This is Jim Fetzer in Madison, Wisconsin, where I'm very pleased today to be joined by Giuseppe Vaffandulo from the District of Criminals, and there are a lot of them in the District of Columbia today, believe me, and David Scorpio from the exotic land of Ecuador, where we are here to share with you all the news you need to know.

We begin with a Biden stenographer saying this guy's a placeholder president not in control
It appears he was Biden stenographer for five years and he immediately had
said I believe at the first debate that that is not Joe Biden
Meanwhile, we have reports that Susan Rice is actually controlling the Biden administration
Calling the shots.
She may even be telling Joe Biden what to say.
Here's a nice comment about it.
Susan Rice is the POTUS.
She's controlled by Soros and other leftist globalist millionaires.
The Hidden Hand, a name Freemasons use for themselves.
It doesn't matter if they're formally Freemasons.
They have the Freemason point of view.
Completely secular.
Command, control, New World Order.
One World Religion oligarchy.
Doesn't matter if it's communists, Lenin and Trotsky were Freemason, or Wall Street plutocrats, it's top-down control.
They are our rulers, and they were terrified by the populist movement taking place worldwide.

He does what he's told as far as he understands it.
Fighting this was what Trump was supposed to be all about.
In many ways he did and does.
In some ways he did and doesn't.
People who understand the above in their bones have to wag the dog now.
Meanwhile, more than half of Joe Biden's Twitter followers are fake and were just created in January.
He's supposed to be getting 100,000 followers on Twitter every day, except they're all fake.
70% of them joined in January.
He currently has 6.3 million.
Well, before they banned Trump's account, he had 88.7, which is certainly indicative of their relative popularity.
Meanwhile, a federal judge has temporarily blocked the Biden deportation freeze, which, by the way, is part of an executive action, which must be distinguished from an executive order.
Executive actions are like a wish list.
Executive orders occur on the federal register and have the force of law.
None of his appear to be in that category.
So we have a fake president based on a fake connection Issuing fake orders and the Democrats are swooning.
Border states like Texas pay a particularly high price when the federal government fails to faithfully execute our country's immigration laws.
That several Trump DHS officials have expressed alarm over Biden's order to rescind immigration reels just to let them all go.
With a stroke of the pen, President Biden made this country less safe, said former U.S.
Customs and Border Protection Commissioner Mark Morgan.
Separately, a Democratic member of Congress confirmed that border wall construction was to be halted on January 26.
That sounds like right about now, my friends, since this is the 27th.

Well, Jim, it appears to me that the populace of the United States has experienced a trauma-induced psychotic split.
There is the triple mask wear, soon to be five levels deep of masks, more masks, more safety, just get in line for that life-saving injection.
And they feel as though life has returned to normal because a deep state operative is back in there and they feel like they're being heard with all the special snowflakes in his administration, his cabinet.
People like you and I in Scorpio, on the other hand, see the installation of El Presidente El Pidilito Jose to Take the reins of the
New third world shithole that was once the United States and they're in the business of trying to cull the population and inoculate them with a level of technology that will allow for globalist control of a medical tyranny and a technocratic fascist state.
So right now we're parallel living in two different worlds and personally I think we live in the one that I described for us.
Now, the gentleman Mark RNY, number one, he uses an icon of Robert Mitchell, the great actor and man's man, and his point of, they were terrified by the populist movements, Is exactly right, and so I'm thinking that this whole Rockefeller operation lockstep was waiting for, they knew this was coming, and they could have dropped the hammer in 2014 with Ebola, but they felt like not enough people were on the populist bandwagon, and so they had to drop it in 2020.
And I think below, in uncharacteristic honesty, Rabbi Shekelberg observes, correct, though Freemasons are simply Shabbos Goy, Communism and Freemason are weaponized Judaism, truer words were never spoken by the good rabbi, and finally, I don't know what's going on with Biden.
When I watch these clips, there's so many peculiarities with that guy, and he's not all there.
The stenographer's got it right.
He is not all there.
Well, I think you got it exactly right.
Now, Fauci is recommending double masking, so that'll kill us twice as fast?
I mean, this is all absurd, and I'm looking at the projection from Deagle of the drop from 330 million in 2020 to less than 100 million in 2025, and it looks as though they're on track.

And the stenographer was stating the obvious.
Uh, it's pretty clear there's something wrong with this guy.
Something really wrong with him.
And, uh, you know, oddly enough, uh, uh, Groper Joe might end up becoming an asset in some ways.
Because I think he's going to become so odious and so hated by the general population, he might help bring more people over to our side of understanding.
It's pretty funny.
Sniffer Joe had fake Twitter followers, he's a fake candidate, fake elections, and fake everything.
That is the name of the game with these people.
Unbelievable.
This is a lawless regime.
And they don't intend to do anything to help the American people.
That's why they're so deadly afraid of any kind of populist movement, which by its very nature would be there to help the lives of Americans.
I think you gotta write Scorpio.
And the fact is that none of what they're doing is benefiting Americans.
We've got Bernie Sanders saying that if they don't start doing something to help Americans that there's going to be a wipeout of the Democratic Party in 2022.
Meanwhile, we are breaking the Senate votes 55 to 45 to set aside Rand Paul's impeccable point that impeachment is unconstitutional.
Or even five Republicans vote with the Democrats.
I mean, how bad is this?
You got a guy pointing out that this is unconstitutional, and they go ahead and vote for it anyway.
Here's Article 1, Section 3, Clauses 6 and 7.
The Senate shall have the sole power to try all impeachments.
When sitting for that purpose, they shall be on oath or affirmation.
When the President of the United States is tried, the Chief Justice shall preside, and no person shall be convicted without the concurrence of two-thirds of the members present.
While the Chief Justice has declined to preside, It says he shall preside.
There can be no impeachment without the Chief Justice when it's the President of the United States.
And since we've already got 45 opposing, that's less than a third.
That's more than a third, meaning they can't get two-thirds of the members present where we appear to be seeing how it's going to turn out.
Moreover, Judgments in cases of impeachment shall not extend further than to remove from office and disqualification to hold or enjoy any office of honor, trust, or profit under the United States.
But the party convicted shall nevertheless be liable and subject to indictment, trial, judgment, and punishment according to law after they become private citizens, But since this clearly is directed at occupants of the office, and Donald Trump is a private citizen, according to their own narrative, he's not subject to impeachment.
Here Rand Paul reflecting early procedural tests shows where the Senate GOP stands, voting 55 to 45 to reject the Kentucky Republican's argument that the trial is unconstitutional because Trump is no longer in office.
Just five Republicans—Susan Collins of Maine, Lisa Murkowski of Alaska, Ben Sasse of Nebraska, Mitt Romney of Utah, and Pat Toomey of Pennsylvania—joined the Democrats.
But since a two-thirds majority is required for conviction, it looks highly unlikely the Democrats will garner the 17 Republican votes necessary We also know the whole thing is staged anyway, that these were not Trump supporters.
We have James, the brother of the accused leftist provocateur John Sullivan, claiming it was 226 Antifa members who started the riots.
We have the timeline, which also contradicts this narrative that's being pushed by the Democrats.
Trump didn't finish speaking until 1-11.
And yet, perverse protesters are arriving at 1240.
Capitol Police seen officers attack at 1 p.m., requesting National Guard at 109.
They were still listening to Trump.
They were a mile and a half away.
The Capitol appears to have been breached at 150, but the attendees didn't start showing up until that had already occurred.
Meanwhile, here's Rand Paul talking about the absurdity of the situation.
The great irony of the last several weeks in the impeachment trial is that the Democrats accused the President of using his governmental office to go after his political opponent.
The irony is, they then used the impeachment process to go after their political opponent.
In fact, as you look at the way it unfolded, they admitted as much.
As the impeachment proceedings unfolded, they said, we didn't have time for witnesses.
We had to get it done before Christmas because we wanted it done and ready to go for the election.
We had to get it done.
The entire process needed to be completed before the election.
They didn't have time for the process.
They didn't have time for due process.
They didn't have time for the president to call his own witnesses.
Or to have legal representation, all completely outrageous.
Giuseppe, your thoughts?
Well, Trump represents the populist movement of the true majority of the United States, which is white people, Mexican people, black people who work for a living, want a stable, safe community.
and want the opportunity to have their children grow into the same situation.
That's the vast majority of this country who do not want transsexuals in power, do not
want radical lesbians taking hormones to grow beards in power, do not want cross-dressing
6'3 men in power.
They want normal people and God bless those fringe types You know, they don't deserve physical harm, but they don't deserve to be anywhere near the quarters of power.
I And so the elites, the globalist elites, do not want real populists, real nationalists to believe, even though they're majority in this country, that they have any opportunity to have a say in how the United States operates anymore.
And so there is the core problem.
So they're literally seeking to vilify Trump, to break every rule just like they did in the stolen election of installing El Presidente Pidilito Jose into power in the District of Criminals.
And so now they're going to break the rules and impeach Trump a second time so he cannot run for federal office again.
That's their intent.
Because they want to block the vast majority of Americans from feeling as though they have any power within this so-called sovereign republic with options to vote in elections.
Giuseppe, if they went forward with it, it would obviously be subject to appeal that the Supreme Court would rule that it was unconstitutional, because it's clearly unconstitutional!
I mean, what kind of an example does this set by the Congress for the American people, when they blatantly violate the Constitution itself, and then expect the rest of us to be dutiful law followers?
I mean, this situation is absurd.

Well, I don't quite have as much faith in the Supreme Court as you do.
I hope they do overturn it if it happens, but I think at this point anything is possible given that probably a good percentage of those judges are being blackmailed for a variety of reasons.
And, Jim, I think we're, honestly, we're reaching a point where all rules are essentially out the window.
This is a lawless regime, and it's a naked grab for power.
It's as simple as that.
They want to create a one-party state, just like in China.
This is all designed to quell dissent, humiliate Trump, and as Giuseppe pointed out, to prevent him from ever running for office again.
And also, more importantly, to delegitimize anybody who refuses to comply with Generalissimo Biden's vision of New America.
And, you know, as you pointed out, this whole storming of the Capitol, which is really just a self-guided tour of the Capitol with opportunities for selfies.
You know, all of these groups that we see in the media are controlled.
It just came out today in an article that The so-called leader of the Proud Boys, one of these white nationalist threats that we're all supposed to be afraid of.
The guy isn't white, he's probably black mixed with Mexican.
Turns out, anyway, this guy has been an FBI informant since 2012. He denies it, but the
court documents prove that this guy has been an FBI informant since 2012. So this is an old
game they've been pushing on us for a long time. And you know, I liked Rand Paul's speech, but the
problem I have, he's pushing the vaccines just like everybody else in Washington, D.C.
There's not one politician on either side of the aisle that is saying, hey, don't take this vaccine.
They all agree on two things, Jim, that we need to take the vaccine and that Israel must be protected at all costs.
I think your point about lawlessness is 100% correct.
I have never seen a United States in which there was no respect for law, no respect for due process, no respect for the Constitution by the very parties who ought to be exemplifying the highest conduct in accordance with the law and due process, but are blatantly violating it.
It's embarrassing.
It's insulting.
It's a disgrace, Garveo.
I think you got it spot on.
Well, as you like to say, Jim, it's embarrassingly bad.

And here we have Tulsi Gammard labeling Adam Schiff and John Brennan as domestic enemies of the United States.
I think she's spot on.
Gammard, who served as a representative of Hawaii's second congressional district from 2013 to 2021, posted a video on social media speaking out against efforts to expand the federal government's national security powers in the light of the events.
At the Capitol.
She said, the mob who stormed the Capitol to try to stop Congress from carrying out its constitutional responsibilities were behaving like domestic enemies of our country, which is appropriate to describe the Antifa imposters who conducted that operation.
But let's be clear, the John Brennan's, Adam Schiff's, and oligarchs in big tech who are trying to undermine our constitutionally protected rights and turn our country into a police state with KGB-style surveillance are also domestic enemies and much more powerful and therefore dangerous than the mob that stormed the Capitol.
I'm very impressed with Tulsi speaking out.
Very impressive.
The video cuts to a clip from MSNBC of Brennan saying members of the Biden administration are now moving in laser-like fashion to try to uncover as much as they can about what looks very similar to insurgency movements that we see overseas.
But that's just embarrassingly bad.
And look at the hypocrisy of the Democrats.
They've been supporting riots and arson and looting for the entire year.
One says there needs to be unrest in the streets.
Kamala Harris protesters should not let up.
Mad Maxine.
If you see anybody from that cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and create a crowd.
And you push back on them and tell them they're not welcome anymore.
Anywhere.
Nancy Pelosi herself.
I just don't know why there aren't uprisings all over the country.
Maybe there will be.
I mean, particularly in contrast with Trump having told his people to be peaceful, I am a big fan of Tulsi Gabbard.
are concerned about the stolen election where he'd outlined during his speech one violation of election law after
another.
I watched the whole thing.
It was very impressive.
And it had nothing to do, there wasn't a single element of incitement there.

I am a big fan of Tulsi Gabbard.
With my vote, she would have been the 46th president of the United States.
I especially like the fact that she called out the internationalist Jew Adam Schiff
and the traitorous Wahhabi convert John Brennan as domestic enemies of the United States.
They both are traitors!
And so especially is Everyone that you mentioned, the bald-headed black woman, I don't even know what her name is.
I don't want to know.
Kamala Harris, Maxine Waters, the queen of the gin and juice in Newport 100s, and Nancy Pelosi.
I'll tell you what, you know, they were actually seeking to incite violence this past summer,
as were many, many others, and nothing happened to them.

and Miriam Hanein, and they both were there January 6th to describe just how ridiculous the
narrative is. It's...
It's a gaslighting, lying narrative, once again to vilify the majority of this country, which is the white, decent, normal human of European descent.
And then you add to that fact the growing A population of hard-working Mexicans, the 80% of the black demographic that is at working class or above, that is the real majority of this country who wants a sovereign republic.
Those are the people who are populist, who are nationalists, and what we have now is the illegitimate rule of weaponized minorities.

Well, I'm not quite as a big fan as you two guys are of Tulsi Gabbard.
I appreciate what she's saying.
She says some good things.
But my problem with her is that she's on record as being a gun grabber.
And as Don Corleone said in The Godfather, that is one thing I cannot forgive.
Because, you know, the Second Amendment and gun rights are going to become...
More important than ever as we move forward.
And you know, this Adam Schiff character, how can anyone look at this pencil neck geek with the bulgy eyes and not see there's something seriously mentally wrong with this character?
You know, just for example, it's been established that Schiff was good friends with this Ed Buck Ed Buck character who was a Democrat mega donor who incidentally killed two young black men during kinky gay sex by injecting them with methamphetamine and you know the guy's in prison now for murder.
And a pedophile and a good friend of Adam Schiff's.
And if we had investigative journalism still alive in this country, one of these, you know, Geraldo Rivera types would have looked into it and said, hey, wait a minute.
There's a connection here with a pedophile that killed two young black men by injecting them with methamphetamine.
But sadly, we don't have that anymore.
And, you know, that graphic you showed of those four women, one thing they all have in common is that they're all drunk on power, they're completely out of touch with reality, and they're all out of their cotton-picking minds.
You got that right, Scorpio.

Meanwhile, McConnell says power-sharing deal can go forward after filibuster reassurances.
Two Democratic members indicated they'd oppose any effort to eliminate the filibuster.
Joe Manchin of West Virginia and Kristen Sinema of Arizona assured they'd never axe the filibuster, key to making a deal with the Democrats on how to run the Senate, given that they're divided 50-50.
McConnell hardly threw in the towel as he sought various assurances from Schumer about the filibuster.
The likelihood of Democrats being able to eliminate the maneuver is now very small.
It would be god-awful If they could get rid of the filibuster, then they could rush forward with plans to make the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico new states to get four more Democrat senators.
They'd also go forward with all kinds of gun grabs on a massive scale.
They'd promote every ludicrous plan they have in their far-left agenda with no opposition.
Thank God it doesn't appear it could happen now.
The legislative filibuster was a key part of the foundation beneath the Senate's last 50-50 power-sharing agreement in 2001.
With these assurances, I look forward to moving ahead with a power-sharing agreement modeled on that precedent McConnell added.
I do not mention emphatically rejected the idea of eliminating the filibuster.
I do not support doing away with the filibuster under any condition.
It's not who I am.
Sinema's office also reiterated she is still not supportive of nixing the filibuster after the Washington Post incorrectly suggested she might be open.
Sinema is against eliminating the filibuster and not open to changing her mind.
With the power sharing of 50-50, McConnell's announcement is significant because the stalemate has prevented Senate committees from officially organizing, meaning Republicans still control key committees since the chamber is operating under the rules of the last Congress, when the GOP was in charge.
The fact that GOP will have equal representation on committees is nice, not as important as bringing tie votes on bills and nominations to the floor.
In the case that happens, Democrats are likely to prevail because of their majority, meaning the vice president being able to cast the tie vote.
I've got a different perspective from a friend of mine, Nuria, active in politics, that he thinks there's going to be nothing done legislative as a consequence of this 50-50 split.
Giuseppe, your thoughts?
I was under the impression that Harry Reid essentially gutted the filibuster back during the Obama days, and that that's how McConnell was able to push through all the Supreme Court justices for Trump.
I mean, essentially the filibuster is very weak now anyway, isn't it?
Well, that's a good question.
I know what you're alluding to, that something fishy was going on there where they had a different procedural agreement.
I will say one thing about Mitch McConnell.
He's quite the master of Parliament, you know.
Maybe not one of the all-time greats, but certainly a very significant player who knows his way around.
I'd be very surprised if the Democrats were able to outmaneuver Mitch McConnell on procedural issues.
Scorpio, your thoughts?
McConnell isn't quite as generous.
I think he's a stalking horse.
He's a globalist disguised as a conservative Republican.
And you're going to see McConnell giving the reach around, I mean, reaching across the aisle to the Democrats at just the right time.
My assessment of his career is he's a flaccid and docile appearance of resistance.
You know, he kind of grumbles and complains and gives some speech about Republican or conservative values.
And then he always crumbles and gives into the agenda at just the right time.
He's an actor, I believe.
And, you know, the Democrats are calling the filibuster a remnant of the Jim Crow era.
So it's their typical play.
Anything they don't like is automatically racist.
End of story.
You can't discuss it, otherwise you're a racist.
And on one other note, I do think the Dems are going to get a lot done, mainly because they have a bigger lead than we think, because there's at least four turncoat Republicans in there that'll take turns voting for the agenda.
You know, Mittens, Magic, Underwear, Romney is one of them.
And there'll be others.
And what they'll do is they'll just squeak these legislations by just barely enough.
They're going to make it go through a big show like they really fought to stop it.
But in the end, the important agenda items will be passed, I believe.
That's very thoughtful and supported by the fact that you had five Republicans supporting moving forward with a clearly unconstitutional impeachment trial of Donald Trump.
So, I hate to say it, but you give a good argument.

We seem to have a situation of a divided government, where Donald Trump, some 18 months ago, submitted the papers in London to dissolve the corporation created in 1871, when the United States was bankrupt, where all the assets now go to the restored Republic, based upon the Constitution of 1776.
Which became official at 2359, that is 1159 p.m.
Eastern Time on the 19th, the day before the alleged inauguration.
So that today we have, as it were, two competing governments We have Biden and Harris as the President and Vice President of a defunct corporation, and the military and Trump as representatives of the Constitution of 1776, where what I'm hearing is that Trump will be re-inaugurated as, in this case, the 19th President succeeding Ulysses F. Grant under the Republic's Constitution.
We now return where Steve Hilton finds stunning COVID-19 connection, specific activities that Fauci funded, and it is terrifying.
The idea being to engineer the most contagious deadly viruses in lab conditions in Wuhan purportedly to learn about treatments in the calamity of an actual outbreak.
This all appears to be true and substantiated by even more reports.
Carried out around the world, Wuhan, becoming home to the leading laboratory, where Fauci was in collusion, where he gave him seven point, well, initially 3.7 and then another 3.7 for a total of seven point million dollars with the approval of Barack Obama, where they are experimentally using reverse genetics, pseudo Virus and receptor-binding assays and virus infection experiments across a range of cell cultures to create really devastating results.
The acting Director of National Intelligence, now former, Bernal noticed The previous administration prioritized strengthening allegiances that were mutually beneficial to the U.S., including NATO, whose member nations, he said, were pressured by Trump into contributing their required share of military resources, which they did not like.
Our political will is rock solid toward improving environmental policies.
The reason we got out of the Paris Accord is that other countries are not politically astute enough to realize they have to make progress personally on lowering CO2.
But the idea of doing this research is all outrageous.
And of course, we know Fauci in 2017 was predicting President Trump will be challenged by a surprise global pandemic.
Which, if it was predicted in 2017, how could it be a surprise?
And since he's the guy responsible for preparing us for a pandemic, why did he not do it?
And where we even have a photograph that appears to be at the Wuhan Land in 2015 with Dr. Fauci and Melinda Gates.
Why did Barack give all that money to the Wuhan lab to study a virus?
All very disturbing stuff.
And of course we know that COVID was treated completely differently than other and more serious flus.
H1N1 in 2009-10 Had, at the time, like six times more deaths, over 12,000, compared to two.
Annual seasonal flu, 61,000.
Cancer, 606.
Heart disease, 647.
They don't do the comparative data, so you don't realize how relatively trivial is what's going on here.
And where there was a global pandemic declared for the N1H1, it got a mild amount of media attention and a special vaccination program.
But look what happened with COVID-19.
All kinds of hysteria, lockdown, social distancing, and destruction of the economy.
Clearly, this is atypical and planned.
There can be no doubt about it.

Well, starting with Steve Hilton, he is truly late to the party.
I covered this In depth, beginning last March, so did the Epoch Times, so did many other, John Rappaport, many alternative journalists, and then it just disappeared, because, you know, there's a trail beginning in Madison, Wisconsin, going to Research Triangle Park, going to somewhere else in the U.S., then when Obama banned it,
All of a sudden they sent it to Wuhan, and the absurdity of gain of function, you know, sadly, the bioweapons investment by the United States annually ranges from 300 to 500 billion with a B dollars.
So they are, and every country does it, they all have their bioweapons programs, even though it's supposedly outlawed by the Geneva Convention.
And so he makes a point.
It's sad that everyone seeks to ignore the fact that whatever this is, it was created.
It has a gain of function.
But it's funny because there's a quote there, a flu virus risk worth taking.
Important information and insights can come from generating potentially dangerous virus in a laboratory.
Anthony Fauci, that's absolutely 100% a lie.
There's nothing that can be gained other than possibly making a lot of people sick and killing a lot of people.
That's gain of function.
So what a deception, what a liar.
And Fauci, I don't know if you realize this, gentlemen, is the highest paid employee in the federal government.
And he's been there now 50 years.
He's, he created this weird hybrid, half federal, half private industry corporation, the CDC.
And he gets to put his name on things that he had nothing to do with,
just like Bill Gates does with Microsoft and with his other inventions.
He's got a ton of patents, even though he's a mediocre bureaucrat and statistician.
And he's got patents on all these vaccines, much like Bill Gates has patents on everything
that other people develop.
And it is just absurd.
And once again, the power of the globalist media to hypnotize and trance
and fill the average normies mind with lies that create the psychotic break
that these triple mask wearing, weak-minded, pathetic individuals are lining up
to sign up for the vaccine.
And just like the Moderna vaccine killed the great Hank Aaron,
and just got this in the email, not 20 minutes ago, a fella named James,
who's a certified nursing assistant, is coming out as a whistleblower
and states that at the nursing home he worked at, nobody got sick from COVID, especially the elderly.
Once they administered the Pfizer MRA injection, 14 patients died within two weeks.
And that's happening everywhere.
It's being suppressed.
This is a eugenics program.
This is Not a vaccine, it's an injection.
It's a genetically modifying injection.
It injects a little piece of messenger RNA that inserts itself via the so-called CRISPR technology to tell your cells to start to produce a certain type of hardwired protein, a certain type of
antibody. The problem is that there's so many variants of the coronavirus, which is the common cold,

gets exposed to it, it triggers the body to attack itself with inflammation known as a cytokine

Meanwhile, declassified the Russian informant transcript the FBI doesn't want Americans to see, the FBI knew the Carter Page allegation were false before they went to the FISA court.
Four days before the FBI secured a surveillance warrant against him in the fall of 2016, Trump campaign advisor Carter Page repeatedly knocked down the key allegations at the heart of the Russia collusion investigation while talking to a government informant who was wearing a wire.
Page's unwitting statements of innocence to former Stefan Halper were never shared with the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court before an approved form warrants authorizing a full year of surveillance of Page's communications.
His exculpatory statements were kept from the American people for four years until President Trump declassified them on his final day in office last week.
The core lie is that I met with these sanctioned Russian officials, several of whom I never met in my entire life, but said that I met with them in July in FBI transcript quotes pages telling Halper during a 17 October 2016 interaction.
At the time, Page was unaware Halpern was informing for the FBI recording him.
