	This is at Jim Fetzer in Madison, Wisconsin, where I'm delighted to be joined today by Carl Herman in San Ramon, California, and Joe Olson-Back from Houston, Texas.
	We're delighted, especially because we're getting further reports about what happened in the condo collapse in Florida.
	This is nice.
	We're here to bring you all the news you need to know.
	We begin with Biden ordering airstrikes against facilities used by Iran-backed militia groups, or so they claim.
	This, in my opinion, is payback for Israel's involvement in getting the man elected in the first place.
	As I've reported many times, the Israelis control our mainstream media.
	I have a panel of 100 experts from CNN, executives, all of whom are dual US Israeli citizens,
	another panel of 100 executives from NBC, all of whom are dual US Israeli citizens,
	another panel of 100 executives from the New York Times, all of whom are dual US Israeli citizens.
	I think they concluded Donald Trump wouldn't let them take out Iran,
	they gotta get Biden in, so they did everything they could to promote Biden
	to trash Trump, and now they're getting payback.
	The targets were selected because these facilities are utilized by Iran-backed
	militias engaged in unmanned aerial vehicle attacks personnel and facilities in Iraq, frankly.
	I've never heard of any of these unmanned aerial vehicle attacks.
	I believe it's manufactured a phony excuse to justify these attacks, which Israel is directing.
	The U.S.
	strikes targeted operational and weapons storage facilities at two locations in Syria and one in Iraq, both lying close to the border between the countries.
	Go back and you'll see this kind of operation is child's play compared to what we've done in the past by creating ISIS, for example, in 2012, a terrorist army to rape and loot and pillage Syria, created by Hillary Clinton and Secretary of State, And John Brennan, then Director, CIA, with the approval and complicity of Barack Obama, President of the United States.
	When Mike Flynn, who was then the Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency, objected, Brennan told Obama he ought to fire him, which Obama obligingly did.
	We created ISIS.
	Meanwhile, among the reasons we know is that if you're going to go off and fight in what's supposed to be a foreign army, before covering your face, you might want to cover your United States Army tattoo.
	In Washington, of course, ISIS was known as John McCain's Army.
	In a video hacked from a McCain staffer, they discovered a staged ISIS beheading video done on a soundstage.
	Mind you, this is not the moon landing, but a staged ISIS beheading video hack from a John McCain staffer.
	Eventually, a former CIA contractor, Stephen Kelly, would confirm what we're reporting here.
	The purpose of creating this group, ISIS, is to have a never-ending war in a region that serves several purposes.
	Obviously, it's going to break apart the countries, disrupt the people, reduce their ability to stand up to Israel.
	He told Press TV Which, by the way, the United States has just shut down so that the Iranians can't report what's actually happening to their country.
	Kelly went on to say, the other thing is providing a constant flow of orders for weapons from the military-industrial complex back home, which of course is feeding a lot of money to the senators who are supporting these wars.
	Carl, your thoughts?
	First story by CNN is funny.
	They quote John Kirby from the State Department, and Kirby was so funny, I've done a couple of articles on his statements to the press.
	So CNN are proven war criminal liars, and the content of the article actually tells the truth, is that the whole purpose of any attacks is to protect U.S.
	personnel for U.S.
	interests in Iraq, Syria, And Iran, wherever.
	But what they don't say, and what is most important, is that those armed attacks are illegal.
	We have had two world wars, two treaties after which, by Article 6 of the U.S.
	Constitution or U.S.
	Supreme Law, and they say that we just cannot attack, but you're never going to get that information from CNN.
	And yes, ISIS and those terrorist groups, you have photographs also of John McCain hanging out with those terrorist leaders in the Middle East.
	So people can go ahead and flip that script too.
	It is the leadership of the US who are the rogue state terrorists that need to be arrested.
	And this is my published research, my one paper, and all of this is abundantly explained if you want to get the facts for this background.

	Yeah, I'd studied European theater, World War II, for decades and just pretty much ignored the Pacific, even though I had no excuse not to study it.
	So, I started researching stuff that had happened in the Pacific and read dozens of books.
	Particularly, I would recommend Hornfisher is really good, and then there's Flyboy, And, but bottom line is, I've read a bunch of books on what happened in World War II, and I found out that General John, I mean Admiral John McCain,
	should have been court-martialed multiple times, including his actions at Leyte Gulf.
	And then his son, Admiral John McCain Jr., was the one who was responsible for the USS Liberty whitewash, and he should have been court-martialed for treason.
	And then they had a son named John McCain III, who should have been court-martialed for multiple things, including his after-burner stunt on the deck of a carrier that ended up killing dozens of guys.
	Now, I've supported Donald Trump with guarded optimism, and I was heartbroken in April of 2017 when ISIS and the White Helmets staged fake gas attacks in Syria, and little Princess Cushy came running to Daddy and goes, Oh, I saw a picture of a dead baby!
	When thousands of dead Palestinian babies don't seem to affect her at all.
	And so daddy fired a thousand, I mean a hundred missiles into Syria.
	Well they turned around and pulled the same stunt in April of 2018.
	White Helmets staged another attack.
	Princess Cushy goes in and goes, they killed some babies.
	Daddy goes, okay, I'll fire another hundred.
	What changed in that year was that Russia installed S-300 missile defense systems
	and they were able to shoot down 75% of our $1 million a piece Tomahawks.
	And so I think that Trump got the message.
	He didn't fire any more Tomahawks into Syria.
	Yeah, good points, good points, good points.
	There's so many fake staged events.
	We have video of the citizens of those Syrian towns coming out and just acknowledging, you know, I mean, they're running out, they lie down, and they, you know, pretend as though they had died, then they get up, dust themselves off after the cut.
	Here we're back to the condominium in Florida.
	Watch it come down.
	The center section first, then shortly thereafter the remaining right portion.
	Here it comes.
	This was the moment 136 unit of condos came down.
	They responded to the call about 1.30 a.m.
	local time, initiating a large-scale rescue operation.
	Well, I'm very disturbed to report that an Israeli search and rescue unit has been brought in.
	They claim more than 30 occupants were rescued, but there ought to have been, by my judgment, hundreds and hundreds of deaths.
	Meanwhile, they're only reporting one person dead today.
	The numbers climbed up to 10.
	Wondering whether there was a warning made to the occupants to get out of the building, just as occurred in New York on 9-11.
	At least 99 still unaccompanied for him.
	It's really traumatic to see the collapse of a massive structure like that.
	Right now we have the fire rescue.
	They are in search and rescue mode.
	They are trying to identify survivors.
	I know they have made contact with some and they are doing everything they can to save lives.
	Here you got 55 units having been damaged.
	It looks much more massive than that.
	The mayor said the building was substantially full of occupants.
	Whatever help you want the federal government provide, we're waiting.
	Just ask us, we'll be there.
	We'll be there.
	I find this guy repulsive.
	I can't even watch him.
	The building's at 877 Collins Avenue, according to the Surfside Police.
	They don't know immediately what caused the collapse, which of course is the real issue, the $64,000 question.
	Meanwhile, the governor is affirming we need a definitive explanation.
	The Champaign Towers were built in 1981.
	In the process, we recertified a part of Florida's 40-year recertification program.
	The 12-story tower was undergoing roof construction and other repairs prior to the collapse.
	The Surfside mayor told reporters roof work gets done on buildings all the time.
	Hard to imagine it could have contributed.
	He also said there's no reason for this building to go down like that unless someone literally pulls out the supports from underneath or they get washed out or there's a sinkhole or something like that because it just went down.
	Buildings in America do not just fall down like this.
	Something very wrong happened here.
	Of course, the alternatives would range from a controlled demolition to something else.
	He says, I mean, it looks like a bomb went off, but we're pretty sure one did not.
	Here's a nice photograph of the aftermath, a very clear indication where the workers are searching for bodies, but with very little success.
	Here's the building before the collapse.
	You can see the design.
	They had a few two-bedroom units currently on the market asking between $600,000 and $700,000.
	Here's a section that collapsed, and I find this fascinating.
	Simon Widowski, a professor in the Department of Earth and Environmental Science at Florida International, told USA he knew instantly Which building had collapsed when he heard the news reports because he saw the building for the report published last year.
	I looked at it this morning and said, Oh my God, we did detect that.
	He said.
	Science said it warned that the building was sinking, but it was only at two millimeters a year.
	Joe will address that.
	It had recently undergone construction work, but it looks as though the cause was very, very different and did have nothing to do with the construction work or the sinkage.
	Let's go with Joe for openers, since he's the engineer here, and then Carl can follow up.
	Joe, tell us your thoughts now.
	Yeah, last Thursday, Carl and Jim and I did a about a 10 or 15 minute segment on the collapse as part of our program last week.
	And one of the comments I got when it was posted at BitChute was that there is a company that does testing, non-destructive testing for post-tension corrosion and yield strength.
	And so, I went online.
	Sure enough, there's at least two companies.
	The two I found, which is just enough to prove concept, was Pure Technologies out of Calgary and Vector-Corrosion.com.
	And then, I posted the interview that Jim and I did yesterday, and it's a 50-minute long video.
	It's already had over 1,100 views in 17 hours since it was posted at BitChute.
	I recommend everybody go and view that.
	But I got a comment from one of the people when I had this posted at Principal Scientific, and he said that I didn't know what I was talking about, that the plans that were done by Morabito are the Repair and Restoration, and they were released on April 26, 2021, and it's a 40-year plan for the building.
	Well, I went online and pulled those documents up.
	It's 34 megabytes of material, 84 pages, 45 pages of which are structural drawings, and he shows how to rebuild the pool deck, how to build stairs, how to build retaining walls, landscaping plans, And then when you get to the sheet A2C-1.1, he shows how to redo the waterproofing on the exterior balconies.
	This guy did not identify the root cause of the problem.
	And the root cause of the problem is that this is post-tension construction
	where it's subject to corrosion and yield strength failure of the steel support
	inside the concrete.
	And when you lose the steel tension, then what you end up is just a pile of rubble
	that falls straight down.
	And if you look at the video, the center portion of the building went straight down
	and then you had the free end on the right-hand side that was standing there.
	And then all of a sudden it collapsed straight down.
	Well, if you'd had standard rebar reinforcement, it would have been pulled into the other portion of the
	rack or it would have remained standing.
	Since it collapsed simultaneously straight down indicates that all of the tendons in the building had all been cut and you'd only have to cut one or two floors and you could do that from a single unit.
	You could drill up and put thermite charges in the in the cables in the ceiling above you and you could drill into the floor plant charges in two different units on each side of the corridor and you could blast that whole building down Just by tampering with two units in a couple of days period of time.
	Absolutely insane to build buildings that way.
	So do you know, are you inclined to gravitate toward this was the building was unstable but it was given a nudge?
	Are you inclined to believe that at this point?
	Well, let's put it this way.
	The building would be unstable and probably would have been at the limits of its 40-year lifespan anyway.
	So without a motive, I don't want to ascribe criminal activity.
	But the motive would be very easy to prove, but there's going to be a very minimal amount of evidence.
	It'll be the cut tendons instead of just the stretch, yield, and corrosion tendons.
	And those are going to be buried deep in that rubble pile.
	And if we've got foreign actors that are in there, tampering with the discovery, we'll never know what
	happened.
	And also, they'll be the ones that'll be scraping the quarter-inch thick samples of human tissue
	off the slabs and giving us a test tube full of their fingernail clippings and saying it
	was their rabbi that died, we need to pay them $10 million.
	Meanwhile, the rabbis live in a witness protection program somewhere else.
	This whole thing is stinky beyond belief.

	The only contribution that I would have to an engineer's analysis is to be able to have
	people be confident that the official story is unreliable testimony from proven liars.
	So if you want to accept anything that they say, I think that you're just stupid.
	It the responsibility really comes to us to either remove those liars through arrest or to do the hard work like Joe and Jim are demonstrating of trying to figure out actually what did happen.
	We have more, actually, to come here about this matter.
	John McAfee purportedly put out a statement, if anything happens to me, know that the 31 terabytes of files I have are there at the condominium.
	What I find preposterous about this is, it's like you saying, in case I die, I've got a billion dollars of gold in my basement.
	You know, I just want you to know where it is.
	This is not something he would do.
	He was not an idiot.
	I do believe he had a dead man switch, that if anything happened to him that his information is going to be released, but I don't believe that he would have announced where it was located so anyone could sabotage or steal it.
	Meanwhile, the first major failure using lift slab construction technique with a building happened in 1954 when eight workers and spectators were injured When a 250-ton slab roof collapsed in a Catholic high school in San Mateo, California, the lift slab construction of buildings' concrete floors and roof were cast and stacked at ground level before being hoisted to the proper level with a hydraulic jack.
	and attach the vertical columns. Once the floors are in place, walls are built and the interior
	is finished. Here's another in 2017 about a tragedy that occurred with the Huron Towers in
	Ann Arbor, Michigan. In major building projects, concrete wall and floor slabs are often assembled
	using the in situ or cast in place method of construction.
	This was done, for example, at the Twin Towers.
	They cast each floor, pouring the concrete each floor as they went up, floor by floor.
	But a cheaper and faster alternative that infamously played a major role in a tragic construction incident involving this building takes the raising the roof expression literally.
	The lift slab method of construction involves casting, Post-tension floor slabs on the ground and then lifting them into place.
	Successive levels are then cast on top of the previous slab and raised to their respective positions with an hydraulic jack.
	A parting compound between the slabs prevents bonding.
	Narrow openings around the columns allow steel collars to be embedded, which are then used for lifting the slab.
	The technique is ideal in buildings with conventional and repetitive floor plates.
	Here's the collapse section, where, again, we've got the professor, Szymon Wiedynski, declaring he knew exactly what had happened, which building had collapsed.
	Oh my God, we did detect that, he thought.

	Meanwhile, we got the guy himself here, Joe, give us more thoughts about this whole business.
	What we're dealing with is two separate forms of experimental engineering.
	One of them is lift slab technology, which was developed in Europe at the end of World War II when they had an extreme need for mid-rise construction for housing because the Allies and the Axis had destroyed most of the buildings in all of Europe.
	So they developed the lift slab technique Because at the time, you either had to have a batch plant on site, or they didn't have rotary mixing trucks like we do now, so you would mix up the concrete.
	You have to pour a single floor at a single time, or you end up with a cold joint.
	And I explained this in yesterday's program.
	I advise people to go to that.
	But bottom line is they quit doing lift slabs in the United States after the Le Ambiance Plaza 16-story lift slab collapsed in April 23, 1987, killing 28 workers.

	So, the post-tension was developed as a method of reducing the amount of steel
	and reducing the thickness of concrete necessary to make lift-slab technology.
	What the engineers did is they said, well, you know, we figured out how to hold these buildings together with high tension steel, so why don't we just eliminate all the static steel and that way we can make the slabs even thinner and we can have a quarter of the amount of steel that it would take for a static reinforced building.
	So that's how post-tension developed initially was as an aid to the lift slab,
	but then it went completely rogue on its own.
	Now, a great article, and I sent that over to Jim this morning,
	is at concretenetwork.com, and it's called post-tension,
	and it gives you a description and says that the cables are at 33,000 PSI,
	Well, the yield strength for steel is about 60,000, so you're about half the yield strength where steel would fail.
	And then you have the problem of the anchor pockets, which are cast into the sides of the slab.
	And you have the problem of the wedges that are used to lock the cables in once they put them under tension.
	And then you have the problem of being 40 years under tension.
	You have a spring release, which the spring is gonna yield.
	If you've got a flat spring magazine in a, say a rifle or an automatic pistol,
	and you just leave it fully loaded, that spring will be under compression for years at a time.
	And when you get ready to use it, it won't load the last couple of shells
	because the spring no longer has the original spring links.
	Same thing with the firing pin.
	If you leave a gun cocked, the coil spring and the firing pin being in a cocked position over a long period of time will mean that it won't have enough So this is a real common phenomenon.
	What nobody plugged into the equation is what the effects of corrosion and the yield strength has on the lifespan of these type structures.
	And this was, from all evidence I've seen so far, this was a post-tension building.
	And like I said in our previous little discussion, I did my first post-tension project in Houston in 1982.
	It was the Pine Hollow Condominiums, eight floors.
	It's at 4950 Woodway.
	A friend of mine bought a condominium in Gulf Shores recently, and it was built in 1991, and it has post-tension.
	So my estimate is that any mid-rise building that was built along the U.S.
	coast, and that would be from Probably New England all the way down to Padre Island.
	Any of those structures, I'd say that at least the majority of them are going to be post-tension slabs and they're going to have the same exact failure mode.
	Which means that they're all in risk of collapse, very similar to what we saw there, where it's clear that it would have been very easy to initiate a building with this style, this age, and so forth.
	Built in 1981, a 40-year lifespan that makes 2021.
	We happen to be there now, and there it is.
	But it may have had a little assist along the way.

	I didn't check to see if it was authentic or not, but interesting political theater nonetheless.
	Oh, yes, yes, yes, yes.
	Don't look at Maricopa County.
	Look, there's a squirrel.
	Oh, I mean, there's a falling condo.
	Yeah, it's crazy.

	You don't think it had anything to do with what's going on in Arizona now, do you?
	Listen, today, today, a huge preliminary report expected today.
	They officially completed both a hand count and paper evaluation Friday.
	They're vacating the Veterans Memorial Coliseum, an historic site.
	You can see it there.
	The results will be released in two phases.
	On Monday, today, we may see a preliminary report which details the accuracy of the number of certified ballots.
	Then we expect to see a full forensic report detailing the forensic images and ballot findings.
	On Monday, today, or soon thereafter, we'll know the true number of ballots cast in Maricopa County if it is drastically different than the number of certified ballots as expected with a discrepancy found.
	There will be severe consequences for the state and county officials who claim this was a clean election.
	The Arizona State Senate will need to consider decertifying the results if they cannot prove that Joe Biden was, in fact, the winner.
	Attorney General Mark Brnovich will need to initiate an investigation into those involved in the scam.
	Meanwhile, Sidney Powell, Rudy Giuliani, and Mike Lindell have been sued by Dominion voting machine for defamation, a lawsuit that is going to go nowhere, in my opinion.
	It is being done as a public relations stunt.
	They argued that Dominion acted in a government capacity during the last election by providing counties with election software, which would mean that they would have to prove that Rudy and Sidney and Mike acted with malice when they made their claims against the company after the November 3rd.
	Now, let me explain about malice, having some familiarity with defamation lawsuits.
	Malice occurs when what you say is false, number one, when you knew what you were saying was false, number two, and when, number three, you assert what you know to be false with a deliberate intent of misleading your audience, none of which are satisfied in this case.
	What they've said about Dominion appears to be true.
	They most certainly believed it was true, and they acted with the intention of informing the public, not misleading Americans.
	So I do not believe this case has a ghost of a chance of succeeding.
	Whether or not it will be dismissed outright is another matter.
	They have clearly filed a motion to dismiss.
	These are billion-dollar lawsuits against the three.
	The Dominion attorney Tom Clair disagreed with the argument that this was, in effect, criticizing the government.
	While that might sustain the objection to the motion to dismiss, it's not going to lead to their conviction, I have no doubt.
	They previously filed motions asking a judge to toss the suits, which the company has opposed, We're excited to see this process move forward to hold people accountable and defend Dominion's good name, if so, it had one.
	I mean, this is embarrassingly bad.
	Hal's attorney, Howard Klein, also asserted she, Sidney, is protected and didn't act with malice because she used witness affidavits that were submitted in court.
	I think that's an impeccable argument to show she had a good faith basis for believing what she said was true.
	Furthermore, Powell, when she made public statements, she used information from experts.
	They weren't making them out of thin air.
	Claire, however, for Dominion, claimed they made their allegations outside the courtroom, pointing to media appearances and social media posts.
	There were statements made in press conferences and rallies on social media and television, including after the very lawsuits were dismissed and after the United States District of Court told the world that the source of these allegations were wholly unreliable.
	I'm not clear where that's coming from, because it looks to me as though they're on impeccable grounds.
	The case is part of a coordinated crusade by dominion to silence debate regarding a matter of the utmost public concern in a democratic society, to wit, the integrity of the election, said Mike Lindell's lawyers.
	Dominion have claimed the three defendants caused injury to the Toronto-based company.
	More than $600 million in lost profit as revenue.
	But there's no doubt about Dominion's in the business to steal elections.
	And what they said about Dominion, so far as I can see, is 100% true.
	Carl, your thoughts?
	Big exciting news with Arizona and I'm looking forward to those preliminary results.
	So that will be a game changer.
	That's going to demonstrate that Trump won that election and therefore all of the ballot counting by Dominion machines are going to come under similar scrutiny and they should.
	As will the corporate media's part in pushing the narratives that they push.
	This is going to be the shot heard around the world.
	Now, at the beginning, some people, some of our audience, would have liked the White Hats to enact right away after the election of Trump for the arrest of these deep state criminal liars.
	And certainly, I was right there with them.
	If that was the only problem that we had, you could have people like us walk people through the facts to be able to demonstrate lies started illegal wars of aggression.
	Bankster looting in the hundreds of trillions of dollars, the assassination of JFK, RFK, MLK.
	There's enough to go ahead and put these people away and to make a case to the American people directly.
	But we don't know anything in the fog of war.
	I'm sure that there are military operations in play to take care of deep state assets that we won't know anything about until after this is all done.
	For Sidney Powell is going to federal court to say, look, this is a First Amendment right.
	The government gave Dominion the power over the election.
	So of course, if we're going to criticize the election and the integrity of the accounting, we are going to criticize Dominion and to ask that the case be thrown out on its face.
	And of course, as you said, Jim, by all that we can see, the evidence that Powell is pointing to Is court admissible affidavits that anybody should question?
	And Dominion is just trying to do their Orwellian best to go ahead and say the exact opposite of the truth, and that is where so many of these media and official voices are today.
	Yes, and if they had a case that was previously dismissed against Dominion, I'm sorry to say, but the evidence is all on their side, and that would suggest to me judicial corruption in a politically laden case, which, sad to say, is ubiquitous in the USA.

	Yeah, what you have against Sidney Powell and Mike Lindell is what's called lawfare, and that's when you use crooked lawyers to go into crooked courts to end up suppressing truth and to extract Extortion from people that are just trying to tell the truth.
	It's absolutely absurd.
	Somebody, if you don't know how easy it is to rig those machines, I suggest you go to blackboxvoting.org.
	Beverly Harrison, in about 15 minutes, explains to you exactly how these machines are set up, how the software works, and how they use algorithms to give you whatever outcome you want, and they can make it come out with the correct number of voters in each one of the precincts, and they can Yes, they can flip it 20-30% either way, which is what it takes in a case where you've got somebody as limp as Joe Biden up there as a candidate.
	In Texas, we have two approved voting machine companies.
	One of them is Hart InterCivic and the other is Electronic Systems and Software.
	Both of them use the same optech software for aggregating the votes and both of them go through the Dominion system.
	What you have worldwide is eight companies that produce voting machines and do vote tabulations and they're the Hydra of a single Privy Council organization that owns ownership and directs
	all of these companies. And so to have any thought that you have an honest election anywhere in
	the world with electronic voting is absurd. And we've got absolute proof that all of the
	paper voting was also gerrymandered. So I don't know what it takes to wake everybody up, but I hope
	Arizona's get somebody woke up.
	The bellwether. Yes.
	We're all counting on that to happen.
	Meanwhile, Derek Chauvin was sentenced to more than 22 years in prison over George Floyd's death.
	We knew what he was convicted on, all three counts, second degree murder, unintentional killing while committing a felony, third degree murder, perpetrating an eminent dangerous act and evincing a depraved mind, second degree manslaughter, culpable negligence, creating unreasonable risk.
	His brother Actually spoke out in a way that was appropriate.
	But I questioned the authenticity of the event.
	Notice here, George Floyd on the left.
	Big guy, at least 6'3".
	Notice the hair on his head and the structure of his facial bones.
	When he's on the ground, suddenly he's lost his hair.
	And I tilted on the far right so you can see this is not the face of George Floyd.
	This is completely different.
	He's bald and he has the wrong facial structure.

	That's the news.
	Rand Ballester, who leads an expert advisory panel for the Israeli government, announced the findings Friday, said the country might end up implementing another lockdown after opening up earlier this year.
	The fully vaccinated were inoculated with a Pfizer COVID-19 shot commonly used in Israel.

	If you're just saying characterize the majority of gun owners, the majority are law-abiding.
	Cornyn then asked the role of the ATF or the federal government in terms of restricting the rights of law-abiding gun owners to keep and bear arms.
	He said, some may go on to commit crime, but so far we're not living, I guess, in the movie, The Minority Report, where we have the capacity or ability to investigate free crimes.
	So what restrictions would you place on the right of a law-abiding citizen to keep and bear arms under the Second Amendment?
	If I'm confirmed as ATF Director, which appears to be most unlikely, by the way, it's ATF's responsibility to primarily enforce the National Firearms Act, the Gun Control Act, and our priority will be focusing on people who break federal laws and attempt to intervene before they kill someone.
	So that's the balance we need to strike.
	But again, the Constitution is a safeguard to that activity.
	Later, questioned by Senator Mike Lee of Utah about remarks he made, those who previously failed background checks, whether they should be investigated by law enforcement as potentially violent criminals, Lee asked, when you said, Well, at ATF, I conducted studies involving people who failed background checks to determine how many later committed crimes with a gun.
	Many did.
	This is a perfect opportunity to arrest people before committing crimes rather than responding after the fact.
	I find this statement very troubling, especially for someone who's been nominated to serve as the ATF director, because even setting aside for a minute the Second Amendment, this violates our most fundamental rules of due process.

	So you have this left-wing view that since more blacks are arrested and incarcerated, that must be a form of discrimination on the presumption that everyone is equally inclined to commit crimes.

	Blacks overwhelmingly commit Disproportionate number of the crimes and therefore ought to be represented in prison disproportionately in relation to the general population.

	When Turkish President Erdogan completes the Istanbul Canal connecting the Black Sea to the Sea of Marmara, the real fun will begin.

	And as such, the U.S.
	and NATO can send as many warships to the Black Sea as they choose.
	A person will be able to walk on them from one end of the Black Sea to another without getting his feet wet.
	When that occurs, Russia will be concerned.

	The British Prime Minister Boris Johnson personally ordered the warship into the Crimean waters, ignoring the warning of his foreign secretary.
	This is stunning.
	The British government signed off on the plan to sail a warship through disputed waters off the coast of Crimea.
	In a report on Thursday, the outlet The London Telegraph, known to be close to Prime Minister Boris Johnson, alleged that Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab had raised concerns about the mission proposed by the defence chiefs in advance.
	He was worried that the move could hand a potential victory to Moscow.
	The account of events claims Johnson was ultimately called to settle the dispute and gave it the orders.
	Meanwhile, NATO has openly identified Russia as the target of its Black Sea war games.
	The NATO fact sheet repeats what's been disclosed by co-sponsors.
	Namely, over 30 32x1 count nations will participate.
	They're all situated on all six populated continents.
	5,000 troops, 32 ships, 40 aircraft, 18 special operation and diving units will be involved.
	The NATO release of June 25th contains a paragraph, could not be more transparent in disclosing the geopolitical context within which this exercise will be conducted.
	Since Russia's illegal annexation of Crimea in 2014—a false premise, outrageous—it was an international referendum that was overseen and in accordance with international law, not an illegal annexation.
	NATO has increased its presence in the Black Sea.
	NATO supports Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity with its internationally recognized borders extending to its territorial waters.
	NATO does not and will not recognize Russia's illegal and illegitimate annexation of Crimea and denounces its temporary occupation.
	Frankly, those are the kinds of claims that can initiate world wars.
	Meanwhile, Russia warned the U.S.
	and the U.K.
	not to tempt fate in the Black Sea.
	Russia warned Britain and the United States on Friday against tempting fate by sending warships to the Black Sea and said it would defend its borders using all possible means, including military force.
	The defense minister said it was ill-advised for British and U.S.
	vessels to approach the coast of Crimea.
	We call on the Pentagon and the British Navy, which are sending their warships into the Black Sea, not to tempt fate in vain, said Major General Igor Konashenokov, the ministry spokesman.
	Russia considers Crimea part of its territory, of course.
	Russia explained the warning shots.
	Meanwhile, Russia has also sent fighter jets capable of firing hypersonic Kinzhal missiles to Syria for the first time.
	As, get this, part of Mediterranean training.
	For the first ever time, Russia has deployed two MiG-31K interceptor aircraft to Syria.
	First built during the Soviet Union, this is a supersonic aircraft currently in operation.
	With armed forces in Russia and Kazakhstan, the MiG-31K planes, the variant set to the Middle East, were upgraded in 2018 to enable them to carry the state-of-the-art Kinzhal missile.
	The Kinzhal, which means dagger in Russian, can fly at Mach 10 and is said to have the ability to perform evasive maneuvers in flight.
	It can carry both conventional and nuclear warheads.
	They're taking part in a joint exercise between the Russian Navy and Air Force in the east part of the Mediterranean, where they will join with other warplane ships and submarines.
	Think about that, everybody.
	The Russians are standing firm in Syria and strengthening their military capabilities.

	The latest I've heard is very grim news about these vaccinations that the spike proteins they induce, the mRNA vaccines produced by Pfizer and Moderna, appear to generate prions, which are going to induce a form of Human version of mad cow disease.
	The prions destroy your brain.
	You'll lose your mind gradually over time.
	So that individuals who've been taking the injection in the sincere belief it was the right thing to do are finding they're losing their cognitive capabilities.
	It appears to happen within four to six weeks after taking the injection.
	It is remotely possible that ivermectin can counteract the effect, that there may be some other products on the market.
	Do everything you can to avoid the injection if you've not taken it.
	And if you have, since also another major complication is blood clots, I'd suggest taking an aspirin a day, that in this case it actually could be very helpful.
	Meanwhile, spend as much time as you can with those you love and care about, because none of us have any idea how much time we may have left.
