl, your thoughts?
Well, American Revolution 2.0 is that Money is a big deal, because our opponents, they need to control what is used for money to pay their minions and to enrich themselves.
So the idea that you're getting 87,000 IRS agents armed to go ahead and have this looting control system that ties into what Brian was talking about, is that fear is one of the main weapons that our opponents use against us, and particularly they want to target the children.
To get the next generation because a fearful mind cannot process data.
If you push people into this fight or flight, they're much more inclined to believe the people in the suits are going to protect them on television and in the official positions.
Now, this monetary reform and public banking, if people want to invest a little bit of time, I would predict that consistent with my experience of briefing high school children in my classes with less than an hour, you could understand for yourself that we really do have approximately a million dollars in benefits through those two mechanisms.
And that's just within the context of the system that we have.
There are better economic structures outside of this looting monetary system.
I do have published research via the Claremont Colleges and I made a presentation in 2012 at the Claremont Colleges at their invitation at an international economics conference where I listed a top 10 list of famous Americans who were on the record for monetary reform.
Benjamin Franklin was so excited he wrote a pamphlet that he discovered that colonial Pennsylvania could operate without the need for taxes when the government is the Bank, you take that revenue stream that is going to the too big to fail banks, you spend that back into the government.
That is a bonanza.
Thomas Edison, he used to have summer vacations with Henry Ford, and in 1921, they dedicated their summer vacation For a media tour to promote the idea of monetary reform.
And that's one of my favorite ones.
Again, this is in the Looting Trillions section.
This is my 2012 paper.
Other people, you have Thomas Jefferson, President Andrew Jackson, Peter Cooper, famous American inventor, New York City Mayor John Hyland, two House Banking Committee chairs, William Jennings Bryan, Charles Lindbergh Sr.,
In the Great Depression, one of the Yale economists, and that name is Irving Fisher, who wrote a book called 100% Money, he sent a survey to all teaching economists in the Great Depression and said, hey, what do you think is the better way of doing it?
The way that we're doing it now, where our federal government becomes more and more in debt, we borrow the money?
Or can we just create part of the money out of nothing to directly pay for infrastructure?
86% of the economists said we should do it the way that Irving Fisher is doing it.
So I'm saying this to say that the documentation is abundant and that our opponents will never, ever, ever debate us.
They just want us scared and pushed into solutions of their creations when they are the criminals.
Nice points, especially about Benjamin Franklin.
I think South Dakota has a state bank, and it's the only solvent state in the nation, and every other state ought to emulate South Dakota.
Brian. - Well, this is a playbook that's been around for a long, long time.
And while I don't normally like to use buzzwords and theoretical things, I have to in this situation.
Ever since I started working on Yuvaldi, I started going much deeper than I ever thought I would go.
And I found this great little overview that was $14 on Amazon called The Illuminati by Myron Fagan.
And many people have heard portions of this speech that he gave, this two-hour speech that he gave a long, long time ago.
But this is a book written by a family member that has a lot of illustrations and good stuff.
I studied this very carefully, read it in an afternoon, and it gave me all the broad strokes for all the moves that they're making today.
And I couldn't believe how accurate it was and how forward-thinking it was, so I decided to go a little bit deeper.
Next, I ended up with Ralph Epperson, The New World Order, and you'd be shocked at how these broad strokes match exactly what's happening today.
This is a long-term, intergenerational play for how to take over and enslave an entire population.
You get to the bottom of it, you find things like Freemasonry out there.
And of course, I have to, because I'm reading all this satanic Luciferian crap, I have to balance that out.
So, I spend the other half of my time on this one right here, which is the Bible.
And that's how I stay balanced about it.
But I'm telling you that there is something going on, and it's very much a battle of good and evil.
And if you see how evil thinks, and you understand how evil moves, then you'll understand exactly what's happening today.
Excellent, excellent, excellent.
Meanwhile, moon landing conspiracy theorists say this photo is new proof of the hoax.
We have a lot of them.
Editors note, the U.S.
was embarrassed by Sputnik, the first satellite in space launched by the USSR, and, to demonstrate U.S.
technical and scientific superiority, decided to land a man on the moon by the end of the decade as proof.
When it turned out to be physically and technically impossible, we faked it.
I have done a lot on Moonfakery, where one of my most recent presentations can be viewed here.
A moon landing hoax.
How we know we didn't go.
The article.
Was a giant leap for mankind really just a giant lie?
Conspiracy theorists think so, and let me add, can't prove it.
The theory the Apollo 11 moon landing was a hoax lives on, despite video and photo evidence of Buzz Aldrin and Neil Armstrong planting the country's flag in space.
But when you take a look, the flag is waving, and yet the moon has no atmosphere.
It's preposterous.
So the very footage you're citing here contradicts the claim we went to the moon.
We did not go to the moon.
We could not have gone to the moon.
We couldn't go then and we cannot go now.
While conspiracy theorists think it would have been cheaper and easier to fake the landing than to achieve it, no doubt about that, there have been, this article claims, six manned moon landings which took place from 1969 to 1972.
Despite theories about the first lane being fabricated, the others have not been exempt from disbelievers.
In fact, the same theorists believe they found an odd figure in the visor of one of the astronauts in a clip of the 1972 Apollo 17 mission.
Look at this.
A reflection in the visor.
A strange figure.
Here you have it.
That's a guy who was working on the set, who was inadvertently captured and reflected in the visor.
They hoped you wouldn't notice.
The moon landings have been criticized as having been fabricated, even though there are those who claim to have debunked, where the astronauts on board, including Gene Cernan, Luder, Modular Pilot Harris, Jan Smidgett, and Command Module Pilot Ronald Avalance, were the final people to touch down.
I tell you, they didn't do it!
And look at those footprints there on the dust.
Think about it.
The moon has not only no atmosphere, it has no water, it has no moisture.
I submit that moon dust would be no more capable of retaining imprints of boots than the sands of the Sahara.
So what we have here, in my opinion, is further proof we did not go that it was faked on a soundstage.
But even look to the extent to which he's illuminated.
Look at the shadow cast.
On the moon, there's only one source of light, the sun, that's so distant that all shadows should be parallel.
But notice there's illumination of the front of his suit.
How is that even possible?
It ought to be in darkness.
Then there's a flag, which you can see waving in some of the moon footage.
In a video entitled Reflection and Advisor, where's the reflection of the camera taking the photo?
Streetcap1 claims the shot has evidence of illegitimacy.
The YouTuber claims the reflection shows a stagehand, a person not wearing a suede coat.
He's been criticized, has been fabricated, despite the claim being debunked, but those who are debunking really do a shabby job about it.
Just take a look at my more extended study here.
A YouTuber claims it shows a stagehand not wearing a space suit.
He's got it right, but there's so much more.
This I offer today for comic relief, given all the other stories we've had to deal with during this session.
Carl?
Yeah, that's really the saying about the so-called moon landing.
But wait, there's more!
And that the so-called lunar lander is just such a ridiculous, cheap prop.
Anybody who has any appreciation for engineering, taking a look at it, it would be, oh my fucking god, how could you ever believe that?
How could anybody believe that?
How could any engineer stand that that is an actual working I could go on.
The moon photos, some of the backgrounds match Earth geography exactly the number of photos shot on some of the missions are like every couple of seconds they had a perfectly done photo yet so tracks sometimes.
for the lunar lander.
Sometimes you didn't have any tracks for those tires and somehow that lunar lander thing or the dune buggy somehow folded up and got fit into that cheap prop of the lunar lander that didn't create any dust as it took off and somebody photographed the thing from the surface.
It just goes on and on.
It is just a clown show And there are literally a magnitude figure of maybe a hundred different areas that just prove that humanity has been enslaved for our entire history by these liars.
I believe it was Buzz Aldrin who said that the landscape of the moon resembled the southwestern desert of the United States because, in fact, it was a southwestern desert of the United States.
Brian, yours?
Oh, when I have guests over every now and then we'll have a few drinks and laugh it up at the kitchen table and they'll ask me something about it.
So I pull out my little July 1971 National Geographic magazine and I take them right here to these wonderful pictures of the moon and I sit down and I say, all right, let's work through this.
Where are the stars?
What is this vessel?
How does this work?
I mean, look for yourself.
It's ridiculous.
And I'm going to tell you that the only reason people these days believe in this is because of this.
They're televisions.
I'm telling you, none of this makes any sense.
None of this makes any sense.
It doesn't add up.
And when you get to the bottom of it, you'll find something pretty dark down at the very, very bottom of it, which It took me a while to get there, and it took me a while to believe it, but once I figured it out, it made all the sense in the world to me.
And Brian, in that photograph you showed, the front of the lander was illuminated, but that would be impossible because there's only the one source of sun in the distance.
It ought to have been in darkness.
And your point about the stars is impeccable.
One of the astronauts made the blunder of saying they couldn't see any stars' total blackness.
It ought to have been ablaze with points of light, not blinking or twinkling, because that's a function of atmosphere, of which the moon had none.
But billions of points of light.
Very good.
Yeah, you see?
There you got the sun in the distance.
How can the front of the lander be illuminated?
It cannot.
It's 230 degrees right there.
- It's 230 degrees right there. - That's right.
The temperature on the sunlit side and the dark side of the moon is just the opposite.
It's like 250 below in the dark and 250 above on the light.
Fahrenheit.
It's just stunning.
I do not believe any photographs could have been taken on the moon because cosmic rays would have interfered with a film.
They couldn't have developed them, taken them, and yet they have thousands.
They have so many thousands of photographs and Jack White did a calculation.
They had to have taken a photograph every 50 seconds while they were on the moon, which is about as absurd as it gets.
Thank you, Brian.
That's a wonderful addition.

Here's a comment from Embolden.
We let them get away with JFK and then 9-11 and then J6 and Sandy Hook and yourself and AJ and now the world's hope for the future of humanity.
Trump is an attack.
Each time we looked away and didn't stand our ground.
Rahm Emanuel.
They were impotent.
To the point that now the judiciary is a Soviet construct, we're in a Kafka prison worldwide sad.
Your work will never be forgotten as a word that will stand the test of time against these social myths created by very malicious people.
Let's make sure we act properly when the next time comes to see the whites of their eyes, so to speak.
Thanks again.
Meanwhile from Jim.
It's not in the best interest for these neobolshevik soulless goons to start a war with 25 million armed Americans, law-abiding citizens.
As you can guess already, many F.E.R.
are becoming leakers and secret whistleblowers.
Many more will rebel in all agencies of the C.O.L.
banksters if their tyranny continues and increases.
Admiral Yamamoto, the Japanese nail-yavi grad who attacked Pearl Harbor, gently refused to invade the coast of California.
He told the Emperor Hirohito there'd be an armed American behind every blade of grass and it would bog them down for years.
He knew Americans were a sleeping giant when did not want to wake up to fight for their own families in their own homeland and home neighborhoods.
Continued tyranny will set off an intra-government coup d'etat backed by the American citizenry.
Agency security forces will withdraw protection from their chieftains, leaving them completely open if that time comes.
These agencies are remarkably naive.
Every time gun controllers push, gun sales go much higher.
These soulless filth are sealing their own fates if they continue this, as they will certainly simulate a serious and final coup from inside their own agencies.
I can speak as an expert on this because I've been studying this subject's historical facts for years.
Meanwhile, my petition is on the docket of the Supreme Court.
While I originally believed it was a First and Second Amendment case, the summary judgment protocols in Wisconsin allow the judge to decide whether or not my facts were reasonable and exclude them if, in his subjective opinion, they were not.
As you will see from my petition, which you can download to your desktop, the Court of Appeals Fourth District and the Wisconsin Supreme Court agreed.
In other states, such as Texas, however, The case against me would have been tossed or held set to a jury for determination of the disputed facts.
But in Wisconsin, the court could in effect determine the facts regardless of my evidence.
It turns out this is a national problem.
I'm teeing up the case for SCOTUS to make summary judgment protocols uniform throughout the nation.
I believe they are going to do just that and set things right.

Final thoughts.
Carl, yours.
Those are great comments by Emboldened and Jim, and I do thank our audience members for your intellectual integrity and moral courage.
We're in control of what we think and what we say and what we do and we got to make it count.
So one option is to go ahead and and believe the tell-a-lie vision which Brian nails that you're just going to shorten your life and it's going to be less fun if you watch that thing.
And the other thing is to independently go after what you can verify for yourself and to apply your education so that facts are independently verifiable, comprehensive, and objective.
Now, one of the big questions, and you can feel the frustration in writers and just paying attention to the news and just looking around, because they are afraid that these dark forces are in charge.
And historically, Carl B. Herman Blackspot, any of these new shows, I give them a take on that history.
Yeah, as far back as we can tell in history, these domineering, parasitical, heartless, empathiless groups have been behind it all.
And apparently, these people who are operating behind the scenes are hyper-intelligent relative to humanity in order to construct the propaganda to keep them in line.
We have, in my observation over 45 years of civic activism, about 2% of the population among our audience that can engage in these important factual questions and the rest are somehow repulsed by them.
So, therefore, we are paradoxically emboldened to take on the facts as well we can in the history that it doesn't seem like we've been very effective to date.
However, that said, I would point out, if you take a look at the design of an exponential growth curve, it looks like a long time, nothing is happening, very little progress, and then it explodes.
And I do personally conclude, at 95% certainty level, that we do have friends in high places, and that all we need to do is hang in there and do our best, and we'll discover what evolves together.
Devoutly to be wished.
Brian, your final thoughts.
My final thoughts are, if you haven't learned to think critically, now's the time.
There are tools and skill sets that you can go out there and acquire that are not terribly difficult.
One of the things I'm wanting to do for Jim and your audience, and some of you have gone back and they saw the very first show I ever did with Jim, where I taught a quick course in open source intelligence.
I now have Partially through designing a quick course in open records, which I have found some new techniques and some new information by studying the open records that other journalists have already done.
Therefore, I don't have to expose my name when I go after certain particular public records.
I can look at the results of other record requests to try to find what I'm looking for and borrow off the work of other journals.
But we're going to have to have a short course in open records for anybody who wants to specialize in something or get to know a particular event.
You combine that with your open source intelligence and a library and you got all the tools you need to bust open this whole conspiracy and this whole false flag.
It's not that complex guys I am not that smart.
I'm just a guy who happens to specialize in information, and it doesn't.
I'm not unique.
I just have a regular education.
I mean, it's nothing special.
I just decided I wanted to learn it.
I learned it.
And so that's all I want to say about it.
I think it's time for the audience to stop just consuming information and start improving it by contributing to the cause.
Let me say Brian's modesty.
He has a disciplined intellect.
He knows what he's doing and he gets the results.
I've been tremendously impressed.
He and I put together a law enforcement false flag scripted event checklist so you could go through and evaluate with many illustrations.
I've also orchestrated a conspiracy 101 online class, 15 weeks, 15 sessions that you can still obtain.
You can go to mixandstream.com and check out Conspiracy Theories, Critical Thinking and Conspiracy Theories, or Conspiracy 101, and you can download all 15 class sessions to your desktop.
Check it out!
Meanwhile, I want to thank Carl and Brian for just a wonderful show today.
It's a splendid combination.
I think that Brian made some excellent recommendations about books you can find on Amazon.com.
The one entitled Illuminati, the other The New World Order.
They're virtually a script for what's playing out around us today.
You can't afford to miss them.
Go there, as I am about to do myself.
Thank you so much for joining us today.
Meanwhile, spend as much time as you can with your friends and loved ones.
Don't miss a precious moment because we do not know how much time we have left.
