This is Jim Fetzer in Madison, Wisconsin, delighted to be joined today by Joe Olson in Houston, and Carl Herman in San Ramon, California.
We're here to bring you all the news you need to know.
We have the Supreme Court hearing oral arguments on the vaccine mandate, where leftist judges are citing embarrassingly false data in their Efforts feeble though they are to defend the Biden administration, you can't make this stuff up.
Justice Beyer, for example, cited 750 million Americans infected as his reference point to justify his support for the Biden mandates.
Unfortunately, there are only 350 million Americans, so he was only off the mark by 400 million.
Taking Bayer's ball of insanity across the finish line, Justice Sotomayor, another leftist in a black road, actually calling her a communist is probably right, stated 100,000 kids are currently in the hospital, which is false, that the Omicron variant has been more deadly than the Delta, which is false, That COVID deaths are at an all-time high, which is false.
Worse yet, that OSHA's regulatory authority is part of the federal police power, which is not only false, but was the issue before the court.
So here she was, begging the question by defining the solution before it had been Have been appropriately addressed by the court.
She herself, a diabetic since childhood, didn't actually even appear in the courtroom, but chose to remain in her office and take part remotely.
Two lawyers representing Ohio and Louisiana also argued by telephone after having got positive tests.
There is a glimmer of hope here.
The liberal-minded justices were questioning the legitimacy of arguments against the mandate claiming the pandemic affects hospital capacities, but Thomas, for example, opened by asking, how are we to decide When an emergency temporary standard or emergency temporary standards are necessary, very appropriate.
The COVID circumstances, thus as the AP reports, did not appear to outweigh the views of the court's six conservatives that the administration had overstepped its authority in its vaccine or mandate testing requirement for businesses with at least 100 employees.
Justice Roberts, for example, said, This is something the federal government has never done before, casting doubt on the administration's argument that a half-century of established law showed that the Occupational Safety and Health Care Act conferred this authority very unlikely to support a federal mandate.
I believe they're going to kick this back to the states.
Joe, your thoughts?
Yeah, well, I don't think there's any defense in saying that the federal government has never done anything before because you want to talk about let's talk about what the Indian reservations have been for about 200 years, and let's talk about Japanese internment during World War II.
You know, these people are absolute sacks.
There's not a single person on that Supreme Court that could pass a high school science quiz, and the reason they go to law is because you don't have to have any math or any science.
You could just come in and get a social studies degree, or you can get a degree in absolutely anything, and get a law degree, and boom, our governor.
He got a degree in business administration and then he got a law degree.
Our Attorney General, Ken Paxton, he got a degree in psychology and then he got a law degree.
How in the hell are these people responsible for making any health decisions for us at all?
These people are absolute clowns and they have no business dictating policy for anybody and the The visions of government that are supporting this are absolutely corrupt to the core.
We'll get into a whole bunch more stuff about going on with the CDC and the FDA as the show progresses, but off to you, Carl.

And one of the first things that should have been out of one of the justices' mouths is that Title 21 is federal law.
Article 6 of the U.S.
Constitution upholds federal law over these mandates.
Title 21 says that you cannot be an experimental subject without your consent, and that is completely within the individual's power.
So the 750 million Americans, and Sotomayor's claims that, you know, this does not happen, okay?
So every judge has clerks, they prepare notes, they've either been fed bullshit or for whatever, This is an elegant legal demonstration that even at the highest court that it is broken.
So again, you know, my spidey sense is just tingling that this is a PSYOP.
And then regarding the hospitals, the question regarding affecting hospital, Well, isn't that one of the science questions that Joe was talking about in the math questions?
Because the name of the game for state law here in California is that in order to have emergency ordering authority in the first place, is that local hospitals have to be the statutory languages beyond control.
As soon as this emergency was declared, we were immediately lied to in omission to never get comprehensive hospital data, and then the only hospital data that we get is bullshit, not comprehensive and comparative over time to the numbers and the capacity and the Emergency operational capacity and that the military field hospitals weren't needed at all.
The military hospital ships weren't needed at all.
And then, ongoingly, to be lied to that somehow a so-called positive case, which is problematic, can substitute for beyond control hospitals is total bullshit.

I just got this in BizPak.
let's see, BISPAC review. There's one state that said that they're not going to take the
Supreme Court ruling regardless of what it is. You'll never guess. Iowa doesn't have a standard
requiring COVID vaccine or testing, but after closely reviewing the federal OSHA vaccine,
Iowa's determined that it will not adopt the federal standard regardless of what the Supreme
Court says. And then listening to our local NPR propaganda network on the way over for the show
today, they're The Harris County judge, which is a misnomer, but I'll mention that in just a second, Lena Hidalgo, who was elected at 28 years old for her only elected office, and she has a degree in political science and two years working as a reporter in Thailand, has absolutely no connection to the community, spent $60 million last March for setting up an emergency hospital that had no patients,
She has just announced that we're in a red flag alert because there's so many omicrons running around in our county that we have to just completely lock down.
Oh, it's insane!

The place was open for a month and never treated a single patient because none of the hospitals were full and everybody went to the hospitals first.
Absolute insanity that we have to deal with this.
Now, back to the thing of county judge.
When Texas was formed as a republic, We didn't have the ability to put government offices everywhere, so we put a judge in charge of the county along with commissioners.
And in Harris County, we have four and a half million people.
That's more than the bottom 25 states population-wise in the country.
So four and a half million people have this pinhead dictating policy for us, And she has three, I mean, four commissioners that are
underneath her that supposedly have to approve stuff.
But she's got Cardiff, wants to do virtually anything she wants.
Absolute insanity.
And she wouldn't have been elected if we wouldn't have had the most rotten rhino in the state of Texas
mis-running the county for the last 10 years.

I mean, just a year ago, we were told the following claims were false.
They were so monstrously false, they constituted a hoax.
Vaccinated can spread COVID.
Vaccinated are susceptible to new variants and reinfection.
COVID vaccines can cause blood clots and other serious side effects.
Third and fourth shots may be required.
New shots every year, half a year.
Shots for young children.
Total segregation of society into the vaxxed and the unvaxxed.
Camps for the unvaccinated.
Unvaccinated, unable to work.
Harder access of medical care for the unvaccinated.
Secret contracts between Pfizer and the government.
A year ago, we were told every one of those claims was a hoax.
It turns out each of them was true.
Meanwhile, so when does the emergency end, Justice Baradas, on behalf of the American people?

So when does the emergency end, Justice Amy Coney Baradas, Solicitor General Elizabeth Kalogar, in the case of National Federation of Independent Business versus Department of Labor?
The Solicitor General of the United States argues cases on behalf of the United States as a third-ranking member of the Department of Justice, and it's now preligar, arguing the case of vaccine mandates on behalf of the Biden administration, which has pushed them, despite knowing legal challenges would be coming, but in the hope of forcing people to get vaccinated simply by issuing a preliminary rule.
The emergency temporary standard claimed by Biden and OSHA was not enacted at the outset of the emergency, or even a year into, or even as soon as Biden stepped into the White House and began issuing executive orders overturning every order Trump had given he could find.
The emergency was instead claimed nine months after that, By which time the emergency wasn't the pandemic, but the refusal of many Americans to take the vax.
Barrett noticed this.
For Barrett, the key question was not about the need to push through perhaps unjust laws due to the severity of the pandemic, but the emergency of seemingly endless emergency powers that have been taken by federal, state, and local governments.
Biden, in many cases, has legislated the pandemic through executive orders, some of which have come up before the court.
And he's not alone.
In New York, ousted Governor Cuomo issued his directive with his pen alone.
In New York City, de Blasio did the same.
The City Council was not consulted on de Blasio's mandates, which go further than those the Biden administration is currently litigating.
Barrett asked Polijar about the status of this rule as an emergency temporary standard.
She brought up the dissent of Chief Justice Jeffrey Sutton, who'd heard the arguments for the mandate in the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and had issued a blistering dissent.
Sutton mentioned Descended to the ruling to not hear the case.
When much is sought from a statute, much must be shown.
The Secretary of Labor asks a lot of the Occupational Safety and Health Act claiming authority to issue an emergency rule scheduled to go into effect on January 4th.
That will require roughly 80 million workers to become vaccinated or face a weekly self-financed testing requirement and a daily masking requirement.
At the same time, he assumes authority to regulate an area of public health and safety traditionally regulated by the states.
If valid, The rule would nullify all contrary state and local regulations as a power to regulate nationally is a power to preempt locally.
Such broad assertions of administrative power demand unmistakable legislative support.
The federal courts expect Congress to speak clearly when authorizing an agency to exercise powers of vast economic and political significance And to use exceedingly clear languages if it wishes to significantly alter the balance between federal and state power.
Congress, however, did not clearly grant the Secretary of Labor authority to impose this vaccinate or test mandate, he wrote.
Barrett referenced it as saying, OSHA did not adopt the rule in response to the emergency as an emergency, because that has been ongoing since early 2020, but instead responded to new facts on the ground, including the widespread available of a vaccine that perhaps it was surprising many chose to forego in the emergency of the Delta variant.
And Chief Judge Sutton pointed out that in an extended pandemic, Or I don't know if we've moved to an endemic such as this.
Facts will continually change.
New variants will emerge.
So there might be new treatments, new vaccines.
We have boosters now, right?
So now full vaccination might just not be just two jabs, but include a booster as well.
So when does the emergency end?
Wonderfully.
She went on.
Two years from now, do we have any reason to think COVID will be gone or new variants not emerging?
And when must OSHA actually result to its regular authority and go through notice and comment and not simply be doing this in the quick way that doesn't afford people the voice in the process to which they are otherwise entitled?
Well, the Solicitor General made efforts to deal with those issues, but in my judgment, very unsuccessfully.
I'm predicting they're going to refuse the federal mandate and revert it to the states, which has historically been the allocation of responsibility.

Yeah, well, in July of 2020, OrangemanBad authorized $2 billion to the Pfizer Corporation for 100 billion doses of vaccines that didn't get emergency authorization use until December of 2020.
Oh, but to make things even worse, we all know that the pharmaceutical companies love to have patent drugs because then they can charge 10 times as much for them.
Well, guess what?
They also knew at Pfizer that their jabs that they'd experimented on animals for over 20 years and had 100% failure in all three of the animal testing trials for SARS, MERS, and whatever else, Ebola, all three of those were using the same MRA technology.
All three of them had myo- and pericarditis.
So, What did they do?
They had a patent for a drug called Thermethamine, which was patented December 16, 1965.
The patent had expired.
So guess what Pfizer did?
They notified the FDA and said, we're going to discontinue manufacturing this product And the FDA went, oh, okay.
And so the Pfizer, and this is in the Federal Register, Pfizer patent expired, reissued June 27, 2019.
So what they did is they said, well, we're going to quit manufacturing this drug.
And the FDA said, oh, okay.
And then they said, okay, well, Sounds like nobody's manufacturing it.
We're going to remanufacture it and make it a patent drug so we can charge 10 times as much and then we're going to stick it in the little kitty jabs because we don't want kids to get myocarditis and pericarditis within the first six months of getting the jab.
We would rather wait for them to have a year or two before the jabs add up and communally destroy them.
Absolute criminal behavior on the worst possible extent.
There's not a street drug pusher in the United States.
There's not a trailer house meth lab that's worse than these pharmaceutical companies, and they all need to be in jail, and the majority of them need to be hung.

There's no further excuse for this, and the rotten news media has done a horrible job of exposing this stuff that's absolutely plain obvious to anybody that bothers to look.

I mean, it's hopeful with the questions that were in that story.
But yeah, I don't know.
We could have the votes and then the justices could vote on those Dominion voting machines and it could come back the other way.

So what we're seeing officially is we're seeing Orwellian doublespeak that is obfuscating central and essential facts about what limited government under the law means.
And that's always what those dictators do, is that they use some magic words like four-year safety or public health to destroy legal limits of government.
So they do whatever they want, in this case, to An attempt to force injections onto people that are kill shots.
This is a this is war.
And I don't know how to put it.
Many other words other than that, but people do need to stand up for their rights or their rights is just the first thing that they're going to lose in this war.

Meanwhile, Let me catch up with ourselves.
A judge has given the FDA just over eight months to produce Pfizer safety data.
The FDA had asked to have 75 years to release it.
This is just insane!
75 years?
That was asked for because the average lifespan of an American is 75 years, so it would have meant everyone alive now would be dead by the time this data was released.
Similar chicanery occurred with a Warren report.
Which wanted 75 years to release all the background data for exactly the same reason.
So no one who was alive at the time of the assassination would be around to inspect and respond to the data.
A federal judge ordered the FDA to reduce at a rate of 55,000 pages a month the documents it relied upon to license a Pfizer-BioNTech COVID vaccine.
No wonder they don't want to release it, because Joe, as you mentioned, the animal studies They claim they didn't even conduct, but they conducted them and the animals all died.
And you might think that was a failure, but in fact, under the circumstance, since they were producing deliberately a lethal product, that was a success.
A rate of 55,000 pages a month would mean The FDA has just over eight months to fully produce all of the Pfizer pre-licensure safety data.
Otherwise, it would have been 500 pages a month and taken 75 years.
Just outrageous.
The court recognizes the unduly burdensome challenge that this FOIA request may present, but As expressed at the scheduling conference, there may not be a more important issue that the FDA than the pandemic, the Pfizer vaccine, and getting every American vax, making sure that the American public is assured this was not rushed on behalf of the United States, or really, more specifically, the pharmaceutical industry.
The case was brought by the Public Health and Medical Professionals for Transparency, which said the data should be made public quickly because the FDA only took 108 days to review the data before granting the vaccine full approval for emergency use.
Pfizer began its rolling submission on May 7, 2021.
The vaccine was licensed on August 21, 2021, a total of 108 days from initial submission to licensure.
The group, which comprises public health professionals, medical professionals, scientists, and journalists, includes Dr. Hyvie Reich, a professor of epidemiology at Yale School of Public Health, Dr. Erica Hertie, who is until recently professor of psychiatry at UC Irvine School of Medicine, and Dr. Peter McCullough, cardiologist, epidemiologist, and internist, who's a super good guy, speaking out as much as they can to expose a chicanery going on here.
The FDA previously told a judge in December that its Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research, maintaining the records being sought, had just 10 staff in the branch responsible for processing FOIA requests.
Two of them were new and not yet able to review records.
How absurd is that?
So you hire more staff!
This is stupid.
You got a project that takes a hundred man-hours.
Well, it could take one man a hundred hours, ten men ten hours, or a hundred men one hour.
This is just absurd.
In sum, the FDA's proposed processing schedule is fair to the plaintiff.
The agency argued, in other words, they wanted their 75 years.

The same FDA that was able to review 470,000 pages of data within 8 months and give an emergency use authorization cannot review that same data and give it to us in less than 75 years.

These people are absolutely criminal!
The only elected official in the state of Texas that, in my book, has any standing on this whole issue with the mandates and the whole COVID hysteria is State Senator Bob Hall.
He just posted something, sent it to me this morning, on a group called ProtocolKills.com.
They've got a website where they've got an enormous amount of evidence that the protocols that were sent down from the FDA are to Get people into the hospital so that they can exterminate the unvaxxed.
Anyone who's on a government payroll, which would be anybody that's on welfare and anybody that's on social security, or anybody that's a free thinker, and part of their extermination plan includes Remdesivir, which is the failed drug that was so bad in Ebola trials that it was the only drug that was removed from the trials.
To make things even worse, we have a college professor, Baylor University, here in Houston.
She's a professor of Pediatric Medicine, Molecular Virology, and Microbiology.
Her name is Dr. Carol Baker.
She was on the CDC Advisory Committee on Immunization Products from 2009 until 2012.
She's white.
until 2012. She's white, she's female, so she has white privilege, female privilege,
and she's Jewish so she has Jewish privilege and she's on videotapes
stating that we need to kill all the white people in America.
What the hell more do you need?
And why hasn't Baylor fired this woman?
Why hasn't she had her medical license revoked for saying she needs to kill all the white people?

As well as the animal trials, I believe it was Pfizer's study also that they destroyed their own human experimental group by, partway through the process, going into the control group and then giving the vaccines to a large proportion of the control group.
I don't have the details of that story in mind, but it was something like that.
The obfuscation is what Americans have to break through, and the data will do it.

Meanwhile, here in Wisconsin, election investigators have made a surprise move and blanketed the state with subpoenas in relation to the 2020 election.
I like this.
Michael Gableman is a special counsel, formerly on the Wisconsin Supreme Court, looking into how voting was carried out in the 2020 election.
He's issued 70 subpoenas to state entities and employees, special interest groups, private companies, mayoral staff, and IT departments to obtain records, deposition, and more information on the election process.
That seems to have had a hand in the administration of the election.
The investigation is looking into several components of what went on.
He's looking into how Facebook CEO Zuckerberg and the money he donated influenced the election, what the Wisconsin Election Commission was doing, the conduct of the mayors and the municipal clerks, the operation of voting machines, and other factors that may have influenced the outcome.
Many municipal Wisconsin elections are not administered by the Secretary of State, unlike in other states.
Instead, Wisconsin State Ethics Boards and Wisconsin Election Commission work in collaboration with a large number of municipal clerks, county clerks, and election inspectors during the election season.
Many municipal clerks throughout the state live in very small towns, but in contrast, there are clerks in Wisconsin's five largest cities, Madison, Racine, Kenosha, Green Bay, and Milwaukee.
They, however, are not independent authorities but report to the mayor, the city's common council, or the state election commission.
Gableman is specifically looking into the city's mayors, clerks, and staffers and how they may have been influenced by funding from Zuckerberg.
A source said that five Wisconsin cities were approached by Zuckerberg and offered $8.8 million in grants to help keep voters safe from COVID.
That was the cover story.
The group reportedly offered the money, even though a source said the federal government under the Trump administration had already given $7 million to make sure the clerks had enough coverage, sanitation, and whatever else was needed.
According to the source, each mayor of the five cities took good-faith money.
Racine received $60,000, four others $10,000 each.
Once they took the grant, they were received questionnaires to see if they then qualified for the full $8.8 million.
They asked what the city was going to do to drive up the vote in what they deemed were historically disenfranchised neighborhoods.
In other words, how they could get out the Democrat vote.
It's stunning how Zuckerberg played a role in stealing the 2020 election.

to find information on how the cities use the money.

Yeah, and all of that funding was isolated to six key states and the six large cities
that are controlled by Democrats, where they knew that they'd be able to steal
the required number of votes.

One of the greatest women that I've ever met in a whole entire life is Kathleen Inglebrock, founder of True the Vote, and she has been active in every state in the country.
During the election for senator in Mississippi, They had a runoff in the primary because nobody had enough, and the guy that was running for re-election is a decrepit rhino named Tad.
What was his last name?
Remember it in just a second.
But anyhow, Tad was running, and he was going to lose.
And so the state GOP funded commercials on black radio stations in three different counties and said that, you know, if you go vote in a Republican runoff, we'll go ahead and Cochrane.
T.H.A.D.
Cochran was the senator that was running for re-election.
And they said, if you go vote, you know, we'll make sure that you're rewarded.
And they were able to prove that the GOP distributed money to give $10 to every black person that voted.
And just like in most states, if you vote in the primary as a Democrat, you're prohibited from voting as the Republican.
Well, guess what?
She had proof that there was thousands of votes that were cast by Democratic voters in these three counties that were ineligible to vote in the runoff election, and the Tad was able to win by, you know, several thousand votes, and so she subpoenaed for the court records, And the chairman of the GOP in Mississippi is Haley Barber.
And Haley Barber said the Mississippi GOP is a private party, and we do not have to disclose any of the primary information of election results to anybody.
And when it got to court, a RINO judge said, well, I'm going to agree with Mr. Haley Barber.
It is a private party, and you ain't part of it.
She's also found 200,000 votes that were cast in lump sums in violation of the state law in Georgia and that's before the AG and multiple sheriffs that are going to be able to go and district attorneys in Georgia that are going to be able to go ahead and prosecute that on a local level regardless of what the clowns at the state level do.
So this thing's fixing to blow wide open and I guarantee you she said she has information in five more states Oh, Joe, you got it exactly right.

We've got criminals running our elections, we've got criminals running the government,
we've got criminals running our corporation, we've got criminals running our mainstream media.

The vast scale of the conspiracies is literally in a hundred different areas and all people need to do is begin to dive in and their subject areas choice and my personal recommendation is people be responsible for At least three that they could explain, document, and prove that the conclusion is valid to demand the arrest of these psychopaths at the top, centered in government, centered in media, and centered in our major businesses, including Big Pharma.

People need to embrace the fact that we do live in an Orwellian society, and people need to let that really sink in, because a lot of people can say, oh yeah, I understand that, but you still fucking listen to anything they say?
See, that's the part that I wanted to emphasize, because once you've demonstrated that these people are psychopathic liars, then you should consider everything that they have told you, which it really includes almost everything that you learned in public education to be suspect.
And until people can grow up enough to demand the arrests and that we can get the objective truth that can be demonstrable, you can demonstrate it to anybody caring to look at, then it is just a show, a sigh up, And, you know, people can get the feeling from our attitudes that we're pretty much done with it.
And it really is in about, if I could give it a magnitude figure, of a hundred areas where each and every time, like the climate change hoax, like JFK's assassination, like COVID, like election fraud, any honest person would be, oh my fucking God, it was right there!

It turns out that's a falsehood, that there's no correlation between the planetary temperature and the quantity of CO2 in the atmosphere, In order for there to be a causal connection, you've got to have a correlation.
We have that with increased vaccination and increased autism.

In the case of CO2 and global warming, there's no correlation whatsoever.

So while there are variations in Earth temperature, rising and falling, it has nothing to do with the amount of CO2.
It actually has the effect of cooling Earth in four different dimensions and in the absence of which life would not be possible on Earth.
