Jim Bakker Show - The Jim Bakker Show with William Forstchen Aired: 2025-05-05 Duration: 58:07 === Dr. William Forshan's Insights (02:21) === [00:00:01] Hello and welcome to the Jim Baker Family Show, coming to you from the village of Morningside, USA, nestled in the beautiful Ozark Mountains. [00:00:10] Today's special guest is author of 50 books, faculty fellow and professor of history at Montreal College, Dr. William Forshan. [00:00:20] Our co-host today is Reverend Mondo de la Vega. [00:00:24] And now, live from Gray Street at Morningside, USA, here's your host, Pastor Ricky Baker. [00:00:33] Hello, friends. [00:00:34] You're watching the PTL Television Network. [00:00:35] We're excited you've tuned in with us today. [00:00:37] We have Dr. William Forshan. [00:00:39] He has a PhD from Purdue University with a specialization in military history and the history of technology. [00:00:46] And Mondo, my goodness, we need someone who really understands the history of technology. [00:00:50] Because I think for anything, you really have to know the history to know where you're going. [00:00:55] Yes. [00:00:55] A lot of people neglect that. [00:00:56] They neglect the history and then they try to figure out where we're going without the history. [00:01:00] It's like, you know, trying to build a house without the foundation. [00:01:03] Doesn't work. [00:01:04] We can repeat history once again. [00:01:07] And the idea of that scares me because now you add technology to it, technology to it is going to change even history itself. [00:01:17] And right now, there's technology that is being developed with quantum computing that if we have a war today, it will be a different type of war. [00:01:28] But we're seeing the precursors with cyber attacks. [00:01:32] That's right. [00:01:32] That alone has changed history itself. [00:01:35] That's right. [00:01:35] You know, we have Dr. William Forshan with us. [00:01:37] It's going to be an incredible show. [00:01:38] He also, Mondo, in his many accolades, we could spend probably half the show talking about the things he's accomplished, but he's also a faculty fellow and professor of history at Montreat College. [00:01:47] And he is the author of 50 books, including the New York Times best-selling series, One Second After. [00:01:54] You know, I think it's incredible, Mondo. [00:01:56] That was an incredible series, and we're going to get into that a little bit today. [00:01:59] But before we do that, before we do that, I would like to lay the groundwork for the show because I think it's important. [00:02:03] In the day and age we live in, we can get lost in the rigmaroo of what the world has to offer and the news cycles and the breaking news and the notifications from our phones. === Remain in Me (15:32) === [00:02:12] And I want to just make sure you know where the groundwork for this is going to be. [00:02:16] If you have your Bible, open up to the book of John in the New Testament. [00:02:20] John 15, I want to start with verse 4, Mondo. [00:02:23] Let's do it. [00:02:23] It says this right here. [00:02:24] Remain in me and I in you. [00:02:27] Just as a branch is unable to produce fruit by itself unless it remains on the vine. [00:02:32] Neither can you unless you remain in me. [00:02:37] You know, Mondo, we have people trying to produce fruit outside of Christ. [00:02:40] And this verse right here proves that that's not possible. [00:02:43] No. [00:02:44] And when you see preachers today preaching a different gospel, it tells you that we have done something different in our lives in order to fit the culture. [00:02:55] But when you start trying to grow something out of the original text and the context of the scripture, now you have a different gospel. [00:03:05] And no wonder our nation is confused, is in trouble. [00:03:07] We don't recognize Christ in areas where we should recognize Christ because we've moved away from the fundamentals of Christianity. [00:03:16] That's right. [00:03:16] You know, people don't realize when we talk about this text, what does abide mean? [00:03:21] You know, abide means to rest. [00:03:22] It means to stay. [00:03:24] It's not about striving, Mondo. [00:03:26] It's about staying. [00:03:27] Because the branch, it doesn't need to strive to grow. [00:03:29] It just needs to maintain its connectivity to the vine. [00:03:33] And that's what we have to do. [00:03:34] You know, Mondo, we don't have to strive to get a word from the Holy Spirit. [00:03:38] Sometimes we have to fast. [00:03:39] You know, sometimes we have to pray a little bit more. [00:03:41] But if we just rest and stay in who God is, doesn't he, isn't he, or I should say, isn't he faithful to speak to us? [00:03:47] He's faithful to talk to us in our low moments. [00:03:49] He's faithful to talk to us when we're going through stress, when we have anxiety, when you feel like you're becoming depressed. [00:03:54] He's so faithful that if we remain in him, it is His fruit that grows through us. [00:04:00] Try taking the branch out of the tree and plant it somewhere else, see if it will grow. [00:04:05] That's right. [00:04:06] Well, the rest of the text right here, it says clearly what happens to it. [00:04:09] It says, I am the vine and you are the branches. [00:04:10] The one who remains in me and I in him produces much fruit because you can do nothing without me. [00:04:17] If anyone does not remain in me, he is thrown aside like a branch and he withers. [00:04:22] They gather them, throw them into the fire, and they are burned. [00:04:25] If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you want and it will be done for you. [00:04:32] You know, Mondo, it's another one of those verses that has been taken grossly out of context. [00:04:36] You say, well, you know, if you're a believer in any capacity and you're living any type of lifestyle, ask whatever you need, the Lord will give it to you. [00:04:43] He will do that if you are a part of the vine. [00:04:47] All right. [00:04:47] I got this more. [00:04:48] I can't believe you're teaching about this. [00:04:50] This morning, I posted something that the Lord was giving me. [00:04:54] Sure, it is. [00:04:54] Can I read it to you? [00:04:56] I wrote, Solomon had wisdom, but when he stopped walking with God, that wisdom turned into pride. [00:05:03] Amen. [00:05:04] Don't let that be your story. [00:05:06] Trust God with wisdom, even when it doesn't make sense. [00:05:10] It will always lead to life. [00:05:12] As long as you stay with the vine, you're going to have life. [00:05:16] Amen. [00:05:19] The wisest man in the world, the moment he leaned, and the Bible makes it clear, into his own understanding, his heart became prideful in thinking that it was his wisdom working through him. [00:05:34] But what happened to him? [00:05:35] He lived, he ended up living a very messy life. [00:05:39] That's right. [00:05:39] And when you take the scripture out of context, you realize that he started getting involved with multiple women, if not more women than anybody can think of. [00:05:49] And witchcraft. [00:05:50] Absolutely. [00:05:50] But people want to take that scripture out of context, but he did that in his own wisdom, and he fell into sin, and that sin led to death. [00:05:59] That's right. [00:06:00] So, what you're reading right now, that the moment you separate from the true vine, just know that the result will be death. [00:06:07] That's right. [00:06:08] How simple is that? [00:06:09] And that's the word speaking. [00:06:10] He says they will be picked up, they'll be thrown into the fire, and they are burned. [00:06:14] You know, verse 8 of this right here, if you have your Bibles, we're in chapter 15 of John. [00:06:18] It says, My Father is glorified by this, that you produce much fruit and prove to be my disciples. [00:06:26] As the Father loves me, I also loved you. [00:06:28] Remain in my love. [00:06:30] If you keep my commandments, you will remain in my love. [00:06:35] Just as I have kept my Father's commandments and remain in his love. [00:06:38] I have told you these things so that my joy may be in you and your joy may be complete. [00:06:47] See, Mondo, when Christ's joy is in us, just as the text says, that is when our joy is complete. [00:06:53] That is when our joy comes to its full fruition. [00:06:56] It says this, this is my command: love one another as I have loved you. [00:07:02] No one has greater love than this, to lay down his life for his friends. [00:07:08] You are my friends. [00:07:10] And if you do what I command you, I do not call you servants anymore, because a servant doesn't know what his master is doing. [00:07:17] I have called you friends because I have made known to you everything I have heard from my Father, but you didn't choose me, but I chose you. [00:07:25] I appointed you to go and produce fruit and that your fruit should remain, so that whatever you ask the Father in my name, he will give to you. [00:07:37] This is what I command to you. [00:07:39] He said it one more time: love one another. [00:07:41] Mondo, that's the fruit that is produced when the branch stays in the vine. [00:07:46] There's so much that knowledge can do for you, but there's nothing greater than having the wisdom coming straight from the Father, asking it through his Son, Jesus Christ. [00:07:58] If you want to know what's coming next, if you want to know why the watchman on the wall is so key and important, it's as long as you stay near God, as long as you stay connected to God, he will show you what his son prophesied in Matthew 24. [00:08:14] And understanding that the time we're in right now, the revelation doesn't come through you. [00:08:20] The revelation comes through his son, Jesus Christ. [00:08:24] And, you know, it's funny because there was a lady a few days ago was trying to give her opinion about a subject matter that the Bible talks about and people even discuss and people write books about. [00:08:37] But she was talking from her experience. [00:08:41] But her experience had nothing to do with what the word backs up. [00:08:45] She was talking from experience and not from the Bible. [00:08:47] And the thing is, that's where we get in trouble. [00:08:50] That when you think you can remove your opinion from the true opinion and you think that that's Bible, now you're deceived. [00:08:59] And can you imagine how many people are deceived today because they have removed themselves from what the word of God has said about marriage, what God has said about prosperity, what God has said about family, what God has said about the kingdom. [00:09:14] And the moment you start building your own idea and your own ideology, you are in trouble because as long as you're disconnected from the true source, now it becomes yours and now you become glorified. [00:09:27] Now, mind you, God is a jealous God. [00:09:30] Amen. [00:09:31] He is not going to allow you or I to take the glory for what he already said through his word. [00:09:39] He doesn't change his mind about family. [00:09:41] He doesn't change his mind about his kingdom. [00:09:44] But when you try to build your opinion based on what your experience was, I'm sorry, that doesn't back up the word. [00:09:52] Amen. [00:09:53] And I believe that's where we get in trouble: is that when we remove our ministries, we remove our knowledge, we remove our minds away from God. [00:10:03] Now you become an idol maker. [00:10:06] That's right. [00:10:06] And you become a branch that is separated from the vine. [00:10:08] And the word is very clear. [00:10:10] It's only a matter of time before you're gathered, thrown into the fire, and burned. [00:10:13] And that's just the word speaking. [00:10:14] That's not doom and gloom. [00:10:16] That's not hellfire and brimstone. [00:10:17] That's not our opinion. [00:10:18] That is the word speaking for itself. [00:10:20] And the beauty, Mondo, like I said, the beauty of it is, is it's not striving. [00:10:25] It is simply staying. [00:10:27] It is simply remaining where you are and not disconnecting yourself, not letting pride get in the way and cutting you off of the true vine. [00:10:33] Friends, I want to make sure you have a relationship with Jesus Christ. [00:10:36] It is the most important thing that you can ever do. [00:10:39] It tells you where you will be for eternity. [00:10:42] And Mondo, eternity is a really long time. [00:10:44] It lasts forever. [00:10:45] We want to make sure that you have a relationship with Christ so that you have full confidence in knowing no matter when it is that the Lord decides to come back or no matter when it is that the Lord decides to take you home, that you know I'm going to spend eternity in heaven with Jesus Christ, the one true living God, the only way to heaven. [00:11:02] If you want someone to walk you through that process, go to our website or scan the QR code and you can put in a prayer request. [00:11:08] We will reach back out to you and we'll pray that salvation prayer with you, friend. [00:11:12] We'll get to this place where we can talk to you. [00:11:14] And I want to make sure that you'll know that you're not alone in this fight. [00:11:18] And Mondo, I think that's what the devil has been doing in these last few years. [00:11:22] We saw with an epidemic, we saw with church splits, we saw with people leaving the church. [00:11:26] He's been isolating people and making them feel alone. [00:11:29] Absolutely. [00:11:31] more suicides have been seen in the last five years than any other time in our history from militarily to housewives to that's right I want to tell you something. [00:11:42] There's an epidemic that we're seeing right now from leaders that we've never imagined. [00:11:47] But I want to tell you something. [00:11:49] The moment we get away from God's foundation, we realize that we are facing death. [00:11:57] God has a plan, and that plan is for you and I to prosper and not fail. [00:12:03] That's Jeremiah 29, 11. [00:12:05] Amen. [00:12:05] You see, the thing about it, Ricky, you said it perfectly. [00:12:08] God did not change his mind about the 10 commandments. [00:12:12] That's right. [00:12:12] He made him easier for us to understand and two commandments. [00:12:17] But we are going to be judged by the 10 commandments that his ethics has raised. [00:12:23] That's his morals and ethics. [00:12:24] And I want to tell you something. [00:12:25] We are going to be judged by God's moral standards. [00:12:28] That is a difficult place to be in if you don't find yourself understanding that through his son, Jesus Christ, we receive salvation. [00:12:37] We receive the grace. [00:12:38] We receive the mercy. [00:12:40] We receive the forgiveness of our sin so we can one day be judged by his moral standards that he never changed his mind upon. [00:12:48] That's right. [00:12:49] That's a good word. [00:12:50] I mean, the only reason we can stand in front of the Father is because of the Son sacrifice. [00:12:55] The only reason. [00:12:57] He had to send Jesus in order for us to be able to fit the moral standards of the Ten Commandments. [00:13:05] That's right. [00:13:06] But he never changed his mind about the Ten Commandments. [00:13:08] That's right. [00:13:09] He's the same yesterday, same today, and the same forever. [00:13:12] Friends, it's important you have that relationship with Jesus. [00:13:14] You know, Mondo, this network, we have dedicated it, and we, from the inception, we've talked about we want to get people prepared spiritually first and foremost. [00:13:22] We want to make sure that everyone has that relationship with Jesus Christ, that you're prepared. [00:13:25] But, Mondo, you know, we believe in physical preparation as well, but spiritual preparation, that is what keeps this network going. [00:13:31] The reason that we want to come on and continue to broadcast is because of the letters we get where you say, my mother, my father, my grandmother, my grandfather, they've been watching you for years. [00:13:41] We started watching you and we decided to give our lives to the Lord. [00:13:44] Or, you know, there's been someone who I've been having a difficult time reaching out to. [00:13:47] And it's been because of some of the literature and some of the education that we've shared on the show that they are now considering Christ or now that they have given their lives to Jesus. [00:13:55] That's why we do this here. [00:13:56] Absolutely. [00:13:57] And that is why we want to continue to do what we do. [00:13:59] And friends, we need you to stand with us during this time period. [00:14:02] We need you to continue to watch us, continue to find us wherever we are. [00:14:06] I know, Mondo, one big push is what we're doing is we're moving into a streaming platform simply because of cost efficiency. [00:14:11] Cost efficiency is so important. [00:14:13] Television is very, very expensive, and we want to be able to broadcast the gospel of Jesus Christ. [00:14:17] So we are shifting into that streaming platform more and more because it's more cost-effective and we have the potential to reach just as many homes. [00:14:25] But we need people to find us there as well. [00:14:27] Download the apps, stream us on the apps, and still continue to support through the streaming website. [00:14:31] Listen, you can watch through Roku, Amazon, Firestick. [00:14:35] You can watch us through Apple TV. [00:14:37] Apple TV. [00:14:38] That's right. [00:14:38] The PTL network app. [00:14:40] And if you don't see us on the way that you used to see us before, again, things are changing rapidly. [00:14:47] And we want to stay with the change and be able to bring the program right to you because you know what? [00:14:53] You have changed the way you watch television. [00:14:56] That means that you are watching whenever you're able to watch, whenever it's convenient for you to watch. [00:15:04] And that has changed the game on how we distribute this program. [00:15:08] So today, listen, go to jimbakershow.com and find the different ways that you can watch this program and support this television program and support the network. [00:15:18] Because right now, we need your help. [00:15:20] We need your support. [00:15:22] And if we're going to make this transition, we want you to be a part of it. [00:15:26] That's right. [00:15:26] You know, sometimes I'm really bad at typing in URLs. [00:15:28] You know, you have to remember a lot of words or type in long things. [00:15:31] Sometimes people spell our last names wrong. [00:15:33] So we've actually decided, and we've had this conversation and we've worked with our tech team in the back. [00:15:38] And we've made it very simple. [00:15:39] If you want to find anything we're doing along the support stream, you can go to ptl.tv. [00:15:45] And if they go to ptl.tv, that will take them and that will allow them to see everywhere we're streaming, all the different shows we have. [00:15:51] Mondo, you can pull it up right now and test it. [00:15:52] We just got it live, I think, as of this morning. [00:15:54] Mondo's going to tell me right now if it works or not. [00:15:56] I want to see. [00:15:57] I'm gonna fact-check this guy. [00:15:58] He's gonna fact-check me right now. [00:15:59] Oh, PTL.tv. [00:16:02] That was fast. [00:16:03] So, it's all we have to do: go to ptl.tv, and it'll show us everything that we have going on, where we can watch the shows, channel listing, schedule, even device help. [00:16:12] Mondo, if someone needs help choosing the device they have and how they can get it on to download it, we also have that there. [00:16:18] So, PTL.tv, that's where we're going to start shifting almost everything to. [00:16:22] So, if you see our website URLs, we're trying to make them as simple as possible for people. [00:16:27] So, we're going to start shifting everything over to ptl.tv, and we just need people to shift with us. [00:16:31] Absolutely. [00:16:32] Listen, share that information today. [00:16:34] We need you to stand with us today and call the number 1-888-988-1588. [00:16:40] And listen, stand with us this month. [00:16:42] Yes. [00:16:43] Again, one of those days we're going to sit down and really tell you all the things that are happening right now that are exciting. [00:16:50] We just finished an amazing conference that was so successful, and people are still talking about it. [00:16:56] And there's people online that wish they would have made it because I want to tell you something: God is moving, and God is doing some amazing things through ptl.tv. [00:17:06] We want you to be a part of it. [00:17:07] Call the number today to stand with us. [00:17:10] You know, give your donation today. [00:17:12] It's not a time to stop, it's not a time to question, it's a time to stand together and let's continue to share the gospel around the world. [00:17:20] And our special guest today, this man is incredible. [00:17:24] This is a man that his voice should be heard every single day, warning you about what's happening right now and where are we going as America. === Tariffs And Threats: 90/80 (13:35) === [00:17:34] That's right. [00:17:35] We have our special guest, Dr. William Fortune, back on with us. [00:17:37] Dr. William, I want to say thank you for being on the broadcast with us today. [00:17:41] How are you doing from where you are? [00:17:43] Well, quite good. [00:17:44] Things here in North Carolina going along, and glad to be talking with my friends out in your area. [00:17:50] It's been a couple years, so it's good to be back. [00:17:52] Amen. [00:17:53] We love the Midwest, but we also love the Carolinas out there. [00:17:56] You know, you wrote a book called One Second After. [00:17:58] I just want to ask you, what motivated you? [00:18:00] Because in preparation for the show, we pulled our books back out, we re-evaluated them, we re-looked at them. [00:18:05] But what influenced you to write this of a public awareness for EMP threats? [00:18:11] That's an interesting story. [00:18:13] I've been trying to write the novel for several years and going nowhere. [00:18:18] We had a graduation back in 2005 where Reverend Graham was the keynote speaker. [00:18:25] And I'm sitting there, it's hot. [00:18:27] Reverend Graham is talking, and I'm looking out at the audience, my graduates and families, and such. [00:18:33] And I do call it a God moment. [00:18:35] It just suddenly hit me. [00:18:37] Write a book about what happens in a small town in North Carolina post-EMP. [00:18:43] So I could say indirectly that Franklin Graham had a bit of an influence on this as well. [00:18:48] But the book came out in 09. [00:18:50] It's still selling well. [00:18:52] And just within the last week, I received word that we're going to be filming, making a movie about it come September. [00:18:59] Come September, come September, we're going to see a film about this. [00:19:02] This is incredible because I think awareness is key. [00:19:05] Because, Mondo, people lack or people die because they don't have information. [00:19:09] I believe this book, this TV series, is going to change lives and is going to change the way people look at how to get prepared. [00:19:18] People are going to start realizing that a fearless generator is not a EMP bag. [00:19:23] Absolutely. [00:19:23] Because I want to tell you something. [00:19:24] When you understand the possibilities of something really shifting and changing in your life, you pay attention. [00:19:32] I believe that this TV series is going to change the outlook and the way people view how to get prepared. [00:19:38] That's right. [00:19:39] For years, people have made fun of us. [00:19:42] This, what you're about to encounter, Dr. Fortune, is something that is going to help us understand why it's so important to be prepared. [00:19:51] I think the warnings are there, but the idea of really, you know, going through something is not going to change until you see it for yourself and life is going to change as it is. [00:20:02] What and how you're going to respond to it will depend on how prepared you are. [00:20:06] That's right. [00:20:07] You know, Dr. Fortune, I want to ask you, why does the U.S. remain vulnerable to EMP tax, EMP attacks, despite, you know, the increased ability to, you know, the increased awareness? [00:20:19] I have to throw in a little plug here. [00:20:23] Reverend Baker gave me one of those home generating systems some years ago. [00:20:29] I'm at the pretty, well, the epicenter of the disaster that hit North Carolina in September when Haleem wiped out this whole region. [00:20:37] I was in the middle of all that. [00:20:39] And the morning after everything blew off, we had no power for a month and a half. [00:20:44] I pulled out the generator, the home generator that Reverend Baker gave me, and that kept me going. [00:20:51] So I got to give a thanks to Reverend Baker for that. [00:20:54] But regarding your question, why we are not reacting to this, EMP, shorthand for electromagnetic pulse weapon, is created by bursting a nuclear weapon 250 miles above the Earth's surface. [00:21:08] It's a real threat. [00:21:10] North Korea is a big threat for this, possibly Iran. [00:21:14] We're not prepared. [00:21:15] We have been on the back burner of this issue for years. [00:21:20] Fortunately, the current administration is starting to look seriously at this and what's called Golden Dome to create a ballistic missile defense system to protect the United States from an EMP strike. [00:21:33] But right now, we are still very, very vulnerable. [00:21:37] You know, Mondo, we live in the greatest nation in the world, and we're hearing from a doctor who is also a professor who says we are critically vulnerable right now to an EMP threat, which I know, I think it was Dr. Peter Vincent Pry, and you'll have to correct me on my statistic if I'm wrong. [00:21:52] We have a lot of numbers thrown around at us. [00:21:55] Didn't he say it was somewhere between 90 plus percent of the United States of America would pass away within the first year if we got hit with a devastating EMP? [00:22:03] Absolutely. [00:22:04] And I want Dr. Fortune to comment on that because you heard it right from Dr. Vincent Prye. [00:22:10] When you heard those numbers, what went through your mind, Doctor? [00:22:15] Dr. Pry was, I would call him the godfather of this issue. [00:22:19] I was reading his material from a congressional report in 2002. [00:22:24] When he first was saying upwards to 80, 90%, I wondered, where did he get this number? [00:22:29] But then I started doing my own research. [00:22:32] It's true, because if we lose our electrical grid, we lose the following. [00:22:36] One, water supply is instantly shut off. [00:22:40] Where are you going to get your water? [00:22:42] Food supply. [00:22:43] 20 days after a major blow like that, the food supply runs out. [00:22:48] Medication runs out. [00:22:50] Transportation no longer works. [00:22:51] The bad guys are out there shopping and terrorizing us. [00:22:56] And the statistic is real. [00:22:57] 80 to 90% of Americans would die within a year after such an event. [00:23:04] You know, Mondo, I don't think people realize how devastating that is, especially upon big cities. [00:23:09] It's why Pastor Jim Baker has been saying for many years, if you have the ability to do so, get out of big cities, go into more rural areas, make sure you have a property that touches water. [00:23:17] You know, he's talked about this New Year's Eve, every New Year's Eve, probably for what, the last five or six years. [00:23:23] But it's not just for no reason. [00:23:25] But I want to ask you, Dr. Fortune, how can communities and individuals realistically prepare for an event like this? [00:23:31] Because 80 to 90% of the United States population going away within, you know, let's say even a five-year time span, let's not even say a year, within a five-year time span. [00:23:41] Dr. Fortune, how can someone even prepare for an event like that? [00:23:45] Well, the grid is down. [00:23:47] Another study pointed out that five years after a major blowout before the BMP, 80 to 90% of the electrical grid would still be gone as well. [00:23:59] How do you prepare? [00:24:00] I've always been a strong advocate that, excuse me, I got a dog chewing on me here. [00:24:07] Churches are a major rally point for me. [00:24:10] And I've always said church communities should be looking and sitting down with the pastor or somebody saying, okay, if we get hit with a major disaster, how do we as a community work to rebuild? [00:24:24] I witnessed this during the Great Flood back in September. [00:24:27] I had no power for a month and a half. [00:24:29] There were regions that were down for two to three months. [00:24:32] Private communities, I mean, churches, private donors, those were the ones that worked so hard to bring us back online. [00:24:41] So I would say, number one, rely on our churches. [00:24:44] Number two, our government has to act on this. [00:24:48] It's gone too long. [00:24:50] We are so vulnerable, and yet we're not reacting to it. [00:24:54] And North Korea and Iran are the big threats to me. [00:25:00] I hope you're paying attention. [00:25:01] And as we're talking, I want you to go to the website, jimbakershow.com, or the new one that is easier to go to, ptl.tv, and begin to research on what fuel is generator you need to have in your home. [00:25:17] I want to tell you something. [00:25:19] Every church needs to have several of these generators because you want to be able to be that beacon of hope to be able to facilitate even the fact that how people charge their phones in a time of emergency is going to be very crucial. [00:25:36] And listen, when you go to that website, this company, Lion Energy, has made it available for you. [00:25:43] And by the way, as you do that, you're helping us. [00:25:46] This month, we need your financial support more than ever. [00:25:50] I know we've said that before, but we're coming out of a situation that we are almost close to victory. [00:25:56] And every time you order products, you're getting us close to that victory. [00:26:01] So I want to make sure you know that every time you buy something from our affiliate programs, you're helping us cut that debt down. [00:26:09] Amen. [00:26:09] Sir, I got to ask you this. [00:26:11] When do you anticipate a significant progress in national EMP preparedness? [00:26:18] And what steps should we prioritize as a nation and as a family? [00:26:26] Great question. [00:26:27] Number one, of course, the federal government, four years ago, excuse me, when Trump was still president, he mandated a review of what to do in the event of an EMP to DOE, DOD, and others. [00:26:43] The day the next president came in, he killed that study. [00:26:48] Well, it's back on board again. [00:26:50] You could create what's called Golden Dome within a couple of years if we put the effort into it. [00:26:57] But beyond that, our electrical grid is an antique. [00:27:01] According to DOE, the electricity we are pumping out there at this very instant is going across grids that are 20, 30, 40 years old. [00:27:10] We need to upgrade the grids. [00:27:13] We need to bring manufacturing back, a big point right now. [00:27:17] Bring manufacturing back to the United States because where do you think the vast majority of our major components come from? [00:27:24] From China. [00:27:25] Let's end that. [00:27:26] Let's bring American manufacturing back, American jobs to rebuild the grid. [00:27:32] Because if you made a more resistant grid, which is possible, it would ameliate some of the effects of an EMP. [00:27:39] So it's defense, it's coming together as communities, and Redoing American manufacturing so that it creates a grid for the 21st century. [00:27:52] Speaking of manufacturing, what are your thoughts on the tariffs implemented by President Trump and the reactions that they've gandered over the last few months? [00:28:01] Absolutely. [00:28:02] Amen. [00:28:03] This was long overdue. [00:28:04] It's needed. [00:28:05] And realize, if you look back on his book, The Art of the Deal, he is, what is it? [00:28:12] Something like he said he was going to do tariffs. [00:28:15] 75 different countries have come back saying, oh, wait a minute. [00:28:19] We'll drop our tariffs if you don't do this to us. [00:28:22] So I think we're on the right track. [00:28:24] We've got some very good people. [00:28:27] I'm a big admirer of Musk for a lot of different reasons besides my interest in the space program. [00:28:34] But let's take politics out of this a little bit between Democrat and Republican. [00:28:39] What can we do that's best for America to ensure its survival? [00:28:43] That's what I'm talking about. [00:28:46] Amen. [00:28:47] And I think when you look at nations right now, let me ask you this: how might nations like China respond to these tariffs? [00:28:56] And could this escalate to tensions such as maybe even a war? [00:29:02] I've never, I'm one of those people who have never actually seen China as a major war threat. [00:29:07] The Chinese are not military hegemonists, they are economic hegemonists. [00:29:13] They are constantly using economic pressure. [00:29:16] But you got to realize, China is not as strong as some people think. [00:29:21] About a third of the country is first world, but there are still large sections of China that are in the 19th, early 20th century. [00:29:30] The Chinese don't want war any more than we do, though. [00:29:33] They might bluster about it. [00:29:35] But challenging them now, saying, look, the tariffs are going to go in, either do that, work with us, or they're going to go. [00:29:43] The Chinese eventually will fold, and we might have a more amenicable relationship in the future. [00:29:49] This is interesting, right? [00:29:51] Because on TikTok, there's been an exposure of manufacturers, you know, really, I call them snitching, but I think it's more than that, it's exposing the greed in companies that are overcharging for a handbag. [00:30:09] There's a guy going on there, and he's pretty much saying, hey, this is where you can buy direct from manufacturers. [00:30:14] The only thing it won't have is the logo. [00:30:15] Yeah, exactly. [00:30:16] And, you know, in this tariffs that are so terrible, everybody's saying, it's exposing the reality of an economic warfare that is happening between two nations, popping their, you know, chests, seeing who's stronger. [00:30:30] And everybody's playing their cards right now. [00:30:33] And I want to tell you something. [00:30:34] This is why it's so important to not disconnect with what's happening right now. [00:30:40] Stay in tune. [00:30:41] Do not disengage. [00:30:43] Don't stop supporting ministries. [00:30:45] Don't stop listening to the warnings. === Be Prepared for Cyber Attack (05:58) === [00:30:46] Don't stop preparing. [00:30:48] Because I want to tell you something. [00:30:50] I know it's crazy to say this, but we can wake up to a different nation at any moment because it doesn't mean that it's to be scaring you. [00:31:01] It's to be watchful. [00:31:03] It's to be prepared. [00:31:05] It's to get your faith in order. [00:31:07] Begin to start putting your faith in the economics of how God works. [00:31:12] But understand this. [00:31:14] A lot of people are putting the brakes on, Ricky. [00:31:17] For some reason, they're not wanting to get prepared. [00:31:20] They don't see the writing in the wall, especially with something that's in EMP, especially as something as critical or infrastructure needs to be repaired, needs to be upgraded. [00:31:34] And the question always is going to be this. [00:31:37] How ready are you? [00:31:39] That's the question you need to answer today. [00:31:42] How ready are you? [00:31:44] Because you're the only one that can't answer that question today. [00:31:47] We have the options on how you can be prepared, but now is your turn to act on that and say, how prepared am I? [00:31:55] That's right. [00:31:56] Especially in the world we're living in, Mondo, it's constantly changing and it's constantly growing in the way of technology. [00:32:00] We have to ensure we're prepared, but also prepared for the future as well. [00:32:05] You know, Dr. Fortune, as a historian, how do you assess President Trump's leadership guiding America into the, what they're calling, Mondo, I think, the AI era? [00:32:15] Absolutely positive. [00:32:16] And let me point out something else. [00:32:18] Again, I lived through a natural disaster that I never thought possible the day before and then the day after I wake up. [00:32:26] And the whole infrastructure of Western North Carolina is down. [00:32:31] Besides the electrical generator that Reverend Baker once provided to me, I go into my storage area and I've got a year's worth of food supply for up to four people. [00:32:44] Again, gifted to me by Reverend Baker some years ago. [00:32:48] So what can we do as an individual? [00:32:52] Make sure you have some access to power. [00:32:54] Make sure you have emergency food supplies on hand because you don't want to be out on the street on day three begging for food. [00:33:03] Next, you have children. [00:33:05] Do you want your children to go hungry when doing a little bit to provide for them? [00:33:11] I thank God every day for the supplies I got and the emergency equipment I have that were provided by this show some years ago. [00:33:20] Man, you know, Mondo, given the rise of AI, we need to realize how critical it is to have a robust, a robust power infrastructure. [00:33:27] You know, it's not the same world we live in where it has to be a person manually guiding a balloon over the United States of America to drop a bomb high altitude that can mess with our grid. [00:33:39] This can be done by artificial intelligence from anywhere in the world and really launched from anywhere in the world. [00:33:45] All you have to do is have a laptop like mine and write software that can tap into infrastructures today. [00:33:52] And they have tested it and it works. [00:33:54] And now software is able to be written by itself. [00:33:56] I mean, you know, these high-intensity AI machines, these artificial intelligent machines, you know, open AI, things like that, not the company, but just the concept of it, you know, they can write anything that they want very quickly. [00:34:09] Cyber warfare is something that we never think about, Dr. Fortune. [00:34:15] In the era of artificial intelligence, how will warfare or battles be fought over cyber attacks? [00:34:27] The military historian, which was my area of expertise going back some years, the way the last war ended could very well be a precursor of what's to come. [00:34:38] Okay, World War I ends with tanks and everything else, which become World War II. [00:34:44] World War II ends with nuclear weapons. [00:34:46] World War III, if it ever came, is going to be high-tech. [00:34:51] You no longer need multi-million dollar missiles and such. [00:34:55] You have swarms of drones. [00:34:58] Cyber attack is a huge area. [00:35:00] My college, Monterey College, offers a major in cybersecurity. [00:35:06] And I sit in on some of those classes and I sit there gape mouth watching the number of tax attacks that are coming in daily against the American infrastructure. [00:35:16] So we have to be prepared in terms of cyber attack. [00:35:19] We need to be prepared in terms of military attack with next generation weapons. [00:35:25] All of this is contingent upon Americans becoming more aware that we got to start planning for a better future than we did in the past. [00:35:34] That's the crucial thing. [00:35:35] And yet again, I want to stay out of politics here, but I think the current administration is doing all the right moves. [00:35:43] Can you share updates on the adaptation of your One Second After series? [00:35:47] You said that's turning into a film beginning this fall. [00:35:49] I want to know more about that because, Mondo, I think that is going to bring a widespread net of awareness on this issue. [00:35:58] You know, in fact, I've only gotten a word on this within the last two days. [00:36:03] I've tried for years. [00:36:04] We finally got a very good producer, director. [00:36:08] They've been hiring people. [00:36:10] And it looks now that by around September 15th, they'll start filming for a release next spring. [00:36:17] Most likely will go to Netflix or Amazon Prime, where most movies go now. [00:36:22] So it's real, it's coming. [00:36:25] And beyond that, my key thing is it raises awareness because it will very accurately portray what happens within EMP and afterwards. === Be Ready Now (15:36) === [00:36:35] There's never been a film yet that has done that accurately. [00:36:38] It's about time we have one. [00:36:40] Raises awareness, raises public support for getting some things done. [00:36:45] Is it going to be called One Second After, you think, or you think it'll have a different title to it? [00:36:49] Yeah, it will be called One Second After. [00:36:52] That is incredible, Mondo. [00:36:53] I mean, that's something, you know, especially if it goes on a major, you know, they used to call them big box, but now they're big box again. [00:36:59] If it goes on a major streaming platform like that, think about the hundreds of thousands and millions of people who are then going to be able to say, wow, what would I do if something like this happened? [00:37:10] I think about that daily. [00:37:13] I think about that when we are having a storm. [00:37:16] I think about that when we're facing tornado warnings. [00:37:20] I don't know about you, but every time a disaster begins to shape itself around our area, I think about how prepared am I? [00:37:29] Do I have the essentials to get me by for the next three days, next three weeks, next three months? [00:37:37] I don't think America understands that something like an EMP can paralyze us overnight in a matter of hours. [00:37:48] We have seen disasters change the landscape of North Carolina, South Carolina. [00:37:54] We have seen how it changed the landscape on how we reacted when Katrina hit, let alone preparing for the big outbreak of epidemic that can paralyze nations. [00:38:08] We woke up to a different America when COVID came into place and we realized that we were out of toilet paper. [00:38:17] That's right. [00:38:17] And people began to panic. [00:38:20] What would you do when you can't shop for eggs? [00:38:23] We're watching that take place. [00:38:25] It's not the future anymore. [00:38:27] It's a now moment. [00:38:29] And the only thing that I can think of is how prepared are you? [00:38:35] How much food do you have for your family, for your church, for your community? [00:38:41] I don't think you realize that the depths of what's taking place in North Carolina and South Carolina, people are still waiting for help. [00:38:50] People are still battling for their lives. [00:38:53] People in America, this should not happen in a First Nation, but it is happening. [00:38:58] And the idea of being prepared with food has become a laughing stock in a lot of Christian circles until something happens to you. [00:39:07] What if I told you that this bucket right here can be a life-changing moment for you and your family? [00:39:13] What if I told you that that bottle of water right here that is military-graded plastic can change your life in a moment? [00:39:21] What if I told you that if you had a generator that can give you enough power to power your telephone so you can stay in communication? [00:39:31] What if I told you that all it takes is preparing before it happens? [00:39:36] Because just like the book, One Second After, Dr. Fortune, one second after, it's already too late, isn't it? [00:39:44] You know, I'm going to actually have to run on you folks in a few minutes because I got an interview over in England in about 10 minutes. [00:39:51] But the things you just held up there, the food bucket, the generator, the water, everybody should have something like that. [00:39:59] Now, if somebody's listening right now and say, I don't have anything in my closet and I got two kids and I'm a, you know, I'm a single parent. [00:40:06] It doesn't take all that much to get started. [00:40:10] You know, through your ministry, you sell some incredibly, well, not, it's almost like giving it away at times, supplies that are essential. [00:40:19] Draw up, your ministry can help people with drawing up a simple list. [00:40:23] What do I need to get by for one month? [00:40:26] Well, you will need this, this, this, and this. [00:40:29] People are going to finally start to realize it doesn't cost all that much because I'm an old Eagle Scout, all right? [00:40:36] And what's the motto? [00:40:37] Be prepared. [00:40:39] Being prepared the day after is not good. [00:40:43] You have to be prepared the day before something happens because sooner or later it's going to happen. [00:40:49] I never expected to be in the middle of a disaster area that we're still recovering from. [00:40:54] That was six months ago. [00:40:56] And I watched a lot of people having to stand online for hours just to get some bottled water. [00:41:01] So these are things that we need to do. [00:41:04] Now, I regret having to leave you in a couple of minutes, but do you have a last question or a comment or whatever that I can help you with? [00:41:11] Yeah, I think if we had a last question, it would probably be: you know, in today's political climate, do you believe society can unite to overcome a diversity as you have depicted in your narratives and your books? [00:41:23] And I just want to know: you know, do you think that's even a possibility for the United States of America? [00:41:28] Remember 9-11? [00:41:30] The morning of 9-11, before 9 o'clock that morning, we were a nation divided by a lot of political causes and such. [00:41:38] That afternoon, we came together as a nation, and it was a remarkable thing to witness. [00:41:44] I do believe that God is the guide for this country. [00:41:49] And in times of need, going back to God and opening that conversation again with Him, doing that as a nation, is going to be crucial in seeing us through the 21st century. [00:42:02] That's right. [00:42:02] Dr. Fortune, I want to say thank you for being on the broadcast with us today. [00:42:05] I know you have to run to an online interview you're going to be doing in England, but it's always a pleasure to have you. [00:42:10] And I'd love to whenever you have the filming begin, maybe we can play a trailer when it's first out. [00:42:14] That'd be awesome. [00:42:15] Absolutely. [00:42:15] Let's do it. [00:42:16] Amen. [00:42:16] Thank you, Dr. Fortune. [00:42:18] You know, Mondo, we've been talking about the spiritual preparation is key. [00:42:21] It's critical. [00:42:21] It's the most important thing. [00:42:23] I can't stress that enough. [00:42:24] The most important thing that you and your family can do. [00:42:28] Mondo, physical preparation is very, very important as well. [00:42:31] We've had the opportunities to go and share food and water and clean clothes with these in disaster zones. [00:42:37] But like Dr. Fortune said, there are still people who have not received help in disaster zones in the United States of America today. [00:42:44] And something as simple as this right here can change somebody's evening. [00:42:50] Having food is essential. [00:42:52] Having water is essential. [00:42:54] Having a community of people that are prepared is very essential because you can depend on one another and lean on one another. [00:43:02] Today, I'm asking you that even if you are already prepared, why don't you give something like this to somebody that you know that is in need of food that can change their life today? [00:43:15] Call the number today, 1-888-988-1588, and ask them about the freeze-dry raw beef that is offered by GridDown Chowdown. [00:43:26] You can order four servings, 12 servings, 24 servings, 36 servings, all the way up to 96 servings. [00:43:35] And I want to tell you something. [00:43:36] When you give the gift of food, people are willing to listen to you. [00:44:04] And I'm telling you, spaghetti marinara. [00:44:08] These are essential items that you can start using today. [00:44:41] I believe I've been dreaming about water. [00:44:44] Pastor Jim has been preaching about water. [00:44:46] And I want to tell you something. [00:44:48] We have found one of the best military graded plastics that this drinking water can be stored up to 20 years on the shelf and not worry about having bacteria. [00:45:00] Call us today, 1-888-988-1588, and become a partner today. [00:45:06] Stand with us. [00:45:07] Shop our affiliate programs. [00:45:17] And also, Mondo, people continuing to find us on our streaming platforms is critical. [00:45:21] You guys have continued to watch, and that is an incredible thing. [00:45:24] Download the app if you can. [00:45:26] Go to our website, ptl.tv. [00:45:28] And there we're going to continue to add things, Mondo. [00:45:30] The store will be moved over to that. [00:45:31] Our news will be moved over to that. [00:45:33] We're trying to house everything. [00:45:34] You know, we've had like 25 websites for all the 25 different things we've done. [00:45:38] So we're going to house them all in one specific area. [00:45:41] It will be that PTL.tv. [00:45:43] It's going to be a lot easier for people to find their things. [00:45:45] But I think it's important that people follow us into the streaming platform because, Mondo, that is where we can spread the gospel as far as we can without the overhead of satellite. [00:45:53] Absolutely. [00:45:54] Do it today. [00:45:55] Listen, the key is call 1-888-988-1588. [00:46:00] We want to hear from you. [00:46:02] We want you and I, when I say you and I, it's us to stay in touch with you because a lot of things are changing. [00:46:08] But at the same time, we want to give you the information. [00:46:12] And I love how people are still writing to us. [00:46:15] People are still communicating through social media. [00:46:18] And that's a new way of communicating. [00:46:20] So thank you for staying in touch with us and communicating. [00:46:24] And by the way, if you have not signed up to get our email blast or email newsletter, I need you to sign up today because we have some amazing opportunities that we want to share with you. [00:46:37] So make sure that when you call, share your email because we want to stay connected that way as well. [00:46:43] That's right. [00:46:44] You can go to that website. [00:46:45] Mondo, I think it's important. [00:46:46] It's critical. [00:46:47] It's the times we live in that we continue to prepare people. [00:46:49] We continue to prepare the church. [00:46:51] We continue to bring you people who will bring relevant information like Dr. William Fortune as well as others. [00:46:56] You know, I think we're blessed. [00:46:57] We just finished up and wrapped up our Ready Now Expo 2025 and an incredible time we have here. [00:47:03] And Mondo, I think that is one of our best expos we've ever done, the most informative. [00:47:07] But people can still go online, readynowexpo.com and get the, you know, the entire three-day event, every seminar, every show, every workshop at readynowexpo.com. [00:47:16] But I don't know, what did you think? [00:47:17] We were running around for three straight days from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. every day. [00:47:22] Donna Howe was on fire. [00:47:24] Joe Morn was on fire. [00:47:26] Dave Robbie. [00:47:26] David Robbins, Carl Gallup, Never Stop Talking. [00:47:30] It was great. [00:47:31] That was incredible. [00:47:32] And the ribbon cutting of the brand new church was amazing. [00:47:37] And really, seeing all the people ask questions to the experts, it was amazing because I love when our partners get together with our guests and you get to interact with them directly. [00:47:49] But seeing you here at Morningsight, meeting new faces, people driving from all over America just to experience this Ready Now Expo was really a treat. [00:47:58] And thank you for supporting us. [00:47:59] Thank you for standing with us. [00:48:01] And if you want to continue to watch, you know, watch it and become a partner because we don't want you to miss one bit of what God is doing here through this program and what the guests have to share with you. [00:48:14] That's right. [00:48:15] Friends, go to ReadyNowExpo.com. [00:48:16] You can find all of those things. [00:48:17] And if you are wondering what was that about, what was the conference all about? [00:48:21] This is what it is about. [00:48:22] We asked the hard questions and we got the hard questions answered from a biblical point of view. [00:48:27] But this is what the conference was all about. [00:48:29] And you can go to readynowexpo.com to check it out. [00:48:33] Christ alive right now. [00:48:35] Because when he comes, he's coming sister. [00:48:37] We'll have all been prepared. [00:48:39] Their hearts are ready. [00:48:40] All prepared for his revelation. [00:48:42] Will artificial intelligence control our lives? [00:48:46] Whether it will become a force for good or ill depends on man. [00:48:50] I suspect that organic or biological evolution has about come to its end. [00:48:56] Are aliens real? [00:48:58] And have they already visited our planet? [00:49:01] What the American people need to know is that the U.S. military and intelligence community are sitting on a huge amount of visual and other information. [00:49:09] Hi, Rez. [00:49:10] High resolution. [00:49:11] The most intelligent inhabitants of that future world won't be men or monkeys. [00:49:17] They'll be machines. [00:49:19] The world is changing at a rapid pace. [00:49:22] And the biggest questions of our time demand answers. [00:49:26] Why the secrecy if it's really no big deal and there's nothing there? [00:49:31] Why hide it? [00:49:34] Join us for Ready Now Expo 2025: Aliens, AI, and the Antichrist, where faith, preparedness, and revelation collide. [00:49:44] Are we entering the final frontier of humanity? [00:49:48] Very soon, we will be beyond the God of the Bible. [00:49:53] Visit www.readynowexpo.com today and be ready for what's coming next. [00:50:01] An incredible time, an incredible conference. [00:50:03] You can go to readynowexpo.com and get that three-day series, and it'll be available online. [00:50:09] I think we do it for up to a year. [00:50:10] We've left our last ones on for a little bit over a year because people are still watching them. [00:50:14] Wow. [00:50:14] But relevant information, it's important information. [00:50:16] But Believer, we want you to be prepared for anything that's coming because you say, well, it's not affecting my life, but it's going to be affecting your grandchildren's life, or it's not affecting yours, but it's going to be affecting your son and daughter's lives, or your nieces and nephews. [00:50:29] We are living in a technological age. [00:50:31] I believe we're living in the new technological era where we're going to see machines doing the majority of work that people used to be able to do, other than maybe some manual labor jobs. [00:50:40] But Mondo, even our education system, our school system has gotten away from teaching our next generation those manual labor jobs. [00:50:46] Absolutely. [00:50:47] I have friends that own McDonald's, and in their last conference, they told them, Get ready because your McDonald's of the future are going to be run by machines. [00:51:00] Really? [00:51:01] Absolutely. [00:51:02] And there is one already, and it's being successful. [00:51:06] The food is good, at least according to them. [00:51:10] But what it's doing is disrupting society, and we are going to have more people unemployed than ever before because people are not wanting to learn about the future technology. [00:51:22] And if you don't know your place, you're going to find yourself just like Elvis did trying to keep up with the changes of the culture to the point that Elvis fell out of place in a changing world of music. [00:51:36] It's the same thing with artificial intelligence. [00:51:39] Our culture is changing. [00:51:42] The way you operate is going to change. [00:51:44] Even the way you eat burgers is going to change because the future is not coming. [00:51:50] The future is now. === God's People Prepare (06:15) === [00:51:51] That's right. [00:51:52] It's the times we're living in. [00:51:53] We want to make sure that you guys are prepared, whether it be with knowledge, physical preparation, your church body. [00:51:58] You know, Mondo, one thing we've been trying to do is we want to get people prepared on an individual basis, but churches, churches need to be prepared to be the storehouses for individuals. [00:52:06] Because when things happen, friends, people are going to go to the church. [00:52:09] They're going to go knock on the church doors because why? [00:52:12] Whether they like to admit it or not, they understand the church is a place that helps hurting people. [00:52:17] Mondo, we absolutely need to do that. [00:52:18] Even with new men, I believe you can call them and get a deal where they, you know, discount it heavily for churches, grid down, chow down, even the water. [00:52:25] We want to make sure churches are prepared for the mass influx of people who are going to be knocking on their door. [00:52:32] Because Mondo, there's nothing probably more heartbreaking than knocking on the church's door and the pastor says, sorry, there's nothing we can do to help. [00:52:39] No, and listen, you can call our number right now, 1-888-988-1588. [00:52:45] If you're a church, we want to help you and we want to put you in touch with the different people that are ready to help you. [00:52:53] Grid down, chow down is ready to help you. [00:52:56] New mana, Daniel, is ready to help you. [00:52:59] People that love the Lord want to help you and your church. [00:53:03] So call the number today, 1-888-988-1588. [00:53:08] Amen. [00:53:09] Friends, I want to make sure that you have a relationship with Jesus Christ. [00:53:11] It's the most important decision you'll ever make. [00:53:13] If you want to be walked through that prayer or pray that prayer with somebody, we would love to do that. [00:53:17] Like Mondo said, the number is 1-888-988-1588, or you can go to the website. [00:53:22] It's ptl.tv. [00:53:25] There's a little prayer tab. [00:53:26] You can click that and it'll take you right there where you can submit a prayer request or submit a call back and we'll call you back and then we will pray that salvation prayer with you. [00:53:34] That is the most important mission we have here as the church is that not one person who hears the call of Christ would say no to the call of Christ. [00:53:42] We want you to make that choice. [00:53:43] It's a free will choice you can make, but it'll be the best choice you have ever made in your entire life. [00:53:48] It secures you for eternity with Jesus Christ, the one who loved you enough to leave heaven to live a perfect life and to take on all of our sins on the cross. [00:53:58] But he didn't stay in the ground when he was dead. [00:54:00] He rose back again three days later. [00:54:02] He sits at the right hand of the Father, interceding on our behalf so we can be called sons and daughters of God. [00:54:09] That's you and I, friend. [00:54:10] I want to make sure you understand that. [00:54:11] And I want you to never forget this, that God loves you. [00:54:15] He really does. [00:54:16] Bye-bye for today. [00:54:17] Thank you. [00:54:17] God bless you. [00:54:19] I want to thank you for watching the Jim Baker show today. [00:54:22] We want to encourage you to stand with us. [00:54:25] If you want to support a message of the last days, we bring great men and women of God, the prophets of God, to this program every day. [00:54:37] We need to stay on the air till Jesus comes. [00:54:41] I need your support today. [00:54:44] That monthly giving will keep us on the air. [00:54:48] Times are tough, but God's people can make anything happen. [00:54:53] With God and unity, we can bring miracles to pass. [00:54:58] A dollar a day, many are joining that club right now. [00:55:03] We also have the Jubilee Club at $50 a month. [00:55:08] And then we have my club, the President's Club, at $100 a month. [00:55:13] I need your support. [00:55:15] Pray about becoming a monthly partner. [00:55:18] We are totally in the last days, but we must keep the message of the gospel going forward. [00:55:27] We need your support. [00:55:28] And I pray that if you have the ability today to give a one-time gift to keep the devil away and to meet our budget this month, we need help desperately. [00:55:43] I'm going to personally, for my Social Security, I'm going to give a $1,000 gift today to the ministry. [00:55:50] And I hope someone will join with me and give that one-time gift as well. [00:55:56] But these monthlies will keep us going till Jesus comes if you'll just do that. [00:56:01] So call me right now, 1-888-988-1588. [00:56:07] Remember that God loves you. [00:56:09] He really does. [00:56:10] Thank you for calling. [00:56:11] Bye-bye. [00:56:12] What happens when that fragile infrastructure doesn't work anymore? [00:56:15] And the answer is, if you're not prepared, well, you're going to be in trouble. [00:56:19] We have the ability to do something. [00:56:20] That's right. [00:56:21] That's the foundation for Lion Energy. [00:56:23] Mondo looks like he's cooking up something. [00:56:26] Everywhere there's food, that's where you're going to find it. [00:56:29] We want to show you how easy peace of mind works. [00:56:34] Not only cooking items, but you have, you know, also items that you have in your garage in the blower. [00:56:39] And this is, look at that. [00:56:42] That's right. [00:56:43] Come on. Come on. [00:56:48] That's pretty powerful. [00:56:50] Listen, but we want you to go to our website. [00:56:52] It's jimbakershow.com. [00:56:54] Click on the affiliate link with Lion Energy. [00:56:57] They have pre-built packages and awesome, awesome deals there. [00:57:00] But you can also add additional items. [00:57:03] You can build your own kits there. [00:57:04] So I want you to go there. [00:57:05] Remember to also call that toll-free number if you need help. [00:57:08] That number is 385-273-1385. [00:57:21] We want to thank you for your prayers and support.
