so Is that all you put me through?
You think I despise you?
But in the end, I wanna thank you, cause you made me that much stronger.
When I thought I knew you again, that you were true.
I guess I, I couldn't trust, caught your blood, Tommy's blood, cause I've had enough.
You were there by my side, always down for the ride.
But your, your mind just pained on it, flames, cause your griefs show me out of shame.
I've been wrong with the stealing and cheating.
You probably think that I'm always having fun of you.
Oh no, oh no, you're wrong.
Simply positive for all that you try to do.
I wanna know how capable I am super cool.
So I wanna say thank you, cause it makes me that much stronger.
Makes me work a little bit harder.
Makes me that much wiser.
Thanks for making me find.
Hey everybody, welcome to the Covert Reports. welcome to the Covert Reports.
This is Susan Lindauer and it's July 2022.
I have not done a live show in several weeks and I feel like you guys are owed an explanation.
I am fighting in a death row right now, a final death row, to stop a foreclosure sale of my house on August 5th.
If this is the courts have all ruled again, you know, it's been a lot of years.
Those of you have been listening to my show will know that I've this is the this is the end of a very long fight.
And it could even now it could go.
This is one final event and it could still go my way and it could it could.
And if it goes my way, it's in front of a bankruptcy judge if it goes my way.
Then I will be saved.
Period.
Forevermore.
And it will be a done deal.
I will be saved.
And if it doesn't go my way, then the foreclosure sale is August 5th.
So, I am in a murky sort of mood right now because it's all in and I'm doing every possible thing that I can do.
And we'll see what happens.
I may end up homeless, literally homeless on the street.
So, but I've, so anyway, Jim Fetzer, how are you this morning?
Susan, it's a joy to be joining you again.
I share sympathy with your plight.
I'm in the midst of my own legal travails.
I have a petition before the Supreme Court of the United States.
Because when a lawsuit was brought against me over my Sandy Hook book, alleging that three sentences in the book were defamatory for disputing the authenticity of a death certificate, the whole process was such that the judge was not responding to any of my evidence, and I had a mask.
FEMA manual for what happened at Sandy Hook, which was presented as mass murder to promote gun control, but it was actually a drill and grounds on the event correspondent to it.
We have the FBI Consolidated Crime Report for 2012 that shows that in Newtown, of which Sandy Hook is a division, there were no murders or non-negligent manslaughter in all of 2012.
We have the report, the final report from Steven Sidinsky III, the Danbury State's attorney on Sandy Hook.
that fails to create a causal nexus, creating the alleged shooter Adam Lanza with the victims he's supposed to have killed and the weapons he's alleged to have used.
There were no fingerprints.
His fingerprints were not on the rifle that was supposed to have been used to shoot his mother.
And they admit in an obscure footnote that although they recovered 150 slugs from the scene, they could not tie any of them to the weapon he was alleged to have used.
So the whole case for Sandy Hook is a fraud.
I have a mass of additional evidence.
But the judge has set it all aside.
And because this concerned the authenticity of death certificates, There were four altogether in evidence already by the time the oral hearing on the case was heard, and I had two forensic document experts testifying.
All four of them were fake.
Ordinarily, that's how the authenticity of documents are determined, but the judge simply set them aside as someone else's opinion.
When I went to the Court of Appeals, I was astonished that they sided with a judge.
And then when I went to the Wisconsin Supreme Court, Flabbergasted, they declined to even review my request for review.
And it all turns out that I discovered in retrospect, Wisconsin has a very peculiar idiosyncratic summary judgment procedure that allows the judge to make up his own facts.
He's able to impose his own subjective opinion about whether evidence is reasonable or not.
And that was what happened to me.
The courts at the various levels simply judged my evidence to be unreasonable.
Susan, here's a perfect illustration.
In the report from the Court of Appeals in Wisconsin 4th District, they stated in virtually subsequent paragraphs, the first paragraph of the official account of Sandy Hook declaring it's reasonable to believe that Anna Malonza shot his mother and the first paragraph of the official account of Sandy Hook declaring it's reasonable to believe that Anna Malonza shot his mother and shot 20 kids and eight adults
So in the next paragraph, they say that defendant Fetzer claims that this was a FEMA drill presented as mass murder to promote gun control.
They simply declared it was unreasonable.
Now, in any ordinary summary judgment, it works the other way around.
What you have to do is to take for granted all of the defendant's assertions.
In this case, obviously, that would include that it was a drill presented as mass murder to promote gun control.
That nobody died, that the death certificates were fake, that there were no children there to be evacuated for which we have massive evidence.
And then ask whether the plaintiff agrees or disagrees with those facts taken for granted to ensure that the defendant's rights are not violated.
In this case, the defendant would not have been able to accept since that would have contradicted his position, and he would have had to admit in disagreement that there were disputed facts, which would then have been sent to a jury.
But because Wisconsin has this peculiar system, instead the judge was able to handle it, and the entire system of Wisconsin was backing him up.
On the basis of a completely absurd summary judgment procedure that violates those of other states, in my petition to the U.S.
Supreme Court, I used Texas as the model.
Texas declares that the first thing you must do is to assume all of the defendant's assertions as true, and then ask whether the plaintiff agrees with them, and then and only then can you move forward to having a summary judgment determined on the basis of the law.
But since that would not have happened here in Texas, the case would have either been thrown out and there were a number of legal absurdities to this case that would have justified throwing it out or sent to a jury.
But because I have no opportunity for my disputed facts to be heard by a jury, given the peculiar situation in Wisconsin, I'm now in the position to go to the Supreme Court.
And Susan, there's a very elaborate procedure for going to the Supreme Court.
And by the way, I'm their pro se, meaning I'm representing myself.
That meant I only had to submit 10 copies of my petition rather than 40.
It meant I did not have to have them printed by a special company that would run five or six grand just to submit my petition to have it printed alone.
Instead, it cost me about $350 because I could do it on an ordinary eight and a half by 11 paper.
You can find my petition on the docket of the US Supreme Court.
Fetzer v. Posner.
Fetzer v. Posner.
You can download it yourself.
And you'll see I systematically go through and explain all the things I've explained here.
So what I'm asking the Supreme Court to do is to use my case.
They're not being asked to rule on Sandy Hook, but because my case was high profile, it illuminated these features of the Wisconsin procedure in contrast to those of other states.
That this was an improper procedure, reverse my case and make summary judgment uniform throughout all 50 of the United States.
It's a perfect case for the Supreme Court.
And Susan, I've gone all the way through to the conference level.
And if you look at a chart of the flowchart, there are like four, eight, 12 different stages.
I'm at stage 10.
Meaning this is very far advanced, and I will not be surprised if the Supreme Court even expedites a ruling here.
The plaintiff didn't even submit a response to my Supreme Court petition.
What could he say?
Oh, yeah.
Actually, Wisconsin's procedure is reasonable when it's manifestly unreasonable.
That Wisconsin's procedure is consistent with those of other states when it's not consistent with those of other states.
That Wisconsin's procedure guarantees a defendant's right to a jury trial of the Seventh Amendment right, which in essence, I'm asking the court to In fold within the 14th Amendment, which guarantees equal process under law to every citizen of the United States, this is a manifest absurdity.
And Susan, I think it's going to play out the right way on the criteria that are used for cases before the Supreme Court.
My case ranks as high as it could on all five criteria.
Well, there is just one problem that I see for you, and that is that the Supreme Court has to decide to take up the case, and it may not do that.
And that is a scary thing, Jim, because they get hundreds of cases, and it can be thousands of cases.
Susan, statistically, of course it's against me.
They only take 80 of 10,000.
The point I'm making, Susan, is I'm already so far along that they're actually already discussing the case at a conference.
You can find it identified on the docket.
And that means I'm in excellent shape to move forward.
Now, they need to have four judges.
I'm sorry.
I'm sorry.
OK, stop.
Let me I don't you.
OK.
For those of us who do not know Supreme Court procedure, I need you to back down, slowly talk us through the procedure.
I know that you're at the Supreme Court level.
Now, what does it mean that it's in conference?
Well, there's going to be a conference among all the law clerks to discuss the small number of cases that reach that far.
About their pros and cons to make recommendations to the to the justices and at four of the nine a minimum of four want to hear the case and it will be put on schedule will be issued.
They'll obtain the entire file from the state of Wisconsin, which is just laden with so many legal absurdities.
They're going to be shocked.
And then they'll, you know, schedule it for a hearing.
But although normally there's an oral hearing where each party gets 30 minutes, I think this case is so clear cut that they will dispense with the oral hearing and go right to issuing an opinion.
Yeah.
Everybody, that is also a possibility.
And let me add to this, this caveat.
It can be taken up, but there are two things.
It can be taken up as a total when the eight judges hear it, nine judges hear it.
Or it can also be taken up by a single judge.
And a single judge, like for example, if you're a criminal, if you're a prisoner, an inmate in federal prison, and you have an opinion that you're asking the judge to rule on, it does not require a total judicial response to issue a ruling.
It can be one judge, one Supreme Court judge, Can issue a writ of habeas corpus overturning your case.
It does not have to be heard by the entire court.
I don't know if you're aware of that.
I'm sure you are, Jim.
Well, I believe the whole court would want to address this because it involves a policy.
Maybe, maybe, but, but if, but, but it can go just so you know, it can go either way.
So what you're saying is that at this point, as far as you know, Uh, it is going to be presented to the law clerks and they already, yeah, it's already in their heads.
They've already had it for weeks and weeks, but it's going to be, there's going to be a conference and the law clerks are going to look at this and it's reached that level that the law clerks have now that they've had it for weeks and weeks.
There's now it's now in, there's enough interest in it that it is now on there.
Yeah, it's pretty damn interesting all the stages you have to go through.
You have to have lost litigation at the highest level of the state court, which I did here in Wisconsin, and then you have to discover Uh, the basis for taking to the court that you have jurisdiction that the Supreme Court would have jurisdiction because this represents a conflict between the highest courts of different states.
And I use Texas as the example.
It's a perfect case to go directly to the Supreme Court.
And in addition, then you have to lay out all the grounds for the repeal and why it's appropriate.
And let me give you a hint here, by the way, because this is extremely interesting.
A retired professor of law who has followed my case closely observed to me in response to my petition that the greatest problem with the American judicial system today is the abuse of summary judgment, which apparently has gone on apace since it was first introduced around 1957, and that my case would provide an ideal opportunity for the Supreme Court to clean it up.
So I really do think there are all kinds of reasons why the entire court will hear it and will rule in my favor, Susan, even though statistically the odds are overwhelmingly long.
Because of the merits of this specific case, I think it's going to be irresistible to the court to review it and issue a writ and decide.
Well, now that is interesting, but again, I want to caution you, Jim, don't be upset if the entire court does not take it, because if there is interest, even from a single judge could throw it out.
A single judge could dismiss this.
If I were you, I'd be happy with that.
Let me go through the process here and you'll see how far along I am.
Please do, please do.
Yeah.
Losing litigants have 90 days after the final judgment is entered to file a petition for certiorari.
The filer is called the petitioner.
Then there are 30 days to do that.
I made the deadline.
The winner below, now the respondent, can file a brief in opposition.
If they choose not to file a response, the court can hear, CFR, they chose not to respond because what could they say?
It was all predicated on the Wisconsin procedure of the judge being able to set my evidence aside, so they did not even respond.
The petitioner can file a reply brief in response to the opposition brief.
However, it's not required.
Well, since they didn't even file, I didn't have to file a reply brief.
Then there were 30 more days.
Interest groups and other affected parties, including the Office of the Solicitor General, file amicus briefs.
There was a single amicus brief filed in my support that made a number of nice points.
Then it moves to the clerks and the CERT pool.
The chief justice drafts the initial discuss list and then distribute it to the rest of the chamber.
For members of the CERT pool, the clerk of the court randomly assigns a petition to the participating chambers, and within the chambers, the petitions are randomly assigned to clerks.
Then there's a Two-week period for that to take place.
Clerks submit memos to the Chief Justice's Chamber, who then distributes the completed memos to all the participating chambers.
Then, within each Justice's Chamber, clerks review and mark up the memos with additional comments and recommendations.
Now it moves to the discuss list and conference.
A clerk of the court collects all the documents and distributes them to the Justice's Chambers.
Associate justices place cases on the discuss list.
Any case that fails to make this list are summarily denied, and the lower court ruling stands.
Next.
Sorry, sorry.
Now, let me interrupt you right there.
So, the fact that – so, the Supreme Court has already had one critical moment where they could deny you and just stamp it denied, and it would already be cleared out and out of their system.
That's exactly right, Susan.
Okay, so it really has passed one critical measure.
Well, it passed several.
But they had the chance to summarily deny it already, is what I'm trying to say.
The conference is not necessary in order for it to be summarily denied.
Okay, that's very significant because probably of the 10,000, let's just say 10,000 cases, 8,000 of them would be dismissed by this point.
Oh yeah, I think even a higher number.
Yeah, and let me say Susan, I mean in order to even be filed, you have to pass jurisdictional issues.
I had to qualify.
But everybody, everybody can do.
I mean, I could take my case to the Supreme Court too.
Getting a case picked up by the Supreme Court is exceptionally difficult.
But I can tell you, because when I was at Carswell, I can tell you that federal inmates, even the ones who do it pro se,
They can get their cases heard because if your liberty has been taken or your wealth has been taken, then an individual Supreme Court judge could also, there are two ways this could go forward, it could go to the full court or an individual judge could by himself or herself say, okay this is out.
Okay, just so you know that.
Interesting.
I know the role.
Be glad for that if it happens, Jim.
I don't know, Susan.
I think the whole court would like to be invested in this case.
I mean, we had an earlier case of a pro se named Gideon, you know, to guarantee the right to representation by indigent Plaintiffs, and I think this is going to be viewed on a par similar to Gideon.
Here's where we are.
All the justices meet in a private conference in which they vote to either grant or deny certiorari.
Four votes are necessary in order for a case to proceed to the merit stage.
While less common, justices can also request to relist a case or hold it over for the next conference for the agenda-setting vote.
Now, if you go to the Supreme Court docket, my case is number 21-7916, Fetzer v. Posner.
And you notice as of July 7th, it was reported distributed for conference of 28 September 2022.
28 September 2022.
2022, 28 September 2022.
So that's the key date, Susan, now for my case to be, you know, decide whether they're going to issue a writ or not.
And I'm because of all the reasons I've explained, I'm actually optimistic it's going to happen.
I've known from the beginning what a long shot it is to actually by heard by the Supreme Court.
But for the reasons I've adumbrated, I believe it's going to happen.
Wow.
When will you hear, when will you really know?
Oh.
Well, when is the conference?
28th September.
Okay, so two months from now.
Jim, I will be praying for you.
I'll be praying for you.
Like I said, I know you really want to get in front of the full Supreme Court.
Having been in courts before, I'd take a single judge.
Just one judge would make me so happy.
The court system in the United States is so massively fucked up.
It's just frighteningly fucked up.
Why this is so appealing, I believe, or will be so appealing to the Supreme Court is because there is this problem nationwide with summary judgment.
It allows them to get a handle on it and straighten it out.
Summary judgment procedures uniformed through all 50 states.
Number two, even though I had a high profile case that illuminated these defects in the Wisconsin summary judgment protocols, they're not being asked to rule on Sandy Hook.
Now, I included in my petition, of course, illustrations of the kind of evidence that the court simply set aside on the basis of its subjective belief that it was unreasonable.
Because they already buy into the official Sandy Hook narrative.
But just look how profound that would affect any whistleblower, anyone seeking to contest an official account of any major controversial event.
JFK 9-11, Paul Wellstone, Boston bombing, Orlando.
We'd all be precluded if the judges were in a position to simply rule it out that they didn't think it was reasonable because the government has staked out a position.
And this in addition, Susan, is of course why the government has been so eager to brand all of us as conspiracy theorists, because we are investigating crimes that the government does not want to be resolved.
And the third reason, Susan, I think they'll take it is because it shows that as the law is intended, even defendants or plaintiffs who have controversial views are entitled to equal justice under the law.
And I believe those three... There you go.
There you go.
That is critical.
You know, Susan, I really think it's amazing.
Now, as a philosopher... Equal justice under the law.
That is the 14th Amendment.
And the fact that you have a, you do have a controversial position on this, but you have the right to present it.
And it's not defamation to present it, to present a controversial point of view.
It is, there must be freedom of speech.
I think that I, I, that's why I'm hoping that they will.
Cause that, that, that is whether you listen, listen, people, we, we, we know this.
I know I'm preaching to the choir here.
We don't agree with everything that we hear and everything that we say.
I could be saying things that you passionately disagree with, but truth frequency radio exists to allow diversity of voices includes controversial voices, provocative ideas.
Sometimes I, Susan Lindauer, might be wrong about something I say.
But I have the right to say it and to argue, to debate it and to present it.
And you may come and say, well, I have other facts.
I have other details.
But the point is, it's not defamation if we're discussing ideas.
It is a discussion of ideas, which means that and Jim has some some like you've said about the ammunition that was found.
OK, let's have another six pack.
I feel the rumble like a cold black one.
He pulls in the drive.
Grab a flag.
He don't know what's waiting here this time.
Hey, I'm going home, gonna load my shotgun, wave out the door and light a cigarette. - Sometimes it's easy to be casual, just about repetition and not get much better.
How about the man who's been talking for 10 years, but he's making the same verbal errors he made 10 years ago?
Or 10 years ago, he said, I don't quite know how to put this.
10 years later, he's saying, I don't quite know how to put this.
We can give you 10 hours not to know how to put it.
You can stretch our patience and take 10 days not to know how to put it, but we can't give you 10 years.
10 years is too long not to make enough progress in better language skill.
So repetition with purpose.
The purpose is to grow and to change, to develop, to expand.
To make progress.
Here's some other parts to saying it well.
Sincerity.
From the heart.
With noble intent.
Wishing to bring value.
That adds immeasurably to your ability to speak well, communicate well.
There's no substitute for sincerity.
I can forgive you for a mistake in judgment, but I can't forgive you for a mistake in intent.

Hey everybody, welcome back to the Covert Report with Susan Lindauer.
Guys, I have to sort of apologize.
I'm in a bad way myself, having just gone through a court fight.
I fear for what's happening in this country.
You get the justice you can buy, that you can afford.
that you can pay for.
Those with more money get more justice, is what I'm trying to say to you.
Jim, I admire your stamina in fighting this to the Supreme Court level.
God, please help us all.
The court system now is just a mess.
It's a wreck.
Anyway, back to you, Jim.
Susan, you're making so many good points.
Yes, my case was designed to punish me for exposing Sandy Hook by bringing together 13 experts, including six PhDs.
We established that the school had been closed by 2008.
It was loaded with asbestos and other biohazards, damaged by a hurricane, and it even turns out there was a major flood in the area in 2007.
So it was an abandoned school.
It wasn't even in use at the time they conducted this drill.
And of course, that was a reason it was selected to be the backprop.
We even have a series of photographs, 50 photographs, of how they refurbished the school for the drill in Chapter 8 of the book, and where it turns out those photographs came out of the photo file of the Connecticut State Police, Susan.
The Connecticut State Police were running the whole operation behind the scenes.
I did recent research with a fellow named Brian Davidson who's a private investigator in Texas.
I did an interview with him about his mastery of Internet research tools and Brian told me they could even track down photographs as to where they were taken and blah, blah, blah.
And I said, well, you know, after the interview, I'm just going to try this out.
So I just flipped him a photo without any identification whatsoever.
It showed a crime scene vehicle in the parking lot at Sandy Hook.
I wanted to see what he could do with it, but I didn't even tell him it had anything to do with Newtown.
He came up within a day or so of exactly where the photograph had been taken, when it was taken.
He traced it back to the publication that had first published it, and then to its original source in the files of the Connecticut State Police.
And guess what, Susan?
The Connecticut State Police have wiped out the metadata of all their photos of Sandy Hook, so you cannot determine when they were taken, where they were taken, or by whom from the metadata, which is an obvious indication of consciousness of guilt.
They know they were guilty.
Indeed, this whole thing was massively contrived.
This is why the The lieutenant of the state police, Paul Vance, declared that anyone who challenges the official narrative is going to be prosecuted.
It's why they sent...
They requested two homicide detectives down in Florida to go to Wolfgang Halbing and tell him on behalf of the Connecticut State Police that if he asked any more questions about Sandy Hook, he would be prosecuted.
I mean, this is just incredible.
They use law enforcement.
This is very much like them calling us conspiracy theorists.
They're trying to shut us up because they don't want us to expose what really happened.
So they conduct in this case with me what's known as a SLAPP, a Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation.
It's intended to punish me directly for what I've done by running up these massive legal bills.
And Susan, they've run $70,000, $80,000 for me that I'm trying to pay off.
That's part of the punishment.
Then they set an example.
This is what will happen if you try to expose one of these fake events run by the deep state.
And then, of course, as a third motive, they try to benefit themselves in any way they can.
In this case, they got judgments against me for the alleged defamation, $250,000, $450,000.
And then when I sought to expose, and I actually shared with Wolfgang the video deposition, because I was convinced the individual came and testified under the name of Leonard Posner was, in fact, not Leonard Posner, but another party I identified in my various briefs by the name but another party I identified in my various briefs by the name of Ruben
Where the party of whom he's supposed to be the father, Noah Posner, one of the purported decedents of Sandy Hook, was, as I demonstrated in my research, what one of my research colleagues had suggested, actually a fiction created out of photographs of
Of Ruben Vabner's real son, whose name is Michael Vabner, when he was a kid, where Michael Vabner is now doing stand-up comedy at a club in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
I mean, Susan, this thing has so many directions.
And the court, because I was seeking to get an impeachment witness, which as I read the law did not require notifying the court or the plaintiffs in advance.
And I was going for Wolfgang Halbig, whom I believe could serve that role.
The judge came down with a hammer on me, and although it's not the practice in Wisconsin, he awarded attorney fees for another $650,000, Susan.
So I have a $1,100,000 lien against me for judgments out of this fake fabricated law case in Wisconsin.
$1,100,000 lien against me for judgments out of this fake fabricated law case in Wisconsin.
$1 million in legal fees?
$1 million once.
Yep.
Even though they didn't even answer anything?
No, Susan, this is a result of the circuit court trial, which was held as a summary judgment.
Oh my God.
Where the court was setting all my evidence to one side, and then they had what I can only describe as a show trial.
The jurors, 12 jurors, 11 women, one man, they were all under 30 or younger, and they all swore they'd never even heard of the name of Alex Jones.
You actually brought Alex Jones into your trial?
No, I'm saying during the during the questioning of the jurors, they were asked, among other questions, you know, whether they were because Alex Jones, you know, has been outspoken about Sandy Hook until he reversed himself.
I actually offered to help Alex Jones on several occasions.
And would you believe during a video deposition in Connecticut, Alex Jones declared he never even read the book.
Nobody died at Sandy Hook.
Which is completely absurd for a prominent public figure to be taking a stand on Sandy Hook, not to read the only objective, scientific, meticulous, and detailed study which demonstrates conclusively, conclusively That this was a FEMA drill presented as mass murder to promote gun control is completely absurd.
Now, I have others who say, oh, no, Alex knows the book.
But the fact is he compromised himself, Susan, by being on both sides of the issue.
Did you call him as a witness?
No, no, no, no, no, no, no.
I'm saying he was the only question that people... Did you call him as a witness?
- Did you call him as a witness? - No.
Why would I call him?
Susan, he's been on both sides of the issue.
I don't... but okay, so you did not call him a witness.
No, I didn't call him a witness.
He ought to be calling me as a witness.
I could do him a lot of good because I've done all this research.
The point I'm making is Alex has compromised himself by being on both sides.
He's declared it was fake early on.
He had one of his correspondents, Dan Bongino, I believe, was going to neighbors there around Sandy Hook, and they all said they thought it was odd there weren't any kids there because the school had been closed years and years ago.
But then later, under pressure, he reversed himself and said, no, it was real and kids did die.
So he's vulnerable to attack no matter what side you're on.
He's seriously compromised himself.
I've repeatedly sought to aid in a bet by making myself available as an expert witness.
But he and his attorneys have declined every overture.
I mean, it's just ridiculous how he set himself up.
Well, you know, I don't think, yeah, I think that you have to be careful as to, you know, he's very political. he's very political.
So I think you need to be careful as to what you, well, I, okay, so now it's going to the Supreme Court.
So now it's at the Supreme Court level.
And, um, so, and it would have, and, and, and you're asking them to rule on how summary judgments are carried out.
Yes.
Okay, that's the ruling.
Yeah.
Yeah, the process used in Wisconsin, and by the way, Susan, this has been going on in Wisconsin for decades, and it appears that I'm the only person who has made an issue of it.
to get it corrected, but it's an ongoing offense.
And you see, this is another reason why I believe the whole court will want to rule.
They're continuing to conduct summary judgments under this grossly flawed and biased procedure, denying other citizens of Wisconsin their equal justice under law.
So, in essence, what I'm asking the court to do is incorporate the 7th Amendment, the right to a jury trial, within the 14th Amendment, equal justice under law, by rendering all summary judgment procedures equal across all the states where Texas has an exemplary standard.
They do a proper summary judgment procedure, in which I contrast it with the situation in Wisconsin in my brief.
Anyone who wants to get the whole history of the case, because it's very complex, can go to a website I have.
GiveSendGo.com slash FundingFetzer.
GiveSendGo.com slash FundingFetzer.
And you can read the whole case.
I give an elaborate detail about the history of the case with lots of links.
So anyone can go there.
If you thought my cause were worthy and wanted to contribute to my effort to eliminate all these legal bills, just understand they were imposed upon me to form a punishment for exposing the Sandy Hook as a hoax.
And I'm telling you, the evidence is growing and growing.
I mean, I'm learning more and more about what actually happened in Newtown.
And it's all decisively in my favor.
There's not any evidence whatsoever that would make this out to be a legitimate event.
And, you know, it's just really a stunning case, Susan.
And it also speaks to the the fake news media.
Let me ask you this.
Was there any part of the judgment that they imposed cash punitive damages on you?
Well, in essence.
Are there any specific damages, not for legal fees, but for punitive damages?
Well, of course, the initial $450,000.
Okay, that's $450,000.
- $450,000 coming out of the-- - Okay, that's $450,000, okay. - Yeah, and then another $650,000 on top of that.
But I tell you, Susan, it's this bad.
Apparently the press were even in Newtown days before the event, that it was all arranged.
The media were in on it.
I mean, it's just grotesque.
And of course, we already knew there were donation websites that went up in advance.
If you want to appreciate the punitive motives involved here, the Newtown Board of Education was given $50 million to replace the old school, which, as I say, was abandoned by 2008.
$50 million!
I did a review this was a kindergarten through fourth grade school and across the nation they only run seven million so they got seven times seven million to put up a new elementary school at Sandy Hook.
I said at the time was this to be the Taj Mahal of elementary schools?
And you look at it and it has that aspect.
It's just bizarre.
It is bizarre.
There's never been such an expensive elementary school in the history of the world, much less the United States.
I mean, it's just absurd.
And sympathetic but gullible Americans contributed between $27 and $130 million in donations.
And now if you divide that by the purported 26 surviving families, That's between one and five million dollars for pretending to have lost a child at Sandy Hook.
And I've done a huge amount on how they fake the different kids.
Some of them actually sang at the Super Bowl.
You know, I mean, this was just weeks later.
Some of them actually sang at the Super Bowl.
How do you prove that, Jim?
Not just by facial recognition, but how do you prove that?
Oh, Susan, I got a mountain of proof of everything I'm telling you.
In particular, we have video of the kids singing at the Super Bowl.
One of them, whose name was presented as Ariel Richardson, who's supposed to be dead, had a very distinctive birthmark across the right corner of her forehead.
she had very distinctive look, brown hair, curly, real cute.
You got a girl with very distinctive look, brown hair, real cute with that same distinctive birthmark across her forehead singing at the Super Bowl.
I'm not the first to reveal this, but I mean, her real name is Lenny Urbana.
Lenny Urbana.
She wasn't even a Richardson.
Her real name is Lenny Urbana.
They did all this.
They fabricated the kids.
They fabricated the families.
Most of these families are synthetic.
They're put together with different parties, many of whom may have never even met each other.
Susan, I'm telling you, this was a scam of all scams.
Well, I have to tell you that we've seen trial.
I understand you're very passionate about this.
Susan, look, I know the odds are like hitting a home run in a World Series.
I understand that.
Now, get this.
As a professional philosopher of science, where I've published, you know, huge amount, hundreds of articles, blah, blah, blah, blah.
Among my areas of specialization was the meaning of the word probability, okay, in scientific and explanatory context.
For the sake of our discussion, I'll just talk about two notions of probability.
One is the relative frequency sense of probability.
In other words, how often statistically does something of a certain kind happen, all right?
And on a statistical basis, obviously, my suit would have an extremely long shot.
It would be very unlikely to go forward in spite of the fact that it's already reached this point.
But cases who reach this point, of course, have a much, much higher statistical frequency probability of success because they've already gone through several major hurdles.
I introduced a variation on a theory, a dispositional theory of probability.
Probability is a disposition, is a property of an individual thing, an object, an arrangement of things, a system, which is known as a propensity.
Now, a propensity is a function of all the causal factors taken together for this individual case to display a certain type of behavior.
We know it's true from all studies in social science and elsewhere, there are sets of relevant factors that make a difference.
What turns out that in quantum mechanics, we have the phenomenon known as indeterminism, where the same system under the same temporal conditions, let's talk about a radioactive atom, may undergo decay or not undergo decay, and it's purely a function of the the propensity of the individual atom to undergo decay, where if you have a half-life for an atom, that's the myriad of time during which half atoms of that kind would undergo decay.
So if you had a collection of 100 and it had a half-life of 50 years, then over 50 years, 50 on the average, 50 of the 100 would undergo decay.
But while you can predict that statistically with high reliability, you cannot predict of the individual atoms which of them will undergo decay.
It's a function of their own propensity.
My case has a tremendous propensity for success because of the features I bring together here.
And I mentioned, I spelled this out in an early piece I wrote about conspiracy theories entitled Thinking about conspiracy theories, JFK in 9-11, where you'll find I introduce the principles of scientific reasoning and how they apply to conspiracy theories, because conspiracy theories, Susan, are theories.
So I reason why not apply the same criteria that apply to scientific theories to conspiracy theories, which include the clarity and precision of the language in which they are expressed, their scope of application for explanation and prediction,
their degree of empirical support based on the available evidence, and finally, the simplicity, economy, or elegance with which they achieve that effect, meaning by resorting to a minimum number of causal factors and not introducing any that are irrelevant.
Just to illustrate irrelevant in a causal context, there's a story told about the hippie in New York City who was beating on a drum and moaning and a bypasser said, "Well, what are you doing?" and And the hippie said, well, I'm keeping the wild tigers away.
And the man said, but there are no wild tigers here in New York City.
And he said, yeah.
See what a great job I'm doing?
Or here's another case.
To explain why John Jones did not become pregnant, it was observed that he'd been taking his wife birth control pills, and every man who takes his wife birth control pills does not become pregnant.
Well, of course, that's true.
But the fact is, whether a man takes birth control pills or not, he's not going to become pregnant.
At least it's been a principle of biology until the woke generation, Susan, which has gone so haywire.
They're even disputing the difference between men and women and trying to induce little children to believe they can pick their own sex.
Susan, we are at an advanced state of decay, just as you observed about our society in general.
Yes, advanced state of decay is true.
And it's really getting frightening.
I've been reading that in some cities, 30%, 20 to 30% of all the population are living in poverty, living below the poverty line of $15,000 a year.
And we're importing a lot of illegals from Mexico who have, they cannot read or write And they're going into these towns and they are burdening the already strained social welfare system that cannot provide for American citizens.
And now we're having to take care of the foreigners as well.
And in my what one of the things that's happening to me personally right now is that the city of Montgomery County in Maryland where I live desperately needs housing.
And so there I'm a white person.
I'm a white woman.
And I have a house and they need my house so that they can give my house to Mexicans who have a huge, huge immigrant population here.
The immigrants need a place to live.
So they are entirely capable of taking property and redistributing it to the people who they want to have it.
White people no longer need a place to live.
The Mexicans need a place to live.
They're literally just engaged in illegal foreclosure activities.
In my case, the payments were made on time in the month each was due and I could prove it.
I showed the judge.
This is why I don't trust the courts at all.
I showed the judge.
I said, here's the proof.
I made the payments.
This is an illegal activity.
And they're like, well, what are we going to do?
They want your property.
And I said, but you don't have the right to take my property.
Because I made the payments.
Here's the proof I made the payments.
And they're like, but, oh gosh, what are we going to do?
This is a judge.
What are we going to do?
Oh, golly.
Oh, golly gee.
I mean, the courts profit from these.
We are in so much trouble.
And if you're living in a, Wisconsin's kind of on the cusp of being liberal or really liberal or really conservative.
And, you know, it's like this split.
But if you're in a blue state, like Maryland is solid blue, then you're already living in the crazy.
You know, you are already in the crazy zone right here.
And nothing that they're doing is reasonable or sensible.
Muriel Bowser, the mayor of D.C., which is like six miles.
You know, I'm on the D.C. line.
Muriel Bowser, who has been championing illegals coming into the United States for 10 years, all over the years.
All of a sudden Governor Abbott from Texas is busing them to the District of Columbia and now she's panicking all of a sudden because the homeless shelters are filling up with Mexicans and there's no room for the regular crowd of Americans and she cannot provide
She does not have a tax base that is capable of providing assistance to the myriad demands for welfare.
These are people who cannot contribute at a high level.
There are only so many lawns that can be mowed.
I get people knocking on my door, ìOh, can I mow your lawn?î ìNo, I'll mow my own lawn.î ìOh, but I really need money.
Could you give me money?î And they put their hand out.
No, I'm not going to give you money.
Oh, please.
I have food.
I have children.
I need children.
You got to feed my children.
And they're knocking on our doors like that.
You know, and sometimes that, you know, one man brought four children with him and knocked on my door.
I said, what are you doing here?
So, well, I'd like to mow your yard so I could, I could feed my children.
See, look, look, I have real children and they look at me like, and it's beggars.
They're begging now.
And I said, no.
They said, oh, I'm sure I could do something.
Please, please.
I got to eat.
I got to eat.
I'm like, what the hell are you doing?
But now they're trying to get us out of our homes.
So because they have to get them out of the homeless shelters.
And I'm a white person.
I must have, you know, some resources.
I'm an educated white woman.
So if they fuck me over, then they can give my house to the Mexicans, and then I'll figure something else out.
Because I have more skills.
I mean, it's, it's, it's, that's what it's come to.
We really are, we're in so much trouble.
And, and, but the, you know, be glad you don't live, if you're in a blue, in a red state, you know, I'd say a little thanks, prayer of thanks right now, because The blue states?
God help us.
We even have a Republican governor who's like really a Democrat in disguise.
It's Larry Hogan.
But we're a mess.
We're an absolute mess.
So, you know, you're telling me the courts are going to protect you.
Jim, I pray to God that's true.
I really do.
Well, Susan, let me just observe the Supreme Court has made a number of rulings of late that are very appropriate and constitutional, including on concealed carry, including on the EPA reining them back from enforcing the Green New Deal that Biden wants to move forward with, which is based on a myth.
Because there's no correlation between the amount of CO2 in the atmosphere and the temperature of Earth.
This has been recorded over 600 million years, and if there's no correlation, there's no causal relation.
Indeed, it even turns out that CO2 curls the earth and it's a signal from life.
Okay, everybody, this is our book.
It's great.
You saw it on your show, but I heard it in the app on a new radio.
You want to drink a water?
You got to get it from a well.
You want to get to heaven?
You got to raise a little hell.
Hi, my name is Ella and I'm 10 years old.
I'm one of the millions of children born to parents suffering from the sheeple virus.
Symptoms include the inability to think for oneself, The attention span of a goldfish.
And a strong belief in government and the mainstream media.
It is estimated that one out of every two children are being raised by parents infected with the sheeple virus.
But there is a cure.
For as little as 19 cents per day, you can become a TFR supporter And help children like me get their daily dose of truth.
Together, we will make sure every child has protection from deception.
The county has refused to produce the network routers.
We want the routers, Sonny.
The county refused to produce the network routers.
Wendy, we gotta get those routers, please.
Routers.
Come on, Kelly, we can get those routers.
Those routers.
Wow!
If you got those routers, well, that will show.
And they don't want to give up the routers.
They are fighting like hell.
Why are these commissioners fighting not to get the routers?
How simple could it be?
That will tell the truth.
And they don't want to give up the routers.
What are they trying to hide?
And I say it, and I'll say it, because the easiest way of cheating is to throw them away.
That's easier.
The county has refused to produce the network routers.
We want the routers, Sonny.
The county refused to produce the network routers.
Wendy, we gotta get those routers, please.
It's so unfair.
It's so unfair.
It's so ridiculous.
I'll be honest, though.
Look, we all like to win.
If I lost Knowing what happened in the election is a good thing, not a bad thing.
It's a good thing, not a bad thing.
The county has refused to produce the network routers.
We want the routers, sonny.
The county refused to produce the network.
We have no voice.
Wendy, we gotta get those routers, please.
Get up!
If you think about cancel, everything about cancel culture, they want to cancel culture.
But what they don't want to do is anything having to do with the 2020 election.
We have no press.
We have no voice.
They almost got away with it.
They may have gotten away with it.
And I've got to tell you, I've got to say this.
I've never said it before, but I've always thought it.
I get along with Putin because that's a good thing, not a bad thing.
The county has refused to produce the net.
You are now tuned into the Truth Frequency.
We are TFR.
TFR.
Truth Frequency Radio.
Truth Frequency Radio.
After all you put me through, you think I despise you.
But in the end, I wanna thank you, cause you make me that much stronger.
When I thought I knew you, I think that you were true.
I guess I, I couldn't trust, cause I'm just, Tommy's done, cause I've had enough.
You were there by my side, always down for the ride.
But your, your ride just came down in flames, cause you're free, so we out of shame.
Cause you, I don't know the stealing and stealing, you probably think that I'm always having for you.
But, oh no, oh no, you're wrong.
To be positive for all that you're trying to do, I wanna know how capable I am super true.
So I wanna say thank you, cause you make me that much stronger.
Makes me work a little bit harder.
Makes me that much wiser.
Thanks for making me whiter.
Learn a little bit faster.
Make my skin a little bit thicker.
Makes me that much smarter.
Thanks for making me whiter.
Hey, everybody.
Welcome back to the Covert Report.
Guys, I admit I'm in a very sad place right now.
I'm very stressed out and I'm very... I'm experiencing... This is a moment of great turmoil in my life.
I don't know what's about to happen to me.
I don't like being in this state.
I feel pretty scared.
I feel pretty scared.
So, please say your prayers for me.
Whatever God you worship, just please say a little prayer for me because I really need it.
Everything could be fine.
Everything could be fine.
And I'm a fighter.
I'm a fighter.
That song by Christina Aguilera is my song.
No matter how bad it gets, I'm fighting right at this moment.
I'm keeping on.
And Jim, God bless you for going to the Supreme Court of the United States.
I have a very dim view of courts, but I hope and pray, and honestly, I think it would be great if they do take up your full case, but even if one judge agrees with you, God bless America.
We've got to be able to have justice if we're small people.
If you live in a blue state, run!
Run!
Get out!
My problem is that if I lose my house, I will walk out with nothing.
I'll have the shirt on my back, and I won't have anything else.
So, I'm pretty scared.
I'm pretty scared.
But everybody, I just... Anyway, Jim, back to you.
Well, Susan, you mentioned Mayor Bowser, and of course, she was complicit in the whole event of the January 6th So-called insurrection, which was a completely fabricated event.
They had an official script.
We know James, a brother of John Sullivan, explained his brother led 226 members of Antifa dressed as Trump supporters into the Capitol.
We know the FBI was involved.
We know one of the major provocateurs was a fellow named Epps, Ray Epps.
And guess what?
Ray Epps' wife works for Dominion Voting Machines, and remember, they were seeking to disrupt the discussion of proof of the theft of the election.
So Dominion had a huge interest at stake here.
We now know, of course, from Mike Lindell's three-day marathon, massive proof of the theft of the election.
We know from the 2000 mules.
Massive theft of the election using draw boxes.
There's now a new January 6 documentary from the Epoch Times that I watched upon its release that really is an hour and 41 minutes of going through showing how the police were brutal, that the Capitol Police were using all kinds of techniques, including firing rubber bullets downward, beating Individuals in the crowd mercilessly.
One woman was struck 40 or 50 times with a baton.
She was punched five times in the face when she was trapped in one of the in one of the tunnels.
I mean, it goes on and on.
Now, there were provocateurs who are banging on the, you know, smashing the windows, being very, very aggressive.
These were not the Trump supporters.
In fact, Trump Spoke at the Ellipse until 1-11, and as you well know, Susan, Trump supporters hang on for the very last word.
He encouraged them to be peaceful in their protest over the theft of the election, to be peaceful.
But when the January 6th committee showed Trump speaking, they cut out his part where he told them to be peaceful.
They haven't reported how he told them to go home.
And in fact, they've run actually a clip of him, you know, putting together the speech that would be broadcast with various outtakes, just one more form of betrayal, where he's entitled to sort out how he's going to say what he wants to say, because in the sincere and truthful belief that the election was stolen, he did not want to say the election was authentic and honest when it was anything but.
So, he authorized 20,000 National Guard troops on the 4th, two days in advance.
Now, in order for National Troops to be deployed, there must be two actions taken.
Number one, the President must authorize.
Number two, a request must be made.
Mayor Bowser declined the request.
This was collusion between the Mayor, the Capitol Police, the Speaker.
Yeah, this is very important.
He requested 10,000 National Guard troops.
They could have sent $5,000.
They could have sent $1,000.
The fact is that Muriel Bowser had received the request in plenty of time to call them in from Maryland and Virginia.
He requested $10,000.
She could have said, well, I will grant this, but I'm only going to grant $1,000.
$1,000 would have been enough.
OK, there needed to be support for the Capitol Police.
And I will tell you, as somebody who lives in Washington, the Capitol Police are just good people.
They're very nice, good people.
They're like glorified security guards.
They make sure that everything is safe and good and all is rosy and nobody hurts anybody.
They are committed to freedom of speech at all times of all opposing points of view.
Susan, you're absolutely right.
And not only, you know, among the many revelations that have come forward, all of which have been distorted by the January 6 hearing, where, of course, they didn't allow any Trump supporters.
There's no cross-examination.
There's no minority council.
All this is just an elaborate propaganda campaign, which they hope is going to make an impact and improve the Democrats' standing in November.
But I think the whole country is fed up with the Democrats.
Would you believe Susan?
A poll, an open-ended poll, what's the greatest concern to you, conducted with thousands of Americans, 22 top issues, and the top 22 issues, and of course inflation was way out in front with like 33%, and then the cost of food and groceries was in second place with like 16.
The January 6 hearings did not even make the top 22, Susan, did not even make the top 22.
And as you well know, the Capitol is protected by enormous force.
Top 22 issues of greatest concern for the voters did not even make that issue.
Wow.
Did not even make the top 22, Susan!
And as you know, the Capitol is protected by huge doors that are magnetically sealed.
I mean, there's no way you could gain unless the magnetic hold on the doors were released.
And we have plenty of footage of the Capitol Police welcoming the protesters into the Capitol.
This is all stage deal.
This is all monstrous.
They're so petrified of Donald Trump.
24-7, we're hearing nothing but slams against Trump, who hasn't been president for over a year and a half now.
And where everything that Biden has been doing has been disruptive to the United States, its economy and the welfare of the American people.
It is a disgrace.
Well, my Congressman Jamie Raskin is one of the people running this committee, and he was too busy to help me with constituent services trying to save my house.
And I'm his constituent.
He wouldn't even return the phone calls.
Wouldn't do anything.
Took no action.
The obsession is overwhelming.
The hatred, the hatred of anybody, if you're not a, and I'm actually pretty moderate by today's, you know, I used to be a Democrat.
I believe in dignity for all people.
I believe in, you know, I have black neighbors.
I believe in protecting the environment and the tree.
I'm a tree hugger.
I love trees.
In reality, if you look at what Americans really are, we don't want to destroy it.
Teddy Roosevelt founded the National Park System to preserve America's Greatest assets and resources.
And with that, he's a Republican.
I mean, conservation is a reasonable premise, regardless of your political ideology.
And being good stewards of the earth makes sense.
That is a moderate position.
Really, it is, if you think about it.
The Republicans I know treat black people with dignity.
If you act with dignity, you're going to be treated, you know, everybody should have equal, just liberty and justice for all, you know, equal, equal protection under the law.
It is the Republicans who prohibited slavery.
It is the Republicans who gave black men the right to vote.
It is the Republicans who, who, who just, who defended state rights and the right of Non-slavery states to oppose slavery.
I mean, for all of you who are wondering what the Republicans actually have done, and oppose the fugitive slave laws that allowed the southern plantations to come into the North and capture freed slaves that had made it all the way to the North.
Those are Republican principles, God damn it!
You know, so I mean, if you're saying, you know, am I a bad person?
Oh my God, are you serious?
I'm sorry, Jim.
Please jump in.
I'm in a mood.
I'm in a mood.
Susan, I get it 100%.
I get it 100%.
Would you believe now, and this is part of the equity movement, Illinois High School implements equity-based grading practice, specifically seeks to raise grade point averages for blacks and lower scores of higher-achieving whites, Asians, and Hispanics.
Unbelievable.
Here's another.
Michigan City decriminalizes public urination, defecation, and littering for equity.
This is what's going on in the United States today, Susan, in the name of equity.
They're destroying every standard, every principle for this country has ever stood.
They're reducing our country to the lowest common denominator, which are homeless people urinating and defecating in the streets.
That's what they want.
That's exactly what they want to do to me.
They're like, you know, but you're a white woman, so we need your house.
We got to redistribute the assets.
You have a piece of property and you're white.
Therefore, equity demands that I have the right to take your house.
I'm like, I'm in court in a Democrat state, in a hard blue state.
Just like Maryland is like, you know, like blue on steroids.
And I'm like, but this is my house.
Where am I going to go?
Well, you know, we got to have more white people who are homeless.
Is that, I said, is that your objective?
You want more white people?
How about if we have fewer homeless people?
Oh, well, you know, instead of trying to make more white people be homeless, how about if we have fewer all people, fewer of all people be homeless?
But this is like, you know, this is crazy time.
It really it really is scary.
I don't know what's gonna... Guys, I don't know what's gonna happen to me.
This shouldn't be happening at all.
I'm like, why?
Why are you doing this?
Oh my God.
Okay, back to you.
Well, this is a result of the woke...
A woke Democratic Party, which is infecting every aspect of society, including the military.
They can't make the recruitment standards.
Who wants to come in a woke military with pink tanks and transgenders and promoting critical race theory?
Young Americans who want to defend their country are not going to be attracted to the new woke military.
They're not making their standards.
And frankly, I think it's all by design.
It's going to be much easier for an invasion of the United States to take place when America does not any longer have a responsible military force.
And I say this as a former Marine Corps officer, the situation, the policies of the Biden administration are deliberately destructive to every aspect of American society, socially, politically, morally, militarily, all of it.
We're all going down big time because of Biden and his allies.
We're going to lose that.
I mean, we are seriously going to lose everything.
I mean, I can't understand how anybody could rationalize this stuff and celebrate it and not see that a real disaster is unfolding.
How are they missing this?
What are they not seeing?
Oh, Susan, I know.
And by the way, Scott Bennett would be glad to join us if you can connect him.
He'd be glad to join.
I will.
I will do that right now.
I'll do that right now.
You talk while I join.
I shall.
I shall.
Well, the January 6 hearings are just ridiculous beyond words.
They featured prominently a woman.
Who was just lying her teeth out about what was going on, claiming Pat Cipollone was there when Trump went off the rails.
Pat Cipollone wasn't even there.
They claimed that Trump had tried to grab the steering wheel of the Secret Service vehicle.
We have two Secret Service agents.
Who are prepared to come before the committee and swear under oath it didn't happen.
They're treating her as though she were a paragon of virtue.
I mean, Susan, the endless lies coming from this committee are beyond belief.
And frankly, so far as I can tell, any reasonable American knows this is just pure propaganda trying to demonize Trump because they're afraid he's going to clean their clock again.
After having wiped them out in 2016, they couldn't let him do it again.
So they went all out to steal the election in every possible way in 2020.
And now they're going all out to try to make sure he can't even run again.
We have one obscure state senator saying perhaps they should use this obscure clause of the 14th Amendment that says anyone who participates in an insurrection cannot hold federal office to preclude his running.
And what are we going to do about Kamala Harris?
Scott Bennett just joined us.
Yeah, Susan, that was always the plan.
It was always a plan to try to use this obscure provision.
The whole idea of an insurrection or incitement are absurd.
There's no evidence to back it up.
The Federalists had an excellent critique right after those claims first emerged that there was neither an incitement nor an insurrection.
I'm delighted Scott is with us.
Scott, your thoughts about the January 6 hearings?
Well, of course, it's a it's a fraudulent circus of idiots and traitors.
And I think that's coming out more and more.
You know, the Republicans ineptitude at handling this in the proper, dramatic, theatrical way is part of their their failure and loss.
I said that from the very beginning when when Bannon had an opportunity to go in.
You know, you can always say I take the fifth and he claimed executive privilege.
But, you know, there's something to be said of going into the arena And throwing down the gauntlet and giving an opening statement or something that says, let me just say, you know, opening statement here for Steve Bannon, all of you are frauds and all of you are liars and traitors.
And this is a this is an act of treason and seditious conspiracy.
And I hope and I expect you will all be prosecuted for what you're doing here, because it's got nothing to do with the Constitution.
He didn't say anything like that.
And, you know, that's kind of a loss.
And now it's It's biting him back and he's got to fight his way out.
But there's nothing there in these hearings.
I think everybody is tuned out of them.
The ratings demonstrate that.
So these Democrats and these fake Republicans like Liz Cheney and Mark, whatever his name is, Zinginger, I don't know, the New York guy and all these Democrats are just posturing.
But I think the American people are done with it.
Thing that you touched upon, Jim, with regards to the presidential election, I would just throw money on this number.
And that is that, and maybe you said about it before, but Gavin Newsom, I predict they're going to slip him in to the presidency, to the vice presidency, or, or to be the main contender.
They will remove Joe Biden either by COVID or assassination or some other means.
They're going to remove Joe Biden.
And then I wouldn't be surprised if, you know, I don't see Kamala Harris... I don't see it as assassination.
I think he's going to be removed and I wanted to ask you guys about that.
I'd like to talk with, have a more specific discussion of what, how he could be removed.
When he said that he had cancer, I could see them feeding him, feeding him Yeah, so that they could tell him, well, you know, Jill Biden could say, well, honey, you've got cancer and what matters most is that we keep you alive.
So I guess you really have to bow out of the presidency and maybe he could resign and say, I would see them trying to persuade him to save face by resigning and saying, well, you know, if you've got this cancer, you just can't do the job.
And all of his family gathering around him saying, like Jill saying, honey, just please come home and we'll treat your cancer.
And you know, we, you know, and, and let, let, let somebody else be persistent now.
Well, see the, the, the, the reason I mentioned assassination, Susan, is because they can blame it on the Russians and they can trigger a war.
Yeah, but Russia and China are stronger with Joe Biden in the White House.
Russia and China have no incentives, zero incentives to want this president to be gone.
No, trust me, you just missed the entire point.
Russia wouldn't do it.
China wouldn't do it.
You're exactly right.
They are stronger.
But the Democrats and the powers that be that manage this country, the fraudulent election, they would take out Joe Biden and blame it on Russia so they could trigger a whole domino effect, whether it's more war or a draft.
I would not be surprised by anything the Democrats do.
So assassination to me, the Manchurian candidate card has always represented an opportunity for political capital exploitation.
And the Democrats need that to kind of suspend the election of 2022 anyway.
I think they're going to do that.
And then they could slip in Gavin Newsom.
Kamala Harris could retire.
Then he moves up laterally to the presidency.
And I think that in some way, shape or form is going to be what they do.
They're going to suspend the elections.
They're going to trigger a false flag or they're going to trigger an assassination of Biden and call it a Russian assassination, which it's not.
But the Democrats are going to do that.
Now, they may remove him like you're describing, but I don't think they will.
I have a feeling and I've always had a feeling that they have to remove him in a dramatic way.
And it doesn't sound sane.
It doesn't sound American.
It doesn't sound in any way decent.
But we're dealing with un-American, indecent scumbags called Democrat, liberal leftists who don't care about anything in the Constitution.
They don't care that people are starving and running out of gas and losing all of their money.
The Democrats do not care about anything about this country.
They care about power.
They care about manipulating people.
They care about controlling people.
They use lies to do it.
The biggest lie is their climate change religion.
So we're dealing with a subhuman species.
The Democrat leftists.
Yes, some people have had Democrat relatives and Democrats in their blood, and they've been Democrats years ago, fine.
But the current knuckle-dragging monstrosity called the Democrat Party of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez or Kamala Harris or Barack Obama and all of these sophisticated barbaric lunatics This is a different species of political animal altogether.
And I don't think we should put anything past them.
They would do anything to keep on the power.
And I think they are going to suspend the November elections and some sort of martial law trigger, which could trigger a massive uprising and civil war in this country.
Do you think they're really going to get rid of the election entirely?
I don't think they can.
I don't think they can.
I think that the best that they can do is get him out, is get Joe Biden out.
I think that that's all they can do.
I think that they have lost so much that the contempt, the people, the American people feel such contempt for what they're doing.
Their policies are so disastrous, so absolutely disastrous that they, you know, I just, I just don't, I don't, I don't think they could suspend an election and get away with it.
The Supreme Court would, what would happen is all the states would, the state attorney generals would jump in and say, we have the right to hold elections.
And if they couldn't do it during COVID, they'd have to do it now.
They couldn't do it now either.
COVID was their one chance and they couldn't get away with it.
And even with COVID, they didn't win the elections.
Let me realize, even when Democrats did not pick up in 2020, Democrats did not gain one single House seat.
Not one single House seat flipped to the Democrats.
And now Rasmussen says that there's a 10 point lead for the GOP and I think an ABC, The Hill poll shows that there's an eight-point lead.
AP says there's an eight-point lead for the Republicans.
And if they tried to shut down the elections, they would not be able to.
They couldn't do it.
They would not be able to do it.
Well, I would hope not, Susan, but go ahead, Jim.
I was just going to say, I would like you to be right, Susan, but I'm afraid I'm siding with Scott on this.
I think that they have every intent of shutting down the election or of necessity, making sure it's all done by mail, by mail-in ballots, because they know- But it's all controlled by the states.
They had the chance to do that in COVID, and what happened is that the disaster of fraud, election fraud, Even the Democrats, like 40%, admit that it's election fraud.
The most that they can do is take out Trump.
Now the real question is whether or not you think that they will... Oh, here we go.
They may have already found it wrong.
You're always going to need to push yourself.
You're always going to need to parent yourself.
So what is the net advice on this?
What is the bottom line?
The bottom line is no one's coming.
No one.
No one's coming to push you.
No one's coming to tell you to turn the TV off.
No one's coming to tell you to get out the door and exercise.
Nobody's coming to tell you to apply for that job that you've always dreamt about.
Nobody's coming to write the business plan for you.
It's up to you.
And because you're only ever going to do the things that you feel like doing right now, or that feel good right now, unless you understand that you've got to parent yourself, you've got to push yourself, you're not going to make your dreams come true.
It's amazing how people have been raving about AyaLife all over Facebook.
They've been posting their testimonials just because they want to get the word out because it's worked so well for them.
If you're not familiar with AyaLife, it's a 99% pure CBD oil.
But the secret is the synergy between the hemp and the ayahuasca vine, the non-psychoactive component of the ayahuasca tea.
We recently received an email from a wife whose husband has Parkinson's.
For the first time, he's been able to sleep through the entire night.
Another customer reported that they're no longer using NSAIDs because their tennis elbow has been relieved with iAlife.
The reports have been phenomenal and much more than we ever expected.
Everyone should have access to this.
That's why if you head on over to iAlife.com right now and use coupon code TFR, we'll give you $5 towards your order.
And we'll even ship it worldwide.

A-Y-A.
For millennia, mankind has been searching for answers to the big questions such as, where did the universe come from? mankind has been searching for answers to the big questions Where did we come from?
Why are we here?
Are we alone?

I can't promise you answers and neither can the WU crew, but they invite you to join them Friday night at 7 p.m.

It's a way of life.
I am Stephen Hawking, and I am proud to be a wookie.
Real people, real radio.
Initiating the truth frequency.
This is Truth Frequency Radio. Truth Frequency
Radio. Truth Frequency Radio.
Well, Jim, why don't you pick it up from what you were saying before?
You're on mute, too.
Am I the only one not on mute?
Scott Bennett?
Well, until I hear someone jump in and correct me, I'm going to assume other people's computers are being spiked, being attacked by CIA, NSA goons or Mossad operatives or all of the above.
So what we're saying before about it, are the Democrats going to suspend the 2022 elections in November?
Susan's of the inclination that they will not or cannot.
And part of me agrees with her, of course.
Because of the blatant unconstitutionality.
Realize that the elections are held by the states.
And each state has, the elections are organized at the state level.
So there's no way, unless there's like a violent war, a violent insurrection, and I mean insurrection like a civil war, where one, and that would just suspend
Elections in a single state like in in in Arizona if there was like a war between the Mexicans the illegals and the citizens That would still allow the elections to go forward Okay in Arizona It would not affect North Dakota.
It would not affect Florida.
It would not affect Washington State or or Michigan What about their attempts to federalize it that Biden's been trying to do?
Well, Biden's going to fail.
Biden has failed at every single thing.
Well, on the constitutionality of it, Biden has not succeeded.
Well, I'm inclined based on the constitutional architecture and process.
The Supreme Court has ruled that the state constitutions shall dictate the terms of the elections.
And they have rejected federal, what is more questionable is whether they will try to stop Trump from running.
And that is, for some reason, you know, I don't understand.
The Democrats have no trouble with Joe Biden running for president.
They have no trouble with Hillary Clinton running for president.
Why do they have trouble with Trump running for president?
He's going to clean their clock, Susan.
He's going to clean their clock.
He's already done it twice.
They live in fear of him.
I've never seen a party so terrified of an opposition politician.
The Democrats are of Donald Trump.
I've never seen this either.
I can't believe it.
I'm like, what the hell is going on?
I mean, it's and they've got the White House.
They have the they have the most horrendous.
This is the worst president we have ever seen in the history of our country.
He's terrible.
No one else is even close, Susan.
No one else is even close.
I don't get it, but I don't get it.
They have showcased the mediocrity and failure of the Democrat Party.
Everything they do, they're fucking up.
Every single thing is turning.
It's like you give the kids the keys to the candy store and they've destroyed it.
Every single thing they touch, they destroy.
That's right.
They would have done better if they tried to have good government.
They got the wheel.
For a minute, they have the House and the Senate.
Well, Susan, the party has been bought lock, stock and barrel by George Soros.
the strength of their policies and making things, you know, showing, look, look what happens when we run the country.
Look at all these wonderful things that happen.
And nothing good is happening.
Nothing good is happening at all.
Well, Susan, the party has been bought lock, stock and barrel by George Soros.
If you look at the White House and assume George Soros is the acting president of the United States and it all falls into place It all makes sense.
Explain.
George Soros has had the wet dream of destroying America in his lifetime.
When Kamala Harris was picked, it wasn't by the DNC.
It was by George Soros' son acting on behalf of George Soros.
Kamala, totally unfit, a total airhead.
She's an idiot.
They needed her as insurance because it meant when they were putting in this incompetent guy, Biden, she wouldn't pose any threat.
She couldn't succeed him.
We'd have to tolerate Biden.
And they're using Biden, who isn't responsible for anything because he has no comprehension of what's going on, to take every measure they can.
Would you believe they're now introducing spyware into dollar bills?
If they can't get a digital currency, they're going to make it possible to track all the cash in America.
This is outrageous!
Outrageous!
And the World Economic Forum is now calling on everyone to give up their automobiles, to walk or share, that no one's entitled to have an automobile.
I mean, The insanity going across the globe is unbelievable, unparalleled, unprecedented.
Gotta tell ya, I gotta tell ya, they're determined to put China into power.
This is just, this is, um, oh God, you guys.
Oh my God.
Well, this is how they do it.
This is how they do it, is what you're seeing is Many other people said it, too, that the decomposition, the disintegration of the United States through, I mean, strangling our energy, shutting off all of our energy capability of producing ourselves, opening up the southern border and flooding it, which could get 10 times worse, getting rid of all of our weapons by sending them to Ukraine for black market sales in this futile engagement against Russia.
Which Russia has essentially conquered and will take control of, you know, three-fourths of the entire territory.
And their real animating agenda and religious fanaticism is this Green New Deal woke-ism of, you know, some sort of utopia where the rest of us see it as degradation, a junkyard, and a dystopia of mad people.
Insane, schizophrenic, delusional mad people.
That's the inevitable end result of the Democrat new world order, new woke-ism idea, religion, agenda, and political identity.
They're trying to morph and combine it all together.
They're doing it through big tech, censoring and stopping anyone from saying or showing anything contrary.
So, you know, this is the religious zealotry of, I mean, fanatics, not the logical political, democratic process of reasoning and policy and, well, what are we doing?
There's no responsibility or soundness anymore in the Democrat ranks.
There was in the 60s and the 70s and the 80s and even somewhat in the 90s, but it all began to completely, I don't know, just disintegrate or morphed together as one after 2000.
Barack Obama was the high priest of this degradation.
He was a symbolic representative of absolute degradation, as we know, with his man lover, Michael LaVon Robinson and all the other wickedness that he's been doing.
And he perpetuated the wickedness of the retard George Bush and Dick Cheney.
So I think this country has been turned over to a spirit of destruction and degradation since 2004.
Well, you know what?
Now, Trump is saying that if he gets back into power, He will, um, he will click, he will finally, he will really go after Susan, he's had four years to do all of that, and he did nothing but play defense.
I am done with Trump's popular happy words.
Yes, he's a good speech giver, he's a good campaigner, but when it comes to running the government with ass-kickers and hard-charging team guys who could have done things right, he completely failed on every single level.
Yeah, he built a wall.
Good.
I'm glad I supported him.
I went back to November in 2020 to help him.
He didn't implement any of the things that could have saved him.
He's done nothing.
This Fauci thing, this whole COVID-19 scandemic, it all came under his tent.
He's out there telling people to get the vaccine, get the vaccine.
Any smart people come back and go, wait a minute, we're not going to get the vaccine.
What the hell are you talking about?
So Trump is like a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways, and I'm seriously doubting if he's got the mental capacity to be a commander-in-chief and a political operative other than a campaigner.
I would put more faith, and I don't agree with everything he's said and done, but I would put more faith into Ron DeSantis.
Yes.
Because he's a technical guy.
Yes.
I don't want some asshole in the White House wearing nice suits and giving free speeches.
He's also more self-deprecating.
Yeah, he's more self-deprecating too.
He can laugh at himself.
Yes, and people accept that.
Let me just add a note of dissent here.
Trump made the economy robust.
He gave us energy independence.
He saw the lowest wage earners having their wages rise at the highest rate.
He shut off immigration.
He's got tremendous support right now from the Hispanic community, from the black community.
If they did not fear him, they would not be attacking him.
He's going to run with Ron DeSantis as his vice presidential.
And he knows the pitfalls and the hazards.
There's a gross underestimation of the extent to which he was cut off.
He would give orders, they would agree to them, and then once they got outside the Oval Office and say, we gotta figure out a way to work around it.
He was played.
He won't be played again.
I think you fail to appreciate what he has learned from his experience.
He's going to be tough as nails.
I continue to believe in Donald Trump.
Yeah, you know what?
You know what?
I gotta say I agree with Jim.
I mean, he put in the conservative judges.
No, I refuse to use the word conservative.
Constitutional judges.
Equal opportunity under the law for all peoples.
And it doesn't matter what your skin color is.
It means that small people like us have access to the law and the protections of the law, which is why Jim can have his case in the United States Supreme Court too.
And that is everything, whether you agree.
Listen, we do not have to agree with each other on every point or even 50 percent of the time.
The point is every single one of us has the right to freedom of speech and in nonviolent ways.
And that's what we're doing, that we're discussing ideas.
We learn, we pick up things from each other.
Sometimes we could you could listen to something I say that comes out of my mouth.
You say, oh, what the hell is that woman talking about?
That's okay.
I'm strong enough.
I can handle, I can, I can handle that.
Um, but please people, please.
I just, I just hope and pray that everything's going to be okay.
Well, you know, Susan, I agree with you and Jim, uh, on, on, on, uh, you know, Trump's level and I, I supported him and I liked him and I'd like to look any Republicans better than the Democrat.
So I I'd rather see Trump in there than, than, uh, Anyone else?
I would prefer DeSantis because I think he's more technically astute.
But DeSantis is running right now for the governor.
He's running for reelection in November.
He's going to have to run the state of Florida.
Remember that.
So if he comes in, we don't want to wreck the state of Florida either.
So coming in as vice president means that Trump can get all the way to 24.
To January 24, and with January 24, with DeSantis still in the governor's seat, and then can come in at 25, and that means that January 25, into the White House, and that gives Florida more time to get together another team as well, is what I'm trying to say.
And the more experience that DeSantis gets running running a government, issuing executive orders, figuring out how to solve these problems, means that he will be better presidential material as well.
Down the line, yeah, I think you can foresee what's going to happen.
Trump will get reelected, and then DeSantis will run two terms, and we might wind up with a decent, clean government at last.
It's going to take that long to do it.
Trump has already declared he's going to clean out that senior executive service using Schedule F. He's already declared it.
For that reason, there are an awful lot of bureaucrats who want him dead.
There are going to be multiple assassination attempts on Donald Trump.
Mark my words.
There have already been many, but he's got one of the best protective services in the world.
These are former New York City cops who know what the hell they're doing.
Yeah, that's right.
Well, he's also got Secret Service.
He's also got Secret Service.
A lot of the Secret Service are very enthusiastic about Trump, I agree, but remember, I mean, Bobby wouldn't even accept Secret Service protection because they'd set up his brother Jack.
Well, and look what happened to Bobby.
That was not very smart then, was it?
Well, you know, again, I come back to Trump's failure was he didn't have the right people around him anywhere.
And judging by what you see with Bolton, a complete sociopath.
Bolton and McMasters, yes.
Do you know, Susan, did I tell you I did a lot of research into these Russian chemical biological labs that were found?
They were U.S.
labs in Ukraine.
And H.R.
McMaster and James Mattis and Stanley McChrystal And a whole slew of other people, General Jones, Jeff Jones, who was instrumental in a lot of the election technology, IIO fraud that Pat Bergey and I were discovering in November.
Pat was a PSYOP guy.
You'd like him on your show one of these days.
But all these guys were part of Spirit of America, including Eric Olson, my old boss from Special Operations Command, who was trying to homosexualize the military and Central Command back then.
All of these guys are part of this group called Spirit of America.
I can't remember if I talked about this on your show or not, but Spirit of America is a 501C3 that was in Ukraine broadcasting propaganda to the eastern Ukraine area, anti-Russian propaganda.
It's like a CIA voice of America.
And all of these guys that were formerly on Trump's team are part of this organization, including Ambassador Taylor, the guy who testified against Trump in his impeachment about Ukraine.
All of these guys are embedded in the Ukrainian operation, and Trump had them very, very close to him.
So he's in Pompeo and Haley and all of these people that Trump had.
I mean, he may have been Robert Redford in the in the natural, you know, the best player, the best hitter, you know, the best president, Trump.
But he had the bad news bears, retard mongoloids all around him as his cabinet.
And that's inexcusable.
And I wrote him a memo in 2017, and I sent him the shell game stuff, and I thought, my God, be smart.
Get a team of ass-kickers.
Get a Dirty Dozen team up there, some military guys, to help clean out these agencies through the Inspector General czar.
Get an Inspector General czar, and that'll go through every other Inspector General of every agency.
I know this because I worked in government.
Trump never did.
It was like he's up there.
He doesn't know what lever to push and what button to push.
Yeah, he's got some grandiose big scheme, big sky ideas.
And I agree with all of them with regards to energy and the profit of America and taxpayers and business and all the good stuff.
We all like the big sky stuff.
But then he starts being pushed and doing bad, stupid stuff like pulling out of the JCP away.
Bad decision, stupid decision by stupid people.
I was in Iran at the time.
That was a deal he could have rewritten and put in his own folder.
And suddenly he had another night North Korea moment.
Instead, he listens to the Jewish Zionist neocon Adelson and Munchkin and Segal Mandelker and these other Zionists in his own cabinet.
And he pulls out of the deal and he puts sanctions on Iran and he stops all of us from going back to Iran as part of a follow-up conference.
That's a stupid thing to do.
You have the best diplomatic corps that are doing more for American relations with Iran than ever before.
And that was purposely scuttled by the Jewish-Zionist element in the Treasury, in State Department, That was done under Trump's watch.
Then this whole Ukrainian fiasco.
He's sending weapons to Ukraine instead of saying, no, be independent, be neutral, be smart.
But he didn't say that.
He got on his big ego bravado.
Well, we're sending them more weapons and I'm sending them lethal stuff.
I thought, you dumbass, you're going to cause this problem.
And look what happened.
The Russians, who you will not beat, who are exceptionally professional and have superior weapon technology—and everybody we've talked to who's over there or analyzes them will agree, Scott Ritter and others—they have now been forced to do a counteraction against these Nazis, these right-wing, Azov battalion, fanatical Nazis that are covered from head to toe in swastika tattoos.
That's who we back, Mr. Trump!
That's who Obama and Biden were backing, and Hunter Biden, and Metabiota, and Rosemont Seneca, and all these biochemical labs that were producing animal-to-human transmission and weaponizing biowar against the Slavic DNA.
That went to Fort Detrick!
And the CDC and all these agencies and people were involved.
It goes to Fort Detrick and then where did it go?
It went to Wuhan.
And what came out of Wuhan?
Not a bat soup disease, something that they were developing in Ukraine.
So all this stuff has happened during Trump's presidency.
He allowed it to happen by not stepping in and fixing this and stopping this.
And, you know, it's a tragedy.
The foreign policy that he's done, I think, is a complete tragedy.
I can't say anything smart that he's done.
Pissing off Russia, participating in this whole Russian hoax.
Remember, Obama pulled out all of the, you know, ended all the Russian consulates and stuff like that.
Trump could have manned up and said, no, no, no, we're not going down this way.
We're going a new way.
Instead, he was playing A junior varsity.
He's trying to be friendly to the Democrats.
He's trying to carve out a neutral party.
Well, he was trying to be friendly to the neocons.
He was trying to be friendly to Bolton and McMasters.
And I got to tell you guys, right at the very beginning, and I got to beef with all these people.
At the very beginning, the Trump supporters were hard on Mike Flynn.
They were so angry that Mike Flynn, because Mike Flynn was not pro-Iran.
And I was like, fuck that.
Nobody's pro-Iran.
There may be a few, but if you get anybody in there who's not a neocon, you should kiss the sky.
Because the foreign affairs world is dominated by the neocon warriors, warmongers, and neoliberal warmongers who want these.
No matter how many times they fail in Libya and Yemen and Ukraine and Iraq and da-da-da, Syria, they're just always happy.
There's no war that they don't want.
They've never met a war they didn't like.
And now look at Ukraine.
What a disaster that is.
So, you know, but I remember saying, do not attack Mike Flynn.
Don't attack Mike Flynn.
Stop this right now.
And they're like, we're going to attack him.
I was like, well, now you got it.
Now you've got McMaster and Bolton.
Congratulations.
Well, Scott and I have both been to Iran or strongly pro-Iran.
Iran is one of the greatest, most peace-loving nations in the entire world.
I mean, it's unbelievable.
In the history of Iran, they've never launched a war of aggression.
Against any other state, at least since 1775, prior to the founding of the United States, Iran has not launched a war of aggression against any other state.
Would that could be said of the United States?
Except Iraq.
Oh, that was defensive, Susan.
That was a war.
That was a defensive war, though.
The U.S.
was pushing.
The U.S.
was pushing that war against Iran.
But they did fight it.
So, I mean, let's not pretend that Iraq is not.
Let's go back.
No, I would agree with.
They have the right to self-defense, Susan.
Give me a break for crying out loud.
They have the right to self-defense.
There were a million lives lost on both sides in the Iraq war, precipitated by the United States.
We encouraged Saddam to attack Iran.
It was outrageous.
And remember in 1953, when Mossadegh had been elected, and there's a long history of Iraq's being abused by the British and the colonial systems and stuff like that.
But in 1953, Mosaddegh had been elected, but they were trying to goad him into cracking down on the people.
They were trying to create insurrections and color revolutions, if you will, back then, and he wouldn't take the bait.
He wouldn't send out his troops to crack down on the people until he was given false reports by the British U.S.
intel agency people that were there that, quote, Oh, the Iranian people are rising up and killing the Christians in Iran.
The Shah was a bastard.
No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.
You're skipping.
Let me.
That comes later.
But what I'm talking about is Mosaddegh in 1953, when he was told Christians in Iran were being persecuted and killed, he rose up to their defense.
And he sent out the troops to save the Christians that were being killed that weren't being killed.
It was all a false flag.
And that's what was caught on tape.
He's sending out the troops against his own people and the whole thing whipped into a frenzy.
But it was not because he was going into a crazy mode.
It was because he was reacting to save the Christians that he was lied to and said were being killed.
That's a very significant point that shows you the mindset.
Then you had the Shah, you're right, the bastard of all bastards, the torture and all the rest of that stuff.
They overthrew him in '79 and everything has been chaotic since, but they are a very reasonable, peaceful people in society and culture.
And they're very family oriented.
They're very morally oriented.

I was walking amongst people in Tehran and Mashhad, as was Mike Maloof and Phil Giraldi and all sorts of other people that were there.
Never did we have a problem with anyone anywhere.
And we met some top-level people.
I met General Soleimani's daughter.
And I found them to be very, very likable and rational people.
So this whole demonization or vilification of Iran is all part of a psychological war against the West that the Mossad Jewish Zionist elements.
