Jim Bakker Show - The Tragedy of the Wrong Message - Pastor Jim Bakker and John Shorey Aired: 2018-03-27 Duration: 02:48 === 50% Church Warning (02:48) === [00:00:00] I've been carrying David Wilkerson's book with me. [00:00:04] And every time I open to it, it's like almost holy writ. [00:00:08] It's like what's happening, it's what's been happening, and what is continuing to happen. [00:00:16] And I just open up, and there is, you know, God just speaking to me. [00:00:24] I don't think ministers are taking seriously enough the tragedy of preaching the wrong message. [00:00:30] How dare we preach peace and endless good times to a nation and a people on the brink of judgment? [00:00:37] Is not my word like a fire, saith the Lord, and like a hammer that breaketh the rocks in pieces? [00:00:46] The warning is there, and I'm wondering, do we have to have the warning from the grave? [00:00:55] Because there's so little warning today? [00:00:58] The message is not the king is coming back soon. [00:01:02] We better get ready. [00:01:04] And judgment's coming because do you think we can spit in God's face for what he's given to us? [00:01:17] And we murdered, just murdering his babies, just murdering 60 million creatures of God in this country of the United States of America. [00:01:28] And I have said before, where was the church when Roe versus Wade made it legal to kill babies? [00:01:37] I'm praying for the church. [00:01:38] After what I've been reading about what's coming on the other side, do you know the story of the ten virgins? [00:01:46] The ten is symbolic for a synagogue, which is symbolic for the church. [00:01:52] And at the time of the marriage supper of the Lamb, which is after the rapture, 50% of those virgins, they all believed that they were part of the bride of Christ. [00:02:07] 50%, symbolic for 50% of the church. [00:02:11] That 50% of the church said, Jesus, we know you. [00:02:18] We followed you. [00:02:19] We did this for you. [00:02:21] True. [00:02:21] And Jesus, like opening that door, you know, like a little window in the door, and he looks out and he says, I don't know you. [00:02:28] Depart from me, you workers of iniquity. [00:02:31] That's telling me that at the time of the rapture, 50% of people who believe they know God are going to go to hell. [00:02:42] There's no easy way to say it. [00:02:44] That's right. [00:02:45] And 50% forever.
