[00:00:05] Well, again, it's just practicing these, practicing that attitude of gratitude, just staying in that attitude of thanksgiving. [00:00:12] And, you know, praying in the spirit is wonderful. [00:00:16] Everyone should be praying in the spirit. [00:00:17] But when you go into the grocery store, you just thank the Lord. [00:00:22] Thank you, Jesus, that I have a grocery store I can go into. [00:00:26] I can now buy toilet paper. [00:00:28] I can now buy paper towels. [00:00:30] I can now get hand sanitizer. [00:00:31] I can get foam soap. [00:00:33] Things that I used to never even think about, but I just take it for granted. [00:00:38] Now these things I'm thankful for, but also I'm thankful that I'm able to buy groceries. [00:00:42] I'm able to get my veggies and my berries and my organic eggs and all. [00:00:48] So again, it's just, I'm so thankful for the things that he supplied. [00:00:53] And again, sometimes I just get these things online. [00:00:57] I'm thankful for the restaurants that are open because now we can either get takeout or we can go in the restaurants and eat. [00:01:03] And we just loved it. [00:01:04] And so we're just so thankful. [00:01:06] So now the prayers of gratitude, when you, before you eat, just sit down and thank the Lord. [00:01:11] Thank you, Lord, but not just bless this food, but thank you, Lord, for supplying this food, supplying hot food. [00:01:18] And it's things we used to take for granted. [00:01:20] But when we enter that attitude, it's an attitude we carry with us all day long. [00:01:25] And when you carry that attitude of gratitude, it's infectious to other people. [00:01:29] They see it and they want what you have. [00:01:32] And the best thing it does, it insulates you from stress. [00:01:37] It lowers cortisol. [00:01:39] Do you know cortisol weakens your immune system significantly? [00:01:43] One part of your immune system, a very important part, high cortisol levels decrease your natural killer cells. [00:01:51] The natural killer cells I tell patients are like the Navy seals in the military. [00:01:56] These are your toughest, toughest cells that literally kill viruses and cancer cells. [00:02:01] But when you have a lot of cortisol, it weakens those natural killer cells and depresses them by as much as 50%. === Deep Sleep Rejuvenation (00:36) === [00:02:09] But when you enter that attitude of gratitude and practice belly laughter and practice just mindfulness, enjoying the present moment, all of a sudden, guess what?
