[00:00:01]  You have to read every word.
[00:00:03]  And every word's going to pierce you because Jensen gives you in this book, like you said, you said you felt like he wrote it for you.
[00:00:11]  I'm like, I'm feeling like he wrote it for me.
[00:00:13]  Then I'm preaching the book to you last night.
[00:00:14]  Where I'm like, Jump, and I'm reading and I'm like line by line.
[00:00:20]  Because you give us solutions to everything that we're walking through.
[00:00:27]  This is an end times book.
[00:00:29]  This is for right now.
[00:00:32]  I mean, one of the things that I wanted to make sure that I did in this book, I felt an urgency about it, is talk about the second coming of Jesus Christ.
[00:00:43]  And what the times would be like in the end times, what the Bible predicts, and what our response is to be.
[00:00:52]  Because if you just read the signs of the times and you don't read the instructions Jesus gave during the signs of the times, it is overwhelming.
[00:01:02]  It is fearful.
[00:01:03]  It is depressing, you know, and you just kind of lose heart.
[00:01:08]  And I don't want a generation, a new generation, coming up without a vision.
[00:01:14]  God still has a plan for the earth.
[00:01:16]  God's not through with the church.
[00:01:19]  But we do not need to ignore the signs of the times.
[00:01:24]  And when I was growing up, one out of three or one out of four sermons that every preacher preached was on the coming of the Lord.
[00:01:33]  And as a pastor, as a pastor who has, God has given us an amazing church, a leading church in the nation, I felt convicted because I am not hearing preachers, younger preachers that I know I can influence, hopefully, bringing out the coming of the Lord and the book of Revelation and teaching it methodically and powerfully to our people.
[00:02:03]  I can remember those services.
[00:02:06]  I can remember those sermons.
[00:02:08]  And something in me, I'm not a person that lives in the past, but it made us live right.
[00:02:14]  It made us live holy.
[00:02:16]  It made us want to be.
[00:02:17]  It purified us.
[00:02:18]  It made us want, we were, I can remember my dad would preach on the coming of the Lord so real.
[00:02:24]  Every once in a while he'd have a flare for the dramatic.
[00:02:27]  And one time he had a trumpet player behind the curtain.
[00:02:30]  And when he reached the point, he blew the trumpet and the lights went out and everything.
[00:02:36]  And it scared us to death.
[00:02:39]  And first one in the altar was me because I knew I was going to be left behind.
[00:02:44]  And you know what?
[00:02:45]  There's nothing wrong with a little godly fear.
[00:02:48]  You better wear at it.
[00:02:50]  The first thing loses when sin begins to take over a church and over a person's life.
[00:02:58]  They lose their fear of God.
[00:03:01]  That's it.
[00:03:02]  They lose their ears.
[00:03:03]  They can't hear.
[00:03:04]  You can talk to them, but they won't listen.
[00:03:06]  That's right.
[00:03:07]  And they lose their tears.
[00:03:09]  Wow.
[00:03:09]  And anytime a preacher loses his tears, he never cries.
[00:03:13]  He never gets broken.
[00:03:15]  He never gets a burden.
[00:03:17]  And anytime you lose your ears and you can't hear God anymore, and you lose your fear.
[00:03:24]  Things that you used not to touch, now you're touching again.
[00:03:29]  Things that God delivered you from.
[00:03:31]  Now you're going back to it.
[00:03:32]  It's true.
[00:03:33]  Things that you had a strong conviction on that no longer do you take a stand on.
[00:03:39]  What's going on?
[00:03:41]  There is a spirit that wants to pull us.
[00:03:43]  You just drift away.
[00:03:44]  The Bible said in the last days that the love of many would wax cold.
[00:03:52]  It's not instant, but it's just a little compromise and a little more and more and more.
[00:03:57]  And before you know it, you're cold-hearted.
