[00:00:00]  The Bible tells us that we're going to go through times of persecution.
[00:00:05]  And you talk about it in your book.
[00:00:08]  How can we encourage one another to not fall away?
[00:00:12]  The Bible says there will be a falling away.
[00:00:16]  And I think there's already a falling away, mightily a falling away in the United States of America, and I'm sure the whole world.
[00:00:24]  So how can we encourage one another?
[00:00:28]  And how can you encourage all of us watching today?
[00:00:31]  Yeah.
[00:00:33]  I don't know.
[00:00:33]  We don't know if this is the last falling away, but it is a very severe period of falling away.
[00:00:38]  Probably the worst I can remember in my life in the Lord, 50 years now.
[00:00:42]  And we're seeing it all over America and really epidemic levels.
[00:00:46]  That has to wake us up and stir us.
[00:00:48]  So the first thing is, now's the time to re-examine our foundations.
[00:00:52]  Because if the foundations are sound, we're not going to fall.
[00:00:55]  How strong is our personal relationship with God?
[00:00:59]  How much are we living lives consecrated to God?
[00:01:02]  That's foundation.
[00:01:03]  But I just want to speak to our viewers.
[00:01:06]  When it comes to persecution for the gospel, that's a badge of honor.
[00:01:10]  This is what the church has suffered all around the world.
[00:01:13]  And to this moment, our brothers and sisters are being persecuted, thrown in jail, tortured, killed for their faith.
[00:01:19]  Don't get unnerved when someone unfriends you on Facebook.
[00:01:22]  That's not the end of the world.
[00:01:24]  Don't get unnerved when someone has a nasty comment that they post.
[00:01:27]  Literally, believers are losing their heads for the gospel today, and we're afraid of losing a few friends on social media.
[00:01:34]  So this is the time to realize when people oppose us, it's because they recognize we stand for Jesus, and that's a cause for rejoicing.
[00:01:43]  The world is treating us the way they treated Jesus rather than causing us to draw back.
[00:01:48]  That energizes me.
[00:01:49]  That strengthens me.
[00:01:50]  And then when I stand, you stand.
[00:01:53]  When I see you stand, you stand.
[00:01:55]  So let's each say, let's take on a spirit of courage.
[00:01:58]  It's not time for cowardice.
[00:02:00]  It's not time for cowering in a corner.
