[00:00:02]  Floods in California threatens to turn coastal California towns into an island.
[00:00:10]  Really?
[00:00:13]  Baja would become an island.
[00:00:15]  We're watching biblical proportion events that even the newscasters cannot get away from.
[00:00:23]  And I'm not talking about your typical Fox.
[00:00:26]  I'm talking about NBC, MSNBC.
[00:00:31]  We're faced with the reality that this revelation type of events are occurring in areas that, again, let me remind you, are not normally acute to this type of weather.
[00:00:46]  And when you're watching a bomb cyclone, I mean, I have never heard of that term.
[00:00:52]  I hadn't either.

[00:00:53]  So some say it's when cold air mass collides with a warm air mass, such as air over warm ocean waters.
[00:01:03]  But what's happening is you're getting all this water, yet the state is still in the state of drought.

[00:01:15]  Word of the day is infrastructure, grow with infrastructure.
[00:01:19]  Our infrastructure has not grown to develop a system to collect water.
[00:01:25]  It's crazy.
[00:01:26]  How could it be?
[00:01:28]  I mean, we are, you know, we give the portrayal that we're a country that is well developed, yet when you look at the infrastructure of the FAA, our infrastructure has not grown with the times.
[00:01:41]  When you look at the infrastructure of the border, we still can't fix that problem.
[00:01:46]  I watched a report this week where all those millions of gallons of water, the biggest share of it is just flowing into the ocean.
[00:01:58]  And the reason is they said they can't get any new dams built because of the environmentalists.
[00:02:08]  Well, the environmentalists are going to destroy your ability to live.
[00:02:15]  If they don't have water in California from somewhere, California can't exist with all those people.
[00:02:21]  They have to have water.
[00:02:23]  Do you understand that?
