Jim Bakker Show - Are You Blocked From Seeing The Supernatural? | Sarah Jane Biggart on The Jim Bakker Show Aired: 2022-02-24 Duration: 01:47 === Seeing Over Hearing (01:46) === [00:00:00] Miss Sarah, what are some of the ways that people may be blocking from seeing the spirit realm? [00:00:10] Well, I think just to pick up on that and then segue into that, if that's all right, I think one of the key scriptures, and you were talking about that earlier, God closing our ears so that we see and vice versa. [00:00:20] I think we take a look at John, you know, Revelation 1.12 says, I turned to see the voice. [00:00:29] That's what John said. [00:00:30] Isn't that a bizarre thing? [00:00:31] I turned to, not to hear the voice, but to see the voice. [00:00:36] So he was hearing the voice and it provoked him to look to get the revelation of Jesus that we read in 1 Revelation, which blows your mind. [00:00:44] Jesus with the eyes of fire, glowing metal. [00:00:48] And I think, you know, the fullness of that is available to us when we, again, bother to train our senses. [00:00:56] But there are blocks to it. [00:00:58] There are blocks of fear because we just think, well, I'm not even going to look because I don't want to see anything dark. [00:01:04] Therefore, I'm not even risking seeing anything light because I'm scared of what I might see. [00:01:09] So therefore, we have to understand our authority in Christ, that all authority has been given to us, Matthew 28, as Christ has. [00:01:17] And so that sense of actually we come in knowing we're equipped, knowing we're powerful, knowing we're de la Vegas, you know, we can take it on. [00:01:24] You know, we have the authority of Christ, right? [00:01:27] We have that power of the word of Christ in us. [00:01:31] You know, we can go, we can move, we can shift, we can displace. [00:01:36] Therefore, we should never be afraid. [00:01:38] But we often are partnered with fear, fear of future, fear of failure. [00:01:42] Can't access that. [00:01:43] I had an instant fear of the dark, which, again, I talk about in the book.
