It's the Truth Vs. News Incorporated.
I'm Don LaGuardia, your producer at JD.ConsultantsAtLabs.com, and this is the New Year's!
Happy 2022!
Boy, I hope it's twice as good as 2021-2020.
Hopefully we're going to have a brand new year that's going to be much better.
I think I have the right people at Truth Vs. News to show it.
We have Jim Fetcher, of course.
He's the The most dangerous mind in America.
And he's just an excellent reporter and has shows and things that are happening in court.
Just terrific.
And Scott Bennett, he's a former RA intelligence and psyops officer with an exceptional military mind and very articulate.
And Holly Seliger, what can I say about her except that she's exceptional.
She's been doing news things for about 10 years or so and she's just Had excellent comments, so we're ready to go for this year.
What do we have?
How about starting off with Biden and Putin?
Well, I think this is a serious situation.
The United States and NATO have been mucking around with the Soviet Union and Russia since its dissolution in 1991, where Ronald Reagan gave solemn assurances to Mikhail Gorbachev that NATO would make no effort to militarize or to turn the Eastern Bloc nations that now would become sovereign states into NATO nations, but we violated all those.
They're now trying to use Ukraine to get it into NATO to put all these missile batteries right on Russia's borders.
It's as though the Chinese were installing missile batteries in Mexico all along our southern border.
I mean, it's that absurd.
And Biden is completely incompetent, of course, has no idea what he's saying.
He's a total moron, and he's reading a script.
So someone else is manipulating behind the scenes, and I have the suspicion it is the Rothschild banking empire, and that the Rothschild would like to have a war.
So stand by.
This is all serious stuff.
Putin warned Biden new sanctions would lead to a complete breakdown in relations between the U.S.
and Russia.
Both have accused the other of provocations or tens of thousands of troops near the Ukrainian border, but Putin has denied there was any effort to invade.
Kremlin aides said the conversation centered on those security guarantees that Moscow wants from the West, including preventing Ukraine from joining NATO.
And Putin pushed back on threats of new sanctions on Russia.
Putin had requested the call for January ahead of security talks scheduled for January 10th in Geneva.
The White House stressed Biden urges Russian counterpart to de-escalate tensions hours after it emerged that the Air Force had blown a second spy plane over the area.
That doesn't sound like a de-escalation to me.
Here we got Biden talking to Russia.
I'm looking for his teleprompter so he knows what to say.
Here's a situation.
This is from a Western point of view, making it look fierce.
If you had a larger map and looking at all the missile batteries that the West has put along the Russian border, Russia is virtually encircled by Western military might.
It's absurd.
Flight tracking website showed the U.S.
Air Force JSTAR spy plane operated over eastern Ukraine, the second such flight in days.
We're at a moment of crisis and have been for some weeks now, given the Russian buildup, said a senior Biden official.
It'll take a high level of engagement to address this and find a path of de-escalation.
For Moscow, it's a sense the West is closing in on its territory, admitting former Soviet states to NATO.
We have started to be perceived as a threat by the West, by the U.S., said the Russian first deputy permanent representatives to the U.N.
What we're having now is a kind of remake of the Cold War.
Call it Cold War 2.0.
Meanwhile, the first Deputy Permanent Representative of Russia said the US and the West were responsible for initiating these tensions.
Biden accepted the request for the conversation because he thinks there's no substitute for direct leader-to-leader dialogue, except that Biden can hardly sustain a conversation with his own pseudo-wife, Jill.
Biden will also make it clear that we are prepared for diplomacy, but we're also prepared to respond if Russia advances with a further invasion.
The official said the U.S.
had made plans to reinforce NATO's forced posture if Russia attacked, prepared to provide Ukraine with further assistance.
That doesn't suggest the same thing as U.S.
military direct involvement.
Meanwhile, Secretary of State Blinken Tweet it.
Reiterated full U.S.
support for Ukraine.
In my call with Ukrainian President, we'll continue to consult closely with Ukraine, NATO allies, and partners in our diplomatic efforts to deter further Russian aggression.
My opinion is aggression is all on the side of NATO.
Further raising the stakes, it emerged that Russia has deployed a new top-secret Star Wars missile that's designed to shoot down nukes and satellites.
This is the S-550 entering combat duty.
Little is known about the missile, but it is Russia's latest four-way into the space arms race.
This is a very sophisticated weapon.
I'm quite sure the U.S.
has nothing comparable.
Scott, right up your alley.
Your thoughts?
Well, it's disturbing in many regards.
I agree with you entirely that this is a Rothschild-motivated attempt to decapitate both countries because they make it much easier to capture the natural resources of both countries and to chop them up into little republics, you know, little countries.
That's the ultimate dream, of course.
So I think This is the best way for them to try and disintegrate the nations of Russia and the United States.
It's an information war, too, and one of the things Putin should remind the world is, because of the affection the world and especially the United States has, is what would Ronald Reagan do?
What would Ronald Reagan want?
Ronald Reagan, and Putin can say, I remember Ronald Reagan.
He was a great man.
He doesn't have to talk about Gorbachev.
Everybody hates Gorbachev in Russia, but Ronald Reagan, It is different.
And Ronald Reagan would not betray his oath and his word to Russia and the Russian people out of sanity and a desire to keep things stable.
In fact, Ronald Reagan would have totally managed the American-Russian relationship entirely different.
Ronald Reagan really wanted to welcome Russia and the Russian people and the Russian Christian Orthodox Church and the conservatives as the prodigal sons And that's an important symbolism because it warms the coals of friendliness and love and natural affection.
And that's what's needed to throw the water on these explosive desires for conflict and war and stuff.
The other thing is, Putin knows that Biden is a puppet.
He knows he's controlled.
So he's very delicate and very surgical.
I don't think there's anyone, I've said it before, that has as much experience and wisdom in geopolitical, military, intelligence affairs and economic affairs than Vladimir Putin.
I mean, talk about the Einstein of political theory and military theory and It's Vladimir Putin just by virtue of his pedigree of being around and being in the game for 30-40 years.
It's an incredible thing to really ponder.
And if you've been in politics and military, you really have an appreciation for it because no one else has.
No one else has been around as long as he has.
And, you know, Russia too.
It comes down to, I've never seen Russia and the Russian leadership so angry as they are right now.
So, and this is being reflected by other groups like True News and others that are saying the same thing that we've been saying, Jim.
That Russia is tired.
They're tired of talking.
They're not going to be talking anymore.
They've felt totally betrayed and they're really ready to fight.
Not a long protracted World War II situation, but they would annihilate any military installations that would have rockets, missiles, weapons that would be able to launch against Russia.
The argument of the US and NATO allowed to do this is essentially like Russia and China saying, well, we will put missiles in Mexico.
We'll put missiles in Canada.
We'll put missiles in Cuba.
You did it once and we'll do it now.
Honestly, as ridiculous as it sounds, there is a political advantage to inserting that into the imagination of people to say, you want to insert missiles over here like you did in Turkey?
We'll insert them back in in Mexico and the Caribbean like we did in 1961 or whatever it was.
That instantly, you know, wakes up Americans.
And sadly, the reason that we have this clumsy disintegrating America is because The leaders of this country are looking through the glass and it is opaque and cloudy and cracked because of the schizophrenia, the medication, the bad families, the bad education that America has suffered for 30 years.
Back in the 1980s and 90s, we had a much healthier society than we do now.
And I can say with authority because I was in high school in those days.
But the United States is rapidly descending into schizophrenia, madness, clumsiness, arrogance, and that could trigger a conflict that would be very quick, but it could be also very, very devastating for the United States.
So I would say, too, that no war can be initiated.
This isn't a World War situation.
World War I's They can initiate a war or conflict against Russia and there should be legal filings immediately by the military, JAGS, against Biden saying he has no constitutional authority to send us to war.
We require and recognize this is unlawful.
If you had good people in the military.
What about Joe Flynn's brother?
Why isn't he doing something like that?
I thought he was a conservative.
And then also the Congress.
The Congress, remember, passed a resolution that there would be no conflict against Iran without a declaration of war.
Well, why aren't they doing the same thing right now to say Joe Biden will not wage war against Russia.
The United States Congress will, and the people of the United States will, if they want to.
But not the president, especially not this president.
The fact that that deafening silence is around the halls of Congress, that no one is standing up saying, no, you will not wage war against Russia and destroy this country.
The Congress will, because the Congress has the constitutional authority, not Joe Biden, a dimensional riddled zombie puppet.
Jim?
Scott, very nice.
Holly, your thoughts?
Holly, do we have you?
We may have Holly frozen.
Okay, we'll pick up with Holly when we get her back.
Just edit it out, Don, when she comes back to restart it.
Meanwhile, we have the guess Wayne Maxwell found guilty on sex trafficking charges.
After five days of deliberation, she was found guilty of five of six sex trafficking charges.
Conspiracy to entice minors to travel to engage in illegal sex acts.
Conspiracy to transport minors with intent to engage in criminal sexual activity.
Transportation of minors with intent to engage in criminal sexual activity.
Conspiracy to commit sex trafficking to minors.
Sex trafficking of minors.
Founder not guilty on enticement of a minor to travel to engage in illegal sex acts, which I would have thought would have been the easiest.
They requested the transcripts of five witness testimonies.
They were offered two days over Christmas, but they came in with their verdict.
Each of the non-conspiracy charges contained elements, and if the jury decided any one of them were not satisfied in the non-conspiracy charges, then she would have been not guilty of the entire charge.
The testimony of Jane about how her abuse by Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein began when she was 14, directly related to counts one through four, each of the non-conspiracy elements contained elements.
Meanwhile, Maggie Krell, a human rights attorney, author of a forthcoming book on sex trafficking, anticipated a quick verdict.
In my experience, holiday jurors tend to be decisive because they want to get back to their families and enjoy the holidays.
She's aware of the grooming techniques of potential victims of prosecution presented.
That's how grooming works.
It's a classic technique of predators and it's totally ubiquitous.
Here's Sarah Ransom, a victim of Epstein arriving, for her testimony.
Krause said, even though it involved famous wealthy people, in a lot of ways, it's a very basic sex trafficking case, because the techniques are so classic from the trafficker's playbook.
It only takes one juror not to agree.
Finding 12 to agree is a challenge.
Some of these counts have a 10-year mandatory minimum.
The judge will have to determine what she deserves under these circumstances, where Judges tend to not go light on defendants like this.
I just remind you how much effort has been involved here in concealing the evidence where the Virginia Roberts, who I believe would have been the most devastating witness to the best of my knowledge, wasn't even called.
She'd been previously directed by a district court judge to destroy files containing the names of Epstein's associates because they were improperly obtained.
Destroy the evidence?
In September of 2000, attorney for Epstein's Alleged Madam Ghislaine Maxwell told Preska that there are hundreds of people named in the 2,000 pages of documents.
That's what they did not want to get out.
Epstein died after being taken into custody, so we are told, which we don't believe, since its rampant pedophilia became public associates, including Bill Clinton, Bill Gates, Ehud Barak, Victoria's Secret boss, Les Wexner, have sought to distance themselves.
Surprise, surprise.
Let's see if we have Holly back.
Holly, I want to bring you in to go ahead and comment on our previous story about potential war with Russia, but then pick up here on what you'd like to add about Ghislaine Maxwell, and then we'll turn back to Scott.
Your thoughts.
Can you guys hear me okay?
Yep.
Okay.
So, you want me to mention or just talk briefly about the Maxwell story?
Well, I was just reading recently about, I think it was called the Russian-Japanese War.
There was a couple of them in the 1890s, and there was one in the early 1900s, and it sounds a lot like what we're going through right now, where it starts off as some sort of proxy wars, and it's building up of several countries.
Of course, it's the same bankers and the same families from even 100 years ago, because we have to look at
who can actually afford to fund these wars.
And it's not really these countries.
It didn't, the Hoover benefits, Japan or Russia to start a war.
It was all about expansion.
And it started off with the railroads.
And of course, it was the same railroad companies that after they had basically destroyed the United States
during the Civil War and murdered, you know, how many thousands of people in the American Civil War
in the 1860s, these same families.
Starting to expand the railroads into Japan and they tried to build up this expansionism with Russia and try to get make Russia the bad guys and have Tsar Nicholas get involved in another proxy war to try to destroy Russia from within so we're seeing the same basic idea again once again with the same bankers and then if you're talking about just saying Maxwell she is Obviously from the Maxwell family which is this family goes back centuries and her father Robert Maxwell is He was at least a triple spy United States Israel and the UK interestingly enough
No one wants to talk about that.
And like you said, the scope to this case was extremely limited, so they didn't allow them to discuss who she was actually working for, which of course she and Epstein were obviously working for Israel, so there was no talk.
The judge wouldn't even allow any sort of discussion of the larger issues of why this massive blackmailing scheme was going on.
There was no talk about Human harvesting, I guess you could say, and human trafficking on a larger scale when it comes to these.
Uh, these countries, it was only from a very narrow scope of what she was doing specifically with Epstein basically just being a handler, so definitely seems like a limited hangout.
Hopefully more dominoes will fall.
There's a lot of people who believe that this is just the beginning, but the case was extremely limited.
And the fact that we can't even, we couldn't watch any of the case, We can't really even read the transcripts.
There's no recordings.
There's no audio recordings.
The whole thing just seems very sketchy to me.
No, you got it all exactly right, Holly.
And of course, there was a clue that the prosecutor would be the daughter of James Comey, who had concealed the Anthony Weiner laptop to benefit Hillary, just as his successor, Christopher Wray, had concealed the Hunter Biden laptop to protect Joe.
Scott, your thoughts about Ghislaine?
Well, see, that, Jim, again, that's what's Boiling over the temperament of the United States and the people of this country are these accumulated revelations, these accumulated layer upon layer acknowledgments of the corruption of the United States government, particularly the Department of Justice and the FBI.
Comey's relative prosecuting this is a deal-breaker!
And I haven't heard anyone in Congress yelling at the top of their lungs that this is corruption, corruption, corruption, and throwing stuff and knocking over podiums to get the attention of the American people.
Now I'm glad Don has that picture of Rene Alexander Acosta on the right side of Trump.
Because I communicated to Donald Trump and his team that Rene Alexander Acosta was the attorney in Florida that prosecuted the Union Bank of Switzerland case and gave a non-prosecution agreement to the banks in the area, Union Bank of Switzerland, its law firm Covington & Burling that later represented Joe Flynn to get him to take a deal to throw him under the bus.
Rene Alexander Acosta, through Brad Birkenfeld, the whistleblower that the CIA had been after, through Edward Snowden, all of the Swiss bank accounts that Brad had brought over, 19,000 Swiss bank accounts, hundreds of millions of dollars, bank accounts connections to Saudi Arabia, Morocco, Mauritania, Algeria, a variety of nations in the Middle East that were funneling money to the Clinton Foundation, then in exchange for the Clinton State Department.
All of that was covered up and buried by Rene Alexander Acosta.
Because he was told it was an intelligence operation.
The same intelligence operation was the Jeffrey Epstein sex trafficking case, i.e.
Israeli Mossad blackmailing operation, where they get these effeminate beta males,
you can't make a date with a girl on their own, to rape little 12, 13, 14 year old girls in exchange,
and little boys when it comes to Lindsey Graham and others, to get leverage on them.
That was Rene Alexander Acosta.
Trump was given that information.
He was given that information in December of 2017, in my memo.
He was given it much later also.
So all of these people have played a role.
Now, by the way, Trump fired Rene Alexander Acosta right around July 4th during that time.
I was amazed to see him standing with him, and maybe that was a message being sent.
But all of these people have been playing this game, and it's particularly, as my Scottish would say, scunnering.
It's scunnering Which is ultimately repugnant and disgusting, that these disgusting men would be abusing and traumatizing, raping and killing these little girls between 12 and 13, 14, 15, who are traumatized, who come from broken families.
I mean, it really is extraordinarily sick.
And this Rene Alexander, or this Maxwell I agree with Holly.
A lot of people were saying it's still under investigation and indictment and all this.
Do I trust anybody in the Department of Justice?
Absolutely not!
So this whole thing needs to be completely revealed and completely thrown open and that's the mark.
That's the sonic or the sonar ping, that we constantly have to be pinging this case,
Maxwell and all of these pedophiles have to be constantly, constantly pinged to say, where are
we today? Where are the books? Where are the names? Where are the addresses? Where are the videos?
Where are the photographs? The American public need to know how many of their politicians and their
media and their military have been compromised by sex operations that the Mossad, the Israelis,
were a part of through their Israeli agents Epstein and Maxwell, who are at the highest levels
of the United States government, taking photographs with murdering rapists like Bill Clinton
and And if it leads to Trump too, then so be it.
Let him be guillotined with the rest of them.
I have no tolerance for any of that behavior.
But we'll see where it goes, but I think we have to push, push, push, because this really is the case, because there's nothing more outrageous and infuriating to Americans, especially the American flyover country, Christian families, I mean, anyone with a moral character, There's nothing more repugnant than these politicians thinking that they're gods and behaving like ruthless rapists where little girls lives are about as worthless as stubble thrown on a fire, Jim.
Thank you, Scott.
Meanwhile, the Supreme Court is addressing the Biden vaccine mandates with a special session move not seen in decades.
On January 7th, they'll listen to oral arguments brought against Biden's COVID-19 vaccine rules for large employers and health care workers.
It'll take place during a special session where judges will decide whether Biden's rules should be implemented or not.
It will amount to an issue on the power of the federal government during the pandemic.
The major conflict is over the Emergency Occupational Safety and Health Administration rule demanding those employing over 100 workers get their employees vaccinated or take tests frequently.
Multiple business organization and Republican state contend OSHA overstepped the authority of Congress
vested in it, which I have no doubt is the case, and therefore has exceeded its authority,
whereby the mandate should be nullified.
They also contend that Biden does not have the constitutional authority with which I similarly agree.
The goal of getting more Americans vaccinated does not allow the executive branch to use regulatory fiat
to achieve a significant social, economic, and political change via the limited emergency power
Congress authorized.
Said 26 business organizations, the Supreme Court decided on the hearings after those challenging
approached Justices Alito and Kavanaugh, asking them to intervene.
Biden claims its confidence in legal authority for both policies.
I believe they are wrong and that the court will overthrow them.
The OSHA rule was supposed to go into effect on January 4th, but OSHA, in the face of the rulings of lower court, said it will not commence until January 10th.
A federal appellate court in Cincinnati ruled 2-1 in favor of Biden after it had been ruled against by other courts.
The OSHA rule, the record establishes that COVID has continued to spread, mutate, block, and kill, said a judge on behalf of the court.
To protect workers, OSHA can and must be able to respond to dangers as they evolve.
That's not to cite a legal precedent, however.
That's to cite an extra judicial consideration.
If the rule remains stayed, hundreds of potentially thousands may die at hospitals, nursing homes, and other facilities participating in Medicare and Medicaid because of infections transmitted.
The court's decision to hold the hearings is a rare move bypassing regular procedure.
And so it should.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, OSHA is not constitutionally empowered to make any decisions by itself.
The Congress and the Constitution outlines and makes the laws.
All legislative power shall be done by the legislature, the Congress.
They make the laws.
The executive branch executes and administers the laws through the agencies.
They do not get to do what they want, when they want, or invent new programs Or go off on these wild goose chase tangents to advance an agenda.
They have to advance only the agenda.
They're only allowed to pull the levers and push the buttons of the laws that the Congress passes.
So that's where the court is going to come down and say, no, no, no, you don't do this.
You don't do that.
You're only empowered by your mission to do certain things.
And nothing can offend or impugn or influence or limit Or extend the constitutional rights of citizens.
The Constitution is permanent until altered by constitutional amendment and executive orders can't do it either.
So OSHA is going to be very limited on what it can do and I think all of these cases of the COVID-19 PsyOp.
This is nothing but a PsyOp.
It's all lies.
It's all BS.
Yes, there may be a flu out there, but take your propolis, take your D3, take your zinc, take your vitamin C. Get through it.
You're stronger because of it.
What happened to the flu and the cold?
That just kind of miraculously disappeared.
But this whole thing has been a PsyOp.
I'm not going to go down the path of why Trump is behind it or Trump pushing the vaccine.
There's all sorts of strategic speculations about that.
But I'm on the side of Martin and the rest that are saying anyone that tries to advance and push this is really committing murder.
Because you're encouraging people that may not be that bright to get something that will kill them.
It will shatter the light bulb of their soul.
And people are permanently being altered so there is no geopolitical advantage when you're killing off.
I mean there's a moral question.
But I would also say what's interesting, Jim, is I think we're going to see a lot of the original...
Oh, sorry. That was weird.
Someone doesn't like us talking because I just had my computer and it interfered with me.
I think we're going to see a lot of the Patriot Act decisions which came out that said the administration, the military, the intelligence agencies, the law enforcement agencies cannot Discriminate cannot be prejudicial against like Muslim nonprofits and Muslim groups and Muslims in general.
That same identity can be applied to the religious preferences and affiliations and exemptions to people that religiously do not want to go down the road of COVID-19.
So you can't set up these differentials, these two different systems.
Everybody is equal under the law.
And I think that's where it's going to come back to is everybody, vaccinated, unvaccinated, are equal under the law, have absolutely the same rights, Can't be discriminated against.
You can't discriminate against people that come in that don't want to get vaccinated or show their vaccine papers.
You can't say you can't eat in my restaurant.
They did that to blacks in 1964 and the Civil Rights Act was a result.
So I have every right and everybody who doesn't have a vaccine to sit at a countertop in a restaurant and not be thrown out.
Now that is going to be a kinetic situation that could be, you could have all sorts of false flag dimensions in there where they have FBI informants acting like big, you know, begrudged, disgruntled patriots and they could try and set off a whole vax, anti-vax, civil war conflict.
I'd be very watchful to those situations, Jim.
Very good, Scott.
I think ultimately it may be equal justice under law that prevails here.
And it's another form of discrimination which has clearly been outlawed by precedent.
It's just in a novel form.
Holly, your thoughts.
Hmm.
We'll come back to Holly where we...
Can you hear us? No, she can't because she's not unmuted.
Meanwhile, a new poll shows a sign for Republican sweep in 2022.
A poll conducted by Zogby, which has been left-wing to my understanding, indicates independent voters Prefer Republicans Retake Control Of Both The House And The Senate By An Overwhelming Spread Of 18 Points Between Those Who Prefer GOP Versus Those Who Prefer Continued Democratic Control.
Of Those Who Describe Themselves As Independent, 45% Said They Want Republicans, Only 27% Democrats To Retain Control.
28% Weren't Quite Sure, But I Expect They'll Break In A Similar Pattern.
The polls general ballot about congressional seats found Republicans holding the edge 46 to 43.
Sogbe said, in my four decades of polling, Democrats need about a five percentage point advantage in nationwide congressional preference in order to maintain a majority in Congress.
With a three point Republican lead and a substantive lead among independent signs are pointing today to the possibility of a big Republican advantage Going into 2022.
Meanwhile, Biden could glean some positive news.
His own approval rating was higher than it has in other polls.
Those polled 46% said they approved, 52% disapproved, 40% said they strongly disapproved.
Biden's overall numbers are borderline at 46.
With a 40% strong disapproval, his room for growth is severely limited.
Compounding the challenge, only 20% of respondents said they strongly approve.
Biden entered the White House with high hopes.
He was making a lot of people happy, but it deteriorated when he botched other big decisions.
The massive multi-trillion dollar stimulus pass he passed via budget reconciliation many thought was unnecessary.
It sent billions to many Americans, and it's also partially blamed for the huge spike in inflation.
The Biden administration botched a military withdrawal from Afghanistan.
They're still having to answer for fallout with a shopping the back season backlog, a supply chain, less many without goods.
All this hasn't even mentioned the pandemic.
The fact that not even Biden and his liberal team have been able to get that under control.
The case numbers, in fact, say it may be the worst it's been over the almost two years.
Meanwhile, this is fascinating.
The Census Bureau's latest data confirms left states' worst nightmare.
They are losing populations en masse.
The U.S.
Census released a map comparing population changes in all 50 states, Puerto Rico and Washington, D.C.
California, New York, Illinois, Hawaii, all deep blue states with Democrat governors, were the only states who saw a negative population increase of 0.6% or lower.
Washington, D.C., led by Democrat Mail Browser, also saw a negative increase of 0.6% or lower.
By contrast, seven states saw an increase of 1.01% or higher.
Texas, Arizona, Idaho, Montana, South Carolina, Utah, and Delaware all grew substantial.
All but Delaware boasts conservative leadership.
New Vantage 2021 population estimates released today for the nation states in Puerto Rico show the slowest growth on record for the nation's population.
And of course, a lot of that has to do with a vast or massive number of abortions, of stillborn, of lost pregnancies, fertility, infertility is increasing.
Idaho saw the highest annual increase, 2.9, translating to 53,151.
Translating to 53,151.
Unsurprisingly, New York had a 1.6% drop, which was 319,020.
Broken down in net population change.
States that kept people trapped inside their homes ended up losing out in a big way.
California had the largest migration loss, with 360,299 moving to other states.
New York a close second, prompting 352,185 of their residents to flee.
moving to other states. New York a close second, prompting 352,185 of their residents to flee,
and it is most certainly going to get worse. So here we see a breakdown of each of the individual
states.
Florida and Texas with the least COVID restrictions at the top.
California and New York with the most draconian at the bottom.
Look at that.
Fascinating.
Meanwhile, this could be considered an exodus.
Many families fed up with a goalpost constantly changing with the coronavirus, never-ending fear-mongering campaigns.
They're sick of it.
A high cost of living in blue states and incentive to move to more affordable states.
This does not mean the former residents are going to assimilate right away.
Former Californians in New Yorkers might feel inclined to still vote for Democrats.
I don't think that's very likely.
I don't think that's very likely.
Indeed, if you move the past year and do your state's policies, don't vote for what you fled.
Scott, your thoughts.
Well, if I was DeSantis or any of these governors of other conservative states that people were fleeing to, I would say, don't come here unless you are a registered Republican conservative libertarian.
We don't need you.
We don't want you.
Don't come here and vote for your same garbage and crap that has destroyed these other states and think that you can come here.
And plus, if you come here, You better work twice as hard because we are not going to let this state fall into the same chaos and madness that your states of California and other states have.
There's virtue in that.
There's strength in that.
And every person in their states are saying the same thing.
I mean, I've talked to people in Idaho and Utah, and they've got banners and stuff on the road that says, if you're from California, turn around.
We don't want you here.
And they're damn right!
I mean, I've lived in California all my life, before I was in the military and did Washington stuff, but this state has totally went down since the 1980s.
And we were always libertarian, conservative, you know, patriotic.
I mean, California was a different animal.
But it's because of the materialism, it's fallen into the slumber and the decadence that has led to this enslavement and this tyranny under these fascists like Newsom and the rest.
I do think there's a renaissance coming.
I think solid conservatives like myself that are still in California are going to find these states Completely, you know, losing their minds.
The people that are following this are stupid.
Desperately stupid.
Desperately naive.
Desperate for leadership because there is none.
You see this translating into people now in Chicago and San Francisco trying to fund the police because they've defunded them, leading to mass crimes and stuff like that.
So you're going to see again, I've predicted before, An anti-federalist America where individual states become very powerful Venice-like republics that emerge as the bastions of conservatism, family values, they'll have their own identities, they'll have solid constitutional second amendment laws, they'll have pro-life laws.
They'll say anything that is not consistent with our moral values, get out of our state.
And I think you're going to see the separation between the conservative states and these liberal chazz zone states and areas of madness and stupidity and homelessness and escape from New York sort of politics.
So that's the exciting thing.
I, for one, wouldn't leave because I think there's going to be a lot of opportunity for conservatives To reconquer the territory.
But the COVID-19 thing really changes everything.
That's who you see are real.
And I've been into so many coffee shops and so many Safeways where I've had screaming, banshee, hysterical women pushing shopping carts coming running up to me saying, you have to wear a mask!
And of course I roar like Aslan the Lion.
I do not wear a mask.
It's not the law.
I don't want to get into some colorful altercations with them, but we have to stand and be bold and be ready to stand and be loud to defend our rights, or else these little minions of fascism are going to try and dogpile on you and destroy all your rights, and then your children and grandchildren will have nothing.
So the battle is ours, and this is the time where we are called to stand, not depart, Not move out to another state, not to pack up and flee, but to stand your ground.
And the people who flee to these other states, yeah, I know some of them say, I got kids, I got family.
Yeah, but you're still, in my book, a weakling and a coward and a halfwit.
People should be staying in their states and fighting for their rights or they're not worthy of being called Americans.
Jim?
I think you may be a tad overly controlling here.
Why should Idaho be upset with Californians who are leaving California because they don't like what's going on in California?
They don't want to live in a state like Idaho, so they're coming there to strengthen the independence and the policies of Idaho.
So, you know, I think it's a bit...
It's like a market economy.
The best product tends to win.
That happens.
Americans are used to making choices, changing their mind, moving, buying different products, changing their brand.
So I think we want to let them do it.
Holly, your thoughts about both the court and this latest report about the demographics and the loss of population.
Your thoughts.
Well, if you guys can hear me, I've moved quite a bit around the country, lived in different places, visited a lot of different states.
I've been on the East and the West Coast and Midwest.
I think you showed the statistic.
A lot of people are moving both to Florida and moving up to Maine, and I think some people are coming up to Maine.
I'm confused.
I think some people are leaving from states like New York and Massachusetts, but I also think it could possibly include a lot of migrants that they're bringing into the state, so I'm wondering if some of those demographics are reflecting migrant People population growth as well because we've seen that in Texas and in Florida and I know for a fact in Maine some weeks you know hundreds of people get shipped into the state of Maine across the border so that would flood the state because there's like one and a half million people in the whole state so it it grows the population to tremendously over just the past couple of years so
Um, as we see more and more conservatives kind of congregating into certain areas where, like I said, if you go to Florida or if you even go to New Hampshire or some of these other states, everything is back to normal.
It's been normal for years.
And then you go over this state, literally drive over the bridge into Maine or another state, and everyone's wearing a mask.
Everyone's freaking out.
Everyone's supposedly dying.
And, uh, It's in these highly vaccinated states.
So we're seeing a huge cognitive dissonance and they've been able to use propaganda basically to make people not even believe what's in front of their face or what's going on.
So it's it's pretty bizarre how we're seeing this this growth in certain states.
And I think like I said, it could be both because there's Democrats are shipping migrants in, but also People are leaving and trying to move to areas where it's better for business and better for their families and better schools as well.
Some schools are completely online and other public schools have been back to normal for a while.
But Jim, let me say one thing.
Sure, Scott.
People, in my book, in my opinion, people need to be told and kept in a frame of mind that this is a war.
This is a war in this country, and they need to be conducting themselves as they move in a state of war.
They should not be moving to another state To say now we're going to go back to normal.
Oh now we can swing on the hammock of leisure and go to baseball and basketball games and go out to restaurants because this is a Republican state of Florida or Maine or wherever.
Now we're going to go back to normal in leisure and just sip our cocktail drinks out of the little coconut with an umbrella and and call it a day.
That's not what what we are in.
We are in a war We are in a war where the fascists and the communists and the leftists and these hysterical vaccine mad idiots are trying to advance all sorts of bad stuff all over the country.
I mean, it gets personal to me because my niece is just telling me over the Christmas break they've got transgenders all over her middle school.
She's 13 years old and they're encouraging these schizophrenic kids to dress up and pretend they're girls or vice versa and go into the bathrooms.
My little niece is telling me, I don't want these transgenders in there.
They're a boy or a girl.
I said, you're right, sweetheart.
They're either a boy or a girl, period.
But this is happening in this country and it offends me if people think that, well, we're just going to pack up our U-Haul and move to Idaho and just live in leisure.
You are surrendering the country to an inevitable encroaching collapse because wokeism, as Putin has said, is a crime against humanity.
But it is a religion.
It is a religion, zealotry, that people are trying to advance.
So people had better be prepared mentally to look that this is a war.
They may be escaping to Maine or Idaho, but they damn well better conduct themselves with a militant, on-guard attitude to make sure that this stuff doesn't follow them And tunnel underneath the walls and penetrate these other states.
That's what people need to be reminded of.
This is a war.
It is not a cruise on the love boat to go to another state and just swing in the leisure of Americana.
Because you may have that for a season, but guess what?
All this crap and garbage is going to follow you to your state, and Maine and Florida could very easily turn into California in a matter of years.
Jim?
Fair enough, Scott.
Only 75% of Americans agree there are only two genders, be reassured.
The survey asks, do you agree or disagree with his statement that there are two genders, male and female?
75% either strongly or somewhat agree.
I mean, how can you somewhat agree?
Another 18% said they either somewhat or strongly disagree.
How ludicrous.
The majority, Republicans 92%, Independents 73%, Democrats 61% agree male and female are the only two genders.
I mean, this is such elementary biology that you're an idiot if you don't accept it.
The survey took this new A step further, asking about Harry Potter author J.D.
Rowling, who's been accused by radical transgenders of engaging in hate speech for asserting they're only two biological sexes.
Do you agree with Rowling or is it hate speech to say there are only two genders or sexes?
58% said they agreed with Rowling.
17% said they consider it to be hate speech.
There's your demented minority.
A majority Republican, 78, and Independent, 60, agree with Rowling.
Democrats are split.
41% agree.
30% remain unsure.
29% consider hate speech bizarre.
Survey found most Americans, 69%, do not believe schools and teachers should be allowed to counsel students on their sexual and gender identities without parental knowledge or consent.
This comes as transgender activists try to trotty the water.
Deny the reality of biological sex, deny the reality of biological women by asserting that biological men too can be female, an emerging issue in women's sports, where a man who pretends to be a woman is setting new colossal records for women swimming, you know, competing in events normally won by a fraction of a second by 27 or 28 because of the physical superiority of men.
The radical left continues to promote this absurd ideology.
Even Prime Minister Justin Trudeau went full woke using the phrase, two S-L-G-B-T-Q-Q-1-A plus people, two-spirit, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, intersex, and asexual in a social media post.
This is just absurd beyond belief.
People across the country are lighting candles to honor indigenous women, girls, and two SLGBTQIA plus people who are missing have been murdered.
We must continue to work together, raise awareness, and advocate an end to this ongoing national tragedy where Justin Trudeau being Prime Minister is a national tragedy of Canada.
Meanwhile, we got 45 times the Democrats pushing a Jussie Smollett hate crime hoax, which I insist is going to have vast reverberations.
Remember, Jussie said he was assaulted by Trump supporters for being gay and black, while his assailants were white and used slurs.
The attack, which took place outside a subway at 2 a.m.
in the middle of a polar vortex, well, they could look at him and tell that he's black, but how could they look at him and tell that he's gay or Jewish, as he also claimed?
In reality, it's likely he'll be placed on probation and given community service.
He deserves jail time.
I would suggest six months would be appropriate for wasting the time and resources of the police, as well as stirring up racial animus throughout the country.
It was just absurd.
Tucker asked the right question.
How did anyone anywhere ever fall for this story?
Even for a moment looking back, particularly in retrospect, it was maybe the most obvious hoax ever perpetrated.
Here are some of the Democrats who pushed it.
Kamala Harris.
Jussie Smollett is one of the kindest, most gentle human beings I know.
I'm praying for his quick recovery.
This was an attempted modern-day lynching.
No one should have to fear for their life because of their sexuality or color of their skin.
We must confront this hate.
So what did he have?
A poster on his forehead that says, I'm gay and I'm black and I'm... I mean, this is just so stupid.
And she knows him so well.
How does she know him so well?
And I say it's because he appears to be her nephew.
He did this for Kamala to promote her anti-lynching bill.
Meanwhile, AOC demonstrating why she's referred to as occasional cortex.
There's no such thing as racially charged.
This attack was not possibly homophobic.
It was a racist and homophobic attack.
And again, I say, how would anyone have known the guy was gay?
Then Rashida, the head of the squad, when one of the most famous black and gay men in America is not saved, the message is clearer than it's ever been.
As though anyone knew who the hell this guy was if it had actually taken place, which, of course, it did not.
Meanwhile, Pete Buttigieg, who's himself gay.
While the struggle for basic hate crime legislation continues here in Indiana, this horrible attack calls all Americans to stand against hatred and violence.
Representative Frederica Wilson.
While relieved that Jussie Smollett has not suffered permanent physical damage, I'm deeply concerned by how free some people feel to attack others for who they are or who they love or the long-term damage it does to our society.
But nobody did that.
Nobody knew or gave a damn who Jussie Smollett was.
Benerick Swalwell, best known for his bang bang with fang fang.
What happened to Jussie Smollett is vile and tragic.
Thankfully he will recover, but hate crimes like this are happening more frequently, egged on by careless hate-filled rhetoric.
We should start reducing these crimes by rejecting the speech.
Neither can ever be accepted as normal.
Where the Democrats, in their infinite wisdom, have left this guy who had an affair with a Chinese spy on the House Intelligence Committee.
How bad is that?
And Nancy Pelosi.
The racist, homophobic attack on Jussie Smollett is an affront to our humanity.
Nobody should attack for who they are, whom they love.
I pray that Jussie has a speedy recovery and that justice is served.
Justice will be served if he gets a severe sentence, let me say.
Julian Castro.
I'm grateful to hear Jussie Smollett's reportedly in good condition.
I hope he recovers.
I'm not sure many of us ever will.
Right, right.
In 2019, he was violently attacked because of his race and sexual orientation.
Unfortunately, he's not.
How can anybody believe this nonsense?
And then Lori Lightfoot.
My thoughts and prayers are with Jussie Smollett.
Everyone deserves to live safely as their true, authentic self in this city of Chicago, where this stage attack took place.
As mayor, I'll make sure that, regardless of the victim's stature, hate crime incidents and complaints are fully investigated.
And let me just add, These guys who, of course, were these Nigerian bodybuilders, both very black, claimed, you know, they'd even rehearsed the whole event with Jussie, paid him with a $3,500 personal check.
We have video from the hardware store where they bought the equipment.
They were wandering around at 2 a.m.
in the morning on a Winter Vortex with a bottle of bleach, which had been frozen solid in a moose.
I mean, this is just absurd beyond belief.
And Lori Lightfoot, that they should have claimed this is mega country is absurd.
This is Chicago.
This is as Democrat as it gets.
Scott, this is just insulting beyond words.
And the Democrats have played it for all they can.
Your thoughts?
Yeah, I mean, I know Nigerians and they're very soft, happy, playful kind of childlike people in a way.
So these guys were innocent.
That's why they instantly folded and gave everything they had to the police.
This was a political attempt to overthrow That's what the Democrats have always wanted.
That's part of this whole demoniac agenda.
The sexual corruption and the sexual politics of here needs to mandate the maximum census for Jesse Smollett to send a message to everybody.
No one will ever be allowed to engage in this provocative action that was designed to inflame people to hurt other people.
This is why Elderly citizens pushing shopping carts get punched in the face by hoodlums because there's a perception of a racial preference, and that's what this was designed to do.
And this whole thing, this whole sexual schizophrenia shakes me up like a champagne bottle because I've studied this, I know this, and I know the correlation to healthy sexuality and unhealthy sexuality in a healthy society.
The bottom line is, Jim, A man and a woman were meant for each other.
A man and a woman complement each other.
It's the natural family.
It's the biological function.
And anything other than men and women is unsustainable and, you know, masturbatory play.
Men with men or women with women.
Lori Lightfoot is a lesbian.
Of course she's a fascist trying to advance all of this sort of hysteria.
And so many others are too.
But they ought to simply have a rule that says If you've ever had a penis, or if you have a penis, this is the bathroom that you use.
I don't care what you think, I don't care how you define, I care about have you this physical appendage that facilitates the expulsion of urine in your bladder.
And if you've ever had that, or have it now, this is your bathroom.
And if you don't, this is your bathroom.
So that's how we get beyond this stupidity and this madness that is going to inevitably lead to the absolute fall of society.
That's what this leads to.
Sodom and Gomorrah, all of this behavioral schizophrenia compounds and avalanches into a complete disintegration of society.
That's where this sexual decadence always leads, Jim.
Holly, your thoughts?
If we have you on Frozen, are you there?
Holly, can you join us?
Don, would you like to add a few words about this issue?
I expect you have feelings about it as well.
Yeah, I guess so.
I mean, I got back to being a happy New Year here, I hope.
But really, yes, the whole thing boils down to, on this LBGTQ, it's LBGTQFU, as far as I'm concerned.
Can you guys hear me?
We can now, Holly, but you're going to have more to say than you have time to say it, so we'll bring you in for this.
Comment on this issue.
You have a minute right now.
Okay, go ahead.
Go, Holly.
Yeah, well, I still have internet here for a second.
Someone should have tweeted out, you know, my thoughts and prayers go out to Jussie Smollett sandwich for surviving the brutal attack, the attack.
And, well, I'd seen a Browns.
Oh, unfortunately, Or fortunately, however, people want to look at this.
A former man, who is now a woman, won the Women's Jeopardy Championship the other night, which is pretty sad for women, I guess like biologically women, because men statistically are more intelligent, have higher IQs than women, so we're just like, Getting beaten by former men on all on all grounds.
So it's just kind of sad to see that.
I don't know for me.
And then just quickly about having served on a school board for six years.
I tried to address the cell phone tower that was on the on the high school and instead I was given I had to work for a year on a transgender bathroom policy.
I was told by the state so And I was told we had to pass it, so thankfully I was able to put in something where the teachers couldn't get fired for misgendering a student.
But it was really a hard time for me, and I was very open-minded, like a liberal.
You could say very liberal at the time, so I didn't really understand the agenda.
Um, of what I was given.
And, uh, and there was a Brown University professor who was fired who said basically, um, transgenderism is contagious with children.
They realize, um, they get more attention if they can be transgender.
They get special, you know, rights and privileges.
And they're, you know, um, I, I knew a parent who said that their own daughter was basically being taught to hate Uh, him because, uh, he's a white male, like, he felt like the school was teaching him to, uh, teaching this child to hate him because he was a white male and, uh, and to be transgender because they would get more rights and privileges in school and that Brown University professor was fired.
For putting out that study that it basically saying was contagious.
So on one hand, it's, you know, kids are born without on the other hand, they can adopt it from their peers.
So I think we're seeing it's just kind of exploded at this point, and it's not going to end anytime soon.
Well, I'm so glad you got back to your internet so you could comment here.
Don, take us out for the end of this first hour.
It's supposed to be a happy new year, but on some controversial subjects that we really should lay to rest.
It was the 1st of January, 2022.
So happy you could join us and come on back for the part two, which promises to be even hotter and maybe more worse.
