It's the Jimmy Dore Show.
Big news last week, Washington Post went after the Grey Zone.
And let me tell you what happened real quick before I bring in Max.
Here's the article.
Failing Washington Post attempts to get Gray Zone editor jailed with error-filled smear piece.
Did that really happen?
Yeah, it really did.
After sending Wyatt a series of, so Wyatt is the reporter for the Grey Zone.
After sending Wyatt a series of aggressively worded emails implicitly threatening to have him criminally prosecuted and demanding to speak with his lawyer, the Washington Post employee relied on a series of hacked documents to expose what Wyatt never attempted to conceal.
While beginning his journalistic career, he appeared on the Iranian news outlet, Press TV, several dozen times.
Can I just say the Washington Post has more spooks woven in there than a Disneyland attraction.
Anyway, incidentally, during this time, Wyatt received payment from such nefarious foreign outlets as CBS Weekend News and CBS This Morning, which correctly credited him as a journalist when airing the footage he gathered reporting from the front lines of a Black Lives Matter protest.
So they were on this hit piece on this on Grey Zone journalists trying to make it look like he's working, he's an enemy of the United States, working for, which he never kept secret that he did that.
But they tried to pretend he did.
And then here, they had to retract it.
A previous version of this article incorrectly said that the leaders of the online news site, Grey Zone, had received payments from Iranian media, according to recently unroofed documents.
The documents show that only one of the site's editors received such payment.
The article has been corrected.
The bogus defamatory line has since been publicly retracted by the Washington Post, undercutting men's, which is the writer who did this at the Washington Post, his apparent agenda, which was to falsely insinuate Russia and Iranian sponsorship of the Grey Zone News.
But they still, he still didn't, he kept his tweet up.
I wrote about a news site whose top leaders have taken money from Iran as well as Russia, showing how it's getting harder to trace the forces behind anyone false narrative for you.
It's free.
And then even Ryan Grimm, even a hack like Ryan Grimm, he has to call them out, try to get himself a little bit more credibility.
He said, your article does not even remotely begin to substantiate the claims you're making in this tweet.
How is this tweet still up with the correction?
The answer to who funds the Grey Zone is soon going to be Jeff Bezos because he's what he's implied, and they're going to sue them for defamation.
And then Jeff Bezos is going to have to pay Grey Zone a lot of money.
And just so you want to say something, Kurt?
It's actually getting easier to trace the forces behind any one false narrative.
It's just one source.
It's the government, like every single time.
Yeah.
Well, here's what Caitlin Johnstone says.
He says, the hit piece is having its intended effect.
You see professional empire apologists all over Twitter today promoting the false claim that Gray Zone is funded by Iran and Russia.
The Empire's information warriors now have one more weapon they can use to weaken public trust and dissent journalism whenever it presents an inconvenient narrative.
And this guy says Max Blumenthal now document, see, here it is.
So here's the people doing it.
Eli Kohanim.
Max Blumenthal, now documented to be on Islamic Republic of Iran's payroll, a national security threat.
He and Grey Zone News should be investigated.
Shocking.
A woman whose career is built on lies, telling more lies.
Never would have seen that coming, says Benjamin Rubenshaw.
She's Kohenim.
She's important.
That's Kohenim.
So let me bring in Max Blumenthal.
Max Blumenthal is the award-winning journalist, as well as the editor-in-chief and founder of the independent investigative news website, The Grey Zone.
He's also the best-selling author of several books, including Goliath, the 51-Day War, and the management of savagery.
Welcome back to the show, Max Blumenthal.
Hi, Max.
Hey, Jimmy and Kurt.
Good to see you.
So it's good to see you.
By the way, great set the other night in Rutherford, New Jersey.
Very funny as always.
I hope the video of it survived.
I'm sure it did.
But the spooks were really out for, look, here's I-24 News operating in the Gray Zone, the pro-Hamas outlet being funded by Iran and Russia.
So, and here's what Mark Ames said.
He said, this is the second Washington Post hit piece against the Gray Zone this year.
Based on the sourcing media here, you get the sense Langley and the DC press corps are so frustrated that their disinformation hex cast upon Gray Zone has had no effect.
So they're trying to summon the feds to shut the gray zone down.
Articles like this placed in reputable media accusing Grey Zone of working with foreign enemy states can be used as documentation to obtain FISA warrants to spy on its journalists.
Well, like weapons of mass destruction they can plant on you through the press.
So just evade you.
That's exactly right.
And one last thing I'll show is on almost the same day the Washington Post published its attack on the Grey Zone.
The paper abruptly fired its editor-in-chief, Sally Busby, and implemented a desperate plan to prevent its complete disillusion.
We are losing large amounts of money, Washington Post publisher Will Lewis lamented during a June 3rd staff meeting.
Your audience has halved in recent years.
People are not reading your stuff.
I can't sugarcoat it anymore.
Well, maybe slandering anti-war truth-gelling independent journalists is your secret to getting more readers?
Is that what they're trying to do?
Was a staff meeting with Jeff Bezos, the guy in charge of what they do?
So, this is but okay.
So, Max, what would you like to say about this?
Well, this is why they're failing.
I mean, no, people don't want to read a full-page article about Wyatt Reid, when he was starting out his journalistic career, doing some appearances on press TV, which he was completely public about, where he said, even on his Twitter bio at the time, producer press TV.
And now we learn about those appearances in the Washington Post.
Like, what does that have to do with anybody's life?
They don't want, people don't want to see independent media attacked by a publication owned by one of the richest men in the world who inked a $600 million deal with the CIA to host its cloud through Amazon just days after buying the Washington Post.
They're sick of propaganda on behalf of the three-letter agencies, CIA, FBI, DHS, and all their NGO fronts like the Atlanta Council that are cited in this article to punch down, hippie punch independent anti-war journalists because, and it says this in the article, it says this straight up.
We have been exposing Israel's propaganda since October 7th, which they've been using to manufacture consent for genocide.
People actually want to see media hold power to account, which is the opposite of the Washington, what the Washington Post is doing here, which is why the Washington Post has this bold motto on its banner head, which declares that democracy dies in darkness.
And what's really happening here is darkness is dying in democracy as people vote with their feet to walk away from the Washington Post and to watch Jimmy Dore to support outlets like the Gray Zone that are producing factual journalism, exposing Israel's genocide, exposing the U.S. national security state.
And as Mark Ames said, they failed to paint us as some peddlers of disinformation.
They failed to discredit us.
And so now the only thing they have left is to try to get us all silenced behind prison bars with the most bogus allegations possible, trying to tie Wyatt doing journalism for press TV years before he ever was part of the gray zone to some nefarious Iranian plot to control the gray zone today.
So, and even less, so another consequence of this, which is also very serious, is that places like Patreon, Stripe, PayPal, they will use an article like this in the Washington Post to then demonetize you and say you've broken our terms of service and then they keep all your money.
They thought, well, GoFundMe did that to you, didn't they?
Yeah, I mean, well, first of all, we created this position for Wyatt Reid at the gray zone with a crowdfunding, a public crowdfunder.
GoFundMe suspended us for that.
And we went to SpotFund.
And that's how we created the position for Wyatt.
The Washington Post never mentions that.
They make readers, especially people who are sort of media illiterate, think that Iran created the position for Wyatt at the gray zone.
And that was the whole point to spur this tidal wave of lies and disinformation, because we know the greatest propagators of disinformation are mainstream and corporate media like the Washington Post.
But we were suspended from GoFundMe.
We had to go to another site called SpotFund, and that's how we raised the money.
We actually have a new fundraiser up at SpotFund.
You just have to go to spotfund.com/slash we fund the gray zone to support Wyatt Reid and us against this insane attack.
But Wyatt is also debanked.
He has been removed from Venmo.
He has been removed from PayPal.
He is not allowed to do financial transactions there, and they've never explained why.
Even Chase, the Bank of Hitler, won't take his business.
Well, we'll see what happens next, but it looks like the spooks, the censorship industrial complex, and the three-letter agencies are trying to create some kind of social credit system where if you effectively criticize Israel and interfere with the U.S. national security state's propaganda imperatives, they lower your social credit and block you from being able to participate in the financial networks.
That's what they've been doing to Wyatt for years.
So, Max, help me try to understand this.
So, Jeff Bezos doesn't just wake up one day and say, hey, let's go smear these independent anti-war journalists, right?
So, or does he?
Where does this come from?
Why would the Washington Post want to spend so much time trying to describe?
It's not just because you're showing them up with your reporting.
Is it because they're funded by APEC also or Israel or their advertising?
What makes them want to do this?
Well, look at everyone cited in the article.
Everyone quoted.
I mentioned the Atlanta Council, funded by the U.S. government, took money from Barisma when Hunter Biden was on Barisma's board and the Atlanta Council was giving awards to Joe Biden, funded by Saudi Arabia, funded by the arms manufacturers.
Another organization quoted Australia's Strategic Policy Institute, funded by the State Department, funded by the arms manufacturers, making a killing in the Gaza genocide and the Ukraine proxy war.
Everybody quoted in this article against us is state-backed, but they're backed by NATO states.
So that's good.
Falsely accusing the gray zone of being state-backed.
I mean, that's the irony, but it also tells you what the agenda is here, that the three-letter agencies, the national security state, does not want independent outlets to be doing factual reporting, explaining how they're deceiving the public into all these wars that are so profitable for the backers of all the think tanks that spread their propaganda.
You have this guy, Emerson Brooking from the Atlantic Council quoted in the article declaring that Wyatt Reed has deep ties to Iranian state media.
He did like a few dozen appearances on press TV.
According to this article, he got chump change for it.
And he has deep ties according to this spook.
Then he says we are doing narrative laundering at the gray zone for Russia, as though Russian intelligence officials are supplying us with our information and supplying us with like all of our news.
And what they're trying to say is independent media doesn't exist.
The people have no voice who support us.
And who's saying it?
It's someone who actually does narrative laundering for the CIA, for the State Department, who's funded by the U.S. government, and is spreading disinformation about us.
That's who's doing this.
And that's what the Washington Post exists to do.
So Jeff Bezos has a, well, we reported at this, he initially had over a $600 million deal with the CIA to do cloud hosting for them.
He owns many other media outlets, not just in the United States, but in Europe.
When I was in Norway, people were complaining about Jeff Bezos' influence and their news over there too.
So of course, these billionaires don't buy news outlets to make money.
They buy them so they can control the narrative and make sure that people aren't investigating them, right?
So you don't want a news organization exposing Jeff Bezos and all the garbage that he's doing with Amazon and whatever around the world and the dealings he's doing with the CIA.
And so what probably happens is that, so he's in bed with the CIA.
They have a very friendly relationship.
The CIA feeds stories to the Washington Post.
The Washington Post repeats them because they're repeaters, not actual reporters.
And then they say, hey, here's some information on these people who are undermining the CIA.
And so they go ahead and they print it and they use all these sources.
Like you point out, and that's a great article you wrote about this.
Everybody should check it out.
And you point out how every single one of them is a deep state actor, a liar, a manufacturer of consent for war and the war machine and the intelligence community.
And so that's really how this happened.
It's all, it's, it's the, what somebody called it the blob, right?
So it's, it's how the blob works, right?
Yeah, completely.
I mean, I saw some Google higher-up praising the Washington Post quote-unquote digital threats correspondent, Joseph Menn, who wrote this article.
Google and Amazon are possible, are the suspects in the question, who hosts the cloud for Israel's genocidal AI system known as Lavender, which has been generating targets in Gaza so fast that Israeli actual soldiers, people, operators of the weapon systems, can't even process the amount of targets they're receiving.
Israel uses an AI system that contains information on every person in Gaza.
And it's telling the Israeli military who to hit, whose house to bomb at night.
The system has a subprogram called Where's Daddy, which helps guide Air Force operators and other weapons systems operators on hitting homes at night.
And the question is, who hosts the cloud that contains all that information on people in Gaza?
You've seen employees at Google and Amazon, lots of tech employees resign in protest and protest public meetings of these giant tech firms, which have the cloud space, are some of the only tech giants on earth that have the cloud space to host a program like that.
And they're resigning in protest because these are likely culprits in helping Israel participate in this genocide.
These are weapons contractors when we talk about Amazon or we talk about Google or Meta.
And they're being threatened by tiny independent outlets who are crowdfunding for positions for their editors.
And they're targeting us in full-page articles.
So yeah, what is behind that?
It's a ruling elite that's incredibly threatened by the public, not just us, but the public, because Jimmy Door or the Gray Zone, Kurt Metzger, anyone, they couldn't do what they do without the public.
The Washington Post, the reporters there, they couldn't do what they do without one of the three richest men in the world.
And as soon as his money goes away, well, I don't know where they're going to look for jobs, but I hear Press TV might be hiring.
Ah, bam.
Well, I just love this is my favorite part of the article when the publisher of the Washington Post says, hey, we're losing lots of money.
Nobody's reading your stuff.
I can't sugarcoat anymore.
And it doesn't make them like, why would you, why are you telling your staff that?
My question.
Why are you going to Bezos and saying, hey, maybe tell the CIA we got to do better stories?
Yeah, maybe we should start doing some actual news reporting.
Maybe we should start telling the truth.
Maybe we should give people a reason to read the Washington Post.
Like that, that never claims.
It's like, just to laugh at Taylor Lorenz is not enough to run away.
So she can carry the whole thing on her face, Yamika.
Max, I mean, you know, you run a news site.
What do you think was his thinking is telling them that?
Why is he telling them we can't sugarcoat it anymore?
Yeah, but he doesn't.
That doesn't seem, I didn't see any reporting where he said, so this is what we're going to do from now on.
Like we're going to act.
He doesn't have a plan to fix this.
Yeah, they've wasted a giant penis-shaped rocket's worth of money on this.
I mean, the plan, according to this Vanity Fair article, is for creating a third wing of the Washington Post, which focuses on kind of social media storytelling.
So basically, what they're saying is that our content isn't the problem.
The problem is the public is stupid, and we're just going to give them news that's easier to Digest because they're not reading articles and no one's picking up newspapers anymore.
And basically, people don't know how to read.
But, you know, they could actually try afflicting the powerful instead of comforting the comfortable.
Oh, that might actually work.
But instead, they're hippie punching Wyatt Reed, you know, for when he was starting out his journalistic career, doing some production and appearances for press TV.
I mean, that's there.
There are so many powerful people who are committing so many corrupt, heinous acts that the public is furious about.
And the Washington Post is running cover for them day after day.
Maybe that's the problem.
Maybe the problem isn't that the public's stupid.
It's that the public is onto you.
Yeah, I think that, yeah.
So, of course, they're not going to identify the actual problem.
They're going to pretend it's something else.
It's our delivery system.
We need to just package it differently.
We need to package our bullshit news story, pro-war propaganda from the establishment and the weapons manufacturer.
It's funny how you put it.
I never thought of Amazon as like a weapons sale.
But in a sense, I guess they are Google and what they everything is part of the weapon thing.
The food supply, the drug supply, the Amazon supply.
Everything ties into the military-industrial complex.
Yeah, I mean, the $95 billion in aid, it's not like it's aid to Ukraine to help them win.
It's laundering money through the Ukrainian military that all comes back here in the form of contracts and subcontracts to private companies like Amazon, like Palantir, like, you know, the weapons manufacturers, Northrop Grumman, and they're all going to set up new plants thanks to this aid.
The Wall Street Journal reported in May that the Biden administration hopes to extract political benefits from that aid because new plants will be set up in Pennsylvania and Arizona, which are swing states that Biden hopes to win.
So that's kind of, you know, really runs on the necro economy.
Okay.
Well, has there been any fallout positive or negative around this story?
Well, I mean, the fallout is people just lying about us, like this Israeli public outlet, I-24, falsely saying we're funded by Iran and Russia in order to get us investigated.
And they say there are calls from the U.S. to investigate the gray zone.
And who do they quote?
Who do they quote on those calls?
Rabbi Shmooley.
No.
Yes.
Rabbi Shmooley.
Oh, even his name sounds like an anti-Semitic insult, doesn't it?
I mean, he's literally like lifted from the brain of Joseph Goebbels.
He's like, if Nazis want Jews to be one thing, it's Rabbi Shmooley.
I think Rabbi Schmuelie made that statement in some way on Twitter saying, is this what I look like to you?
And then actually, to my mind, toned it down a little bit with how he looks.
Yeah, for Purim, which is the Jewish holiday where it's our like Halloween, he dressed up as an anti-Semitic stereotype, but it's kind of like redundant.
Kind of like a hat on a hat, if you know what I mean.
So, I mean, yeah, the fallout is ridiculous.
It's false.
It's absurd.
But at the same time, one of the two major papers in America is openly trying to get us jailed to give us the Assange treatment.
And Assange is still in jail.
So it's important to stand up against this.
I mean, we launched a fundraiser just to support Wyatt Reed.
And it's at spot fund/slash we fund the gray zone.
And, you know, it's just important to support independent media.
And they say, they state openly in the article why they're going after us.
And it's for busting Israeli propaganda after October 7th and busting the propaganda that supports the Ukraine proxy war.
Aaron Mate is called out in the article for accusing Bellingcat of being a NATO front.
It is.
Everyone knows it is.
And they quote the great Rabbi Shmooley as a source.
This is a solid article.
Of course, Bellingcat.
They admit they take their money directly from the NED, which was invented so the CIA could fund stuff without it saying it's coming from the CIA.
Gamer just really wanted to bring Putin to justice who lived in England.
Yeah, that's a gamer put it together.
I mean, but you're right.
I mean, that's, you know, people who are media illiterate won't know the difference.
They'll think, oh, Bellingcat is some kind of credible organization.
Dude, I don't even, okay.
Before that, I told you, before I worked on the show, I had never, ever heard of Bellingcat ever once.
Right.
So how would media illiterate people ever even know anything about it?
Well, because now the New York Times and places like that are starting to use it as a source.
And so they'll go right, Max.
Yeah, I mean, they exist for like media elites and spooks, and that's who loves.
Yes.
Yeah.
You know, it's not like they're depending on the public.
Well, no.
Rabbi Schmule used to hang out with Oprah and Michael Jackson.
I just want to point out that creepy shit.
And he sells dildos with his daughter.
Kosher sexists.
I'm starting to think Michael Jackson was framed.
Why you think he was a clone?
Because he looked completely different by the end.
Yeah.
That's what I've seen.
No, I think he was calling out people, powerful people.
I think he was killed.
But I'm just starting to.
Do you think you normally give a guy definitely?
You don't think it's normal to give a guy propoful every night to go to sleep until he dies.
What did you say, Max?
Yeah, no, Kurt said it.
Okay.
You know why he took that every time?
Michael Jackson's rabbi.
Yeah, Rabbi Shmuley was his rabbi.
It's not a good sign.
But you know why Michael took that every night?
Because he was innocent.
That's why he needs the dark dreamless sleep of propofol.
Anyway, there's a lot more to the Michael Jackson than people know.
That's all I've said.
There's a lot of weird stuff to it.
He was the Jehovah Witness, though.
You know that, right?
Yeah, I know that.
But I think Joe Jackson is some weird other stuff.
Yeah, I'm sure.
Like real weird stuff.
Okay.
All right.
Let's not get too off track.
Max Blumenthal, thank you so much.
And what's the you so you're doing a fundraiser for Wyatt?
Yeah, we're at spot fund, spot.fund.com slash wefund the gray zone.
We'll be sending that out to everyone who subscribes to our email list, which you can sign up for at thegrayzone.com.
And we're just going to keep producing, continue to produce more really hard-hitting journalism.
You'll see this week what I mean by that.
And that's why they're after us.
They're after you too.
They're pretty much after everyone.
Also, because they're jealous because no one's reading them.
And people trust comedians now more than politicians or journalists, as they should.
Yeah.
I mean, just look at my Wikipedia page.
That's how you know, that's how you know it's run by the intelligence community.
And they've got to stamp you as a conspiracy theorist, right?
In the first sentence, even though every conspiracy I've ever reported on has been true.
I could easily trust a convicted felon over anyone working in government.
That's right.
You know, like, just if I had to just make a blind guess, I would go with the felon.
Yeah.
As opposed to the uncaught felon.
Great.
And Wikipedia won't allow you to use Grey Zone as a source.
So if you want to make us a deprecated source and then weeks later set up a web, a Wikipedia page about us in order to defame us.
And there's no way that you can come in and edit and correct the lies that are spread about us on our page, but you also can't use our factual journalism to cite on Wikipedia.
Right.
So exact.
I mean, I think they still have things like they still pretend that Assad gassed his own people, even though all the whistleblowers from the OPCW came out and Aaron Mate did all that reporting on it and exposed it.
They still pretend like that's a conspiracy theory.
No, the conspiracy theory is that Assad, it's funny how they could switch that.
You know, I remember Jenk Uger tried to call me a conspiracy theorist because I was debunking the Russia Gate conspiracy theory.
Like, no, no, I'm doing the exact opposite.
I'm debunking.
I'm conclusion theorists.
I'm debunking the stupid Russia Gate conspiracy, just like I was debunking the stupid conspiracy that Assad gassed his own people.
I was debunking those, right?
Just like I was debunking that Russia somehow helped Trump hack and Julian Assange hack into the DNC server.
That didn't happen.
That didn't happen.
I debunked that.
It's not a conspiracy theory.
But they said Wikipedia still says all that stuff.
I'm pretty sure.
I haven't read my page in a while, but I know in the first sense, it calls me a conspiracy theorist, and they'll never get rid of that.
Well, I got some great news.
No one gives a shit about, I mean, Wikipedia is a joke.
It's a joke to anyone that knows anything.
Well, most people don't know anything.
That's the problem, right?
Most people.
They know that much because even most people think Fauci's still a good guy.
Right?
Most people still have Ukraine flags in their fucking bio.
I would say most of them.
Even as they're sending nuclear subs and hypersonic missiles to Cuba.
I think that's grotesquely inflated.
You got to remember that stuff's fake.
Where you're like, nobody likes this.
They probably don't.
Oh, you think about the Ukraine war?
Not just that.
Anything online where you're like, why is this guy have all these fun?
People have been buying followers for years.
This is for many, many years.
It's been fake.
That's why there's a dead internet conspiracy.
I don't even understand the full theory, but there's bots doing everything.
So all this stuff that nobody likes, there isn't a bunch of people that like it.
They're faking it.
Oh, okay.
All right.
All right.
Well, Max Blumenthal, good work over at the Gray Zone.
Great work in Rutherford, New Jersey.
You should do a little tour.
You should do a little stand-up tour.
Why do you hate yourself as a Jew?
That's my question on behalf of the Washington Post.
Yeah, I thought they were going to ask me to condemn Hamas, but will you condemn them?
But will you?
For some reason, I never got an email from them.
But do you condemn them?
But do you condemn them?
I condemn them so much, I would never have sent them money like Bibi did.
That's how much I condemn them.
That's how much I condemn them.
Gave up on them years ago.
But yeah, we're going to look at doing some more live Gray Zone shows.
And yeah, thanks for bringing me back on stage.
It felt good.
Yes, for supporting us here.
Okay, great job.

So Rachel Maddow did it again.
Rachel Maddow has been she, by the way, she's making Alex Jones look like Walter Cronkite with her crazy conspiracy theories.
You're talking to Oliver Dorsey, the guy Alex Jones got in trouble for a while.
That's on Twitter for, I don't even know what he said about him, but it's true.
And by the way, here's a picture of Rachel Maddow from 1899 for some reason.
Those glasses look better on Kevin Spacey.
I got to be honest.
They sure did.
So here's her latest, here's her latest crazy quackadoo psychotic break meltdown.
Oh, boy.
And she wants you to believe it.
She doesn't believe this, what she's about to say, but she wants you to believe it.
It's important for you to believe it.
Just like it was important for you to believe that Russia could turn off your power in the middle of the winter.
Just like it was important for you to believe that the Ukraine war was legit.
Just like it was important for you to believe Russia Gate and that Trump was colluding with Putin against our own country.
Just like it was important for you to believe that Julian Assange hacked into the DNC server and he's a bad person.
Just like she knows better.
Rachel Maddow knows all that's garbage, but she gets paid $100,000 a day to convince you of it.
$100,000 a day.
I know that's shocking, right?
That's how much Rachel Maddow gets paid.
$100,000 a day.
A day.
And nobody.
So the question she was asked was: Trump and his allies are openly talking about weaponizing the government to seek revenge against critics in media and politics, with some of his extremist Allies, even talking about jailing their fellow Americans, like they're doing to Trump.
Yeah.
Wow.
They're going to do he, Trump might, they want Trump to do what we're doing to him.
I don't want you having indoor jails.
I want you in a FEMA tent.
Look at all the people.
Not only they're trying to put Trump in jail, Steve Bannon, they're putting in jail.
They're putting all these people around him.
Flynn.
Look at all the people they're putting in jail.
Well, that's why they're extra afraid because they did that to Trump.
Yeah.
And if Trump gets power, they do.
They're like, it can happen to us.
So she says you're he needs.
So the question is, you're one of his most notable critics on television.
Are you worried that you could be a target?
Oh, didn't Trump come out and say he would pardon Assange and release all the Epstein files?
Did he say that?
But he didn't do that either.
No, no, no.
He's currently saying it.
They said, will you do that?
He goes, I will release this.
I'll do that.
Really?
So I don't think she maybe, maybe she's lying.
I think of a lot of more.
Robert De Niro, he's going to come after me.
We're like, why would he come after you, Robert De Niro?
Well, he's on the Epstein list.
Yeah.
That's why.
So here we go.
So Maddow responds to that question.
I'm worried about the country broadly.
If we put someone in power who is openly avowing that he plans to build camps to hold millions of people and to root out what he's described in subhuman terms as his enemy from within.
What camps?
When did he say that?
So he's talking about he's going to deport illegal aliens.
So that's what they-Kick them out of the camps that Obama built to house the children we traffic.
Yes.
So it goes on.
Again, history is helpful here.
He's not joking when he says this stuff.
And we've seen-Well, the history is he was already president for four years and he's done none of this crazy shit that you guys are all claiming he's going to do.
It wasn't a joke, it was just a lie.
He's not joking when he says this stuff.
And we've seen what happens when people take power proclaiming that kind of agenda.
I think someone has been sitting cross-legged on the floor draped in an American flag hanging out with Keith Olbermann in his safe room for too long.
That's what that sounds like.
I think someone was in the celebrity cloning center.
That's what I think.
And by the way, Kurt, heeding dire warnings from history can be fun, but only when Republicans do it.
Yeah.
When Democrats do it, it's called the correspondence dinner.
She goes on.
She says, I think there's a little bit of head in the sand complacency that Trump only intends to go after individual people he has already singled out.
Do you really think he plans to stop at well-known liberals?
It also seems pretty clear that some people in politics might think they've been on a safe side, that they might even benefit from it.
If they side with Trump, ask Mike Pence about how that works.
That's the whole cabal.
That's the whole.
She goes, oh, they're going to come after the Republicans that are in on our vile thing, whatever the hell it is that we do.
This is telling you the whole cabal.
That's why they're scared.
epstein files coming out yeah if he's telling the truth i i'm like hey can you uh go on twitter put in joy behar uh media and see what her latest video is that comes up uh when trump invokes the insurrection act to deploy the u.s military against civilians on his first day in office do you think he then rescinds the order on day two for
that matter what convinces you but again he was already president for four years he did none of this crazy stuff that they say he's going to do he's never going to leave office he's going to declare himself a dictator i didn't know a president could just declare themselves a dictator i thought we had a senate and a congress and a supreme court and a military and separations of power okay he said he's going to release the jfk files and that was the one where i did rogan and Trump said this is Napolitano.
What's the judge?
Napolitano.
you read what i read you wouldn't have released it either which by the way was chilling when i heard that so what do you think that was oh well as you know the cia well you know it came from the oss right no heard of that the oss the office of special okay whatever from world war ii that later became the cia the point they leave out of the story though is it didn't just change names it was a merger with the nazis they went 50 50.
so that's why we live in the fourth Reich you might have noticed and so what's going to happen is and so Israel's been blackmailing everyone with Epstein because we fourth Reich, we had a deal so they could have Israel kept the Nazis here, we saved Mengele you know what this is so if he releases
that, all of Hollywood the propaganda that the intelligence community runs if Trump is not totally lying and he releases that, the stuff that will come out, people are going to go they're not even going to want camps to these people so I couldn't figure out why is Robert De Niro why these people keep doing
this, I don't think they're delusional I suspect, even if Trump's not sincere, the very thought that it could come out, the shit that they've been up to together, is like what do you think, that's why they got to go oh yeah sure he'll kill us, the lizard people but what about you, after he's done with the lizard I'm not saying I think they're lizards but you understand, people are going to want blood when they hear what these people did So let me get back to this.
So so come back to so
when trump invokes the insurrection act to deploy the u.s military against civilians on his first day in office do you think then he rescinds the order on day two for that matter what convinces you that these massive camps he's planning are only for migrants so yes i'm worried about me but only as much as i'm worried about all of us see i read this different now when i hear this shit i'm looking through a lens of so let me play this for you here's joy behar i think just yesterday that doesn't matter when this is but
She's going to.
So Trump's going to go after his political enemies.
Listen to what Joy Behar actually accidentally, unwittingly reveals.
She accidentally, unwittingly reveals that they're the people who are accusing, saying Trump is going to do that.
They're actually doing it right now.
And I'll play it for you.
All of the people in the Trump orbit who have been who basically ended up in prison.
These are all of them.
That's not even all.
You got Steve Bannon, Peter Navarro, Michael Cohen, Paul Manafort, George papadopoulos rogerstone Rick Gates, and Alan Weisselberg.
They've all gone to prison.
So when you feel bad about the system and you think, gee, we're going to get stuck with it.
These are all of the critical.
So, yeah, they've got the real criminals.
And now put Trump in there.
Because now there's a sentencing date for Trump because he got convicted of that bullshit thing about paying hush money to a porn star.
In 2016, imagine if you do someone with torture the thing again, the war crime.
Well, let's look forward.
Oh, no, we can look back, can't we?
George Bush and Dick Cheney walk the Earth Free Men.
So she's there.
She's there naming all the people in Trump's orbit that they've put in prison.
Now, including now Trump, they're going to try.
They've already convicted him.
Cheney's fat pig daughter's running a January 6th.
Yeah, no, listen, I don't have any trust in Trump's going to be able to do that.
It has nothing to do with her weight.
Fuck the whole family.
They're devils to me.
He's not going to.
But they're afraid of it.
Just, and I'm guessing the stuff he didn't release last time because he was friendly with Pompeo, right?
I think, I hope a little bit, if he comes in, he at least knows not to do the things last time.
But don't worry.
But I do have to reject and renounce your fat shaming.
Why?
It's not like it's helping.
It's not like it sweetens the pot.
I do.
I do.
She was cool.
I wouldn't bring it up.
I reject and denounce.
So the question then is, what important lesson can we learn from history to help us in this moment?
Maddow says, it's somehow comforting and discomforting at the same time to look at previous instances where factually unhinged conspiratorial narratives have taken hold in mainstream politics.
You mean like Russia Gate?
Yeah.
You mean like that?
Like that unhinged conspiratorial narrative?
I'm discomforted.
RussiaGate?
She's describing herself.
Yeah.
She's describing herself in this answer.
Well, like our foreign policy, it's okay when we do it.
One of the takeaways from that history is just the confirmation that, yes, we're quite susceptible to that as a country, but also that patient, responsible, consistent debunking, like we've done here at this show, like they've done at the Grey Zone to debunk Russia Gate and Glenn Greenwald.
Responsible, consistent debunking and criticism of those lies has an effect on the American people.
It takes a long time and it doesn't reach everyone, but it can influence the median voter in a way that ultimately can be decisive.
Well, hopefully we've done that with Russia Gate.
Yeah.
She's talking about herself.
She's the one spreading unhinged crazy conspiracies along with the rest of the media, along with the entire Democratic Party.
They've been doing nothing but spread unhinged conspiracies along with January 6th, along with the January 6th committee.
Where was the hinging of that conspiracy, the January 6th thing?
By the way, that other story we did where that Fuentes kid said the Daily Wire did him that way.
He was there urging people into the building.
That's what Max, what's her name from Greyzone?
Anya saw him.
And now I've seen the footage of it.
I've seen the footage of where he's like, we got to go in the Capitol, just like the other guy.
Oh, so you think that he was as...
They report on him.
There's that one guy who was running for office.
Do you think he was doing it on his own volition or was he a Raya?
It's some weird op that he's from.
Really?
Yeah.
I've told you all this.
Nick Fuentes?
Yeah, Greyzone reported on him.
You think he's an op?
Okay, without a doubt.
Without a doubt.
I don't even know if he's really...
I think he might not.
I think he might be a triple agent.
Followers of his, his thing's called America First, right?
He says stupid racist shit.
He says this.
Every year he makes like a Hitler speech.
Oh, really?
I don't know anything about this guy.
Okay, well, it's an op.
And I don't know where the hell he came from.
Oh, really?
Some weird test dude, baby.
This America First thing is all these young guys.
Remember Richard Spencer, CNN contributor?
Oh, Richard Spencer?
Oh, was it?
Was it, was it?
And he's an obvious gay guy?
You see the pattern here of these weird.
But they talked about how dapper he was all the time, right?
Yeah, he's dapper.
I think it's some kind of Catholic thing.
They're like, they're all like Catholic.
And you think Spencer's gay?
Look at him and hear him talk.
Of course he is.
He hangs out with all slim dudes.
And they all look at like having sex with a woman like a farm chore.
That's on my quote.
That's a digoshima.
But anyway, Kino Casino, if you watch, well, you don't watch him, but anybody watching, they do whole things on Nick Fuentes.
His movement's like done.
It was called America First.
Now think about that.
America First.
And they're all kind of racist and they don't like, they want to save the white race.
Does that sound like somebody sabotaging the idea of America?
America First.
So just off the name, you should know it's bullshit.
They're not America First, okay?
It's to make it look bad.
The guy don't like doing his job anymore.
He probably got hired like that Harry Sisson.
Yeah.
That creep.
He's the same as that guy.
Okay.
A little more sinister because they had pedos and stuff they welcome in that he knew.
Just like the Catholic Church.
They welcomed.
It's crazy if you find out what they did.
They got all these young guys that are kind of ass burgers-y, and they're skating, and they don't know their sexuality.
And it's crazy what they did.
Everything's the same story.
Every little group is the same bullshit story.
It's all a fake.
I never thought about it like that.
Yeah.
I didn't, but Max Anya saw him.
And then Kinoxino played the video that Max described and he was a guest.
He said Anya saw him.
And remember we showed how he ruined some candidate by standing next to him on purpose because they didn't like him.
Yeah.
Oh, remember he went with...
Yeah.
Oh, that's a dip shit, Milo.
That other dipshit?
That's like he was gay, but now he's fixed himself.
He's got a face off of sodomy.
Like, everyone go away.
Just go do your weird thing and stop getting involved.
But they get picked ahead of time.
So then, and I promise you, just like you didn't know who Nick Fuentes was, even though we've heard of him, you think Trump does?
But he's there with Kanye, right?
And then the reporters can go, oh my God.
He's here with a guy who's a racist, who openly says racist Nazi things.
Yes.
All the things are fake.
All the things are, it was an industry plant.
Every single thing, and the way you can tell is when someone just suddenly stops telling the truth.
I don't mean you agree with them.
I mean, I've seen this bullshit where they go, oh, you're just saying to get secret Iran, whatever bullshit I've seen people say on Twitter.
I know for a fact you're too abrasive to be able to do.
So am I. I can't just suddenly like, oh, but this Israel murder thing is good.
You know, like I don't have the ability.
I'm what's called a loose cannon.
I've always been called that at every job.
And I started to wonder, why can't we just always tell the truth?
Why is that a crazy person?
Yeah.
Why is that crazy to always tell the truth?
Think about how crazy it is to do that.
And why?
Can we just tell the truth all the time?
Why not?
Who's stopping it?
They called me a conspiracy.
Not only a loose cannon.
They called me a conspiracy theorist at the Young Turks because I debunked their bullshit conspiracy about Russiagate.
That they were screaming.
They still do.
They still scream it at the top of their lives.
Whenever I started hearing this bullshit about my truth, which came out of Oprah, by the way.
So you can go ahead and throw that shit out.
How about my lived experience?
Is there another kind of experience anywhere in the universe?
That's it.
Besides lived experience?
You mean experience?
That I didn't live?
Based on true events.
You mean events?
I had an experience while I was temporarily dead.
You had an NDE?
I had an NDE.
Not near-death experience.
So Kevin Spacey made some news.
I'm going to show you a video.
But this is Kevin Spacey right there.
That's him sitting in like a throne chair right next to convicted sex felon, Ghislaine Maxwell.
An ocean philanthropist?
It's obvious the two of them don't know each other.
Yeah.
They just felt like sitting on a red silk throne.
That's all that is.
It's always nice to run into somebody with mutual interest.
So let's listen.
And the reason I show you this is because he went on Piers Morgan and tried to deny everything, his association with Jeffrey Epstein.
Here we go.
In 2015, I started seeing reports online, things on my Twitter account that I had flown to this guy, Jeffrey Epstein's island, and I had abused young girls.
It wasn't him.
It was Kaiser Soze.
Yeah.
Also, young girls, okay, sure, he's probably innocent of that charge.
Yeah.
That's why he's pointed out.
And I was like, I mean, if you'd asked me in 2015, maybe even if you'd asked me in 2002, did I know a guy named Jeffrey Epstein?
I probably would have said no.
Well, of course, I have since learned who he is.
Because I probably would be lying back then.
Yeah.
They told me to say no.
I probably would have said no.
Well, also because he was, so first of all, the actors don't know who the guy is that owns the thing.
You got to go pay tribute to the guy.
That's right.
From the low level things I've done, I always had to go pay tribute to the guy that owns the thing.
That's right.
Never once have I not been introduced.
Okay.
That's not even an important thing.
And I have since been able to go back and find out that the airplane that we flew on for this humanitarian mission was owned by Jeffrey Epstein.
And to then learn, oh, he was actually on some of those flights.
And this Maxwell woman was on some of those flights.
Maxwell woman.
The Maxwell woman.
I've never spent any time with him.
I was with the Clinton Foundation people.
That's who I was with.
That's even better.
Yeah.
There's more suspicious.
Now, what I understand is that he didn't start to be investigated until 2005 by authorities in Florida.
So here's what I can tell you.
this Maxwell woman.
This Maxwell woman.
She was one of many people who sat down next to me in that throne room.
I have no.
In that throne room.
In that throne room.
It's a throne room.
And you don't know the people who own the thrones of the throne room.
Just some woman.
I don't know who's sitting here.
The Maxwell woman.
Yeah.
A lot of people sit next to me in the throne room.
And you're in the Clinton Foundation.
Did you?
You didn't say hi to her at Chelsea's wedding?
Wedding.
Right?
I had no relationship with him.
I mean, he's not my friend.
I'm not a confidant.
I've never spent time with him.
And interestingly, I will say this.
I was very fortunate that President.
I just, first of all, let me just say, he's like the poster boy for the liberal class.
He's puzzled and concerned.
He is.
Baffled by allegations of corruption and criminality among the globally read.
It's like he.
First of all, he looks like a clone.
If brunch had a face.
He looks like a puffy.
Is that maybe some work he had done to make him look bewildered and surprised?
Yeah, I think so.
Look at how puffy he is.
It's so strange.
That's his earnest face as he asks a 14-year-old to tell him about their Spider-Man lunchbox.
Tell me about your underoos.
And interestingly, I will say this.
I was very fortunate that President Clinton introduced me to a lot of business leaders in London because he knew I was coming to the old Vic.
And I developed relationships with Robert Earle, Kula Ladobovich, Robert Earle, a lot of wonderful people, Richard Kering, people who supported the work that we did at the old Vic.
Businessmen helped him with the old Vic or with the young boys?
Come on.
I was going to say trafficking.
Was that the business?
Do you have any idea, Kurt, how hard it is to raise money for the theater?
Nobody wants to buy tickets because it's fucking boring.
Yeah, right.
It's really just a meat market is what it is.
Okay.
I don't know.
I don't know how he's...
is he supposed to play jack benny after this here we go and gave money to us they gave money to us you know who i never asked for anything who's jeffrey epstein i didn't want to be around this guy why because i felt he put the president at risk on that trip to south africa because there were these young girls and we were like what who is this guy so i will say this so young girls on those flights or young girls on those flights yeah so he starts off well this guy get this guy gets it.
He literally begins by saying he had no idea who Epstein was and ends by saying that he was worried that Epstein was putting Clinton at risk.
Correct.
Insinuating he knows exactly what was going on and knew exactly who Epstein was.
Is that a subtle threat from Kevin Spacey that you better let me back in because I was worried, you know, like I was worried about.
You would look up all those business people.
No, because they'll just kill him.
He can't threaten anybody.
He knows the Clintons.
He knows how the CIA works.
He knows how the Mossad works.
He knows.
By the way, where did I get the impression that Kevin Spacey was a good actor?
Because did I just was that I just witnessed the worst performance of his life?
That is, I mean, this, and this is the, this is the one thing he didn't want to blow, if you know what I'm saying.
Come on.
Boy, look at how strange he looks.
Yes.
By the way, you know, he was acquitted of his charges.
He was matuted.
He was mattooed.
He was grievously.
Mattooed.
And he uses the Clinton Foundation as a character witness.
As an alibi.
Oh, my God.
You know, using the Clinton Foundation as a reason why you're not involved in human trafficking is like saying your AA sponsor is Charles Bukowski.
Yeah, like it's a, you're probably in a much worse program than whatever he was doing.
No, no, I was just there at the Clinton Foundation.
I wasn't doing anything nefarious.
Do you know how creepy the Clint Foundation is?
I was just trying to, you know, suppress the poor in Haiti and take away their minimum wage.
And get that lady pardon that was kidnapping orphans by mistake, by mistake in quotes.
By mistake.
Remember Laura, what's her name?
No, no, no, Laura Silsby.
That was their friend who ran some church that was helping get all these orphans out of Haiti off the earthquake.
And then the parents of the orphans said, they're not orphans.
Those are our kids.
Those are our kids.
And she was arrested.
And then Bill Clinton pardoned her.
She was just making a silly billy mistake of taking 10 to 12 kids out of a country to adopt.
I mean, come on, man.
And now that I know all that creepy ass shit they did in the 90s with MK Ultra stuff, the church is making it even more extra suspicious.
So anyway, so nice job, Kevin Spacey.
Nice job.
I'm sure you're, you see, how do you start off by saying, I don't even know who this guy was.
And then at the end, I didn't want the president to be around this guy because all these guys knew.
You know, the great work we were doing in the club.
What great work were you doing?
So you didn't take, so you didn't know who this guy was, but you also wouldn't take money from him.
What?
But you would take money from those other three guys, but not that guy because you didn't know who he was.
The guy whose plane you're on.
Exactly what you said.
You got to always, you got to give homage to the rich guy.
You got to go pay your respects.
Yes.
Somebody with a throne room, I feel like you're going to have to meet him and say hi and shake hands at least.
That's right.
And sit down next to the woman that's close with him who you clearly know.
Clearly.
All right.
Anyway.
Do you know his brother?
Look up his brother, Randall.
So I do now, since you told me this, I actually have a little sympathy for Kevin Spacey.
I thought he was just a crazy real, real prick, right?
But tell people, what's the story behind him?
So you look, I can't remember the dad's name, but you can look him up.
So his brother, I thought he was gay.
He's a Rod Stewart impersonator.
He's not gay.
He's not gay.
It's just he dressed like Rod Stewart and makes people gay.
Yeah.
But he said, so their dad was a, first of all, a data.
I bet the dad had intelligence connections, but he had a Hitler mustache.
He looked like Kevin Spacey with a Hitler mustache.
So he would rape them.
So Kevin Spacey's father would rape him and his brother.
Yeah, just wanted to get the hell out and he would like go along to get along until there was nothing, the way his brother says it is like he would go along to get along until there's nothing left of him.
Which sounds like a metaphor for America, by the way.
Wow.
Like anybody out there is like, I just want to keep my head down and go and maybe get a job in a nice car.
That's what becomes of you.
A guy pretending you don't know who Ghelene is.
Yeah.
Jeffrey.
So I honestly do, since I know that, I'm not saying he's a good person and he didn't do the things he's accused of.
I'm just saying that there, but for the grace of God, I mean, if I was raped repeatedly by my father.
And your dad had a Hitler mustache.
And my dad had a Hitler.
I mean, I'm sure I'd be would be wild.
I have a lot of problems now.
I can't imagine, you know.
No, people that can just go, this isn't happening.
I mean, that makes my, his dad makes my dad look like Mr. Cleaver.
But do you go out of your body when you're being abused and like just act like it's not happening?
Because that's what people look for to bring you into important positions.
Do you understand?
It's not even like they treat like a psychic ability.
It's not what it is, is just blanking out and not acknowledging.
Being able to disassociate.
And not everybody can do it that well.
Like me, I'm very loud when I'm unhappy.
And everybody has to know.
Some people just similar.
I'm very similar.
Yeah, so you're not the program.
I'm not good.
And so, you know, if you think it sounds too gratuitous that it was a program, which it was a program, but just think of how it works now to move up in the thing.
Oh, what's the thing I should be afraid to talk about?
We just talked about Haiti.
What should I be afraid to talk about for my career?
I'll get a jumpstart on that now of being afraid to even mention it.
And when you do mention up a normal thing that's a fact, I'll call it a conspiracy.
And what I mean by that is, hey, that's the thing that could hold us back in our careers talking about.
And every single man, woman, and child should act like that from now on if they want to make.
So the only people make it all the way up.
And the people who kind of made it somewhere, they've been pushed out now.
The ones that would run their mouth.
Why do you think people love Trump?
He just flaps his head.
That's right.
And that's why they hate Trump.
That's why they hate him.
They can't control him.
yum.
