Need to Know News (22 November 2021) with Joe Olson and Carl Herman

This is Jim Fetzer in Madison, Wisconsin, on the 58th observance of the assassination of JFK.
I'm joined today by Joe Olson from Houston and Carl Herrmann from San Ramon, California.
Well, we're here to bring you all the news you need to know.
We begin with a stunning event in Waukesha during a Christmas parade.
An amateur rapper, 39, bailed out of jail two days before.
He's killed five, injured 40 in a red SUV.
Among those killed were members of the Milwaukee Dancing Grannies who perform at the parade every year.
He has a criminal history dating back to 1999, including felonies and misdemeanors in several states.
Here's a photograph of the miscreant.
I have no doubt whatsoever he was motivated by the results of the Kyle Rittenhouse Uh, jury trial where he was acquitted in the false belief that this guy was a white supremacist, probably believes he shot three black guys, and that he was a vigilante.
Here you see the car as it's about to hit members of the band.
This was egregious.
There's no possible way this was inadvertent or accidental.
He has a criminal history dating back to the 1990s when he was convicted of battery.
At the time of the car rampage, he had two open felony cases against him, one from July of 2020, another from November of this year.
The Waukesha police chief said no motive had been established, but officers are not discounting terrorism.
Officer said possibly he was fleeing an earlier incident involving a knife, but that's just simply incredible.
If he was fleeing a knife, once he's in his SUV, he's safe.
He can simply drive away.
The incident, I believe, was inspired by the false reports.
Here you got him plowing in.
Here you see the guy.
He was identified at the time as a single black man with dreadlocks.
Here you see the whole scenario.
Where the Christmas parade started.
He's heading down the parade route.
I would say he was going at least 40 miles an hour by my estimate, watching what happened.
He narrowly missed hitting a little girl.
Then he was filmed hitting a marching band, leaving people injured in the road.
Then he had a group of girls carrying pom-poms.
Dozens of people are lying in the road.
The car breaks through various speeds away as police fire shots.
Just outrageous.
Here's the car in his driveway, all banged up.
Chief Thompson said one officer filed at the vehicle in an unsuccessful bid to stop it, but it sped along the parade route, did not slow down even as it heard a schoolgirl's dancing troupe, an elderly member of the dancing grannies, dozens of pieces of footage intended to capture joyous scenes from the annual event, ended up capturing carnage instead, revealing the car travel at least three blocks down the parade route before breaking through barriers and speeding away.
A picture captured at an unknown location showed what appeared to be the vehicle backed onto a driveway with a hood badly dented and bent up.
A Waukesha School District board member told the Waukee Journal Sentinel his daughter's dance team made up girls aged between nine and 15 was hit by the FUV.
They wore pom-poms and shoes and spilled hot chocolate everywhere.
I saw bodies flying.
My daughter heard someone yell car and ran away, but the girls next to her were hit.
It was unbelievable.
It came just two days after Kyle Rittenhouse, the accused Kenosha shooter, was acquitted of murder charges.
Anyone who thinks these are unrelated, really, I think needs to do some soul-searching, because it's pretty obvious and pretty blatant to me.

Yeah, well, Wisconsin suffered a year of unneeded tragedy because the justice system does not work when you have Democrat judges and you have Democrat mayors and a Democrat governor and Democrat prosecutors.
And you allow BLM rioters to take over your streets.
And that's why we had the problem in Kenosha.
And that's why we had the problem in Waukesha.
Because all four of these individuals belonged in jail.
But they weren't in jail because the justice system doesn't work.
Not because we have funded the police department.
Because we have the wrong philosophy about what's going on.
And this has been race baiting that's been aggravated at every step of the way by a mainstream media that's a controlled monopoly that is run by left-wingers.
And we could actually expand on that a little bit.
But yes, it's one particular tribe that's trying to destroy America.
And this is the racial wedge that they've been honing and driving for over a century to destroy our country.
Absolutely sick, and these people need to be, like we said earlier this week, exposed, deposed, and disposed.

Yeah, great comments, Joe.
So yes, this all did happen when you had a stand-down in the face of riots, looting, and arson that was criminal as an excuse to justify the destruction of middle-class America and as an excuse to stop legitimate protests.
The Brooks guy, my understanding is that he was bailed out from a similar charge of attempting to run over a woman with his vehicle.
And the idea of, and Jim I think you're right, there's something really shady about this story.
So he's fleeing and he chooses the parade route as the best route to flee.
That doesn't make any sense at all.
That would seem to be like the worst option to flee from.
And Remember, this is all ridiculous to begin with.
With any type of a protest, this Rosenbaum guy was a convicted child rapist of five children.
I believe the age ranges were from 5 to 11, one of whom he anally raped.
And that this information is not communicated through corporate media, because it isn't anything to protest.
Well look at how this narrative destroys the Democrat position.
It's a black man running down white kids and white adults.
No wonder, Joe, you were saying the FBI swooped in and shut everyone down and then come up with this.
Oh yeah, yeah.
The danceable tale of evading a knife attack?
That's just ridiculous beyond words.
Yesterday morning the FBI and the Department of Justice sent in their Community Relations Services Department and said there will be no public statements until we write one for The Daniel Thompson, black police chief, to read at one o'clock tomorrow.
That's what I... I didn't hear it, but I watched it on CNN at the dentist's office.
Absolutely disgusting.
And you want some more blame on Mr. Daniel Thompson?
We've known these type of events have happened repeatedly in our country.
And it was negligence on your part to put in a couple of wooden sawhorses out in the middle of the street that were easily breached when you had fire trucks and you got snow plows that you could have barricaded the road and protected those people that were innocent people in the street.
And now we got 48 people that are injured, five people that are dead, and the blood is on your hands, Mr. Daniel Thompson.
You need to resign.
I think this combination of the Kenosha acquittal, which was totally justified and exemplified self-defense and the right to keep and bear arms, and this miscreant running down white kids and all that is going to destroy the Democrat position on all these matters.
This is going to have powerful effect.
Only a nitwit would be carried away or believe this phony explanation.
Meanwhile, the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee boshes its statement about the Rittenhouse verdict and gets swiftly ridiculed.
Listen to what they had to say.
It's disgusting and disturbing that someone was able to carry a loaded assault rifle into a protest against the unjust killing of Jacob Blake, an unarmed black man, and take the lives of two people and injure another and face absolutely no consequences.
Read the statement from DCC Chairman, Representative Sean Patrick Maloney, a Democrat from New York.
But think about it.
How can you say he faced no consequences?
He was put on trial with six charges.
Those are consequences.
How can they claim he was carrying a loaded assault rifle into a protest?
It wasn't an assault rifle.
It was an AR-15.
An assault rifle goes on full automatic.
His did not.
It wasn't an unjust killing of Jacob Black, who was an unarmed black man.
He was black, but he was armed with a knife.
The shooting of Blake, who was attempting to kidnap kids and armed with a knife at the time, was a justified shoot.
He's alive, albeit paralyzed.
Taking the lives of two people, they're trying to imply that they're black, when in fact they're white.
He continues.
It's clear our legal system has one set of rules for some Americans and very different standards for others.
People are right to be outraged and they're right to be outraged at the violence that disproportionately hits people of color and the legal system that fails to hold the violence accountable.
But how does that reflect the facts of the matter?
Purple of color weren't at stake here.
All those he shot were white.
He was white.
There was no racial aspect.
And the legal system worked.
The jury reviewed the evidence and applied the law and came to the appropriate verdict.
Meanwhile, social media rushed to point out some of these absurdities.

DCC, get the underlying facts right.
Jacob Blake was shot and wounded in his car.
He is still alive, albeit paralyzed.

The DCC chairman's statement says Jacob Blake was one unarmed and two killed, neither of which is true.
This is sensitive stuff and folks are stomping around like drunk elephants.
Another from the National Republican Congressional Committee.
The DCCC continues their streak of being the most incompetent organization in Washington.
Others pointed out the dubious classification of an AR-15 as an assault rifle.
They later released a corrected version editing out unjust killing and deleting unarmed.
Meanwhile, no less a figure than Gerald Nadler, the head of the House Judiciary Committee, wants to go after Kyle Rittenhouse, claiming his acquittal is a miscarriage of justice and sets a dangerous precedent.
This heartbreaking verdict is a miscarriage of justice and sets a dangerous precedent which justifies federal review by the DOJ, tweeted Nadler.
Justice cannot tolerate armed persons crossing state lines looking for trouble while people engage in First Amendment-protected protests.
Now, that would include rioting, looting, and arson, of course, threatening to kill him.
Evidently, from Nadler's point of view, riots are good and self-defense is bad.
He obviously has no knowledge of the case and its legal aspects or is simply lying.
Meanwhile, Nadler's suggestion, indicative of how divisive and incendiary the case has been, drew an immediate rebuke from Matt Gaetz, a Republican of Florida, writing, House Judiciary Chairman calls for DOJ to continue tormenting Kyle Rittenhouse.
In fact, the attorney for Kyle had explained that the FBI had already been there and found that there's
no violation of federal law.
Meanwhile, LeBron being parodied here by the attitude he's espousing to wit,
we shouldn't have to worry about getting shot every time we try to kill someone.
I think that's exactly right. Joe, your thoughts?
Yeah, well, Rosenbaum grabbed a hold of Kyle's gun after chasing him for over 100 feet and Kyle was
running backwards to keep the guy from being able to jump in from behind.
And he grabbed a hold of the barrel of the gun.
Now, if you're in a defensive position where you already have your finger on the trigger, and somebody grabs the barrel of your gun and starts trying to yank it out of your hands, you may inadvertently pull the trigger.
It's just an actual reflex.
And since he didn't release it on the first shot, which went through the guy's hand and left powder blast, there was two more shots, which were non-fatal shots to his groin and his thigh.
And then he fell forward, possibly lunging to think he was only minorly wounded and he could still take Kyle's gun away from him and kill him.
And so then Kyle shot him a fourth time and they claimed that was in the back.
It was actually, no, tell the truth.
It was through his shoulder.
As the guy was leaning forward, and that's what the medical examiner said under oath.

Look, he's got a whole analysis of the Rittenhouse case and he goes through each charge and shows how the criteria, there are five criteria for self-defense are satisfied in each case.

The Democratic political party is as done as the Whig party was.
Both are now historical.
All I got to say to DCC Chair Maloney is baloney.
It's total lies what he's attempted to say to the American public as race baiting to cover for the mercenary looting and arson that is ongoing in these catch and release
programs for paid mercenary distractions and the destruction of American middle-class businesses.
And then there is Nadler.
Nadler virtue signals as an ongoing war criminal and liar and traitor for election fraud, we
will find out when justice is served.
And he was one of the leading liars for the crimeless impeachment of President Bush
and for the illegal prosecution of General Flynn.
Yes, yes, nice point.

Yeah, yeah, and if the Justice Department wants to go after somebody, why don't they go after Benger and Kraus for their violation of the Brady Law when they withheld the information that they knew on the high kicker, Maurice Freeland, and also on Joshua Ziminski, who was the one who pulled a gun and fired shots in the air to initiate this whole thing?
And why don't they go after the members of the FBI who destroyed A high resolution infrared drone footage of this thing and withheld the actual ones that were submitted.
Why didn't the DOJ go after the rotten prosecutors in this country and the rotten people in the FBI that are making all these crimes happen?
We're sick to death of this.
Because the DOJ is completely corrupt and politicizes an instrument of democratic enforcement of their absurd policies that are destroying the nation.
It's disgusting beyond words.
Meanwhile, nonsensical race war.
New York City flooded with anti-Kyle posters.
Well, at time of writing, there was no riot yet in Kenosha.
To the best of my knowledge, there's been none.
However, blacks are rioting in New York City and calling for the murder of cops in response to Kyle Rittenhouse being declared not guilty.
Black Lives Matter activists take the streets of Brooklyn in response to the Kyle Rittenhouse trial and chant, every city, every town, burn the precinct to the ground.
This entire race war is nonsensical.
It's 100% manufactured.
No place has that been more obvious than in this place.
Kyle killed two white people and shot a third.
Actually, at least two of them were Jews.
So then the Jews just go out and tell these blacks that he killed black people, literally.
These people are out there saying he killed three blacks.
Seth Dillon, three black lives.
The fix was in for Kyle Rittenhouse trial.
Judge Schroeder did everything in his power to ensure an acquittal.
A murderer who will now parlay his fame into a career as a right-wing rock star.
It only cost him three black lives.

The largest media outlets in Brazil this week had to retract their articles on Rittenhouse because they claimed it was a case of a white youth having shot and killed two black men.
They got this from the U.S.
media, which deliberately cultivated the fact narrative.

How did news outlets around the world all make the same major mistake?
It's because they relied on the U.S.
media, which purposely spread this racially inflammatory lie for 18 months.

My guess is because of the involvement of Black Lives Matter protests, which is a factually correct, but perhaps doesn't translate well or translate confusingly.
This would seem more likely than a sinister plot by liberals to misinform the public about the race of the victim.
Boy, is he naive.
Adam, this is so incredibly stupid.
The media unanimously portrayed this as a racial justice story.
The AP filed the story under racial injustice news category.
Yeah, I really wonder why people thought the case involved a racial conflict.
The Jews that control the media understand they can shape a narrative, cause people to believe something different than what happened without actually saying it outright.
They said, over and over, Kyle was a white supremacist who murdered innocent people, never actually said he murdered blacks.
But the general idea that the overwhelming majority of blacks hold, as well as a huge number of white liberals and women, is that Kyle went to a black protest and then just started opening fire on a crowd.
The courts let him go because they're run by white supremacists who hate black people.
It's all just such nonsense, the exact opposite of the truth.
Whites are the most oppressed class.
They almost put this white kid in prison for defending himself after he was attacked by violent criminals, including a gay who sodomized five boys aged 9 to 11.
The other Jew was pulling a gun on him and should have been charged for attempted murder.
Instead, he's been presented as a victim and praised as a hero.
The facts simply do not matter at all, given the clamp-like control that the Jews have over the media.

And, you know, we have a race problem in the United States because 75% of the black children do not have a father in the household.
We had three white Jews that were shot, that should have been all three in jail, and they were out Absolutely stunning.

Patent Office in 1862.
His patent sat there until 1876 with no action on them at all, because there wasn't adequate
telegraph wire and there wasn't adequate generation capacity to make a telephone system work beyond
just a few neighborhoods and a few cities.
So when his patent was still being reviewed, Alexander Bell was a front man for Rockefeller
who went in and stole the patents, created the AT&T monopoly, and operated as a monopoly
until 74 when finally the U.S.
government filed a Sherman Trust Act against them.
And in 1984, they split it up into eight companies.
All of those companies turned around and took over the cell business and the cable business.

The AT&T breakup in 1982, DirecTV, Bell System, they've just extended their monopoly.
And the same thing happened with Standard Oil when they were broken up into 34 companies and
immediately the net worth of the total aggregate of the 34 companies exceeded what Standard Oil was before the breakup.
We have been run by monarch monopolists for centuries and they lied to us about everything in history, and then they
lie to us about current events because they're manipulating us into a herd where they can exterminate us. Horrible.
That's a bit of arcane history given what we're up against here, but I understand why you introduced it.

Corporate media are five companies and they control about 90% of what Americans receive for news.
Those of us, those human beings who are still stupid enough to pay attention to them.
And Joe is absolutely right.
And what we do at Need to Know News is to point out the difference between an objective, comprehensive understanding of important information versus the lies of omission and commission presented by corporate media.

Much of what we're going to talk about today is to center around the Maiden Code of Ethics of Journalism and a couple of things.
During this workshop throughout your day, I challenge you to stop thinking in terms of objective journalism.
Think in terms of accuracy, fairness, and transparency.
Always striving for objectivity is not feasible.
How those are to be reconciled is bizarre.
That was what blew my mind.
Teaching journalists at a national level, don't be objective.
Another occasion, we have the Grady trip.
Tegna's chief diversity officer describing how employees should be evaluated more heavily on their adherence to a political ideology than on their skill set in journalism.
It's embarrassingly bad.
It's about the narrative.
It's about pushing an agenda, he explained to Project Veritas.
It almost feels threatening, doesn't it?
Mauser expressed concern for the state of journalism in the U.S.
after witnessing these behaviors at CBS San Antonio on a regular basis.
This mindset has been able to grow and infect what was supposed to be the fourth pillar of society.
Journalists are supposed to be our watchdogs.
They're the ones who are supposed to be protecting us from tyranny and supposed to be going out there and finding out and giving us the truth.
I would tell people, my friends, family, you can't trust the news.
You're being manipulated.
How do I know?
I work in the news.
Meanwhile, prosecutors find mail-in jury votes at 3 a.m.
Rittenhouse now guilty.
What could sum it up better?

Yeah, well, you want some real proof of the lack of objectivity on the part of the journalistic prostitutes?
Just look at how subjectively they've treated the Julian Assange case.
There's a great article on that at Greyzone about all of the abuses that this poor man suffered, and they told him he had AIDS not too long ago, and put him through a whole bunch of extra trauma and extra quarantine and lockdown and solitary confinement, and then they turned around and said, oh no, you don't have AIDS.
I mean, you want an example of why isn't the journalism trade
standing up for the greatest investigative journalists in this century, and they're letting him rot in jail?
It's absolutely disgusting.
And just as an aside, tonight, Coast to Coast AM had last week scheduled Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.
on his new book, The Real Anthony Fauci.
It's been rescheduled for tonight, which ought to be great.
And then it's followed by a woman who claims to be a criminal investigator,
and she's going to be speaking about JFK.
But interesting information came out about a guy named Aaron Milchan, M-I-L-C-H-A-N,
who funded a million dollars, a million shekels, to Netanyahu's election as president of Israel.
And he's also one of the main funders behind the scenes of InfoWars.
And he was a producer of JFK's original movie called JFK, which conveniently left out any connections at all,
which there's plenty of, to Israel over their wanting to have nuclear bombs and JFK being insistent that they
conform with the nonproliferation agreements and there be no more bombs.
Now they've got 400 of them.
So tell me history doesn't have consequences.
And the fact that St. Brandon denied the opening of the final CIA files, which
were due to be open in December this year, he said, because of COVID, we're going to postpone it for another
year.
So not only did Trump have four years to finish disclosing files on a 58-year-old murder,
and he defaulted because of national security, now we have to default for at least another year
because somebody's got a runny nose.
It's disgusting.
That's not quite right, Joe.
Actually, Trump got a lot of files out, and I have a colleague who's poured through them and discovered there's devastating evidence of how they fabricated the alleged visit to Mexico City by Lee Oswald to obtain a visa to go to Cuba to escape to Russia.
It was all fabricated.
None of it happened.
And among the assets the CIA deployed to perpetrate this fraud were three presidents of Mexico.
But you're absolutely right.
The idea of COVID inhibiting the release of the documents is frankly absurd, as is the whole idea that they cannot be released on grounds of national security.
Because after all, if the Warren report were correct, there is no national security aspect to the case.
Correct.
The idea of stopping objective journalism is equal to the ministry of truth choosing what facts to be allowed into public consideration while choosing the context.
So this idea of CRT being incorporated into the news is really a cover for COT, the critical oligarch theory.
We live in a world where the top 1% of income earners now exceed the assets of the bottom 99%.
And they use corporate media as cover and then those lies get put into the public education textbooks.
And Project Veritas, heroic organization.
And I'm so glad that for Julian Assange that it found out that he didn't have AIDS.
So I guess he only has really that one health challenge left where they have to give him that daily anal swab to test for COVID that they tell him that he needs.

Well, out of the 100 or 200 million people in America that have been jabbed so far, a good percentage of those are Pfizer.

Let me point out, we all know the official story, three shots fired from a sixth floor window of the Texas School Book Depository.
Turns out there were good reasons why the American public were skeptical about that.
If you follow the news as it was broadcast live on the 22nd of November 1963 on NBC, for example, notice Chet Huntley, one of the most famous newsmen of the time.
They were reporting two wounds to the president.
One a small, clean puncture wound to the throat.
Obviously fired by a shot from in front were Malcolm Perry, the physician, who performed a simple tracheostomy incision through that wound three times.
During the Parkland Press Conference, described it as a wound of entry, and later in the day, a second wound, corresponding to Malcolm Kilduff's report that it was a simple matter of a shot right through the head, pointing to his right temple, attributed to Admiral George Berkeley, also fired from in front.
So if you took together the shots that were originally acknowledged of the shooting to the back, five and a half inches below the collar just to the right of the spinal column, and to the back of the head, then combine those with the other two and you have at least four shots to JFK fired from in front and from behind, which I believe is a reason why Americans who've been following the case intensely on television that day were profoundly skeptical When the Reward Report asserted that all the shots had been fired from above and behind, they watched it live being reported at the time.
The best way to understand the case is to distinguish between the sponsors, the facilitators, and the mechanics.
The sponsors included the CIA, where Jack was threatening to shatter it into bits, the Joint Chiefs, who signed on because Jack had not invaded Cuba, contrary to the unanimous recommendation, had signed an above-ground test ban treaty with the Soviets, contrary to the unanimous opposition, and now pulling our forces out of Vietnam, where they believed a stand had to be taken against the expansion of international godless communism.
The anti-Castro Cubans who believed falsely they'd been betrayed by Jack and the Bay of Pigs, a belief that the CIA allowed them to contain, that they not shift their wrath to the agency, the mafia, which believed that they had a deal with Joe Kennedy, Jack and Bobby's father, that if they insisted his election, that The administration would lay off, but Bobby as Attorney General is bringing more prosecutions and indictments than ever before in the history of organized crime.
The Eastern establishment surrounding the Fed apprehensive because Jack had instructed the Department of the Treasury to print United States notes in the belief that it was absurd to have a private consortium of banks publish the currency of the United States and pay interest.

None could have extended their reach into Bethesda Naval Hospital to alter x-rays under control of medical officers of the United States Navy and agents of the Secret Service.
Nor could any of them have substituted someone else's brain for the brain of JFK.
Nor could any of them have got a hold of the home movies to subject them to alteration.
It was a cootie talk involving Lyndon Johnson, the Joint Chiefs, the intelligence community, the military-industrial complex, no doubt about it.
In fact, Noel Twyman, in his brilliant book, Bloody Treason, published already in 1997, saw the most perfect combination with the greatest probability of success was CIA military combined with Secret Service, Mafia, LBJ, and Hoover.
All LBJ had to do was recreate the CIA who had used the mafia as needed in the Secret Service, and he had a perfect conspiracy.
That's what happened.
The origins were already in Los Angeles in 1960, after Jack beat Lyndon for the nomination of the Democratic Party.
He extended an invitation to Stuart Symington of Missouri to be his running mate.
But gave him overnight to think about it.
Bobby went by the Johnson suite to extend a pro forma invitation, never imagining that the powerful majority leader would have the least interest.
Startled when Lyndon jumped on it, threatened to expose that jack had Addison's disease and wasn't expected to live a long, healthy life.

They carried him in, in pristine shape.

Then we had Gerald Ford, who was the FBI's man on the commission, who assumed that office as well and was responsible for changing the description of the wound to the back.
From his uppermost back, which was already an exaggeration, to the base of the back of the neck.
And, of course, we had George Herbert Walker Bush and W become presidents, which would no doubt never have happened but for this unfortunate sequence of events.
Joe correctly observes that Ralph Sinque has brilliantly dissected the shooting, which we all saw on television, where it appeared as though Jack Ruby was taking out Lee Oswald.
Jack Ruby, in fact, was in another room where he'd been stripped of his clothing so an FBI agent by the name of Bookout could impersonate him Ralph's work on this is absolutely sensational.
