What They’re NOT TELLING YOU About The Raid On John Bolton’s House!

The FBI recently raided John Bolton’s home over alleged mishandling of classified information, which is a bit ironic since Bolton is an unrepentant war-hawk who once criticized Donald Trump for mishandling classified documents himself. According to reports, CIA Director John Ratcliffe provided the intelligence foundation that led FBI Director Kash Patel to secure the search warrant, intensifying accusations of political weaponization. Jimmy and co-host Stef Zamorano highlight suspicions of hypocrisy, precedent-setting prosecutions, and the rotational retribution in D.C., arguing that such raids typically reflect a system that punishes dissenters across the political spectrum. Nevertheless, Jimmy admits enjoying the Bolton’s legal come-uppance but remains critical of Trump’s own militaristic path and the broader erosion of justice in the U.S. under his administration. Plus segments on Israel’s recent depraved and criminal “double-tap” attack on Nasser Hospital in Gaza, Trump’s abandonment of free speech in signing an executive order making burning the American flag a crime and a restaurant in Washington state fined $1 million for allowing indoor dining during the pandemic. Also featuring Mike MacRae. And a phone call from Andrew Cuomo and Zohran Mamdani!

Hey, this is Jimmy.
Who's this?
Hello, Jimmy.
This is former New York Governor, Andrew Cuomo.
Oh, hello again, Governor.
How's the mayor election proceeding?
Jimmy, we are going gangbusters here at Cuomo for NYC headquarters.
The energy here is contagious.
It's truly amazing.
Young, idealistic people, many of them young women, just busting their humps for our vision of New York.
working 18-hour days, running back and forth, breasts and buttocks, jiggling in the melee.
It just, what was I talking about?
Who is this again?
Governor, it's Jimmy Dore.
God damn it.
You're the guy who records these phone calls and plays them on the internet.
Yes, in fact, we're live right now.
Oh, God.
And I just said that Brest and Buttock thing.
Yep.
While trying to put my lascivious past behind me.
Fuck me.
It's one giant disaster after another.
I fucking hate it.
I thought your campaign was going well.
Not really.
We have two bold new strategies that are going to nail that little fucking weasel Zora onto the fucking floor.
You don't like him, do you?
I hate him.
I'm going to break his fucking neck.
I swear to fucking God.
Okay, settle down.
What are the strategies?
The first step is to go absolutely bat shit crazy on social media.
And I mean me personally, like an uncle going through a divorce.
Like you can tell there's something wrong.
And all aimed at Zoron personally.
And that's what I've been doing on Twitter.
Some young people told me to do this and then started laughing.
I see.
I'm doing meme lord stuff, whatever that means.
Something to do with memes, which are pictures.
This is what I have been told.
One I posted was like a boardroom proposal with a little cartoon guy saying, a mayor who has a job.
Obviously aimed at notoriously unemployed piece of shit, Zoron Kwame Mandami.
Okay.
You know, this sounds sort of like when they attack Barack Obama for being a community organizer without much of a professional resume, right?
Exactly.
It is in that exact spirit.
You're right, Jimmy.
And how did that work out?
Apples and oranges, Jimmy.
Obama had an African name with a Muslim middle name.
Zoron has a Muslim name with an African middle name.
Two very different situations.
And let's be honest.
This is New York.
Muslims blew it the fuck up on 9-11, and everyone remembers.
But that's strategy number three.
We're saving that for last.
What's the second strategy?
Why, courting the support of Donald Trump, of course.
Are you serious?
Well, why wouldn't I be?
Because you're the Democratic candidate.
He's a Republican president who is wildly unpopular with your party.
Jimmy, I'm in the political fight of my life.
I simply cannot afford to suddenly start standing for something.
It would ruin my brand.
At the end of the day, Donald Trump is from New York City and a giant asshole.
Jimmy, the asshole vote in the five boroughs is simply too big to ignore.
I can't win without them.
And they are the one demographic group, assholes, where Zoron is not leading in the polls.
Assholes see that rice-eating powder puff and want to beat him to death with hammers just like I do.
I'm sorry, Governor.
Please hold on.
I'm getting another call.
Hi, this is Jimmy Dore show.
Jimmy Speaker, who is this?
Hey, this is Zoran Mondami.
I feel like New York City should work for all New Yorkers.
Wouldn't that be awesome?
Well, hello, Mr. Mandami.
Well, well, well.
Jimmy Dore and I were in a conversation, and look who decided to stroll into the bull ring.
Hi, Governor.
I saw some of your jabs you were taking at me on social media.
At first, I was like, oh, yeah, Twitter.
I remember this place.
Yes, I warned you there would be no holes barred.
Sorry if what you saw hurt your little snowflake feelings.
Yeah, okay.
So like, are you sort of like new to using the internet?
No.
I have been using the internet since it came out whenever that was.
So long ago I can't remember.
Yeah.
Did your grandkids get you like an old person computer and get you like connected to the internet and Wi-Fi and all set up in your study or whatever?
All right, you listen to me, you little shit.
Also, you keep mentioning your dad all the time.
Like, no one my age knows who Mario Cuamo was.
You keep my father's name out of your mouth, you fucking funook.
I will rip your head off and shit down your windpipe.
Wow, okay.
Well, this is like crazy.
You don't know what crazy is.
I see you like to eat rice with your hands like an animal.
Is that how you will eat your own shit off the floor after I beat it out of you?
Zoron Kwame?
Oh, my God.
You're like insane.
Jimmy, this is crazy.
Yeah, well, actually, I'm sorry, but I can't have actual threats like this on my program.
Or else what?
Or else what, Jimmy?
Or else I hang up the phone.
Oh, right.
Yeah, you do have that option, I suppose.
Yes, I most certainly do have that option.
Okay, well, just do me a favor and hang up on him, too.
Okay, at least do that for me.
Not a problem.
I don't want to listen to that voice any more than you do.
We have to start the show.
Goodbye to both of you.
Bye.
I knew he was going to do that.
Wow, you know what else I knew he was going to do?
He's probably going to, I'm going to be in New York telling jokes at Rutherford, New Jersey, then Edmonton, Calgary, Vancouver, Appleton, Wisconsin, Rosemont, Illinois, Chicago, Louisville, Fort Wayne, Hermosa Beach, Sacramento, and San Francisco.
Go to jimmydoor.com for a link for tickets.
That was hilarious, Mike.
Nice job.
Oh, my God.
I want to go to your New York show.
Can I get, like, comp tickets or something?
Is that my—no, Zoloft, you're doing very well.
You could buy a— You could buy a ticket.
It's not that pricey.
It's okay.
$35, not a big deal.
Okay.
I just thought maybe, like, maybe.
Yeah, okay, maybe, no.
No.
Okay.
I'll see you, Zolof.
All right.
I just thought it might be praxis and mutual evidence type thing.
No.
No praxis.
No.
All right.
Oh, we're not doing praxis.
No, process.
Is that what you're saying?
Praxis.
Access?
It's praxis is the practical implementation of Marxist.
Oh, praxis.
Yeah.
I said praxis.
Okay.
Praxis.
Okay.
All right.
Well, we have to run.
We got a lot of show to get to.
Okay.
All right.
Okay.
Bye.
John Bolton, the warmongering walrus who has got Trump derangement syndrome, who was in Trump's first cabinet.
He was in his first administration.
And he accused Trump of mishandling classified documents.
Isn't it interesting the same time that Trump was accused of mishandling classified documents and the FBI raided his home?
Joe Biden also had boxes of classified documents in his garage.
And they didn't prosecute him.
You know why?
Because they said, well, a DC jury would never convict him.
They'd feel sorry for him because he's demented.
And so they did it.
But the FBI tried to prosecute Trump over classified documents.
And it turns out they staged the crime scene.
It was all just like Russia Gate.
It was manufactured.
And so here we go.
John Bolton has got he had his house raided by the FBI, Cash Patel, over the same kind of thing.
But guess what?
There's some more inside information we got from Steve Bannon's war room about how this all came together.
Here's the thing you don't know.
Let's play it.
I actually have an exclusive report on all of this that I haven't even posted on Twitter yet.
Came in just as I was coming in to get ready for the hit here.
So this is what I'm getting.
This is going to be a war room exclusive here from Human Events that CIA director John Ratcliffe provided Cash Patel access to U.S. intelligence that served as the basis for the warrant to raid Bolton's house.
So this is basically what we were thinking about.
And this is an individual familiar is telling me this.
They're saying Bolton disingenuously attacked Trump for mishandling classified information.
It will go down as one of the most audacious and ironic acts of malice in political history.
Bolton should have been throwing stones in his now raided glass house.
And this was something, I think Steve, you and I talked about it when John Bolton's book came out, that he was known for these yellow legal pads that he would take notes during every single meeting that was going on when he was the national security advisor.
And there were a lot of questions as to what exactly was the handling of those notes.
Did those yellow legal pads make it home to him?
And because there was a lot of information that was in there that also ended up in his book, which was publicized.
And by the way, part of which was leaked to the New York Times, even went back to my own reporting on this, part of which was leaked to the New York Times before it even came out in publication.
So there's a lot of questions about who leaked it in the first place.
Was it leaked during that during that period where they're supposed to be scrubbing it for classified and these yellow legal pads?
What information did he take?
Because classified information, here's a great example.
So, even if you don't have documents, if the information that you have written down on your documents is classified and you take your document home, that's still taking classified information out of a classified area.
That's still taking you out of the skiff.
So, if you're in a position like the Oval, if you're in the situation room, et cetera, you can't just take that home.
And in fact, the information in your mind is still also classified.
That's why you have a lifetime NDA.
That's just the nature of classified information.
So, I know there's a lot of people who focus on documents.
I'm certain they're, I'm sure there's going to be documents that we're talking about here, but this is very clear: it's information that is classified, not a piece of paper.
So, I didn't know that.
I didn't know that it was information that's classified and not a piece of paper.
So, him, yeah, I didn't know about him taking the yellow pad and legal notes, copious notes, as they say.
And so, I was watching Stephen Gardner's shows when I'm not my show a couple of times.
And he said that he's heard that John Bolton has gotten a lot of money.
He's gotten very wealthy recently, and nobody really knows where he's gotten that money from.
And so, the implication is that he was selling state secrets.
Now, I don't know, again, I can't verify the veracity of that accusation, but I wouldn't put anything past John Bolton, a guy who likes to overthrow governments and make people's lives miserable and slaughter people for kicks.
Like, that's just his MO.
So, that was pretty interesting.
That it was the head of the CIA, Ratcliffe, who gave the information to Cash Patel.
I wonder what that was.
And that he used to take these notes on these yellow legal pads, and you can't take that home.
You can't do that.
And it's just ironic that, and now people are, you see, all over Twitter, that's the only social media I go on.
And people are saying, Oh my God, this is retribution.
This is weaponization of the like, where the F have you guys been for the last five years?
This is what you're talking about.
This is the problem.
How about when Obama tapped every phone that in Trump's campaign?
What was that on a BS thing where they had to get they got they had to lie to the FISA court so they could put a tap on Trump's phone and they still couldn't catch him doing a crime?
What about when they did four cases of lawfare again?
How about when they tried to when they raided Trump's house for the same thing?
So, but it's only it's only weaponization of the government when Donald Trump does it.
Well, the problem here is that the Democrats opened the door for Donald Trump to do this sort of thing.
And, you know, he never did, he never did lock up Hillary Clinton.
He never investigated her.
He never raided her home.
He never went through her email server.
He never did any of that stuff.
And people were freaking out just because he threatened to do that during the campaign, but he didn't.
And then, so four years ago, by the Trump administration, he doesn't prosecute any of his political enemies, any of the people who were doing Russia Gate, any of that stuff.
And then all of a sudden, they can non-stop doing it to him, making up the most ridiculous charges to try to make sure he could.
So that was the weaponization.
And they, I'm not the first, but they, the Democrats, are the ones who opened the door to this.
And so now you go, that's like a cry bully, right?
You can't, how dare you do what we've been doing to you for the last eight years?
How dare you?
And again, you don't have to like Trump to see that this is a precedent set by the Democrats.
So I and John Bolton, he may be the one guy that, because you have to try this case in Washington, D.C., which is why they tried all those January 6th cases in D.C., because the voting pool or the jury pool is, I think, somewhere around 80 or 90% Democrat.
So the one guy I think that they could get a conviction out in D.C. would be John Bolton that Trump is trying to prosecute, I mean, because Bolton's not a Democrat and Bolton is wild, wildly hated by everybody.
So I think that this might have some legs.
I thought it was funny how people just came out at, well, not funny, but it was very telling and revealing how partisan people are and how Trump deranged they are when they were saying that this is just political retribution.
Well, do you know what they're looking for?
Do you know what the evidence is?
Do you know what he's even being charged?
You don't know anything about anything.
All you see is that this happening.
By the way, they raided everybody, all of Trump's lawyers' houses they raided.
They raided Trump's house in Mar-a-Lago.
They raided Roger Stone at three in the morning.
This is not, they set the precedents for this.
They set the precedent for this.
And so this is just, I don't know, there's got to be a term for what they're doing.
I say it's a crybully, but yeah, this talk about a double standard.
Talk about hypocrisy.
Talk about, again, Trump derangement syndrome never stopping.
I think, I thought everybody should be happy that somebody finally is going after John Bolton.
John Bolton's been wildly and widely hated and despised since he was in the Bush administration.
People used to boo him when he walked down the street.
And so no kidding.
I read the newspaper reports of that when he was in the Bush administration.
So he's very hated.
He never met a country he didn't want to overthrow and steal their natural resources.
So I think that's pretty interesting information.
I hadn't heard any of that.
And I hope he goes to jail so badly.
I hope he goes to jail.
And I bet he did whatever they're saying he did.
I don't think they would raid.
I really don't think that they might, but I don't think that they would raid his house unless they had something on him, unlike the previous administration who actually raided Trump's house and planted evidence, which is what they staged the crime scene.
It was staged, which is why that case got dismissed.
It's staged by who?
The FBI.
And so now Trump is in charge of the FBI and they're going after John Bolton, who accused Trump of doing the exact thing he's being investigated for now.
Of course he is.
So fantastic.
Hope he goes to jail.
I hope everybody's enjoying it.
So, you know, I mean, most of the Trump administration, I'm not enjoying, but I'm enjoying parts of it.
And this would be, I'm not going to deny myself the joy just because I disagree with the other things that Trump is doing.
Just because Trump bombed Iran and is continuing to fund a genocide in Gaza, I'm not going to let that rob me of the joy of watching John Bolton's house get raided and him get prosecuted.
That would be fan.
If that guy ended up in jail, that would be so worth a lot.
I wouldn't say everything, but it would really make up for a lot.
It might even make up for the Epstein files.
I don't know.
I'm not saying it will, but it was just, it's really, that guy has been a cancer on America since the, at least the Bush admits when I became aware of him.
So now 25 years.
So I would love to see something happen to that guy.
I agree, Jimmy.
You know, when I first heard Bolton's home was raided, I was like, oh my God, you're kidding.
Why would they raid Michael Bolton's home?
Is this music?
Then I figured it out.
I'm with you, Jim.
Loves a woman.
I can't even think of a Michael Bolton song.
That was it.
You got it.
Yes.
Yes.
I'm going to be there.
Isn't there something like that?
I don't know, but I did.
Yamo be there.
That's not him.
No.
Are you kidding me?
No.
Yamo be.
I'm pretty sure that's a black singer.

Hey, guess what?
Israel did a double tap on a hospital.
Do you know what the double tap is?
It's when they bomb somebody and then people come to help the people they just bombed and killed.
And then they bomb the rescue people.
So Israel just did that again.
And then, and but there's a little twist in this.
Benjamin Metanyahu made a nice tweet about it, but let's get to the story.
Let's go to it.
All right.
Israel hits Gaza Hospital, killing at least 20 people, including five journalists.
Isn't that weird?
Remember the first time they bombed a hospital in Gaza?
And it was a big scandal for a couple of weeks.
And Israel had to plant evidence that said that Hamas was operating out of that hospital, but they weren't.
So it was like almost an international scandal.
And then they just went on to bomb every single hospital in Gaza, and nobody cared after that.
People only cared about the first one.
And so here we are.
They found one more hospital in Gaza to bomb, and they did it.
So let's go.
Israel struck Nasser Hospital in the south of the Gaza Strip on Monday, killing at least 20 people, including five journalists who worked for Reuters, the Associated Press, Al Jazeera, and others.
Cameraman Hussam Al-Masri, a Reuters contractor, was killed near a live broadcasting position operated by Reuters on an upper floor just below the roof of the hospital in Khan Yunis.
In an initial strike, Palestinian health officials said, Officials at the hospital and witnesses said Israel then struck the site a second time, killing other journalists as well as rescue workers and medics who had rushed to the scene to help.
The journalists killed, including Mariam Abu Daga, who freelanced for the Associated Press and other outlets, Mohammed Salama, who worked for Qatar-based broadcaster Al Jazeera, Moaz Abu Taha, a freelance journalist who worked with several news organizations, including occasionally contributing to Reuters, and Ahmed Abu Aziz.
Just imagine if this was Hamas doing this.
Imagine if Hamas was bombing hospitals inside Israel.
Imagine if they just, and they were killing journalists on the regular.
Imagine if Hamas was doing that.
I mean, the world would invade and kill Hamas, but that's not.
It's Israel doing it.
I mean, this is just a these people are almost worse than Nazis.
Could you be worse than Nazis?
I don't know.
Did Nazis on purpose bomb hospitals and kill journalists on purpose?
Maybe, I guess.
I don't know.
There's nothing worse than what Israel's doing right now.
And that President Trump continues to call them our ally.
I know, I know.
I can't even believe that.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's office, great, said Israel deeply regretted what he called a tragic mishap.
Israel valued the work of the journalists and medical staff, he said, adding that Israel's war was with Hamas.
Israel's military, the Israel Defense Forces, acknowledged striking the area of Nasser Hospital and said the chief of the general staff had ordered an inquiry.
Oh, an inquiry.
What a relief.
Oh, they're going to investigate themselves.
So the people bombing hospitals and killing journalists, they're going to do an inquiry on themselves.
It's fantastic, isn't it?
Boy, it's just a mishap.
Netanyahu goes on to say, Israel deeply regrets the tragic mishap that occurred today at the Nasser Hospital in Gaza.
It was an oopsie.
It was an oopsie, you guys.
Whoopsie, Daisy.
Sorry.
It was a mishap.
We meant to bomb the hospital and then we, well, we bombed it again, but it was a mishap.
What kind of a mishap when you bomb a hospital twice?
That's not a mishap.
Okay, keep going.
Israel values the work of journalists, medical staff, and civilians.
The military authorities are conducting a thorough investigation.
Oh, bro, fantastic.
What a relief.
Our war is with Hamas terrorists.
Our just goals are defeating Hamas and bringing our hostages home.
Okay, so we all know that's not true.
We all know that Benjamin Netanyahu, the last thing he wants is those hostages released, because if they did, then he wouldn't have a pretext to keep bombing hospitals and slaughtering and committing a genocide, which is what it is.
And now they're slaughtering Reuters journalists, AP journalists.
I wonder when the news media is actually going to turn on this war or this genocide.
I wonder when that's going to happen because you read the New York Times, you listen to CNN, they never call it a genocide.
But okay, keep going.
The IDF regrets any harm to uninvolved individuals and does not target journalists as such.
100%.
100% target journalists.
The IDF acts to mitigate harm to uninvolved individuals as much as possible while maintaining the safety of IDF troops, it said.
You just did a double tap on how the F you could say that you try to mitigate harm to uninvolved individuals when you're bombing a hospital.
That is just okay.
Go ahead.
A Reuters spokesperson said in a statement, We are devastated to learn that cameraman Hussam Al-Masri, a contractor for Reuters, was killed this morning in Israeli strike on Nasser Hospital in Khan Unias in Gaza.
Moaz Abu Taha, a freelance journalist whose work had been occasionally published by Reuters, was also killed.
U.S. President Trump expressed his displeasure when asked for a reaction.
When did this happen?
He said, I don't know.
It's only been happening for the last two years.
Every day.
It's been happening every day for the when did this happen?
Oh, really?
Okay.
He asked a reporter in the White House, I didn't know that.
Well, I'm not happy about it.
I don't want to see it.
At the same time, we have to end that whole nightmare.
Okay.
Okay.
Whatever that means.
The, yeah, what you can end it.
End it.
You can end it right now.
You can stop funding Israel.
Yeah, the entire world should stop funding Israel.
The Palestinian Journalist Syndicate condemned Israel for the strike, saying it represented an open war against free media with the aim of terrorizing journalists and preventing them from fulfilling their professional duty of exposing its crimes to the world.
The syndicate said more than 240 Palestinian journalists had been killed by Israeli fire in Gaza since the war started on October 7th, 2023.
Let me say that again.
240 Palestinian journalists have been killed by Israeli fire in Gaza since October 7, 2023.
The world should be outraged.
Israeli military spokesperson Brigadier General Effie DeFryn said in a statement late on Monday that the military, in line with international law, was obligated to investigate.
As always, we will present our findings as transparently as possible, he said.
Israel has barred all foreign journalists from entering the Gaza Strip since the start of the war in 2023.
Reporting from the territory throughout the war has been done by Palestinian journalists, many of whom have worked for many years for international media organizations, including wire services such as Reuters and the Associated Press.
Jimmy Doerr says, Whoops, we murdered a bunch of innocent people again.
Sorry.
Aaron Matei, the world's most evil army breaking, a video documents a horrific Israeli crime targeting ambulance and to civil defense crews as they were rescuing victims and the wounded after Israel bombed Nasser Medical Complex in Khan Yunus.
Among them was journalist Hossam Al-Mazri.
Jeremy Corbyn, Israel bombed a hospital.
Rescue workers and reporters rushed to recover the dead and the wounded.
Israel bombed the hospital again, live on TV.
Read that again.
Our government's legacy will be its complicity in crimes against humanity.
End all arms sales to Israel now.
Abu Bekar Abed, hey guys, I have double-tapped, struck a hospital and killed 10 people, and I apologize for that after investigating myself and finding out I mistakenly did it.
Yeah, they mistakenly did it.
Okay, go to the next slide.
This is propaganda, not journalism.
Netanyahu says Israel regrets mishap at Gaza hospital.
Netanyahu says Israel regrets tragic mishap after Gaza reporters killed.
Benjamin Netanyahu reacts to Israeli strike on the hospital.
Tragic mishap.
Benjamin Netanyahu says Israeli strike on Nasser hospital, a tragic mishap.
Today, Israel killed one of the journalists who wrote this story.
Lord, have mercy on these kids.
I can't believe people to invoke God to justify supporting this.
Malnourish kids.
So the guy who did that story about the malnourished kids, Israel targeted them and killed them because that's what they do.
They're trying to kill the journalists on purpose because they don't want anybody left to report on their crimes, which is why they won't let in international journalists.
Go ahead.
Malnourished kids arrive daily at Gaza Hospital as Netanyahu denies hunger.
Richard Medhurst, another voice gone.
Fuck every Western journalist and outlet that runs cover for the sustained slaughter of press and media.
You are unfit to call these people your colleagues.
Slide breaking the physician Dr. Mohammed Al-Habibi was killed by the Israeli army in the massacre at Nasser Medical Complex in Khan Yunus, southern Gaza.
Max Blumenthal says Israel is deliberately slaughtering the most courageous journalists alive for exposing the genocide to the world.
It's past time for all pro-Israel media professionals to be stigmatized, publicly shamed, and confronted everywhere they are.
They are traitors to their profession.
Yep, next slide.
Here's Netanyahu's top media propagandist justifying Israelis' deliberate murder today of Mohamed Salama for taking a video of a major international news event.
Israel's Hezbollah elite is not ashamed to flaunt their army's demonic slaughter of journalists.
In fact, they're proud.
So there is six months ago, Al Jazeera photographer Mohammed Salama enthusiastically documented the morbid ceremony in which the bodies of the Bibis family and Oded Lifshitz were returned to Israel.
This morning, he was eliminated in the IDF attack on Khan Yunus Hospital.
Wow.
Go ahead.
Glenn Greenwald, Israel always feigns regret whenever powerful Western institutions are implicated in their indiscriminate slaughter.
Like when they had to fake remorse over the murder of the world's central kitchen aid workers.
But this is what Israel does daily in Gaza, and they regret nothing.
Nothing.
They regret nothing.
Caitlin Johnstone, it's anti-Semitic blood libel to say Israel would bomb a hospital unless there's proof Israel did bomb the hospital, in which case the hospital was Hamas.
Unless nobody's believing that the hospital was Hamas, in which case it was a tragic accident.
And Israel is looking into it.
Yeah, so even after they're killing their own journalists, they still, the Western media still does apologia for Israel.
I mean, this is just the craziest.
This is like, you know, if Reuters and the Western media was covering Auschwitz, they would just, they would say, oh, some more people died from famine, but they wouldn't say they were starved to death and killed.
They would say, oh, they got, you know, if they gassed them, they would say, oh, they had a lung condition.
I mean, this is really, this is beyond.
And Israel does not have a right to exist.
Israel shouldn't exist.
Israel is the satanic state in the world right now, by far.
They're bombing again, the people in Yemen.
I'm sure they're probably bombing Syria again, and I'm sure they're ramping up to bomb Iran again.
Israel is a satanic state, and that is not an overstatement.
And the fact that they, and none of those Zionists are even religious, they hide behind religion and they do it in the name of God.
And it's the most and but you know, there it is.
There's Trump.
It just could not happen without Trump.
And MAGA's not putting enough pressure on Trump to stop this.
I'll tell you that.
Not at all.
Not even close.
Jimmy, do you think people really buy these apologies, these headlines that they say it's a tragic mishap?
Do you think people are like, there are people like, oh, that was just a miserable thing?
I think Jake Tapper does.
I mean, you know, it doesn't matter if people buy it.
No, I don't think anybody buys it.
No, this isn't stopping.
This isn't stopping because people like Donald Trump and it's not just Trump.
It's our whole government.
They're not going to stop doing this.
And that's why we can't see the Epstein files, because our entire system is being run by a bunch of blackmailed pedals.
That's the system we live in.
Woo!
America, home of the free land of the brave.
There we are, slaughtering the most vulnerable people in the world in a hospital, in a hospital.
Wow.
We all remember the beauty of the Trump administration is he's bringing in an era of free speech.
Do you remember this?
Play the clip.
In addition, I'm pleased to report that America is also a free nation once again.
On day one, I signed an executive order to stop all government censorship.
No longer will our government label the speech of our own citizens as misinformation or disinformation, which are the favorite words of censors and those who wish to stop the free exchange of ideas.
So look at that.
He's bringing in free speech, the free exchange of ideas.
It's fantastic.
Oh, wait a minute.
Let's see what he said today.
Go to the first clip.
There's an executive order on flag burning.
It charges your attorney general.
Would you listen to this?
This is flag burning.
All over the country, they're burning flags.
All over the world, they burn the American flag.
And as you know, through a very sad court, I guess it was a five to four decision.
They called it freedom of speech.
But there's another reason which is perhaps much more important.
It's called death.
Because what happens when you burn a flag is the area goes crazy.
If you have hundreds of people, they go crazy.
You could do other things.
You can burn this piece of paper.
But when you burn the American flag, it incites riots at levels that we've never seen before.
People go crazy.
In a way, both ways.
There are some that are going crazy for doing it.
There are others that are angry, angry about them doing it.
People go crazy, really, when they see a flag on fire?
You mean like Frankenstein from the 1930s movie?
Fire ban.
What is he talking about?
Burning the American flag hasn't been a thing for like decades anyway.
I don't see people across the country burning the American flag.
That really hasn't been a thing for decades.
This seems like another distraction from social media criticism he's getting or maybe another distraction from the Epstein files.
But whatever it is, just as BlackRock is getting ready to raise everybody's utility rates this winter, you can't even burn the flag to stay warm.
That's the problem there.
So he couldn't leave it.
It couldn't just make it illegal to burn the Israeli flag, which they just did, but couldn't forget about the American flag.
This is just gotcha control.
That's all that is.
So yeah, so now he's like, well, shit, we made it illegal to burn the Israeli flag.
Well, we got to do America too.
So that seems like what this is.
This is the opposite, again, of the opposite of free speech.
Because speech, well, let's go to because burning the flag is speech.
You're not upset that he's burning a piece of cloth.
You're upset at the idea behind burning the flag.
It's not the flag.
It's the idea they're expressing.
And so just as Trump said in the first clip, that we're not going to stifle the free expression of American citizens, that's exactly what he's doing.
So let's go ahead and read this.
So it says, the order the Republican president signed in the Oval Office acknowledged the court, because the court, the Supreme Court had already ruled on this in 1989.
The Supreme Court already ruled on this in 1989 and said burning the speech of the American flag is speech and it's protected by the First Amendment.
And how ironic again, Donald Trump saying one thing and doing the exact opposite: hey, I'm going to get rid of all these protected classes of people, you know, like gays and lesbians and hate speech.
We're getting rid of all that.
Oh, except we're bringing in a new one.
You can't, it's hate speech against Jews and Zionists, and they're protected, they need our protection.
And so that was all garbage, right?
He just came in, he got rid of the woke left, he brought in the woke like, right.
And now here he is saying that free speech is here.
And again, free speech is not here.
And so let's read this.
The order the Republican president signed in the Oval Office acknowledged the Supreme Court's five to four ruling in a case from Texas from 1989, but he said there is still room to prosecute flag burning if it is likely to incite imminent lawless action or amounts to fighting words.
So in that case in 1989, the justices ruled five to four that the First Amendment protects flag burning as legitimate, as legitimate political expression.
Even Justice Antonin Scalia, the most right-wing conservative guy in the world, Antonin Scalia, the conservative icon who Trump has repeatedly praised, he was in the majority, the five to four decision that said burning the flag is protected speech.
Even that guy was on board.
So now Trump is to the right of Antonin Scalia.
Think about that.
So Trump said Monday that burning the U.S. flag incites riots and level at levels we've never seen before.
What are you talking about?
What are you talking about?
With some people going crazy over burning it, he didn't offer any examples.
There's no examples.
He didn't, he just said it.
So the text of the executive order states that desecrating the American flag is uniquely offensive and provocative.
So that's the old thing of I'm for free speech until you say something I don't like.
Right.
So that's what that is.
I'm all for free speech, but until you say something that's offensive.
Yeah, guess what?
Offensive speech is protected by the First Amendment.
That's why we have the First Amendment for speech you don't like.
You don't need protection for speech you like.
You need protection for speech that people find offensive.
But what about all those crazy people, Jimmy?
What they just go crazy after they see a flag burning.
What about them?
Yeah.
You mean the ones that he gave no examples of?
I haven't seen any examples.
I haven't seen a flag burning for a while, since like, what was it in June that we started to see flag burning?
It hasn't happened any longer.
By the time somebody is actually burning the American flag, it's in response to violence that the U.S. has already been putting on everybody else.
I think America has reached the point where it's not even ironic symbolism to burn the American flag anymore.
So let's in a statement, it is a statement of contempt, hostility, and violence against our nation, Trump says.
The clearest possible expression of opposition to the political union that preserves our rights, liberty, and security.
Burning this representation of America may incite violence and riot.
Okay, well, let's wait till it does because I can't point to one instance where burning the flag incited violence or a riot.
Hasn't happened.
The order also calls on Attorney General to prioritize enforcement to the fullest extent possible of criminal and civil laws against flag burning that cause harm unrelated to the First Amendment.
Okay, well, you know, here's the, the irony is that I remember when this was in the court in 1989.
I remembered I was starting comedy.
And people used to say, you know, you should shed a tear of joy when you see someone burning the flag because that's how free we are.
Because we have freedom other countries don't have.
We get, that's, you are, that is political speech.
That is free speech.
You are expressing an idea.
that other people find offensive.
And guess what?
That's protected under the Supreme Court, under the Constitution.
And that's not me saying that.
That's Antonin Scalia saying that, the former Supreme Court justice.
So Trump said the court that ruled that the flag burning is constitutionally protected was a very sad court, he said.
And by the way, Mr. President, burning flags don't start riots.
You know what does start riots?
Feds.
Feds start riots.
Federal agent provocateurs start riots.
And you know, I know that because I've seen it on video.
That's how I know it.
And he said, I like how he says it was a very sad court.
I like happy courts.
Hey, I'm going to give you the electric chair.
Wow.
Thanks, Your Honor.
Best seat in the house.
That's a spirit.
Why can't every death row perp be positive like you?
Actually, the perp is going to get both positive and negative, if you know what I'm talking about.
If you know anything about it.
Trump said, I guess it was a five to four decision.
They called it freedom of speech, the president said.
But there's another important, there's another reason, which is perhaps much more important.
It's called death.
Oh.
Because what, so if you have hundreds of people, they go crazy.
Again, he doesn't have any examples of people going crazy of this ever inciting a riot ever.
Let's go.
Next slide.
So that's it.
That's it.
Okay.
So play this again.
Go ahead, play that again.
In addition, I'm pleased to report that America is also a free nation once again.
On day one, I signed an executive order to stop all government censorship.
No longer will our government label the speech of our own citizens as misinformation or disinformation, which are the favorite words of censors and those who wish to stop the free exchange of ideas and friends.
So to me, that's like that.
Trump is just kind of telling a joke there.
He's like doing some improv.
He's not lying.
He's doing improv.
He's winging it off the cuff.
Okay, give me a premise.
Give him a premise, give him a punchline.
He'll take care of the rest.
Hey, if you want to see someone inside a riot, you should come see me do stand-up comedy in Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver, Chicago, Appleton, Wisconsin, Fort Wayne, Indiana, and Louisville.
Go to JimmyDoor.com.
Oh, but also going to be, guess who else we're going to be?
Hermosa Beach.
And where's the other one?
Sacramento, San Francisco.
Sacramento and San Francisco.
Go to jimmydoor.com for a link for tickets.
So again, this is another big letdown by Donald Trump going against exactly what he claims to be for.
If you're for the First Amendment, if you're for the Constitution, if you're on the side of Antonin Scalia, you understand that burning the flag is an expression, a political speech.
Because if you're not upset that they're burning cloth, you're upset at what the intent is of that person.
He said it's offensive.
He's saying he's like undermining his own case.
It's offensive.
Yeah, it's supposed to be offensive.
That's why people are doing it.
They want to offend people.
And offensive speech is protected.
So I guess I'm never going to get anybody on the Trump administration on my show.
I saw Tulsi Gabbard went on Megan Frickin' Kelly show today.
So, yes, but they won't come on our show anymore.
Isn't that something?
That's good.
That's good they don't want to come on our show.
They don't want to come on our show.
They want to go on everybody else's show that's complicit with what they're doing throughout the world.
That's exactly right.
They don't mind being challenged by CNN or MSNBC or Fox News because they're only going to challenge them in a corporate way.
They're afraid of actual challenges from shows like mine.
And so, you know, they all used to come on my show.
Jay Bhattacharya came on my show.
RFK came on my show.
Tulsi used to be a regular on our show.
Now none of them, they won't touch us with a 10-foot poll.
And I take that as a badge of honor, actually, because Trump is effing up right now and in big ways, left and right.
And it's not hard to point it out.
And I'm sure there's lots of MAGA who understand this.
And they understand that what first it was illegal to burn the Israeli flag.
Now it's, and it's just, it's, it's an unbelievable kind of 180 Trump is doing on free speech.
It's like, yeah, I'm for free speech we like, just like the Democrats, just like the liberals, just like the woke left.
They're for free.
They're for speech they like, just like Trump.
Isn't it funny?
No matter who you vote for, you get John McCain.
So this is a story that's near and dear to my heart because I've been on the forefront of calling out the COVID scandemic, which is exactly what it was.
COVID was never deadly.
For people under 59 years old, it had a 0.003% infection fatality rate.
Even Bill Gates, after he cashed in his Pfizer stock, said that it wasn't deadly.
It was like the flu and it affected most of the elderly.
But still today, in 2025, they are fining restaurants that didn't go along with the scandemic.
And it's what it was, a scandemic.
And so let's go to this story.
The court upholds nearly a $1 million fine against a restaurant that ignored the pandemic indoor dining ban.
And they should have, because you know who was ignoring the indoor dining ban at the same time?
I don't know.
How about Governor Gavin Newsom?
He's got the whole world.
He's got his cops out arresting people for surfing at the beach while he's indoors, no masks on, doing indoor dining at the French laundry.
Remember that picture?
Everybody saw that?
So now they're coming still in 2025.
They're still coming after restaurants.
Let's go to this story.
A Washington state restaurant that ignored a 2020 state COVID-19 pandemic order must pay a fine of $936,000, $18,000 per day for each day it remained in operation.
While a state emergency order banning indoor dining was in place, an appeals court has ruled.
The ban imposed in late 2020 by Washington governor Jay Inslee went into effect following a jump in cases and hospitalizations.
In response, the owner of Stuffy's 2 restaurant button, Glenda Dueling, ignored the order, resulting in financial punishment.
The fine was levied by the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries, which the duelings say they cannot pay.
Meanwhile, the Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals did not have their back, refusing to weigh in after saying they don't have the authority to deal with the constitutional matters.
A Superior Court judge upheld the decision.
Despite providing tax returns showing that it operated at a loss in 2020 and received a PP loan, the court ruled that the duelings have not provided evidence that their company cannot pay the fines.
Wow.
Dueling has not demonstrated that is unemployed.
This means your government are the criminals.
So that judge is a criminal, that governor of Washington state is a criminal.
The whole goddamn system, they're all criminals.
And the people who are standing up for freedom and liberty are the people who are running that restaurant.
All right, keep going.
Dueling has not demonstrated that it's unable to pay the fine or that the fine is excessive, Judge Rebecca Glasgow wrote for a unanimous panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals of the Washington judges that considered the case.
There is nothing in the record about what savings or assets dueling had.
Glasgow continued, adding, dueling had ample opportunities to provide additional documentation, deposition, testimony to support a contestion that it was unable to pay the fine and it did not do so.
In December 5th, 2020, Facebook post that dueling said that they had made the decision to resume indoor dining.
It has come down to the point where we shut our doors after today and call it quits after 32 years of proudly serving the community, or we fight.
We have made the decision over closing that we are fighting.
If we go down, at least our employees will be able to have a better chance at having a better holiday season.
This is not just about us as the owners struggling.
This is about Stuffy's family.
A report from the nation's Grock.
Oh, Grock says a report from the National Republic.
So the question is: how many restaurants permanently closed during the pandemic?
Report from the National Restaurant Association based on survey conducted from November 17th to the 30th, 2020, estimated 110,000 eating and drinking establishments or about 17% of the industry had either permanently or long-term closed as of December 1st, 2020.
Data Essential, a food service research firm, reported in March 2021 that 79,438 restaurants or 10.2% of the 778,807 restaurants operating at the start of the pandemic had permanently closed.
And Donald Trump is not going to step in and try to help these people because he's still touting his Operation Warp Speed and his vaccine that didn't stop transmission or contraction and didn't do anything they said it did.
He won't even admit that COVID was a scam.
So there's nobody to help these people.
I hope they appeal to the Supreme Court.
I hope that that could happen.
Again, we're ruled by criminals.
So that whole justice system in Washington state are criminals.
And the people who, and they're prosecuting the people who aren't.
Again, it's, you know, it's like when I had Cornell West on the show and I showed him 41% of black-owned businesses permanently closed during COVID.
And he didn't say a damn thing about those workers.
He couldn't give a shit.
And because it takes actual courage to do something like that, to go against his shit lib and his ivory tower employment.
He wouldn't do anything that's going to risk that.
And so here we are.
Here we are.
The criminals run everything because the people who were supposed to stand up during COVID and say something didn't have the balls to say anything, didn't have integrity, didn't have the spine.
And still to this day, nobody's saying you think you think Cornell West is going to come out and start screaming about how this injustice over COVID?
No, he's not going to say anything.
Nobody's going to say anything.
Maybe Tim Robbins, I'm going to say something.
Max Blumenthal say something.
I'm going to guess probably nobody else.
It's disgusting.
And if you'd like to hear my COVID jokes, which will turn this ground upside down, you can come see me in Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver, or in Chicago.
You can come see me in South Bend, Appleton, Wisconsin.
Not South Bend.
Fort Wayne, Indiana, Appleton, Wisconsin.
Supposed to be Sacramento, San Francisco.
Go to jimmydoor.com for a link for tickets.
I mean, I'm not ever going to get over it.
I think about it every day, about how this happened.
And people still pretend like fascism is a thing that's going to be brought in by Donald Trump.
We've been living through fascism for a long time.
And there's nothing more Nazi-like than shutting down people's businesses over a scam.
There's nothing more Nazi-like than demolishing people's living, smashing them, doing a controlled demolition of our economy for what?
For profit for big pharma.
That's what this was all about.
This was always about profit for big pharma.
And then they censored people telling the truth about COVID, and they still do.
And I just can't believe all the people that I used to look up to, which I no longer do, and I have disdain for, as comedians, politicians, journalists, activists, people that don't give a shit about this.
You would think, you know, 100,000 workers got fired in New York alone for not taking a mandated experimental medical treatment that didn't do what they said it did.
And where are the people standing up for those workers?
Where's Cornell West screaming?
He never said a damn thing about it, still isn't saying a damn thing about it.
So all those people who were your heroes aren't.
All the people who are my heroes are not.
And it still comes down to people like Joe Rogan and me to say something about it.
