[00:00:10]  I want everyone to understand and as much as that was a little out of protocol with this young man just said a little while ago, I appreciate his enthusiasm and his passion because we need to leave this place empowered.

[00:00:28]  It's not good enough to just come here and listen to speeches and go back home and get comfortable again.
[00:00:36]  We are at war.
[00:00:38]  We are at war for our family, our children, our lives.
[00:00:44]  The 14th Amendment gives us due process.
[00:00:48]  It guarantees us equal protection under the law.
[00:00:52]  So why in the world are the unvaccinated being treated differently than the vaccinated?
[00:01:00]  It is a new segregation.
[00:01:02]  It is a new discrimination.
[00:01:05]  And we have to stop it.
[00:01:07]  Government for the people, by the people, will not be destroyed.
[00:01:16]  We have to recognize our power.
[00:01:20]  We are magistrates.
[00:01:22]  What is happening here today, what is happening around our state and in our city, is people are invoking the doctrine of the lesser magistrates.
[00:01:32]  And most of you probably don't even understand what that is, and don't even understand what I'm talking about.
[00:01:37]  Well, the Doctrine of the Lesser Magistrates is the doctrine upon which this country was founded.
[00:01:42]  It is the basis of the Tenth Amendment, which says that any authority that is not given to the federal government is reserved to the states.
[00:01:51]  And if our local leaders fail to protect its citizens, and fail to step between a tyrannical federal government and its citizens, fail to protect the rights of its citizens, then those rights and authority is extended and given to the people.
[00:02:09]  We the people is how the Constitution starts.
[00:02:12]  A magistrate is a person that operates under authority.
[00:02:16]  They have power.
[00:02:17]  There are higher magistrates and there are lesser magistrates.
[00:02:21]  The founding fathers of this country understood that there's going to come a point in time where the federal government will need to be checked.
[00:02:28]  If not, they will become tyrants.
[00:02:31]  And that is what's happening now.
[00:02:34]  So, the Declaration of Independence says that everyone, by virtue of being a human being, has the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
[00:02:45]  The federal government, too, the federal government, their purpose is to protect the rights of those citizens, the rights of us to our life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness.
[00:02:57]  The third point of that document is if they fail to protect its citizens and enforce those rights, the citizens have a right to revolt.
[00:03:07]  Do you understand?
[00:03:10]  We have a right to resist and we have an obligation and a duty to do so.
[00:03:16]  Do you understand?
[00:03:18]  Do you understand when it says a duty to step between a tyrannical government and its laws?
[00:03:23]  They are coming for our children.
[00:03:25]  We cannot sit down.
[00:03:29]  Every great leader knows, every one of them, even the bad ones know, that if you want to affect a country, you go for its children.
[00:03:38]  When in the world do we start using children as bulletproof vests for us?
[00:03:42]  When in the world do we start testing things on children?
[00:03:45]  It comes to us first!
[00:03:47]  And when you come for our children, you have started a war!
[00:03:52]  And they have declared war!
[00:03:54]  And we are answering to that war.
[00:04:00]  We are magistrates and I need you, each one, reach one and teach one.
[00:04:05]  Do you understand?
[00:04:06]  As a magistrate in this country, the United States government, our government, our local leaders have to answer to us.
[00:04:14]  The Ninth Amendment says that any rights that are not enumerated in the Constitution are reserved for the people.
[00:04:20]  So I don't want to hear that mandates are not enumerated in the Constitution.
[00:04:24]  Because for the fact that it's not enumerated means that that authority and those rights go to us.
[00:04:31]  And so everyone...
[00:04:35]  Every one of these mandates are illegal.
[00:04:38]  Every single one of them.
[00:04:46]  Under that 14th Amendment, due process and rights to equal protection is the right to protect my body.
[00:04:53]  When you want to, when you want to push something into my body against my consent, without my consent, it is rape.
[00:05:02]  And this is medical rape.
[00:05:04]  When you want to take my children into a room and give them a snicker bar and some damn fries and talk about come get this vaccine, it is tantamount to kidnapping.
[00:05:19]  That's what it is.
[00:05:22]  You don't have control of my children.
[00:05:25]  You don't have control of me.
[00:05:26]  They shut our doors and try to give us God Fauci.
[00:05:29]  to hell with Fauci.
[00:05:31]  The churches are surrendering their pulpits to the demonic huckle.

[00:05:50]  Take your children out to school.
[00:05:51]  I'm a former educator of 24 years.
[00:05:54]  They stopped teaching them years ago.

[00:06:04]  They taught them compliance.
[00:06:06]  They stopped teaching them to think.
[00:06:08]  Analytical thought went out the window with state exams.
[00:06:11]  Those state exams are just being used to track your children, to determine who's going to college, to train them to support this God-forsaken system, all the rest that's going elsewhere, that have pushed us into prison.
[00:06:25]  I don't care how you look at it.
[00:06:27]  If you're in corporate America, you're imprisoned by your lifestyle.
[00:06:30]  If you're in the government, you're imprisoned by your child with good benefits.
[00:06:34]  You understand?
[00:06:35]  If you are on subsidy, you're imprisoned by their benefits.
[00:06:39]  We have to get out their system, pull yourself out, pull your dollars out, and level it.
[00:06:45]  All they care about is money.
[00:06:57]  And you can see it with the flip-flopping of the guidelines and of the requirements.
[00:07:02]  And who's at work and who's not at work.
[00:07:05]  And what court says this and another court says that.
[00:07:08]  We have to hold them all accountable.
[00:07:10]  They want to rewrite the Constitution?
[00:07:12]  I'm ready with my pen, because there's some changes that needs to be made in this country.
[00:07:20]  So they better be careful who they pull to the table.
[00:07:23]  They better be careful what table is spread.
[00:07:25]  Because I got some ideas and I'm sure everybody here does too.
[00:07:33]  No time to be comfortable.
[00:07:35]  We have to fight.
[00:07:37]  Every authority in this country, in this world, our laws were written and our authority is delegated by God Almighty.

[00:07:46]  When the laws of this country violate And go against and contradict the laws of God, then that government has become tyrannical.
[00:07:57]  They have to be overthrown.
[00:08:00]  We have to revolt.
[00:08:01]  We have to resist.
[00:08:04]  And do anything we can to protect our freedom.
[00:08:07]  And we must be involved.
[00:08:09]  We must be informed.
[00:08:11]  And we must be motivated to act.
[00:08:13]  And we must act.
[00:08:16]  Teach your children!
[00:08:17]  Get them involved, so they can stand, so that when someone approaches them, they can stand and know what they're talking about.

[00:08:26]  Educate yourself, so that you know how to resist.
[00:08:31]  They are trying to make these mandates into laws, because by the 13th Amendment, if it becomes a law, And we break it, we become involuntary servants.
[00:08:42]  We become slaves.
[00:08:44]  They are turning our country into one massive, huge slave ship.
[00:08:49]  And I don't know about you, but I'm not signing up for that cruise line.
[00:09:02]  Don't fight your neighbors.
[00:09:03]  Don't fight your family members that are vaccinated and want to fight you.
[00:09:07]  Walk away in peace, try to educate them, and if they resist, leave them.
[00:09:11]  Unfortunately, in every war, there will be casualties.
[00:09:14]  And a lot of times, they will be people that we love.
[00:09:17]  So be it.
[00:09:18]  It is what it is.
[00:09:19]  It is what it is.
[00:09:20]  You love them from a distance, you pray for them, and you hope that they come over and wake up.
[00:09:25]  But if they don't, we don't have time.
[00:09:27]  We don't have time!
[00:09:30]  We are at battle, we are in a war, and we have to keep going.
[00:09:34]  We have to be uncomfortable, And be comfortable with being uncomfortable.
[00:09:38]  We have to stand and we are given a charge to fight for your families.
[00:09:44]  Fight for your homes.
[00:09:46]  Fight for your brothers.
[00:09:47]  Fight for your sisters.
[00:09:49]  Because my God says, Pursue the invading army because if you pursue them, you will recover.
[00:09:55]  If we back up, we won't.
[00:09:57]  These are uncircumcised Philistines.
[00:10:01]  They cannot stand against the army of the living God.
[00:10:06]  We are the armies of the living God.
[00:10:08]  Know who you are and who you are.
[00:10:11]  Go back to your neighborhoods and fight.
