[00:00:00]  I ask about Psalms 2, 1 through 6.
[00:00:03]  The times we're in right now.
[00:00:05]  Yes.
[00:00:05]  Yes.
[00:00:06]  Psalms 2, what the Bible says there, it talks about those who would say, we'll cast off his restraints and remove his bonds, his cards from us.
[00:00:15]  That's what the heathen was saying.
[00:00:17]  And that's what they're saying today.
[00:00:18]  That's right.
[00:00:19]  They're saying, we don't want God.
[00:00:20]  We don't want anything to do with God.
[00:00:22]  And they're actually threatening to do that.
[00:00:24]  Well, God says that he who sits in the heavens, and that word sit, it means to sit as a judge.
[00:00:31]  So when it says he's sitting, it's talking about there's something coming out of the court of heaven from a legal perspective.
[00:00:37]  God says, I am sitting as judge.
[00:00:39]  And it says this: it says that he will laugh, he will hold them in derision or in contempt of court.
[00:00:47]  He will speak in his wrath and he will distress them in his deep displeasure.
[00:00:52]  And so God said that's four stages of judgment that will come upon anybody that becomes a party to saying we're casting off his bonds and removing his constraints.
[00:01:04]  And of course, that's what they're doing with President Trump.
[00:01:07]  They're actually saying, we don't want him.
[00:01:09]  And that's what's so deadly about that is that he's God's choice.
[00:01:13]  He's God's choice.
[00:01:14]  And God said, I set him.
[00:01:16]  They can try all day long to remove him.
[00:01:18]  They will not remove him.
[00:01:20]  God said, I set him as the president.
[00:01:23]  And they can fight and they can curse and they can do all that they want.
[00:01:28]  The problem is they're fighting against God.
[00:01:30]  Right.
[00:01:31]  Fighting against God is absolutely.
[00:01:33]  And God says, Look, I'm okay.
[00:01:37]  In March 2016, in March 2016, I was in Germany.
[00:01:41]  And it was in the heat of the Republican primary.
[00:01:44]  And there were like 10 or 12 people still in it.
[00:01:46]  And all of a sudden, I have a dream.
[00:01:47]  I'm in Germany, and Donald Trump calls me on the phone.
[00:01:50]  And he says, I need for you to do a conference for me on July the 6th to shift things concerning my campaign, to shift things so that I will win.
[00:02:01]  And so I did that.
[00:02:02]  I had a conference on July the 6th, and we stood in the courts of heaven in the council of the Lord.
[00:02:08]  And in that council, God told me to make a decree out of James 1:11, which is, All flesh is as grass, and the flower is as the glory of the grass.
[00:02:18]  And he said to me, He said, Here's what I want you to do as you stand here.
[00:02:21]  I want you to decree that Hillary Clinton's campaign is as grass and that she is as the flower of the grass.
[00:02:29]  And the burning, searing, exposing heat of God will come and bring exposure, and she will wither away, and Donald Trump will be the president of the United States.
[00:02:38]  And we did that, and that's exactly what happened.
[00:02:40]  Wow.
[00:02:42]  So that was a prophetic dream.
[00:02:44]  That was a prophetic dream.
[00:02:45]  And so God let us have the privilege of having a part of standing before him in that process of him being elected.
[00:02:52]  God set Donald Trump as president.
[00:02:56]  This was 2016.
[00:02:57]  This is March 2016.
[00:02:58]  Before the election.
[00:02:59]  Yeah, March 2016.
[00:03:00]  And he was elected in November 2016.
[00:03:03]  And you supernaturally.
[00:03:06]  Did you know he's going to be president?
[00:03:08]  Yeah, I knew.
[00:03:09]  Two weeks before the election, my wife said to me, What do you think?
[00:03:13]  And I said, God said to me, He who sits in the heavens shall laugh.
[00:03:17]  And I said, I'm telling you, shock the world.
[00:03:21]  I said, This is going to shock the world.
[00:03:23]  I said, Donald Trump will be the president of the United States, and God will sit and laugh at all those who thought they were so smart that they could cast his restraints and his bonds off.
[00:03:33]  I said, They will not be able to do it.
[00:03:35]  God will arise and defend his purposes in America.
[00:03:41]  Powerful, powerful, powerful.
[00:03:43]  Those who fight against God.
[00:03:44]  Now, listen to him.
[00:03:46]  What is the four things again that God says I'll do?
[00:03:49]  Now, listen, this is God.
[00:03:51]  And it's not us doing it.
[00:03:53]  It's God doing it.
[00:03:54]  There's a judgment coming out of heaven.
[00:03:56]  One, he will laugh.
[00:03:57]  He will sit in the heavens and laugh.
[00:03:59]  Did you ever hear God that he does laugh?
[00:04:01]  That's in the Bible.
[00:04:02]  It's right here in Psalms.
[00:04:04]  And here's what I want to say.
[00:04:05]  Sometimes when people, I mean, we've all seen it probably, when the holy laughter comes, it's God laughing at his enemies as judge.
[00:04:12]  Wow.
[00:04:13]  God is laughing through his people at the enemy and say, who do you think you are?
[00:04:18]  You will not do this.
[00:04:19]  See, you don't understand what's been going on.
[00:04:21]  This helps you to understand what God's doing.
[00:04:23]  Do you get this, people?
[00:04:25]  Do you get it?
[00:04:26]  You've got to listen.
[00:04:27]  Okay, number two, what was number two?
[00:04:29]  He will hold them in derision or hold them in contempt of court.
[00:04:32]  Literally, remember, God is saying this as judge.
[00:04:35]  He will hold them in a contempt of court.
[00:04:38]  In other words, they will be found guilty of fighting against God and not respecting the judge.
[00:04:44]  See, that's what happens when somebody's found in a contempt of court.
[00:04:47]  They won't listen to the judge.
[00:04:48]  They don't have honor for the court.
[00:04:50]  And God, who sits as judge, is saying, I'm tired of you not respecting my court.
[00:04:55]  I rule the affairs of the earth, not you.
[00:04:58]  So God is in charge.
[00:04:59]  These Antichrist people on earth, they want everything to be done in the courts.
[00:05:02]  That's right.
[00:05:03]  That's right.
[00:05:04]  But they don't realize that God has a court.
[00:05:06]  There's a supreme court.
[00:05:08]  It's a supreme.
[00:05:09]  That's right.
[00:05:10]  It's the supreme supreme court.
[00:05:14]  Number three is he will speak in his wrath.
[00:05:17]  And this, see, I see.
[00:05:20]  It's coming, people.
[00:05:24]  I see this as a progression.
[00:05:26]  He laughs.
[00:05:27]  He holds them in contempt.
[00:05:28]  And then he speaks.
[00:05:30]  Judgment still hasn't come.
[00:05:33]  It still hasn't hit.
[00:05:34]  He's just speaking.
[00:05:35]  And I believe out of God's mercy, he's wanting them to repent.
[00:05:38]  He's wanting us to repent.
[00:05:40]  So he's speaking in his wrath, and he's giving a final warning.
[00:05:44]  You must respond or I'm going to come in judgment.
[00:05:49]  And then the fourth one is, he will distress them in his deep displeasure.
