	Massey was retweeting a tweet thread from Dr. Andrew Bostom that provided both the data and relevant links to the cited studies.
	Why do CDC and Fauci claim the vaccine provides significant benefits for those with prior infection when Pfizer's... Ladies and gentlemen, we regret to inform you that one of those pesky UFOs sideswiped one of our satellites.

	I think this is the first time we've been on the radio together, I think.

	I mean, I know you began on the radio, and this is a return to the radio, and I'm just thrilled about the whole thing.

	I'll tell you, it's the best place to be, live radio.

	You know, there's a huge stack of paper here in front of me.
	We can talk about whatever you want.
	This one here, that's a legal document, it's a, it looks like a copy of a filing, a certification of service, 10th day of September of this year, just the other day.
	Certified copy of the foregoing motion to intervene for the extension of time to retain legal counsel has been emailed this day to all counsel of record as follows.

	I mean, this is a huge, huge Second Amendment case, and it's been Going on for some time.
	I've been waiting to see Remington try to give a serious defense of itself.
	I've suggested that I might be of use to them.
	I've written to quite a few sources you'd think would be very keen on picking up on all the massive evidence I put together in the book.
	Nobody died at Sandy Hook.
	It was a FEMA drill to promote gun control, the first edition of 2015, second, 2016.
	Well, I brought together 13 experts, John, including six PhDs, and we established that the school had been closed by 2008.
	It was loaded with asbestos and other biohazards, damaged by a hurricane.
	We didn't know then, but it turned out there was even a major flood in the area in 2007, so that a guy who just happened to be in a nearby community visiting a friend, unbeknownst to him, the friend was going over to Newtown to pick up some student debts for his kids to use.
	This was in 2010.
	And the guy went with him, and he was reporting on the dilapidated condition of the school, the watermarks, the stains, everything else.
	I mean, it's just fascinating how you get evidence to confirm your original hypothesis.
	And, of course, it's fundamental to both scientific reasoning and rationality generally that when you acquire new evidence or alternative hypotheses, you have to take them into account and may, as a consequence, have to reject hypotheses you previously accepted, accept hypotheses you previously rejected, and leave others in suspense, in this case.
	It was an unexpected confirmation, just as we learned that Boston went on the show Greater Boston in November of 2012, and he was boasting about how he was a buddy of the Vice President and how Joe Biden had assured him that gun control would be a done deal by January of 2013.
	Well, the host was Annie Rooney's daughter, and she was just four.
	She said, what in the world could happen to make legislation pass so fast?
	He wouldn't say, but it's obvious they had Sandy Hook in the works.
	So we not only established that the school had been closed by 2008 and that there were no students there, but John, we even discovered the FEMA manual for a two-day exercise with a rehearsal on the 13th going live on the 14th.
	Which we substantiated in spades in the book.
	Well, you know, our cameras held by our caravan people were up there when the first selectman of Newtown, Connecticut was asked a couple of questions.
	The question was, When was the sign out there, the orange one, with the programmable lights pointing at the driveway, and reading, everyone must check in, when was that put there?
	And the first selectman said, well, three days before the event.

	Isn't that amazing, by DHS!
	Well, who put it there?
	And she says, well, the Department of Homeland Security, I suppose.

	You know, Jim, you've been involved in a lot of investigations, and I just want to, just for a moment, just bounce over to the Boston bombing for just a second.
	A couple of people came on the program some years ago and really deconstructed that thing, did a great job.
	But one of the most enduring images I have is of a serviceman sitting upright By himself in a wheelchair with little splintered shin bones hanging down.
	If you look at the photograph, you can clearly see the caps on his knees that hold these splintered shin bones down.
	He's not bleeding.
	He's upright and he's conscious.
	And I thought, There's something wrong with this.
	And every time somebody would come on TV and they would say, well, so-and-so came on to talk about the thing that happened, the Boston Marathon bombing and lost a leg.
	Everybody lost a leg who had anything to do with mainstream media doing any kind of a report or retrospective or anything else.
	They all lost legs.
	Not a gonad or an elbow or a jawbone or an eyeball.
	No, none of that.
	Everybody lost a leg because they were runners.
	Isn't that sad?
	I mean, really?
	Well, this guy was Lieutenant Nick Voight.
	He actually lost his legs in Afghanistan.
	He was called Jeff Baumann.
	You can see in some of the videos, and this is really a very interesting case.
	In the beginning, John, you had the police calling out on mohawks.
	This is a drill!

	We got confirmation.
	We got video.
	You can hear it in the background.
	You have runners saying they had, you know, dogs sniffing around.
	The Boston Globe, believe it or not, John, was tweeting that a demonstration bomb would be set off during the marathon for the benefit of bomb squad activities.
	And a second tweet saying one would be set off in one minute.
	In front of the Boston Public Library.
	And lo and behold, a minute later, in front of the Boston Public Library, one of these explosives go off.
	Now, as a Marine Corps officer, I was in artillery.
	I was a fire direction officer.
	I can tell you, John, those explosives were puff pieces.
	Those were theatrical.
	They weren't powerful enough to go anywhere, unless you were sitting right on top of them.
	Now, it looked like movie smoke, because it was movie smoke.
	Well, listen, a Hollywood director told me they actually had used a smoke machine on the scene, and we poured through all of our records, and we finally found it.
	They even used a studio-quality smoke machine.
	It was that bad.
	Now, when you peered through the smoke initially, you saw these bodies lying there with missing arms and legs, but there was no blood.
	As Dr. Lorraine Day, who is the head of trauma surgery for San Francisco General Hospital
	for 25 years, has observed, it's impossible, it's a physiological, anatomical impossibility
	to have arms and legs blown off by explosives and there to be no blood.
	The blood only showed up later, John, and it came out of what I originally thought were
	tubes but those little orange duffel bags.
	These were little orange fake blood kits.
	And the blood they put down was, you know, Hollywood blood.
	It remained too bright.
	It doesn't de-oxygenate.
	It doesn't turn dark.
	Now, if you watch a sequence of this, you can see there's a fellow in a hoodie with his Jeff Bauman characters attaching of false bone prosthesis it's got this extending piece of
	bone you were describing
	but it's just attached to him
	in the smoke and then what do they do with this guy who's carefully
	keeping his head up off the sidewalk because you know
	he's just had his legs blown off but he's taking the delicacy of keeping his head off
	the sidewalk because people spit there for example it's ridiculous on it's face
	but they put him in a wheelchair Now this is just the wrong thing to do with someone who has an extremity wound of this nature, because gravity then will help draw the blood out through the wound.
	So they're wheeling him off in the wheelchair, John, and guess what?
	The vibrations are so substantial they cause the false prosthesis to come loose and they have to stop and reattach it.
	I mean, look, this is a joke.
	This is like a comedy.
	I want to continue, but let me say, like at Sandy Hook, and at several of these other events, including Parkland, there's no string of ambulances, no surge of EMTs to the area.
	In fact, there were real physicians in the crowd, and the police wouldn't let them come forward to attend the wounded because they would have discovered they were amputee actors, John.
	This is so stunning.

	Now, this is a truly amazing story.
	He's a medical miracle.
	Because just a few weeks later, he's showing up at a Boston Bruins game.
	Now, when he's first there on the scene on Boylston Street, his legs appear to be blown up below the knee.
	When he shows at the Boston Bruins game, just weeks later, waving a Boston Bruins flag.
	Now they're cut off above the knee, but the guy looks different.
	He looks decidedly younger and healthier.
	Then later, he's wheeled out on a Boston Red Sox game.
	It's a throwout the first pitch by none other than the fellow who'd wheeled him in the chair, who was a guy in a cowboy hat standing by.
	Who the Hollywood director identified to me as Carlos Arredondo by name, someone he'd cast in one of his own films.
	So this guy was an actor, and it is peculiar when you watch him, because he's just standing in the background, waiting for his time to come into the scene in accordance with a script.
	So you've got Carlos Arredondo fleeing him out to the Red Sox game so he can throw out the first pitch.
	I was on with Dr. Stan Monteith, who's an orthopedic surgeon, and we were discussing, I was explaining about Jeff Bauman and this medical miracle, because it's so blatantly fraudulent, and Dr. Stan was explaining that he actually had performed amputations like this, and that it takes like three months just to get around, you know, get used to not having your legs.
	Three more months to learn how to get around without them, and here this guy, within weeks, I mean, John, it's embarrassingly bad.
	Here's something else that you will like.
	The two Sarnoff brothers who were accused of the event were clearly innocent.
	This is why the FBI came out and said, look at these two pictures.
	We need your help identifying them.
	And don't look at any other photographs.
	Photographs show that this private army called Kraft International had a whole lot of personnel there in khaki jackets.
	Khaki trousers, black jackets, black baseball caps with a skull insignia where the motto of Kraft is, Violence Does Solve Problems.
	And we even have photographs of Kraft employees wearing the backpacks in which the bombs were found to have exploded, subsequently going to the scene, leaving the bomb, and then coming back without the backpack.
	Now, they convicted Zoker, his brother Tamerlan, allegedly dead, There's even a fantastic movie out there called Patriot Games, starring Kevin Bacon, where there's supposed to be a shootout in Watertown between the brothers and the police, and Volker's supposed to have accidentally run over his brother.
	But John, that's all complete rubbish, fabricated, made up.
	Tamerlan was arrested, it was in Watertown, but he was stripped naked and put in a police car.
	And the next time we see him, he's lying on a slab with a huge gash in his side, very, very dead.
	Now his aunt, Merit, who happens to be a formidable woman, she has a law degree from Moscow University, talked to me and pointed out that they had been photoshopped in the scene, because you see them walking on the sidewalk, and there are other photos of them, so they could prove they were there.
	And I said, well, how do you know?
	And she said, because Tamerlan's shown clean shaven, and he had a beard.
	And I said, well, can you prove it?
	And she said, sure.
	And she started sending me a photograph of Tamerlan lying in bed with his cat.
	He's got a beard, working out at a gym just before the marathon with his brother.
	He's got a beard.
	That told me about a visit with a friend where they had dinner that evening, and the friend was relieved they hadn't been anywhere near the marathon, and he had a beard.
	And afterwards, when he's arrested in Watertown, he's got a beard.
	When he's lying on the slab, he's got a beard.
	Not only that, but they made a tremendous blunder, John, because the backpacks that Tamerlan and Zoker were wearing were the wrong backpacks.
	They didn't match the compact black nylon backpacks that the FBI identified that were even in the indictment in the courts in Boston.
	But Tamerlan's wearing a big, baggy backpack.
	It's not at all.
	It's dark color, but it doesn't at all resemble.
	And Zoker, of all things, is wearing a silver or even a white backpack.
	Now, when I did a massive work on this and published the book you cited, nobody died in Boston either.
	Oh, yes, this retired professor of law, John Remington Graham, who'd been a prosecutor, defense attorney, a long history in Minnesota, Minneapolis, primarily.
	What he thought was the most impressive evidence, he said, that the backpacks don't match.
	So when Zoker was convicted, which was, of course, ridiculous under the circumstances, and came up, the decision that he would be convicted came up to the appellate court.
	John Remington Graff drafted an amicus curiae brief on behalf of me and two other American citizens to dispute Pointing out in four photographs that the backpacks don't match, which ought to have been sufficient to exonerate me, and there wasn't even sufficient evidence to arrest in the beginning.
	The court said it would take it into account, but it did not.
	And now, John, this case has worked its way to the U.S.
	Supreme Court, and Jack has submitted our amicus leaf to the U.S.
	Supreme Court.
	I mean, it runs a few bucks to do all these things, but in the interest of justice, you'd think there'd be a response.
	So we have an amicus leave right now that proves definitively that Zorka or Saranov is not guilty.
	But here's the other funny thing.
	When the FBI agent came out and showed the two photographs, and said, oh, look at these photographs.
	Don't look at any other photographs.
	Because then you might notice, actually, it was Eastcraft International personnel who perpetrated the crime.
	Uh, they have had the Saranac Brothers under surveillance for at least five years, John, so the whole thing is rubbish, complete nonsense, and the FBI, the FBI turns out to be complicit in one of these phony events after another.
	I mean, it's very, very embarrassing right up to January 6th, the so-called intrusion.
	Well, I mean, yeah, I mean...
	It's just ridiculous, John.
	It's just ridiculous.
	Our FBI is not what it's supposed to be at all.
	Well, there sure seemed to be a lot of informants there.
	Was it 11 or was it 14 of them that was involved just in the Gretchen Whitmer kidnapping hoax?

	And I've got the LeBron Finnegan thing that was FBI all the way, and you go one after another after another, and I'm telling you, John, I've looked at virtually all of these, and there's something wrong with every single one of them.

	And that's why I have followed this procedure of bringing together the best experts To take these conspiracy theories from theories in the weak sense of conjectures, rumors, or guesses, to theories in the strong sense of empirically testable explanatory hypotheses like Newton's theory of gravitation, Einstein's theory of relativity, Darwin's theory of evolution, so they can be testable.
	And with the experts I bring in, we've been able to sort them out.
	When you separate the authentic evidence from the fake, John, they fall into place quite rapidly.

	You know, most people do not know that Chris Kyle, the American sniper, is the one who founded Kraft International.
	And it's funny, Jim, because one of the first things that I noticed in seeing these guys walking around with these packs and wearing these khakis, they were wearing these most distinctive shoes.

	Now, what you don't know is that Eric Holder came up to Connecticut on the 27th of November to meet with the Governor to talk about the Obama Administration's gun control agenda.
	And when the Governor was interviewed after Sandy Hook, he said he and the Lieutenant Governor had been spoken to that something like this might happen.
	And you have to ask yourself, something like this, what could he possibly mean?
	Was he warned someone might go nuts and shoot up a school?
	In which case he, as governor, obviously had the obligation to alert school systems to increase their security, make sure it didn't happen.
	He did not do that.
	Or was he simply told what turned out to be the case?
	They were taking an abandoned school, conducting a drill and presenting it as A mass murder to promote gun control, and we know by whom.
	It was Eric Holder who brought the message.

	And meanwhile, blocks away, there was this unusual driving incident where a car rammed into the back of two vans, neither of which had a driver.
	They'd been parked there and then backed out.
	Well, it turns out there were Two of these cars, they were both Dodge Challengers.
	One had a black stripe and the other didn't.
	One had a sunroof, the other didn't.
	There were two drivers, the James Field 20 with the dark prescription glasses, a diagnosed schizophrenic who was a Patsy.
	And then the real driver was a 32-year-old veteran who commands a brigade of reservists in Ohio.
	He was driving the car.
	And it was so astonishing when he backed out.
	It would have befitted a NASCAR driver, John.
	It was so good as driving.
	Well, we got the photographs.
	I mean, I can prove every damn thing I'm saying here.
	Every single thing.
	And I published a book about it for Crying Out Loud.
	And in addition, you know, there were two other takes.
	There's one where you see the Challenger and there's no vehicles around it whatsoever.
	So what happened to the two vans?
	And then you see a photograph published in the New York Times where there's a black Toyota pickup, and you have these stuntmen flying through the air.
	That's the one they put on the cover.
	It's just like at Sandy Hook.
	The Newtown Bee, the local newspaper photojournalist, about a woman named Shannon Hicks, sent a photograph seemingly showing a policewoman escorting a bunch of kids away from the school, published on the front page of every newspaper in the world.
	Well, it turns out she took a second photograph a few minutes earlier.
	And you can see there are six or eight parents there.
	They got their hands in their pockets, their arm folding, casually looking on, while the policewoman rearranges the kids to get a better shot.
	So they had a little girl in a pink sweater and a short skirt at the front.
	But they rearranged it.
	They put a boy who was taller in blue jeans and a dark sweater in the front.
	And if you look in between, in the back, there are two women just casually looking on, leading me to describe this photograph as lounging at the massacre.
	We have the evidence, John.
	It is so simply overwhelming.
	These things are staged or manufactured.
	and of course you have parkland well parkland it was a holiday valentine's day they had
	thirty five hundred students at that school they sent them all home
	early at one o'clock because it was a holiday they only kept me on a couple
	dozen in fact even david hogg
	admitted he forgot he was supposed to stay there
	He had to get on his bicycle and ride back to school because he knew there was going to be something going on there and he didn't want to miss it.
	And, of course, it was a fake shooting.
	In fact, they did have a guy in a SWAT outfit with a SIM gun that fires SIM munitions, simulated ammunition.
	It was made out of beeswax and laundry detergent.
	It will sting, but it won't penetrate the skin.
	It's not even as powerful as the rubber bullets we're now using, you know, which actually can be created a hole the size of a marble in your skin.
	Well, at Parkland, they didn't even do that.
	The reason that Sheriff David Israel wouldn't allow his deputies to go in was he was afraid they wouldn't realize it was all fake and they might shoot the shooter, the fake shooter, In the SWAT suit.
	The guy who was supposed to be blamed, Nicholas Cruz, actually was walking off campus with a fellow student when she could hear other shooting in the background.
	And she said to him, gee, I'm surprised it wasn't you.
	And he gave her a double take and said, huh?
	I mean, it just goes on and on and on, John.
	It's just embarrassingly bad.
	And listen, I've got books in all this.
	So, of course, what happens?
	It began with Sandy Hook.
	The book, as I said, 13 contributors, 6 PhDs, it's, I don't know, around 400 pages, really substantial photographs, documents, including the FEMA manual and all that.
	It went on sale on 22 October 2015 and started to take off like a rocket.
	It sold nearly 500 copies when Amazon banned it on the 19th of November.
	It was too good.
	Because they banned it, and it was obvious to me it was political, that I wouldn't get anywhere arguing with Amazon.
	I simply immediately released it for free as a PDF.
	I was going on a Jeff Rents show that evening, and I told Jeff, and he actually put it up on his site for a very long time, until years and years later we'd have a falling out, where I'd been a regular.
	I had my own show on his channel.
	Because he was insisting Las Vegas was real, and I was explaining how they use a pre-recorded soundtrack.
	They played over the PA system, and then they had simulated flashing lights for a machine gun, and three light flashes in the middle of the Mandalay Bay.
	None of this was coming from the 32nd floor.
	So that it was orchestrated.
	They had the crisis actors in the crowd and pretended they were being shot at, but no one was actually shot.
	There was even a guy in the crowd who stood up and you could see the flash from his barrel firing blanks into the crowd.
	I had a Facebook friend at the time contacted the three closest medical hospitals to ask if they'd had any gunshit at Mideast and the answer
	was no, they'd had none.
	The third, they'd conveniently answer, I think you're calling about that drill they had the
	other day, you better check with the police.
	I had a colleague, yeah, Moda Alexis Pressley, who did brilliant work on this, look at the
	obituaries for the decedents in Las Vegas.
	And by the way, at Parkland, they even forgot to put up the obituaries.
	They were so sloppy about it.
	And she found that they were all based on people who died in different states or on different dates or from different causes of death.
	She's so diligent, she even obtained the Las Vegas PD crime map for the square mile surrounding the concert area where all the shooting is supposed to have taken place.
	The crime mat reports all the crimes that occur in a 24-hour period from 8 p.m.
	that evening to 8 p.m.
	the next day.
	They're all routine.
	Assault and battery, disturbing the peace, stolen vehicle, not a single violent, no gunshot whatsoever, John.
	It's all fars.
	And we have Barack Obama to thank for it.

	I have believed that up until the time I became convinced that it's even more powerful because it required all these financial resources to steal the election all these dozens of ways, where Mike Lindell had a three-day marathon where he must have given a hundred proofs of the theft of the election.
	And yet, John, in this administration there are three taboos.
	If you have any doubts about the 2020 election and whether it was on the legit, you're a domestic terrorist.
	If you have any doubts about January 6th, which was completely orchestrated, James, a brother of John, explained he'd let 226 Antifa members drop those Trump supporters into the building.
	Then you're a domestic terrorist.
	And if you question the pandemic and the vaccinations, you're a domestic terrorist, John.
	We are in dire straits because people are dying now.

	It's really quite something that Ole was concentrating on the presence of shoes in the foreground of all these disasters that happened, whether it's an air crash in Ethiopia or the Bataclan massacre or the Manchester massacre and all that, and the shoe was in the foreground.
	Guess what was in front of my car when I went to the post office before I went to interview, to the studio to interview Ole?
	A single brand new red shoe in front of my car.
	Well, I'll tell you, always a dear friend of mine, John, and we have done many shows together, and he, when I began getting serious about this coronavirus business, had me look at the European mortality tables, and here you had 15 countries in Europe where it was supposed to be raging, and yet there was no increase in the mortality statistics.
	You mentioned the conspiracy theory notion.
	Here's a story for you.
	Robert David Steele, his former CIA, was accused by his critics of being a conspiracy theorist.
	Well, John, think about it.
	CIA is conspiracy central!
	They're running conspiracies all over the country!
	Not just, you know, to overthrow the Iranian government, assassinate Salvador Allende, take out Castro and overthrow the regime in Vietnam.
	So, you know, to accuse a former CIA guy of being a conspiracy theorist is about as absurd as it gets.
	Not only that, John, but conspiracy theorists are investigating crimes.
	No wonder they want to silence us, because typically the solutions to those crimes lead back to the government.
	So they're trying to cut us off at the pass.
	It's outrageous.
	Now, I mentioned how Amazon had banned Nobody Died at Sandy Hook.
	Well, guess what?
	In the aftermath, Mike Palachek, my series editor, and I recognized we need to found our own company to get our books out, and we founded moonrockbooks.com.
	We've now published 12 books at moonrockbooks.com, and guess what?
	Amazon has banned six.
	Not only my book on the Boston bombing, on Sandy Hook, but on the Boston bombing, on Orlando and Dallas, on Charlottesville, on Parkland, even on the moon landing, John.
	Well, I think that's because of essays at the back of the book that dispute the official narrative of World War II, something about gas chambers and Zyklon B. The ADL told Amazon they asked them to ban every book that disputed the official narrative of the Holocaust, and Amazon obligingly banned somewhere between 200 and 2,000 books.
	Now, one of my efforts here, John, because I've suffered By Amazon banning my books is to go after Amazon.com and the massive censorship.
	In other words, I'm fighting the good fight for the First Amendment.
	I'm intervening in the Remington case because Remington is just throwing in with the alleged members of the Sandy Hook family, nine families, For this $33 million?
	I mean, they're fleecing the company, and Remington's doing nothing about it, which I find completely outrageous.
	When I saw the proposed settlement, I knew immediately that it was a scam, that this was an insurance fraud.
	I published an article about it.
	You can find on my blog that, you know, Soto vs. Remington, or Remington agrees to settle for $33 million in an insurance scam.
	I mean, it's outrageous.
	And because of all my background in doing these other matters, I can really make a difference here by intervening.
	But, John, why not be intervening?
	The court wouldn't know any better.
	They'd think that the parties have simply agreed on the facts of the matter, that Sandy Hook was real, and Remington is just implicitly conceding its guilt in manufacturing this marvelous weapon, by the way, the AR-15.
	Lightweight, versatile, completely accurate.
	It's not an assault weapon, by the way.
	It's not a weapon of war.
	Those are automatic.
	This is only semi-automatic.
	The difference being, of course, semi-automatic, you only get one shot fired each time you depress a trigger.
	With fully automatic, depress a trigger and it'll run and shoot as many rounds as you have until the ammunition is expended.
	So all this is fraudulent.
	It's the single best weapon we need for all purposes, especially to fight off tyrants.
	And you implied thing about the Chinese wanting to get rid of our weapons.
	Absolutely.
	They've had this.
	Yeah, I think Steven Spielberg made a movie about that.
	What was it?
	19 demo sides, which were the slaughters of the whole society by their governments, each
	of which was preceded by gun confiscation.
	We can't let America become number 20.
	Yeah, I think Steven Spielberg made a movie about that.
	What was it?
	Oh yeah, Schindler's List.
	Now the deal is here that we can do so much.
	But in all honesty, I'm running out of resources.
	In other words, I have the ammunition to fire.
	I have able attorneys to assist me.
	But while I do what I do, with no expectation of compensation.
	In fact, I've been out about as much as I have in terms of my own personal resources.
	And I've got a judgment hanging over me for a suit they brought against me for a line in the book.
	Uh, challenging the authenticity of a death certificate for one of the kids at Sandy Hook.
	And I responded to the, to the, uh, you know, the complaint with an answer by laying out, you know, a dozen lines of proof.
	I mean, including that the FBI for its consolidated crime report for 2012 shows zero.
	Deaths from manslaughter or non-negligent manslaughter in Newtown in 2012.
	That's true, I saw it myself.
	Yeah, it's just absurd!
	And all the stuff about having the FEMA manual and how you had the port of bodies presented early, you got that exactly right.
	How there was that sign, everyone must check in.
	John, right in the manual it says, everyone must check in with a controller upon arrival.
	You got the firehouse providing pizza and bottled water.
	That's standard for FEMA exercises.
	They put up refreshments and restrooms.
	You got everyone wandering around with a name tag on a lanyard.
	That's standard.
	Color-coded name tags to identify the participants.
	You got parents bringing children to the scene.
	Can you imagine a parent bringing a child to the scene of a child shooting massacre?
	The rehearsal was just a festive occasion.
	They were treating it that way.
	And then the following day, there were all these blunders.
	There was no surge of EMTs into the building, no string of ambulances to rush their little bodies off to hospitals where they could be, you know, determined to be dead or alive.
	Wayne Carver admitted he didn't even allow the parents to see the children's bodies.
	I ask any parent in the world, does that make any sense?
	If you were told your child was dead, would you just take someone's word for it?
	He said they identified them on the basis of photographs, and John, that makes sense, because it turns out they faked the children using photographs of older children when they were younger.
	In fact, Mona has told me she has reason to believe some of the parents even used photographs of themselves when they were children.
	This is the degree of scam going on here.
	And Remington is going to fold, and think of the precedent that's going to set.
	All the gun companies are going to be liable, when in the past they've had no liability.
	This is going to set a new precedent, and it's going to destroy our right to keep and bear arms.
	So I want to fight.
	I want to fight for the First Amendment, for the Second Amendment.
	I'm taking on Amazon to oppose its abusive censorship of books, interviewing the DeSoto vs. Remington for the Second Amendment.
	I've never cared about money in my life, as long as I had enough to keep a roof over my head, food on the table.
	But doing this, which I regard as the most important events, most important efforts of my entire life, I need the help of the American people.
	Believe me, I am doing it.
	For the American people and for the future of this nation.
	As a former Marine Corps officer, I care about my country and John.
	Because I have this background, this technical background, as a professional philosopher, having offered courses in logic, critical thinking, and scientific reasoning for 35 years.
	And I'm doing it with these Remington people.
	Say that again.
	Hold on.
	Say that again, but don't say that word again.
	It's over the air radio.
	We can't say it.
	Actually, no, there was a Princeton professor published a whole book about it with that title, John.
	That's an acceptable word, believe it or not.
	That is.
	Is it really?

	teachers that sandy hawk so it's a sort of versus remington case
	donna's so it was played by the same crisis actor is susan bro in charlottesville
	Yes.
	Now, please be specific.
	There are a bunch of people listening.

	We superimposed the photographs over one another.
	It's the same person.
	It's the same woman.
	This is totally fraudulent.

	Would you believe my case in the circuit court here?
	The judge would not allow me to use any of the evidence I had about what happened at Sandy Hook.
	He said it had nothing to do with the authenticity of the death certificate.
	Get this, John.
	The death certificate says This decedent died at Sandy Hook at 12 Dickinson Drive from multiple gunshot wounds on 14 December 2012.
	And the judge ruled we weren't going to go down that rabbit hole.
	He wasn't going to let me present all the evidence that nobody had died at Sandy Hook.
	So I had to focus exclusively on the death certificate, and I argued as ably as I could to reduce other death certificates that we had.
	My co-defendant at the time had obtained one from the state of Connecticut, another from the town clerk in Newtown.
	All four of them were different, but the one that was in dispute had no file number, no town certification, no state certification.
	I thought it was very peculiar, because the one attached to the complaint had all of the above.
	It had a file number, a town certification, and a state certification, and yet the attorneys in the case said in the complaint there was no material difference between them, which is absurd, because the town certification, the state certification, and the file number are all material differences and make a legal difference to the standing.
	In fact, it turns out, and this was among my arguments in court, That according to Connecticut law, not even parents are allowed to have an uncertified death certificate.
	That's the one I published.
	So I would say, roughly speaking, I was convicted on the basis of a death certificate I'd never before seen, never written about, never published.
	I mean, it was just outrageous, which is why I've appealed the case.
	Now it had this interesting twist.
	When it went up to the appellate court here in Wisconsin, They cited a case from Connecticut involving Soto that just, you know, was affirming that because it all died at Sandy Hook, except it had never been adjudicated.
	There's never been a legal case in the United States that determined whether or not anybody died at Sandy Hook.
	Most take for granted that because there's an official report from a state's attorney by the name of Steven Sedinsky that that settled the matter.
	Because if you read the report, it turns out Sadinski failed to make any connection.
	He couldn't causally tie together the alleged shooter, Adam Lonza, and the weapons he's alleged to have used on the victims, not even regarding his mother, whom he's supposed to have shot with a .22 caliber rifle.
	It had no fingerprints on it, not Adam Lonza's, and although supposedly 150 slugs were recovered, believe it or not, in an obscure footnote it says, They were unable to match any of the slugs to the weapon.
	So it was a total, absolute failure, John.
	An absolute failure.
	Are we at war, Jim?
	Well, we're at war on many different fronts, John, and I just, I'd be so grateful.
	Anyone out there who believes in the First Amendment and the Second Amendment, I'm here.
