[00:01:20] Again, if you want to age and have your hormones that when you're 80 or when you're 60, if you want to have the hormone levels of a 60-year-old or an 80-year-old, you can have that, but you have more disease. [00:01:32] Or you can get your hormone levels to the level of a 20- or 25-year-old and have energy. [00:01:36] Like I have my hormones balanced. [00:01:39] I have more energy now at 60 than I had when I was 20 or 25 because my hormones are balanced. [00:01:45] My hormones are the same level as back then. [00:01:47] And again, the diseases it prevents. [00:01:50] Number one, when your hormones are balanced, and women, when your estrogen is balanced and your testosterone and your progesterone, guess what? [00:01:57] It protects your brain from dementia. [00:02:00] Helps your brain tremendously. [00:02:02] It helps your bone. [00:02:02] It builds new bone. [00:02:04] You don't need those medicines with all the side effects. [00:02:07] All the different medicines that's out there like the phosphate. [00:02:12] Now, again, doctors recommend these, but there's lots of side effects. [00:02:16] And when you balance and get their testosterone levels optimized as well as their estrogen levels and their progesterone with biodentical hormones, all of a sudden it starts reversing bone loss. [00:02:57] And these appetite hormones are mainly ghrelin. [00:03:00] When the ghrelin levels are high, you have a ravenous appetite. [00:03:04] Like a demon, does it? [00:03:05] And the other is leptin. [00:03:06] When your leptin levels are high, it turns off your appetite. [00:03:09] But if you're obese, most people have leptin resistance, so their leptin's not working. [00:03:14] So that's why sleep is so important.
