Time Text
Come see us do a live stand-up show.
We'll be in Venice, California, Palmdale, California, Omaha, Des Moines, Milwaukee, Lansing, Bend, Oregon, Portland, Oregon, Seattle, Washington, Boston, Massachusetts, and we're going to Europe.
Do you live in Europe?
We're going to be there.
Go to jibbydoor.com for a link for all those tickets.
Establishment media sets on this fight and so good luck.
Bullshit we can't afford fomenting this war.
Watch and see as a jack off the medium speeds and jumps the medium and hit some head-on.
It's the chimpor show.
That was very heavy content with Yemen.
So we want to lighten it up with the genocide trial at The Hague.
So well, the genocide trial comes at a nice time for you because you were just in Greece and Italy for a month and you're actually wanted at The Hague for a few different things.
You know, getting wasted on grappa, pissing up the Colosseum wall, you know, stealing the towels from the Athens Hotel.
So it's this works out for you because they get to push that back.
Stealing the marble from the Vatican, but in my defense, they stole it first.
Yeah.
If you go to the Vatican, if everyone's ever been to the Vatican, it's basically like walking through the forgotten attic of Western civilization.
It's like your grandma shoved all the crap she gathered over the millennia into an attic and you just kind of walk through.
So if that's a recommendation, go to the Vatican, depending on your taste.
Jimmy went there.
He actually hated it, but I think that's because he was raised Catholic.
A lot of Catholics have.
I've talked to other Catholics who had that reaction to the Vatican because they look at the wealth, they look at the opulence, and it just reminds them of everything that they went through at that church.
They leave without getting laid, then they're really in a bad mood.
Then they're really, you know.
A lot of blue balls coming out of the Vatican.
I mean, it's one of those things.
Pent up men.
Like the guys in Crown Heights, which I have not forgotten my promise.
I have been researching this.
There will be a mole people part two.
I did look into the high chair.
I did look into the mattress.
We'll get to it on Monday.
All right, because this was a little more important, I thought.
Okay, so as y'all probably know, South Africa has brought a case against Israel for genocide at the ICJ.
So it's a two-day trial.
Today, Israel went on.
We've got a little bit of that.
But first, we'll take a look at the case that South Africa put up.
There is quite a bit of poetic justice in South Africa, a state that suffered from apartheid bringing this case.
So this name I am going to destroy, like, because nobody really has a Gaelic name.
You never hear it.
So I have no idea how you pronounce this.
Blind Ni Galai.
That's the best I can do with this.
But she gave an outstanding and incredible speech that people have really been sharing around.
So let's take a look at a little bit of that.
It is becoming ever clearer that huge swathes of Gaza, entire towns, villages, refugee camps, are being wiped from the map.
As you have heard, but it bears repeating.
According to the World Food Programme, four out of five people in the world in famine or a catastrophic type of hunger are in Gaza right now.
Indeed, experts warn that deaths from starvation and disease risk significantly outstripping deaths from bombings.
The daily statistics stand as clear evidence of the urgency and of the irreparable prejudice.
On the basis of the current figures, on average, 247 Palestinians are being killed and are at risk of being killed each day, many of them literally blown to pieces.
They include 48 mothers each day, two every hour, and over 117 children each day, leading UNICEF to call Israel's actions a war on children.
Entire multi-generational families will be obliterated.
And yet more Palestinian children will become WCNSF.
Wounded child, no surviving family.
The terrible new acronym born out of Israel's genocidal assault on the Palestinian population in Gaza.
And this is just getting started.
It is hard to see how the court finds its way to ruling against them.
South Africa put up a very good case, and Israel's case, as we'll see, was what you would expect.
Anything, Keaton?
You know, I was talking to our friend Nick Cruz on RBN last night about this.
And, you know, he made a good point that this is an opportunity to further illuminate people, further radicalize people, if you want to use that term.
Although I think opposition to genocide is a fairly moderate position, actually.
I don't think there's anything terribly radical about that.
The disconnect between the presence of this story, this ICJ case on social media and in mainstream media is just night and day.
You can't get away from this online.
You cannot get, I mean, not online.
I'm sorry.
On social media, on X, on Facebook.
It is everywhere.
Instagram, everywhere.
You go to your Apple news app on your phone?
Nowhere.
It's nowhere on the front page of that.
And so this is an opportunity now where there is actually real purpose and real value to sharing these videos around because that's ultimately how useful this case is going to be.
Is how can we formally and for all the world to see make the most obvious point in the world that we are being gaslighted out of believing by our own press and our own leaders.
Well said.
All right, so let's take a look.
This was kind of the centerpiece of the case.
And in terms of what you're talking about, this clip is probably the one that's made the rounds the most.
This is Adelia Hasim, a lawyer presenting the South African case.
And she did an amazing job of it.
Palestinians in Gaza are subjected to relentless bombing wherever they go.
I just want to point out, in case anyone's missing it, these are mass graves.
Look at this.
These are mass graves.
These are the kinds of things that, dare I say it, we associate with the Holocaust, the Holocaust that the Zionist state likes to hide behind.
All right, to continue.
They are killed in their homes, in places where they seek shelter, in hospitals, in schools, in mosques, in churches, and as they try to find food and water for their families.
They have been killed if they failed to evacuate in the places to which they have fled, and even while they attempted to flee along Israeli-declared safe routes.
The level of killing is so extensive that those whose bodies are found are buried in mass graves, often unidentified.
In the first three weeks alone following 7 October, Israel deployed 6,000 bombs per week.
At least 200 times, it has deployed 2,000-pound bombs in southern areas of Palestine designated as safe.
These bombs have also decimated the north, including refugee camps.
2,000-pound bombs are some of the biggest and most destructive bombs available.
They are dropped by lethal fighter jets that are used to strike targets on the ground by one of the world's most resourced armies.
Okay.
So finally, we have Tambeka Nukatobi, who really laid out the moral case going to intent.
A lot of this case is going to go to whether there was genocidal intent.
So he addresses that.
And I also found a video that's been circulating that addresses that, at least in terms of some of the troops.
So let's see what he had to say.
There is an extraordinary feature in this case that Israel's political leaders, military commanders, and persons holding official positions have systematically and in explicit terms declared their genocidal intent.
And these statements are then repeated by soldiers on the ground in Gaza as they engage in the destruction of Palestinians and the physical infrastructure of Gaza.
Many propagators of grave atrocities have protested that they were misunderstood, that they did not mean what they said, and that their own words were taken out of context.
What state would admit to a genocidal intent?
Yet, the distinctive feature of this case has not been the silence as such, but the reiteration and repetition of genocidal speech throughout every sphere of state in Israel.
We remind the court of the identity and authority of the genocidal insighters.
The prime minister, the president, the minister of defense, the minister of national security, the minister of energy and infrastructure, members of the Knesset, senior army officials, and foot soldiers.
Genocidal utterances are therefore not out in the fringes.
They are embodied in state policy.
The intent to destroy is plainly understood by soldiers on the ground.
It is also fully understood by some within the Israeli society, with the government facing criticism for allowing in any aid to Gaza on the basis that it is recounting on its promise to starve Palestinians.
Any suggestion that Israeli officials did not mean what they said or were not fully understood by soldiers and civilians alike to mean what they said should be rejected by this court.
The evidence of genocidal intent is not only chilling, it is also overwhelming and incontrovertible.
Okay, so we will get to the Israeli defense against that, but he is arguing that the leaders have very clearly communicated genocidal intent in cases like Netanyahu identifying the enemy as Amalek,
an enemy in the Bible that was wiped out to the last man, woman, and child, to Israeli officials calling for nuclear weapons for wiping out people in Gaza.
So these troops clearly got the message in spite of the Israeli defense.
So let's see what they're singing.
Starting with, I'm coming to occupy Gaza.
That's burning up the charts in Tel Aviv, folks.
I stick by my one mitzvah.
a good deed, to wipe off the seed of Amalek.
I left home behind me.
Won't come back until victory.
We know our slogan.
There are no uninvolved civilians.
There are no uninvolved civilians.
I think Taylor Swift did an unplugged cover of that at her concert last week.
So, yeah, she is a signer.
She is.
She is.
And nobody questioned it.
That's what was crazy.
I was 50-50, but now that you played that, I'm like, yeah, okay.
Yeah, that's clearly.
Because I downloaded the bootlegs of all her concerts.
Got a beat and you're conventional to it.
So what do you think, Caton, of the case that South Africa put on there?
Well, it's an open and shut case.
I mean, you just played that video.
That's one of thousands of pieces of, as he said, overwhelming and incontrovertible evidence of both capacity and intent.
That's why the previous video that you showed was instrumental in making this case as well, because a common defense from the sort of milquetoast moderates on this issue is: well, war is complicated.
There's always civilian deaths in war.
This is not war.
War implies a certain fair fight.
This is not a fair fight.
This is shooting fish in a barrel.
This is mass murder on a daily basis with obvious intent.
One of the things he was surely making reference to in that video is the Israeli media.
Don't forget, you know, folks, when you see Mark Regev or the new woman who they trotted out now to come and talk to CNN and, you know, MSNBC, those are the nice ones that they send here.
Those are the mild ones.
They say, send those to talk nice to the dumb Americans.
You watch the Israeli media.
There's that one guy.
That clip went viral.
The guy say, I can't sleep at night until I see video of houses exploding.
I mean, this is obvious.
And they're all laughing.
Like it's got a tone like the Today Show.
They're talking about genocide with that very, you know, breakfast coffee.
You know, they're all laughing.
Morning show when Trump had a bad event or something, you know, a giggle at the, you know, the Republicans' expense.
That's exactly what it is.
Just very casual, very lighthearted, very funny.
No regard for human life whatsoever.
We've seen, in fact, Jimmy played this for us when we were on this very show a few weeks ago.
Northern Gaza looks like the surface of the moon.
There's nothing there except Israeli flags planted in the ground.
So tell me the goal is not to cleanse the area and occupy it for themselves.
There's no case whatsoever.
It's laughable.
Well, and there are videos of the IDF like Beach Blanket Bingo over there going into the ocean, having a grant, laughing it up.
They're having a great time over there.
Of course.
Of course.
No, it's just, it's really unbelievable.
And like I said, the purpose of this trial is to get the word out there so that there can be no doubt in anyone's mind, not just the judges on this court, but the world population still has a lot to learn.
Even the people who are very, on the one hand, on the other hand, I forget who the comic was.
Russell, you mentioned this bit quite often.
You'll probably know.
Comic who says, you know, people like to armchair quarterback and think, what would I do if I were alive during slavery?
And the answer is, what's that?
That's Bill Burr.
Bill Burr.
Okay.
So the answer is, for all your big talk, you'd probably be doing the same thing you're doing now, paying some modicum of focus to it and then getting on about your life.
And when it comes across the news, oh, isn't that terrible?
But on the other hand, it's complicated, right?
Like if you are not able to call this for what it is, you are just a worthless and weak person.
And there's no excuse for it.
Well, I, yeah, I just wrote that article about artists.
And this is one thing that drives me crazy.
They all have a lot to say about Dave Chappelle.
Not a fucking word about this.
Not a word about this.
They're terrified to say.
Really?
With this trial going on, I see nothing from people in the arts.
Absolute silence, which you know what?
I'm not going to say it would be fine, but I could tolerate it if they just didn't talk about political matters in general.
But oh man, they want you to know what they think about Ricky Gervais.
Oh, they spent nine minutes making self-referential and self-aware trans jokes just to bait the media into attacking him.
And that's worth a 10 or 11 posts online.
Right, because it doesn't cost them anything.
Right.

As you know, we're all big Swifties here.
So we were very surprised at the suggestion that Miss Swift may be working for our government.
Now, where was this?
Where was this idea laid down?
I bet you'll never guess.
At Fox News.
Fox News suggested this.
All right.
So let's see What they had to say about this.
Taylor Swift's the biggest star in the world.
Sorry, Gutfield.
She's been blanketed across the sports media entertainment atmosphere.
The New York Times just speculated she's a lesbian.
And last year's tour broke Ticketmaster.
A tour that's revenue tops the GDP of 50 countries.
I mean, I like her music.
She's all right.
But I mean, have you ever wondered why or how she blew up like this?
Well, around four years ago, the Pentagon Psychological Operations Unit floated turning Taylor Swift into an asset during a NATO meeting.
What kind of asset?
A PSYOP for combating online misinformation.
Listen.
You came in here wanting to understand how you just go out there and counter an information operation.
Well, the idea is that social influence can help encourage or promote behavior change.
So potentially as like a peaceful information operation.
I include Taylor Swift in here because she's a fairly influential online person.
I don't know if you've heard of her.
Yeah, that's real.
The Pentagon PSYOP unit pitched NATO on turning Taylor Swift into an asset for combating misinformation online.
Okay.
All right.
So how old is that girl?
So yes, there are.
What are these Epstein Island girls talking about actors?
What is going on?
Well, that, well, that's like, I always, I always feel that way about who's the new one over at CNN that they had host the Trump Town Hall?
Oh, I always.
Caitlin Collins, you're talking about it.
I always feel that way, like she's like a teenager wearing her mother's clothes when I see her.
So it's really creepy.
So, yeah, look, there is a long history, as he's about to get into, of the intelligence services using artists sometimes with their Jackson Pollock.
Jackson Pollock, sometimes not.
So he gets into this a little bit.
Although he mentions Elvis, which that's not quite what was going on.
That was more like Elvis in a drug-fueled frenzy decided spontaneously to go see Nixon.
Well, that's how they, but I heard that.
That wasn't like planned by Nixon.
That was like, sir, Elvis is here.
What?
That's why I say America.
Yeah, America.
Who's at the gate?
Yeah.
Maybe they made a movie about it.
Oh, wait.
I heard of this before.
Okay.
Never mind him saying that now.
I thought you were going to show this other thing because it's about maybe three or four months ago.
There's this weird, you know, if you ever wonder what your friends at her shit libs, what they hear?
They were talking about her helping the economy.
Taylor Swift is single-handedly.
It was like this stupid kind of, and it was floating around people, especially people I knew in New York that work on like your Seth Meyers kind of shows.
I don't know how you see the Colbert people.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
So as soon as I heard those, those are the shows they make in New York.
You know, like we comedy and shit.
I'm like, what is this story?
And I'm like, oh, this must be the news you hear.
So back then, I assume, oh, the Biden campaign's reaching out to her to help sell their, you know, that's what they all do right now.
Well, this, well, this is what this is what they suggest.
Okay, so let's see.
He starts laying out some of the other artists who were ensnared by the government.
This is nothing new.
In the 1950s, the government strong-armed Louis Armstrong into doing propaganda tours across Africa.
The CIA did the same thing with jazz singer Nina Simone, except they did it without her really knowing.
In the 70s, Nixon enlisted Elvis in his war on drugs.
He gave the king a badge and named him a covert federal law enforcement agent.
That's not, we got, we got to stop people from doing drugs because I can't get any now.
Michael Jackson was tapped by Reagan using his song Beat It and his public service campaigns against teen drinking and driving.
Michael Jackson.
I thought beat it was to promote teen celibacy through masturbation.
Mr. President.
Boys, in the words of the great Michael Jackson, just beat it.
Mr. President, how many children are going to be on the set for this ad?
Oh, I'm there.
Rom Romano.
Children.
Rom Rumble.
Persuading minors not to drink.
Anyway.
So is Swift a front for a covert political agenda?
Primetime obviously has no evidence.
If we did, we'd share it.
But we're curious because the pop star who endorsed Biden is urging millions of her followers to vote.
She's sharing links.
And her boyfriend, Travis Keltie, sponsored by Pfizer.
And their relationships boosted the NFL ratings this season, bringing in a whole new demographic.
So how's the psyop going?
Well, as usual, Biden's not calling the shots because he doesn't even know who Taylor Swift is.
He's confused her with Britney Spears and Beyonce.
All right.
So before we get into that, I am not a sports guy.
So I know Keaton is Kurt your sports person.
No.
So, all right.
So what's the sponsor by Pfizer thing?
Well, he has that on his ass.
He's the one around Ronalds.
What does he mean by that?
He did some ad for getting vaccinated and he's a football player.
He dates her.
That's what it is.
So he did a vaccine ad.
They're like the PR couple.
Like some PR person put them together and then people ship them.
I want them in a relationship.
According to the Times, he's just her beard.
She's actually.
Oh, the Times says she's a lesbian.
Probably the Times in one of their most distinguishing moments.
That piece is going to win the Pulitzer Prize.
A double beard?
Well, that's how you know it's.
If it were any conservative outlet that wrote that piece, the New York Times would be the first newspaper.
They wrote a whole piece speculating on a sexuality that she herself has said.
No, I'm not.
I'm not gay.
I thought you're supposed to respect that.
Can you imagine if Fox News wrote, I think this thing was like 5,000 fucking words speculating on coded queerness in Taylor Swift lyrics?
Can you imagine if a conservative outlet did something like that?
The New York Times.
Nobody would be screeching like the New York Times.
How dare they?
Rightly so.
How dare they start speculating about someone's sexuality this way?
It's none of your fucking business in the first place.
And she's also made it very Clear.
She's actually said very, very clearly, wow, you know, I started hanging out with women because I got tired of people speculating every time I was with men, but apparently they can speculate about that too.
She said that in the past.
Why would you write a piece like that about her?
That was a lesbian of her to say that.
I mean, that is what a lesbian would say.
Well, what's the big deal?
It's true, yeah.
So, so, so, what?
If we're, if we're doing uh, a vestal virgins party at my house.
Um, all right, so let's okay, so this Biden clip is pretty funny.
Keaton, you have anything to add?
Yeah, no, let's see the Biden clip.
You could say, even this harder than getting a ticket to the Renaissance tour or or Ripnish tour.
She's down here.
It's kind of warm in Brazil right now.
Taylor Swift's the biggest star in the world.
I mean, that guy's got the election in the bag.
The Renaissance tour.
It's like one time I went to Ren Fair and I had one of those turkey legs.
She's a Renny.
Beyond Series.
So, okay, so yeah, I mean, there's a whole lot of truth with a whole lot of crazy there, which is what you usually get over at Fox.
Why is I don't understand why Fox is talking?
They're like sponsored by Pfizer.
They weren't sponsored by Pfizer for most of the pandemic.
Am I wrong?
Right.
Right.
Well, I thought Tucker was in trouble for mentioning that.
I mean, I mean, this is just, you know, it's the flip side of MSNBC, especially now that they got rid of Tucker.
Like, what?
I mean, you might as well watch straight white male Joy Reid over there.
It's the same.
It's the same thing.
He looks like a guy that seduces old ladies, is what my girlfriend said.
100% true.
He's got brilli cream hair.
My music's okay.
So, so I mean, it's some of this is the only thing.
And this is why I always think of the line in Ghostbusters, dogs and cats living together, total chaos.
Yeah, man, this kind of speculation in the past, that's a very left kind of thing to start getting into how the intelligence agencies have manipulated pop stars to psyop the...
A lot of older people need to hear it.
Look, this is like a chewed, watered down.
It's really funny, like just like really elevator music version of heavy metal.
You know, it's for old people.
Right.
And a whole bunch of people to this day, they're all older than me.
Conspiracy.
They watch Fox.
Some of them won't watch Fox anymore.
They only watch like Sky, right?
And then those old people like MSNBC and, you know, I guess it depends if you're coastal or not or what your job is.
Yeah.
So look, I mean, the opening part is true.
That stuff's true.
Start getting into she's running a psyop.
You know, I feel about this the way I feel about a lot of those things.
Why would they need to run a psyop?
It's out in the open.
You know, most of these, most of these celebrities are just libs who mindlessly support the Democratic Party.
Which part, though, not the lesbian thing.
You're talking about.
No.
I am not going to venture to speculate on my head.
Most of these libs are lesbians.
They make movies.
They're on OnlyFans, and you can pay to see them.
But that shut aside.
Dude, that's a fake, like a Hollywood-style put-together relationship with that football guy.
It's probably a major.
Maybe.
I mean, look, I'm alert.
From what I've seen her say in the past, I think she's a total creation.
I've said this.
I've said this before.
I was reading an article that talked about how they mine money from their fans.
Get the blue edition of the album.
Oh, next week it's the orange edition limited edition.
Next week, it's the green edition.
Get the special thing.
Laser pop with integrity.
Like, I believe we're only about 10 years away from creating a Taylor Swift and a computer.
And then you don't have to have to make sure it has any special MMs in its dressing room.
Well, I think in a world of such intense corporate consolidation, it's really impossible to know where the marketing campaign ends and where the psyop begins.
Right.
It's all the same shit.
Right, exactly.
And, you know, look, he put that little history up with the video of the NATO.
The only thing that makes me think, hey, maybe there is something there.
It's just, it's very rare nowadays.
I'm not saying it doesn't happen, but it's rare that like a pop star stays as popular and as much of a zeitgeist artist for as long as Taylor Swift has.
Her debut album was 2006.
She's been out there for almost 20 years already.
Usually these pop stars album two or three, and then they like play hard rock hands.
It has a filling stadium.
She's been out there almost 20 years.
I mean, that has happened.
I mean, to me, it's very rare.
It's like people paying to hear somebody do juicy fruit gum ads.
Like, what the fuck would you listen to this for that period of time?
Exactly.
There's nothing there that's so Bob Dylan, these artists last forever because you just listen to the material.
Like, it makes sense that they last forever.
Right.
Taylor Swift, what?
Yeah.
It's like the same just mass-marketed crap time after time after time, but she only gets more popular as time goes on.
And now it's, yes, I mean, it's like being a Josie and pussycat.
Like, right.
Like, what, why would you be into that?
Well, also, she's not.
Maybe she is.
Maybe she is.
I think there's more clicks on this segment if we see it.
Maybe we should.
He's suggesting that she's a creation.
Maybe she doesn't exist at all.
No, no, no.
She was a rich kid that, you know, a lot of rich kids don't do anything with their money.
And so she became a musician.
She had advantages, whatever.
Like, as industry plant, like, I don't think she's not like the monkeys where they just created it.
She's her own thing.
Then you get co-opted as your show.
I mean, up to a point, she writes some of her music, but there's, I forget the name.
There's like this guy in Iceland who writes half the music that these people.
Yeah, I mean, it doesn't matter.
He'll write anything.
Half the songs these guys sing, it's so formulaic.
There are two people who are the primary songwriters for all these people, Taylor Swift, Katie Perry, because it's such a standard non-creative structure.
I write jokes for people.
Like, I listen to music like this and I say, okay, man.
I mean, you're telling me Silicon Valley really isn't at the point you could just have a program write these songs.
No, there's no humanity in it.
There's no, that's pretty much what it is.
And there's such a paucity of creativity.
You listen to the older pop music, even, okay.
A little call out to our show.
We use an Iron Maiden sound drop on it.
Okay, Rhyme of the Ancient Mariner.
You look at something like that, or you look at the Beatles a day in the life.
There are like four musical concepts minimum that play out over the course of those songs.
Now it seems like they have such a paucity of ideas.
They would never let a song go on a journey like that because that's four songs they could release.
Yeah, it's a instead of putting it all in.
Everything's a psyop.
It's a corporate, like this is in every genre of everything.
There's some massive corporation that's got to give to stockholder.
I mean, now they're beyond giving.
They just get investment for some rich guy that wants it that way.
You know, it's not like even before where the stock, you know, that's why Disney sucks.
They always were pieces of shit, but now they're extra.
Well, I think that has a lot to do with the ESG score.
I think with this, it is, it's just the corporatization of music.
With Disney, you've got a whole other, they're all psychops.
Listen, it's called capitalism.
I love watching people like, I can't, like, it's some perversion of what our amazing society is.
Everything's crap.
How could this have happened?
Because it's called profit motive.
Right.
And people got to hold in their heads.
It's late stage capitalism.
Speaking of which, we're going to have we're going to have Boeing part due coming up.
So I hope nobody's taking a flight soon.
But I am.
In my defense, so am I. So it better not be a diverse.
You can't say I'm just freaking people out because I'm not getting on a plane.
I am.
All right.
So let's see the second part of this where he brings in a former FBI agent here, Stuart Cash.
It's not permanent, too.
It's part-time work.
The same way Michael Rappaport is a shill for Israel.
You pick up a job to do influencing.
So that's all.
It's like Chuck Chuck Berry at the Gong show.
She whacks people in Brazil.
She gets back on the plane.
She posted the link to the vote.org.
It's like hundreds of thousands of young Taylor Swift fans all of a sudden registered to vote.
I wonder who got to her from the White House or from wherever.
Who makes that initial handshake?
Is it the binder?
Well, the binder.
The administration has what they consider a perception optics management team.
And those are professionals that go out and identify those people who may be unsuspecting, whether with knowledge or without knowledge, to do these type of campaigns.
Now, it is possible that Taylor Swift, quite frankly, does not know that she is being utilized in a covert manner to swing voters.
But the bottom line is that the Biden administration is savvy identifying how many followers and how many voters potentially she can influence with either right information or misinformation.
She certainly can swing the voters.
Okay, so this is the thing.
What's the difference between a lib who I am sure is completely supportive of the Democratic Party?
I'm sure Taylor Swift is organically a vote blue no matter who Democrat, if you can use that word.
So, of course, I mean, you're the president.
You're going to solicit them to represent you.
So is that a psy op?
I mean, that's just, that's politics.
I mean, it's not something shadowy that secretly went on in a back alley.
Taylor, hey, we want you to release this song, and it's going to have certain notes that when people hear it, they're going to think Joe Biden makes sense.
It's not, it's not that.
I'm going to tweet out a voter registration link.
Like, that's a stretch.
Oh, she tweeted out a voter registration thing.
Like, yeah, anybody could do that.
I think that was a little bit of a reach there.
Like, how is that a psyop?
Well, like I said, the first thing I heard was something about her.
The economy is doing really good because Taylor Swift is doing these big concerts.
It's some nonsense like that.
I swear to God.
I mean, that sounds like some lib shit they would read in Newsweek and repeat.
No, I can't.
Two friends were talking about it.
We were making the fresh president I didn't write on the episode.
It's all about the Swifties.
That storyline didn't come from me.
That came from people that work professionally with Shakespeare.
And they've been hearing that.
So that's how I know.
One of these articles comes out in the Times or WAPO or Boston Globe.
That's the psychopath.
And then they all repeat that line.
And then next time you talk to your lib friend, it's very invasion of the body snatchers.
You know, Taylor Swift, a concerted love.
It's crazy.
It's something when you hear it.
I know, it's crazy.
I don't, I forget from this show, like, how much people don't know shit about anything.
So I talk to her, you know, you have to, that's again, not to get too mad at people because they don't know anything.
And they'll say this nonsense.
It's like, what are you talking about?
Well, you know, what's most frustrating about it is they think they're informed because they obsessively take in this complete misinformation.
They take it.
And they think that means they're informed.
I've been in church a lot.
They have the Sunday Times on the coffee table, right?
So they know what they're talking about.
You got anything, Keaton?
No.
No, I think we settled it.
We settled it.
No conspiracy is required when interests converge, as the late, great George Carlin said.
So this was tragic news that broke this morning while we were working on the show.
Kudos to Malcolm, who got this together at the last minute.
State Department confirms U.S. citizen Gonzalo Lira is detained in Ukraine.
This is September 20th, 2023.
Lira was arrested by Ukrainian authorities for his view on the war.
Hang on, Keaton, I thought we were defending democracy and stuff over there.
Yeah, upholding our values.
This is an interesting case, given that pretense.
I just can't believe This happened.
It's almost like it's a country full of Nazi battalions and deeply corrupt, like they were saying.
Bad people say that.
The State Department has confirmed that American citizen Gonzalo Lira is being held in a Ukrainian prison over charges related to his speech and views on the war in Ukraine.
Lira is a popular YouTuber and journalist who was arrested by the Ukrainian security services, SBU, in May for creating content that was critical of the Ukrainian government and explaining how the Russia-Ukraine war was provoked.
He was charged over claims that he, quote, justified the Russian invasion.
NATO did that all by themselves.
Lira, who is a citizen of Chile, reappeared on social media in July when he posted a video and Twitter thread saying he was released on bail and was attempting to cross the border into Hungary.
So this is a tweet of Gonzalo Lira on the border with Hungary trying to escape Ukraine.
So this is some video.
In fact, after this 30-hour session, one of the thugs who had really, really hurt me, I mean, he hit me pretty badly, especially on the chest.
He hit me like right here on the sternum, repetitively and so hard that it left this huge bruise.
And by the way, the cell boss, the guy hire, berated him for having left a mark on me.
Because of course, the kind of torture that they want to do doesn't leave a mark.
That's the point of it.
See, because if it leaves a mark, then it's evidence, you see?
So, anyway, that prisoner who beat me so relentlessly over that 30-hour stretch, after, you know, as we're trying to figure out a way to get this cash to these gangsters, these thugs, he came to me spontaneously and apologized.
You know, it wasn't his idea, but he had to do it, you know, because he was a prisoner.
He'd been in CISO, in CISO prison for two years already.
So, you know, it's not that he wanted to do this, but that he had to do it.
All right.
So this is something we hear a lot about Russia: Russia using prisoners.
It sounds like what he's describing is that they used a prisoner to administer torture.
And the prisoner was afraid to say no because he's a prisoner.
I'm reading this, right?
Yeah, looks right to me.
I would, this is something when we had Max on, he didn't write this piece, but the Gray Zone has a piece about how at the beginning of the war, Zelensky released some of the most horrific criminals from the Ukrainian prisons, people who had been guilty of rape and murder, and released them and put them into the army to work off their crimes.
So it sounds like they're in the habit of doing what we accuse Russia of.
And, you know, I understood, you know, because that's the way it operates.
Now, I'm telling you all of this so that you understand my situation.
My case originally started as a free speech issue.
But because of the SBU and the inherent corruption of the SBU and the criminal justice system in Ukraine, I will definitely be sent to a prison labor camp where I will most certainly die.
And so I decided that the smart thing was take my chances in terms of getting across the border.
Right now, I'm maybe five kilometers away from the border with Hungary.
Over the last two days, I rode my bike just about 1,300 kilometers from Kharov all the way here to the border.
And my intention is to cross the border at okay.
So he wanted to cross the border.
Obviously, he didn't make it.
So this is a quote from the State Department.
We are aware of the detention of Mr. Lira in Ukraine.
We take our role in assisting U.S. citizens abroad seriously and are providing all appropriate assistance.
Yeah.
So the Gray Zone asked State Department about the status of Gonzalo Lira.
This is August 1st, 2023, who was jailed by the Ukrainian government.
And at that time, he was making a break for the Hungarian border.
They had not recaptured him yet.
So back in May, I asked you about Gonzalo Lira.
He was the U.S. citizen arrested in Ukraine for posting dissident content online.
And you told me the State Department was aware of his arrest in May.
And we learned last night through a series of tweets by him that he had been tortured in the Ukrainian prison and he was now on a motorcycle with a broken rib trying to flee to the Hungarian border.
And so I'm wondering, you know, if this is true, given the State Department knew of his arrest and his detention, how has this been allowed to occur?
We have a U.S. citizen being arrested, being detained and perhaps tortured in the prison of one of our strongest allies.
Well, you lost me with the perhaps and if this is true, I think I'd want to verify those reports before I commented on it.
Alex, go ahead.
Department is the State Department.
I just want to verify anything before I comment.
Go ahead, Alex.
Why do these people all look like these bloodless freaks?
All of them.
All of them.
They all look like they were cast to be like familiars to a vampire in a blade movie.
No, these are the people who really want the world, but they don't have the charisma or the talent to run for office.
So they have to take the backstage jobs.
That's a very good theory.
We have to, You know, nobody's really done a real breakdown of this, the Project 2025 thing.
We've really got to do that.
And in brief, this is a plan by the Republicans, no matter who wins, to essentially purge the permanent bureaucracy.
And whether that's being cast as a poosh, it's the Nazis taking over.
But if you believe that there's a permanent deep state run by people like that and Anthony Blinken, it doesn't sound like such a bad idea.
So it's definitely something to discuss.
So Tucker Carlson and Elon Musk have rallied behind an American red pill dating coach, turned Russian propagandist detained in Ukraine.
So what he's like, he's like Tom Cruise of Magnolia before this.
And so what?
That's hard for me to imagine this guy playing that role.
What's that?
And so what?
He deserves to be tortured to death.
According to Business Insider, at least this writer for business.
I'm a little surprised.
Usually Business Insider is better than that.
They're having a real hard time right now with Ackman because they dare to expose his wife as the plagiarist she is.
The out-of-business insider.
Yeah.
So tragically, it is with great sadness I must announce that Gonzalo Lira passed away in a hospital, according to his father, who has been fighting to get his son much-needed medical attention for the past weeks.
Here is a handwritten note from Gonzalo, which I received on January 4th.
This is Alex Rubinstein.
There's the handwritten note, and we have a transcription.
I have had double pneumonia, both lungs, as well as pneumothorax.
Never heard of that.
And a very severe case of edema, swelling of the body.
All this started in mid-October, but was ignored by the prison.
They only admitted I had pneumonia at a December 22nd hearing.
I am about to have a procedure to reduce the edema pressure in my lungs, which is causing me extreme shortness of breath to the point of passing out after minimal activity or even just talking for two minutes.
And this is from his grieving father.
I cannot accept the way my son has died.
He was tortured, extorted, incommunicado for eight months and 11 days, and the U.S. embassy did nothing to help my son.
The responsibility of this tragedy is the dictator Zelensky with the concurrence of a senile American president, Joe Biden, Gonzalo's father wrote.
Gonzalo Lira, this is from Tucker Carlson.
Gonzalo Lira Sr. says his son has died at 55 in a Ukrainian prison where he was being held for the crime of criticizing the Zelensky and Biden governments.
Gonzalo Lira was an American citizen, but the Biden administration clearly supported his imprisonment and torture.
Several weeks ago, we spoke to his father, who predicted his son would be killed.
And this is Max Blumenthal.
Gonzalo Lira was jailed by Ukraine's post-Maidan regime for speaking against its war effort.
He was a U.S. citizen left to language and die by Ukraine's main patron in Washington and is now apparently dead.
Another crime by the authoritarian Zelensky-Biden cartel.
So that's really confusing because I thought we were supporting a Democrat, a Democratic country, and fighting to preserve their freedoms against the autocratic Russian onslaught.
This is topsy-turvy.
I've heard Zelensky has shut down the press.
He's shut down political parties.
He's fielding Nazi battalions.
He's putting pedophiles and murderers in the front lines.
You know, it's very strange.
It doesn't sound like, it sounds like at best, they're no better than what we claim Russia is.
So why are we supporting them?
Yeah, well, you know, we had Danny Hifong on earlier in this live stream, and he mentioned, you know, in relation to the Yemeni uprising, he was very sort of bullish on their ability to prevail because he said, you can't kill an idea, right?
And that's a phrase that we like to use here in the West to sort of validate our own conquest.
Joe Biden said that very thing almost to the word in that whisper scream speech that he gave to the January 6th anniversary of that weekend, whatever it was.
He said, we're the only country in history that's built on an idea.
Okay, first of all, that's not true.
Second, what idea?
What's the idea?
What country built on what worthwhile idea would just allow this to happen?
And this is an egregious example that happened today.
What country sits by and lets 100-plus journalists in Gaza be murdered?
What country sits by and watches as Julian Assange gets tortured to death?
His hearing is coming up in just over a month.
Do you hear any opinion expressed on that from anybody on TV?
No.
So what exactly is the idea that we represent?
Nobody can really name it, which to Danny's point is probably why we lose more than we win.
Because maybe you can't kill an idea, and maybe we don't have an idea.
At this point, the ethos of this country and the West more broadly, but especially this country, is might for might's sake.
Right.
Money for power for power's sake.
And that's it.
And it's hard to rally a population around that, especially when economic conditions degrade to the point where the people here don't even feel like they're getting anything out of it.
Yeah, it's especially doing what we do, being in a space like this.
It's relatable, right?
Like, imagine that you went to cover Ukraine.
We know people who have covered Ukraine who have come back.
this poor guy never came back, man.
They grabbed him.
They arrested him.
The U.S. did nothing about it.
And that really does demonstrate, as Lyra's poor father expressed, government did nothing for him.
You're telling me one phone call from Biden would not have had this guy on a plane back to the United States.
Yeah, obviously.
That's your government.
That's your government call from Matt Gates.
You know, I mean, any of these people hold it up the funding.
Anybody who has the power to sign a check, whether it's a congressperson, a block of congresspeople, or the commander-in-chief himself, anybody applied a modicum of pressure and he'd have been home.
Yeah.
Your government is a criminal regime that does not give a shit about you.
All the do-goody good American rights and freedoms, it's bullshit.
Bullshit.
And this proves it.
This is an American citizen they let me torture to death in jail by an autocratic regime calling itself a democracy.
So Hamas attacked the Nova Music Festival.
Well, the people who got attacked at the Nova Music Festival are now suing Israeli security establishment for failing to protect them.
And in typical fashion, the Israeli security forces are going to be offering a credit for next year's festival.
We think it's next year.
It's going to be run by the people who brought you the fire festival.
But this is real.
They are suing them.
42 Israelis who attended the NOVA Music Festival near the Gaza border that was attacked on October 7th have sued the Israeli security establishment for failing to protect the event.
The lawsuit filed a claim for $56 million against Israeli Shin Bet security agency, the Israeli Defense Forces, the Defense Ministry, and the Israeli police, and says the agency's, quote, negligence and gross oversight allowed the Hamas attack on the festival to happen.
I mean, they do have a case.
No matter who they sue, the American taxpayers and people are going to pick up the bill for this.
That's fair.
Also, isn't it weird to be having it on the Gaza border of all places, regardless of the Hamas?
I heard that the place where they were having that music festival is technically Palestinian land.
Did you hear that?
I haven't heard that.
Could you Google that, Misha, see if that's true?
So you would want to have Shin Bet let you know if it was safe to do that, I guess, there.
So they didn't tip.
Because the point being made was that they didn't technically even invade Israel, that they were just going to their own territory that is now occupied.
So Misha's on that.
We're going to see if we can verify that in a second.
A single phone call by IDF officials to the commander responsible for the party to disperse it immediately in view of the expected danger would have saved lives and prevented the physical and mental injuries of hundreds of partygoers, including the plaintiffs.
That's what the lawsuit says.
Herets has reported that top Israeli military officials held consultations the night before October 7th to discuss warnings it received about a possible Hamas attack.
So Alex Jones was when he came out of it.
It looks like Alex Jones was right when he said that they let this happen on purpose so that they could go in and mow down everybody in Gaza and take over the land.
So wait, does Nova, I'm just out of curiosity, do they have like, does Nova have like an IDF guy they talk to about if they can do this?
Or is it like Nova's just a business and thought they would just get a call from them?
You know, I don't know.
You know, call me crazy, but I just kind of feel like, not that I'm blaming the victims or anything.
I just kind of feel like if you have a music festival next to a concentration camp, you're kind of a sick fuck.
Yeah, I agree with you.
Well, here's what it says here, Kurt.
Nobody in the Israeli military notified the Nova Festival organizers of the threat, even though the event the event was supposed to be under IDF protection.
I could have just read that, I guess.
Yeah.
There it is.
On the night between October 6th and October 7th, at least two IDF assessments were held due to unusual incidents on the Gaza Strip border.
One near midnight and another assessment close to 3 a.m., several hours before the Hamas attack.
That's what the lawsuit says.
The festival's production team has said that they could have evacuated the party, even if they received a warning just one hour before the attack.
Once attackers descended on the festival, the partygoers were told they were on their own.
Organizers contacted the Israeli military around 7 a.m. the morning of the attack, and Israeli forces didn't get to the scene until 3 p.m.
You know why?
Because what I like to say is they had just eaten lunch and they were afraid they're going to get a cramp.
Oh, I thought they're shooting each other because they suck.
I think they're on the phone with their Jewish mothers, and you know how they talk.
Once the Israeli military did show up, they started firing indiscriminately at Palestinian militants and Israeli civilians.
An Israeli police investigation found that an IDF helicopter that arrived at the scene fired on Hamas fighters and also hit some festival participants.
That's got nothing to do with why they buried all those cars, right?
I mean, if you see, if they killed those three guys that were Israeli with no shirts waving and speaking in Hebrew, and they just mowed them right down the IDF, nobody, journalists are going down.
They will just shoot whatever it is you're shooting.
Thousands of people attended the festival, and the lawsuit says a total of 364 partygoers were killed during the Hamas attack, and 40 were taken captive in Gaza.
Israeli officials have said they don't think Hamas knew about the festival and attacked it spontaneously when they came across the event on the morning of October.
What?
In fairness to Hamas, if you were armed and you saw a rave, wouldn't you attack?
Or if you've been watching your people get starved and slaughtered for generations, you would take it out and the person dancing with closed.
It might enrage you to see that people were having a party.
Yeah, they're playing some deep house music.
Initially, a festival was scheduled to take place at the location on October 5th and 6th and was only approved to be extended into Saturday, October 7th, earlier that week.
Another report from Heretz revealed that Gaza's division's operations officer, Lieutenant Colonel Sahar Fogel, opposed the extension, arguing it was a needless security risk, but was told by his superiors to approve it.
Well, you know, one thing I love is that, because in America, remember how quick everybody just like, just drop it.
We need to be together right now.
And they're not doing none of that over there.
They're suing and yelling and getting in the streets like.
You listen, mister.
You make us victims of Hamas.
We're coming for you.
We got lawyers.
Here's a tweet by GM Friends of Palestine.
NOVA Festival survivors sue Israeli state for army negligence.
The lawsuit does not address evidence that Israeli forces killed many of the partygoers who died at the event through helicopter airstrikes.
And here's all the cars.
Do you think Hamas did this?
You think Hamas has the ability to do this?
You don't think their hand glider guns did it?
You don't think that yeah?
No, Israel did it.
This is what I love is because America's the kids' table of Thanksgiving as far as information.
Yeah.
Like we don't like, if you just read their thing, you could see exactly what happened just out in the open.
It's amazing.
