And welcome, folks, to Truth vs. News here on September the 27th.

Yes, it's the end of September already.
Nine months have gone by.
And this has been one heck of a 2021 year.
I mean, it's something else and things are really happening there.
So this is Truth Vs. News and it's very important that we have getting the truth out because the news seems to be so different.
But we have the best panel in the world, Jim, who is actually called the most dangerous mind in America, but America is getting more dangerous than ever.
So we have to balance it out here with Truth Vs. News and Jim and Scott Bennett, the most articulate military How about the news from Biden?
he's really been there, they've seen it, done it. And Holly Seliger, she's the sharpest knife in
the box. She's got it and she'll cut right through the truth. So Jim, how about the news from Biden?
Is there anything true about what Biden's saying? Well, it's pretty damn interesting, Don, that Fox
News ran a devastating list of every single current Biden controversy, including Haitians
released no migrant mandate mandates for Americans, scrolling through the many controversies of the
first eight months, which shows we're in deep trouble.
Not that we didn't already know we're descending into chaos.
Grocery stores, gas stations, airports, passable portions of the southern border are all reminders of how terrible Biden has been for America.
It's especially true when on America Report, Shannon Bream and John Roberts rolled out a list.
It's been eight months, but it looks like the honeymoon is over.
A graphic displaying current controversies scrolled upwards as the pair commented on 18 different issues.
Taxes rising, historic spending free, agenda in jeopardy.
The troubles include thousands of Haitian migrants who've been camped out at the border.
They're being released into the country.
After having assured us it would not happen, Robert Snowden Biden was being called out for not calling out China at the U.N.
He didn't mention China at the U.N.
Isn't that bloody interesting?
The crisis graphic reminded viewers why they face being treated as second-class citizens if they're not vaccinated.
No such mandate exists by those who are literally breaking the law, the illegal aliens.
They forget the Democrats want to pretend they're deliberately allowing them here as though they were not illegally here because they expect them to be Democrat voters.
Biden's mixed message about COVID burster shots not being recommended for the general pop by the FDA.
They're playing games here to confuse the public.
We've angered France, the country's oldest ally, by pulling the carbon out from under
them on a submarine deal with Australia.
They were going to get a dozen conventional subs from France, but we stole it from them
with eight nuclear subs.
France has pulled back its ambassadors from both Australia and the United States.
In case anyone forgot, the U.S.
military surrendered control of Afghanistan to the Taliban.
We can expect any day now a capitulation to Iran over nuclear weapons.
Iran, in my opinion, deserves to have nuclear weapons.
Not a single person at the White House or the President's Cabinet has claimed responsibility for the drone strike that wiped out a family including seven children, labor shortages, rising prices, opening sacrament, everything's getting worse and worse and worse.
Here's a perfect capturing of how the media are distorting what's going on.
You got ICE down at the border, but they're not using a whip.
These are split reins used to control the horse.
He's not a villain.
He's a border patrol enforcing law.
Not a victim, but a lawbreaker trying to illegally enter the U.S., but here how it's reported.
Racist border control agent used whips and callously terrorized Haitian migrants.
Split infinitive even used to mislead.
And the reporter, a jackass.
We can all agree with that.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, I think the real reason they reacted with such horrific, grimacing fury against the cowboy and the hat and the horse was because it had a Marlboro man, real manhood, sort of romantic dimension to it.
That's the real subliminal, nervous reaction that liberal leftists, effeminate beta males, bull dyke lesbians, homosexuals, they all feel.
Some of the homosexual gay prides have an enjoyment of that, but nevertheless you have this depiction of a real manly man on a horse.
They hate that.
They want everyone to be a metrosexual, limp-wristed, high-voiced, you know, nothing, and that's Jen Psaki and Zuckerberg, her brother.
But I think that was one of the reasons that they were so infuriated was the manliness and the cowboy mystique, and we see that translating into all of these states.
Demonstrating a similar pioneer cowboy mystique by declaring independence from Biden, from Texas to Nebraska to South Dakota.
Now you see Wisconsin, I think it is, one of the states, declaring that they should consider seceding from the Union, bringing it to the people for a vote.
A lot of states are now beginning this snowball effect of really analyzing what has been depicted here.
All of the chaos, all of the crises, all of these failures from Haitians coming in, the border being flooded.
Afghanistan being ruined.
You know, the notion of impending wars.
Of course, there's another side to this, too.
They want tension.
They want fear.
They want chaos to keep people in a sort of a nervous whipsaw effect.
And I'll close by here, Jim.
Something that many people will forget, but came to mind recently Was, if you recall, France cancelled two massive shipbuilding orders that Russia had put to it.
They had sought to construct two massive troop-carrying vessels, if you remember that.
And France, unilaterally, because of pressure from the United States, cancelled those ship orders on Russia.
So for France to complain and cry about submarines, I'm not a big fan of what's going on in Australia or any of these European countries.
I think they're falling into fascism and they'll trigger revolutions.
You already see that in Australia and elsewhere.
But to claim, you know, some sort of foul for canceling a ship order, look in the mirror because France did exactly the same thing with Russia when it had committed to build two massive ship troop carrying vessels and all of that was politics.
So, what I think we always have to come back to is this.
The world does not want war.
China doesn't want war.
Russia doesn't want war.
Yes, China does have ambitions against Taiwan.
It has ambitions against Hong Kong.
That's the Chinese Communist Party.
Yes, the Chinese economy is probably going to fall very soon with another 1998-2008 crash as a result of the Evergrande situation falling apart.
But those countries don't want war with the United States.
There could be a flashpoint with Hong Kong and Taiwan.
That's going to be a very big litmus test.
Are we going to allow the robotic Borg of the Chinese to take over those countries?
Or are we going to stand up and push back and put them in their place?
That's going to be telling.
But I know Russia is not going to have any ambitions against the United States, but yet we have to keep whipping up this The world is about to blow up, and we're the only ones with the fire extinguisher attitude to fuel the military-industrial complex.
And I don't think the public is buying it anymore either.
I think the public is rejecting that, and their real attention is focusing on the tyranny at home.

Well, let me add on your excellent point about those Mistral-class carriers that France just refused to deliver to Russia.
That was outrageous.
The White House is humbly nice by telling them they can't ride horses anymore.
I mean, this is just insane.
One of the best methods to control a mob like that is being horseman.
So this is just outrageous.
And it shows that Biden people are on the wrong side.
They're not defending America.
They're destroying it.

Holly, your thoughts.
Well, I wanted to talk about Haiti for a minute because we see a lot of people from Haiti who are coming into the United States right now, and a lot of them are coming in through South America.
Many of these people left Haiti many years ago, and they were in South America for several years, and then they're making their way into the United States.
It's interesting that I think the Democrats are expecting, you know, with replacement theory and everything that they're doing, that the Haitians are going to be voting for Democrats.
But let's not forget about what the Clinton Foundation has been doing to the people of Haiti for over a decade.
Stealing billions of dollars from the people of Haiti.
Using the people for human trafficking and worse, which I won't get into right now but we know, we know doing the research what was really going on with human trafficking and organ harvesting and child trafficking in Haiti, this is pretty common knowledge.
The fact that President Moise was also assassinated recently in Haiti to destabilize the country because Moise and people in Haiti do not want to be injected with this jab.
They had record low rates of injection and the government actively trying to fight
this mass injection, seeing as what they've gone through for literally hundreds of years
with the colonization from these same families.
And I also just wanna remind people that if Democrats think that Haitians
are going to vote for them, let's not forget the governor of Virginia,
Terry McAuliffe ran the Clinton Foundation while they were collecting money for Haitians.
So he's got his hands in this whole mess and he was actually found to be taking money,
a donor to the Clinton Foundation and McAuliffe caught up in a Chinese cash for vote scandal
where there was a Chinese corruption with the Clinton Foundation and with Terry McAuliffe.
So it's these same people over and over again that are, I wouldn't be surprised if we follow the money,
if the Clinton Foundation is actually involved with sending a lot of patients into the United States.
I need to personally do more research on this topic, but it's another way in which the people are being used.
And what are they going to do in the United States?
We're absolutely collapsing right now, other than just printing money and giving money to migrants.
And I don't know, I guess they're going to take all the jobs.
If they get the job once they're over here, all the people quitting right now at record numbers, I guess they're just hoping that migrants are going to not know their own rights and submit to getting jabbed before they can be taking over these jobs.
Let me add, Terry McAuliffe is such a scumbag.
As governor of Virginia at the time, he orchestrated the Charlottesville-Husko Ordering the Charlottesville Police to stand down so they could use the Virginia State Police to channel the peaceful protesters who had a permit into a violent confrontation with Antifa and Black Lives Matter, bust in by George Soros, frequently on the same box,
Scott, yeah.
Yeah, I just wanted to add one thing.
I'm so glad you brought up Terry McAuliffe, the chief scumbag of scumbags, but remember this too.
This is another crime that Terry McAuliffe engaged in.
Senator Dick Black was the state senator from Virginia.
And they had put in a doctor to run against him, and at the last moment, Terry McAuliffe approached the FBI director who was investigating the Clinton laptop issues, the Clinton Foundation laptop issues.
McCann was his name, I think.
My memory evades me, but Terry McAuliffe approached McCann and asked his wife to run against Senator Dick Black.
So you have the guy who's in charge of the Clinton Foundation, the laptop thing that was happening just before the elections, and Terry McAuliffe approached him to have his wife run against Senator Dick Black.
And that was Hillary Clinton, that was Terry McAuliffe, that was the Clinton Foundation, that was of course the Democrat machine, but that has never been, despite many of my efforts, And I brought it up.
I shared it with all sorts of people.
Never have they zeroed in and prosecuted that.
So what you and Holly are saying, right, this is the tip of the deep state.

And the irresponsibility of the media is disgusting.
Meanwhile, the budget talks have hit a stalemate where the $3.5 trillion may take a while.
Nancy Pelosi is insisting it's going to happen.
Biden said Friday, Talks over his 3.5 rebuilding plan have hit a stalemate.
He spoke at the White House as Democrats in the House and Senate were laboring to finish drafts.
But we're getting down to the hard spot here, Biden told reporters.
We're at a stalemate at the moment.
He said the process is going to be up and down, but hopefully at the end of the day I'll be able to deliver on what I said I would.
Don't hold your breath.
He said private meetings with some two dozen Democrat lawmakers were cordial with no hollering, but lawmakers raised objections over the sweeping scope of the plan to be funded by higher taxes on corporations and the wealthy.
It's about paying your fair share, for Lord's sake, said Biden.
But it's all disgusting what's going on here.
Congress is racing toward a deadline for a test vote on the first part.
The $1 trillion, it's been $1.5 or $1.2 public wealth that's been snared in the border debate.
With Republicans against Biden's entire plan, Democrats must find their passage on their own.
I think it's not going to happen.
I certainly think it's not going to happen with a 3.5 where Joe Manchin and Kyrsten Sinema have both spoken out against it.
Pelosi was at the meeting with her leadership team, Biden's big vision over his Build Back Better campaign.
And remember, that was Hillary's campaign slogan in 2016, Build Back Better.
Promise, expanding health education, a federal program or services for Americans investing to tackle Climate change, which is an ex-monster fraud we're being confronted with, where CO2 is supposed to be an environmental hazard, which is completely absurd.
Trees and bushes convert CO2 into oxygen.
Without CO2, we would not be able to survive, all to be paid for by hacking taxes on corporations and the wealthy.
Centrist Democrats see the overall price tag too great.
Progressives aren't willing to compromise because some of their most ambitious ideas have been dropped.
Now get this, we have a key Democrat breaking out in tears and you won't believe what she's crying about.
Washington Congresswoman Pamela Jayapal, who chairs the Radical and Progressive Caucus, broke down in tears in front of Biden about the Senate parliamentarian rejecting mass amnesty for 8 to 10 million illegals being included in the $3.5 trillion bill because it violated the reconciliation process, their way to avoid a GOP filibuster.
Playbook has learned during an intense meeting at the White House, Pramila Jayapal broke into tears arguing a case to Joe Biden that the reconciliation bill should include a pathway, but it's already been ruled out by the parliamentarian inappropriately.
Democrats plan to use the $3.5 trillion socialism bill as a catch-all vehicle to enact their entire left-wing agenda.
It adds massive implementation of the Green New Deal.
Amnesty figured to play a central role because they're planning to get 8 to 10 more million Democrat voters.
That's what's going on.
This is all grossly fraudulent.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, the deeper psychological dimensions of this always have to be acknowledged and looked at in order to both define the pathology of the target and also to develop an invulnerability, a natural immune system psychologically against falling into their You know, their manipulation, their hypnosis, their bullying, their influence operations.
Remember, I did this in the Army.
Influence operations.
Psychological warfare.
The point of psychological warfare is to get into the psychology, the emotions, and the spirits to influence the behavior.
At the end of the day, it's all about behavior.
Managing and moving people in ways that you want.
Incidentally, there's also a story that just came out that the Canadian military were engaging in influence operations against the Canadian population.
Psychological warfare to influence the Canadian people to absorb and behave and stay indoors and get their jab and all the other stuff.
That they've been doing in Britain.
The British Army did that too.
Psychological warfare, influence operations.
It is out of control, these military government entities.
For the last 20 years, we've seen this.
I was in SOCOM, JMISC, and we were always warning against influencing the American people.
And that's why the Smith Month Act was crucial.
But having removed that, we're on the same trajectory as what they've been doing in Canada.
And doing in Britain.
But needless to say, I want to come back to the psychological issue here is these people like Alexander Ocasio-Cortez and these others have deep emotional problems.
They have deep emotional boils, poisons in their soul that need to be lanced.
There's all sorts of tension and ugliness and viciousness in there.
That they lash out and this environmentalism the Green New Deal is really like a scene from Outlander with these women running around with candles and white robes behind but before a big Celtic stone cross singing a song and an adoration of the environment.
This is the adoration of the environment to religious dimensions.
This is the excessive, beyond caring for the fresh air and the fresh water that everyone wants, and the natural foods that everyone wants.
This is a complete out-of-body surrendering of the soul, submitting to the earth, water, fire, air elements in this replacement religion For Christianity, you know, worshiping, you know, God the Creator and mankind and all the things that go with the liturgy there.
This is a new religion.
This is not science.
This is not policy.
This is a new religion being injected into the body politic through the syringes Of the Green New Deal, of public policy, of tax policy, of monetary investment, of school educational curriculums.
All of this is a religious push and it's doomed, of course, to failure.
But the increasing anxiety and frustration Is what you see coming out in tears.
So when Alexander Ocasio-Cortez and all these people are crying and flagellating themselves, it's all because of the deep emotional traumas and unresolved conflicts That defines what liberal democrat leftists all are.
Schizophrenics in need of serious counseling and serious purging of the toxicity that they've ingested, and some have even gone to this transgender social schizophrenic sexual experimentation.
So when I talk about this and look at it, it is not out of any meanness Or desire to criticize.
It's out of a psychological profiling on the emotional vulnerabilities and structures of the liberal leftist antagonist, which is seeking to overthrow all of society in hopes of some better civilization, not springing up by the hard work of their hands or the calculations of their minds, but some sort of mystical energy that they themselves haven't thought far enough ahead to say if we destroy the orders, we destroy civilization, what is going to be replaced?
They don't get that far because all they care about is their own emotional narcissism and venom and lashing out and we've seen that from the demons being cast into the pigs that go into the water to the similar pigs in Congress that wipe their tears with a handkerchief.

As JFK observed, those who make peaceful reform impossible make violent revolution inevitable.

And I, honest to God, think we're reaching that point.

Well, I had been a registered member of the Green Party and had served in local office as a Green several years ago.
And I had originally gotten involved with the Green Party because I wanted to vote for Cynthia McKinney.
And I thought that there was a lot of good things that were going on locally with the party as an alternative to the Democrats who were running everything where I was living.
And I quickly realized that more and more, The party had adopted the basically the UN climate change agenda and the new world order agenda that we had seen and I was very sad to hear about the recent passing of Rosa Corey who wrote a book about behind the green mask talking about the UN's green agenda.
She was an amazing woman who wrote a great book that really opened up my eyes to the idea of the green agenda tied in with carbon credits.
The social credit score, the smart city networks that we are seeing where they're getting rid of cars, making everything walkable and creating these multi units, smaller and smaller housing so that families cannot live together anymore.
You can only have individuals living and replacing all of this, the family model with the individual model.
And as Scott has talked about with this idea of The nature worship and stuff like that.
This is an old religion which is being repurposed again with this UN Green New Deal agenda and tied in with feminism and this idea that families are bad and it's wasteful and bad for the environment to have children or families or to have a car.
There's limits to everything.
I fully admit that.
But we're talking about We're completely replacing an entire culture of people and destroying humanity as we know it.
For what?
As Jim said, we need plants, we need trees, the carbon, all of this, the CO2 is needed as part of a whole cycle.
And they're turning people into this idea of madness.
I saw that they're pulling Al Gore out of the crypt again and saying, you know, after his movie there and his failed presidential run, That, you know, oh, aren't you right, Al Gore, you know, with your movie warning everyone that we're all going to be underwater and everything's going to be destroyed, and not saying that his statistics were completely wrong, just saying that he's been warning people, but they're not talking about the cloud seeding or the weather modification that we're seeing, the weather warfare that we're seeing on massive levels right now.
And completely ignoring all of this and you know if you say chemtrails or anything like that with weather modification.
You're insane.
Meanwhile, people like Bill Gates are still rolling out their plans to control the weather.
We'll be seeing this more and more.
You're going to see this in the mainstream news.
They're going to have to admit that they're going to have to control the weather to save us all.
And after everyone is done with the COVID pandemic, they are already pumping up this idea of food shortages and everything, and they're going to blame climate change on all of this.
So stand aside and see all of this roll out as we've seen.
I think you're 100% correct, Holly.
And, you know, this Governor Newsom was so irresponsible, he deliberately drained the reservoirs in California that had enough water for five years, for five years, so that they're now at an all-time low to promote the droughts.
They did it on the basis of preserving some little tiny obscure fish species.
But it was grossly irresponsible because they're putting millions of people's lives at risk, and it was all done deliberately.
And the idea that the Californians re-elected this man whom they all despise is just insulting beyond belief.
Jimmy, let me say this, too.
Here's what needs to happen.
Holly said we need to see more of this coming out.
What you just described, you need to have people running for political office that in no uncertain terms stand up.
I'm going to go on this coming Saturday and talk for a political figure who's running against Eric Swalwell.
Her name is Jackie Cota.
And I'm going to get up there, and I've been helping her train, but we need politicians who are going to get up there and say, What you just said.
They've been destroying the environment, they've been destroying the skies, they've been seeding the skies with aluminum, they're all sorts of draining the reservoirs.
Vote for me and you will never have to wear a mask, you'll never have your environment filled with, you will not have totalitarianism, you need political people rising up To replace the Mitch McConnells, to replace these RINOs, and to replace these Ocasio-Cortez, and really boost the morale of the people.
And Larry Elders didn't save it.
Let me end it here.
Larry Elders failed miserably.
Because Larry Elder didn't get up and say, ladies and gentlemen, they cheated against Trump.
They stole the election from him.
That's where I'm putting my money.
No, he didn't do it.
He kind of had the Cheshire Cat smile and go on a whole bunch of BS.
And then this thing happens.
He didn't stand up and say, ladies and gentlemen, I'm telling you that they lied.
They cheated.
They stole this election.
Gavin Newsom is not your governor.
Do not accept him.
I'm not accepting him.
I am the governor.
I won the votes.
They stole it from me.
And I will never, ever secede.
I will never surrender.
I will never accept him.
He didn't do that, Jim.
And that right there shows you this guy's either a coward or he's a sellout.
But that is what we need to define our new political leaders by.
Who are willing to stand up and, like a street fight, get in and say, I will fight to the death.
And it's not about me or reputation or money or where I go after this.
We need real political leaders that have a certain Moxie and Rocky Balboa spirit in them.
And it sure as hell wasn't Larry Elder.
We've seen that now in his Scott, I agree.
Larry Elder turned out to be a wuss.
He turned out to be a weakling.
But he would have won anyway if this vote had been legitimate.
He would have been people hate Newsom.
And if Elder was then the most popular among the alternatives, he would have been the governor today.
Let me say, I'm further convinced the chemtrails were dropping in aluminum, strontium, barium.
I think that was to prime the forest for fires that would go up instantaneously.
This is like Tinder for these massive fires, and Holly's 100% correct.
They're going to destroy the food supply so you can complete the three-stage process of mass to kill us slowly, the vacs faster, but starvation To reach that 65 million Americans only left in 2025, getting rid of 265 million Americans in the next five years, and they're on their way.
They are doing it now.
So this is just disgusting beyond belief.
Meanwhile, recent polls show about 60% of Americans are not idiots.
The latest Harris-Harvard poll appears most Americans are fed up with dementia riddled Joe Biden and his anti-presidency.
The emperor does have no clothes.
The fat lady is already seen.
The jig is up.
Makes you wonder how this crony got into office in the first place.
The online survey with 1,578 registered voters The figures and statistics following reflect a built-in bias based on the weight for age within gender, religion, race, or ethnicity, marital status, household size, income, employment, education, political party, and political ideology where necessary to align them with their actual population proportion.
In other words, they made an effort to try to make this sample representative.
Those were not bad things, but done to make it more representative.
Researchers can use actual proportions based on historical averages, which are more closely aligned with election and census data to shape their demographics.
Most polls include more Democrats than existing.
Participate in elections, live in certain regions, or believe in liberal positions.
Most urban centers are assumed to be populated by people associated with the Democrats.
Therefore, the margin of error is probably skewed against Republicans, meaning they should be adjusted 2% to 3% toward conservatives.
There are conservative Democrats still on voting rolls who don't associate with the far-left agenda of Nancy Pelosi and AOC.
However, we see most Americans are worried that Joe Biden is too old, 57 to 43.
He turned 79 in November.
Might as well be listed as an oxygenarian.
We can round up when you're that close to pushing up daisies.
For most Americans, the point is not Joe is old.
We love our elders and grandparents, but we don't want them running the country.
Many can barely drive.
The statistics is nearly repeated in every vital issue.
Mike Pompeo outperforms Anthony Blinken as Secretary of State by a margin of 63 to 37.
Wow.
I think the U.S.
didn't do enough to evacuate Americans from Afghanistan, 62 to 38.
Americans believe Joe Biden broke his promise to evacuate, 60 to 40.
A whopping 81% believe the Taliban will not respect the rights of women and girls.
Therefore, 20% think Biden did the right thing, but accept women will be abused.
Nearly 60% rejects Democratic economic policies, including their massive taxing and spending.
Biden's approval has fallen from 57 in March to only 48 in September.
Pelosi is one of the most despised lawmakers globally.
With a more significant negative than positive, 55 to 37, followed by Kamala Harris, 50 to 41.
Meanwhile, Biden's out there telling us we need to protect the vaccinated from the unvaccinated.
But how absurd is that?
If the vaccine works, why would they need protection?
It's the equivalent to this.
The protected need to be protected from the unprotected by forcing the unprotected to use a protection that didn't protect the protected.
That is what this demented president is telling us.
It's outrageous.
It's absurd.
It's even obscene.

The unprotected need to be protected.

Yeah, you're getting me all confused again.
The protected need to be protected from the unprotected by giving them the same protection that didn't work for the protected.
Jim, I'm going to unleash that next time we have a party.
I'm going to have you say that.
I think this is rising up to the level of ridicule.
There are videos of people going into shopping malls that allegedly are only for vaccinated people, and these are unvaccinated people that go in and say, you know, in a triumphant sort of conquest, You know, go and eat and be free and don't pay any mind.
This is a very interesting thing to perceive psychologically, because you're seeing the sedentary, pacifist American who's never been involved with politics, never been involved with school boards, never been involved with anything other than You know, their own entertainment and leisure being forced to stand up because their entertainment and leisure is being cut off.
And yet they're not submitting to the vaccine.
So what happens when you are outraged and infuriated and aroused because your, essentially your drug, your entertainment and leisure is cut off?
You don't submit so you rise up in opposition.
And this rising up in opposition, this strengthening, this drill sergeant sort of training of raw basic recruits, as you remember from the military, this is essential.
You got to go on board the bus and roar like a lion to scare the hell out of these civilians to get off the bus and stand at post and go through their training.

And, you know, I've been doing a lot of legal research into this subject matter and there's a lot of Supreme Court precedents that will support and defend people's rights not to get the vaccine and not to subscribe or submit to tests.
So I've just found this recently.
I went into my gym last week and I was infuriated to the point of almost becoming the Hulk because they said, you can't come in here because you don't have your vaccine.
And I almost just about blew it.
I thought, no, it's about the war, not the battle.
And I went and I talked to lawyer friends and such like that.
And now I'm being forced to stand up and go and go right to this gym and go right to the town councils and right to the supervisors and say, no, you're not going to force this.
You're not going to shut us down because, and let me just read this one part of the Supreme Court's ruling.
This was a case that was dealing with like DUI tests and the force taking of blood and stuff, but this is very key.
In Wyoming versus Houghton in 1999, the court said, quote, virtually any intrusion into the human body will work an invasion of cherished personal security.
For that reason the court held in Schmember that the rationales for a search incident to arrest have little applicability with respect to searches involving intrusions beyond the body's surface as the interests in human dignity and privacy which the 14th amendment protects forbid any such intrusions on the mere chance that desired evidence might be obtained.
And they also had this in Abdullah versus Pfizer and this was cited by Steven Pidgeon in our conversation last week.
It was a seven circuit court case that was binding law establishing the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the Nuremberg Code.
uh so the fourth the fourth amendment protects people not places that's what the court has said too uh no decision of this course this court has authorized searches incident to arrest inside a person's body Uh, quote, no right is held more sacred or is more carefully guarded than the right of every individual to the possession and control of his own person, free from all restraint or interference of others, unless by clear and unquestionable authority of law.
That was Terry versus Ohio, 392 U.S.
1 comma 9, 1968.
So I won't, I won't beleaguer anymore the legal, but there's a lot of material that I have here.
From the Supreme Court, and this is building up a parallel precedent to say if the court has ruled in prior cases that you shall not invade a person's body and take blood or force them to do a test, neither will the court allow the forcible or coercive Or extortionary, a forcing of people to take a COVID test up their nose or take a vaccine in their body.
The court, based on this logic, should come down on the side of a person's bodily integrity is sacred and you cannot violate it under any circumstances.

The problem is on the ground, as I've emphasized many times, the difficulty occurs between the time an unconstitutional issue is made and the time it's corrected and declared unconstitutional by the courts.
There's a need here for immediate action to get injunctions cease and desist and the like on behalf of our military, our pilots, Our citizens across the land, the legal profession has a huge obligation here to act expeditiously, immediately on behalf of the American people.
And did you see that there was an Epoch Times case that they have allowed an injunction against a school district for mandatory vaccines?
They have done that injunction.

I mean, you know, saving a little pocket here and there isn't going to be enough.

Well, I think Scott's absolutely right.
There's this time frame between, we know what they're doing right now is not legal, it's not constitutional, everything about this is completely wrong.
The issue is how do we reach the people or how do we stop them to get the jab before all of this comes out through all the legal cases that go through, whether or not asked to go.
It'll probably be appealed all the way up to the Supreme Court.
So this can take years, if not a decade or more.
In the meantime, we have this fight on our hands where we can't really use the courts.
The courts, of course, will prove us right.
Of course, Jim, you know about this as well as so many others, that eventually the courts will rule in your favor.
It's just how much money you have and how far can you go.
And how much time do you have to make sure that all of this goes through?

I know you mentioned, I think last week, that that was your church.

It's just that people have been acclimated through the psychological warfare and through peer pressure.
Peer pressure is extremely productive in getting people to do things that are absolutely ridiculous, as so many MKUltra and other psychological warfare tactics have shown.
I actually walked out of my chiropractor's office today because with, you know, talk about self-care, it's one of the few things I actually go to in a medical setting, I guess.
And the chiropractor told me I had to put the mask up over my nose.
So I complied with it, you know, putting the stupid face diaper on my face, but I wasn't going to put it up over my nose.
I can't breathe.
I can't relax.
I can't get adjusted.
When I can't breathe and you know, what's the point of even going there?
So I walked out and you know, that's unfortunate because they're booked out a month in advance.
But what am I going to do?
I'm calling around trying to find out one place.
There is one place.
In town, that will still not require you to wear a mask, but I go to the grocery store, 85% of people are wearing a mask right now.
I don't know if it's something on TV again, everyone's scared again, or if they're virtue signaling, they just hate Trump that much, or they love Biden enough, or I don't know what happened in the past couple weeks, I don't have a TV, but I just see it locally, people are wearing masks again where I'm at, and I'm very concerned about this.
I think something bad is going to happen.
Holly, think of the absurdity of wearing a mask while you're exercising.
You're recycling oxygen-depleted air.
You're putting a strain on your cardiovascular system.
You're killing your brain cells, which do not regenerate, unlike skin cells.
You're also accumulating waste products in your mask that'll bring about bacterial pneumonia and other infections.
I mean, it's a manifest absurdity to be wearing a mask.

Well, I think it's very important for Don to keep up that slide that states, a few slides back, all of the things that the vaccine does not do because that's a defense.
And people need to begin writing and typing up a very simple statement of notice of legal exemption.
And I've been forced to do that myself.
Notice of religious and medical exemption and legal action.
And people should type up, you know, the following words.
Be advised, you are hereby served legal notice that I, state your name, claim and affirm my personal religious exemption and a medical exemption to any mandates, public health orders, or instructions requiring a COVID-19 related vaccination or any COVID-19 tests.
Be advised, this religious exemption and medical exemption is my property and my protected right, codified in the U.S.
Constitution and the Constitution for the Republic of California or your own state, as well as establish law and precedent and statute and the Nuremberg Code and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
Be advised this religious exemption and medical exemption is also recognized by your county health order, which states, and your county health orders have to state, a medical or religious exemption from the vaccine requirements may only be granted if For medical reasons, the employee must provide a written statement signed by their licensed physician, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.

Well, just quickly like thinking about this idea of oxygen and like Scott was talking about with these businesses and people who are who are complying.
Think about my chiropractor made me upset as well today.
He's going along with this.

The governor isn't even or the county's not even mandating this yet.
But we'll see how far this goes.
He actually runs hyperbaric oxygen chambers for people to get treatment with.
So he knows the importance of oxygen.
