And welcome back, folks, to Truth Vs. News Incorporated here on Easter Sunday.
And we're right in the middle of a heavy show.
It's not about hoping things so much as about reality, about World War III coming on.
That's a heck of a way to have an Easter, but we're there, folks, I guess.

What have we got next?
Well, we got a fascinating development where Elon Musk is seeking to restore free speech to America.
This is devoutly to be wished.
He's made a public offer to buy 100% of Twitter, transform it into a private company so it can become a platform for free speech around the globe.
Musk, who became Twitter's largest shareholder with a 9.2%, has now been overcome by another company taking over 10%.
Viacom, as I recall, in order to defeat this, made a public offer to buy 100% at a 54.18% premium.
in a 54.20 and 18% premium.
At Musk's quoted price, the proposed purchase would come to $43 billion in total.
In publicly disclosed communication to the chairman, Musk said promoting free speech around the world was the motivation behind his offer, that it could not reach its potential for free speech as a publicly owned company and needs that it could not reach its potential for free speech as a publicly owned company and Since making my investment, I realize the company will neither thrive nor serve the social imperative of promoting free speech in its current form.
Twitter needs to be transformed into a private company.

There's really no doubt about it.
Interestingly, the Twitter board has responded by adopting a poison pill.
Twitter's board has applied a provision aimed at preventing a hostile takeover known in the financial world as a poison pill.
The board unanimously chose to adopt a limited-duration shareholder rights plan after a non-solicited, non-binding proposal to acquire Twitter.
Musk, the founder and CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, offered to buy the California-based company for around $43 billion after buying nearly 10% of its stock.
Under the new provision, if any entity, person, or group acquires 15% or more in a transaction not approved by the board, other stockholders will be able to buy additional shares at a lower cost.
It will reduce the likelihood any entity, person, or group gains control of Twitter through open market accumulation without paying all shareholders an appropriate control premium.
The poison pill method has been improved by other companies in the past to dilute outstanding stock and make a hostile takeover more financially challenging.
Brett Mucker, a former acting CEO of Parler, a Twitter competitor, told NTD that whether or not Twitter's action works depends on whether people take advantage of it.
Musk has said on Twitter, responding to a rumor, that the move could expose the board to a titanic amount of liability because they'd be breaching their fiduciary duty.
Get this.
Adam Kandrab, a law professor at Michigan State, told the Epoch Times before the decision was announced, a board could face legal consequences if they turn down an offer that's financially lucrative to shareholders.
Twitter's owned by shareholders, and the directors have to act in a way that's in their best interest, not the way that allows them to keep control of the corporation.
If they turn down a very favorable price, there will be dereliction of their legal duty, and there could be lots of legal consequences.

Yeah, that's a powerful observation, is that the Twitter board are not interested in the profit of shareholders.
They certainly aren't interested in the First Amendment free speech rights.
They're interested in Maintaining control of a corporation to control the speech of Americans and other people.
The Indian CEO guy that came in, who is right out of the caste system from Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom worshiping the thuggy cult blue Kaya goddess or whatever the hell those savages worship, comes into Twitter and behaves like he's some sort of Brahmin and in charge of everybody else's speech.
This is the Indian CEO that comes into Twitter, so he's no better than that long-bearded freak, whatever his name is, that owned it before, controlled it before.
They are coming into Twitter to control speech, and that is alien to America.
That is alien and contradictory to our Constitution.
So, these third-worlders that come into this country, learn computer programming, live in a hovel, live in a ghetto, And then somehow work their way up to the highest echelons of, you know, these programming companies, Facebook, Twitter, whatever, YouTube, are nothing but my contempt and disgust because of the contempt and disgust they show upon the American people in the Constitution.
So, you know, I hope all of these things start to violently change in the boardrooms, of course, but I would also say one of the best things that could ever happen to America in the world, and I wish it happened under Trump, But, you know, he didn't pull the trigger because he had bad advisors and he really didn't know how to be president or commander-in-chief.
He was out of his league.
But the best thing that would have ever happened is if a joint operations force of military special operations and law enforcement went in, kicked open the doors of Facebook and Twitter, went into their CEO boardrooms and forced them out at gunpoint with their hands behind their back in handcuffs or over their head, kicked down every door,
And took out every intern, every employee, every secretary, every single human being that worked in Facebook and Twitter, route them out like Operation Valkyrie and load them up into trucks or put them in the middle of, you know, some campus and prosecute every one of them for conspiracy to commit deprivation of rights and all sorts of other things.
If the evidence wasn't there, they could be, of course, let go.
But what we've seen with Zuckerberg in particular, in Facebook, buying the election, rigging the election, and that film rigged, deserves him a bullet in the heart for execution by firing squad, after due process, of course.
But I want to see that kind of resolution because it's obvious now these companies like Twitter and Facebook are not adding anything.
They are, in fact, poisoning and killing the spirit of America, free speech.
And all of that is required not just for a functioning democracy, but a thriving, mentally clean and mentally balanced human population in a nation.
You must have free speech because if you don't, you're controlled by fear.
Oh, I don't want to lose my account, so I'm going to be quiet.
That's fear.
That's nothing short of a Gestapo-Stasi operation, and that needs to be met with an equally and superior force.
Again, kick open the doors of these companies, drag these bastards out by the hair in handcuffs, and prosecute them for treason.
I want to see that happen, because they're deserving of nothing less.

Well, I'm pleasantly surprised about Elon Musk.
I've been somewhat reserved about him in the past because of his connection with Neuralink and that sort of tech and just the fact that I'm just wary of billionaires and trillionaires.
Just some healthy skepticism.
I am happy that he is openly talking about free speech here in the United States because it's such a foreign concept here now.
It's sad to think about how Even I have become used to censoring myself, how I censor myself online.
It feels embarrassing to be an American sometimes talking about free speech because of, we know the amount of shadow banning, outright censorship, threats, everything that they've done to people, especially since the 2016 lead up to the election.
Everything has just gone absolutely haywire on the internet.
And because of These organizations like Twitter, Facebook, these alphabet Google sort of NGOs, these multinational conglomerates, which are supra government.
And also, as Scott said, they don't even care about the money.
This isn't even about the money.
It's about the agenda.
About the new world order.
It's about destroying people, creating modern day slavery, using the Internet to destroy what is left of the human spirit, to oppress people, to create these color revolutions, to overthrow actual populism and sovereignty to overthrow actual populism and sovereignty of individuals and governments.
So this isn't about the money for them.
And I think it's pretty fascinating, the connections.
I haven't exactly figured out what Musk, you know, some people have said he's a white hag.
He's using 6G and satellites and all this sort of stuff.
So there's like two different sides to this larger issue here.
We'll have to wait and see how this plays out.
But Musk is definitely calling the bluff on these Twitter posts.
Both the shareholders, the people on there, the people with the blue check marks just calling out their hypocrisy at the very least, which is absolutely fantastic to me because I think I've had a Twitter account since like 2010 or 11 or something like that.
And I don't even use it anymore.
You know, sometimes I'll try to share my stuff, but it really is just a navel gazing for the people who are allowed to speak at this point.
Well, it's bizarre that a key owner of Twitter is a Saudi prince.
So what should a Saudi prince be doing censoring Americans' exercise of free speech?
I had a Twitter account at the encouragement of a friend in Cleveland.
I had 2,600 followers, 2,600 tweets, and it just disappeared overnight.
Now you see it.
Now you don't.
Not a word of explanation.
Disgraceful.
I applaud Musk for what he's doing here.
Not, however, for providing actionable intelligence to Ukraine.
That's a huge mistake.

Yeah, let me just say my original Twitter account was taken down after you and I and Don had published the analysis of the New Zealand shooting As being false.
We exposed that as a false flag.
We laid out the impossibility of that being real based on the forensics and the absence of all sorts of indicators.
And the moment we put that link out there and that analysis, they took down my Twitter page.
So, I still consider that conspiracy, you know, for fraud and all sorts of other things.
Their day of reckoning is coming, Jim, and I think it's on the horizon.

Meanwhile, the Department of Defense granted a COVID-19 research grant in Ukraine three months before it was even identified as COVID-19.
How bad is that?
Another piece added to the mosaic undoubtedly proves the artificial origin of the SARS-CoV-2 virus.
Recently, we published an interview where the president of the Italian Medicines Agency, Dr. Giorgio Paulou, in his capacity as an eminent virologist of international fame, openly confirmed the suspicion already revealed with certainty by authoritative biologists and intel experts based on an unexplained 19 nucleotide identity of the COVID-19 pathogen with a human gene built in the laboratory by Moderna in 2016.
Here's an investigation brought to life by the Daily Exposé, where they discovered in the notorious Biolabs of Ukraine, opened with funding from the DoD in 2012, they were sponsoring research into COVID-19 by that name three months before it was officially named.
Meanwhile, what can we say about this other than it is stunning?

The world first started to learn about a novel coronavirus in early 2020, reports of an alleged new pneumonia-like illness spreading across Wuhan.
The world did not actually know COVID-19 until February of 2020, because it was not until the 11th of that month that WHO officially named it as COVID-19.
So with this official truth, why does U.S.
government data show the DoD awarded a contract on the 12th of November 2019?
To Labyrinth Global Health Incorporated for COVID-19 research, at least a month before the alleged emergence of the novel coronavirus, three months before it was officially dubbed COVID-19.
Perhaps explains why Labyrinth Global Health has been collaborating with Peter Dusak's EcoHealth Alliance in areas with metabiotas since its formation in 2017.
This is all very, very damning stuff.

government has spent a mind-blowing $3.63 trillion in response to COVID-19, but that's not the only information on COVID that can be found within the site.
Hidden in the awards search are details on a contract from the DoD to a company named Black & Veatch Special Projects Corp., which is allegedly a global engineering procurement, consulting, and construction company specializing in infrastructure development.
The award on September 20th of 2012, called Professional Scientific and Technical Service, is a vague and very unlikely to draw interest title.
But there's something deep in the details that should be of interest.
The award history includes a tab for subawards, detailing the recipient's action date, amount, and brief description for 115 subaward transactions.
Most are mundane.
Well, there's one sub-award that stands out.
Awarded to Labyrinth Global Inc.
for SME manuscript documentation and COVID-19 research.
An award for COVID-19 research is exactly shocking when the world's in the grip of a COVID-19 pandemic.
But considering the subcontract was awarded on the 12th of November 2019, at least a month before the alleged emergence of the coronavirus, and three months before it was officially dubbed COVID-19, it ought to come as a shock.
The shock doesn't end there, because the place for the research was Ukraine, as was the entire contract awarded by the DoD to Black & Veatch Special Projects Corporation.
The details are found in the USA Spending site reveal.
The specific DoD department that awarded the contract was the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, awarded on 20 September 2012, concluded on 13 October 2020.
While the details are vague, the government site also reveals $21.7 million of the $116.6 million contract was spent on a biological threat reduction program in Ukraine.
Why did the DoD pay a company, allegedly a global engineering procurement consulting construction company, specializing in infrastructure development, help implement a biological threat reduction program in Ukraine?
Why did both the DoD and said company then paid Lambert and General Global Health Inc.
to carry out COVID-19 research in Ukraine a month before the alleged emergence of the novel coronavirus and three months before it was officially dubbed?
Founded in 2017, Labyrinth Global Health is allegedly a women-owned small business with deep experience, expertise, and a proven track record supporting initiatives for scientific and medical advancement.
They describe themselves as a multicultural and international organization with offices in four countries, a team of experts with diverse backgrounds and competencies including microbiology, virology, global health, Emerging Infectious Diseases, Nursing, Medical Anthropology, Field Epidemiology, Clinical Research, and Health Information Systems.
One of those offices just happens to be located in Kiev, Ukraine, which the company dubs a gateway to Eastern Europe.
The leadership team consists of Karen Saylor, PhD, Chief Executive Officer, Mary Gutierrez, PHS, the Chief Science Officer, and Amura Tatan, the Chief Financial Officer.
This is pretty disgusting stuff.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, it's the indication of a conspiracy to commit fraud, as well as you could say violations of the Global Biological Weapons Convention for this award being given in November of 2019.
So, I'll return to the origins of the revelations that I was part of when I was with RT doing that documentary on the bioweapon death factories that traced the origins back to World War II and China when the Japanese were developing weapon systems like that.
The U.S.
came in and confiscated that material after the war and similar to Operation Paperclip, Uh, didn't prosecute any of the Japanese, and that was the origin of the evolution of a lot of these bioweapons from Fort Detrick onward.
The Russians knew all about that back in 2018.
So they followed this, they know, and they're revealing what's been found in Ukraine.
And what you're confirming there, Jim, is that Ukraine was a hotspot for the development of these weapons systems.
Why they chose an engineering firm most likely would be because the infrastructure development would be a very easy way to introduce systems of deployment Where weapons could be unleashed, such as in air conditioning units.
If it's aerosolized, and they were pushing for an aerosolized weapon system targeting the Slavic DNA, they could certainly do it through construction companies that would get contracts for developing all sorts of Of infrastructure systems, whatever is electrical, air conditioning or others, that what better way to introduce these sort of aerosolized weapons than in the infrastructure of buildings.
And that's a company that would do it.
I also return to the fact that in Ukraine, you had back in 2005, a company called, well, the DIA created Global Viral Forecasting Institute, which then later became a 501c3 under Nathaniel Wolfe, I think a Zionist Israeli Mossad operative, and then evolved from Global Viral Forecasting Institute to Global Viral and then ultimately to MetaBiota.
And that hub, that central office, was located in Nancy Pelosi's district, California District 12 in San Francisco.
So you see right there, DIA, MetaBiota, Global Viral Forecasting Institute, established in Ukraine as well as in San Francisco, Developing these weapon systems, and there's also, you know, alleged weapon systems of biological character in Mariupol.
That's another hot spot where a lot of NATO officers seemingly are captured or encircled, proving the Russian point.
But this bioweapons activity that was occurring in Ukraine, which Victoria Nuland admitted to, I think is the tip of the iceberg that's going to be revealed
And the more Europeans see that and see the danger and perhaps do the direct connection between Ukraine's areas of study and the Wuhan COVID-19 release, they're going to see that the United States has been not only opening up Pandora's boxes, but it's been constructing them and filling them

So it's definitely interesting to see all these different agendas playing out right now in real time.

Some critics of these revelations that there appears to be a connection to snake venom are claiming Dr. Brian Ardis is right on remensivir, but that the snake venom theory in the water is a stretch.
I did an interview with James McCanney about it, and he explained that the venom in the water is encapsulated, so it cannot dissolve in the water, which otherwise would be a legitimate complaint.
In an interview with Steve Peters, who is a chiropractic doctor rather than an M.D., ...sought to connect SARS-CoV-2 with the deadly proteins in snake venom in a 30-minute heavily produced conversation.
He didn't explicitly say whether COVID is caused by a virus or widely disperse toxins similar to the poison in snake bites.
That's a bit of a misrepresentation.
He was suggesting the snake venom sets up respiratory ailment symptoms that could motivate someone to go to a hospital where they could be given remensivir, which is almost certain to kill you, or put on a ventilator.
In other words, he's talking about priming the pump.
This review, therefore, is not, in my opinion, wholly responsive to the opinions.
Dr. Meryl Ness has also disagreed with Artis, writing, Many statements in the video are accurate, but some are not.
Jim reminds us Artis is correct, however, pointing out remensivir is a dangerous drug that undoubtedly has caused or contributed to many COVID deaths.
The WHO, even in November 2020, recommended against remensivir.
Though it was widely reported to be ineffective, its harmful effects were downplayed by the mainstream.
Nevertheless, it enjoys unwavering support from our medical authorities and the only antiviral remedy available in most hospitals for the treatment of COVID.
Artists pointed out a concerning statement about the remensivir label.
Risk of reduced antiviral activity when co-administered with chloroquine phosphate or hydroxychloroquine sulfate.
Co-administration of remdesivir and chloroquine phosphate or hydroxychloroquine sulfate is not recommended based on cell culture data.
Demonstrating an antagonistic effect of chloroquine on the intracellular metabolic activation and antiviral activity of the remensivir, technically known as Vecluri.
According to NASS, this may be another reason the system doesn't want patients to read chlorine, remember HCQ, because their use would contraindicate the use of remensivir and keep patients alive.
What about the snake poison?

Since the inception of the pandemic, monoclonal antibodies have been available for COVID treatment.
Since the rapid emergence of the Omicron variant, The FDI limited the availability of monoclonal antibody formulations shown to have a marginal effect against a new strain.
I think that's, of course, not right.
Artists correctly stated snake venom can cause an elevated D demure, non-specific finding in patients suffering from clotting disorders, but it's elevated not only In those who have excessive bleeding, as in the case of snakebite victims, but also in patients who are experiencing increased clotting, deep pain, thrombosis, pulmonary emboli strokes, the latter is more common with Azuric COVID.

Well, it's sad to see that the United States government and political actors and medical community have conspired to murder American citizens and of course countless millions of other people around the world.
And it has been revealed and beginning to be prosecuted with truth and witness testimony from people like Reiner Fulmik.
I think this is another element of testimony and evidence that needs to be brought in.
Because overwhelmingly, you'll see this could have been easily counteracted using hydroxychloroquine within the first five to seven days of the emergence of symptoms.
And instead, the entire medical community and Fauci and the rest of these ghouls stopped the American people from getting it.
Now, Donald Trump should have written executive order upon executive order, demanding, recognizing, giving full authority for the administering of hydroxychloroquine and other things.
He also should have followed through an executive order that we produced for him in November 24th, 2020.
That said, no American shall ever be forced to get a vaccine of any kind against their will, nor will they have their jobs taken or have any privileges or rights violated, or else the actor doing that will be prosecuted for deprivation of rights under color of law.
Trump didn't do that.
He failed.
And all of these failures have led up to the most oppressive act of extermination upon the American people ever, ever in our history.
So I think people have woken up to it.
They've begun to overthrow it.
I would not be surprised, of course, if the Democrats suspend the elections in 2022 by triggering a war and then go into another COVID-19 lockdown 2.0.
They will never surrender power and this sort of health emergency is how they think they can keep it.

Well, I think it's fascinating what we see, what we're seeing more and more information about, you know, what has gone into vaccines over the past couple of centuries.
And I think this is opening up a huge can of worms that the mainstream media and Medical establishment can't really put back.
I know it sounds crazy for some people to wrap their heads around the concept that these types of medicines could be used to poison people as well, but there's been quite a bit of evidence to support this over the centuries.
The concept of pharmakia or sorcery and stuff like that can be used to poison people and They use the lab coats and the similar to the mainstream media.
I mean, they use this.
They put on their professional hat and say that you shouldn't question anything.
And using this concept of science or scientism, we saw this during the lockdowns, how The science changed day to day.
So this I think people are starting to question everything, hopefully.
And we can also start to question some of the the vaccine courts, all of everything that's been established to give them basically carte blanche to do whatever they want to people.
And hopefully this will open up an opportunity for people to look at what this type of psychological and physical abuse that people have been under for for a while now.
And I think Basically opening up the possibility where we can look at the vaccine schedule for children, everything because it's becoming more and more apparent that they're trying to target the children as this goes forward.

The Giant Holocaust Memorial was planned for a site near Westminster Abbey, in the Houses of Parliament, but the High Court has quashed the proposal.
Good for them!
This afternoon, plans for a Giant Holocaust Memorial close to Windsor Abbey in the Houses of Parliament were blocked by a High Court judgment that quashed planning permission for the project.
Regular readers know that in 2019, H&D's assistant editor submitted a detailed and fully documented memorandum at the project inquiring into this grotesque project.
Quoting from official British archives who revealed when such a memorial was first planned in the 1980s, it had been denounced by senior ministers and officials.
Then Foreign Secretary Lord Carrington, who'd won the military cross for bravery during the Second World War, wrote, the whole idea is preposterous.
Other senior officials wrote the project seemed to be part of an Israeli propaganda drive.
That inquiry by Westminster City Council Planning Committee ruled against the memorial, but was overturned when the British government appointed a planning inspector reporting to a government minister who ruled the project should go ahead.
Now the High Court in London has quashed that ministerial decision.
This means, absent a further appeal, the memorial will not go ahead.
Look at the beautiful grounds they were going to put up this garish monument to a fake scenario, a phony narrative about World War II.

Well, you know, I hail from Britain, specifically Scotland, and I can say there's very few days where you get sunshine and blue skies, so that's why the people are out on the park all the time.

Well, I think there could be plenty of other memorials put up to people just on the island of England or UK, you know, the Picts, the Scottish, the Irish.
I mean, there was plenty.
History of England and UK is history of many battles and many genocides, so they could pick One of their own people on the island, if they really wanted to build a memorial and talk about what really happened over the history of Roman conquest over there.
I mean, it's just the Normans, the Vikings.
I mean, they're just history of of just bloodshed over there.
So they could certainly if they people are hell bent on putting up a memorial to genocide, there's plenty of groups of people that they could pick.
