Time Text
This is Jim Fetzer in Madison, Wisconsin, where I'm very pleased to be joined today by Carl Herman in San Ramon, California, where we are here to bring you the news you need to know.
Meanwhile, Mitch McConnell agrees to pass a 2,000 COVID-19 checks and a bill that would also eliminate Section 230 of the Internet Communications and Decency Act that granted the social media giants exemption from liability, plus initiate A voter fraud investigation.
While this looked very promising, it looks as though Mitch McConnell was simply playing us, blowing smoke.
Section 230 has attracted bipartisan enmity, though for completely different reasons.
Republican critics say online giants such as Facebook and Twitter are too heavy-handed with content moderation when it comes to conservative speech especially, while the Democrats want the platforms to scrub more hate speech and fake news.
Very embarrassing.
We should not be in favor of censorship whatsoever.
Meanwhile, David Perdue and Kelly Loeffler have both signed on to an increase in the stimulus to $2,000, but He backed out, now claims no realistic path for a quick vote.
In my opinion, this is highly discrediting of Mitch McConnell.
I used to think Mitch was a decent guy.
I frankly no longer believe that.
I'm very, very troubled and have other news to report that also calls his integrity into question.
McConnell insisted Wednesday lawmakers would only consider an omnibus bill that included $2,000 checks and the two other issues, investigating the integrity and revoking the legal protection.
Democrats won't take up either, however, dooming the chance such a bill could pass.
McConnell defiantly accused the Democrats of overstepping Yet it's Trump who's been demanding lawmakers increase the stimulus checks to 2,000 from 600.
Carl, I think Trump is 100% in the right on this.
And Mitch McConnell, I'm not happy with his failure to follow through.
Any of the old leadership in Congress is going to be dirty, Jim.
This is all like Mike Pence is a poster boy for this.
I remember him in the first Gulf Wars going on the Sunday political talk shows and lying about these illegal wars of aggression to sell them to the American public.
So pay to play is just normal.
And if you take one step back from this COVID relief bill and you have approximately seven The numbers get so large I even have a problem with them.
$700 billion that is going over to pork or pay to play.
$700 billion is $7,000 per U.S.
household, more or less.
And if you count the stimulus going back, Americans are paying to receive aid.
That is how upside down it is.
The censorship is obvious.
It's rampant.
So it is just an ugly, ugly circus until we get some adults to demand for the truth and to arrest these psychopathic liars and looters.
And there's so much money going to foreign nations.
I mean, the American taxpayers are in need.
Give us back some of our own money for crying out loud.
I think Trump's got it.
Now, a number of these Republicans are committing a form of political suicide.
Very disturbing.
Here's the other story that makes me wonder about Mitch McConnell.
We have a report Word on the hill is that Mitch McConnell and Nancy Pelosi are working on a rule change to block the Electoral College objections, which require one member of the House and one member of the Senate.
I'm very, indeed, profoundly disturbed by this.
We know Josh Hawley has spoken out.
We have a number of members of the Congress, the House of Representatives, where Senator Hawley has announced And Senator, Representative-elect Ronny Johnson said Tuesday he'll object.
We have more.
Representative Jeff Duncan, who is going to join, too, from South Carolina, with Mo Brooks of Alabama.
Jeff Van Drew from New Jersey said he would object.
Marjorie Taylor Greene from Georgia We refuse to certify a stolen election.
As members of Congress, it's our duty to protect the integrity of our elections.
So here we have Hawley speaking out very appropriately.
It was he who observed in the last day or two that we've had four years of hearing that the 2016 election was stolen, that Trump was not a legitimate president.
Now all of a sudden in relation to 2020, we're told anyone who questions the integrity of our elections is a nut job, that they should shut up and just sit down.
Hawley has said Congress should investigate voter fraud allegations, make sure future elections are secure.
According to the Missouri Republican, both chambers have failed to act in an appropriate manner.
I could not agree with him more.
Here's Mo Brooks, who's been initiating this from the House side.
For the past several weeks, he and other House GOP lawmakers have pledged to object to the counting of the electoral college votes during the joint session.
Which requires one member of each house to trigger a series of debates before a vote on whether to certify a state's electoral college votes is held.
Some members of the GOP leadership, including Majority Whip John Thune, have said their efforts are doomed to fail.
Over the past weekend, Representative Adam Kinzinger of Illinois, again a Republican, in comments widely publicized, referred to Brooks' efforts as a scam.
But the evidence Of corruption is overwhelming.
How can it be a scam to try to straighten it out?
Brooks, for his part, indicated dozens of House members backed the effort.
We're going to sponsor and co-sponsor objections to the Electoral College vote returns.
In a previous interview with the Atlantic Times, Brooks said he believes the Electoral College vote can be rejected and that the election can ultimately be decided in the House of Representatives.
Meanwhile, we know about the Chief Justice who rejected the Texas case on an improper grounding, that Roberts is a problem case.
He appears to be corrupt.
Here we have a new tweet from Lin Wood.
My information from reliable sources is that Roberts arranged an illegal adoption of two young children from Wales through Jeffrey Epstein.
I think we can all agree Epstein knows pedophilia.
If only Jeffrey Epstein were still alive, wouldn't that be something?
That hint to me, Carl, suggests Jeffrey Epstein is still alive.
Here are a couple more questions for the Chief Justice.
You're recorded discussing Justice Scalia's successor before the date of his sudden death.
How did you know that he was going to die?
And Are you a member of any club or cabal requiring minor children as an initiation fee?
Those are both profoundly disturbing, Carl.
What do you make of that?
Well, I think the first thing that people need to be clear about is no court has yet heard any of the evidence for election fraud.
It's all been kicked out on procedural nonsense.
So, and the evidence is over overwhelming.
You have people going in and demonstrating that To the hearings, where you get into the voting, so-called voting machine system, and you overturn votes live.
And I keep repeating it, but the best data point for people, in my view, is in Pennsylvania.
You have the batch of so-called votes for Biden at 600,000.
For Trump, 3,000.
thousand for Trump, three thousand, a two hundred to one ratio produces the odds that that is
election fraud by the magnitude of a number with fifty to sixty zeros behind it. Now,
in six days from today, you are going to have that meeting with both chambers of Congress that Pence
is going to officiate, and it's up to him and the language with how he's going to count it.
I've heard, Jim, and I have no way of verifying it, but what if Pence decided to count the votes on a Dominion machine?
Go ahead and enter them right there.
And then have the machine spit out numbers saying that Trump won.
He could do that if he wanted to.
So the whole world is watching.
If white hat adults are in charge and the object is to go ahead and to get as many black hats into the kill zone as possible, I see no refutation to that brilliant strategy.
Get as many black hats into the kill zone, jumping up and down for Biden, And then go ahead and reveal the evidence to the American people.
There will be about a million people at President Trump's invitation in Washington, D.C.
surrounding the Congress building, Jim.
So those lawmakers are going to have to do whatever they're going to do, knowing they have to walk out those doors to a million people.
This is high drama.
This is having the whole world watch.
I'm at the edge of my seat, buddy.
And Carl, if they try to deceive the American people and not set things right, I wouldn't give their lives a plug, nickel.
I'm telling you, it's that serious.
Meanwhile, we know the gross evidence of Obama getting huge crowds, Trump getting huge crowds, Obama getting 69 million votes, Trump 74, Obama carrying 873 counties, Trump 2,497, where Biden couldn't get 10 people to a rally and yet he's supposed to have achieved more votes than either of them when he carried only 477 counties.
Get this.
There's now a major scandal in Georgia.
The ballots for GOP areas and for Democratic areas were printed differently so that the votes in the Democratic areas would be rejected by the machines.
Members of Georgia's Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Elections and members of the Senate Judiciary Committee held a hearing to study Georgia's election laws and the voting irregularities.
During the hearing, witness Jovan Pulitzer was invited to testify on the irregularities in the third election.
Jovan, He's a brilliant inventor and author, best known for creating and patenting CRQ and has founded companies that include seed investment rounds ranging from 1.6 million to over 250.
He wrote about this brilliant man before.
On Tuesday, he revealed the differences between ballots printed for Democratic precincts versus Republican precincts.
The Republican precincts had a barcode up in the upper right-hand corner.
Here, you can see it, but it was not present on the Democrat.
The votes from the two different areas are printed differently, causing GOP voters to be kicked out by the Dominion regimes.
Secretary of State Raffensperger allowed this take place in a historically red state.
He should be brought up on charges immediately.
Meanwhile, contingent election?
Trump advisor agrees that Pence can throw out Arizona, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Michigan on January 6th.
Jason Meister, an advisory board member for Trump's presidential campaign, ...has published a series of tweets about Vice President Mike Pence's ability to toss the electoral votes from contested states with credible accusation of widespread voter fraud.
This move would likely lead to a contingent election, which Trump would handily win.
As National File previously reported, he's going to face a rare constitutional event as competing slates of electors are presented on January 6th.
From the six disputed swing states, a Biden slate from the governors, a Trump slate from the lawmakers.
Under the 12th Amendment, he tweets, the vice president in his constitutionally prescribed role as president of the Senate is granted the sole power to open the electoral vote certificates and count them in the joint session of Congress.
Pence will be faced with dueling electoral votes from the six disputed swing states, a Biden slate from the governors, a Trump from the lawmakers.
The six disputed swing states account for 79 electoral votes.
Not counting them, Trump stands at 232, Biden at 227.
Mike Pipps' trip to Israel on January 6th has been cancelled.
Carl, your thoughts?
Two different ballots is prima facie evidence of election fraud, and those results have to be removed in any fair accounting for an election.
So this really is an ongoing test.
Do facts matter?
Will the American people demand that they have the physical evidence in order to call something real, or will they self-declare as a sheeple?
Has livestock to be dictated to.
So Pence in in the Constitution.
This is another opportunity just as the Supreme Court had the opportunity to take leadership power and have something to say for a fair election.
All the courts have Have declined to take any role so far, opting out with with just procedural excuses.
And Pence has that same opportunity.
He has plenary power.
So what he says goes with how they're going to count the votes.
And we'll see what is set up for the show.
And again, my conclusion of what has happened is that this war has already been won.
And we're seeing an orchestrated show.
Whether it is, whether it isn't, we individuals have no power other than what we think, what we say, and what we do, and our demand for truth at this time.
And I hope the White Hats have a good show for us.
Otherwise, as you have been saying, this is leading to Civil War 2.0 if White Hats don't stand up.
Carl, I'm very, very disturbed about the situation as it's evolving.
Meanwhile, my colleague Scott Bennett, a former Army Intel and PsyOps officer, has shared his views on whether Biden will be pronounced president, whether President Trump's team will be able to contest the results, and what will happen if the Democrats win the Georgia Senate race.
Most likely, there'll be a group of Republicans who will take a stand against the election and challenge the claims where, you know, the Democrats orchestrated with the unions pre-prepared plans to use their employees to infiltrate and corrupt the voter polls.
Very, very disturbing.
Democrats used COVID-19 to flood the election with mail-in ballots without authorization from state legislatures, which is unconstitutional and currently being challenged in state and Supreme Court.
Republicans will recognize and affirm that this indicia of fraud, corruption, and espionage
represents not only a matter of national security, but must immediately demand the entire election
be expunged and a new election be conducted, possibly with military security.
The most interesting aspect will be how Mike Pence will conduct himself in his role as
president of the Senate.
He will either reject the entire election results or refuse to recognize votes cast
on general grounds in the specific states, to disregard the opposing voices and rule
in favor of Joe Biden as the option.
That's most unlikely given the potential of a violent outbreak of a civil war, but there is speculation about whether Pence might be forced to flee the country during this final Sputnik asks, how realistic is it to dispute or change the electoral situation after 14 December?
low probability given Pence's own political ambitions for the presidency after Trump.
Sputnik asks, how realistic is it to dispute or change the electoral situation after 14 December?
Bennett, the process timeline and requirements are outlined by the constitution.
Any violation of the process timeline and requirements nullify the election and shift the process
to be conducted by two backup plans where either the state legislatures vote for the president
and submit a one state, one vote, or the vice president is made president on March 4th.
The Senate then votes for a vice president.
The main question, therefore, is will the electors of each state be recognized and accepted by the federal Congress?
And if not, which backup plan may be implemented?
Historically, it occurred once before during the presidential election between Thomas Jefferson and John Adams.
What finally decided the outcome was public outcry and mobs that have been gathering on the National Mall demanding Jefferson be elected.
A similar fear can be seen in most recent comments by Supreme Court Justice John Roberts, reported as loudly expressing fear that riots resulting from not choosing Biden, and even cursing President Trump claiming he would not be re-elected, This may be the result of John Roberts' fear of being prosecuted for crimes relating to his recent travel to sex predator Jeffrey Epstein's private island, where underage girls were prostituted to a variety of high-profile men.
This election is unlike any other in the history of the United States and may trigger unrest, conflict, and controversy never before seen in history.
It will either reestablish America as the ideal template for a representative government, or it will end America's reputation by exploding its myth of honest, fair, and accurate elections.
Is there still hope among Republicans and Trump supporters the incumbent president may manage to stay in office?
Bet it.
The President is being undermined on every level, most recently by his Chief of Staff Mark Meadows and White House Attorney Pat Cipollone, who are actively trying to undermine his electoral fight and persuade him to concede.
The reason is they are being offered rich rewards of payoffs, jobs, book contracts, and enrichments if they help move Trump out.
Cipollone and Meadows are even refusing to implement President Trump's orders and instructions to appoint Sidney Powell as White House special counsel to investigate the crimes of voter fraud that have occurred.
Some legal scholars are defining this impeding of the President's orders as obstruction and potentially treason and sedition.
There's also speculation Vice President Pence may recognize Biden and then plead the United States to Israel to wait out the civil war.
And that Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell is opposed to Trump and may side with the Democrats and the globalists.
Where McConnell has reached out to Senator Tommy Tuberville to avoid a messy fight next week, where Senator John Thune has also made a statement about how efforts to challenge the Electoral College would be shot down.
However, the most important factor is the will of the American people.
Overwhelmingly, the vast majority support President Trump and believe any attempt to vote in Biden is fraud.
An act of corruption that must be resisted by all means necessary, including armed protests, declaration of non-recognition, and civil war, if necessary.
Sputnik.
Despite the Electoral College counting 306 votes for Biden, Trump, who received 232, refuses to concede.
The Trump campaign now seeks to overturn the Pennsylvania election results.
Will he eventually succeed?
Scott Bennett.
Due to the evidence of irreversible corruption, fraud, computer manipulation, foreign server confiscation, and international interference by the Chinese Communist Party, President Trump has declared repeatedly he will not concede, will not recognize Biden as president, will continue as a president in 2021.
The vast majority of Americans support President Trump in this decision, not simply because of their support for him personally, but because a majority of Americans recognize that the very life of the American Republic is at stake, and that violence and turmoil may resolve if Biden were made president, which would essentially symbolize the end of American government integrity and thereby end the government's authority over its citizens.
This could trigger a second American Civil War.
I think that's highly probable, Carl.
Your thoughts and reflections.
Huge week coming up.
So the evidence is for sure this was not an election, and we haven't had elections for decades here.
Again, Princeton and Stanford have been at the lead, pointing to this black box software, proprietary counting machine software, and then the exit poll data showing In previous cases that the elections were indeed thrown by these so-called machines.
So since 2018, the Trump team has had the opportunity to plan for this election, and if White House are in charge, they're totally prepared.
This is all orchestrated.
You know, Jim, Americans are very serious about sports and we'll stop the game and we'll go into the rules and but yet for this election people are just corporate media is pretending like these rules don't matter.
And that's the fundamental test for the American people.
Will they perceive facts?
Will they have the integrity to stand and demand the truth and to be able to tell the difference
where they're being spun as usual by these political leaders?
We shall find out.
That's a great parallel with sports, Carl, where yes, we go deeply into rules like football
and we have instant replays, for example, but we're not showing similar attention here.
Maybe this moment will be captured just as we'll be right back.
I'm terribly concerned that Congressman-elect Luke Letlow, who died following an operation, might possibly have been taken out because he would be a key vote in the House of Representatives.
This troubles me.
He's from Louisiana, They have said his death was related to COVID, but as we know, Carl, he may have had a COVID, you know, RNA because he's had a cold in the past, but I would say it's virtually certain
Given the, you know, 99.99 non-fatality survival rate in his age group, that he did not die for COVID.
