We are in a war for the future of the United States.
It starts in 1936.
It's a war for the future of the United States.
It's already started and it's already very very very ugly.
Now I want you to remember because they're going to try to tell us that the Democrats have total power and control.
It is imperative that you realize right now they do not.
There is a 50-50 split in the United States Senate The Democrats have a four vote majority in the house.
It is it is not to say it's razor tight is not even is an understatement.
The Democrats are trying to bully us and beat us into changing our society.
We do not have an obligation to let them do so.
Now, Joe Biden is one of the biggest racist things that have been going on with with regards to the the the federal court cases uh... excuse me the federal uh... drug laws that sent that incarcerated tens of thousands of black men this is not a this is a man this is a time when ignorance of facts and history have exposed
The mob of the left as not woke at all.
Their ignorance of the facts, their ignorance of history is demonstrated palpably, painfully by their choice of Joe Biden to be president of the United States.
He is actually moving for dictatorship and it is a dictatorship that we're going to be talking about on On a frequent, every week, we're going to be talking about the dictatorship of Joe Biden.
Over the break, he announced that he's going to continue the COVID-19 policies of Donald Trump.
Donald Trump, who's already done the things, who has done them brilliantly.
And so we're going to see the COVID policy continue.
They're going to do the same things that Donald Trump was already doing.
And Joe Biden will try to say, look how great it is that I'm doing them.
The one question we're going to have, and we'll find that out, is if he intends to continue to shut down the economy for a hundred days.
And if he does so, he will destroy the economy.
We are already at a point where California, and we're across the country, California, New York, Illinois, particularly the big cities, Are already decimated DC.
These businesses are not coming back in Seattle.
The left has driven out Boeing.
Boeing has moved its production factory.
It's new production factories of its new airlines.
It's new planes to South Carolina.
The big tech is moving out of Silicon Valley and Seattle.
And they're moving to Texas.
We are seeing that the people, the governments, that the left is destroying their own.
And now I suspect that in 90 days, if Joe Biden does what he had threatened to do, which is to shut down the economy, we will have a total crash of the United States economy.
And then I look forward to that day because the little leftists who are running around thinking they're going to be eating at great restaurants again when Joe Biden comes in and they're going to be traveling and having fun and all the good times will come back.
They're going to discover why we think President Trump is the greatest president since Ronald Reagan.
Donald Trump is the best president in 50 years.
And with that, I bring in Scott Bennett and Jim Fetzer.
I think you nailed it right on the head, of course.
We are in the slow motion roll towards a massive train clash wreck and it's Joe Biden and the
Democrats and their Chinese Communist Party minions who have attempted to steal an election,
commit fraud, commit espionage, commit treason, plan, conspire with a foreign intelligence
and enemy nation, China, to overthrow the United States into a communist entity.
And that's never going to happen.
I think America has been blessed for 300 years because of its unique moral, entrepreneurial,
pioneer character.
We've allowed the left, the left and only the left, and yes, passive Republican rhinos,
I call them left because they're surrendering their sort of truth and they're becoming slaves
to the left's stupidity.
They've transpired to turn America into a miserable state over 30 years.
But Donald Trump came at a time and awoke the American spirit and led them out of this
bondage and now the Democrats are trying to take over.
Take him out like Pharaoh taking out Moses and trying to return people back to their bondage and worse and they're trying to intimidate and scare them and bully them and terrorize them.
They're engaging in domestic terrorism.
So they've pushed the American public to the point where they are ready to take up arms.
Let's be careful about saying they're ready to take up arms.
We're fighting back is what we're doing.
Weapons and guns don't have to be part of it.
They do have a right, if they are pushed to absolute destruction.
So I'm not advocating in it, but we have to say, the Second Amendment exists for a reason, and the Constitution, and it says, whenever a form of government becomes destructive to the liberty and the happiness and the prosperity and the freedoms that the Constitution gave, then that government must be abolished, and it's the duty of the people to do that.
Now they haven't hit that point yet, they're waiting upon Donald Trump.
Oh, I think we're really...
I think we're very close to the fact that Texas and the North has a right to secede.
I think that the next four years will determine whether, but I want to say, because I am anti-war, so what I want to say to everybody right now is and I think that Scott you will agree I I don't know you you may not agree with me you can say you don't agree with me but the way to do this there are ways to do this that do not require violence and that's what I advocate for but we have the right to it is a right to re quote realign our relationship to the United States we are a federalist system where the states have power
and we have the right to reject the federal laws and that is I think what must happen is that we're going to try now to have the state's rights to say no we are not states rights we do not agree that you have the right to take our freedom you do not have the right to censor freedom of speech for all of us you do not have the right to take away our second amendment rights we refuse to give up those rights we I don't care what what what
A dementia patient in the White House thinks the Constitution protects the right to bear arms and we the people and they protect freedom of speech, freedom of religion, freedom of assembly and in our states we deny, we renounce, we refuse, we reject those laws that seek to take our freedom.
We are not going to obey your federal law That we will allow this to destroy our freedom across America.
And that, I think, is going to be a fight starting on Wednesday morning.
I think that Wednesday morning on January 21st, we're going to begin the fight to defend America's freedom begins.
And it's not going to be six months from now.
It's going to be six months from now.
Joe Biden will have destroyed the economy with his with his obscene COVID shutdown and his obscene dictatorship, the health care dictatorship.
But the rights of the Constitution are absolute.
And we have to remember that we the people control.
Fortunately, we control most of the states.
And we have we have super majorities in most of the states.
And wherever there are Democrat governors, I expect that the I believe I truly believe the Democrat governors will be replaced by Republican governors within a minute.
They're going to be gone and people are going to say, no way are we going to allow you to take away our freedom.
Back to you, Scott and Jim.
Well, Susan, there's a couple of issues here that we need to elaborate upon.
I mean, the point Scott's making is when all else fails, when the courts, the Congress, you know, all the other remedies available to the people, including, of course, periodic elections, fail us because they're manipulating the voting system using Dominion machines and even Italian satellites and Spanish I mean, the whole situation is monstrous.
You can't redress grievances through the normal mechanisms when they're managed and controlled by parties that have malevolent intent, which is manifest here with this Democrat Socialist Communist Party that's executing a Bolshevik style revolution on the United States.
So Scott really is making the key and telling point that as the Declaration of Independence declares, When, in the course of human events, we confront a tyranny that oppresses our freedom, we have the right to take up arms and by opposition end it.
That's not to say that will happen, but it certainly is a prospect we cannot dismiss.
Let me add, by the way, the Civil War, although ostensibly I disagree with you on that point.
The issue of slavery was actually fought over the right of the states to secede from the
union that resolved the issue.
The states do not have the right to secede from the union, so there is a crucial issue.
I disagree with you on that point.
War does not decide whether someone has a right or not because as we see, there's an
evolution of rights.
The Constitution declares freedom of speech to be paramount.
The First Amendment, freedom of speech, freedom of religion, freedom of assembly, freedom to meet and discuss, and that is the Internet.
Today it is the Internet.
Today I am a quote publisher because I am on a radio show and my radio show is media which is a new media that did not exist at the time of the Declaration of Independence because the technology did not exist but I am in effect functioning as a publisher with Truth Frequency Radio or as a journalist on Truth Frequency Radio.
And we have the rights to freedom of speech under the First Amendment.
And that is sacrosanct.
We are all in agreement on that.
But I do not concede that the Civil War determined that various states did not have the legal right to leave the United States.
It did not do that.
It used weapons and force.
to compel those states to remain and it said that they would use violent measures to stop them from seceding but that does not determine the actual right to go and that is a question like in the Texas Compact the Texas Compact very clearly after the Civil War the Texas Compact that introduced Texas into the United States Very clearly states that Texas has a right to leave the Union if it chooses.
And it's very clear on that point.
So I can tell you, Texas has a right to go if they want to.
Absolutely, it's in the compact that they agreed to to enter the Union.
So it's important to remember that.
Under the law, under the agreement, Texas has a right to go.
Well, it's a fascinating assertion, Susan.
Let me turn to your First Amendment question.
The point is, those constraints are on the federal government.
Twitter, YouTube, Amazon and all that claim they have the right as private companies to censor all they want.
And the fact is, it all revolves around this section 230 of the Internet Communications Indecency Act, which granted to them the role of platforms analogous to libraries, where they'd not be liable for the content of the various videos and blogs that were published using their platforms.
Assuming they were acting as a neutral party, which they have failed to do.
I mean, the censorship is becoming absolutely monstrous.
They're being totally open about it.
And that has raised the most serious and profound issues about their role in our society, because you're 100% correct.
That the Internet has become our commons.
It should be shared alike by all American citizens.
They ought not to have that right to intervene.
And I do believe action will be taken by a Congress that represents the interests of the American people, but where the Democrats actually, if Biden and Harris are inaugurated, which I With every fiber of my being, hope does not come to pass, and I'll give you reasons why I believe it may very well not.
Damn right we're not!

able to rush to any day of changes they want at the two more states

the people, in which case California will secede because the crazies of California will
be so fanatical that they have been denied the right to smash and destroy our freedoms.
And they're going to be saying they will have brought in so many people from Mexico and
El Salvador and China and all these Asian countries and all those people will be demanding
welfare.
These are not high skilled people, they are poor.
They are driven by drug sales and criminal activities.
They will demand welfare.
And so it'll be a socialized California and New York versus the rest of America.
And even New York will favor entrepreneurialism.
Even New York will be forced to admit that it doesn't really want socialism.
Those people, the business community, do not want socialism.
They don't give a damn about freedom, but they don't want socialism.
So California, Oregon, and Seattle will be forced out on their own.
Or we will go.
So you recognize what a crackpot idea it is for them to secede or even contemplate the idea of seceding.
What are they going to do?
Have their own navies and armies and national defense?
IRS and what not?
They don't want that.
It's a ludicrous idea.
Not that they are nutty enough to contemplate it.
Scott.
Well, you know, I would say the Democrats, uh, they hate wealth.
Yeah, I am in California.
And they hate wealth.
They take as much as they can as long as people are producing.
But they hate people getting wealthy.
That's why Cuomo has to bite his tongue and allow entrepreneurship to generate small business revenue.
But then he hates it, so he shuts it down.
He doesn't want to get them too wealthy.
That's the tyrannical madness of Cuomo.
and Gavin Newsom and the Democrats and people have been whipsawed in California and there are
a lot of conservative libertarian types in California that have become even more conservative
and libertarian because of all of these draconian actions that the governor has done. And people,
let's be very clear, Biden and the governors will not have shut down the economy.
The people who run the businesses will have self-inflicted their own destruction because of the cowardice and the refusal to stand against anyone that comes to their office and tells them to shut down.
Instead of saying, I will not shut down because I have a right to live and I have a right to life and liberty and the pursuit of happiness guaranteed to me by the Constitution which is an unalienable right given to me by God and you have no authority or jurisdiction to tell me anything to do anything.
I don't listen and I don't respect you.
Get out of my store or I will blow you out.
Now you don't necessarily have to do that, but we're coming to that point because people can't feed their children, their wives, their parents, or anything.
So they are coming to the point of tribal instinctive self-defense.
I've seen it up close and personal.
And people are, I was at a place yesterday in Livermore.
They were hanging on by a thread.
We had a huge Trump rally.
We went out to this place after, and we probably made more revenue for the guy that he's had in the past month or so.
And he was ecstatic about it.
He was defying the lockdown order.
More people are going to be doing that, need to do that.
And those who don't, they are self-inflicting their own destruction.
And I don't want to hear their crybaby About this being done and this being done to us.
You are doing it to yourself because you're taking his advice.
You're taking the recommendations that have no power of law.
All law is seated in the legislature.
All lawmaking is made by the people, by the legislature, by the representatives in the state legislature of California as well as in the federal government.
But it is here That we define law not the governor not governor Newsom or anything So I think there's a lot of groups that have begun really standing up.
We said this at the very first When this whole thing started to unfold and they shut people down for two weeks all of us Said this is a mistake.
This is a tragic mistake and Donald Trump is in the wrong to shut down the society for any reason he should be in a sense like Bush and That's right.
We're keeping everything open and Trump should have said we're keeping everything open, those
who don't feel safe stay at home, those who don't get out and work and help keep the economy
going for everyone's benefit.
We have done a human rights criminal act against children that is unfathomable.
In a sense, every one of these schools should be completely gutted and new teachers come
in that are conservatives, that are respectful of God and society and history and business
and woodworking, metalworking, auto shop, the industrial skills and talents that this
country grew from.
We need that kind of an education, not Black Lives Matter, not lesbian studies, not gay
politics or any of this other crap that has rotted the soul of this country.
We need to get back to the Waltons, to the earthy, to the connected education that we
had in this country from 1776 until 1900, where you had intelligent children raised
and they could do more at 13, 14 than most adults could do at 50.
It's insulting the dehumanized state this country has come into, but we've allowed it to be done to ourselves.
So, revolution does have a role.
Weapons do have a role.
Angry, savage self-defense does have a role.
That does not mean you go out and start a fight, but it does mean that you end it.
And you end it by putting up notices, for example, in your business that says, be advised, no health worker or government official is allowed in this establishment without permission of the manager.
Under no circumstances is any government agent or contractor allowed to record or do any official business in this establishment or it is a violation of the Constitution and our rights and we will sue you under 18 U.S.
Code 242 and 42 U.S. Code 1983.
We will sue you for civil rights abuses.
People need to begin going on the defense against these politicians, and I would say
the police are on the wire, because if they go the way of big Democrat, big government,
if they start going and trying to enforce these unconstitutional orders, their lives
are on the line.
And I mean that literally, because again, we're entering a phase that people are sick and tired of it.

and Tifa and black lives matter

Hey everybody, welcome back to the Covert Report.
We are heading into a crisis situation.
In fact, it's already exploded.
We have, in the past week, God You know, since January 6, we have seen on the day of January 6, I will call January 6, a day of infamy for this country.
On that day, Congress forced the people of the United States of America to accept election fraud in seven states that would have easily They easily reversed those election decisions and handed victory to President Donald Trump.
They forced us to accept dead voters, felon voters, teenage voters who were not even of age to vote, 17-year-old, 16-year-old voters, non-resident voters, ballot dumps in Philadelphia.
I know this from a New York police detective in the Organized Crime Division.
A crime boss in South Philly was paid $3 million to drop 300,000 Biden ballots in the Philadelphia market because not enough blacks had gone out to vote for Trump.
In addition, four U.S.
U.S. postal carriers each have sworn out affidavits that they were ordered to transport ballots
across state lines from New York State to, and there were 280,000 ballots, four of them
now, one of them carried 280,000 ballots to Philadelphia.
One of them carried 200,000 to Pittsburgh.
One of them carried 200,000 to Detroit, Michigan.
And one of them carried 180,000 to Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
to Detroit, Michigan, and one of them carried 180,000 to Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Those are illegal ballots.
California has declared that they sent out 1.8 million mail ballots and they received
2.2 million mail ballots back.
Then you have the dead voters, the felons, all of those people.
You have machines that switched votes from Trump to Biden.
In Michigan, an audit of the Dominion machines in Michigan found an 83% failure rate.
That means that 83% of the votes in that Michigan county switched from Trump to Biden.
Ditto Georgia.
Ditto Georgia, where 93% of the ballots switched from Trump to Biden in Fulton County, where the arbiter was the sister of Stacey Abrams, and they had to adjudicate over, it was 92, 93, 95% of the ballots In Fulton County cast on the machine had to be adjudicated and and and that shouldn't even be a question.
I mean, that's that is a failure rate that is a shocking 95% not, you know, above 90%.
I can't have to look up the exact number and they're saying that there's no problem with that election.
Wow, that is a scary thing.
On CCTV cameras, we saw, with our own eyes, poll workers repeatedly stuffing the same ballots through the counting machines five, six, seven times in multiple locations in Georgia.
And it was this and poll workers In Michigan reported exactly the same things and gave testimonials to the exact same things.
Yet in Pennsylvania, Georgia and Michigan, all of those governors and legislatures have insisted that there was no crimes committed.
Georgia has filed a lawsuit against Sidney Powell.
for daring to say that the Dominion machines were messed up.
And Georgia is evaluating criminal charges against Donald Trump for his conversation
with Raffsenberger, where he, where President Trump correctly says, hey, I'm down by 10,600
votes, excuse me, 11,600 votes in Georgia.
And we know that there are 5,000 dead voters because we have the obituaries.
Cannot we take those 5,000 votes out?
Cannot we have I'm speaking, Jim, just a second.
It's easy to do, people.
The CCTV cameras in Fulton County on that one night alone have recorded that about 30,000 to 40,000 votes were entered repeatedly into the machines.
We know which machine it was.
We know exactly.
Exactly the day and the hours and the minutes that it occurred.
Is it not possible to go to those machines and specifically take those machines, those ballots out and examine them and audit those that that particular machine and remove the ballot duplication?
Trump, if that had been done, Trump would have won Georgia.
Hands down, one Georgia.
In Arizona, we know that Dominion Machine, and I'll explain how we know this.
We know that Dominion Machines switched 19,800 votes from Trump to Biden.
From Trump to Biden.
We know this.
We know exactly where it happened because There's a wonderful, a brilliant team of data researchers, scientists, mathematicians who crunched the numbers on, and they did it for Georgia and for Arizona and Michigan and Pennsylvania.
And they have determined that in Arizona, 19,000 votes switched from Trump To Biden, they've looked at the actual number of votes that came in for Trump and they've crunched the numbers, real numbers.
And then they've said, OK, if all these numbers came in right in this specific area and guys, it's only seven or eight precincts.
We know exactly where it occurred.
We know exactly the specific strip of land where it occurred, the county area.
It was in District 1, Tom O'Halloran, who is a Democrat.
And the vote switched from Republican to Democrat.
It would have taken 19,000 votes away from Mark Glenn and given it to McSally.
It would have taken 19,000 votes from Tom O'Halloran, the Democrat, and given it to the Republican.
Thus, the Republicans would have picked up one House seat, they would have gained one House seat, and Trump would have won Arizona!
So what did they do?
Maricopa County, knowing this, knowing the specific details, Threw themselves down on the ground and said, we refuse to give those Dominion machines and the paper ballots that go with the machines.
We refuse to allow those votes to be audited.
And in the case of the Dominion machines, it's very simple because you have the paper ballots and then you have the machines and then you have the report from the machine.
Now in Georgia, Georgia shredded the paper ballots.
They were so desperate to get Trump and they knew the lie was so great that Georgia shredded the paper ballots.
Not so in Arizona.
Arizona, to this day, those paper ballots are protected.
And they're fighting to the death not to obey the subpoena that was issued from the court.
They simply said, no, we refuse, we refuse, we refuse.
Now, if they really thought that those machines, those Dominion machines were accurate, they would hand over those ballots.
They'd say, yes, indeed, we need to look at this.
We want to find out.
But they know that there are plenty of there.
There is more than sufficient ballots right there in that tiny little strip of land for Donald Trump to have won Arizona.
Once you take those specific 19,000 votes and you look at them and you audit them and you say, OK, let's look at that.
And it's not the entire state.
It is exactly precisely Where Tom O'Halloran's District 1 crosses over Maricopa County.
I've known this because I'm the one who gave it to them.
I delivered the information from Truman Black to those people, and I connected Truman Black with Congressman Paul Gosar, and thanks to Scott Bennett, who is our guest today, I gave it to Sidney Powell and Scott Bennett said, let's get this to Sidney Powell and immediately we did and boom!
That's how we know.
We call them Truman Black because that's the name they use to avoid doxing in their professional lives.
That's not the actual name of them.
They go by that name as a group name.
But in Georgia, they documented and testified in front of the Georgia Senate Judiciary Committee that 17,300 votes switched from Trump to Biden.
And they actually have the tag from the TV Where it shows that one minute they're saying 17,000 votes for Trump.
Excuse me, one minute they're saying Trump has 29,000 votes.
And from this county, from this specific county, Trump has 29,000 votes and Biden has 12,000 votes.
And then two minutes later, all of a sudden they're reporting That Biden has 29,000 votes and Trump has 12,000 votes.
And it exactly flipped those two ballots.
It flipped those two categories from Trump 29 versus Biden 12.
Now it's saying Biden 29 versus Trump 12.
I'm sorry, I'm not finished yet.
That's 17,000 votes.
Switch right at that point, separate from all the duplicate counting and all of those other things.
That particular right there, right there is enough to give Donald Trump the win in Georgia.

This is actually an opportunity to go in and say, look at the crime that has occurred here.

One state can't just say, the heck with you, USA, we're out of here.

Supreme Court in its 1868 ruling in Texas v. White.
That ruling concluded that a state or states could secede by gaining approval of both houses of Congress and then obtaining ratification by three-fourths of the nation's legislatures.
In other words, it's a tough task.
So in principle... No, I don't think it's going to work that way.
I think that what's going to happen is they're going, like the Texas Compact is very precise.
And it was after the Civil War.
And they said, we will join the Union, but with the condition that we have the right to break away and leave you again.
If you violate our constitutional freedoms, we have the right to go.

Texas has us at the compact with Texas has an absolute ironclad right to separate from the United States and it is not a question it is though it is the the the exact contract that brought them into the United States allows them to leave the United States I would add this that the the Indian reservations Neil Supreme Court Justice Gorsuch and during the Trump presidency the past couple of years there have been several cases where the Indian reservations insisted on their rights to subsistence hunting and the original terms of the treaty must be upheld.
Well, and the Supreme Court agreed to all of that with regards to hunting and fishing and subsistence rights, that they would have the right to hunt and fish on those lands and that they would have control of the lands even if some of them had been seceded to the Western, to the white man.
What if those people decide they want to secede as well?
Now that can be a double-edged sword because the Indian reservations are so poor that they love their welfare and in South Dakota and North Dakota and Montana and Wyoming they may not want to secede because they get their welfare from the feds and they're making off with good money from the feds so that may actually complicate some of the actions in the efforts to succeed or it may open up a whole new opportunity for these people to get their to get more control of their lands and to take back what they consider to be territorial heritage lands their heritage rights to those lands so do not think that this is going to be easy
But it is a lot more complicated than Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer would like you to
think.

The military has admitted they lied to President Trump, telling him that they were doing things
and pulling down troop numbers that he kept telling them to do in Syria.
And they were playing games with him on these numbers in Syria.
but they have said that they pulled the troop numbers down to 2,500 in Iraq and Afghanistan.

So I see coming out of this potentially a pluralism that we haven't seen before that would be greatly beneficial to America by the creation of a third party, a distinctively Trump party.

It's like Twitter and Facebook have already lost $50 billion of their value as stocks by cutting off Trump.
