Jim Bakker Show - God and the 2019 Argentina Economic Crisis - Cindy Jacobs on The Jim Bakker Show Aired: 2019-06-21 Duration: 03:53 === Hyperinflation Insights (03:40) === [00:00:00] Let's talk about the economy a little bit. [00:00:03] Remember, and Mike is good to chime in on this, oh, probably 10 years ago I was pumping gas, and the Lord said to me, America is going to come into a season of hyperinflation. [00:00:16] I didn't know what hyperinflation was. [00:00:19] I had to go ask a guy on our board of directors, Jerry Tuma, who's an economist, you know, financial planner, what is that? [00:00:26] You know, and so I we've already had it. [00:00:30] We don't realize how much inflation we've already suffered. [00:00:33] I mean, the prices in restaurants have gone up at least by a third to a half in many cases. [00:00:39] We don't understand. [00:00:40] You know, when I was little, a coke cost a nickel. [00:00:46] Have we had hyperinflation? [00:00:47] Yeah. [00:00:48] Absolutely we have. [00:00:50] You know what I mean? [00:00:50] It's like, but it's a creeping thing, you know. [00:00:54] But I remember in the 80s when we had 17% interest rate to buy a home, and you know, that came in. [00:01:02] Well, we're just teeter-tottering right now, Jim. [00:01:06] You know, we're teeter-tottering. [00:01:08] But the good news is I was talking to the guys in Argentina, and I said, what'd you do during hyperinflation and all these crises? [00:01:15] And this is a great story. [00:01:16] Let me tell you this story. [00:01:18] Omar Cabrera told me, and he has like 200-something churches in Argentina. [00:01:23] Anyway, he said that, well, people didn't have money, but they wanted to go to a conference. [00:01:27] He said, one guy got on his bike to go to a conference, and he rode along a little way, and there was some money, and he picked it up. [00:01:33] In the street. [00:01:35] In the street. [00:01:35] Yeah. [00:01:36] Drove a little further, there was more money, drove a little further. [00:01:39] And by the time he got to the church, he had all the money for his registration. [00:01:44] God isn't poor, and God has capacity, you know, for many things. [00:01:48] So we can be linked to God's economy, you know, and not be concerned about it. [00:01:57] But I have been watching this hyperinflation issue now, and I've been praying for the Federal Reserve. [00:02:03] You see, most intercessors don't know how to pray strategically. [00:02:08] You know, it's like we met with a roundtable of Latin American prophets a few days ago in Bogota. [00:02:15] And we have, all over the world, there are prophets that are meeting, like there's one for Europe, one from Australia, one for Canada, these roundtables. [00:02:25] And so, anyway, but as we were meeting with all these people, you know, the Lord began to give us strategies about Venezuela. [00:02:34] In other words, if the Colombian military went in with the U.S. military, I think that thing could fall like in a day or a few days. [00:02:45] I mean, it wouldn't be a long, drawn-out thing. [00:02:48] So we need to pray for the President of Colombia because Trump would go in. [00:02:53] And he's quite a good guy, this Duque, this President of Columbia. [00:02:57] But so what we don't know is we just pray, pray, pray. [00:03:00] We pray in a general way very tactically. [00:03:03] But the Holy Spirit is able, like when God gives a word what to do to get out of that situation, I prayed that the economy of Argentina would collapse. [00:03:14] And then God gave me a second word. [00:03:16] Okay, and the second word was that if they will start, there will be a great prayer revival, and it will be a miracle how they get out of that economic problem. === Time for Change (00:27) === [00:03:26] They were praying at Claudia Frasen's church day and night, lines and lines of people at 3 o'clock waiting to get in. [00:03:33] And all the economic indicators said it couldn't recover, but it recovered so quickly. [00:03:39] You understand this? [00:03:42] So, you know, it's like we are the voice preparing the way, and there does come a time, Jim, where things turn. [00:03:50] You know, when suddenly the Lord says, okay, no more.
