This is that Jim Fetzer mess in Wisconsin, where I'm delighted to be joined today by Joe Olson in Houston, Texas, and by Carl Herman in San Ramon, California.
We're here to bring you all the news you need to know.
We begin with the Department of Justice totally politicized, warning states against violating federal law with audits, as though the Constitution did not designate that the state legislatures are responsible for determining how their electors are chosen.
The laws cited by the DOJ include the Civil Rights Act of 1960, which mandates the retention of election records for 22 months after a federal election, and the Voting Rights Act of 1965, which outlines that no person shall intimidate, threaten, or coerce, or attempt to intimidate, threaten, or coerce any person For voting or attempting to vote or intimidate, threaten, or coerce, or attempt to intimidate, threaten, or coerce any person, for urging or aiding any person to vote or attempt to vote, which is, of course, pretty bizarre because this election was held in 2020, and this investigation is going on in 2021 after the voting has been done.
There's no possibility of intimidating anyone about the election.
The Republican-controlled Arizona Senate ordered the audit of Maricopa County, the state's largest county, by the Florida-based Cyber Ninjas, which are highly expert in the area.
Violators of the Civil Rights Act pay fines of $1,000 and a jail sentence up to a year for each violation.
But it's pretty obvious this is simply an attempt by the DOJ to intimidate states from going forward.
Outrageous.
Arizona Senate President Karen Fannu, or the Audit, declared Democrats have been trying every avenue they can to stop her or discredit this audit, that she was sure the DOJ would serve as one of those avenues.
Republican Mark Brnovich, Arizona's Attorney General Warren Garland, our United States Attorney General, in June, his office would not tolerate any attempt at the Audit, which is widely opposed by the Democrats.
The Maricopa effort is by far the largest post-election review in the nation, but it has inspired lawmakers in other states.
Pennsylvania Senator Douglas Mostriano, a Republican, recently initiated a review of the election in three counties after visiting the Maricopa County audit.
Yeah, ridiculous.
and integrity groups in Georgia and Wisconsin are pursuing similar efforts. Joe, your thoughts
about this latest effort by the DOJ to run interference?
Yeah, ridiculous. Article 1, Section 4, Clause 1, the times, places, and manners of
holding elections for senators and representatives shall be prescribed in each state by
the legislatures thereof.
So, you know, it's pretty obvious that the framers of the Constitution didn't trust the federal government to conduct elections, and so that's why they delegated it to the states, so they'd have more individual Authority over it and if states were messing up other states could learn from their bad example.
It's just like the clown at the DOJ, the assistant AG that said that they issued an opinion that the government or private businesses have the right to mandate experimental vaccine injections.
Absolutely absurd.
I hope you got that interview that was done with Stu Peters and Karen Kingston.
And she's a former Pfizer patent researcher.
So she worked for that company for like a decade, research patents.
And she categorically destroyed that woman's opinion from the DOJ on mandatory vaccinations
by citing at least four examples in the DOJ requirements that they could not do that.
So, you know, how much tyranny can you stand?
When are we going to wake up and start doing something about this?
Yeah, it's getting pretty heavy, pretty thick.

The Department of Injustice.
So the big picture of what they're doing is just more virtue signaling to pretend that they care.

The DOJ denied the family's request for a trial to bring to light The evidence that the civil trial found overwhelmingly in the unanimous jury opinion that Martin was killed by agents within our own government.
So tick-tock, Blackhats, that the DOJ, the AZ audit report should be coming next week as we speak on this last day of July.
And I For the DOJ to say that, acting in ignorance of, I have read 250 pages of sworn affidavits under penalty of perjury from people who would be considered expert witnesses at trial, documenting the quantifiable election fraud that we should all receive, hopefully, next week.

Meanwhile, we have the weird business going on here in terms of the events of the hearing on January 6th.
Stu Peters, you're just coming up like a rocket.
This guy's doing brilliant work.

We're defined by how we take accountability for bad days.

This is laughable, but it's also extremely maddening Because after this event where he's just crying literally
10 minutes after this. Yeah, he's jovial. He's laughing Uh, they don't take this seriously. They know they
absolutely know that they are lying now There was also testimony given by uh, some officers that
were there that were pictures by the way of one of these officers

Uh, here he is in his little tirade the indifference shown to my colleagues is disgraceful
My law enforcement career prepared me to cope with some of the aspects of this experience.
Being an officer, you know your life is at risk whenever you walk out the door.
Even if you don't expect unlawful law-abiding citizens to take up arms against you.
Alright, so I've had enough of that.
A couple of things here real quick, Officer Fennoni.
You are a Capitol Security guard.
You're not a cop.
Okay?
And so, when you talk about your law enforcement experience, unless you've worked the beat somewhere in, you know, Minneapolis, specifically on the north side, or in the third precinct, maybe on the south side of Chicago, Detroit, Philadelphia, you know, some of these major democratically controlled cesspools of criminal violence and anarchy, you are not a cop.
And I, listen, I will line up every single cop that I know and be confident that they will say the same exact thing.
This is not a blast on police officers because I bat the blue.
I support the police 100%.
But this guy is an absolute joker.
for him to slam his hand down like that and demand this respect and then he said
he doesn't expect citizens to take up arms against him.
What citizens took up arms?
Well, still, as you and I both know, I unfortunately had to roll up my sleeves and do the dirty work of sitting through
this with my puke bucket so you guys wouldn't have to.
But it wasn't a—this isn't a hearing.
This was a Hollywood-scripted, CIA-funded performance.
That's what it was.
And not even with good actors like Tom Cruise.
This was like, these are like C-list actors.
C-list actors that they wheeled out.
I don't even know where they found these guys from.
I don't believe the things that they're telling us.
They're all scripted.
And by the way, if you watch these hearings, They never look up from their script.
They're all reading from scripts, they're all reading verbatim from scripts, and they hardly ever look up.
If this is a real heart-wrenching, traumatizing experience for someone, wouldn't they be able to, I don't know, share it from their heart, or actually tell it without having to read from a script?
I'm pretty sure that that would be the case, too.
But no, all of them read from a script, like good little soldiers, And all of them, you know, went through a bunch of extraneous details about, oh, you know, I was a black person growing up in America, or I was an immigrant, and then I joined the army, and then I joined the police force.
It was all these extraneous details, because that's how they work.
The Deep State works with sob stories, reading from scripts, and giving these sort of Oscar-worthy performances, because that tugs on the heartstrings of mindless people who believe this kind of propaganda.
But no, this was a, this was a, uh, not even an Oscar worthy performance.
It's all just propaganda.
It is a script.
And when you see someone like this officer baloney, you know, putting, slamming his hand on the table right on cue.
You don't do that.
Nobody does that if it's authentic.
You, if you watch this again, it looks like it's just pure acting.
And I have never seen so many people- Hold on, hold on.
Let's just, let's just take a look.
Hold on a second.
The indifference shown to my colleagues is disgraceful.
What's disgraceful is the 545 people who have been charged, the 530 that remain in solitary
confinement.
That's what's disgraceful, the fact that people went there to support the President of the
United States.
They went there to object to a clearly stolen election.
There's mountains of evidence, waterfalls of proof, continue to flood our country, showing
that absolutely this was 100% set up and stolen.
This entire insurrection was set up and stolen.
I know people that were in Washington that live in D.C.
that asked me beforehand.
They asked me, are you planning on going?
If you are, do not go.
Cancel.
Do everything.
Stay away from this.
This is a setup.
They knew it from jump that this was going to be a setup.
Not one person there, not one arrest that was made of a Trump-supporting patriot carrying a firearm.

detail, who shot an unarmed patriot, an unarmed veteran of the United States military.
It's insane.
That's what's disgraceful.

But then they go on and every single one of these police officers gave sob stories about
how they're emotionally traumatized from this.
Most of them said that they had to take a leave of absence and have had to undergo counseling because they're so emotionally traumatized, scarred, and hurt.
From that day, I and they said that even they've been through tours of Iraq and Afghanistan and wars and they've never ever with all their wars and deployments to they've never been through something as emotionally traumatizing and violent and scary.

Um, emotionally traumatizing.
You let these people in.
You ushered them in in a single file line as people were taking pictures of artwork and whatnot.
You were taking pictures with these people.
As a matter of fact, I have seen countless videos of people begging the Capitol Police to come and help them
and they're ignoring them because it was a setup.
A friend of mine put a Trump hat on one of them.
There's a video of it.
He put a Trump hat on one of the officers in the hallway and he laughed and they hugged and, you know, people were hugging.
This was not an emergency at the time.
They were ushering people in as if it were a museum.
And then we see one of the, Harry Dunn, the black officer, talk about how people were whipping him, calling him the N-word over and over and over again.
And how it was very traumatizing for him and he's still having to undergo counseling.
Not buying it.
Total lie.
Not buying it.
But again, if this were the case, wouldn't this be the most sensational back-to-black montage video that we've ever seen that would totally get their case, that would win favor on their side?
If they just released the video.
But no, they won't release any of the videos.
Where's the body cams?
Where's the thousands of hours of footage that proves these officers' testimonies?
Another officer, that one that you just heard with the Oscar-worthy performance, he said that he was electrocuted over and over and over again.
The indifference shown to my colleagues is disgraceful, that guy.
Yeah, he said he was electrocuted over and over and over again by one of the militia members.
Okay, that would be great footage.
I mean, God, I think everyone would love to see that.
But it's not any footage because it didn't happen.
And if it did happen, please show that hours of footage, but they won't show it.
are these people going to be tried for crimes for lying under oath?
I mean, when it comes out, are these people going to go to prison?
Are they going to trade places with the political prisoners that are being held?
Who went there at the invite of the sitting president of the United States,
who remained completely peaceful, who were assaulted and attacked unprovoked by people that were dressed as law
enforcement officers?
Can Bologna even prove that he was there?
What about the black dude that said that he was called the N-word over and
over again?
I mean, other than a speaker's balcony hugging up on Nancy Pelosi,
We don't have any footage or pictures of this guy being there.
What about Adam Kinzinger?
Why are you crying?
Were you there?
Were you there with Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez who lied about running and locking herself into an office?
These people have repeatedly been caught over and over giving false accounts of what happened on the 6th of January.
I receive actual emails with footage of these people, the FBI driving armored MRAPs and
assault vehicles onto the lawns of law-abiding citizens of the United States of America who
were ushered into a building by law enforcement officers and are now being taken, pulled out
of their house in the middle of the night at gunpoint and locked in solitary confinement.
They're being patted down in ways that are completely offensive and embarrassing at TSA
checkpoints as they try to travel to go on family vacations, but because they were present
at the Ellipse or at the Capitol building, they are now being treated like they are some
of a lot of.
Yeah.
And of course.

Osama bin Laden was actually an officer in the CIA.
So, I mean, this is just ridiculous beyond belief.

This guy's going to overtake Jon Stewart in popularity.
He's rivaling Tucker Carlson.
He's like the fifth most popular in the nation now on an upward trajectory.

Yeah, Project Veritas got some leaked CNN interview with Dana Bash and Alexandria Occasional Cortex, and she was in the 216 Cannon office building at the time of the invasion, And nobody entered that building.
The building was secured.
The Capitol Police came around and knocked on the doors to warn people that stuff was going on.
When they knocked on the door, she was afraid she was gonna be raped!
So she locked herself in the bathroom and started crying.
This is the great protector we have for democracy.
Absolutely insane.
The FBI was absolutely behind the agent provocateurs.
Yeah, it's all Hollywood all the time.
that's with Antifa, the John Sullivan guy that was paid $70,000 by CNN and NBC to do footage
and was inside shooting footage and agitating and he's not been arrested. So you tell me what kind
of puppet show we got going on here. Yeah, it's all Hollywood all the time. Carl, your thoughts?
This dooming delight shall not stand.
It brings a tear to my... So it's duping delight.
These are horrible actors, and the more they talk... This is the beauty of the First Amendment.
The more they talk, the worse they're gonna look.
So this is more virtue signaling to pretend that they care about justice.
And the serious part of this is that this is the preparation that if they go to the next stage, this is preparation in the minds of Americans and the world, because what they would want after this are false flag events where they're going to have Trump supporters shoot up children or something like that.
To be able to make the case that all Trump supporters are white, supremacist, racist, and whatever other words got the votes for their groups to find out what to call them.
So, to go back in the history, so January 6th, this false flag event of the Claimed insurrection happened just as the Republicans were introducing the evidence that the Arizona audit will demonstrate for the election fraud.
So it interrupted a public consideration of the evidence.
The electronic magnetic locks on the Capitol, one of the most secure places on the planet, were opened by orders from the inside.
And those hearings that January 6th Commission is going to be as effective as JFK's Warren Commission to get to the actual Facts!
There is video footage of the mall cops opening up those bike barriers they chose.
There's video of the mall cops abandoning their post to allow these black clad Antifa types to bust through windows and get in.
And it all reminds me of the best case of all of duping delight, which is Robbie Parker after Sandy Hook, that before he thought the cameras were rolling, he was yucking it up.
And this is supposedly the day after his young daughter had been shot to death at Sandy Hook, and he's just laughing.
And then he walks up to the microphone, shaking his head, saying, I feel terrible doing this.
And then he I'm Robbie Parker!
So, the more they talk, the better, from my view, if there is any justice.
So this is entrapment, and these arrestees of the entrapment are still uncharged, because they can't bring these people to court, because if they have their day in court, then the Americans will be able to see the actual facts that we help present on Need to Know News.

Meanwhile, Bill de Blasio, the worst mayor in the history of New York City, says the voluntary phase is over.
During a panel discussion of vaccine mandates with Morning Joe, he referenced a major push by the city to get kids over the age of 12 vaccinated.
Very, very bad idea.
If my kids were going to school in September, I'd be running to get them vaccinated right now.
We've got to shake people at this point and say, come on now.
We tried voluntary.
You know, we could not have been more kind and compassionate as a country.

The voluntary phrase is over.
This guy is just a disgusting cretin.
His wife, of course, who happens to be black, is an extreme radical, and there are reports of her having received money, large grants from the city to advance the radical left agenda.

We can keep doing those things.
I'm not saying shut it down, but I'm saying voluntary alone doesn't work.
It's time for mandates.
It's the only way to protect our people.
Not recognizing it's going to do them tremendous harm.
We have the right as an employer, he claims, to guarantee the health and safety of our employees and everyone they serve.
He wants to put on positive pressure.
Look at every form of mandate.
That's the public and the private sector as well.
Considering he despises Governor Andrew Cuomo, both personally and politically, his threats sounded an awful lot like what Cuomo is saying.
We've got to shake people, for example.
Sounds a lot like Cuomo's threat.
We've got to knock on those doors, put people in cars, get that vaccine in their arms.
Just disgusting beyond belief, as though the federal government had any mandate about the personal choice of human beings here as American citizens.
Trump, of course, rushed the vaccine and indicated, therefore, he would withhold it from New Yorkers until a panel of experts could approve it.
This is what he said then.
Frankly, I'm not going to trust the federal government's opinion, and I wouldn't recommend vaccines to New Yorkers based on the federal government's opinion when Donald Trump was president.
But now that Biden's in, they're pushing it as aggressively as you can.

Yeah, amazingly enough, Stu Peters was in the news again four days ago.
He interviewed Robert Malone, who is a PhD, who is the inventor of the mRNA vaccines, who said that absolutely 100% causes antibody-dependent enhancement, ADE.
And Stu's stuff can be found at redvoicemedia.com, but he's also being linked absolutely everywhere,
YouTube and BitChute and Rumble.
He's absolutely killing them on the internet.
And surprisingly enough, now it's turning out that the approved experimental vaccines
are not working on the Delta strain, which is another hoax,
but Conservative Treehouse has an article, Trump jab bad, not working on Delta.
So now the Biden administration took credit for the jab and now that the jab is not working and that they're unable to suppress all of the I couldn't agree more, Carl.
having this injection.
Now they're trying to turn around and blame it all on Trump.
So it's like, you know, how anybody can believe anything that's coming out of the mainstream media
or out of this government is beyond me.

It is crazy, and this is why I'm optimistic that maybe finally August will be the month

It is voluntary.
You cannot force people to take it.

So this is all bullshit, and Professor Harry Frankfurt of Princeton, and he was at one other major university as well, wrote a 2005 bestseller simply titled On Bullshit, where as the most famous living philosopher in the United States, he had an academic look On this topic of bullshit and focused on the political sphere and defining bullshit as saying whatever is necessary to herd people into a political conclusion.
So if they can lie by omission.
They prefer that, but if they need to lie by commission, as by saying, implying that, stating that vaccines can be mandatory, that's just a lie of commission.
And hey, Cuomo, tick-tock, baby, that data of the nursing homes, it's coming.

Meanwhile, the Department of Justice has just illegally given a green light for employer forced vaccination.
This is a very nice piece.
The GOJ just dropped a nuclear legal bomb on America's legal system by summarily declaring employers have a legal right to force employees to receive injections of FDA-unapproved gene therapy.
This is totally false, shows that yet another federal agency has been weaponized against the American system and the people.
The corporate media is making much ado about the DOJ issuing an opinion that employee mandates of COVID shots are legal.
They're hoping the readers and viewers are unable to tell the difference between a DOJ opinion and a Supreme Court ruling.
It certainly looks that way.
In a 6th July memorandum, By the deputy's counsel to the president, the DOJ magically determined there's no federal law that prohibits public or private entities from imposing vaccination requirements, even when the only vaccines available are those with emergency use authorization.
Let's be frank.
This is a case of one arm of the Biden administration telling another arm of the Biden administration what it wants to hear.
EUA status means the so-called vaccines haven't been licensed for use but were allowed to be rushed to market due to declared health emergency by former President Donald Trump.
They are still investigational, according to the FDA, and everyone who received one is part of a massive human experience.
Let me note, by the way, that EUA status could not have been declared if there were readily available alternatives, which was the case here with HCQ and Ivermectin, which is why there was the massive assault to discredit them.
Otherwise, it would have been impossible to gain emergency use authorization.
Another fraud.
Finals say on whether an arm of the government or a corporate employer can legally mandate getting the shot will rest with the courts, probably the U.S.
Supreme.
But the DOJ could not resist the urge to weigh in on the budding controversy.
Whether employers should be allowed to jump out of their lane and interfere in their employees' personal medical decisions, something that has never before happened in U.S.
history.
This is nothing but a political opinion coming out of a totally politicized DOJ that provides cover for the Biden regime and its corporate cronies on Wall Street, which we know are all desperate to get this experimental serum into the arm of every American 12 years and older.
Pfizer, one of the three granted UEA, has announced it has upped its already exponentially high earnings forecast for 2021 by another 30 percent.
Moderna likewise expects record profits.
What a wonder to have the government buy your product, launch a massive ad campaign at taxpayer expense, and then mandate people get the product.
Never mind it doesn't even work.
USA Today quickly scrubbed an NBC report Tuesday, just two days ago, three, citing an anonymous source inside the federal government saying vaccinated people are spreading the Delta variant to the non-vaccinated.
And CDC Director Rochelle Walensky said, we may be only a few mutations away from the virus totally evading the vaccinations.
The propaganda campaign is absolutely unbelievable in spite of the fact that COVID-19 has a survival rate of more than 99% for healthy individuals, even higher in school-aged children.
The DOJ is putting us on notice.
It will refuse to do its job of enforcing current U.S.
law.
It won't be filing any lawsuits or criminal charges against employers or government agencies who violate both the U.S.
Constitution and federal law by disrespecting the personal bodily autonomy of American citizens.
There's a good argument to make that telling someone they must inject an unknown substance based on an all-new technology completely untested for the long-term impact on the human body as a violation of the Fourth Amendment, not to mention the Nuremberg Code and international law.
This is a disgrace.
If the state, let alone a public company, is prohibited from breaking into your home and sifting through your personal effects without a warrant, how is it okay to break your skin with a needle and put a biochemical agent into your bloodstream?
This DOJ opinion has absolutely no binding legal authority, but you wouldn't know by reading the day's headlines.
The motivation behind it is as obvious as a toothy grin on Biden's face to send a message of intimidation to Americans, convince them they might as well give up their rights now in the fight against vaccine mandates and totalitarian digital health Passports.
Anyone who passed Political Science 101 as a freshman knows the DOJ is a federal agency of the executive branch, does not have the authority to declare anything legal or illegal.
They are a law enforcement agency specifically set up to enforce federal laws.
Who are they to tell us what's legal or illegal?
They don't make the federal laws.
That's a job of the Congress.
They don't interpret the laws.
That's a job of the courts.
They're neither a legislative body nor a court.
The DOJ, of course, is entitled to have an opinion, but that's all it is, an opinion.
This is utterly meaningless other than to inform us which federal laws this agency intends to enforce and which laws it intends not.
The Federal Emergency Use Authorization, more than two decades ago, by the way, does require drugs still in the investigational stage may be allowed to be administered during an emergency.
But most drugs must remain optional at the patient's discretion.
They need to be informed of all the risks, as well as the benefit and the alternative options, which they are not doing.
The DOJ knows this.
They simply don't want to enforce the law.
But even if there were no such federal law, the DOJ has no say over the numerous state laws that have banned vaccine mandates and vaccine passports.
A few states, such as Montana, have banned this type of medical tyranny from being implemented by both government and private industry, while a larger number of mostly red states have banned only government agencies from requiring people to be vaccinated.
The DOJ has become a rogue federal agency that selectively enforces law based on its political opinion.
What a disgrace.
The question remains, why did both Fox News and the Epoch Times choose to deceive their readers, suggesting in their headlines the DOJ had just declared the law of the land on vaccine mandates?
Either they're completely bereft of understanding with regard to our Constitution and how it lays out the separation of powers via a system known as federalism, or they are involved in the mass propaganda campaign surrounding these shots.
Shame on Fox.
Shame on The Epoch Times.

Yeah.
The Supreme Court doesn't really have the right to write laws.
They have the right to tell Congress if a law is constitutional or not and send it back for correction or clarifications.
But the only real case that's been heard by the Supreme Court as far as mandatory injections is the 1905 Jacobson v. Massachusetts.
Here ruling in which they said the state has a vested interest in public health and that they had the right to either force you to take a vaccination or to pay a fine and after Jacobson lost his case he paid his five dollar fine and that was the end of that so you can't really extrapolate beyond that.

Interestingly enough, somebody managed to hack into one of the Pfizer contracts that was sent to

So to not receive that data, officials are lying in omission.
And then to substitute these positive cases, which the FDA and the CDC even now admit conflate ordinary flu with this so-called coronavirus
because the tests themselves were contrived from various flu specimens to be able to try
to measure from that.
So again, one of the themes that I offer for public consideration is when these people
