Delighted to be joined today by Giuseppe Graffangulo from the District of Criminals.
David Scorpio, alas, unable to join us from an undisclosed location.
We hope he will be with us in the near future.
We just had all three found guilty of murder in the death of Ahmaud Arbery.
This is a case of three rednecks who thought they could perform a citizen's arrest.
There was a struggle over a weapon and he was shot.
I'm a little puzzled about exactly how the verdict was rendered.
We have the three men, Greg and Travis McMichael, their neighbor William Roddy Bryan, facing nine counts each in Arbery's death, including malice, murder, felony murder, aggravated assault.
I'm not very familiar with those distinctions.
Travis was found guilty of all nine, father of all but one Brian was found not guilty of one and one of aggravated but of three counts of felony murder.
They now face maximum sentences of life in prison.
Father and son, and Travis grabbed guns and jumped into a pickup truck to pursue the 25-year-old black man after seeing him running into their neighborhood.
They were suspicious that he was a burglar fleeing the scene, so they sought to chase him down on February 23rd.
Their lawyers contended they were attempting a legal citizen's arrest when they set off after Aubrey, seeking to detain and question him after he was seen running from a nearby home under construction.
They shot and killed him, not because he was a threat to them, said the prosecutor, but because he wouldn't stop and talk to them.
The prosecution's position is all three of the defendants made assumptions about what was going on, made their decision to attack Aubrey while they were in their driveway because he was a black man running down the street, that they had no legal right to pursue him.
Greg McMichael assumed the worst, adding statements he later made to police indicated he didn't know for certain whether Aubrey broke into the home under construction.
Before the trial commenced, the judge had ruled that Aubrey's criminal record couldn't be cited as evidence by the defense, where they'd asked the judge to allow the jury to know that he had two prior arrests, including one for shoplifting and interaction with law enforcement.
Giuseppe, I would have thought this was a case for manslaughter.
I mean, I can't see how they were intentionally killing the guy.
There was a struggle over the weapon and it went off.
So I'm puzzled by this case.
Your thoughts?
Well, Jim, it's stunning to me.
My first thought is that Georgia is now a neoliberal, liberal, globalist entity.
You know, I mean, I think those three rednecks were wrong to pursue that individual.
Clearly, I mean, there's been countless, very humorous memes about the jogger, and he clearly was trying to steal from the home.
But, you know, you could you could argue that.
So what?
You know, report him to the police and let the police do their job.
And why get in a tussle with a guy like that?
And and so It's unfortunate because you're right.
The, these charges don't, um, are overkill commensurate with the activity where, you know, he should have, uh, just let the cops be called, but he's, uh, got a rap sheet.
He's, you know, already been, been, uh, charged with a couple of crimes, done some time.
And so he freaked out chimped out as they say and so I'm just stunned that Georgia is now full of Soros puppets that would over over prosecute to this extent you know I mean realistically You earlier in the day on the the event you brought up there's so much statistical evidence overwhelming that these black males commit all these violent crimes and these murders and everything and so these three gentlemen were well within their right to be suspicious and follow him where I think they made the mistake was engaging him they just should have they have cell phones they could have called the cops and let the cops handle it especially because
There were no imminent threats to their own lives or anyone surrounding.
It was a property theft.
So geez, now these guys are going to do life in prisons.
It's messed up.
I think those are good observations.
I would also point out it's a case of white men being found guilty for killing a black man.
The Democrat theme is whites kill blacks and they get away with it.
These guys didn't get away with it.
And even if there may be a miscarriage of justice here, it does not fit the Democrat narrative.
So I think it's...
Interesting in proximity with what is going on in these other cases.
A Milwaukee BLM militant, for example, says a Christmas parade attack in Mishawaka may be the start of the revolution.
Activist Vaughn May says it sounds possible the revolution has started in Wisconsin.
I don't know.
We'll have to wait and see because they do have somebody in custody.
We may have to wait and see what they say about why this happened on Facebook.
But it sounds possible that the revolution has started in Wisconsin.
It started with his Christmas parade, and Giuseppe, as you know, the revolution of which he alludes is helter-skelter, described by Charlie Manson, or Vince Bugliosi in Prosecuting Manson, as a race war, where Charlie believed that the blacks were stronger than the whites and would prevail, but they were also dumber and needed leadership, where Charlie and his band were going to come down from the mountains and offer to be their leader.
Mays is a well-known activist in Milwaukee who describes himself as a battle rapper, community activist, songwriter, tattoo artist, and militant, accompanied by various hashtags, including Black Lives Matter, Black Loves Matter, and RBG.

It sounds like the revolution has started, mentions hearing from a source who believes Daryl Brooks may have been motivated by the Kyle Rittenhouse verdict.
Rittenhouse was acquitted following a high-profile trial for shooting two men and injuring another in response to a white police officer shooting a black man, Jacob Blake, leaving him partially paralyzed.
Where Blake had a long history of criminality, was in the process of kidnapping children and was armed with a knife, The shooting was justified.
The individuals that Kyle shot, of course, were white men who were attacking him.
Police have not released a motive, which left five, actually now six dead, 48 others injured.
No connection has been found between the attack and the not guilty verdict.
They're trying to play it down, but I think it's all too obvious.
This guy was incensed, no doubt, by the fake news media who are suggesting Kyle was a white supremacist who murdered black guys and got away with it.
Brooks 39 has an extensive criminal record stretching back to 1999, made bail twice in Wisconsin despite having an active sex crime warrant in Nevada.
It appears to me the prosecutor is going to take a lot of heat for this, for letting him out on a thousand dollar bail for serious crimes, including Attempting to run over his girlfriend with his car, Giuseppe.
I think that the Democrats are in deep, deep doo-doo over this one.
Oh yeah, they are definitely The phrase that comes to mind is they're beginning to reap what they have sown.
And what they have sown is this coddling of these goofs who fancy themselves community activists and songwriters and militants, right?
You know, I lived in Milwaukee again.
I was born and raised there.
I lived there from 2005 to 2014.
And I've seen Vaughn Mays speak.
The activists, they like to hang out on East Locust Street right across the river not far from UW-Milwaukee.
They actually rent a storefront down there and they hang out and they're just They're just a bunch of pompous narcissists and delusional goofs who are just, their head is full of globalist indoctrination into the black man deserves reparations, and you know what?
Nobody deserves anything.
If anybody's going to make reparations, it should be the Rothschild International Banking Cabal, because their predecessors owned all the slave trade ships, owned the slave trade, conducted slave auctions in the South.
Jacob Cohen comes to mind.
He was a huge slave runner.
So that's part of that tribe.
So it's just absurd.
And the other thing that's absurd about Vaughn Mays is You know, he's a pretty bright guy, but why doesn't he learn the code, as they say?
Why doesn't he make something of himself?
81% of blacks in America are working class and above.
I personally know a black fella who breaks all the so-called stereotypes.
He was married to a woman, a black woman, and she left her children.
He's a single father.
Of three young kids, he takes care of himself, raises himself.
It's unfortunate that we have to constantly focus on the bad apples in the black community when, you know, if 81% of blacks in this country get it and the suffering they're going through is the same suffering, doesn't matter the shade of your melatonin.
working class whites, working class Mexicans, lower middle class blacks, lower middle class Mexicans,
lower middle class Asians, lower middle class whites, we're all suffering the same screws being tightened on us
by the globalist banking system in their insane pursuit of the great reset and the build back better
in the new world order, this rampant inflation and this migration of living wage jobs to a gig culture
where you get to drive for Uber now or you get to be a contractor as a waiter or something,
you know, that the old way of being able to make a good living is gone, so you have to adapt.
So instead of Vaughn Mays, you know, essentially being a black slacker,
he could learn to code and be a mentor and a role model for the young blacks
in the Milwaukee inner city.
And this should happen in every inner city, and it simply is not.
Instead, they all want to check.
They all want to be rappers.
They all want to be on social influencers.
It's just the height of vacuous, shallow narcissism.
And I hate to say it, they all want a free ride, which is why they sign on to reparations.
They're hoping they're going to get something for nothing.
Meanwhile, the alleged Waukesha killer was offered extraordinary bail again after the sixth victim, an eight-year-old boy, died.
Daryl Brooks, Suspect in the horrific Tack and Walka Shaw Christmas Parade offered the ability to boast bail again at the extraordinary amount of $5 million.
Wisconsin does permit judges to deny bail under certain circumstances, a number of which seem to apply to Brooks.
Before stating their bail request, district attorneys read from Brooks' lengthy rap sheet, which includes prior offenses for, guess what, jumping bail, and announced they were asking for a $5 million bail.
The court commissioner granted the request, saying he had no problem with a bail recommended by the state.
has become a hot button issue in the Waukesha case after it was revealed Brooks was released
on a shockingly low $1,000 bail just 10 days before he allegedly perpetrated the massacre
at the Christmas parade. And by the way, I think that meant he only had to put up $100
if I'm not mistaken. You only have to put up 10% in cash before he allegedly perpetrated
the massacre after being charged with, among other things, get this,
running over the mother of his child with a vehicle.
The Milwaukee D.A.
admitted Monday Brooks was released on an inappropriately low bail, contrary to their office's policy, promised an internal review.
But my understanding from interviews he's given, it is their policy.
They want to let everyone out on bail in the name of equity.
Given Brooks' history, many hoped he'd be denied bail entirely.
During the course of the hearing, the DA also announced a sixth of Brooks' alleged victims had died from injury as an 8-year-old boy, causing him to sob audibly in the courtroom.
That's bizarre, since he did all this deliberately.
If he were able to post the $5 million bail, he would also be subject to a number of conditions, including wearing an ankle monitor and being prohibited from driving a car.
So, mowing down a parade means you might have to wear an ankle base and be prohibited from driving a car.
Giuseppe, this is terrible.
Meanwhile, Andy Noahs observed, a witness speaking live on the air shortly after the deadly incident gave a driver description that matches, and the host becomes very uncomfortable.
A single black male with dreadlocks, the man in custody over the mass casualty incident, It would be said to be mass murder, actually.
Christmas Parade has posts on his social media in support of BLM causes, George Floyd, and black nationalism, plus a post about how to get away with running people over in the street.
Giuseppe, how fascinating is that?
Absolutely, Jim.

Dating back over a hundred years where the internationalist Jew Zionist has used American black men as their pawns.
For example, look at who created the NAACP.
Sixteen Jews and one mulatto.
Half half black, and Jews ran the NAACP for nearly 80 years before finally an actual American black man took the reigns of it.
So Jim, once again, and you failed to mention that, CNN lightened the color of Daryl Brooks Jr.
to make him look almost white on their coverage.
You know, it's funny, Jim, that the internationalist Jew and the globalist media are so hell-bent on destroying this country, which is a white majority, a Christian white nation, that they subvert everything.
They're literally a satanic malignancy, and they control all the broadcast channels, be it local all the way up to national, and they all create the same lying narrative Which is, oh, the blacks are so oppressed.
You know what?
Everyone short of being a millionaire is oppressed in this country because of the massive wealth transfer, which is just a nice way of saying stolen money by the internationalist Jew.
And so right now, if the media was still controlled by real journalists and owned by real
journalists, you would see coverage that said, look,
there's a section of the black community that is incredibly violent and incredibly criminal.
We demand that they be removed from society, either incarcerated or put to death after proper trial.
And yet, instead, we're given this line of shit that, oh, they're so oppressed.
They need reparations.
Oh, blah, blah.
You know what?
Screw all that.
It's so old.
It is just another scheme by the internationalist Jew to use their puppets, the American blacks, and this is what we're witnessing.
Giuseppe, I gotta say, I think you got it exactly right.
Exactly right.
Meanwhile, Nick Nolte reports only 36% Kyle Rittenhouse media coverage was fair.
The latest polling from Rasmussen, among the most reliable of all pollsters, shows only 36% of respondents believe media coverage of Kyle Rittenhouse in his trial was fair.
Rittenhouse, who faced life for shooting and killing two white scumbags and wounding a third who was also white, was found not guilty by a Kenosha jury where they had to be unanimous.
There were 11 whites and one black on the jury.
There are all kinds of videos of the altercation which prove beyond any doubt he was an innocent victim in legitimate fear for his life when these scumbags attacked him, one with a gun.
When 1,000 likely voters were asked how fair was media coverage, only 14% said very fair, 22% said somewhat fair.
Meanwhile, a clear plurality, 47% not very fair, 19% and not at all fair, 28%.
18% had no opinion, aligning closely with the 24% who said they didn't follow the story closely.
Here's an even more stunning number.
Only 15% said the coverage was biased in favor of Rittenhouse.
23% said it was neutral.
But another clear plurality, 47%, said it was biased against Rittenhouse.
In their disgraceful and disgracefully dishonest coverage of the story, The mainstream media didn't even try to hide its two primary goals.
First, to lynch Rittenhouse with an unjust life.
Second, if he were acquitted, to incite riots in Democrat-run cities.
The lies were audacious and clearly, and I do mean clearly, geared to intimidate the jury with the threat of race riots.
The media also lied about Rittenhouse being a white supremacist.
The media called him a murderer.
The media called him a mass shooter.
The murder claimed the AR-15 that saved his life was illegal.
The media made an issue out of the non-issue of him crossing state lines to go to Kenosha, a few miles not that it matters, where his father lived and where he worked as a lifeguard.
The media even smeared the judge as a racist.
Meanwhile, when you compare Kenosha and Waukesha, it's rather revealing.
The Bourbon Kenosha was a white boy, age 17, and Waukesha, a black man, age 39.
A white boy shot and killed two white men and wounded a third.
In Waukesha, the black man ran over perhaps 100 whites, killing five, actually he's now six, and injuring 48 or more.
The parties involved in Kenosha?
Criminals with extensive rap sheets versus a kid.
In Waukesha, innocent men, women, and children, but a criminal driver.
Motive in Kenosha, self-defense.
Waukesha, media not telling us, but it's pretty obvious to me, and I think most of the world, that this was retaliation and revenge for the verdict in Kenosha.
Media?
Massive coverage in Kenosha of a white supremacist who used an assault rifle to shoot and kill two black men and wounding a third, all of which was false.
In the case of Waukesha, ridiculous restricted coverage suggesting he was fleeing a domestic disturbance, but how could that possibly explain it?

I mean, this is all bad for the Democrats and the media are being exposed for their grotesque fake news.
That's an excellent point, Jim, and much like the previous stories, the globalists want a narrative that makes the stable white majority of this country to be the villain.
And we are not the villain, we are the foundation upon which this nation was built.
And so what we have is, again, I will differentiate the 81% of the blacks who are working class and above who just want to have the same kind of life any of us do versus the 19% of these rappers and these tattoo artists and these activists who all want a handout, they want their reparations, and it's just Mind-blowing to me that we have a situation where a corrupt media controlled by the globalist banking cabal is literally seeking to lie, gaslight lie, about a real hero in Kyle Rittenhouse and it's sad that he's been raised so correctly and is such a decent young man that he went to try and help because he knew that the traitorous
School Marm Tony Evers, the former school teacher, somehow got elected governor of Wisconsin,
who's a Soros puppet dating down to the other Soros puppets like the D.H. Chisholm in Milwaukee,
who is, they're so afraid to actually meet out realistic bail and realistic justice for these
career inveterate criminals, a majority of which are black, and instead of just,
I'll be politically incorrect, Calling a spade a spade and, you know, calling a criminal a criminal, they act like this is, oh, this is Whitey being oppressive.
Look, nobody forces these people to carry arms and commit violent crimes and assaults and murders.
They're adults and they choose to do it, even as a teenager.
So many of this stuff is underage.
You're still an adult if you have the wherewithal or the lack of their wherewithal to To grab a gun and commit a violent crime.
These type of individuals should be removed from society and permanently removed.
There should be no tolerance, but these silly white liberals, the so-called communitarians, which is just a new fuzzy slipper on the steel jackboot of Jewish communism, radical communism, they all feel like, oh the poor oppressed blacks, You know what, as I said a few moments ago, we're all oppressed unless you got a net worth of eight zeros.
And so it's just it's just a joke, Jim.
And yet because so many people are ridiculously and delusionally trust the globalist mass media and social media, they literally are buying into this absurd, gaslighting, lying narrative.
And so it's it's it's beyond offensive, Jim.
It's it's literally insane.
Giuseppe, I think you got it exactly right, except these narratives are so inconsistent with what the Democrats have adopted as their policies, including defunding the police, giving easy bail, claiming that it's always whites killing blacks and getting away with it.
I think this is creating chaos for the Democratic Party.
I don't see Americans being remotely supportive in the wake of these events.
Meanwhile, Kyle Rittenhouse, during an interview he did with Tucker Carlson, explained that he actually backs BLM, said race had nothing to do with it.
It had to do with the right to self-defense.
He's, of course, 100% correct.
Kyle Rittenhouse said in an interview that was broadcast last night, the night before actually Monday, which I watched and I was very impressed, that he supports the Black Lives Movement and says he's no racist despite media outlets and activists claiming the opposite.
The jury, of course, we acquitted him.
Rittenhouse attorney argued he was defending himself, which he clearly was.
In a clip from the interview with Tucker, he said, I'm not a racist person.
I support the Black Lives Matter movement.
I support people demonstrating.
I believe there needs to be change.
I believe there's a lot of prosecutorial misconduct, not just in my case, but in others as well.
And it's amazing to see how much a prosecutor can take advantage of somebody.
I agree completely.
He explained he was physically ill over what took place on the streets of Kenosha in 2020.
I told everybody there I had to do it.
I was just attacked.
I was dizzy.
I was vomiting.
I couldn't breathe.
This case had nothing to do with race.
It never had anything to do with race.
It had to do with the right to self-defense.
And you can see one looter was kicking him in the face.
Another hitting him with a skateboard in an attempt to kill him.
The third had a gun.
And said later to a friend recovering in the hospital, his only regret was that he didn't unload his magazine on Kyle when he had the chance.
Kyle's acquittal was widely panned on social media, many saying his race was able to get him off Scott Free, but it had nothing to do with the race.
Protests broke out in several cities.
Civil rights attorney Shemar Jeffries told The Hill, the verdict speaks to the dramatic differences in perspective people have based on racial background about justice in our country.
For many of color, the idea they could show up with an assault rifle, false, at the site of a rally killed people, but in self-defense and find themselves exonerated is something beyond comprehension.
Well, he has a pretty limited imagination, in my opinion.
Here's another just to show it's getting multiple, multiple coverage.
You got Tyle.
This was interviewed in a vehicle leaving the jury.
The jury reached a correct verdict.
Self-defense is not illegal.
I believe they came to the right conclusion.
Absolutely correct.
He was 17 years old when he traveled 20 miles from his home in Antioch, Illinois, to Kenosha, Wisconsin, which had been wracked with protests in the wake of the shooting of Jacob Black.
The shooting and the response in Kenosha, which termed destructive, became part of the national reckoning over police use of force against Black people following George Floyd's death in Minneapolis the previous May.
Rittenhouse, armed with an AR-style semi-automatic, joined others who said they were intent on protecting private property from potential damage.
During the trial, prosecutors argued he was a wannabe soldier who went looking for trouble.
Russ Rittenhouse countered he fired in self-defense after he was attacked and in fear for his life, about which there's no room for serious doubt.
The shootings made him a rallying cry for supporters of the Second Amendment and those angered by the sometimes violent protests seen in American cities.
He was photographed in a bar before the trial, With apparent members of the far-right Proud Boys, Rittenhouse attorneys have said he was not a white supremacist, and it appears, according to Kyle, he did not know they were members of the Proud Boys, and it was arranged by attorney Lin Wood, whom he also denounced as attempting to exploit him for Lin Wood's own purposes, which I take as a very serious insult
That appears to tarnish Lin Woods.
I think Kyle's got it right, and Lin Wood abused him.
The jury found him, of course, not guilty in the various deaths.
I gotta say, Giuseppe, he was talking about his first two attorneys who appeared to be using him to promote their own agenda, one of whom Lin Wood I have praised in the past, but I find this highly disturbing.
Yeah, Jim, it is highly disturbing.
So first, I'm stunned that this black dude, Shavar Jeffries, was able to graduate law school and pass the bar because, I mean, he clearly is limited intellect in making the claim that it speaks to the dramatic differences and Perspective people have based on racial background about justice in the country.
Anyone with an IQ above 80 understands that violent black criminals don't get enough justice.
I mean, they should all be in prison for what they do.
It's so unbelievably violent and heinous and subhuman.
But of course, Jeffries is making his His Daily Bread by whining about it and serving the internationalist Jew agenda.
And the other spoken, and of course Kyle Rittenhouse is going to say he supports BLM and he supports whatever.
I mean to me the better play for him would have been to just disappear, but I guess he's pulled into it so he might as well make the most of it.
But the thing that we should say is those three Individuals were not white men.
I mean, they were three radical Jews, and no Jew is a white man.
They may look white, but they're inbred.
They're part of this satanic cult.
And here is the real reason, Jim, that could be why the Soros Jew-controlled puppets in Wisconsin went so hard after Rittenhouse.
Because of the three Jews, Joseph Rosenbaum, a mentally deficient, violent boy rapist, And then Anthony Huber, a woman beater, wife beater, criminal and weapons charges, and this other clown Jew, Gage Grozenkreutz, who got shot, again, multiple previous crimes.
One of them was supposedly Mossad there to help foment the race riots.
So now if you take that into account, that comes from a good Source friend to show who I can tell you who it is after the show.
And he has an on very good authority that that's why they push so hard.
Because one of the those two killed was beside.
So it's gross crooks, then just happy because they had a warrant to investigate his cell phone, which was not executed.
A detective said in all the years he'd been there, he'd never seen a warrant not be executed.
That guy is the most odd.
The one who actually said his only regret was not unloading onto Rittenhouse.
That's gotta be the one.
And he's still alive, but he had his bicep shot off.
Deservedly so.

You make an extremely interesting and important point, Joseph.
Yeah, again, this all is the same gym, the same initiative to destroy the European Christian majority of this country and put it into a state of chaos, much like a century ago with Weimar Germany.
And so now we're seeing increasingly the flotsam and jetsam fringe elements of our society, the violent jogger thug types, the mentally deranged transgender, The self-destructive and vacuous narcissist homosexual community all being propped up like these are the types that should be the shining stars of our society, when in reality they should be marginalized to the fringes where they belong.
They have nothing to do with the great middle of decent, hardworking, well-intentioned people.

Here we had Kyle invited with his family to visit Trump at Mar-a-Lago.
I hadn't noticed before a skateboard in the foreground.
That's rather curious.
But I'm telling you, there's Trump in the upper right in a photograph with a skateboard.
But I'm telling you, I think that Kyle is a real symbol of what the Republican Party stands for in terms of the Second Amendment, the right to self-defense, equal justice under the law, and a host of other issues.
An individual of great courage, ability, and integrity, I admire Kyle Rittenhouse immensely.
But of course, the fact that he's appearing with Trump will be another occasion for demonizing Trump.
Again, which is all they have, and a reason why Terry McAuliffe lost in Virginia.

The Biden administration is urging the court not to appoint a special master in the Project Veritas case because it's going to expose the Biden administration and its corruption for the FBI raid, which appears to be related to his daughter Ashley's diary.
Even more troublesome, there were no limits imposed on the search warrant for the government's access to the material it seized, meaning they didn't specify, which of course if they had specified Ashley's diary, it would have been obvious the raid was to protect the Biden administration and Joe Biden or the ersatz Biden himself.
The appointment of a special master to review the seized material is necessary, No doubt about it.
District Judge Annalise Torres, an Obama nominee, halted the extraction of files from the seized devices last week as she considers the request.
Well, this is an absurd request, and if she denies the ability to extract the material to get it into the public record, that's going to be a bad thing, because this all reflects terribly on the Biden administration.
Government lawyers said they already employed a filter team to sift through the seized material, and asserted Project Veritav lawyers have offered no persuasive explanation why that practice would not be sufficient to protect any qualified journalistic privilege or First Amendment privilege.
Agents say they're investigating whether Project Veritas was involved in a conspiracy to transport stolen property across state lines.
Mind you, I'm certain this is the diary.
In other words, they're grasping after troughs to find an excuse to go after this evidence that is incredibly incriminating and harmful.
To Joe Biden.
Journalists are legally allowed to publish stolen material as long as they themselves did not steal it.
According to Barnicki v. Hopper, a Supreme Court ruling that's been upheld subsequently, the government, though, claims it had reason to believe Project Veritas was involved in acquiring the diary.

Saturday morning, James O'Keefe was awakened by the FBI banging on his door to conduct a pre-dawn raid as a continuation of an investigation surrounding Ashley Biden's diary, thrown against a wall, handcuffed, forced to allow the confiscation of many confidential reporter notes and source identities.
This is outrageous.
This is very analogous to the raid on Roger Stone's home at like 3.30 in the morning.
O'Keefe described the events.
There were 10 agents with a battering ram, turned me around, handcuffed me, threw me against the hallway, partially clothed in front of my neighbors, confiscated my phone, raided my apartment, many reporter notes on my phone, a lot of sources unrelated to this story, a lot of confidential donor information, To our news organization.
Project Veritas, as virtually everyone knows, is doing a sensational job of exposing corruption.
Obviously the corruption is by the government and they don't like it.
The raid followed a series of FBI on former and current Project Veritas journalists just days before.
They've allegedly been conducting these searches to recover a diary rumored to belong to Ashley Biden, which O'Keefe insists his organization turned over to law enforcement after being unable to verify its validity.
O'Keefe has expressed concern for the extreme and unprecedented violation of his First Amendment rights.
Journalists everywhere have to rise up because we broke no laws here.
If they can do it to me, they can do it to anybody.
Other agents executed warrants on several homes linked to Project Veritas and seized devices, cell phones, and the like, motivated by the concern.
It's obvious to me, Giuseppe, this is an elaborate cover-up using the FBI as an instrument to publish those who want to expose the truth and corruption by the government and its officials.
That's exactly right, Jim, and it is a very disturbing commonality with the globalist dual citizen trader Merrick Garland sending the FBI to intimidate school board members who didn't want local school board parents who were outraged that the Critical race theory was being taught, and more importantly, that deviant homosexual practices were being taught and available in the middle school library.

Unfortunately, he still faces sentencing as a felon in possession of the firearm he used in his defense, since the law continues to deny full rights to those who have served their time.

Growing skepticism about law enforcement, along with a failure of police to keep the peace, have people worried about that security.
That hasn't driven the majority into the arms of the defund the police movement.
On the contrary, motivated a surge in people purchasing firearms for self-defense.
The highest overall firearm sales increase comes from black men and women, who have shown a 58.2% increase in purchases during the first six months of 2020, compared to the same period last year.

Gallup observes about opinions of the sort of weapons Coffey used to defend himself.
Today, only 19% favor and an all-time low down six points just over the past year.
Pew's August survey found declines in support for bans on the assault-style weapon of the sort carried by Rittenhouse among Republican donors and non-owners, stable opinions among Democrats, and modest increase only among Democrats who don't owe guns.

Individuals who oppose such laws would ignore them.

Gun ownership remains a battleground for Republicans and Democrats, but really, it's just theater.
