Jim Bakker Show - The Dangerous Truth: Control of Food Supply and Its Impact Aired: 2024-04-29 Duration: 01:07 === Control of the Food Supply (01:07) === [00:00:00] Well, I think you know, if you listen to the World Economic Forum and places like that, they're going to say it's the greenhouses effect. [00:00:06] You know, they pass too much gas or whatever. [00:00:08] As they fly on their private jets to go meet about that. [00:00:10] But anyways, that's a separate story. [00:00:11] Right, but it it comes down to if you control, you know, the food supply, then you get to control a lot of things. [00:00:17] You get to control how we act. [00:00:18] You get to control how much we buy. [00:00:21] You know, if you go back to 1950, we've already talked about this, but there was 20 million farmers and ranchers. [00:00:26] You go to 1970, just 20 years past that, you cut it in half. [00:00:31] It's only 10 million farmers and ranchers. [00:00:33] Now at 2024, we're only 2 million farmers and ranchers. [00:00:36] So 2% of the population of America is feeding America. [00:00:41] I think that's very dangerous. [00:00:42] I think we see how fragile the system really is. [00:00:46] And we get caught up in not thinking about it. [00:00:49] But when they decide that now is the time or when things start to accelerate a little bit more, I mean, the grocery stores are only going to have enough food for four to five days. [00:01:01] The average American probably only has two to three days worth of food in their house. [00:01:06] That's right.
