So we're rescheduling Oli, but today we have an unusual development because Just yesterday, Alex Jones attacked yours truly over Sandy Hook, where he has had a jury settlement, a default in his case in Texas.
There are a number of oddities about this, but we're going to play a clip from Alex Jones taking on me and explaining other aspects of his situation, and then David Scorpio and Giuseppe Vafangula will give their initial reactions or impression conveyed by what Alex Jones has had to say, and then I'll return to give a more detailed analysis of what he has right and what he has wrong.

And that people are going to learn very quickly that have been submitting to the system that they're not going to be protected.
By groveling and going along with it.
And so many people that have gone along with the corruption, they think that they're going to be protected just because they were useful idiots and went along with it as well.
They're going to be the first to lose everything they've got.
This follows an exact paradigm.

I suppose the most respected publication in the world from almost three years ago in 2019, in June, two and a half years ago.
Father of Sandy Hook victim wins defamation lawsuit against Alex Jones.
Alex Jones is the host of the conspiracy-driven Infowars website and wrote a book titled Nobody Died at Sandy Hook.
Now, I didn't write a book called Nobody Died at Sandy Hook.
I'm not in the book.
When we called the Wall Street Journal that also published this NAP, they said, go ahead and sue us, we're not going to retract it.
And then about a month later, they took away my perfect corporate credit rating because of this, saying I had lost a suit and used that to charge us more for credit card transactions and a bunch of other stuff.
That's just an example of true defamation.
The Associated Press says I lost a lawsuit for Jim Fetzer's book that I'm not in and I didn't write and I've not read.
My lawyer's read it and said I'm not in it.
Nothing against Jim Fetzer, but he thinks space beams blew up the World Trade Center.
And he's not liked me for a long time.
I know about Fetzer.
I'm not in this book, and I didn't write this.
So when you see that, remember when you then hear, I just lost a lawsuit, to look a little bit deeper.

But not after a jury trial in violation of the 7th Amendment.

And then she goes, and he says, this is a show trial.
Well, I did say that a month ago when she announced, I'm probably going to default you.
You've given us nothing.
81,000 pages, two depositions with myself and my whole crew, because we don't have what you claim we have.
The battle plan to say Sandy Hook was a hoax because it'd make us so famous when it was something I barely covered nine years ago.
Imagine they say, give me the smoking gun.
I don't have the smoking gun, but okay, you don't get a jury trial then, because we have no case.
Alex Jones was in standing up defamation suits with rare death penalty sanction.
Gizmodo actually updated it and got it right.
But I didn't lose the suit, because you can't do it under the 7th Amendment.
Default judgments are if somebody runs out of the country or doesn't show up to the event, not if somebody sits there and gives them all the information.
Total abuse of power, judicial tyranny, Judicial activism.
And this judge is known.
She just got elected a year ago as a former CPS lawyer.
She is known as a absolute... I mean, the things that the Democrat lawyers and everybody say about her, I'm not gonna repeat here, but I mean, it's...
It's all Soros.
I mean, Soros put the DA in here.
He funded her through these PACs.
I mean, it's Soros, folks.
Soros is doing this to me.
He said, do it to you, too, if he can silence us.
So it just goes on.

And then say, oh, now you're default after you gave us way beyond what anybody ever has.
We'll just lie now and say you didn't and then default you.
And this is just all par for the course with the criminal activity by the Democratic Party.

Well, let's begin by getting your and Scorpio's impressions of what you've just seen in terms of Alex Jones' report.
Scorpio, would you like to go first?
Oh, sure, Jim.
Well, you know, I've always found Alex Jones to be a little odd. He's the only person
in the history of mankind that's become a millionaire from the conspiracy industry,
let's say. And I always just have to wonder where does all this money come from that he has? You
know, he has lawyers, he has a fancy TV studio, all these employees.
You just have to wonder if he wasn't sort of brought up to where he is just to sort of make him, you know, the conspiracy guy.
That way they can consolidate all the conspiracy people into this one face and sort of make him look a little nutty and kooky and just have them dance around on a string.
A lot of the things he says are true, but of course he'll never mention
who's really behind globalism.
He'll never mention the Jewish factor in any of this.
And, but, you know, it's interesting too, because we see just how deeply corrupt the legal system is,
how deeply corrupt the court system is, how they can just pretty much railroad anybody
over something they possibly said.
So, you know, I have mixed emotions about this because I've always been suspicious about Alex Jones.
And it also shows you the sloppy reporting we're seeing on, you know, they don't even fact check to see if, you know, Alex Jones wrote that book or if you wrote it.
So it's an interesting quagmire there.
Giuseppe, your thoughts, your impressions.
Well, it's the stunning amount of globalist media gaslighting.
They do not want to lose the ability to make Sandy Hook Like St.
Floyd of Fentanyl, a holy mind control event by the internationalist Jew, the hidden hand, the globalist parasite.
And they so want to be able to throw this in the face of any conservative, any gun owner that Oh my God, all these children were killed!
Now, what blows my mind about Alex Jones is, in Scorpio, what a great point about how did this guy become a multi-millionaire.
I mean, I know how he did it.
He had an incredible following, and the following buys vitamins and supplements and what have you, boner pills from him.
And also pays to be part of the membership of his website and everything.
But still, I mean there's other people who are pretty popular who are not millionaires by any means, so that's interesting in its own right.
And, but Jim, what, what, what astounds me is out of the blue, he says, Oh, Jim Fetzer has been against me forever.
You've never been against him.
I've, you know, followed your career in conspiracy investigation and exposure for, you know, 15 years.
And you've always just pointed out what Alex Jones is saying and doing not, you know, like a witch hunt against him.
You're, you're, you're extremely ethical and reasoned in how you go about proving your point. Well, you're a PhD in logic
for God's sake.
So the idea that he's going after you and then he lumps you with
the Judy Wood theory that directed energy weapons, as he said, space beams.
Jim Fetzer says space beams. I mean everything involved in what he said,
what the lying globalist media said, it's just absurd, Jim.
I feel again like...
I've said this many times on different shows, I feel like we have two classic literature, like a mash-up as they say in the music industry when they put two songs together.
A mash-up of Lewis Carroll's Alice Through the Looking Glass and Orwell's 1984.
We've got 1984 Through the Looking Glass It's just absurd.
And again, that angry Mexican lawyer who should not even be in this country should certainly not be a judge, and yet is totally funded.
And so he's going to make Soros the boogeyman.
Soros is the dancing puppet, much the way Back a hundred years ago, when everybody thought J.P.
Morgan's the richest man in the world, oh my god, what a brilliant industrialist.
And when he died, it was revealed that he only owned about 17% of his steel empire, and the real puppet masters were the Rothschild banking cabal.
And gee, some things never change.
Well, those are very astute observations from you both, how Alex became a millionaire promoting conspiracy theories, and that I've in fact been qualifiedly supportive of Alex Jones.
I've emphasized on many occasions that there are Four stages to scientific inquiry.
Puzzlement.
Something's odd.
Doesn't fit into your background knowledge.
Inviting speculation.
What are the alternative possible explanations?
On both of those, Alex Jones is very good and I commend him.
But when it comes to the third, Adaptation of hypotheses to evidence and sorting out the authentic from the inauthentic, he's unable to move forward and never reaches the fourth stage of explanation in the tentative and fallible fashion of science, meaning that fallible, even though it's the best supported hypothesis, it may nevertheless turn out to be false.
Tentative in the sense that as we acquire more information or evidence, we may have to revise our position, reject hypotheses we previously accepted, accept hypotheses we previously rejected, and leave others in suspense.
Now to mention this particular performance by Alex, and I use the word performance appropriately, He's going back to an article published in 2019 in order to talk about him being accused of having written Nobody Died and Sandy Hook.
So he had to go out of his way to bring that in.
That means this is a deliberate, intentional hit on me.
There was no necessity to do that, to bring it up.
He also cites the AP as the most authoritative news site.
Well, AP and Reuters are both owned by the Rothschild, so it's extraordinary that Alex Jones at this point in time would not know better.
Moreover, he accused me, as you observed, of space memes and not liking Alex when we've already addressed the fact I'm a nuke guy, a mini-nuke guy, And while I featured Judy Wood 15 times on my radio shows in the past, I concluded eventually, especially based on evidence presented at the Vancouver hearings in 2012, that indeed it had been nuclear devices that were responsible, where I posted a comment on a review of her book, Where Do the Towers Go?, before the conference, a five-star review
Explain how she had a marvelous compilation of photographs, studies, diagrams, etc., but that, in my opinion, she had not ruled out many nukes, though she had large nukes, meaning ones such as we saw at Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
Obviously, we didn't have the giant mushroom cloud, but we did have tons of dust.
The buildings were converted into millions of cubic yards of very fine dust, which is a signature of the use of nuclear devices.
Moreover, when Alex Jones says he never read the book, how can this guy be serious about Sandy Hook when he's never read the only serious book ever published about it, where I bring together 13 experts, including six current or retired PhD professors, Well, we established a school that had been closed by 2008.
It was loaded with asbestos and other biohazards, damaged by a hurricane.
It even turns out there was a flood in 2007 that did additional damage, of which we were unaware when I published the book, that there were no students there.
And then it was a FEMA drill, a two-day exercise, technically, a mass casualty exercise involving children presented as mass murder to promote gun control.
And we even have the manual, the FEMA manual.
Alex could have had a tremendous case to defend himself if he had not been inconsistent, because he first was claiming it was a hoax, for which there's massive evidence, and then denying it was a hoax.
If he'd gone to my book, he would have known that there's massive evidence, and let me add, by the way, to show how far off he is suggesting I don't like him.
I reached out to him repeatedly to suggest I could bring evidence on his behalf.
I even submitted an amicus curiae brief in Texas on behalf of Alex Jones.
Moreover, historically, back in 2006, he organized American Scholars Conference in Los Angeles that June, which was inspired by my Scholars for 9-11 Truth.
He invited me to be the keynote speaker.
for his conference on 9-11, and when C-SPAN covered the panel discussion on Sunday morning, the four speakers were all members of Scholars, Stephen Jones, physicist from BYU, the fellow who is a World War II ace, with a degree in nuclear engineering, From Caltech, who'd been the scientific advisor on Star Wars to Reagan and Bush.
Webster Tarpley, who published 9-11, Synthetic Care Made in the USA, and me as the founder of Scholars, where I gave a top 10 list of how we know The 19 hijackers were fake!
So Alex knows me, he knows I'm supportive of him, and therefore it's very peculiar what's going on here.
I'd like both your and Scorpio's first reflections given these additional considerations, Scorpio.
Well, Alex Jones has a long history of, uh, first of all, just sort of trashing anyone that gets, you know, close to his, um, sphere, uh, you know, that might challenge his supremacy.
I remember he used to refer to David Icke as the turd in the punch bowl.
Uh, so, you know, um, uh, it's just, uh, you know, I think you made a good point too, or, you know, Alex is a performer.
And he plays a character, he admitted this during his divorce and subsequent child custody battle with his Jewish ex-wife, that he's a performer.
And that he's playing a character when he does this.
So, you know, you have to question his sincerity at some level.
And, you know, I thought that Giuseppe made a good point.
There's definitely an income stream coming in from Alex's operation, no question about it.
But is it, you know, it's certainly not great enough to make him a multi-millionaire.
So there's some kind of additional uh... funding stream coming into his operation here
uh... and i think it was really just a sort of create this character
uh... that you know the pretty review think about it his character is like the
perfect uh...
kind of person they want to demonize You know, he's this southerner, he's a manly man, and you know, he talks like this, and you know, he's a Christian, and he's sort of hot-headed.
So it's sort of this character that's the perfect character to demonize by the powers that be.
and i think he's being fed funding and popularity
in some ways uh... it's it's just a little bit of the something about the
whole thing is always felt off to me and lastly i would just say that yeah i miss characterized
your viewpoints on sandy hook
and you know sandy hooks actually in a very very important uh... event not simply by itself but in the larger context
of bought false flag operations that are designed to slowly
manipulate the public's mind and do into wanting gun control
Oh, we're killing kids, we're doing this, doing that.
We've got to get rid of the guns.
This has been part of an overall strategy to turn the American public to actually wanting massive gun control and maybe even Possible, you know, like a buyback program or gun confiscation They're gonna have to do something about the guns as they go forward and Sandy Hook is important in itself too because there's if you look into the The case of it that there's so many stunning flaws in the official story.
It's not even funny So from that point of view, it's important just because it's such a phony operation from top to bottom But in a larger context, it's even more important.
It's part of one of these many faceted, you know, false flag operations designed to manipulate the public's mind into wanting gun control.

You know, what I wrestle with is how is it that every time they create a false flag shooting event, in fact, evidently there's breaking news that one is going on right now at an Arlington, Texas high school.
And you know, it's, it's, it's every couple days these days, especially when the communist, communitarian, uh, fake Democrats are in power, like they are now with, oh, Biden, the living glory hole.
But what I have a difficult time rationalizing is why is it that they keep trying to take away the guns, yet every false flag, every gun grab effort leads to greater gun sales.
I mean, there are over 400 million legal gun sales in the United States and who knows how many gray and black market sales there are because I'll tell you what, if I buy any more guns, I'm not going to do it legally.
I don't want the hidden hand to know what I'm packing.
So I would guess there's probably millions under the table as well.
So how is it that the internationalist Jew who is trying to Get the mind rape going to get people to turn in their guns and all the actual results are that people buy more guns.
So I don't get it.
Well, that's all fascinating stuff, by the way.
One of the commentators on my blog where I ran a piece about this, William DeBerg, wrote as follows with a minor excerpt.
The legal strategy of Jones is pretty clear.
By scuttling the trial, he will never go to trial.
He will pay a considerable amount of money, but not what he might have had to pay had he lost in court.
On the one hand, he could have pressed a ton of evidence and defended himself admirably, but on the other, he could have run into a kangaroo court like Fetzer's, likely, and never even been allowed to present any evidence.
When his lawyer rebuffed the efforts of truthers to provide evidence, Jones signaled a retreat.
Jones also has a huge empire that could have collapsed by a quarter.
He did it this way.
He takes some losses to his finances and reputation, but he lives to fight on.
And we need him to fight on.
Unlike most truthers and alternative media persona, Jones has a large worldwide audience that is a single most important voice, no matter if it's off-key at times, for the truth or cause.
Now, Just to give you an illustration of the fact that, well, Alex said he has no smoking guns.
I have dozens of smoking guns.
The book is just bristling with smoking guns.
That's the reason it had to be banned by Amazon.com.
And even recently when I did a presentation with Scott Bennett on his new Great Awakening show on America Media Periscope, Scott himself was adding further evidence to the mix.
So Giuseppe, I suggest we play a good section of my recent interview with Scott Bennett and his commentary for the audience to just get the impression of how massive, how voluminous, how detailed is the evidence.
We can start at three minutes in and even run up to the break after which we can have some discussion and open the line to callers because there's going to be a lot who want to add their two cents to the mix.
Well, first I would like to point out that when I read the article that the corrupt communitarian Soros puppet judge said that he defaulted, in that clip we just watched, Jones claimed that he did two depositions and 81,000 documents to support his position that there is no smoking gun, so he did not I think that's good, and I get back to Scorpio's point of how this guy became a multi-millionaire.

I now resonate with Lennon's observation that to control the opposition the
best thing to do is to lead it.
The classic distribution of true or accurate information to false, the payload is 80 to 20.
I'm willing to conjecture Alex Lode is pretty close to that distribution and that this appears to have been a deliberate hit on me, probably.
Because I'm seeking to intervene in the Remington bankruptcy trial in Alabama and also exposing a tax fraud on behalf of the Sandy Hook Promise.
I'm suggesting that this is fraudulent.
I'm making a number of legal efforts and will confront Amazon too, which has now banned six of my books.
If only I have of funding to do it because of the attorneys and while I'm
glad to do all this gratis, they for some reason expect to be paid.

when I claim we have massive smoking guns so Jones is just, you know,
bypassing, finessing all the evidence for reasons that do not appear to be obvious.
Okay, if I could just make one quick point here, actually two quick points before we play that clip.
You know, one thing is that, you know, it's important to remember and one of the commenters here on the chat
mentioned this, that Alex Jones was brought out to trash Bill Cooper.
And that's, you know, he, that's really when he first came on the scene, he was completely trashing Bill Cooper and the federal government was, was actually very concerned about Bill Cooper and what he was doing.
And, of course, we know what his fate was.
He ended up dead.
So, that's an interesting thing to remember, how Alex Jones came onto the scene.
That's very important, telling Scorpio and reinforces what I'm now conjecturing to it, that Alex is the leader of the opposition by design.
Exactly.
He's sort of like the consolidation of the conspiracy theorists in a way.
And I just want to address the point Giuseppe made that was actually very important, like why, when they do these false flags, why do we see an increase in gun sales?
And that's absolutely true.
And I think for the most part, it's people who already had guns buying more.
But conversely, what it's doing is sort of taking the people that were on the fence and against guns and making their feelings stronger towards, oh, we have to do something.
And it's also part of this strategy, I think, to sort of split the population on so many different levels.
And like, you know, this vaccine thing is a new split, you know, vaccinated and the unvaccinated.
And, you know, they've sort of created this world where You can take any news story and spin it one way and spin it the other way and have the two sides fighting with one another.
And so I think with the gun issue, they're making it more volatile and the people who are pro-gun are buying more guns, buying more ammo, and the people who are against it are just becoming more vociferous and just demanding we do something before any more people are killed, even though there's a lot more deaths happening by the medical cartel, for example, than by guns.
Very good.

We've been in the Kennedy assassination, we've looked at the 9-11 terrorist attacks, and there are so many other ones, but tonight is a very particular one that is poignant because We remember the Sandy Hook shooting being utilized as a propaganda instrument for restraining the Second Amendment, trying to rush through gun control, trying to traumatize Americans into giving up the right to keep and bear arms based on, allegedly, the murders of children.
And your research And your deep dive into this area has, I think, proven beyond any doubt that this was a great political act of theater and a false flag event to try and steal the Second Amendment.
So without further ado, Dr. James Fetzer, I'm going to hand it right to you to jump into your presentation.
Go ahead, sir.
Oh, Scott, it's a joy to do these collaborations with you, as we've already discovered, and I'll mention momentarily The first slide shows, of course, the title.
This was an elaborate PSYOP.
I'm going to explain just a portion of the evidence of how we know this was a staged event.
In fact, it turns out to have been a FEMA drill presented as mass murder to promote gun control.
Now the next slide shows just a bit about my background.
Most of your audience may already know I'm a former Marine Corps officer, resigned my commission as a captain, earned my PhD in the history and the philosophy of science.
I then spent a 35-year academic career offering mostly courses in logic, critical thinking, and scientific reasoning.
Now, because of my background, I emphasize, as the third slide shows, the methodological difference between looking for a confirming instance for an hypothesis, such as all pennies are made of copper, and testing an hypothesis determining if they can be falsified.
It's well illustrated here because you could produce billions of examples of copper pennies in support of that hypothesis, and yet it turns out that in 1943, because of the shortage of copper for military purposes, they were made of steel.
So you can have overwhelming evidence that seems to confirm, but if you look to falsify, that can tell you whether or not what you're dealing with is real or fake.
The next slide shows that I've done, in addition to two dozen plus scholarly books on artificial intelligence,
computer science, cognitive science, evolution and mentality, and the nature of
scientific knowledge.
I have over a dozen in the area of conspiracy theories, six of which, actually eight shown
here, but six of which will discover have been banned by Amazon.com.
I'll return to that by way of the sequel.
I've obviously been very successful because my approach is to bring together groups of experts in collaborative efforts Where we check each other's work to make sure we're not making mistakes and the probability of committing errors becomes very low.
In the case of Sandy Hook, for example, I brought together 13 experts Including six current or retired Ph.D.
professors, and we established, as I shall explain, that the school had been closed by 2008, that there were no students there, and that it was a FEMA exercise presented as mass murder to promote gun control.
Now the next slide shows how timely it is that we're having this conversation, because just in the last few days Remington has reached an historic $33 million settlement with families of Sandy Hook victims that those who pay attention to numbers of symbolic significance will recognize a Masonic 33.
And because there are only nine of the Sandy Hook family, it's going to divide the money.
The spoils turn out to go to $3,666,666.66.
to $3,666,666.
Scott, I mean, this is just insulting and rubbing our nose in it.
Now, it's interesting that the next slide shows an evidence photograph from the Connecticut State Police
files of the weapon that a young man by the name of Adam Launza is alleged to have used to kill 20 children and six
adults after having shot his mother with a .22 caliber rifle.
And Scott, as we were talking about, you noticed right off the bat that the barrel is wrong and the magazines are different.
I would like your comments, my friend, because you're spot on.
Yeah, when I looked at that photograph closer, Jim, I noticed that the barrel on that firearm is, number one, extraordinarily corroded and corrosive with the appearance of being a 50- to 60-year-old firearm, which would age it back to the Vietnam era.
And also, the barrel The tip of the barrel has the triangular sighting part that is on an M16 rifle.
You do not have a triangular sight, as we see on the end of that barrel, right in front of the handgrip.
You do not have those on AR-15s.
You have them on M16s, which were rifles that were used in Vietnam.
So this to me looks like a barrel that has come from an M16 that has either been under the earth or buried or in some horrifically corrosive environment and was put together and manufactured as a piece of evidence.
There is no way a firearm like that Uh, could be, could be effectively fired.
This, this was a relic from the Vietnam era, uh, if, if my opinion matters on, on the, on the designation of that.
So I think the, the barrel is an indicator, the sight is an indicator, and also those two magazines, uh, allegedly for that weapon, uh, carry two different sizes of bullets.
One looks like a 7.62 magazine, the shorter one on the left, And then the longer one is usually a 5.56 magazine carrying
30 rounds, where the other smaller one is only 10 rounds.
So that weapon looks very suspicious to me.
Scott, that's just wonderful and it confirms what we find in the next slide, DeWitt.
I'm calling out this as an insurance fraud.
And in fact, I've directed an attorney who's assisting me in my defense against Posner claims in the Wisconsin court system, where I have an appeal now before the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
To write to the chief executive officers of the insurance companies that are going to be liable for the payout to point out that this appears to be a scam, that I'm available as an expert witness to testify and produce other witnesses and a mass of evidence that nobody died at Sandy Hook.
So far, we've had no response.
And indeed, there's reason to believe that not only are the parties, Remington and the alleged parents, in on it together, but it may even be the judicial system as well, that we're hoping to reach out to the judge in Alabama and be able to make contact.
In any case, let's look at some of the evidence.
This is only a portion, but it's a very telling portion.
In the next slide, you see we have photographic evidence that was extremely important.
The photo sent around the world, for example, was in a series of staged photographs.
They rearranged the kids to fake an emergency evacuation photograph.
There were supposed to be 486 students there that day.
If you subtract the 20 who were allegedly killed, that would have been 469 remaining.
But there were no signs of evacuation, even where we were told the evacuation took place.
Now the next photograph was sent around the world.
This probably appeared on more newspapers than virtually any other photograph in history, given there are more newspapers now than there were when JFK was taken out, which of course became front page news everywhere in the world.
Notice you have what appears to be a policewoman escorting a line of maybe 15 or more kids to safety presumably under emergency circumstances.
Now this photograph was taken by the Newtown Bee photographer Shannon Hicks.
But I was astonished to discover, as we see in the next slide, that Chan and Hicks had taken an earlier photograph, just a few minutes before, and their parents there, casually looking on, they have their arms folded, hands in their pocket.
I mean, this is completely absurd.
Who, during an emergency shooting massacre, would think to call parents?
And if any parents had been there, who would have just stood around watching what happened?
Now notice there's a little girl in a pink sweater there at the front of that line.
Well, let's compare the two as we see in the next slide.
What they did was to rearrange the kids.
They replaced the little girl in the pink sweater and the short skirt with a little boy in a dark sweater and blue jeans to get a better shot.
Now it's fascinating that if you look in between boy number one and boy number two, there are some parents there casually sitting.
You can see them more clearly now in the very next slide, which has led me to refer to this photograph as lounging at the massacre.
I mean, this is ridiculous.
There's no urgency.
There's no intensity.
This is very obviously not a mass shooting event.
This is staged.
This is relaxed.
They're totally comfortable.
No one is at risk.
And when we look at the next slide, we'll see that in addition to that one line, given there were 469 who needed evacuation, there ought to have been strings of kids like that all over the parking lot.
Well, the Connecticut State Police insisted evacuation did take place, and they gave very specific locations and time, Scott.
But as you see in the next photograph, we just happen to have dash cam footage of those locations and times, and guess what?
No signs of any evacuation taking place.
Now we're told that you can't prove a negative, but that's completely false.
You can go to your living room right now and prove the negative that there's no elephant in your living room by looking for signs of the presence of elephant and finding none.
You're entitled to conclude that's because there's no elephant in your living room.
Well, similarly, if you go to the locations and times when this evacuation is alleged to have been taking place and you find no signs of an evacuation taking place, you're entitled to infer that's because no evacuation was taking place.
No one saw any signs of strings of buses required to get 469 students.
There were an additional 70 administrative cafeteria workers, secretaries, custodians, and the like.
These are some very powerful proofs the whole thing was an elaborate fraud.
Now if we turn to the next slide, We get the outline of other anomalies, namely that my colleague, Kelly Watt, noticed that the youngest of the children who are supposed to have been killed, Noah Posner, looked surprisingly like his older stepbrother, Michael Vabner.
Six of us went to work on this, Scott.
We found they had the same eyes, the same eyebrows, the same mouth, the same nose, the same shape of head and ears.
Larry Rivera, who's done brilliant work, we've seen it with JFK, with Lee Oswald in the doorway, in identifying Billy Lovelady in our discussion about the assassination of John F. Kennedy, as well as the backyard photograph, where we discover that Roscoe White had been the body double for Lee, who was actually physically substantially smaller than the figure in the backyard.
I sent Larry two photographs, one of Noah and one of Michael, and asked him if he could do a comparison without identifying who they were.
He had no idea who they were.
And he created a GIF where you can now see Noah turning into Michael.
Wolfgang Helbig, by the way, who's a former Florida State Trooper, a U.S.
Customs agent, a school principal, a very responsible guy, a nationally recognized school safety expert, by the way, has come up with a photograph of Sandy Hook girls alive and well.
Let's take a look.
In the next slide you'll see the photographs on the top left, Noah on the top right, Michael Vabner.
Kelly asked a number of her friends whether they thought there was a Rambla Zambla there, and they all said, oh yeah, that's the same person all grown up.
Well, if you look at the next slide, you can see the parts of the GIF where Noah turns into Michael Vabner, implying, of course, that Noah was a fiction made up of photographs of Michael Vabner when he was a child.
Now, if we're lucky, in the next slide, we'll play as a GIF.
You'll see it happen before your very eyes.
Well, sorry to say, you won't see it happen before your very eyes here and now, but it's a marvelous gift, and it really is totally convincing to see that, in fact, Noah was a version, a fiction made up of photographs of Michael Vabner, who, by the way, is alive and well, graduated from college and all that, so he cannot possibly have died at Sandy Hook.
My research colleague Mona Alexis Presley, by the way, has discovered evidence implying that some of the Sandy Hook parents cynically use photographs of themselves as children to be their deceased kids at Sandy Hook.
Here's the next.
The next photograph shows this group photograph.
It's rather fascinating.
Of course, for this to be legal evidence in a court case, a formal court of law, we need certification by the photographer who's from Connecticut, and more identification.
But I do believe Wolfgang has a pride.
And notice, for children who are supposed to have died when they were six years old at a mass shooting in 2012, they're looking pretty spry, pretty cute, and very much alive.
Turn to the next slide and we'll see, get some background here about the story.
Who profits from false flag events like this one?
The case of Sandy Hook.
Well, Attorney General Eric Holder met with Connecticut Governor Daniel Malloy on 27 November 2012 to fill him in on the Obama administration's gun control agenda.
The 26 families, who are supposed to be the survivors, split between $27 and $130 million in donations.
That's over a million.
It's between $1 and $5 million apiece for having feigned to have lost a kid at Sandy Hook.
The school board received a $50 million grant to build a new kindergarten through fourth grade school.
And, Scott, I checked it out nationwide.
To build a kindergarten through fourth grade school only averages $7 million.
So the school board got seven times $7 million.
And then Obama, a month and two days later, signed no less than 23 executive orders to constrain our access to guns, which was the payoff.
Take a look at the next slide and you'll see the governor addressing the press with the lieutenant governor at his side and he says that he and the lieutenant governor had been spoken to that something like this might happen.
Leading me to speculate something like this?
What could he possibly mean?
There are only two alternatives.
One, that he'd been warned that someone might go berserk and come into a Connecticut public school and shoot up a bunch of kids.
In which case, as a governor with advance notice, he obviously had the duty to inform the school systems to increase their security to ensure it did not happen.
But he didn't do that.
Or alternatively, he'd been informed that they were going to take an abandoned school, conduct a drill, present it as mass murder to promote gun control, which is exactly what they did.
And when I began to inquire by whom, you see in the next slide, we have a Reuters News report about how Attorney General Eric, Attorney General Holder was going to come to meet with Governor Dan Malloy to talk about the Obama Department Project longevity, all about gun control and confiscating weapons, restricting Americans' right under the Second Amendment.
It turns out that Eric Holder is a longtime advocate, even a fanatic.
The next photograph is telling.
Back in 1995, He gave a talk at a Democratic Women's National Convention in Washington, D.C.
in the next slide, Sean.
Yes.
And he told them that we have to brainwash the American people to change their attitude toward guns.
Brainwash them.
I believe this staged event at Sandy Hook was part of that brainwashing process and that this guy was very deeply involved in the whole event.
The next slide shows the school was actually in a decrepit position.
This was published after, but was well known in the community long before.
When they shut down the school in 2008, it was because, as described here, it was loaded with asbestos and other biohazards, damaged by a hurricane.
It even turns out there was a major flood in the area in 2007, of which we were unaware at the time, but meant the school was non-functional.
It couldn't have been operated as a public school.
You see up there in the upper right-hand corner, the school after its demolition.
Wolfgang Helbig and I actually traveled to Newtown in 2014 and saw the site, what remained of it, after the school had been turned to dirt clods.
You'd think the biggest mass shooting, you know, certainly the most spectacular, leaving Orlando to the side, would, you know, have deserved to be retained as evidence.
Let me point out, by the way, that those who were involved in the construction were given lifetime gag orders so they could never talk about anything they saw or did not see during the demolition of the school.
Which I submit would have included no blood on the floor and no pockmarks in the walls.
The next slide shows Barack Obama signing no less than 23 executive orders on January the 16th of 2013, January 16th, a month and two days later, in accomplishing his goal.
This is what he wanted.
They put together, by the way, a commission.
We see a report about the commission in the next slide, which had predetermined conclusions.
I and others reached out to the commission and explained all the evidence we had that this had been a drill, that it hadn't been real, no children had died, but they were unresponsive, uninterested.
And Scott, here you see a weapon that's a real AR-15.
You may want to reiterate a couple of those points you made before.
Yes.
Yes, and look at that AR-15, which is a typical M4 military weapon now.
You've got the collapsible stock, and notice the barrel.
It is a long, smooth, black.
There is no sight.
There is no triangular sight on that weapon.
What you have is the hand grip, and then you have a little laser sight or flashlight uh on that weapon but you do not have the typical uh signature of an m16 weapon which is a large shark fin sized and shaped uh sight that is on the m16 weapon and the m16 does not have a collapsible shoulder stock it is a solid piece
of fiberglass, whereas the M1 or the M4 or the AR-15, those have the collapsible shoulder stocks.
So that right there is a typical AR-15.
The weapon on slide 6 is a M16 barrel that has been fitted into another weapon and it is absolutely a prop.
Jim, go ahead.
Oh, Scott.
And notice how nice and clean that barrel is.
That's what a barrel looks like when it's a gun that's 20 years old.
When a gun is 50 to 60 years old, then it is riddled with white, gray corrosion and rust.
Excellent.
Excellent.
Well, here's some more telling evidence outlined by the very next slide, namely, The forensic analysis was a failure.
Get this.
Cars were parked facing the school but should not have been.
It was a 38 degree temperature day, ground temperature, but no heat or steam was coming from the building.
Entry was staged using a shotgun slug rather than an AR-15 round.
A crime scene investigation vehicle was present before the crime was committed.
That's a doozy!
Take a look at the next photograph of the Sandy Hook parking lot.
I point out, as I've observed already, there's no steam or heat rising from the building and that, although it was so very cold, you could not possibly have conducted classes without heating the building, which I'm sure was impossible.
The boilers couldn't be fired up because they were dysfunctional from all those years of non-use.
Notice, too, there is none of the... Giuseppe, let's take a break.

Well, Giuseppe, these are some really powerful smoking guns, so I suggest we play a few more
minutes before we take calls, maybe 10.
Go ahead and let them roll.
You got it.
This handicap parking signage, which is required under the law, the Americans with Disabilities Act, which I verified at the time for both Connecticut and federal law.
That means on that ground alone, the school could not have been legally operating as a public school in Connecticut.
And notice the rows of cars in the center, they're all parked facing the school.
Now you notice the driving instructors coming in from Dickinson Lane would have you curl to the right and then around to the left and park facing away.
But all these vehicles are parked facing the building.
It appears it was just so much simpler to bring them in in a single line and then put them in two by two by two.
And after all, they were only probs.
Who was even going to notice?
Now, we know Adam is supposed to have used this AR-15, but if you look at the next slide, you'll see he made his way into the school, allegedly, by blowing out that big hole in the pane glass there.
Now, it turns out that big hole was not made with an AR-15, but if you look at the next slide, you'll see, in fact, actually, from the inside, it hit the back of that magazine rack.
We're gonna see the magazine rack in a moment.
But let me point out, Wolfgang Helbing discovered that some 14 Connecticut state troopers claimed they entered the school through that glass, jagged glass opening.
I mean, that's absurd.
And if they had so entered, then obviously the furniture would have been moved around completely.
The glass would have been ground into the carpet.
or the wall, the flooring, but none of that happened.
The three stooges would have done better, Scott, because Joe might have come, for example,
to walk around and open the door for Curly and Joe. I mean, it's just insulting.
Let me comment. Wait, wait, wait, let me comment on that.
That window right there.
I've shot windows and doors out before and that window, the first guy who walked through that would have kicked the bottom and someone would have hit the top with their head and the entire glass would have come crumbling down.
That's how those windows work.
They're fragmented into little squares, little pieces, and you just have to hit it with your head or shoulder or arm and the whole thing would come down.
So if you're saying 15 guys, cop guys, came barreling through that like a bunch of gorillas on a football team, there would be nothing left of that glass window.
It would have all collapsed.
Scott, they all signed sworn affidavits that that's how they made access to entrance into the school, which is absurd.
I mean, you know, law enforcement take great pride in their uniforms.
They wouldn't want to run the risk of having them cut.
But it's just a ridiculous scenario.
As I say, the three Stooges would have done better.
One would have come in, walked around and opened the door for the other two.
Take a look at the next slide, and you're going to see the back of that magazine rack, where there's a clear slug imprint.
Now, this was one of the ways in which they botched their story.
They had to figure out a way to get him into the school, and they used a shotgun.
They had to then invent a shotgun that was also in his possession, which they put in the trunk of a car he was alleged to have used.
Very embarrassing.
But then Scott, they weren't used to doing this.
These were amateurs and therefore it was an original amateur hour.
Now the next photograph is perhaps the most telling of all we have because you have this crime investigative unit.
See the vehicle there in the center and the parking lot at Sandy Hook before the crime has been committed.
We know that because just above the roof of the vehicle, there's a string of four windows in Classroom 10 that are not shot out, but after the event would be, they're all intact here.
If you go down the flagpole, there's actually a familiar figure with his arms folded, leaning against the wall there.
None other than, it appears, Wayne Carver, the medical examiner, awaiting the arrival of his portable mortuary tent.
And although you may not see it very clearly, there's crime scene tape up for a crime that is yet to be committed.
This is devastating proof, sufficient by itself to prove this was a scam.
Now look at the next photographs and you'll see exactly what I'm talking about with regard to the windows in Classroom 10.
The next photograph, Sean, shows us.
Yes, in the upper left, you see that string of windows.
They had paper candles there.
And by the way, may I also observe in passing, the school was virtually bereft of any Christmas or Hanukkah decorations, even though this was the 14th of December and Christmas was right around the corner.
And this was an elementary school.
That's what elementary school kids do.
They make Christmas decorations.
Well, look at the top right, then you see after the event where that second window pane particularly is blown out.
On the lower left, you see some of the perps looking at the window frame to figure out how they were going to take it to make it look as though a shooting had taken place.
And what they did was, as you see on the right, they drilled holes in the aluminum frame and then inserted pink rods, every one of which is exactly parallel 90 degrees to the window frame, Scott will confirm.
Anyone with experience in firearms will tell you this is a fantasy.
You do not have that kind of outcome from a shooter if it had been real.
Scott.
No, you're exactly right Jim and we speak with authority of this because you were in the Marine Corps a rifleman and an expert and I was a sharpshooter in the Army and anyone who's fired a heavy weapon knows it is absolutely impossible for you to aim, shoot, strike In the exact order that those pink rods indicate, it is impossible because your muzzle and the
The adrenaline and the running and all of that.
It is impossible to have fired your weapon and have all those rounds, four or five of them, going exactly precisely parallel like you just traced a pencil across a ruler.
It's absolutely impossible and it's an insult.
And the other thing is that window with the candles, they're all the paper candles
that look like they're taped up against the window.
If it was paper taped up against the window, they would not disappear and fall
from the window that shot out.
They wouldn't even move because they're taped.
It's like a paper target.
When you shoot a paper target, it doesn't fall off or go flying backwards.
It stays on the window.
So those paper candles would not have been removed from the window unless, of course, somebody did it intentionally out of ignorance.
Go ahead.
And for dramatic effect.
If you look at the next photograph, you see how in this very same room, all the furniture is pushed up against the wall.
In a longer version, I'd take you through the school.
Wolfgang was a former principal, pointed out how mold, weeds, and it was in terrible condition inside and out.
They were using it for storage.
We put up videos of the inside and we had teachers commenting on the videos and saying, yes, that's what they do with an abandoned school.
They use it for storage.
Well, look at the situation there with all that furniture pushed up against the wall.
Just one illustration that this was an abandoned school.
There were no students there.
The next slide shows that, in fact, the forensic analysis of what happened at Sandy Hook was a failure.
No fingerprints on the .22 rifle connected the killer to the crime of shooting his mother.
They couldn't match any of the 150 slugs purportedly found at the school, any specific AR-15.
Extraordinary efforts were made to avoid releasing death certificates.
The book, mine, was banned less than a month after selling nearly 500 copies because it blows the case apart.
The next slide shows that the formal investigation was conducted by Stephen J. Sedensky III, Dansbury State's attorney, of the shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary and at the alleged Lonza Home on Yolanda Street.
But it suffers from serious shortcomings I highlight in the next slide.
I mention here It is relatively trivial to demonstrate that the official account of Sandy Hook by Danbury State's attorney, Stephen Sedansky, does not establish a causal nexus between the alleged shooter, the weapons, and the victims he's alleged to have used.
It suffers from the shortcoming of conceding there were no fingerprints on the .22 caliber rifle that he's alleged to have used to shoot his mother, and more surprisingly, Out of the 150 slogs that were supposed to have been found inside the school, none of them could be matched to the weapon.
It's all buried in an obscure footnote.
Under these circumstances, it would have been impossible for the alleged shooter, Adam Lanza,
to have been convicted in a properly conducted court of law for his alleged offense because
of the absence of a causal nexus that connected him as the alleged shooter to the alleged
weapons and the 20 children and seven adults he's supposed to have killed, which one might
have naively supposed was the objective of the whole investigation.
But if that was its goal, then its objective was not achieved.
If there's ever been such a dismal failure in the annals of forensic investigation, I'd love to hear about it.
This is absurd.
Now that's not the only—take a look at the next slide.
I've sometimes been told that extraordinary claims, such as nobody died at Sandy Hook, require extraordinary evidence.
But there was a whole lot of extraordinary evidence, for example.
Canadian authorities didn't include the names, the age, the sex of the victims in the official report.
It never identified the victims.
That's extraordinary.
The town of Newtown, That reproduced the state legislature.
The town clerk of Newtown entered into secret meetings with the state legislature to avoid releasing death certificates for this case.

The Connecticut state's attorney, Steven Sedansky, opposed the release of the 911 calls, the emergency calls about Sandy Hook.
It had to be overruled by the courts.

At a special meeting of the state legislature, they recommended that any state employee who released any information about Sandy Hook be subject to an e-felony.

And as I mentioned before, those who were involved in the demolition of the school had to sign lifetime gag orders.

Proof that it was a drill right before our eyes.
There was a sign, everyone must check in.

Porta Potties were in position from scratch.

There was a guy that maybe a month or two after Sandy Hook happened, before they tore the school down, he went in there in the evening with a video camera and walked the entire perimeter of the school and put the camera lens up to the window of the school.
And you can see very clearly that the rooms were in total disrepair, you know, cracked walls, plaster coming, you know, missing from the ceiling.
I mean, just, you know, the floor all messed up.
I mean, just, it was a school in total disrepair.
And of course that video is long down the memory hole and has been scrubbed.
But it was really quite fascinating to see someone actually go to the school and videotape
extensively just how bad of shape the school was really in.

Well, Jim, clearly what is the official mind rape story of Sandy Hook didn't occur.
Now, you've got someone, you've been on her show many times, Deanna Spignola, who swears it happened and has got all this proof and investigations that, to the contrary, it did happen.

The point is in this country with the First Amendment is you should both be able to publish books and do shows questioning the official narrative.

Well, what they did to me, of course, in court, the judge wouldn't allow me to present all the evidence, not even the evidence that I've sketched here, even though it was in my answer, I described it all.
He made the ruling that the only question was the death certificate, that all my proof that nobody had died at Sandy Hook.
Was relevant to the accuracy or the truth of the death certificate, even though the death certificate states the decedent died at Sandy Hook Elementary on 14 December 2012 of multiple gunshot wounds.
I mean, what could be more relevant?
And whether or not there actually was a shooting at Sandy Hook.
Not only that, but after he focused solely on the death certificates, there was one attached to the complaint that had the file number, state certification, town certification completely different than the one I had published in the book, which had none of the above.
My co-defendant at the time, Dave Gehry, and I separately obtained two different death certificates in addition.
I got one from the state, Dave got one from the town.
All four of them were different.
I arranged for two forensic document experts to review the death certificates, and both of them concluded all four of the death certificates were fake.
All four.
So that was all in evidence before the judge conducted the oral hearing, and right before my very eyes, he had a conversation with an attorney for the plaintiff, saying, well, you know, if I exclude this evidence, then that's going to be grounds for appeal.
He said, so I'm just going to set it aside as someone else's opinion.
It turns out that under the law, experts have the same standing as the judge.
So this is a blatant violation of my rights.
It should not have been done as a summary judgment.
It had to go to a jury.
The basic issue in the case, the authenticity of the death certificate, after all, remained in dispute.
The judge simply resolved it on his own.

It's very clear under the law there's no liability without fault.
