Time Text
This is Jim Fetzer, Madison, Wisconsin.
Joe Olson missing in action.
We hope he'll join us later, but I'm delighted to have Holly Seliger here from an undisclosed location somewhere near Maine.
We're here to give you the update on all the news you need to know, of course.
The original report said 14 students, one teacher dead at a shooting in Texas.
The numbers have been all over the place.
They've gone up.
They've gone down.
They said the shooter was captured alive.
They said the shooter was dead.
The Texas governor is weighed in.
We have a lot of odd things going on here.
In live event, the story was being reported.
School district police say the shooter, a U.S.
citizen who graduated from local high school, acted alone.
The students were second, third, and fourth grade.
Then a border patrol agent responded to the shooting and is even credited with having shot him.
The governor made a statement about Texans are grieving for the victims of this senseless crime.
Cecilia and I mourn this horrific loss, urge all Texans to come together to show our unwavering support to all who are suffering.
Meanwhile, victims are confirmed to be at local hospital.
Information at this time is that active shooter is in custody.
Notice, is in custody, not dead in custody.
Parents now clear to report the reunification to pick up their kids.
They've been transported.
Meanwhile, a CBS outlet claim a 66-year-old woman is in critical condition.
The Texas governor identified the shooter as 18-year-old Salvador Ramos.
He said, now responding, police shot and killed the active shooter.
So how does that up with the shooter being in custody?
Maybe they meant their body?
No, it's clear they were doing this, playing this by ear as they go along.
Here's a news report about it, just to see how it was being covered nationally.
And now we want to bring you up to date on the latest toll on that devastating news out of Texas.
21 people are dead, including 19 children, in an elementary school shooting.
The 18-year-old gunman was killed by a border control agent on the scene.
And this shooting marks the deadliest elementary school shooting since 2012, when 20 children were killed at Sandy Hook Elementary in Connecticut.
President Biden expressed frustration with the current state of the U.S.
gun lobby following that shooting.
As a nation, we have to ask, when in God's name are we going to stand up to the gun lobby?
When in God's name will we do what we all know in our gut needs to be done?
It's been 3,448 days, 10 years since I stood up at a high school in Connecticut, a grade school in Connecticut, where another government massacred 26 people, including where another government massacred 26 people, including 20 first graders at Sandy Hook Elementary School.
Since then, there have been over 900 incidents of gunfire reported on school grounds.
We also heard, speaking of Connecticut, from Senator Chris Murphy, who gave an impassioned speech in the Senate on this late yesterday.
We should mention Texas Governor Greg Abbott and Senators Ted Cruz and John Cornyn still expected to speak at the National Rifle Association's annual convention in Houston on Friday.
Jared, full disclosure for our viewers, you know, we're obviously a financial news network, right?
This is not always the kind of stuff that we cover, but at a time like this, when you have an incident that, you know, that is just so devastating, and we have seen 10 years since Sandy Hook, we just felt like we had to bring viewers the latest and talk about it.
Yes, we do.
It's an unspeakable tragedy, and we were talking offline.
We talked a lot about this this morning, and the trend has been in the unfortunate direction for these shootings, these mass shootings, especially in schools.
And an alarming statistic that you found and brought to my attention, Julie, was that school shootings actually killed more children every year than car crashes.
Yeah, well, not school shooting specifically, but firearm deaths generally, yes.
And the trend, yes, cars are safer now, but the trend is definitely in the wrong direction for firearms.
So, we just have to acknowledge that for our viewers.
Yeah, this was some information that came to us from the University of Michigan, which has a research center there on firearm deaths.
And these figures were for 2020 specifically, I believe.
That they were looking at motor vehicle crashes.
This is for children ages 1 through 19 and it looks at the commensurate funding into research for each of these areas as well.
Yes, it needs to be done.
It needs to be addressed and hopefully that it will be and in a productive manner without putting things off as tends to be the case in these matters.
- Yes, as has been the case for far too long. - Well, Holly, give me your thoughts about that.
I mean, Biden couldn't even know whether it was a high school or what, didn't even know the year.
I mean, it was ridiculous he inept on Biden, but then the way they played the statistics was ridiculous as well.
It told you the interval, like 2007 to 2018, and then it was all, Automobile crashes and there were overwhelmingly more than, you know, firearms events on school grounds.
I mean, this is really more and more propaganda.
Your thoughts?
Well, as the journalist had to correct himself, it was also from You know, gang violence and random bullets being shot into people's houses and domestic disputes and all kinds of stuff that happens with firearms.
It's not school shootings.
They were trying to pose it as more children were dying from school shootings and then vehicle accidents, which is just bizarre on the face of it.
And I tried watching Biden's press release, which he was like, You know, like almost a half hour late, too, of course.
And he it was just so bad, you know, his acting and everything was just so bad.
And, you know, when in God's name are we going to do something?
And just the same old stuff that he's I mean, he's built his whole career on this, like the assault weapons ban and everything like that.
And the CNN last night was saying, oh, you know, that was like his biggest regret or his biggest failure that he didn't pass more gun control measures as vice president or when he was in Congress.
And you would hear if this happened during the Trump administration, they would have said this is Trump's America.
This is Trump's violent, hateful rhetoric.
You know, attack rhetoric that went after people and is causing people to go crazy.
But under Biden, it's just like, oh, well, what are we going to do?
We need more restrictions on the Second Amendment.
This is ultra Biden right here.
This is his bread and butter is having these sorts of events happen under his watch.
So they have the reason to fundraise.
They have the reason to stir up their base, as we've talked about with a few recent events here.
This is like the perfect for Democrats, they can fundraise so much money, millions of dollars are going to pour into these democratic candidate races now because it's going to be people who want to put in the assault weapons ban again.
And so when I first heard This news clip what happened yesterday I thought of you I thought of your case.
And I also thought of a case that Scott Bennett had recently brought up, which was talking about how California struck down a law on banning guns to individuals who are under 21.
So I could foresee that being appealed to the Supreme Court.
And so I already see the rhetoric in the mainstream news saying, how can an 18 year old, isn't it crazy?
I think even Biden said it.
An 18 year old on his birthday buying assault weapons.
We must do something.
So they're trying to build this story.
As well.
And of course, the word assault weapon doesn't apply here because these are semi automatic or semi automatic.
Assault weapons are automatic.
These are not weapons of war.
They're the most versatile, lightweight, all-around weapon you can possibly have.
Highly accurate, easy to use.
Really, for multiple purposes, it's a perfect weapon.
And Holley, they never talk about The defensive use of guns, which occurs millions of times a year.
The latest statistics I have, defensive use of guns by victims of crimes who typically don't even have to fire them, but just possessing them scares off.
The attacker has saved 200,000 lives every year.
When do you hear that from the mainstream media?
Saving 200,000 lives per year.
So even if you took the specious statistics, they're not contrasting the alleged 20,000 that died over this many-year period with the 200,000 that are saved every single year, Holly.
It's embarrassingly bad.
Yeah, I just want to say real quick that I had, when I was in Michigan I'd heard a story of a woman who had her child in a baby carriage and I believe someone tried to, you know, kidnap her baby or assault her, and she was actually, you know, legally carrying and she Yeah, the Democrats won't let it because ideologically it's impure.
And I thought that that should have made headlines everywhere.
She saved herself and saved her baby, but it only made the local news.
I was like, this should be everywhere.
So you're absolutely right, Jim.
Yeah, the Democrats won't let it because ideologically it's impure.
It doesn't fit their agenda.
Now, Laura Ingraham and Tucker Carlson were both incensed by what Biden did here in politicizing this event.
Here's what Laura had to say.
So as we saw tonight, and details all day long, a horrible, unspeakable tragedy occurred today in Texas.
Every mother, every father, every American with a heart and an ounce of compassion can feel at least a small sliver of the heartache of all of those that died and their families, adults, children in Uvalde, Texas.
Now, a crazed 18-year-old killer with a firearm went to this school for the sole purpose of killing.
And he did.
And the community, the families, they'll never be the same again.
Never.
We're just beginning to learn about the alleged killer who himself was killed by a Border Patrol agent that Bill just talked about.
This alleged killer, Salvador Ramos, killed his own grandmother on the way to the school.
This is how depraved he was, or how depraved he became.
So in the coming days, we're going to learn more about the heroes inside the school, the innocent little victims, and now two adults also.
Their last moments were undoubtedly filled with terror, with disbelief that this was actually happening to them.
And also we'll hear about the first responders who rushed in.
We heard Bill talk about those three who stacked in their motion to go in and try to save lives.
But before we learned pretty much any of that, President Biden rushed in.
As a nation, we have to ask, when in God's name are we going to stand up to the gun lobby?
When in God's name we do what we all know in our gut needs to be done?
I am sick and tired of it.
We have to act.
Now, I want to be very, very clear tonight.
President Biden appeared on camera tonight for less than eight minutes, not because he believed that his words would comfort the families or the friends of the victims, not because he believed that he would calm what are obviously frayed nerves of a worried nation, parents who are worried.
And he didn't do it to unite America in this time of grief.
No, he did not.
He spoke tonight because politics is selfish.
Because in today's twisted world, it's considered perfectly appropriate to exploit the massacre of innocent little kids in order to try to turn around your own sagging poll numbers.
Today, Reuters' Ipsos has Biden at the lowest approval of his presidency, 36%.
So this attempt at political resuscitation on Biden's part?
It's despicable.
But it's altogether predictable, isn't it?
The White House has tried this many times before, and it's failed.
They tried to use the Russian invasion of Ukraine to prop him up as a credible commander-in-chief.
They tried to use the leak of the draft Roe decision at the Supreme Court to rally his base.
And they've tried all along to use race or January 6th to divide Americans and boost his own standing.
None of it worked.
In the month of April alone, 51 were shot and killed in Chicago.
We've talked about this a lot lately on The Angle.
And that's where a liberal mayor has presided for as long as I can remember.
And so far this year, by the way, 218 people have been killed in Chicago.
Have you heard Biden give an impassioned address about any of that?
He doesn't speak about this.
No Democrat really does.
Not even Lori Lightfoot.
Not much.
Now we know why.
Because those victims, they're able to go nameless and faceless because the elites kind of find their deaths irrelevant.
Because those deaths cannot be used, at least they think they can't be used, or it wouldn't be efficient to use them for political benefit.
But we actually believe those victims' lives matter.
Like Dakota Early, who is still recovering at age 23 in an ICU in a hospital from his grievous wounds after he was left dead.
He was ambushed, remember, for his cell phone two weeks ago in Chicago.
He was shot three times at close range and still managed to identify his alleged killer in a lineup.
So after all this horrific news, I will still say this.
Americans know a phony when they see one.
And any politicians, I don't care if you're Republican, Democrat, or somewhere in between, and you're seeking to use what happened today to help yourself?
You should be ashamed of yourself.
We have a political process in our country.
If you want to change the law, if you want to change the Constitution, go ahead and get the votes and change the law or amend the Constitution.
If you can do that, you will find success in whatever your goals are.
But if you can't do that, don't come to the nation at a time of tragedy and try to shame the rest of us, because we know what time it is.
We know what's really going on.
Let me add that the Texas Attorney General had an answer to the question, "Let's do what needs to be done." Get this, Holly.
Very appropriate.
He says school employees need training to stop shooting.
Texas Attorney Ken Peston said schools should train employees in defense skills to help thwart mass shooting attempts.
He spoke after an 18-year-old gunman—reportedly, mind you, this is, I'm convinced, totally fake—killed 19 kids and two teachers at an elementary school.
Look, We just spent $40 billion on Ukraine to help protect another nation.
Seems the least we could do is fund a police officer or a program, because there are thousands and thousands of schools in this country and program-trained people in the schools.
So when this happens, and it will happen again, we know it's going to happen, let's do everything we can to prevent it from turning to the situation we just had yesterday.
Paxson, who just held off a GOP primary challenge Tuesday night, reported when he served in the Texas Legislature, the body funded a program that allowed school districts to decide if they wanted to teach teachers and others in the school how to defend themselves.
I think that program is essential, because law enforcement cannot react quick enough to stop these things every time.
We're going to need people on the ground, whether they're trained police officers or trained in the school, so reaction time is much quicker.
Asked about critics who don't want school guards and teachers armed.
He said the politics shouldn't matter.
What should matter is what's going to work, what's going to protect 19 children and teachers from being dead within minutes of a gunman walking in.
He He admitted that efforts are going to be challenging.
We need to find ways to limit access so there aren't multiple points of entry.
If someone has a gun, they're going to get through only one point of access.
You have either a police officer or there are others trying to react in moments of crisis like this.
We're not going to prevent bad people from existing or going crazy.
They know they can be successful, however, because almost everyone who tries it, it seems they have the opportunity to be a success.
Paxson was endorsed by former President Trump, defeated George P. Bush, the nephew of former President W. and son of former GOP Governor Jeb Bush in Tuesday's Attorney General primary, which I judge to be a good thing.
Holly, your thoughts?
Well, I saw this when I was on a school board.
They were constantly adding safety measures where they were talking about having extra locks on the doors, having electronic security systems.
Security cameras, having armed resource officers there, fences surrounding the schools, having several layers of bulletproof glass, just keeping the kids completely on lockdown during school hours, as in all doors are locked, electronically locked.
Kids used to be able to leave during lunch and be able to go get lunch outside, you know, during school hours and whatnot.
They got rid of that.
So kids had to be locked down during all school hours, all under The guys that this was because, you know, they wanted to prevent mass shootings in schools.
Well, apparently none of that has worked.
Honestly, if a teacher wants to, you know, legally possess a firearm, it's okay with the school district or whatever for them to carry.
They want to get trained in that or at least some sort of self-defense because they hold drills all the time with kids being like, you know, get under the desk, shut the door and kiss your butt goodbye, but they won't offer any sort of self-defense or requirement for teachers, et cetera.
Also, this is just another example and reason why parents are probably pulling their kids out of school.
We've seen a mass exodus out of public schools.
Public school system is continuing and will continue to collapse just from what they've been able to do as far as locking down kids for hours, the mask mandates, the horrible test results that kids are getting accepted into college with remedial math and English, the horrible test results that kids are getting accepted into college with remedial So this is another reason to get kids out of school, frankly, if this is what's really going on.
And Holly, it's been said the way to stop a bad man with a gun is a good man with a gun.
At the very least, stationing a police officer in stools, if you take all these shootings that were real, and the overwhelming majority, if not all, are fake, where nobody actually dies.
And that's most certainly true of Sandy Hook.
It's most certainly true of Parkland.
It's most certainly true of other mass shootings, whether it's a grocery store in Boulder, Colorado, or the one in Buffalo, New York.
They're totally fake.
They've become very amateurish.
What the Democrats think they can do here to rally their base is beyond me, because Biden is coming across as increasingly hysterical, ideological, unconcerned about the real issues, lacking in compassion.
Don't you think the Democrats are actually defeating themselves by aggressively pursuing this very stupid gun control agenda?
Well, I knew exactly, you know, as soon as they said, oh, Biden's going to address the nation, you know, he can't address the nation about the baby food shortages or anything.
It takes weeks or months.
You know, they shut down Abbott Labs way back in February.
He's still not mentioning anything about that.
They won't send Kamala Harris down to the border.
There's so many things that they'll ignore for months on end.
But he can, you know, get off a plane from East Asia.
And address the nation and basically do a stump speech, like you said, for the Democrats.
I knew exactly what he was going to say.
It was about, you know, the assault weapons going after the gun lobbies and acting like none of this is in the Constitution and none of this really matters.
It's just another way for them to try to desperately fundraise.
I think Biden's lost support within his own party and they know they're trying to get him out.
So I think this is another way for him to at least fundraise, you know, whoever Biden is.
Yes, yes, yes.
I think it's going to backfire.
I think he may even lose more Democrats than he gains by this.
Meanwhile, Henry Kissinger, this is remarkable to me, says Ukraine must give up land to Russia, warns the West not to seek to humiliate Putin with a defeat.
This is very, very interesting.
Henry Kissinger said Ukraine must be prepared to give up territory to Russian peace talks.
He warned of the risk of escalation unless peace negotiations start in the next few months.
Ukraine rejected the suggestion it should give up territory.
Henry Kissinger said Ukraine must concede territory to end the war, warning the West's humiliating defeat for Russia could result in wider destabilization, I would say, if Russia believes its national security is at stake.
World War III.
The statesman, now 98, made the comments during a conference at the World Economic Forum in Davos on Monday.
He was the architect of the detente with China under the Nixon administration, among the world's foremost advocates of realpolitik, in which nations put morals and principles aside to achieve their aims.
Negotiation needs to begin in the next two months before it creates upheavals and tensions that will not be easily overcome.
Ideally, the dividing line should return to the status quo ante.
Pursuing the war beyond that point would not be about the freedom of Ukraine, but a new war against Russia itself.
Status quo ante means how things were before.
They imply Ukraine should accept a peace deal to restore the situation before February 24th when Russia intervened in Ukraine.
Ukraine individuals, however, oppose the idea they should give up any territory.
Zelensky is saying Ukraine would only accept Russia giving up all claim to land in Ukraine Staging a total withdrawal?
I'm even getting reports he's claiming they want to retake Crimea.
Fat chance of that.
Kissinger's comments echo an editorial in the New York Times of last week, arguing Ukraine should accept it will have to make territorial concessions for peace.
The article prompted a rebuttal from Mikhailo Polyak, an advisor to Zelensky, who is involved.
Today, any concession to Russia is not a path to peace, but a war postponed for several years.
Ukraine trades neither its sovereignty nor territories in Ukrainians living on them.
It's a pity to have to explain such simple things to such reputable media as the New York Times.
In a post Tuesday mentioned, the idea was being discussed at Davos.
There's talk on the World Economic Forum whether it's time for a ceasefire to agree with the Kremlin or return to business.
A new blindness virus?
Ukraine does not trade its sovereignty for someone to fill their wallet.
The shortest way to end the war?
Weapons, money, embargo.
Kissinger said in his remarks, Russia had been an essential part of Europe for 400 years, helping balance the power structure at crucial times.
He argued the West should not risk pushing Russia into closer alliance with China.
Too late.
I hope the Ukrainians will match the heroism they've shown with wisdom.
In recent months, cracks have been showing in the Western alliance against Russia's aggression, with isolationist Republican lawmakers opposing a $40 billion aid package to Ukraine, and Hungary stymied European Union attempts to blockade Russian oil.
As inflation creeps up, public opposition to the war may also increase.
Holly, your thoughts?
Well, I've got a couple of thoughts on this because I've kind of wondered about several areas as far as like the BRICS and the New Silk Road.
So I think there is a big transition of powers from Kissinger and people who are, you know, in the elite who have like these long-term plans of basically they're done with the West and the Western model.
They're moving a lot of their money and resources And economic centers to a more eastern region, I think it's connected in with the BRICS, the new Silk Road, the new Belton Road initiative, and Kissinger's hands are all over this.
It has been for decades.
So the Rothschilds a couple years ago, Nathaniel Rothschild, actually, this was just in 2021.
He was investing heavily in an area called the Ecopolis in Kharkiv.
Where they wanted to build a new Silicon Valley over there.
So there's been a lot of investment in Ukraine on that front.
And Zelensky actually said a few months ago, there's an article from Al Jazeera saying Zelensky wants Ukraine to become a big Israel.
So I think there's going to be a buying and perhaps even a split of Ukraine into these different areas, maybe as part of like a, you know, a peace agreement, similar to like the pale of the settlement under the ancient Russian Empire was kind of split up a lot of this area in Poland, Russia, Ukraine, Lithuania, Belarus, Moldova.
So I think we're seeing that as well.
And then Putin has said that Crimea is as a sacred area to Russians similar he said it was similar to like the Temple Mount like the Black Sea and Crimea.
Crimea is sacred to the people of Russia as the Temple Mount in Jerusalem is to Jews and Muslims and he said that in 2014.
I think this is an economic shift, monetary.
It's a religious shift, cultural shift.
So, I think we probably will see a split up.
I mean, obviously, Zelensky is not winning this.
Ukraine isn't winning this.
So, it's more of a divide sort of tactic at this point.
Yeah, I do agree.
Russia is systematically dismantling the Ukrainian military forces.
Meanwhile, World War III.
The stage is being set for the U.S.
to go to war with China and Russia simultaneously from Investors Watch blog.
You'd have to be out of your mind to fight war with China and Russia at the same time.
Unfortunately, the guy in the White House actually fits that description.
He's been a hothead throughout his career, but now he's a hothead in an advanced state of mental decline.
As I've warned for over a year, he's surrounded by the worst foreign policy team in U.S.
history, which is saying something.
Biden and his team make one colossal mistake after another.
Now we're on a path that could have us fighting major wars with both China and Russia at the same time.
If there were ever a time to invoke the 25th Amendment, it is now.
If we begin shooting at the Chinese and the Russians, the unthinkable will actually become reality.
There will be no do-overs, no going back to the way life was before.
During a press conference in Japan, Biden has asked if he would use the U.S.
military to defend Taiwan if China were to invade.
And he said, very quickly, you don't want to get involved in Ukraine military conflict for obvious reasons.
Are you willing to get involved militarily to defend Taiwan if it comes to that, a reporter as a president?
Yes, Biden replied.
You are the reporter press?
That's the commitment we made.
As he made these comments, Biden seemed dazed and confused, as if he were in some sort of mental fog at the time.
Immediately after the press conference, administration officials attempted to walk his remarks back.
They said he'd misspoke, there'd been no change in policy, or the damage had already been done.
The Chinese were furious.
A spokesman for the Chinese Foreign Minister reported by saying there is no room for compromise when it comes to Taiwan on issues concerning China's sovereignty and territorial integrity.
There is no room for compromise.
We urge the U.S.
to earnestly follow the one-China principle.
Be cautious in words and deeds on the Taiwan issue.
Don't send any wrong signal to pro-Taiwan independent and separatist forces so it won't cause serious damage to the situation across the Taiwan Strait in China-U.S.
relations.
China has always considered Taiwan Chinese territory.
In recent weeks, there have been rumblings the Chinese are preparing to invade.
Here's an example.
Officials from the Chinese Finance Ministry and Central Bank on April 22 met with representatives of dozens of banks, including HSBC, to discuss what Beijing could do in the event of the imposition of severe sanctions on China.
The finance ministry noted in the words of the Financial Times, all large foreign and domestic banks operating in China were present.
Obviously, they're worried about what happened to Russia for invading Ukraine, anticipating the same could happen to them for retaking Taiwan.
Participants conclude Beijing could not protect foreign assets, but the holding of an emergency meeting is ominous.
Chinese officials have seen the effect of sanctions imposed on Russia after a special military operation in Ukraine was launched.
Hoping to whether any such measure applied to themselves, I anticipate because they want to take Taiwan.
Why would they hold such an emergency meeting?
The answer is obvious.
The only reason the U.S.
would impose the same sort of sanction on China as it has on Russia would be if China were to invade Taiwan.
As I previously detailed, the Chinese have been sending military aircraft into Taiwan's air defense identification zone on a constant basis for months now.
All sorts of reports and rumors, Chinese military is actively preparing for an invasion.
So that is why Biden is being asked about a potential invasion.
Everyone recognizes such a scenario is a distinct possibility.
Once China invades, the U.S.
and China will immediately be in a state of war.
In fact, that was recently posted on Fox, suggesting a Chinese may actually launch a first strike against U.S.
military assets if it decides to launch an invasion of Taiwan.
Get this.
For China to seize Taiwan, its first game air superior and then knock out Taiwan's Navy.
And unlike Russia's invasion of non-NATO ally Ukraine, China must assume from the start that America and Japan will swiftly come to Taiwan's aid, meaning China will launch a first strike on American and Japanese naval and air assets.
Thus, unless successfully detoured, a Chinese invasion in Taiwan is likely to be a high intensity if ever in the first hour The American ship's submarines and air bases are targeted by hundreds of Chinese missiles, regardless of whether America formally returns to strategic ambiguity or even abandons Taiwan, as some suggest.
Personally, I don't believe the Chinese would risk such an attack, writes the author.
Instead, I believe they would hit Taiwan with overwhelming force.
Hope Biden would merely respond with sanctions.
Switching gears, both sides continue to escalate the war in Ukraine.
Sunday, we learned the U.S.
is actually considering sending troops into Ukraine.
This is lunatic!
Plans to send U.S.
forces into Ukraine to guard the recently reopened embassy in Kiev are underway at a relatively low level, said General Mark Milley, chairman of the Joint Chiefs.
The Wall Street Journal reported officials are mulling plans to send special forces to Kiev to guard the U.S.
embassy.
The effort is a delicate one, requiring balancing the safety of American diplomats while avoiding what Russia could see as an escalation.
That is not a good idea.
But rational people are not running our foreign policy at this point.
If rational people were making these decisions, we would not have already committed $54 billion to this conflict in Ukraine.
That's about nine times larger than what Ukraine spends on their entire military for an entire year.
Just absolutely stunning.
Holly, I think he's got it right.
Rational agents are not in charge of American foreign policy, which, in my opinion, spells a future disaster.
And I think it will be coming sooner than later.
Your thoughts?
Well, I can't really come to any other conclusion other than the fact that this is the attempted manufactured collapse of the United States and of the West.
I think that's why Biden is in power.
He was placed into power.
We know he wasn't democratically elected by any stretch of the imagination.
American people don't want him.
The polls that come out say, you know, of his support are dismal at best and they're sugarcoated to the fact that no one voted for him.
No one wants to even discuss that.
So his regime is meant to destroy the United States.
I can't come to any other conclusion than that at this point.
It would be absolutely devastating and a rash and a Certainly a destruction of the United States if we went to war with Russia and China.
That's absolutely ridiculous to even have to consider something like that.
And I do believe President Trump had said in the past that China would be taking back Taiwan.
He's been saying that for a while, I do believe.
There has been talk about that for a while.
Russia and China obviously are working by the art of war.
They're not getting stirred up by Biden, thank God.
We basically have to be apologizing for everything that comes out of Biden's mouth at this point, begging other countries not to retaliate for what we're doing, whether you're talking about what happened in Ukraine or the Middle East or what we're doing to provoke China and Russia on the regular at this point through several different proxy wars.
We're fighting battles in Africa right now with China right now, as far as trying to steal natural resources from people in Africa.
No one wants to talk about Biden bombing Somalia and all these different other proxy wars, which the United States is involved with.
So we're just lucky, honestly, that these countries haven't retaliated for what the United States has been doing.
We're delighted to be joined by Joe Olson, even if on a delayed basis.
Joe, we're just reviewing that China may seek to retake Taiwan and that Biden blundered by saying the U.S.
would defend Taiwan.
I believe that when the U.S.
is preoccupied with Ukraine, it's a perfect time for China to retake Taiwan with overwhelming force and expect the retaliation from the West and especially the U.S.
Will be nothing more than sanctions, which is why they've just held an emergency meeting with all the banks in China about how to deal if there were sanctions to be imposed.
your thoughts.
Joe, can you hear me?
Yes, yes.
I didn't know who else was in the meeting.
Yeah, I just, I got here late.
I had an assignment I had to get out.
I just heard an interview with Scott Ritter, and he said that the conflict between Taiwan and China is really overblown, that the Chinese people recognize that they're part of China and that China recognizes it as a gigantic aircraft carrier sitting that the Chinese people recognize that they're part of China and that China So it's a threat to their sovereignty.
And the people in Taiwan have a far greater affinity to the people in China than they do to us.
They want to just be the new Singapore.
But that was prior to the Singapore lockdown.
So I don't know how well that's happening.
But what he said in previous events is that the Taiwanese, whenever there was a crisis, they would shift their funds from Taiwan to Chinese banks.
So he said there's a lot more of a symbiotic relationship between those two than we're crediting.
And the takeover might not be as hostile as we keep trying to trump it up to be.
So bottom line is we've got a set of dominoes that don't look like they're going to fall the way they want.
But taking out Iran has been a 2600 year wet dream for the tribe that likes to do child sacrifices and they're still pissed that the Persians came in in 586 BC and burnt down their child sacrifice synagogue.
So that's why they've had this vendetta against them like forever.
It's an insane group of people operated by an insane, hateful, Mindset.
Anyhow.
Wonderful, wonderful comments.
Yeah, we're delighted you're joining us.
Meanwhile, Mayor Pete admits a huge problem with a baby formula shortage.
A lot of blame has been thrown around over this weekend.
The Secretary of Transportation, Pete Buttigieg, placed the blame in the lap of laboratories.
Appearing on Face the Nation Sunday, he said the situation was caused because a company was not able to guarantee that its plant was safe.
A host, Margaret Brennan, fired back, saying it's the federal government's job as regulators to ensure the safety of the plant.
Buttigieg replied, as regulators, yes, but let's be very clear.
This is a capitalist country.
The government does not make baby formula, nor should it.
Companies make formula.
One of those, a company which, by the way, seems to have a 40% market share, messed up and is unable to confirm that the plant is safe and free of contamination.
The Abbott plant in Sturgis, Michigan, was shut down by the FDA back in February due to finding Chronobacter, a bacteria in four different infants who consumed baby formula produced at the plant where two of them died.
An investigation into the incident, while it's reported here as ongoing, has shown that the baby food had nothing to do with it.
Abbott countered what the White House had been saying.
They posted a tweet where they wrote a comprehensive investigation by Abbott.
FDA and CDC found no evidence that our formula caused infant illness.
They also wrote the bacteria in question was only found in non-product contact areas of the facility.
Moreover, Genetic sequencing on the two available samples from the ill infants did not match strains of chronobacter in our plant.
The most important thing to do now, according to Buddha Gig, is to reopen the plant as quickly and safely as possible.
Even when that's done, though, the companies say it would take months before they're able to refill, restock shelves in stores of their baby product formula.
In the meanwhile, mine have been trying to increase product at the companies, other companies, to make up for the extreme shortage.
Brennan questioned Buttigieg on the federal government role since the WIC, Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children, has contacts with the manufacturers of ABBY formula.
This isn't just a private sector program because the federal government is directly involved in some of these arrangements.
Buttigieg apparently would have none of that.
He deflected the blame back on Abbott.
A plant shined down because a company can't assure it's physically safe from contamination is the responsibility of the country.
Of the company, the responsibility of the regulators is to ensure they take steps to get it ready.
That will be safe when it comes back online.
But Buttigieg is also ignoring completely that the Biden administration has created the shortage by sending vast quantities of baby formula down to our southern border to give out to illegal immigrants at taxpayer expense.
Joe, I find this situation insulting beyond belief.
Oh absolutely!
For almost two years there were no inspections of Abbott Labs at all because the inspectors didn't want to go out and they couldn't do inspections by Zoom.
So now all of a sudden they go out in February after they're finally released to go do something on the bogus claim that two infants managed to pick up something and just like the evidence suggests it's absolutely not related to Abbott Labs at all.
And so they shut the lab down in February They could have reopened it at any time, but they're dragging their feet because they want this crisis to happen the same way they want the fuel crisis to happen, the same way they want the supply chain crisis to happen, the same way they want the border crisis to happen.
They want nothing but chaos and destruction of this country, and there's no way around it, Mr. Buttigieg.
You are an idiot that couldn't run South Bend.
You damn sure can't run the Department of Transportation.
You know nothing about it.
And I hope your babies don't starve from lack of formula, but I'm sure they won't because you're part of the food chain.
Very good, Joe.
Holly, your thoughts?
Yeah, well, I thought about that, you know, when Democrats were all over Twitter and whatnot of being, you know, oh, just breastfeed, you know, if you can't formula feed your baby and whatnot.
I'm like, well, isn't that like against like LGBTQIA people, people like Buttigieg and other people like men who adopt babies now, like, you know, they're bread and butter now for the Democratic Party.
Obviously, you know, non breastfeeding parent type people or whatever mothers Who can't breastfeed or whatever they're trying to turn with parents now.
So gay couples being able to adopt children.
Obviously, if you're adopting a baby, you'd have to use baby formula.
So that was kind of against their own base.
And then on top of that as well, Abbott Labs has been a major manufacturer of like PPP equipment.
They've been getting all kinds of money and loans and everything like that.
I had actually seen, I made a video of this last week, all the shelves where I'm at, there's like four or five different grocery stores, Targets, Walmarts, they're all empty of baby formula, like completely empty.
And they've got a sign up that says, you know, Abbott Labs in Michigan was shut down.
And it's dated from February.
So they've just had the sign up since then.
And, you know, Biden can do a press release the same day talking about the need for gun control and going after the gun lobbies.
But what are we talking about?
Six months later, almost these the baby formula shortage hasn't been addressed.
Our crappy government is becoming increasingly obvious and obnoxious to the American people.
I don't think Democrats have a chance of surviving as a viable political party if we have anything like a rational, reasonable election in the midterms.
They're going to be wiped out.
Thus, they're going to take some desperate measure to preclude it.
Meanwhile, we'll be right back.
You may remember the film Soylent Green.
It turns out that the new food product was made out of human beings.
Well, here you got it.
Ready-to-drink meal, mint chocolate, Soylent.
What an incredibly stupid choice for a name.
Meanwhile, we now return.
Air Force Academy grads may have to repay $200,000 tuition if they refuse the COVID vaccine.
They will not be commissioned as long as they remain unvaccinated.
While cadets will receive their bachelor's degree when they graduate, they won't be commissioned as long as they remain unvaxxed.
A decision to reimburse the U.S.
for education in lieu of service will be made by the Secretary of the Air Force.
This is just disgusting.
While the cost of an academy education varies, tuition alone can run between $160,000 and $200,000 depending on overseas travel, advanced training, and other factors.
There's a formal process followed before the Secretary will make a determination whether or not to recoup the cost when a candidate does not commission.
That process is still pending.
A fourth candidate had initially refused to be faxed, but he changed his mind and will be commissioned.
This is terrible.
They're having to choose between their service and their life.
Whether or not they're going to be extorted for $200,000 and pressure them to take it to fax, it's going to do the vast majority of them serious, serious harm.
Air Force Academy spokesman Dean Miller, located in Colorado Spring, the Academy is one of the three services where students receive an education and then accept a commission to serve in the Army or the Navy.
Well, it's not too late for the other three who have declined to get the vax.
It's open as to whether they can participate in graduation ceremonies today.
Candidates are eligible once they receive their first dose, depending on what happens, and may be able to participate on graduation day if the superintendent is notified they took their first dose.
Considering the class of 2022 held their practice over the weekend, there may be logistic challenges as the ceremony nears.
A discharge decision will not happen prior to August 1st, 2022.
The vax was initially voluntary because the available vax was only for emergency.
Only the Pentagon required all service members to be vaccinated.
This was a violation of the Nuremberg Code and international law, by the way.
This is totally unethical.
This is illegal because they're saying the D.A.
gave full approval to the Pfizer vaccine, which that is not a vaccine that is available in the United States.
So this article is a false fact.
Since the vaccine has become mandatory, troops who refuse or do not have an approved religious, administrative, or medical exemption are being or run the risk of being booted out of the service.
Enlisted Airmen are subject to the same mandate as Air Force cadets and officers.
Since October 2021, all Air Force trainees have been briefed on the consequences.
If they refuse the vaccine, their squadron commander issued a written order saying they must receive.
If they refuse a second time, they were processed for an entry-level separation.
This is all very, very bad.
Depending on where they're stationed, U.S.
service members can be required to take up to 20 vaccinations, but the DOD's COVID vaccine mandate has spawned a tidal wave of disinformation and a fierce debate.
All the military branches have encountered resistance, including Navy SEALs, with varied reasons why.
As of May 16, the Department of the Air Force has separated 383 for not being VACs.
The Air Force approved just 66 requests for religious exemption, and another 6,003 have been denied.
$2,358 are pending.
Joe, this is just bad.
Bad.
But then forcing anyone to take an experimental tax is a violation of international law.
What the hell has happened to the United States?
Your thoughts.
Well, if you weigh the rest of your life versus $200,000 and you're already educated by that amount of money, then it's a pretty cheap price to pay.
And we're going to have an enormous need for Air Force trained people to be our ground crews and future pilots and control tower operators.
And so these guys have a bright future ahead of them if they can keep the jab out of their arms.
Now, interesting parallel, the Coast Guard is not under the DOD.
It's under DHS, and currently there is a lawsuit that's been filed and accepted on the part of 800 Coasties, as they call them, in Florida against May Orcas, the guy who's the Cuban Jewish communist that's in charge of the Department of Homeland Security, and Yeah, a refugee from Cuba!
Yeah, where his family supposedly had a business and then he managed to get in and graduate from Beverly Hills High School.
Amazing how that happens.
But anyhow, supposedly there's another group of 600 Coasties in Texas that are signing up for a Texas lawsuit that's fixing to happen.
So, bright things may be ahead for some parts of the government.
We're going to get to trials pretty soon, one way or the other, and we're going to finish with that story today.
That's why I was a little late in getting to the program.
Holly, your thoughts?
Well, as far as pilots go, my grandfather was in the Air Force and he started out in the Air Force and then he went to the private sector and flew planes over there.
So there's a lot of pilots that start off, you know, in the Air Force and then they make their way to become commercial pilots.
And we've seen what's been happening to commercial pilots Here in the United States and elsewhere, they're dying mid flight and getting getting sick.
A lot of them were, you know, believe that they were forced to get the job.
A lot of them quit because they didn't want to get it.
And so if these people within the Air Force can avoid getting the job and within the military as well, they still they have a tremendous opportunity for Very good.
in the private sector as well.
So it would behoove them to try to fight this as long as they can within the courts. - Very good.
Meanwhile, Musk links his 44 billion deal to proof of spam bot share on Twitter In other words, how many of the actual alleged followers on Twitter are real and how many are fake?
It appears to be a very large percentage.
Musk said his $44 billion offer wouldn't move until Twitter can show proof spambots account for fewer than 5% of its total users.
My offer was based on Twitter's SEC filing for being accurate.
Yesterday, Twitter's CEO publicly refused to show proof of less than 5% of spam accounts.
Hours later, Twitter said it was committed to completing the deal at the agreed price and terms as practicable, but it appears to be a fraud perpetrated by Twitter.
Their SEC filings being inaccurate could leave them in deep doo-doo.
The stock losses in pre-market trading, down about 3% at $36.31, lower than the price the day before, must disclose its Twitter stake, raising doubts if the billionaire would proceed with the offer of $54.20 per share.
That does seem excessive.
After putting his offer on hold, pending information on the spam accounts, Must indicate that it suspects they account for at least 20% of users, compared with Twitter's official estimate of five.
You can't pay the same price for something that's much worse than they claim.
Asked if the deal is viable at a different price.
It's not out of the question, he said.
The more questions I ask, however, the more my concerns grow.
They claim they have this complex methodology only they can understand.
It cannot be a deep mystery that is, like, more complex than the human soul or something like that.
Twitter Chief Executive Parag Agrawal tweeted Monday that internal estimates of spam accounts are well under 5%.
I don't believe that for a second.
Twitter's estimate, which has remained the same since 2013, could not be reproduced externally, given the need to use both public and private information to determine if an account is or is not spam.
Must respondent.
So how do advertisers know what they're getting for their money?
This is fundamental to the financial health of Twitter, which is an excellent point.
Must pledge changes at Twitter's content moderation, railing against decisions like banning Trump as overly aggressive, and pledging to crack down on spam bots.
He called for tests of random samples of Twitter users to identify bots.
There's a chance it might be over 90% of active daily users.
Think about that!
90% of daily users might be fake on Twitter.
He expects the total number to grow to nearly 600 million in 2025, 930 in six years from now.
Considering Musk believes that at most 80% of Twitter's current 229 million are human, it's even harder to believe the company can achieve its long-term goals, said a Jefferies analyst, Brent Thiel.
Meanwhile, I think Musk is absolutely right to hold their feet to the fire.
Joe, your thoughts?
Yeah, well, if they can admit that FJB has 50% bots in his Twitter account, why can't they admit that they've got 20% bots in the rest of them?
Because there's certainly some high-profile people as big as FJB that would have a bunch of bots to pump them up and make them look a lot bigger than they are.
So, yeah, I'm kind of with Musk on this thing.
I hope he cuts the price in half.
I hope the company goes bankrupt.
I hope the shareholders sue the board of directors out of existence.
It would be a wonderful thing to see that pinhead they've got there now, the affirmative action guy that says he doesn't believe in free speech.
He needs to get a lesson in free speech.
We're going to speak free, and we're going to execute the people that don't allow it, because we are that kind of country, folks.
I think Twitter is in a catastrophic situation.
It's imploding.
Holly, your thoughts?
Yeah, Twitter is definitely in full meltdown right now.
I've seen that for years, probably like 10 years now at this point.
You just see the trolls everywhere.
It was like sitting at a school.
A school lunch cafeteria, people just like throwing food at you if you didn't agree with anything.
They use this algorithm where you can see which type of words are not allowed.
You know, you'll get trolled by a bunch of people.
Probably the force multiplication software that they have, that they've been using.
And just using that for years to really just as as like beta testing to see what type of ways in which they could psychologically abuse people basically is what I've seen Twitter as for years.
So I'm still lurk on there.
I don't I don't I haven't posted anything on there for years, but it's kind of a good gauge to see, you know, how the mainstream media and the Democrats who own it, obviously, want to spin any type of story or manufacture consent.
Yes, yes.
I think Twitter is... Musk is going to get Twitter at a bargain basement price, and deservedly so.
Third world rationing.
America flies in baby formula but has no plans to put it on store shelves.
This is equally insulting.
The first flight of Operation Ply Formula landed Sunday in Indiana.
A few boxes were shipped immediately to hospitals.
The FDA is testing the rest and will distribute places where the need is greatest, a vague qualification on an arbitrary process.
Hospitals, clinics, and some pharmacies are on the list.
I mean, a child needs to be borderline malnourished before they can have access to formula.
The 78,000 pounds of powdered baby formula is equivalent to up to 1.5 million eight-ounce bottles of the three particular Alfamino Infant, Alfamino Junior, and Gerber Good Start Extensive HI.
Additional flights are expected to be announced in the next few days.
Marjorie Taylor Greene once again speaks the truth.
The regime is controlling the baby formula and distributing it through doctors.
We are in a controlled medical state.
Lionhearted.
How do we get to where the USA has to airlift baby formula from another country?
The Biden baby formula crisis hospitalized Milwaukee infants with malnutrition.
This is a national, not a local crisis.
This is America, not a worldwide.
This is on Joe Biden.
National Economic Council Director Brian Deese said Sunday the flight has enough formula to fill 15% of the need throughout the country.
The plane landed in Indianapolis to use Nestle supply chain infrastructure to get it across the state.
DOD will use its contact with commercial air cargo lines as it did to move material during the early months of the COVID pandemic.
To transport products from manufacturing facilities abroad that admit FDA safety regulations.
So here we have Ronald Kelly tweeting, a shipment of 35 tons of baby formula arrives Sunday in Indianapolis on a U.S.
military aircraft from Germany.
None of the shipment would land on store shelves, however.
It will be distributed to hospitals, doctors, home health care facilities, and pharmacies.
Look at the photograph.
Bombing America with baby formula.
Just outrageous.
Joe, your thoughts?
Yes, well, guess where South Bend, Indiana is?
It's in Indiana, so I guess the two chest feeders that are now in charge of transportation don't have to worry about who's going to be feeding their little twins.
Yeah, that's absolutely disgusting.
Just to add to the point, Pete Buttigieg was the mayor of South Bend, Indiana, which is a hop, skip, and a jump from Indianapolis, so you're making a very telling point, Joe.
Yes, well, yeah, and he was an absolute failure as a mayor, so that's what happens.
You get promoted up.
Yeah, we also had this Secretary of Interior.
Boy, I want to jump into her poop one day, but I didn't bring my notebook today, so we're going to have to pick that up on tomorrow's show.
But yeah, this whole thing, just like we've mentioned repeatedly in this broadcast today, It's an engineered crisis.
I hate using the word engineered, but I don't know whatever the word you could use, because this is intentional, methodical destruction of every element of society, and they're doing it simultaneous threat vectors.
It's absolutely disgusting, but that's where we are.
Holly, your thoughts?
Well, I don't know if this was like a thing by the Democrats, where they were going to try to make it seem like Biden was saving the babies or something like that and just completely fell flat on its face, or they literally just don't care about babies, or they're actually intentionally trying to starve poor children.
I don't know what to think at this point.
It's just disgusting beyond belief, absolutely disgusting, and another reason to despise the Democratic Party.
Meanwhile, we want to hear from you.

Here we have Beverly commenting on the Buffalo false flag.
Another key piece of evidence this was a false flag.
Where were the EMTs?
Once the police made sure the building was free of shooters, shouldn't EMTs hurry in to see if there were any people who were injured but still alive?
Same thing happened with Sandy Hook.
Was there any news footage of half dozen or so rescue squad vehicles outside the school?
Any news footage of the same at this store in Buffalo?
That convinced me Sandy Hook was fake.
Any mass shooting was real.
You'd have a slew of police cars along with EMTs and rescue squads.
Today there was a school shooting in Texas.
I'll wait for Indymedia sleuth to determine if this was real or fake.
Well, Beverly, it was fake.
Meanwhile, Ron Habery writes, Isn't this a little strange?
We have a mass shooting in Texas at this time.
We heard the shooter was a Mexican national running from INS officers where he rolled his vehicle and got out and ran in a school and shot it up.
Why do that?
But he simply did not get out of his vehicle and abandon it as the picture shows.
He shot his grandmother before killing the kids?
He had a handgun and possibly a rifle?
Don't they mean he had a rifle and possibly a handgun, which is easier to see?
A handgun or a rifle, which is easier to hide?
Come on!
One thing for sure, they want the guns before they know the facts.
This is disarmament terrorism.
Those who want to alter the law of the land by using the violence done by another is still the use of harm to alter the law of the land.
It's a crime to disarm Americans, and this is the point of this one and all other mass shootings today.
That is the motive.
By the way, Ron assists me with my Conspiracy 101 Critical Thinking and Conspiracy Theories course, where you can still register at mixandstream.com slash critical hyphen thinking dot h t m l. Meanwhile then, final thoughts Joe, yours.
Oh, yeah.
On the Buffalo shooting, highly recommend the Brian Davidson analysis of the evidence.
It's pretty amazing.
And the reason I was late today, kids, is that I went to the Crimes Against Humanity tour in Woodlands, Texas on Saturday and had four of the most tremendous speakers imaginable.
They had Patrick Woods, Dr. Judy Makovich, Reiner Fulmich, and Dr. Richard Fleming, and they presented eight hours of testimony of crimes and racketeering on the part of the government officials and the Big Pharma Institute, and there was only 40 people in the room, and it just broke my heart.
This tour has four more dates scheduled.
They have one in Minneapolis this weekend, which is Saturday, May 28th.
They have one in Atlantic City on June 4th.
They have one in Plano, just north of Dallas, on June 11th.
And they also have one in Tampa on June 18th.
The Plano event, I called the event center.
I said, how big a crowd can you handle at your event center?
She goes, well, currently they're scheduled for 1,000 people, but we could easily expand 2,000.
And I went, I am going to make this happen.
They have enough evidence against the eight Vantiva offices in Texas that committed fraud as a subcontractor under Pfizer to criminally indict every one of them and all we need is for a couple of counties in Texas to start rolling these clowns and we get them on fraud charges we can take it all the way back to the leadership of these companies and the FDA and CDC and the DOD and everybody else rolled into one ball.
This ball has got to start rolling and I'm going to do everything I can to make the event in Dallas a sellout because Texas needs to stand and cheer these brave people that are sacrificing their careers, their reputations, their very lives to help us maintain medical freedom and body autonomy.
Go for it, Joe, and good luck.
Holly, your thoughts?
Oh, that's pretty cool.
Joey Reimer Folek and Judy Mikovits.
That's like an all star crew there.
That's cool.
I can't believe you said there was only 40 people there.
That's that's amazing.
So yeah, we've got Jim and his case.
I'm looking forward to seeing some of that on the news.
So maybe we'll have some more information about that in the next episode or two, Jim.
Thanks for having me on.
It's percolating.
Holly, you're doing a sensational job, and we're so glad when Joe was delayed in joining us that you could carry the ball.
Joe, we're so glad you could join us, and we wish you well in turning out the crowd for this wonderful event.
Yes, yes.
Here's the article that I just sent to Principia Scientific and James Spetzer and about a dozen other places that can have it posted.
The title is Medical Tyranny Checkmate, which is where we are right now.
And this is the concluding paragraph.
We've been subjected to a lifetime of hypnotic programming Where confirmation bias restricts your questioning of the directed narratives and cognitive dissonance allows you to see evidence of lies and crimes and then dismiss any blame to the perpetrators.
Humanity desperately needs to awaken and reject these narcissistic megalomaniacs before they ruin our planet.
Please take time to attend one of the Crimes Against Humanity Tour events and support their presenters by buying their books and sharing their website material.
God bless us all.
Well, Joe couldn't have presented better.
I think everyone should be encouraged to turn out for these events.
It's fantastic.
Anticipate we're going to have another staged shooting a week right up to the November election.
It's going to fall flat.
Americans are increasingly seeing through the deception.
The staging of these events has become incredibly amateurish.
The Brad Davidson analysis, which he and I gave with Giuseppe in Scorpio, is available on my Mint Shoot channel, Jim Fetzer.
Brian Davidson has proved to be completely brilliant.
He's a private investigator.
He does a very thorough, methodic, forensic study.
And it turns out that, based upon shadow analysis, the video we saw was actually filmed around 1-18.
Well, the police were called for the event around 2.32, meaning we saw the rehearsal video.
It's all phony.
It's all fake.
You don't want to miss it.
Check it out.
