[00:00:00]  What will this cleansing look like?
[00:00:01]  What do you think God is planning to do?
[00:00:04]  Yeah, I love something you said there as far as God having really having a remnant there.
[00:00:11]  And he always has a remnant.
[00:00:13]  And I believe that America, even though we're seeing a decline in the nation as far as it relates to some churches, I believe that God's going to cause that decline to bring a rebirthing of swords.
[00:00:25]  So we're going to continue to see a revival coming in the next generation, but it gives us an opportunity because America has become the new mission field.
[00:00:34]  That's what we're seeing where at a time we were going to other nations and preaching to them.
[00:00:39]  And now America is the new mission field where we have to preach in our own backyard.
[00:00:44]  You know, where there are souls all around us that need to be saved.
[00:00:47]  And it is work for the church.
[00:00:49]  It's an opportunity for us to evangelize and to move in the gifts of the Spirit, not just in the four walls, but outside of the four walls of the church.
[00:00:58]  And so I do believe, according to Matthew 13, Jesus said it this way.
[00:01:02]  He said, the wheat has to grow up with the tear.
[00:01:05]  And at the point of harvest, there is a separation.
[00:01:09]  And so we're in the threshing season in the church where it looks as though things are diminishing, but it has to happen for the harvest to come.
[00:01:18]  Well, I'll tell you what, I have it all highlighted, underlined in red, the threshing season that you talk about.
[00:01:26]  And you start the chapter, chapter 14, judgment in the house of God.
[00:01:32]  The reason that you can say this is because it's in the word of God.
[00:01:36]  1 Peter 4, 17, 4, the time has come for judgment to begin at the house of God.
[00:01:43]  And if it begins with us first, what will be the end of those who do not obey the gospel of God?
[00:01:51]  So in this case, you talk about excellent.
[00:01:54]  And it's really hope for the church.
[00:01:56]  It's God's hope.
[00:01:57]  And God's, you know, whom he loves, he what?
[00:01:59]  Chastened.
[00:02:00]  That's it.
[00:02:01]  That's right.
[00:02:01]  And so these things are going to happen.
[00:02:03]  This shaking is for a chastening so that people will be ready to go to be before the Lord.

=== Judgment vs. Wrath (00:44) ===

[00:02:10]  Absolutely.
[00:02:11]  And we're going to see the judgment of God in the pulpit, also in the pews.
[00:02:16]  So you're going to see it both because it is the love of God.
[00:02:19]  It's not to be confused with the wrath of God.
[00:02:22]  And I think many people confuse judgment and wrath.
[00:02:25]  And so they assume that when the Lord is judging, this means that he's just punishing you.
[00:02:30]  And so punishment is a consequence of wrongdoing.
[00:02:34]  But judgment, when the Lord judges you, he's saying, I love you so much, I'll do whatever it takes to bring you back to me.
[00:02:42]  And so that's the kind of judgment that I'm speaking of.
[00:02:44]  That's really, it's already here on the doorsteps of the house of God.
