Need to Know (23 June 2021) with Giuseppe Vafanculo and David Scorpio

This is Jim Fetzer in Madison, Wisconsin, where I'm extremely pleased today to be joined by Giuseppe Vavangulo from the District of Criminals and David Scorpio from the exotic land of Ecuador.
We have all the news you need to know, some of which is breaking and very serious.
We have Russia firing warning shots at a British destroyer in the Black Sea.
It moved to detour the British destroyer.
But the UK is challenging the claim, claiming it was conducting innocent passage through Ukrainian waters.
This is very serious.
According to the Russian Defense Ministry, the HMS Defender was given a preliminary warning that weapons would be used if the state borders of the Russian Federation were violated.
It did not react to the warning.
The incident reportedly took place after the case of a violent on Crimea, which Russia annexed from Ukraine in 2014.
The Defender had ventured as much as three kilometers or two miles inside.
A border patrol ship fired the warning shot while an SU-24 jet dropped four bombs in their path, prompting the vessel to turn around.
The UK Ministry of Defence, however, denied the Russian account, saying no warning shots have been fired, that the Royal Navy is conducting innocent passage through Ukrainian territorial waters in accord with international law.
Innocent passage, of course, is a recognized right for ships to sail through territorial waters, provided they mean no harm.
This morning, HMS Defender carried out a routine transit from Odessa to Georgia across the Back Sea, said a spokesman for the Brits.
It's normal for this route.
The British Defense Attaché in Moscow has been summoned regarding the incident.
Putin has, in the meanwhile, voiced incidents and concerns about NATO.
Incidents involving aircraft or ships are not uncommon at Russia's borders, but rarely result in open fire.
Ukraine's foreign minister said Wednesday Russia's actions showed Moscow's policy constitutes a threat to Ukraine and its allies.
A clear proof of Ukraine's position.
Russia's aggressive and provocative actions in the Black and Azov Sea, its occupation and militarization of Crimea, pose a lasting threat to Ukraine and its allies.
Crimea, of course, became a part of Russia as a result of an internationally recognized referendum, all in accordance with law.
Meanwhile, if you want further indications that things are heating up, Sputnik News, not the Western media, reporting that websites for press TV and two other media outlets for the Iranian government have been seized by the U.S.
The U.S.
Department of Justice has seized Iranian domains, claiming they are part of a disinformation campaign in the past, and U.S.-based social media corporations like Twitter and Google have prosecuted Iranian news outlets for years.
But a wholesale seizure of a major Iranian news agency website is new.
The domain PressTV.com has been seized by the United States government in accordance with a seizure warrant issued pursuant to 18 U.S.C.
981-982 and 50 U.S.C.
1701-1705 as part of a law enforcement action by the Bureau of Industry and Security, Office of Export Enforcement, and Federal Bureau of Investigation.
The messages on all the websites are identical save for the name of the outlet.
The authenticity of the claims are presently unclear, meaning they could have been hacked.
However, at least some of the websites appear to be visible to persons outside the U.S., including in the U.K., Australia, and even the Western U.S.
Others on Twitter claiming from those countries say they received identical messages.
This comes just days after a presidential election in Iran, in which Ibrahim Rassi, a conservative politician and the country's chief jurist, handily won.
While direct talks between Rassi and Bill Biden seem off the menu at the moment, negotiations in Vienna to revive the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action are continuing Where the U.S.
under Trump left the deal in 2018 and reimposed sanctions, which I regard as a calamitous mistake.
Let me add, I've appeared on press TV in the past over a hundred times, and I'm outraged by this.
Iranian TV is completely objective.
They feature representatives of many different points of view.
I have not been censored on press TV.
Giuseppe, your thoughts?
Well, Jim, this idea of innocent passage is very akin to the innocent passage request by a Lothario at the corner bar to get into your wife's panties.
I mean, this is obviously provocative.
The globalists are in a concern mode because their whole scandemic
to drive the human herd to the quack scene is falling apart.
And they've got to do something to be able to wipe away the $1.7 quadrillion kosher casino debt
that's been the biggest bubble in the history of modern mankind economically,
that's been pumped up with the gambling of options and derivatives, the debt everywhere,
the massive wealth transfer from the working and middle-class pensions to the elite.
So they need something, Jim, and that something appears to be a hot war.
So innocent passage sounds just like safe and effective to me.
I think those are good points.
And of course, Israel is already attacking Iran's peaceful nuclear production facilities.
Scorpio, your thoughts?
Well, Jim, the war drums are a-beaten, aren't they?
And as Giuseppe said, As the COVID narrative sort of begins to fall apart, they have to have a contingency plan.
And I think they have two.
One is a world war.
And the other one is this climate change, which they are already, you know, prattling about constantly now.
We only have 10 years left to save the world.
And, you know, by 2050, we have to have zero emissions.
Good luck with that.
And yeah, you know, it's funny how suddenly Ukraine is the most important country in the world.
You know, we're supposed to care about the outcome in Ukraine more than we care about our own nation suddenly.
It's amazing how the globalists want to keep our attention focused away from what's happening at home.
And obviously, this is meant to provoke Russia, as Giuseppe pointed out.
There's no question about that.
And as far as the seizing of the websites, it's not surprising, because the United States is losing the propaganda war.
The problem is that the American media has painted themselves into a corner, essentially.
Everything they say is either a lie, a half-truth, or deliberate misinformation.
And ultimately, you cannot win the hearts and minds of people with lies.
It works for a while, but as time goes on, more and more people get suspicious and start to see there's something wrong.
So their only course forward now, Jim, is censorship.
They're going to be using that tactic more and more.
Censorship will be the order of the day as we move forward.
Oh, Scorpio, I think you got it exactly right.
Meanwhile, We have.
GOP filibuster blocking the Democrats' big voting rights bill.
This was going to make permanent all the techniques they used, including mail-in ballots and ballot harvesting and the like.
No signature requirement to steal the election of 2020.
The bill, known as the For the People Act, would touch on virtually every aspect of how elections are conducted.
According to this article, striking down hurdles to voting advocates view as a civil rights fight of the era, which is completely ridiculous, it was instead of breathtaking federal infringement on state authority to conduct their own elections without fraud and is meant to benefit the Democrats, It failed on a 50-50 vote after Republicans, some of whom derided the bill as the Screw the People Act, denied Democrats the 60 votes needed to begin debate under Senate rules.
Vice President Harris, whom they describe as the first black woman to hold her office, presided over the chamber as the bill failed to break the filibuster.
This is a reason why, of course, they're going after the filibuster so they can just cram all this rubbish down our throats and steal every election from here on out.

Scores of guys have written and told me they were contacted by the FBI to spy on Patriot groups.
And of course, many in the FBI were involved in the intrusion into the Capitol.
Tucker Carlson's been doing a completely brilliant job of exposing it.
Revolver published an important piece on unindicted co-conspirators on the January 6th attack, who were never charged by the DOJ or the FBI for their participation.
The unindicted co-conspirators were frequently the most violent and leaders of the assault who are also likely FBI informants or even
some FBI agents themselves.
Last week, the Gateway Pundit, which is a very good site, posted proof the FBI was actively
recruiting military members to infiltrate and spy on Oath Keepers and Proud Boys before the January
6th protests. Jeremy Brown is a Green Beret, former Republican candidate for Congress in Florida's
14th district served in the U.S. Army.
Army from 92 to 2012, reached the rank of Master Sergeant.
Let me tell you, that is a very honorable rank.
You cannot make Master Sergeant without knowing your shit.
My, my words.
This is a very significant endorsement of the credibility of this man.
He also attended the Stop the Steal protests on January 6th, joined Oath Keepers in November, went to D.C.
to provide security.
He started speaking out about how DHS and the FBI contacted him and sought to recruit him to spy.
Here's what he told Gateway Pundit Jim Hoft, who's a very good reporter.
When we talked, had you talked to anyone who had a similar situation, Jeremy?
At the time, I hadn't.
I knew this was going on because I know it goes on.
I know they're trying to infiltrate groups all the time, like we're trying to infiltrate the bad guys.
Well, the fact they show up and are trying to infiltrate groups I'm a member of tells me that, wait a minute, I'm not with the bad guys.
It's one of the points I made to them.
Even though I knew what they were doing, I was trying to make the point to them that, hey, don't worry, we are tracking Antifa and BLM, the bad guys, trying to make the point that we're not.
They are.
They talk it off, but the reality is if we don't infiltrate good guys, just by default, the fact that they are trying to infiltrate a group is they're trying to designate it as bad guys.
The Joint Terrorism Task Force, FBI, DEA, Treasury Department, ATF, all put into this huge bureaucratic conglomerate of really powerful law enforcement agencies.

I don't think we've ever seen them targeting just one party.
It seems like that's what they're doing today.

Our entire federal government is compromised at every level.

They're showing you the criminal activity and they, meaning the federal agencies, won't even move on it.
That right there tells you the gig is up.
It's obviously one-sided prosecution.
It only ties into the fact the Communist Party of China has complete control of our government agencies at every level.
All the evidence points to it.
I mean, what law enforcement is happening in this country right now?
The only thing they care about is the false premise of white supremacy, which is literally ridiculous.

Well, first off, the GOP blocking the voting bill They say they're blocking the Democratic voting bill, but there is no Democratic Party anymore.
That was like the globalist color revolution cancer took that over and now what we have is nothing but internationalist traitors who are seeking to destroy, rot from the inside, the sovereign republic of the United States.
It's insane That the GOP, who are no saints in these matters, they've stolen elections before, most notably Bush Jr.
in 2004 and such.
But I mean, the breakneck speed and the wanton obviousness of what the Color Revolution Party is doing to this country
to destroy the decency, to destroy the law-abiding function of every city and town and institute a Why America
like deviance and anarchistic chaos is just absurd.
And then the second story with Master Sergeant Jeremy Brown, on.
Um, uh, Viewers may not realize that that's the highest rank you can achieve as a non-commissions officer is Master Sergeant.
That's the top of the line.
I mean, you have to really be something special to get there.
And the key takeaway in his interview... Sergeant Major is the highest.
Oh, really?

But what's interesting is his observation, our entire federal government is compromised at every level.
And the sad thing is, is there's a lot of good people, you know, they have a GSA pay schedule and every, you know, the FBI, the FDA, they all have a certain rank and There's a lot of good people at the operative levels, but you get to the political levels, and they are all compromised, and that's where the mayhem occurs, and that's where the traitorous activity occurs, is at the political level of every element of the federal government, which is now run by traitors.
Yeah, it's just absolutely disgusting beyond words.

Well, I caught a little clip of the PBS NewsHour today, and they're saying that the Democrats are actually going to attempt to change the Senate rules so they can ramrod this baby through there.
They're desperate to institutionalize the voting fraud that they managed to pull off this last election, because it worked so well.
So they're going to do all they can to get this going, man.
And they want Democrat rule in perpetuity, a one party state.
That is the goal.
Make no mistake.
And also, Jim, I believe election fraud is absolutely rampant worldwide right now.
I think democracy is becoming an absolute sham and a facade.
and an illusion and nothing is illustrated that better than this COVID operation, COVID hoax,
where the entire world danced to the same tune. And as far as the Master Sergeant coming out in
this June, January 6th, so-called insurrection, we're going to see more and more people of good
faith and honesty who want to do the right thing come forward and explain the situation they're in
and explain what really happened.
But all of these people are going to be subjected to character assassination, smears and lies.
But, you know, good people are going to come forward more and more because it's going to become very obvious what's going on to more and more people very rapidly.
And Jim, they desperately need this January 6th insurrection narrative.
Because it's the only thing they can use to hold together this notion that there's some great threat of domestic terrorism and white supremacy.
Because they need this as a preemptive strike against what is coming.
Because as the average person starts to realize that this administration intends to destroy their very way of life and destroy any semblance of what we know as America.
There's going to be a lot of pushback, and they know that's coming, because believe me, over these next few months and into winter, we're going to see revelations come forward from this administration that are going to shock the American people.
I've said, you know, since the beginning that the Grouper Joe's administration will be the most reviled administration in modern American history, and that is just beginning.
And of course, you know, we pointed this, all this fraud out about this so-called insurrection since day one.
And it's just good to see, you know, more and more trickles of truth and information coming forward.
And again, this vile, weaponized mainstream media really has painted itself into a corner because all they do is tell lies.
And it's going to be increasingly difficult to, you know, hold everything together with duct tape and bubble gum.

This is pretty interesting.

It looks like they're wading into heavy territory.
A group of students has been fighting, accusing Harvard of unfair practices,
discriminating against Asian-Americans.
It turns out that if they were admitting based purely on merit, then like 80% of the students at Harvard
would be Asian-American.
From the Washington Examiner, the Supreme Court Monday invited the Biden administration to offer its opinion in a case deciding whether Harvard's admission process unfairly discriminates against Asian Americans.
Harvard concedes that eliminating consideration of race would increase Asian-American admissions while decreasing those of Harvard's favored racial groups.
Lawyers for the Trump administration wrote, students for fair admissions has accused Harvard of saying higher standards for Asian-American applicants.
They claim they had requirements they should like, ability, courage, and kindness, while others are only judged by their academic performance.
This is embarrassingly bad.
I have no doubt about it.
Harvard is definitely doing it.
They are not allowed alone in doing it.
They're doing it across the Ivy League.
Knowing Biden and his radical administration, they may try to protect the liberal university, but facts are facts.
Even the DOJ may be unable to dismiss their case.
Whatever happens, it will impact millions of students.
The Supreme Court agreed to hear the case accusing Harvard of discrimination against Asian Americans, and the court is asking the Biden administration to respond.
Meanwhile, in a historic 9-0 decision, the justices protected the First Amendment for religious groups.
Recently, the court gave conservatives a loss over Obamacare, claiming states don't have the right to challenge it.
Here, from Fox, the Supreme Court kept the Affordable Care Act alive, ruling in a 7-2 decision Texas and 17 other states, plus two individuals, lack standing to challenge its constitutionality.
But on the same day, the Court struck a huge blow against those who would challenge the First Amendment.
Philadelphia's refusal to contract with Catholic Social Services for the provision of foster care services unless CSS agrees to certify same-sex couples as foster parents violates the pre-exercise of the First Amendment.
Again, the court unanimously gave a big win for conservatives or anyone who regards our traditional values.
The court ruled against the city of Philadelphia.
It appears the city was trying to get a Catholic group to accept same-sex couples as foster parents, but that violated the religious groups' beliefs about marriage and family.
The court ruled the city did not have the power to do that.
Specifically, the court said it violated the Free Exercise Clause of the First Amendment.
This will have large ramifications for religious organizations across America, but the mainstream media isn't even reporting it.

Well, my thoughts are that The communitarian intelligentsia, which communitarianism defined as the toxic hybrid of Zionism and communism, they were the front guard and took over the Ivy League and all the elite universities decades ago, and those are the traitors who pushed political
Correctness and then now the cancel culture and all this other color revolution rot and deviance forced upon the average individual in this country.
And so what you have literally is the power elite at all the Ivy schools, you know, are now controlled by communitarians.
And of course they are blocking the free The free ascent of Asians and also even more draconianly whites getting into Harvard, Princeton, Yale, all of them.
What they want is South Koreans, and they want blacks, and they want more South Koreans.
And so that, of course, is a joke for Jew.
They want Jews in there.
And so that is something else, and it's very effective.
And boy, I hope that the Supreme Court rules that that is unjust, just like the Trump court now is starting to gradually implement the Constitution in this historic 9-0 Supreme Court
decision, it's amazing that this court probably would have ruled in
favor of the Indiana baker who didn't want to make a wedding cake for the gay couple,
but the traitorous court back then ruled against the bakery.
I bet you now this court, which is more traditionalist,
would have ruled in favor of the bakery.
That's very vital and very important to have this court start to issue sane rulings.
That's a very interesting observation.

Well, It's amazing that the Supreme Court actually ruled that you could force someone to do business with someone that you don't want to.
Just think of the implications of that.
It's absolutely staggering.
I'm not quite as optimistic as Giuseppe is.
I think the Supreme Court is compromised.
Maybe some decisions will come forward that will be appealing, but honestly, I think it's going to be a tough road to hoe, having much faith in this Supreme Court, to be honest.
Um, and, but the bottom line here is, uh, you know, Giuseppe did point out the, the 800 gorilla, 800 pound gorilla in the living room, which is they want more Jews in these positions.
Uh, of course, we're not allowed to talk about that because it's racist or whatever they want to say to smear us with, but that's an obvious fact.
And really the order of the day will be racial quotas because what that really is, is a power grab by the United States government, this federal government that wants to control everything.
They want to elevate black people as high as they can because the international Jew has used black people as a battering ram to hide behind when they enact unpopular agendas.
And that's the bottom line there.
And also, guys, I think we're going to see this illusion that we live in a democracy fade away very quickly.
And I think there's going to be very interesting times ahead as we move forward, guys.

Meanwhile, the anti-New York Times is refuting the claim that there's no evidence the FBI organized the January 6th Capitol riot.
Very appropriate.
Celebrity liars and criminals have certain verbal tactics and terms they utilize when they come under suspicion or accusation.
One, of course, is to label the accuser a conspiracy theorist.
Another is to proclaim, as the headline for this Slimes article does, there is no evidence.
This claim, which technically is often accurate, will generally suffice to divert the simple-minded, attention-deficit-disordered subjects of the overlapping kingdoms of Libtardia and Normiedom from looking too closely at the allegation in question.
The illusionist literary trick in such cases involves deliberately crafted confusion between the early burden of proof stages of reasonable suspicion and probable cause and the evidence needed to establish something at the beyond a reasonable doubt level.
You see, the former stages mark the beginning of the criminal process, the latter the end.
If one detects a strange sound emanating from his car, for example, that's probable cause.
The prudent course, then, is to have a mechanic check it out.
That would yield the evidence needed to make a definitive determination.
According to the DeSantis anti-logic of fake news, however, because there's no manifest absolute evidence of a serious engine problem, one should therefore ignore the disturbing sound and just keep driving.
When the search for the necessary hard evidence commences, such as the ballot audit in Arizona, however, all agents of the Judenpress start to scream the house down.
And there's a very nice pyramid going from reasonable suspicion to probable cause to prejudice of the evidence to clear and convincing to beyond a reasonable doubt.

Influential conservative voices have spread an unfound theory that the FBI organized the intervention rebuttal.
The term unfounded theory is sort of redundant.
By definition, a theory is unfounded until it can be proven or disproven.
There's a technical flaw there because we still talk about Newton's theory of Uh, of gravitation, Einstein's theory of relativity, Darwin's theory of evolution, you know, Newton's theory of gravitation, which are well established.
But nevertheless, there's an ordinary sense in which a theory is just a rumor, conjecture, or speculation.
Again, the issue here is reasonable suspicion only, not final confirmation.
Given the FBI's admitted policy of infiltrating right-wing groups, the next standard for probable cause has already been met, or at least very close.

Fox News host Tucker Carlson, citing the work of right-wing website revolvers, speculated about the government's involvement.
Rebuttal?
Carlson speculated, so he did not make an actual accusation.
What's wrong with that?
Isn't it the job of the journalist to ask questions of those in authority?
And by the way, I have watched Tucker's reports here.
They're completely brilliant, very thorough, very well reversed.

Strangely, some people participated in the riot haven't been charged, Tucker said.
Look at the documents.
The government calls them unindicted co-conspirators.
What does that mean?
In potentially every case that they're FBI operatives.

Carlson's, Tucker's choice of words are careful, not reckless.
He's asking a question based on the now-confirmed presence of FBI operatives.
What may be potentially also the case?
A reasonable suspicion with probable cause.

January 6th is supposed to be the day when the whole country got to hear the evidence of voter fraud in various key states.
And just as the very first anti-fraud speaker, Congressman Paul Gosar of Arizona, was saying shocking details of cheating that took place in Arizona.
Trump supporters completed their brazen breach of the proceedings and entered the presentation.
As the church lady on Saturday night used to say, how convenient!
As expected, the journalistic jackals, the putrid pygmies, the usual world leaders all rushed to condemn the lawless Trump supporters.
And by logical extension, Trump himself for inciting them Bozo Johnson of the UK called for an end to the disgraceful scenes in the U.S.
Congress.
The toothy communist Tranny Jacinda Ardern of New Zealand and Justin Trudeau of Canada also expressed their dismay, as did Scott Morrison of Australia and a gaggle of EU ass clowns.
It was quite a false flag psy-op.
The fake news is now clearly worried this criminal conspiracy will be investigated.
We're not so sure.

That's a good standby, a fallback to whenever someone says something you don't like, you just label them that and it all goes away, or at least so they think.

I would just say, too, that, you know, it's amazing that you think about it.
