| We're here to bring you all the news you need to know. | |
| We begin with the morning Joe blaming the Democrat loss on wokeism. | |
| He's not alone. | |
| James Carvell has made the same observation in what many viewed as a litmus test with the first major election since Trump left office. | |
| Glenn Youngkin, the Republican, defeated Terry McAuliffe, prominent Democrat, in Virginia's gubernatorial race. | |
| Morning Joe says he thinks there's a problem with wokeism and quotes even President Obama as a source. | |
| One of the big issues of the woke agenda that took center stage was critical race theory, where, as a candidate, McAuliffe said, I don't think parents should be telling schools what they should teach. | |
| Many believe this was the turning point in the election. | |
| Meanwhile, Don Lamond disagrees with Carville on WOTUS, but does regard defunding the police a stupid slogan. | |
| Look, I have a lot of respect for James Carville. | |
| I understand the sentiment. | |
| I don't necessarily agree with all of it. | |
| Defund the police? | |
| I agree more than 100% with him. | |
| Defund the police was a stupid slogan, should never have been brought under the political spotlight into the political realm. | |
| It was an activist term. | |
| But as far as being woke and wanting equality for people who are in underserved communities or for minorities or for women, I don't necessarily agree with that, meaning as a criticism. | |
| Earlier, Carvel blamed the Democrats' weak performance in losses in states like Virginia and New Jersey on stupid wokeness. | |
| What went wrong is just stupid wokeness. | |
| Don't just look at Virginia and New Jersey. | |
| Look at Long Island. | |
| Look at Buffalo. | |
| Look at Minneapolis. | |
| Even look at Seattle, Washington. | |
| I mean, this defund the police lunacy, this take Abraham Lincoln's name off of schools. | |
| I mean, people see that. | |
| It just really has a suppressive effect all across the country on Democrats. | |
| Some of these people need to go to a woke detox center or something. They're expressing a | |
| language people just don't use and there's backlash and a frustration at that. New Jersey Democrat | |
| Phil Murphy may or may not have actually won since there are some 56 voting machines that have been | |
| taken into custody. | |
| But Carvel thinks there's a serious problem here. | |
| We gotta change this and not be about changing dictionaries and change laws. | |
| These faculty lounge people who sit around mulling about I don't know what, they aren't working. | |
| Joe, your thoughts? | |
| Yeah, well, it couldn't happen to a nicer bunch of crooks. | |
| McAuliffe was involved in a billion dollar ripoff with Green Energy Tech, | |
| which was supposedly an EV car company out of China. | |
| And they were gonna build a billion dollar plant in Mississippi, | |
| and they got a $6 million grant from the state. | |
| And all they ever did was buy a 200 acre piece of property, put a sign in front of it, | |
| and then default. | |
| So the state's out over 6 million bucks. | |
| And there was a group of Chinese investors that all put in $560,000. | |
| The deal was that you could get a 5B visa for you and your family | |
| if you were gonna make a half million dollar investment in America. | |
| And so Chinese billionaires lined up to get American green cards and eventually citizenship. | |
| So that's what the SOB was peddling during the Clinton years, | |
| or excuse me, Obama years, | |
| but Clinton regime. | |
| And he was also instrumental in diverting DNC funds to McCabe's wife in her senatorial race in Virginia. | |
| So he's a dirtbag player, couldn't have to a nicer guy. | |

| Well, CRT is really CYA for the election fraud. | |
| So in the summer of love, you had defund the police and you had a coordinated campaign to paint The Republicans as Trump supporting white supremacists, and you had the looting and the arson to have this virtue signaling fake outrage against racism in order to hide and cover the fact that for whatever reasons, and I think it was a white hat op, that you had the most unelectable candidates among the Democrats. | |
| You had Biden and Harris, but you needed to hide that through The illusion of this COVID pandemic so that people could no longer compare the Trump rallies versus the Biden rallies. | |
| So all that is just after the fact, CYA rhetoric from corporate media propaganda trying to appear as if they care to address the facts when really all they're doing is one bullshit story after another to make it appear that they're relevant. | |
| The big picture, as always, is that we're dealing with a lying, looting, illegal, rogue state empire, and the only hope for Americans is to demand their arrest to get them out of power. | |

| Meanwhile, we have RSN, a left-leaning website, declaring the Hillary playbook does not work. | |
| To recap, Virginia Democrats, united behind an unpopular Democrat who spent years in public life, ran on not being Trump, while failing to offer voters a compelling alternative vision. | |
| That strategy didn't work in 2016 when the candidate was Hillary herself. | |
| There's no way it's going to work now. | |
| While it's arguable that the GOP remains a party of Trump and that a reactionary lurks behind Junkin's polite facade, reality does not dictate voter behavior. | |
| Moreover, McAuliffe didn't actually have to try to convince anybody Junkin is a reactionary at all. | |
| He only had to explain what he, in contrast, would offer to voters. | |
| Since he's already served one term as governor, it ought not to have been difficult, but it was beyond him. | |
| Instead of running a version of Hillary's failed 2016 campaign, McAuliffe should have borrowed from Biden, who in 2020 ran to Hillary's left and emphasized economic issues on the campaign trail even then. | |
| The fact Trump was a sitting president helped to carry Biden to a narrow victory, And McAuliffe didn't have that advantage. | |
| His margins were always going to be narrower than Biden's with significantly less room for error. | |
| McAuliffe didn't have the political skill to navigate such turbulent water in a state he's already served as governor. | |
| Reflects on him and his enablers. | |
| Not the left. | |
| Not even Biden. | |
| Meanwhile, report in the Wisconsin State Journal and all over the country today. | |
| Democrats face tough slog in 2022. | |
| Remember, Kamala said before the Virginia election, the Friday before the Tuesday vote, That what happened in Virginia would be a bellwether for what would happen in 2022 and in 2024. | |
| I think she got that right. | |
| It simply didn't come out the way she would have liked. | |
| Biden's approval is pulling down Democrats everywhere, said Charles Frankston, pollster at Marquette Law School. | |
| Democrat incumbents will be playing defense and must watch Michigan and Wisconsin and trying to hold an open seat in Pennsylvania. | |
| Those races are supposed to become expensive and intense, as voters and political parties have increasingly relied on state leaders to advance or block key policies. | |
| Even Evers and Whitmer and Wolff have emerged as major national figures, credited with stymieing Republican-controlled legislature efforts to add restrictions on voting, really to maintain the integrity of the voting process. | |
| And to curb precautions, which of course are massive lockdowns, face masks and other nonsense during the pandemic. | |
| Republican strategists say Wisconsin and Michigan are among the best pick of chances, along with Kansas. | |
| GOP candidates will try to energize conservatives by denouncing schools adhering to critical race theory, defending parents' rights, to push back against school district efforts to teach things like institutional racism, help Youngkin win the race in Virginia. | |
| When you're talking about governors, you're talking about people who are actually in charge of what's going to wind up in our kids' schools, Cedric Heff, Director of Education Programs of the Conservative American Enterprise Institute. | |
| For senators and members of Congress, it's a little more difficult. | |
| But this is such a gut-level, values-driven conversation, it will absolutely still motivate. | |

| Oh yeah, I forgot to mention, I've got two long-distance phone calls with important state officials that may interrupt my conversation for a few minutes today. | |
| So if I blink in and out, it's only because I need to get some important information to | |
| some people in Austin about what our department state health did on Friday when they approved | |
| Pfizer. | |

| Yeah, Conservative Treehouse has done an excellent job of monitoring the political factions in Washington, DC. | |
| And they claim that Obama and Hillary Clinton have hated each other since before Obama stole | |
| the primary in 2008, the same way that Hillary stole it in 2016 from Bernie. | |
| So, you know, there's no love lost between those two people. | |
| But bottom line is he goes into the Danchenko uh indictment that came out of Durham. | |
| This is just a dangle. | |
| He's being put forward as one of the expendable people that actually won't touch the core members of this whole gigantic fraud. | |
| Anybody that's really interested in what's going on, they need to spend some time at the conservative treehouse because the guy does excellent research and he's got pretty open policy on comment section and a lot of his commenters are very knowledgeable and add a lot of information too, so highly recommend that. | |

| And really all we're seeing with the the public dissatisfaction, the lack of attraction Of voters of anybody who considers themselves progressive with the Clinton campaign and all the other campaigns is that they're just virtue signaling what they might do. | |
| But really, you guys said it absolutely accurately that this is just stolen elections in the primaries that is on display. | |
| And I don't know how anybody can go ahead and stomach the DNC anymore and how anybody can give any credibility to Bernie Sanders after he took a knee in 2016. | |
| All that they have is this divide to conquer strategy where they have to take a tiny subportion of the population and pretend to care about those people. | |
| In this case, it was a high emphasis on the LGBT, XYZ, whatever they want to throw into that group. | |
| And I think it's important To emphasize as well that these upcoming elections, while the Dominion voting machines and while the election fraud of 2020 is still on the table, there's no hope, there's no reliance on any type of an accurate election. | |
| And along with a big part of their playbook is always to have corporate media, these five big corporations, go ahead and cover the lies and the crimes for the leaders of the left and right arms of the oligarchs. | |

| I don't know how many he's syndicated on, but I happened to hear him on WAI 1200 out of San Antonio last week, and he was interviewing a federal prosecutor, and the guy says, I don't know why everybody's getting all worked up about this Danchenko. | |
| This is only a process crime, and the statute of limitations is four years, and guess what? | |
| We're right at four years, and then what Sundance at Conservative Treehouse made a point of was that Bill Barr appointed Durham while he was still a government official and the | |

| The three-judge panel of the Fifth Circuit Court granted this stay, sought by multiple states who are challenging the court-cited grave constitutional and statutory issues. | |

| The administration has until 5 p.m. | |
| today to respond to the ruling. | |
| While it's a major blow to medical tyranny, the battle to defeat these destructive mandates continues. | |

| Here's what two experts on OSHA from Michigan had to say about it. | |
| In reality, this standard, the mandate, was promulgated illegally. | |
| The President of the United States does not have statutory authority to demand a regulatory agency create a new standard. | |
| In addition, OSHA does not have jurisdiction over vaccines. | |
| This belongs to the regulatory agencies of Health and Human Services and FDA. | |
| OSHA regulates workplace health and safety like slips, trips, falls, machine guarding, protection from airborne hazards, dust, fumes, chemicals, vapors. | |
| They do not have the authority to mandate that employees inject anything into their bodies to control hazards, as vaccines are not a control measure for a hazard. | |
| OSHA cannot legally view unvaccinated workers as a hazard. | |
| For OSHA to cite any organization for a violation of their health and safety standards, they have to cite the standard that has been violated. | |
| To date, there has been no COVID standard created. | |
| Thus, any penalty citations or administrative admonitions would be null and void. | |
| Any organization that received OSHA fines over the past year should demand a full refund, including damages, and that your company record be expunged from the citation. | |
| There is so much wrong with all of this. | |
| We cannot be afraid to stand up against it, expose it for what it is. | |
| The cracks are beginning to show and the dominoes are starting to fall. | |

| Yeah, Monday, I mean, excuse me, Tuesday, November 2nd, researcher blows the whistle on data integrity issue and Pfizer vaccine trials published at the British Medical Journal. | |
| Insider, Brooke Jackson, worked for a company called Ventivia, who is responsible for injecting a thousand Texans as part of the Pfizer trial. | |
| Gross incompetence, gross fraud, absolutely known to the FDA since September of 2020. | |
| What did they do? | |
| They notified Ventiva, they fired her, and then the FDA never investigated them. | |
| Out of the over 150 companies that are subcontractors to do testing for the FDA, | |
| they only inspected nine of them during the whole Pfizer, Moderna, J&J run out. | |
| So you can't expect the FDA to actually know what's going on in these places. | |
| That's number one. | |
| Number two, Robert Barnes was on InfoWars saying that he's been contacted by a number of the people | |
| that were injured in this trial and that he's got a massive lawsuit | |
| that should be breaking really soon. | |
| And then on Friday, which was November 5th, the Texas expert, in quotes, | |
| vaccine allocation panel recommended everybody in Texas Well, I didn't find out about it until after closing time on Friday, but I contacted them this morning and they said that the | |
| EVAP, which is the synonym for that, uses consensus-based decision modeling, not voting, to discuss allocation and distribution strategies, but apparently safety and advocacy are not anything that the Texas Department of Health is interested in, and I have calls into officials in that office and the Attorney General's office. | |
| I'm going to pursue these people till the day I die. | |

| When I did that in the spring of last year and submitted a report in April, To my school district, our school union leadership, and to 100 teachers at my high school, of the 14 most definitive California government agencies, all of them obfuscated or refused to answer how these health orders are lawful, given prima facie violation of three definitive laws. | |
| The law that the governor cited for an emergency, which defines an emergency as beyond control hospitals, Federal Title 21, which governs the FDA, which under Article 6 of the Constitution is U.S. | |
| Supreme Law, irrespective of whatever the states say, read Article 6, it says it right there in language which is as clear as can be, that these experimental medical products must be given with consent, without any force, and this is again repeated where I live, in California, Health and Safety Code, with all of the Nuremberg Bullet points that it has to be without any duress and people can have the option to refuse. | |

| And that's the state of affairs that we have until enough Americans realize it is a criminal | |

| Here we have the critical moment when Schroeder shut down the attempt to present the jury with biased video footage from the riots. | |
| So what prompted the judge to remove the jury and smack down the prosecutor? | |

| The problem is how portions of the video have nothing to do with the defendant but describe the scene, and I'm trying to give the jury a sense of the scene. | |

| Prosecutor, I'm not introducing anyone's statements for the truth of the matter asserted. | |
| I'm introducing it for the state of mind of the defendant as he watches the scene. | |
| Judge, if it's not for the truth of the matter asserted, then it's irrelevant. | |

| Meanwhile, we have this bizarre event at Astroworld where victims were killed at a festival. | |
| Authorities are being identified. | |
| The eight people killed Friday at a stampede at Travis Scott's Astroworld. | |
| This was in Houston, including a 14-year-old angel and a man who died trying to save a relative in the mayhem. | |
| John Hillegard, a ninth grader at Memorial High School in Greater Houston, an aspiring baseball player, was the youngest victim of the tragedy. | |
| Well, I see a lot of emergency vehicles, but none of this has made any sense to me. | |
| My colleague Scott Bennett has actually been predicting they were going to pull off a false flag as a distraction. | |

| Well, even though it's my home territory, I haven't spent a whole lot of time on this particular one. | |
| That concert required everybody to have proof of vaccination cards, so you couldn't get in by having a false negative test. | |

| And we all know what happens in concerts. | |
| There's a lot of stuff that gets passed around and it wouldn't take much fentanyl if you were already immune compromised and whatever else was available. | |

| Houston was one of the early implementers of 5G technology and I don't doubt that that area is probably irradiated with that and it could be a reaction to the graphene oxide or the other hydrogel components that have been in the jabs that these poor folks have suffered. | |
| So don't count on Houston having an honest autopsy or an honest coroner telling you what happened. | |
| So we're just going to have to wing it on this one. | |
| All I can say is I'm sad for the families, but if you get jabbed, you got one problem. | |
| And if you get jabbed and go to a concert with a bunch of drug addicted ding-dongs, | |
| you got another problem. | |

| I was at a rave about 20 years ago with a band that had one good song | |
| and a girlfriend took me there. | |
| And they had guys that were body surfing on top of the crowd, | |
| which is great if everybody in the crowd agrees to it, but suddenly a couple of people didn't put their arms up | |
| And this guy landed head first on the floor, and they carried him out on a stretcher. | |
| I never did find out what happened to him, but just a caution to the wind. | |
| Don't try body surfing with a bunch of druggies. | |

| I'll tell you, there may be a question here whether anyone actually died. | |
| I hate to say it, but we've been played so many times. | |

| We can't trust anything that we're told from these psychopaths. | |
| And until we accomplish the breakthrough that will lead to arrest, that will open up the floodgates and we have actual reporting of the facts to the American public, we're just going to be in the fog of war and who knows what happened. | |

| A guy named Tim Kast, which I don't go to his postings very often, but the title is, Rittenhouse case just imploded as key witness admits it was self-defense. | |
| Um, DA facepalms as key witness admits Kyle acted in self-defense. | |
| I watched the first couple of minutes of this and he said the witness said under oath that the other guy had fired shots at Rittenhouse prior to Rittenhouse returning fires. | |
| So, uh, that'll be wonderful if that case gets flipped. | |
| Yeah, I regard him as an American hero. | |
| Even at this young age of 17, he handled himself masterfully. | |

| Pfizer's six-month clinical trial in adults showed alarming increases in all-cause mortality in the vaccinated. | |
| On that basis, Pfizer's initial EUA should have been rejected. | |
| The Independent Review Board should have rejected their application to conduct clinical trials in children. | |
| In Pfizer's six-month trial with adults, it was one death out of about 22 participants. | |
| Two deaths out of 22,000 in the placebo. | |
| It would appear that 22,000 shots prevented one death from COVID, so one might assume that end-to-end TB of 22,000, not so fast. | |
| When one looks at all-cause mortality, there were 15 deaths in the treatment group, 14 in the placebo. | |
| Efficacy against COVID was declining by 6% every month. | |
| So at the six-month point, Pfizer ended the trial and offered the vaccine to everyone in the control group. | |
